2010年4~5月和2011年4~6月,用焦点动物取样法对云南省保山市潞江镇怒江河谷栗喉蜂虎捕食差异进行了观察。对栗喉蜂虎雌性成年鸟、雄性成年鸟、青年鸟捕食种类、数量、成功率、食物组成、食物资源量、处理食物成功率及处理时间进行了统计。结果表明,栗喉蜂虎捕食种类包括7类昆虫,以膜翅目Hymenoptera、蜻蜓目Odonate、鳞翅目Lepidoptera昆虫为主;成年雄鸟捕食频次高于成年雌鸟和青年鸟;成年鸟与青年鸟处理食物成功率无显著差异,但二者捕食成功率和处理食物时间差异显著。  相似文献

2007年3月26日—7月16日,采用典型野外记录法和所有事件取样法对云南省保山市道街怒江河谷栗喉蜂虎繁殖行为进行了观察。结果表明:1)产卵期雄性栗喉蜂虎求偶喂食的食物以蜻蜓目和膜翅目昆虫为主,占83.56%;雌鸟接受喂食的可能性为96.83%,接受喂食后仅有17.49%的雌鸟与雄鸟进行交配。2)在孵卵期昼间,雄鸟每次坐巢的时间为(23.521.6)min,每日坐巢的时间占54.4%;雌鸟每次坐巢的时间为(25.811.5)min,每日坐巢的时间占42.1%,雌雄鸟每次坐巢的时间无明显差异。3)幼雏出壳后亲鸟对幼雏的暖雏时间逐日减少,至第20 d亲鸟不再暖雏。栗喉蜂虎的育雏期为29~33 d,在繁殖过程中帮助喂食的鸟确实能提高被助鸟的繁殖成功率。  相似文献

云南怒江河谷栗喉蜂虎营巢地特征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2010年4~5月,对云南省保山市怒江河谷栗喉蜂虎营巢地进行了调查。共调查营巢地18个。对巢洞深度、断崖面积、巢区面积、坡度、裸露度、断崖与水域及公路的直线距离、巢区最上巢与崖顶距离、最下巢与地面距离、海拔、坡向等11个生态因子进行了测量。通过访谈法对营巢地所在断崖的形成年限进行了调查。此外还收集巢区和非巢区土壤18份,在实验室用沉淀法测量巢区和非巢区土质含沙量。结果表明,影响栗喉蜂虎营巢地选择的主要因子依次为巢区沙土含沙量、断崖新旧、巢区面积、裸露度、最下巢与地面距离、坡度。在营巢地选择时,栗喉蜂虎主要考虑掘巢难易程度和防御天敌等方面的因素。  相似文献

通过直接观察和胃容物分析对胎生蜥蜴(lacerta vivipara)的捕食行为和食性进行了研究。结果表明,胎生蜥蜴的捕食过程包括觅食、攻击前行为、攻击行为、猎物处死、吞食、食后清洁共6个主要步骤。在6~10月间,胎生蜥蜴的食谱中以昆虫和蜘蛛最多;不同月份的食物种类和数量不同;食物中以个体长为1~10mm食物数量频率最高;食物组成与生活环境中的无脊椎动物种类有极显著的相关。雌、雄体的食物生态位重叠度较高,而幼体和成体的食物生态位重叠度较低。  相似文献

2006年10月至2007年8月,作者采用粪便显微分析法研究了新疆卡拉麦里山有蹄类保护区鹅喉羚的四季食性以及冬季绵羊的食性.结果发现:鹅喉羚共采食16科47种植物;不同季节间鹅喉羚食性有明显变化,秋季采食7科24种植物,冬季采食6科17种植物,春季采食16科41种植物,夏季采食12科30种植物;藜科、禾本科植物是鹅喉羚全年的主要食物来源,占鹅喉羚总采食量的38.8~85.1%,非禾本科草本植物也在鹅喉羚食物组成中占有重要地位;春季短命和类短命植物对鹅喉羚有重要意义,占春季采食量的27%.针茅在四季都是鹅喉羚采食的主要植物;春季和夏季鹅喉羚采食较多的驼绒藜,秋季和冬季梭梭被较多采食.由于干旱胁迫,春季、夏季和秋季鹅喉羚喜食含水量较高的多根葱、骆驼蹄瓣、粗枝猪毛菜等非禾本科草本植物.冬季鹅喉羚与绵羊间的生态位宽度相近,食物重叠指数高达76.6%,绵羊与鹅喉羚之间食物竞争明显.  相似文献

为探讨天敌对害虫的捕食作用机制,充分发挥生物防治的作用,本文从捕食能学角度,系统地观测了龟纹瓢虫Propylea japonica (Thunberg)对棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover的捕食行为及影响的因素。结果表明:龟纹瓢虫对棉蚜的捕食行为依棉蚜的密度变化而逐渐转变;它在棉蚜密度高时,搜索活动下降;而在棉蚜密度低时,则搜索活动增加。产生这种行为是由于肠胃量与棉蚜遭遇率变化的综合作用结果。因此,将瓢蚜比调控在一定水平上,可以更有效地发挥以瓢治蚜的生物防治作用。  相似文献

Metallothioneins (MTs) are commonly used as biomarker for metal pollution assessment in marine ecosystems. Using integrated genomic and proteomic analyses, this study characterized two types of MT isoform in the digestive gland of a common biomonitor, the green‐lipped mussel Perna viridis, towards the challenges of a metal (cadmium; Cd) and a non‐metal oxidant (hydrogen peroxide; H2O2) respectively. The two isoforms differed in their deduced protein sequences, with 73 amino acids for MT10‐I and 72 for MT10‐II (a novel type), but both consisted of a high percentage (27.4 to 29.2%) of cysteine. Two‐dimensional gel and Western blot showed that the MT proteins were present in multiple isoform spots, and they were further validated to be MT10‐I and MT10‐II using MS analysis coupled with unrestricted modifications searching. Expression of mRNA revealed that MT10‐I responded promptly to Cd but had a lagged induction to H2O2 treatments, while MT10‐II was exclusively induced by Cd treatment over the course of exposure. Expression of the MT proteins also showed a delayed response to H2O2, compared to Cd treatments. This study uncovered the potential different functional roles of various MTs isoforms in P. viridis and thus advances the resolution of using MTs as biomarkers in future applications.  相似文献

This protocol provides multiple methods for the analysis and quantification of predatory feeding behaviors in nematodes. Many nematode species including Pristionchus pacificus display complex behaviors, the most striking of which is the predation of other nematode larvae. However, as these behaviors are absent in the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans, they have thus far only recently been described in detail along with the development of reliable behavioral assays 1. These predatory behaviors are dependent upon phenotypically plastic but fixed mouth morphs making the correct identification and categorization of these animals essential. In P. pacificus there are two mouth types, the stenostomatous and eurystomatous morphs 2, with only the wide mouthed eurystomatous containing an extra tooth and being capable of killing other nematode larvae. Through the isolation of an abundance of size matched prey larvae and subsequent exposure to predatory nematodes, assays including both "corpse assays" and "bite assays" on correctly identified mouth morph nematodes are possible. These assays provide a means to rapidly quantify predation success rates and provide a detailed behavioral analysis of individual nematodes engaged in predatory feeding activities. In addition, with the use of a high-speed camera, visualization of changes in pharyngeal activity including tooth and pumping dynamics are also possible.  相似文献

The feeding niche ofColostethus stepheni changes during ontogeny. Small individuals eat small arthropods, principally mites and collembolans, and larger frogs eat bigger prey of other types. The shift in prey types is not a passive effect of selection for bigger prey. There is a strong relationship between electivity for prey types and frog size, independent of electivity for prey size. Four indices of general activity during foraging (number of movements, velocity, total area utilized and time spent moving), which are associated with electivity for prey types in adult frogs and lizards, did not predict the ontogenetic change in the diet ofC. stepheni. Apparently, the behavioral changes that cause the ontogenetic change inC. stepheni are more subtle than shifts in general activity during foraging. Studies of niche partitioning in communities of anurans that do not take into consideration ontogenetic changes in diet and seasonal changes in the size structures of populations present a partial and possibly erroneous picture of the potential interactions among species.  相似文献

The understanding of host specificity of predacious insects is one of the most important problems in the investigation of biological control. Prey preference and the potential for prey switching in Anthocoris minki Dohrn (Hem.: Anthocoridae) was assessed in two- choice experiments under environmentally controlled conditions. Manly's preference index was used to compare A. minki predation on Agonoscena pistaciae Burckhardt and Lauterer (Hem.: Psyllidae) versus Psyllopsis repens Loginova (Hem.: Psyllidae) but showed no statistically significant evidence for preference. Anthocoris minki did prefer psyllids (Agonoscena pistaciae and Psyllopsis repens) over aphids (Forda hirsuta Mordvilko (Hem.: Pemphigidae) and Aphis craccivora Koch (Hem.: Aphididae)). The predator also consumed significantly more 2nd instar than 4th instar nymphs of P. repens. Switching behavior experiments showed that A. minki did not preferentially attack the most abundant prey when the prey combination was either biased toward A. pistaciae or toward F. hirsuta. Linear regression between preference indices and prey ratios indicated an overall preference for psyllids over aphids. The results suggest that a psyllid-specialized feeder such as A. minki is more likely to be effective biocontrol agent against psyllid species and less effective at reducing the numbers of other pest species that might co-occur with psyllids.  相似文献

Green foxtail (Setaria viridis), one of the most common and troublesome weeds worldwide, is becoming very difficult to manage because of the lack of registered herbicides and the appearance of herbicide-resistant populations. Among the new and possible environment-friendly strategies, the use of biological control methods seems to have potential. Drechslera gigantea, Exserohilum rostratum and Exserohilum longirostratum have previously proved to be promising bioherbicide agents against several grass weeds in field trials. While previous studies have established the susceptibility of S. viridis under greenhouse conditions, so far no attempt has been made to establish the effectiveness and feasibility of these fungi as bioherbicides for green foxtail. When spore suspensions were applied as foliar sprays to green foxtail seedlings in a greenhouse, all three fungi caused severe damage by 1 day after application, and seedlings in most cases died within 1 week. The fungi were compatible with several agro-chemicals and host specific when tested against major vegetable crop species grown in the Mediterranean. The demonstrated technological feasibility of producing large amounts of quickly germinable conidia (i.e., asexual spores) on inexpensive solid media increases the potential of these fungi to be used as bioherbicides.  相似文献

木聚糖酶是一种重要的具有工业应用前景的木聚糖降解酶,在充分利用自然资源、保护生态环境等方面具有十分重要的意义.通过硫酸铵分级沉淀及Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析方法从一株中度耐热耐碱放线菌—绿色糖单孢菌的胞外酶中纯化得到单一的木聚糖酶,相对分子质量为51 kD,酶纯度提高了13.01倍.纯酶最适反应温度为60℃,最适反应pH值为7.0;75℃以下该酶具有良好的热稳定性,在pH 7~10范围内具有较强的耐受力.金属离子Ca2+、Fe2+、Zn2+对该酶具有明显促进作用,Cu2+、Mn2+、Al3+和SDS具有抑制作用而K+,Na+,Mg2+没有明显的作用.该酶为大分子质量的糖基化蛋白,含糖量为21.96%.  相似文献

Habituation to captivity is difficult for some species. Understanding the motivational elements involved in predation may ease this habituation. Seventy‐one Brazilian jararaca snakes (Bothrops jararaca [Wied, 1824], Viperidae, Crotalinae) recently captured and never fed in captivity were tested for predatory behavior on rodents. Lighting was adapted to allow predatory sessions to occur during the first hours of the night when these animals are more active. Up to three prey subjects were presented in a session. In the first experiment, the preference for prey size and color was assessed using albino and dark‐colored rodents. In a second experiment, a group of snakes was submitted to 12 sessions during a period of almost 2 years. The strike strategy was classified in one of two categories: envenomation (E) or seizing (S). Envenomation involved a bite delivered by the snake with prompt retrieval of the head; holding the rodent in the snake’s jaws since the first strike, without retrieving the fangs and holding the prey during venom action, characterized S strike. Trailing and swallowing the dead prey always followed E strike. Results suggest that snakes fed more often on larger subjects. The color of the prey was not a relevant factor. E strike was predominant in the first predatory event in captivity. After habituation, S strike was predominant. Snakes may have a poor perception of the prey objects in captivity and adopt a strike strategy that assures the control of the prey. 本文对18例昙石山文化墓葬出土人骨进行骨胶原的提取和碳氮稳定同位素测定,并通过污染鉴别,其中的17例为有效数据。有效骨样的δ~(13)C值在-20.9‰~-16.5‰范围,δ~(15)N值在8.5‰~14.4‰范围。就稳定同位素整体分析结果而言,昙石山先民主体所处营养级较高,以广泛的肉食来源和一定量的C_3类植物为生。推测肉食来源中主要有大量的海生类资源,也包含了陆生动物。进一步的分析表明,昙石山先民的食物营养级可能与社会贫富并无关联。单因素方差分析显示,未成年人的食物结构和成人基本相似,但可能更偏向于食用高营养级的食物;两性的食性未表现显著性的差异。作为一个海洋性聚落,昙石山遗址的经济活动应以渔猎采集为主,水稻种植很可能仅为辅助性的经济行为。  相似文献

Accumulating evidence indicates that Checkpoint kinase 1 (CHEK1) plays an essential role in tumor cells and that it could induce cell proliferation and could be related to prognosis in multiple types of cancer. However, the biological role and molecular mechanism of CHEK1 in GBM still remain unclear. In this study, we identified that CHEK1 expression was enriched in glioblastoma (GBM) tumors and was functionally required for tumor proliferation and that its expression was associated to poor prognosis in GBM patients. Mechanically, CHEK1 induced radio resistance in GBM cells, and CHEK1 knockdown increased cell apoptosis when combined with radiotherapy via regulation of the DNA repair/recombination protein 54L (RAD54L) expression. Therapeutically, we found that CHEK1 inhibitor attenuated tumor growth both in vitro and in vivo. Collectively, CHEK1 promotes proliferation, induces radio resistance in GBM, and could become a potential therapeutic target for GBM.  相似文献
