A new lupin alkaloid, methyl 12-cytisineacetate 1, was isolated from the MeOH extract of Euchresta japonica. Its structure was confirmed by spectrometric data and by direct comparison with a synthetic sample. However, 1 is an artifact product and 12-cytisineacetic acid (2) is assumed to be the principal source of 1.  相似文献

Two new cage-type lupin alkaloids, (?)-tsukushinamine-B and tsukushinamine-C, have been isolated from the fresh epigeal parts of Sophora franchetiana, along with (?)-cytisine, (?)-N-formylcytisine, (?)-rhombifoline, (?)-anagyrine, (?)-baptifoline and (±)-ammodendrine, as well as (?)-tsukushinamine-A. The structures of these novel tsukushinamine-type lupin alkaloids were determined by spectroscopic data and partly by a chemical reaction. Variations of the alkaloid contents in the seeds, seedlings and various parts of S. franchetiana were also examined.  相似文献

Ammodendrine, together with seven other known lupin alkaloids, was isolated from Thermopsis lupinoides. (+)-Lupanine (+)-17-oxolupanine occurred together with (?)anagyrine, (?)-baptifoline, (?)-cytisine, (?)-N-methylcytisine (?)N-formylcytisine. These alkaloids have the opposite stereochemistry to that of (+)-lupanine and (+)-17-oxolupanine. The distribution of alkaloids in fresh flowers, leaves, stems roots of this plant was also examined.  相似文献

From the hot petrol extract of Piper cubeba ftuits, six lignans were isolated. Two of these, which have been obtained from a natural source for the first time, have been characterized as (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″,5″-trimethoxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′-methylenedioxybenzyl)-1,4-butanediol [(?)-dihydroclusin] and (3R,4R)-3,4-bis-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)tetra-hydro-2-furanol [(?)-cubebinin]. (?)Cubebin, (?)-hinokinin, (?)-clusin and (?)-dihydrocubebin were also found in this plant. Only (?)-cubebin has been reported so far from this source.  相似文献

From the petrol extract of Piper clusii five lignans were isolated. One of the lignans (?)-clusin is assigned the structure (?)-2-furanol-4(1,3-benzodioxol-5-ylmethyl) tetrahydro-3(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) methyl. This is the first report of this compound from a natural source. Asaronaldehyde and sitosterol were also present.  相似文献

A new lupin alkaloid, (?)-mamanine N-oxide, was isolated from Sophora chrysophylla together with 18 known alkaloids including some unusual lupin alkaloids such as kuraramine, lamprolobine, epilamprolobine, epilamprolobine N-oxide, (+)-mamanine and (?)-pohakuline. It was also shown that the alkaloid constituents of S. chrysophylla differed considerably in the leaves, stems and seeds.  相似文献

From the fresh leaves of Sophora tomentosa, three new lupin alkaloids, (?)-epilamprolobine, (+)-epilamprolobine N-oxide and 5-(3′-methoxycarbonylbutyroyl)aminomethyl-trans-quinolizidine N-oxide, have further been isolated along with (+)-matrine, (+)-matrine N-oxide, (+)-sophocarpine N-oxide, (?)-anagyrine, (?)- baptifoline, (?)-cytisine, (?)-N-methylcytisine, (?)-N-formylcytisine, (?)-N-acetylcytisine and (±)-ammodendrine. The absolute configurations of (+)-epilamprolobine N-oxide (1R:5R:6S) and (?)-epilamprolobine (5R:6S) have also been established by spectroscopic data and by comparison with synthetic (+)-epilamprolobine (5S:6R)derived from (?)-lupinine (5R:6R). (?)-Epilamprolobine is a diastereomer of (+)-lamprolobine (5R:6R) in Lamprolobium fruticosum and 5-(3′-methoxycarbonylbutyroyl) aminomethyl-trans-quinolizidine N-oxide is presumed to be an artefact. A biosynthetic pathway for the formation of (?)-epilamprolobine is also proposed.  相似文献

(?)-Cubebin (CUB), isolated from seeds of Piper cubeba, was used as starting material to obtain the derivatives (?)-hinokinin (HK) and (?)-O-benzyl cubebin (OBZ). Using paw edema as the experimental model and different chemical mediators (prostaglandin and dextran), it was observed that both derivatives were active in comparison with both negative (5% Tween® 80 in saline) and positive (indomethacin) controls. The highest reduction in the prostaglandin-induced edema was achieved by OBZ (66.0%), while HK caused a 59.2% reduction. Nonetheless, the dextran-induced paw edema was not significantly reduced by either of the derivatives (HK or OBZ), which inhibited edema formation by 18.3% and 3.5%, respectively, in contrast with the positive control, cyproheptadine, which reduced the edema by 56.0%. The docking analysis showed that OBZ presented the most stable ligand-receptor (COX-2 – cyclooxygenase-2) interaction in comparison with CUB and HK.  相似文献

Pongaglabol, a new hydroxyfuranoflavone, and aurantiamide acetate, a rarely occurring modified phenylalanine dipeptide, have been isolated together with 4 furanoflavones, karanjin, lancheolatin B, kanjone and pinnatin, a simple flavone, kanugin, a chromenoflavanone (?)-isolonchocarpin, two furanodiketones pongamol and ovalitenone, and β-sitosterol from the petrol and chloroform extracts of the flowers of Pongamia glabra. A new neolignan designated (?)-maglifloenone and the known one futoenone, both of which contain the rarely occurring spirocyclohexadienone skeleton, have been isolated together with the tetrahydrofuranolignan (+)-veraguensin, an optically inactive tertiary base taspine and β-sitosterol from the leaves and twigs of Magnolia liliflora. The structure and stereochemistry of (?)-maglifloenone have been deduced from the spectral data and the mass fragmentation of (?)-maglifloenone and futoenone have been rationalized. This is the first report of two neolignans of spirocyclohexadienone skeleton and of taspine from the Magnoliaceae family and the second report of the natural occurrence of futoenone.  相似文献

An enzyme catalyzing the methylation of phenolic hydroxyl groups in polyphenols was identified from mycelial cultures of edible mushrooms to synthesize O-methylated polyphenols. Enzyme activity was measured to assess whether methyl groups were introduced into (?)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (EGCG) using SAM as a methyl donor, and (?)-epigallocatechin-3-O-(3-O-methyl)-gallate (EGCG3″Me), (?)-epigallocatechin-3-O-(4-O-methyl)-gallate (EGCG4″Me), and (?)-epigallocatechin-3-O-(3,5-O-dimethyl)-gallate (EGCG3″,5″diMe) peaks were detected using crude enzyme preparations from mycelial cultures of Flammulina velutipes. The enzyme was purified using chromatographic and two-dimensional electrophoresis. The purified enzyme was subsequently analyzed on the basis of the partial amino acid sequence using LC–MS/MS. Partial amino acid sequencing identified the 17 and 12 amino acid sequences, VLEVGTLGGYSTTWLAR and TGGIIIVDNVVR. In database searches, these sequences showed high identity with O-methyltransferases from other mushroom species and completely matched 11 of 17 and 9 of 12 amino acids from five other mushroom O-methyltransferases.  相似文献

Three germacranolide sesquitepene lactones (argophyllin-A and -B and eupatolide), three diterpenoids (ciliaric acid, (?)-16-α-hydroxy-kaur-11-en-19-oic acid and (?)-16-α-hydroxykaurane) and one flavonoid (nevadensin) were isolated and characterized from a chloroform extract of Helianthus argophyllus. Argophyllin-A and -B are both described here for the first time. Their structures were deduced by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Argophyllin-A and -B were found to show anti-auxin effects while eupatolide exhibited weak insecticidal activity.  相似文献
