Bronchiectasis occurs frequently in association with pulmonary tuberculosis and is caused primarily by tuberculous bronchitis. It is common in all types of tuberculosis, especially in the fibroid lesion stage. It may occur with active tuberculosis and become part of the tuberculous picture. It may also occur with inactive tuberculosis and then present a distinct symptom complex. It is easy to diagnose. It is a relatively benign disease and usually no special treatment is needed; but when it becomes severe, pulmonary resection is the procedure of choice.  相似文献

Human Serum contains an acidic RNase which is glycoprotein in nature. It is thermostable at pH 4.2 and thermolabile at pH 8.5. It has a pH optimum at 6.5. Its activity either on poly (C) or RNA is endonucleolytic and is absolutely dependent on citrate or phosphate. It exhibits highest preference for the secondary phosphate esters of cytidine 3′-phosphates. It has no action on cytidine 2′:3′-cyclic phosphate. Poly (A) and poly (G) are not only refractory to its action, but also inhibit its action on poly (C). Its rate of hydrolysis of Poly (U) is about 2% of that of poly (C). It differs from bovine pancreatic RNase. It is, however, similar to human pancreatic RNase suggesting that its primary source is pancreas.  相似文献

Human urine RNase was purified about 2000-fold. The preparation is free from phosphatase, phosphodiesterase and DNase activities. On electrophoresis through polyacrylamide gel at pH 8.3, it migrates toward the anode and stains with periodic acid-Schiff reagent, suggesting that it is acidic and glycoprotein in nature. Its isoelectric point is at pH 4.1. It has a molecular weight of about 21,500. It is thermostable at pH 4.2 and thermolabile at pH 8.5. It has a pH optimum at 6.5. It exhibits highest preference for cytidine 3'-phosphate linkages. Its activity on poly (C) is endonucleolytic. It cleaves poly (C) via intramolecular transphosphorylation. It has no action on cytidine 2': 3'-cyclic phosphate or uridine 2':3'-cyclic phosphate. Its rate of hydrolysis of poly (U) is less than 2% of that of poly C). Poly (A) and poly (G) are totally inert to its action. Its action on poly (C) is inhibited by poly (G), poly (A) and poly (U). It differs from bovine pancreatic Rnase A in its physical, chemical and catalytic properties. It is, however, similar to human serum and pancreatic RNase in all its properties, suggesting that pancreas is its likely source.  相似文献

Venturicidin behaves as an orthodox energy transfer inhibitor in intact cells of Rhodopseudomonas capsulata as judged by the following criteria. 1. It led to inhibition of respiration. Inhibition was relieved by low concentrations of uncoupling agent. 2. It enhanced light-induced and oxygen dependent H+ efflux. 3. It stimulated light-induced and oxygen dependent carotenoid band shifts. The rate of decay of the band shifts after short flash excitation was decreased in the presence of venturicidin. 4. It stimulated light-induced and oxygen dependent butyltriphenylphosphonium uptake. 5. It inhibited the rise in cellular ATP concentration accompanying either photosynthesis or respiration.  相似文献

将构建的含有嗜麦芽假单胞菌酪氨酸酶基因的重组质粒导入从自然病死蝇蛆体内分离的具有显著杀蛆作用的类产碱假单胞菌体内 ,使后者获得了稳定产生黑色素的能力 ,具有很强的抗辐射作用。所产黑色素是无定形物质 ,在大多数有机和无机溶剂中溶解度低或不溶解 ,在碱性溶液中有较好的溶解性 ,在中性及弱酸性溶液中溶解度低 ,在pH <4的溶液中沉淀 ;可用过氧化氢或次氯酸钠氧化 ,也能被银离子或硫化氢还原 ;含有自由基 ,并能清除由紫外线诱导产生的自由基 ;能吸收所有波长的光线 ,在紫外波长下吸收值最大 ,能有效地保护紫外辐射对蛋白质及DNA等生物大分子物质的损害。  相似文献

The gene spy from Escherichia coli has been cloned and sequenced. It encodes a precursor of a so far unknown 139-residue, rather basic periplasmic protein. A new, light-induced absorbance change centered at 591 nm wasfound during analysis of the effect of preliminary illuminationon ferricyanide photoreduction in spinach chloroplasts. 九里香蛋白多糖有明显的抗生育作用,小鼠腹腔注射剂量2.08mg/kg,抗早孕率达72—83%。能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,吞噬指数和吞噬百分数分别为对照组的5.42和1.70倍。能增加致敏动物血清中溶血素含量,小鼠HC_(50)为对照组的5.1倍。对大鼠新鲜红细胞有明显的促进凝集作用,凝集率为31.1%。能对抗环磷酰胺引起的白细胞减少,对照组和九里香蛋白多糖组白细胞下降率分别为42.7%和26.7%。对二甲苯所致小鼠耳部炎症也有对抗作用,抑制率达52%。有抗凝血作用,家兔静脉注射18mg/kg,凝血时间延长1.76分钟。毒性较低,小鼠腹腔注射LD_(50)为462±56.7mg/kg。  相似文献

The work covers the problem of hypoxic preconditioning (HP) carried out in isolated cardiomyocytes. Papers on delayed HP in vivo are comparatively few, and only some single works are devoted to early preconditioning in vivo. It has been established that the HP limits necrosis and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes and improves contractility of the isolated heart after ischemia (hypoxia) and reperfusion (reoxygenation). It was found that adenosine was a trigger of iP in vitro. It was proved that NO* was a trigger of HP both in vitro and in vivo. It was shown that reactive oxygen species also were triggers of hypoxic preconditioning. It was shown that ERK1/2 and p38 kinase played important role in delayed HP in vitro.  相似文献

Some characteristics of L-ornithine decarboxylase of tomato ovaries and tobacco cells are described. The enzyme has a pH optimum of 8.0. It requires pyridoxal phosphate and thiol reagent (dithiothreitol) for activity. It is specific for L-ornithine and has an apparent Km of 1.4 X 10-4 M. It has an apparent molecular weight of 107000. Putrescine inhibited the activity in vitro. Spermidine and spermine also inhibit the enzyme, but less effectively. It is concluded that the enzyme is similar to that of mammalian origin and likewise fulfils a function related to cell proliferation.  相似文献

The Italian III strain (It III) of tobacco mild green mosaic virus (TMGMV) could not be distinguished from other strains of TMGMV using three antisera to this strain in precipitin, immunodiffusion gel tests, and ELISA. Antisera to the strains U2, PTMV, G-TAMV, and type TMGMV, however, were able to differentiate these strains from It III strain. The non-reciprocity of the serological relationship may be explained by assuming that It III lacks a specific epitope that the other strains have or that the, corresponding region in It III is not immunogenic.  相似文献

稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis.medinalis Guenèe中华稻蝗Oxya chinensis(Thunberg)稻苞虫Parnara guttatus (Bremer et Grey)是江苏地区水稻的主要食叶类害虫,取食水稻叶片,导致光合叶面积减少.剪叶模拟试验表明,水稻不同生育阶段叶面积损失率与产量损失率呈线性相关.其回归方程分蘖期、孕穗期、腊熟期分别为 D(It)=72.50759It1.15906、D(It)=141.61737It1.08002、D(It)=25.12434It1.00569.在叶面积损失率相同的情况下,产量损失率孕穗期>分蘖期>腊熟期.试验通过三种害虫的各龄取食量,不同生育阶段水稻叶面积及为害与损失率之间的关系,建立了不同生育阶段的经济允许损害水平(EILt).并根据各种害虫的相对潜在取食量,计算了校正等量损害系数,为制订复合防治指标提供了依据.实践证明:以等量损害为单位的复合防治指标有较大的实用价值,生态效益、经济效益、社会效益明显.  相似文献
