The ability of yeasts to attach to hyphae or conidia of phytopathogenic fungi has been speculated to contribute to biocontrol activity on plant surfaces. Attachment of phylloplane yeasts to Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani, and Sclerotinia homoeocarpa was determined using in vitro attachment assays. Yeasts were incubated for 2 d on potato dextrose agar (PDA) prior to experimentation. A total of 292 yeasts cultured on PDA were screened for their ability to attach to conidia of B. cinerea; 260 isolates (89.1%) attached to conidia forming large aggregates of cells, and 22 isolates (7.5%) weakly attached to conidia with 1 or 2 yeast cells attached to a few conidia. Ten yeasts (3.4%), including 8 isolates of Cryptococcus laurentii, 1 isolate of Cryptococcus flavescens, and an unidentified species of Cryptococcus, failed to attach to conidia. All non-attaching yeasts produced copious extracellular polysaccharide (EPS) on PDA. Seventeen yeast isolates did not attach to hyphal fragments of B. cinerea, R. solani, and S. homoeocarpa after a 1 h incubation, but attachment was observed after 24 h. Culture medium, but not culture age, significantly affected the attachment of yeast cells to conidia of B. cinerea. The 10 yeast isolates that did not attach to conidia when grown on agar did attach to conidia (20%-57% of conidia with attached yeast cells) when cultured in liquid medium. Attachment of the biocontrol yeast Rhodotorula glutinis PM4 to conidia of B. cinerea was significantly greater at 1 x 10(7) yeast cells x mL(-1) than at lower concentrations of yeast cells. The ability of yeast cells to attach to fungal conidia or hyphae appears to be a common phenotype among phylloplane yeasts.  相似文献

AIMS: To find a supplemental ingredient that can be added to routinely used growth media to increase conidial production and decrease aflatoxin biosynthesis in small sclerotial (S strain) isolates of Aspergillus flavus. METHODS AND RESULTS: Molasses was added to three commonly used culture media: coconut agar (CAM), potato dextrose agar (PDA), and vegetable juice agar (V8) and production of conidia, sclerotia, and aflatoxins by A. flavus isolate CA43 was determined. The effect of nitrogen sources in molasses medium (MM) on production of conidia, sclerotia and aflatoxins was examined. Water activity and medium pH were also measured. Conidia harvested from agar plates were counted using a haemocytometer. Sclerotia were weighed after drying at 45 degrees C for 5 days. Aflatoxins B(1) and B(2) were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography. Addition of molasses to the media did not change water activity or the pH significantly. Supplementing CAM and PDA with molasses increased conidial production and decreased aflatoxins. Two-fold increased yield of conidia was found on MM, which, like V8, did not support aflatoxin production. Adding ammonium to MM significantly increased the production of sclerotia and aflatoxins, but slightly decreased conidial production. Adding urea to MM significantly increased the production of conidia, sclerotia and aflatoxins. CONCLUSIONS: Molasses stimulated conidial production and inhibited aflatoxin production. Its effect on sclerotial production was medium-dependent. Water activity and medium pH were not related to changes in conidial, sclerotial or aflatoxin production. Medium containing molasses alone or molasses plus V8 juice were ideal for conidial production by S strain A. flavus. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: Insight into molecular events associated with the utilization of molasses may help to elucidate the mechanism(s) that decreases aflatoxin biosynthesis. Targeting genetic parameters in S strain A. flavus isolates may reduce aflatoxin contamination of crops by reducing the survival and toxigenicity of these strains.  相似文献

In the past, the fermentation activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in substrates with a high concentration of sucrose (HSuc), such as sweet bread doughs, has been linked inversely to invertase activity of yeast strains. The present work defines the limits of the relationship between invertase activity and fermentation in hyperosmotic HSuc medium. Fourteen polyploid, wild-type strains of S. cerevisiae with different invertase levels gave a similar ranking of fermentation activity in HSuc and in medium in which glucose and fructose replaced sucrose (HGF medium). Thus, invertase is unlikely to be the most important determinant of fermentation in sweet doughs. Yeasts produce the compatible solute-osmoprotective compound glycerol when exposed to hyperosmotic environments. Under low sugar concentrations (and nonstressing osmotic pressure), there was no correlation between glycerol and fermentation activities. However, there was a strong correlation between the ability of yeasts to ferment in HSuc or HGF medium and their capacity to produce and retain glycerol intracellularly. There was also a strong correlation between intracellular glycerol and fermentation activity of yeasts in a medium in which the nonfermentable sugar alcohol sorbitol replaced most of the sugars (HSor), but the ability to produce and retain glycerol was greater when yeasts were incubated in HGF medium under the same osmotic pressure. The difference between the amounts of glycerol produced and retained in HSor and in HGF media varied with strains. This implies that high fermentable sugar concentrations cause physiological conditions that allow for enhanced glycerol production and retention, the degree of which is strain dependent. In conclusion, one important prerequisite for yeast strains to ferment media with high concentrations of sugar is the ability to synthesize glycerol and especially to retain it.  相似文献

The adhesion and germination of conidia of nine fungal species were assessed on polycarbonate membranes or on the skin of apple fruit in sealed glass bottles injected or not injected with acetate esters. Adhesion was determined after dislodging conidia from surfaces using a sonication probe. Adhesion and germination of conidia of Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium citrinum, Penicillium claviforme, or Trichoderma sp. on membranes after 48 h were not increased in a 1.84 microg mL(-1) headspace of butyl acetate (BA), ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, 2-methylbutyl acetate, pentyl acetate, or propyl acetate. Adhesion and germination of Botrytis cinerea, Penicillium expansum, and Penicillium roquefortii conidia were stimulated by all esters. Only conidia of B. cinerea and P. expansum exhibited increased adhesion and germination on the skin of apple fruit in bottles exposed to 0.92 microg mL(-1) of BA. Only conidia of B. cinerea and P. expansum produced decay in inoculated puncture wounds on fruit. Freshly made puncture wounds or 24-h-old puncture wounds in fruit were more adhesive than the unpunctured skin of fruit to conidia of B. cinerea or P. expansum. Fresh wounds were more adhesive to both fungi than 24-h-old puncture wounds. The skin and wounds of fruit were as adhesive to B. cinerea conidia as they were to P. expansum conidia. A 4-h exposure to 1.43 microg mL(-1) of BA increased adhesion of B. cinerea and P. expansum conidia in 24-h-old wounds. Results suggest that acetate-ester stimulation most likely is not a rare phenomenon in the fungi. For nutrient-dependent decay pathogens of apple fruit, acetate esters may be an alternative chemical cue used to maintain adhesion of conidia to wound surfaces.  相似文献

The production of antibacterial compounds by yeasts and yeastlike fungi isolated from the phylloplane is reported. Aureobasidium pullulans, Citeromyces matritensis, Cryptococcus laurentii, Rhodotorula glutinis, and Sporobolomyces roseus produced antibacterial compounds inhibitory to both Pseudomonas fluorescens and Staphylococcus aureus in an overlay bioassay. In contrast, isolates of Candida albicans, Filobasidium uniguttulatum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Torulaspora delbruckii, Tremella foliacea, Trichosporon beigelii, and Trichosporon dulcitum obtained from soil or from culture collections did not produce inhibitory compounds when screened by the same procedure. The production of antibacterial compounds was examined in more detail, using several isolates of A. pullulans distinguished by cluster analysis on the basis of biochemical and physiological tests. They were found to produce a range of antibacterial compounds with different activities. Two distinct antibiotics were produced by an isolate of A. pullulans in liquid culture during both the logarithmic and the stationary phases of growth.  相似文献

More than 200 yeasts were selectively isolated from microbial populations on the surface of different fruits. Fifty of these isolates were tested against blue mould ( Penicillium expansum ) on wounded apples. Isolates LS-11 of Rhodotorula glutinis and LS-28 of Cryptococcus laurentii were the most effective antagonists. They were further evaluated at 20IC on different fruits (apples, pears, strawberries, kiwi fruits and table grapes) against several of the main post-harvest pathogens ( Botrytis cinerea, Penicillium expansum, Rhizopus stolonifer and Aspergillus niger ) and at 4IC on apples inoculated with P. expansum . At 20IC the antagonists significantly reduced rot incidence and showed a wide range of activity on different hostpathogen combinations; isolate LS-28 exhibited a higher and more stable activity than LS-11. Both yeasts were also effective against P. expansum in cold storage conditions. Populations of the two yeasts were assessed on wounded and unwounded surfaces of apples kept at both 20 and 4IC. At either temperature, isolate LS-28 reached greater densities in wounded tissues than LS-11, but had a lower ability to colonize unwounded apple skin. The two yeasts were able to grow in culture at temperatures ranging from 0 to 35IC. In assays performed in vitro at 24IC, the antagonists showed low sensitivity towards several fungicides commonly applied on fruits and vegetables.  相似文献

Antagonism against the grey mould pathogen Botrytis cinerea by Pseudomonas antimicrobica was demonstrated in vitro and in vivo. Cell-free filtrates showed activity against B. cinerea growing on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) in a media-dependent manner with the most distinct antagonism being produced in Czapek Dox Broth (CDB). Cell-free filtrates of CDB-grown cultures also significantly reduced conidial germination of B. cinerea. An assays based on the inhibition of conidial germination was compared with two assays measuring the antagonism of mycelial growth on PDA. The conidial germination bioassay was more sensitive in the detection of this antifungal activity than the Petri dish bioassay while a bioassay using Microdetection plates did not detect antagonism due to the small loading capacity of the latter. The conidial germination bioassay was modified for detection of antibiosis on the surface of strawberry leaves. Significant reductions in percentage conidial germination were recorded on the surface of leaves of both micropropagated and glasshouse grown strawberry plants when the antifungal compounds of Ps. antimicrobica were applied to the leaf tissue with the conidia. In addition, antifungal compounds were also detectable when conidia were applied to leaf tissue which had previously been sprayed with cells of Ps. antimicrobica. These tests indicate that Ps. antimicrobica would be a suitable biocontrol agent for the control of B. cinerea.  相似文献

Sugars are excellent carbon sources for all yeasts. Since a vast amount of information is available on the components of the pathways of sugar utilization in Saccharomyces cerevisiae it has been tacitly assumed that other yeasts use sugars in the same way. However, although the pathways of sugar utilization follow the same theme in all yeasts, important biochemical and genetic variations on it exist. Basically, in most non-conventional yeasts, in contrast to S. cerevisiae, respiration in the presence of oxygen is prominent for the use of sugars. This review provides comparative information on the different steps of the fundamental pathways of sugar utilization in non-conventional yeasts: glycolysis, fermentation, tricarboxylic acid cycle, pentose phosphate pathway and respiration. We consider also gluconeogenesis and, briefly, catabolite repression. We have centered our attention in the genera Kluyveromyces, Candida, Pichia, Yarrowia and Schizosaccharomyces, although occasional reference to other genera is made. The review shows that basic knowledge is missing on many components of these pathways and also that studies on regulation of critical steps are scarce. Information on these points would be important to generate genetically engineered yeast strains for certain industrial uses.  相似文献

In the fermentation process of henequen (Agave fourcroydes Lem.) leaf juice, complemented with industrial molasses, the use of an inoculum comprising two yeasts: Kluyveromyces marxianus (isolated from the henequen plant) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commercial strain) was studied. An ethanol production of 5.22+/-1.087% v/v was obtained. Contrary to expected, a decrease on ethanol production was observed with the use of the K. marxianus strain. The best results were obtained when a mixture of 25% K. marxianus and 75% S. cerevisiae or S. cerevisiae alone were used with an initial inoculum concentration of 3x10(7)cellmL(-1). Furthermore, it was possible to detect a final concentration of approximately 2-4gL(-1) of reducing sugars that are not metabolized by the yeasts for the ethanol production. These results show that although the use of a mixture of yeasts can be of interest for the production of alcoholic beverages, it can be the opposite in the case of ethanol production for industrial purposes where manipulation of two strains can raise the production costs.  相似文献

Nine of eleven yeasts of different species or genera grew in the presence of air on the intermediate of D-xylose catabolism, D-xylulose (D-threo-pentulose). Growth on this substrate was efficient as judged by the optical density in stationary phase being generally similar to that after growth on glucose. Yeasts which grew on D-xylose also did so on D-xylulose, but among those which grew are included several which utilise neither D-xylose nor xylitol: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Saccharomyces carlsbergensis, and Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Since catabolism of a sugar generally requires an initial phosphorylation step, growth of these strains suggests that they contain an enzyme which can function as a D-xylulose kinase. The D-xylulose-5-phosphate formed thereby is considered to enter the pentose-phosphate pathway. Glucose-grown inocula of S. carlsbergensis and Schizosaccharomyces pombe, and of several other yeasts, began to grow logarithmically when placed on D-xylulose with no apparent delay, or one which was minimal, suggesting that the D-xylulose kinase was already present in such cells, or was rapidly induced. Petites of S. cerevisiae did not grow on D-xylulose indicating that, in this species, mitochondria are involved in its utilisation.  相似文献

Yeasts involved in velum formation during biological ageing of sherry wine have to date been classified into four races of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (beticus, cheresiensis, montuliensis, rouxii) according to their abilities to ferment different sugars. It has been proposed that race succession during biological ageing is essential for the development of the organoleptical properties of sherry wines. In this work we studied the physiological characteristics, the molecular differentiation and the phylogenetic relationships of the four races employing type and reference strains from culture collections and natural environments. Using restriction analysis of the ribosomal region that includes the 5.8S rRNA gene and internal transcribed regions (5.8S-ITS) we were able to differentiate 'flor' and non-'flor' S. cerevisiae yeast strains. However, no correlation between fermentation profile, mitochondrial DNA restriction analysis or chromosomal profiles and these races was found. Moreover, sequences of the D1/D2 domain of the 26S rRNA gene and the 5.8S-ITS region from these strains were analysed and no genetic differences were noted suggesting that 'flor' yeast cannot be grouped into four different races and the four races are identified as S. cerevisiae. Since the yeasts isolated from velum in sherry wine present a unique 5.8S rRNA pattern different from the rest of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains we propose that they should be included as a single race or variety inside the S. cerevisiae taxon.  相似文献

Two antagonists, the bacterium Pseudomonas syringae and the pink yeast Sporobolomyces roseus, against blue mold (caused by Penicillium expansum) on apple controlled this disease more effectively when combined at approximately equal biomass (50:50 of the same turbidity) than in individual applications. Addition of L-asparagine enhanced the biocontrol effectiveness of P. syringae but decreased that of S. roseus and had no significant effect when the antagonists were combined. Populations of both antagonists increased in apple wounds and were further stimulated by the addition of L-asparagine. The carrying capacity of wounds for P. syringae was not affected by S. roseus. Populations of P. syringae in wounds inoculated individually or in a 50:50 mixture with S. roseus reached the same level after 3 days at 22 degrees C. However, populations of S. roseus recovered after applications of the mixture were consistently lower than those recovered after individual applications. Similar effects were observed in in vitro tests in which populations of S. roseus grown in mixtures with P. syringae were consistently lower than those grown alone, while the populations of P. syringae were not affected by the presence of S. roseus. A total of 36 carbon and 35 nitrogen compounds were tested for utilization by both antagonists. Fourteen nitrogenous compounds were utilized by both P. syringae and S. roseus, and an additional nine compounds were utilized by P. syringae. S. roseus and P. syringae utilized 17 and 13 carbon sources, respectively; 9 sources were common to both antagonists. 14C-Sugar uptake and incorporation into starch by slices of developing maize (Zea mays L.) endosperm were examined and compared with sugar uptake by maize endosperm-derived suspension cultures. Rates of sucrose, fructose, and d- and l-glucose uptake by slices were similar, whereas uptake rates for these sugars differed greatly in suspension cultures. Concentration dependence of sucrose, fructose, and d-glucose uptake was biphasic (consisting of linear plus saturable components) with suspension cultures but linear with slices. These and other differences suggest that endosperm slices are freely permeable to sugars. After diffusion into the slices, sugars were metabolized and incorporated into starch. Starch synthesis, but not sugar accumulation, was greatly reduced by 2.5 millimolar p-chloromercuribenzenesulfonic acid and 0.1 millimolar carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone. Starch synthesis was dependent on kernel age and incubation temperature, but not on external pH (5 through 8). Competing sugars generally did not affect the distribution of 14C among the soluble sugars extracted from endosperm slices incubated in 14C-sugars. Competing hexoses reduced the incorporation of 14C into starch, but competing sucrose did not, suggesting that sucrose is not a necessary intermediate in starch biosynthesis. The bidirectional permeability of endosperm slices to sugars makes the characterization of sugar transport into endosperm slices impossible, however the model system is useful for experiments dealing with starch biosynthesis which occurs in the metabolically active tissue.  相似文献

AIMS: The purpose of this work was to study the involvement of micro-organisms, which develop together with Botrytis cinerea on grapes, in the SO2 binding power of musts. METHODS AND RESULTS: Yeasts and bacteria were involved. Most bacteria were acetic acid bacteria, mainly of the Gluconobacter genus. Unlike oxidative yeasts, Gluconobacter produce gluconic acid (in balance with delta-gluconolactone) from glucose, 5-oxofructose from fructose and dihydroxyacetone from glycerol. Production of carbonyl compounds from other sugars and polyols was not detected or was very weak. CONCLUSION: Acetic acid bacteria are responsible for the increases in SO2 binding power of musts from botrytized grapes by oxidizing the three main sugars of these grapes. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: Up to 80% of the SO2 binds with products of Gluconobacter which easily grow on 'botrytized' grapes. Depending on climatic conditions, some vintages are particularly difficult to stabilize.  相似文献

Hypocrealean entomopathogenic fungal conidia are made up of multi-aged groups given their chronological conidiogenesis. Most thermotolerance assays have been conducted using mixed-age conidia. The present work exploited a polysiloxane polyether copolymer (siloxane) (Silwet L-77®) mediated conidial collection method, validated by a hydrophobicity assay. This was done to divide mixed-age conidia into two groups based on hydrophobicity and test their thermotolerance, relying on the relationship of conidial age with hydrophobicity. Beauveria bassiana GHA and ERL1170 and Metarhizium anisopliae ERL1171 and ERL1540 conidia, produced on millet agar, whey permeate agar, and ¼SDAY were subjected to hydrophobicity assays that included data on yield of conidia/unit of surface area. Conidia were also collected using 0.01% siloxane, and those remaining with 0.08% siloxane. Hydrophobicity was correlated with percent conidia collected in the two siloxane solutions and yield, suggesting a relationship between percent conidia collected and conidial age (maturation). The conidial suspensions were exposed to 45 °C for 45 min, and conidial germination was examined. Overall, conidia which were collected in 0.08% siloxane had lower germination after heat exposure than those collected in the 0.01% solution. Conidia of both fungi produced by incubation on millet or whey permeate for 14 d were more hydrophobic and exhibited greater thermotolerance than those produced on ¼SDAY. These results suggest that conidia can be divided into two groups with different thermotolerance by using a siloxane-mediated conidial collection method based on hydrophobicity. This depends on the types of substrates used that could influence conidial maturation.  相似文献

For the moment the agents that are used against Botrytis cinerea, in glasshouses were tomatoes are cultivated, are from chemical origin. For reducing the use of chemical agents in the future it is important to search for effective biological control agents against the fight of Botrytis cinerae. The following biological products Vital pasta, Vital gel and Elot-Vis were examined in there possibility to control Botrytis cinerea. Elot Vis was tested out in experiments that were carried out in climate chambers were leafs of 3 week old tomato plants were artificially infected with Botrytis cinerea spores. Also the biological products of Vital were first investigated in experiments that were carried out in climate chambers. In stead off leafs of tomato plants it were stem wounds of tomato plants who were treated with the pasta or the gel that was spread over the wounded surface after this has been inoculated with a suspension of conidia of Botrytis cinerae. The results of these first tests that were executed in the climate chambers were the circumstances for Botrytis cinerea were ideal seemed promising. In the next step these products were tested out on large scale in glasshouses. For each plant 5 wounds were created by removing the leafs, these wounds were or first treated with the Biological product and thereafter artificially infected with Botrytis cinerea spores to check out if these products can be used as a preventive agent or the wounds were first inoculated with a suspension of Botrytis cinerea spores and thereafter treated with the product. For the product Elot-Vis a few plants were totally sprayed with an Elot-Vis suspension before leafs were removed and the wounds were inoculated with conidia of Botrytis cinerea to check out if this product was able to activated the induced systemic resistance pathway. The experiments that were executed in glasshouses showed different percentages of succeeded Botrytis cinerea infections. This is probable due to the different weather conditions during both days that the experiments were executed. For the wounds that were treated with pasta it was difficult to distinguish wounds were Botrytis cinerea succeeded to infect the plant, because these wounds frequently didn't show any sign of infection on the surface but when the wounds with the pasta were cut open it was possible to see Botrytis cinerea infections inside the stem.  相似文献

Cytoplasmic soluble proteins from ungerminated conidia of Botrytis cinerea exhibited cutinase activity. A 40.8-kDa cutinase was purified to homogeneity from this crude conidial protein extract. This cutinase does not correspond either to constitutive or to induced lytic cutin enzymes already described by other authors. The possible role of this constitutive cutinase in the induction of other cutinolytic proteins in the early stages of infection of plants by B. cinerea is discussed.  相似文献

Sucrose is the major carbon source used by Saccharomyces cerevisiae during production of baker's yeast, fuel ethanol and several distilled beverages. It is generally accepted that sucrose fermentation proceeds through extracellular hydrolysis of the sugar, mediated by the periplasmic invertase, producing glucose and fructose that are transported into the cells and metabolized. In the present work we analyzed the contribution to sucrose fermentation of a poorly characterized pathway of sucrose utilization by S. cerevisiae cells, the active transport of the sugar through the plasma membrane and its intracellular hydrolysis. A yeast strain that lacks the major hexose transporters (hxt1-hxt7 and gal2) is incapable of growing on or fermenting glucose or fructose. Our results show that this hxt-null strain is still able to ferment sucrose due to direct uptake of the sugar into the cells. Deletion of the AGT1 gene, which encodes a high-affinity sucrose-H(+) symporter, rendered cells incapable of sucrose fermentation. Since sucrose is not an inducer of the permease, expression of the AGT1 must be constitutive in order to allow growth of the hxt-null strain on sucrose. The molecular characterization of active sucrose transport and fermentation by S. cerevisiae cells opens new opportunities to optimize yeasts for sugarcane-based industrial processes.  相似文献

Mature, variegated leaves of Coleus blumei Benth. contained stachyose and other raffinose series sugars in both green, photosynthetic and white, nonphotosynthetic tissues. However, unlike the green tissues, white tissues had no detectable level of galactinol synthase activity and a low level of sucrose phosphate synthase indicating that stachyose and possibly sucrose present in white tissues may have originated in green tissues. Uptake of exogenously supplied [14C]stachyose or [14C]sucrose into either tissue type showed conventional kinetic profiles indicating combined operation of linear first-order and saturable systems. Autoradiographs of white discs showed no detectable minor vein labelling with [14C]stachyose, but some degree of vein labeling with [14C]sucrose. Autoradiographs of green discs showed substantial vein loading with either sugar. In both tissues, p-chloromercuribenzenesulfonic acid had no effect on the linear component of sucrose or stachyose uptake but inhibited the saturable component. Both tissues contained high levels of invertase, sucrose synthase and α-galactosidase and extensively metabolized exogenously supplied 14C-sugars. In green tissues, label from exogenous sugars was recovered as raffinose-series sugars. In white tissues, exogenous sugars were hydrolysed and converted to amino acids and organic acids. The results indicate that variegated Coleus leaves may be useful for studies on both phloem loading and phloem unloading processes in stachyose-transporting species.  相似文献

【背景】蛋白饲料的缺乏,促进了蛋白含量高、安全性能好的酵母类单细胞蛋白的研究与应用。【目的】筛选氨氮利用能力强的菌株,为单细胞蛋白的发酵提供优良菌株。【方法】从土壤、奶制品、水果采集样品分离酵母菌,根据形态学和分子生物学鉴定菌株,然后以硫酸铵为唯一氮源培养基,测定菌落大小、菌体干重、蛋白质含量,复筛氨氮利用率高的酵母菌,并对复筛菌株氨同化相关酶活性进行测定。【结果】经过形态学、分子生物学鉴定和氨氮利用能力评价,获得3株高氨氮利用的酵母菌,分别是胶红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)、酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)和戴尔有孢圆酵母(Torulaspora delbrueckii)。通过比较3株酵母菌的谷氨酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸合成酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性,酿酒酵母的3种酶活性最高,其次是胶红酵母。【结论】从奶酪和西瓜中分离的胶红酵母N5和酿酒酵母J1具有较强的氨氮利用能力以及酶活性,可为单细胞蛋白发酵提供优良菌株。  相似文献
