研究了国产毛茛科银莲花族Trib.Anemoneae17种植物的染色体数目和核型。10种银莲花属AnemoneL.植物中,1种（西南银莲花A.davidii)为x=8的四倍体（2n=4x=32）,5种（匍枝银莲花A.stolonifera、草玉酶A.rivularis、卵叶银莲花A.begoniifolia、水棉花A.hupehensis f.allba、大火草A.tomentosa）为x=8的二倍体（2n=2x=16）,4种（鹅掌草A.flaccida、湿地银莲花A.rupestris、蓝匙叶银莲花A.trullifolia var.colestina、拟条叶银莲花A.trulifolia var.holophylla、展毛银莲花A.rupestris）为x=7的二倍体（2n=2x=14)。罂粟莲花Anemoclema glaucifolium为x=8的二倍体。6种铁线莲属ClematisL.植物（滇川铁线莲C.hkockiana、长花钱线莲C.rehderiana、金毛铁线莲A.chrysocoma）均为x=8的二倍体。银莲花花属中x=7的种类核型彼此十分相似,均由6对大型具中部着丝点的染色体和1对具端部着丝点的染色体组成;x=8的二倍体种类的核型与罂粟莲花属和铁线莲属植物的核型十分相似,均由5对大型具中部着丝点和3对具端部或近端部着丝点的染色体组成。     

国产毛茛科驴蹄草属两种植物的细胞学研究

为探讨国产毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)驴蹄草属(Caltha L.)植物的细胞学特征,对驴蹄草(C.palustris L.)3个居群和花葶驴蹄草(C.scaposa Hook.f.&Thoms.)5个居群进行了细胞学研究。驴蹄草贵州纳雍居群的染色体数目为2n=32(四倍体),两个云南中甸居群的染色体数目均为2n=64(八倍体)。花葶驴蹄草四川红原、康定、石渠居群的染色体数目均为2n=32(四倍体),该数目为首次报道;西藏林芝和云南德钦居群的染色体数目均为2n=64(八倍体)。驴蹄草的染色体比花葶驴蹄草大。这两种植物的32或64条染色体分别以4条或8条为单位大致能够排列为8组同源染色体,但同一组内的染色体经常具有明显的异形性(heteromorphy),不同居群的核型组成多少具有差异。同时,还分析了驴蹄草和花葶驴蹄草的不同倍性细胞型在我国的地理分布式样。     

加查银莲花(毛茛科)的名实订正

通过标本检查, 发现毛茛科加查银莲花(Anemone jiachaensis W. T. Wang)与西藏银莲花(A. tibetica W. T. Wang)属于同一种植物, 故将前者处理为后者的异名。加查银莲花发表时被置于鹅掌草组[A. sect. Stolonifera (Ulbr.) Juz.], 但其花粉为三沟而非多沟, 与岩生银莲花亚组[A. subsect. Rupicolae (Tamura ex Chaudhary & Trifonova) Starod.]的岩生银莲花(A. rupicola Camb.)(西藏银莲花亦属于该亚组)的花粉类型一致, 而与鹅掌草组植物的多沟花粉明显不同, 从而进一步表明加查银莲花与西藏银莲花确为同一种植物而且应为岩生银莲花亚组的成员。     

中国重庆毛茛科银莲花属一新种——涪陵银莲花

描述了中国重庆市涪陵区的毛莨科Ranunculaceae银莲花属Anemone一新种——涪陵银莲花A．fulingensisW.T．Wang＆Z．Y.Liu,并绘出墨线图。根据此新种的总苞苞片无柄,花具4-5枚萼片,花丝丝形,花粉具散沟等特征,可以确定此种应是属于银莲花属鹅掌草组Anemone sect．Stolonifera的一个成员;在该组中,此种以其独特的由2-10个块茎组成的念珠状根状茎而与该组的其他种相区别。鉴于在银莲花属中块茎出现于不同的演化路线中,以及这些块茎的出现系次生现象,可见此新种应是鹅掌草组的进化种。     

中国毛茛科分布新记录种——垂萼银莲花

该文首次报道了毛茛科银莲花属植物垂萼银莲花(Anemone pendulisepala Y.N.Lee)在中国的分布,提供了该种的中文形态描述,并简要讨论了该种的系统学地位与命名问题。     

国产6种铁线莲的染色体研究

本文报道了我国产铁线莲属Clematis L.6个种的染色体研究结果。其中2种(灌木铁线莲和粗柄铁线莲)的染色体数目及核型为首次报道,1种(女萎)为国内首次报道。6种均为二倍体(2n=2x=16),基数为8(x=8)。本属基数为8的二倍体核型公式概括如下: 2n=2x=16=10m+2st+(4或2或0)st[(2或0)SAT]+(0或2或4)t[(2或4)SAT]核型特征是:中型(4—10.5μm);1—5号为m染色体,6号为st染色体,7—8号染色体变异于st和t之间;具1或2对随体(SAT)染色体。该属染色体的演化处于两种水平:数目变化(包括多倍化和非整倍体变化)和结构变异。后者是本属物种形成的主要方面。3种具异形同源染色体,这种杂合性可能是缺失所致。     

涪陵银莲花(毛茛科)的名实订正

通过标本检查,发现毛茛科涪陵银莲花(Anemone fulingensis W. T. Wang & Z. Y. Liu)与川西银莲花(A. prattii Huth ex Ulbr.)属于同一种植物,故将前者处理为后者的异名。揭示川西银莲花的花粉具6~10 带沟。澄清了川西银莲花的地理分布,讨论了与其近缘种滇川银莲花(A. delavayi Franch.)的形态区别。     

福贡银莲花(毛茛科)与光叶银莲花属于同一分类实体

通过标本检查,发现福贡银莲花(Anemone yulongshanica W.T.Wang var.glabrescens W.T.Wang)(毛茛科)与光叶银莲花(A.obtusiloba D.Don ssp.leiophylla W.T.Wang)没有本质区别,应属于同一分类实体,故将前者处理为后者的异名。     

小五台银莲花(毛茛科)的名实订正(英文)

通过标本检查,发现小五台银莲花(Anemone xiaowutaishanica W.T.WangBing Liu)与银莲花(A.cathayensis Kitag.ex ZimanKadota)属于同一种植物,故将前者处理为后者的异名。由于银莲花属于银莲花亚组[subsection Omalocarpus(DC.)Tamura],故同时将根据小五台银莲花而建立的小五台银莲花组(section Leptothece W.T.WangBing Liu)处理为银莲花亚组的异名。

国产12种乌头属和18种翠雀属植物的细胞学研究

研究了12种乌头属Aconitum L．和18种翠雀属Delphinium L．植物的染色体。在12种乌头属植物中,除粗花乌头A．crassiflorum为四倍体(2n=4x=32)外,其他种类都为二倍体(2n=2x＝16),中甸乌头 A.piepunense中有B染色体存在,牛扁亚属Aconitum subgen．Lycoctonum的二倍体植物与乌头亚属Aconitum subgen．Aconitum 植物的染色体在大小和形态上有明显区别;所有18种翠雀属植物都为二倍体(2n＝2x=16),其染色体在大小和形态上极为相似,但与乌头亚属的染色体易于区别。翠雀属植物的核型不对称性程度明显高于乌头属植物,因此从染色体证据来看,翠雀属要比乌头属进化。     

四川铁线莲属二新种

越南铁线莲属一新种

本文描述的产于越南的毛茛科Ranunculaceae铁线莲属Clematis一新种C. hagiangensis N. T. Do是欧亚大陆第一个具单性花的种, 在花构造方面与单性铁线莲组单性铁线莲亚组sect. Aspidanthera Spach subsect. Dioicae (Prantl) W. T. Wang的种类近缘, 但叶均为单叶, 萼片呈卵形或宽卵形而不同。在单性铁线莲亚组的种, 叶通常为复叶, 只在C. dimorphophylla W. T. Wang和C. variifolia W. T. Wang同时为单叶和复叶, 此外萼片呈长圆形、倒披针形或狭卵形。
