T cells recognize self and nonself peptides presented by molecules of the MHC. Amino acid substitutions in the antigenic peptide showed that T cell specificity is highly degenerate. Recently, determination of the crystal structure of several TCR/MHC-peptide complexes suggested that the peptide backbone may significantly contribute to the interaction with the TCR. To directly investigate the role of the peptide backbone in T cell recognition, we performed a methylene-amino scan on the backbone of an antigenic peptide and measured the capacity of such pseudopeptides to bind their cognate MHC molecule, to sensitize target cells for T cell lysis, and to stimulate IL-2 secretion by two T cell hybridomas. For one of these pseudopeptides, we prepared fluorescent tetramers of MHC molecules and compared the staining of two T cell hybridomas. Our results demonstrate that the peptide backbone has an important contribution to TCR binding and suggest that some interactions between the peptide backbone and the TCR may be partially conserved. We discuss this finding in the perspective of TCR plasticity and T cell function.  相似文献

Transpeptidation during the analytical proteolysis of proteins   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Since peptide mapping with proteolytic enzymes such as trypsin and Staphylococcus aureus V8 protease is a powerful tool for the characterization of proteins, investigators should be cognizant of possible artifacts due to the technique itself. This article describes the identification of minor peaks found in the maps of recombinant human relaxin and insulin-like growth factor I as transpeptidation products. Both proteins have some homology to insulin with relaxin being composed of two chains designated A and B, while insulin-like growth factor I is composed of a single polypeptide chain. Digestion of relaxin with trypsin at pH 7.2 yields two peptides, T2,3(A10-18) and T7(B10-13), linked together by a disulfide bond. An unexpected component at a 10% level was identified to be the T2-T7 peptide pair where T3(ArgA18) has formed a peptide bond with the amino-terminal LeuB10 of the T7 peptide. It was also observed that the digestion of insulin-like growth factor I with V8 protease normally yields two peptides V4(13-20) and V9(59-70) linked by a disulfide bridge. A minor peak at a 1 to 2% level was identified to be a single polypeptide resulting from the formation of a peptide bond between the amino-terminal Met59 of V9 and the carboxyl-terminal Asp20 of V4, with the disulfide bond intact. These transpeptidation products were isolated by reversed-phase HPLC and identified using amino-terminal sequence and mass spectrometric analyses.  相似文献

By incorporating carbamate bond(s) into a cytolytic peptide, novel pseudopeptides with potent antibacterial activity and low hemolytic activity were synthesized. Circular dichroism spectra suggested that the incorporation of carbamate bond(s) decrease the alpha helical conformation of the peptide in lipid membrane circumstances, which must be regarded as a major factor for the separation of antibacterial activity from cytotoxic activity for mammalian cell. Experiments in which dye was released from vesicles indicated that the potent antibacterial activity and low hemolytic activity of the pseudopeptides must be due to their great lipid membrane selectivity. The present result suggest that backbone modifications can be a great tool for developing pseudopeptides with improved biological activity and bioavailability from cytolytic peptides.  相似文献

Each of the last 6 peptide bonds in the COOH terminus of [Leu11]substance P [( Leu11]SP) and [Nle11]spantide were replaced with [CH2NH], and each analogue was tested for SP agonist or antagonist activity by determining its ability to interact with SP receptors on dispersed acini from guinea pig pancreas. Each of the 6 spantide and 5 of the 6 SP analogues had no agonist activity, whereas [psi 9-10]SP was an agonist. For the spantide pseudopeptides, the psi 10-11 analogue (Ki,2.8 microM) was equipotent as an antagonist to spantide itself, whereas the psi 9-10, psi 8-9, psi 7-8, and psi 6-7 analogues were 2.5, 7, 5, and 3 times less potent. For the SP pseudopeptides, the psi 10-11 analogue was the most potent antagonist (Ki, 6.2 microM), whereas the psi 8-9, psi 7-8, and psi 6-7 analogues were 7-, 36-, and 39-fold less potent. There was a close correlation between the ability of each pseudopeptide to inhibit binding of 125I-Bolton-Hunter-SP and to affect amylase secretion. [psi 10-11]SP inhibited SP-stimulated amylase release in a competitive manner, and its inhibitory ability was specific for the SP receptor. Despite [psi 10-11]SP, spantide, and [psi 10-11]spantide having similar affinities for the SP receptor (Ki, 2-6 microM), for inhibition of binding of 125I-[Tyr4]bombesin, the analogues differed with [psi 10-11]SP having a 50-fold lower affinity than for the SP receptor, whereas [psi 10-11]spantide had a 4-fold lower affinity and spantide a 1.5-fold lower affinity for the SP receptor. These results demonstrate that SP pseudopeptides represent a new class of SP receptor antagonists and, in contrast to the currently described SP receptor antagonists, are more specific for SP receptors.  相似文献

Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was used for determination of dissociation constant of phosphinate group in phosphinic pseudopeptides, i.e. peptides where one peptide bond is substituted by phosphinic acid moiety -PO2--CH2-. The dissociation constants were determined for a set of newly synthesized pseudopeptides derived from a structure N-Ac-Val-Ala(psi)(PO2--CH2)Leu-His-NH2 by nonlinear regression of experimentally measured pH dependence of their effective electrophoretic mobilities. CZE experiments were carried out in Tris-phosphate background electrolytes in the pH range 1.4-3.2. The pseudopeptides were synthesized as a mixture of four diastereomers, the separation of which was achieved in most cases. Moreover, differences of the effective mobilities of the pseudopeptide diastereomers enabled simultaneous determination of the dissociation constant of their phosphinate group without necessity of previous isolation of individual isomers.  相似文献

Profound lymphopenia has been observed during many acute viral infections, and our laboratory has previously documented a type I IFN-dependent loss of CD8 T cells immediately preceding the development of the antiviral T cell response. Most memory (CD44(high)) and some naive (CD44(low)) CD8 T cells are susceptible to IFN-induced attrition, and we show in this study that the IFN-induced attrition of CD8(+)CD44(high) T cells is associated with elevated activation of caspase-3 and caspase-8. We questioned whether TCR engagement by Ag would render CD8 T cells resistant to attrition. We tested whether a high concentration of Ag (GP33 peptide) would protect lymphocytic choriomeningitis (LCMV)-specific naive CD8 T cells (TCR transgenic P14 cells specific for the GP33 epitope of LCMV) and memory CD8 T cells (GP33-specific LCMV-immune cells) from depletion. Both naive P14 and memory GP33-specific donor CD8 T cells decreased substantially 16 h after inoculation with the Toll receptor agonist and IFN inducer, poly(I:C), regardless of whether a high concentration of GP33 peptide was administered to host mice beforehand. Moreover, donor naive P14 and LCMV-specific memory cells were depleted from day 2 LCMV-infected hosts by 16 h posttransfer. These results indicate that Ag engagement does not protect CD8 T cells from the IFN-induced T cell attrition associated with viral infections. In addition, computer models indicated that early depletion of memory T cells may allow for the generation for a more diverse T cell response to infection by reducing the immunodomination caused by cross-reactive T cells.  相似文献

Tissue transglutaminase (TG2) modifies proteins and peptides by transamidation or deamidation of specific glutamine residues. TG2 also has a central role in the pathogenesis of celiac disease. The enzyme is both the target of disease-specific autoantibodies and generates deamidated gliadin peptides recognized by intestinal T cells from patients. Incubation of TG2 with gliadin peptides also results in the formation of covalent TG2-peptide complexes. Here we report the characterization of complexes between TG2 and two immunodominant gliadin peptides. Two types of covalent complexes were found; the peptides are either linked via a thioester bond to the active site cysteine of TG2 or via isopeptide bonds to particular lysine residues of the enzyme. We quantified the number of gliadin peptides bound to TG2 under different conditions. After 30 min of incubation of TG2 at 1 microm with an equimolar ratio of peptides to TG2, approximately equal amounts of peptides were bound by thioester and isopeptide linkage. At higher peptide to TG2 ratios, more than one peptide was linked to TG2, and isopeptide bond formation dominated. The lysine residues in TG2 that act as acyl acceptors were identified by matrix assisted laser desorption ionization and nanoelectrospray mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry analysis of proteolytic digests of the TG2-peptide complexes. At a high molar excess of gliadin peptides to TG2 altogether six lysine residues of TG2 were found to participate in isopeptide bond formation. The results are relevant to the understanding of how antibodies to TG2 are formed in celiac disease.  相似文献

By the introduction of various amide surrogates, novel pseudopeptides corresponding to a membrane active depsipeptide were synthesized and their native characteristics compared with that of the peptide. The pseudopeptides had more resistance to serum proteases than the peptide and similar antimicrobial activities to that of the peptide without hemolytic activity. The pseudopeptides like the peptide were active against current drug resistant fungi and pathogenic fungi isolated from patients, and also had a strong synergism with current antifungal drugs against Candida albicans. The leakage assay suggested that the pseudopeptides also acted on the lipid membrane of pathogenic cells. These results indicated that the novel pseudopeptides had advantages over the peptide as a candidate for a novel antifungal drug and backbone modifications can be a tool in the development of a novel antifungal agent from membrane-active peptides isolated from natural sources or chemically synthesized.  相似文献

Human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) E6 and E7 oncoproteins are required for cellular transformation and represent candidate targets for HPV-specific and major histocompatibility complex class I-restricted CD8(+)-T-cell responses in patients with cervical cancer. Recent evidence suggests that cross-reactivity represents the inherent nature of the T-cell repertoire. We identified HLA-A2 binding HPV16 E7 variant peptides from human, bacterial, or viral origin which are able to drive CD8(+)-T-cell responses directed against wild-type HPV16 E7 amino acid 11 to 19/20 (E7(11-19/20)) epitope YMLDLQPET(T) in vitro. CD8(+) T cells reacting to the HLA-A2-presented peptide from HPV16 E7(11-19(20)) recognized also the HLA-A2 binding peptide TMLDIQPED (amino acids 52 to 60) from the human coronavirus OC43 NS2 gene product. Establishment of coronavirus NS2-specific, HLA-A2-restricted CD8(+)-T-cell clones and ex vivo analysis of HPV16 E7 specific T cells obtained by HLA-A2 tetramer-guided sorting from PBL or tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes obtained from patients with cervical cancer showed that cross-reactivity with HPV16 E7(11-19(20)) and coronavirus NS2(52-60) represents a common feature of this antiviral immune response defined by cytokine production. Zero of 10 patients with carcinoma in situ neoplasia and 3 of 18 patients with cervical cancer showed > or =0.1% HPV16 E7-reactive T cells in CD8(+) peripheral blood lymphocytes. In vivo priming with HPV16 was confirmed in patients with cervical cancer or preinvasive HPV16-positive lesions using HLA-A2 tetramer complexes loaded with the E6-derived epitope KLPQLCTEL. In contrast, we could not detect E6-reactive T cells in healthy individuals. These data imply that the measurement of the HPV16 E7(11-19(20)) CD8(+)-T-cell response may reflect cross-reactivity with a common pathogen and that variant peptides may be employed to drive an effective cellular immune response against HPV.  相似文献

The peptide bond in the 4-5 position of the cyclic and linear enkephalin analogs H-Tyr-cyclo[-D-Lys-Gly-Phe-L(or D)-Leu-] and H-Tyr-D-Ala-Gly-Phe-L(or D)-Leu-OH was replaced by a thiomethylene ether linkage. Each of the configurational isomers of the cyclic pseudopeptide H-Tyr-cyclo[-D-Lys-Gly-Phe psi [CH2S]L(or D)-Leu-] showed high potency in both the guinea pig ileum and the mouse vas deferens assay and, therefore, had no preference for either mu- or delta-opioid receptors, in contrast to the cyclic parent peptides H-Tyr-cyclo[-D-Lys-Gly-Phe-L(or D)-Leu-] which are mu-receptor selective. The loss of selectivity observed with the cyclic pseudopeptides may be due to the greater flexibility of their 18-membered ring structures as a consequence of the peptide bond substitution. The linear pseudopeptide analogs were both less potent and less delta-receptor selective than their parent compounds. These results indicate that thiomethylene ether peptide bond replacements can have a pronounced effect on the activity profile of peptide hormones and neurotransmitters.  相似文献

Through the development of a new chemical strategy, aminophosphinic peptides containing a pseudoglutamyl residue (Glu Psi(PO2-CH2)Leu-Xaa) in the N-terminal position were synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of aminopeptidase A (APA). The most potent inhibitor developed in this study, Glu Psi(PO2-CH2)Leu-Ala, displayed a Ki value of 0.8 nM for APA, but was much less effective in blocking aminopeptidase N (APN) (Ki = 31 microM). The critical role of the glutamyl residue in this phosphinic peptide, both in potency and selectivity, is exemplified by the P1 position analogue, Ala Psi(PO2-CH2)Leu-Ala, which exhibited a Ki value of 0.9 microM toward APA but behaved as a rather potent inhibitor of APN (Ki = 25 nM). Glu Psi(PO2-CH2)Leu-Xaa peptides are poor inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme (Ki values higher than 1 microM). Depending on the nature of the Xaa residue, the potency of these phosphinic peptides toward neutral endopeptidase 24-11 varied from 50 nM to 3 microM. In view of the in vivo role of APA in the formation of brain angiotensin III, one of the main effector peptides of the renin angiotensin system in the central nervous system, highly potent and selective inhibitors of APA may find important therapeutic applications soon.  相似文献

Synthetic gene transfer vectors can be optimised by combining DNA-binding peptides, cell surface receptor ligands, and fusogenic and nuclear localisation peptides. We have used the phage display technique to identify ligands of the tracheal epithelial cell line CFT-2. The peptides harboured by two phages were selected for transfection studies: peptide 7 (GRGDGDV) that contained the integrin-binding motif RGD, and peptide 9 (RFDSLKV) that was found in six out of 24 phages analysed. Both peptides, fused with the DNA-binding peptide P2 (SPKRSPKRSPKR), enhanced transfection efficiency in cell lines CFT-2, NT-1, NIH-3T3 and ECV-304. In particular, peptide P2-7 increased transfection efficiency from 36. 5% to 44.8% in NIH-3T3 cells and from 10.9% to 14.4% in CFT-2 cells, when compared to transfections performed with peptide P2. Two fusogenic peptides, HA (GLFEAIAEFIEGGWEGLIEGC) and JTS-1 (GLFEALLELLESLWELLLEA), were then added to the complexes and shown to improve transfection efficiency to the same extent. For instance, when combined to peptide P2-7, transfection levels of 54.1% and 55. 2% were attained in NIH-3T3 cells with HA and JTS-1, respectively. The addition of the ligands and fusogenic peptides thus allowed us to construct greatly improved transfection reagents.  相似文献

MHC class II molecules associate with peptides through pocket interactions and the formation of hydrogen bonds. The current paradigm suggests that the interaction of side chains of the peptide with pockets in the class II molecule is responsible for the formation of stable class II-peptide complexes. However, recent evidence has shown that the formation of hydrogen bonds between genetically conserved residues of the class II molecule and the main chain of the peptide contributes profoundly to peptide stability. In this study, we have used I-A(k), a class II molecule known to form strong pocket interactions with bound peptides, to probe the general importance of hydrogen bond integrity in peptide acquisition. Our studies have revealed that abolishing hydrogen bonds contributed by positions 81 or 82 in the beta-chain of I-A(k) results in class II molecules that are internally degraded when trafficked through proteolytic endosomal compartments. The presence of high-affinity peptides derived from either endogenous or exogenous sources protects the hydrogen bond-deficient variant from intracellular degradation. Together, these data indicate that disruption of the potential to form a complete hydrogen bond network between MHC class II molecules and bound peptides greatly diminishes the ability of class II molecules to bind peptides. The subsequent failure to stably acquire peptides leads to protease sensitivity of empty class II molecules, and thus to proteolytic degradation before export to the surface of APCs.  相似文献

Angiogenesis is associated with several pathological disorders as well as with normal physiological maintenance. Components of vascular basement membrane are speculated to regulate angiogenesis in both positive and negative manner. Recently, we reported that tumstatin (the NC1 domain of alpha 3 chain of type IV collagen) and its deletion mutant tum-5 possess anti-angiogenic activity. In the present study, we confirm that the anti-angiogenic activity of tumstatin and tum-5 is independent of disulfide bond requirement. This property of tum-5 allowed us to use overlapping synthetic peptide strategy to identify peptide sequence(s) which possess anti-angiogenic activity. Among these peptides, only the T3 peptide (69-88 amino acids) and T7 peptide (74-98 amino acids) inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis specifically in endothelial cells. The peptides, similar to tumstatin and the tum-5 domain, bind and function via alpha(v)beta(3) in an RGD-independent manner. Restoration of a disulfide bond between two cysteines within the peptide did not alter the anti-angiogenic activity. Additionally, these studies show that tumstatin peptides can inhibit proliferation of endothelial cells in the presence of vitronectin, fibronectin, and collagen I. Anti-angiogenic effect of the peptides was further confirmed in vivo using a Matrigel plug assay in C57BL/6 mice. Collectively, these experiments suggest that the anti-angiogenic activity of tumstatin is localized to a 25-amino acid region of tumstatin and it is independent of disulfide bond linkage. Structural features and potency of the tumstatin peptide make it highly feasible as a potential anti-cancer drug.  相似文献

The cyclic moiety of an endothelin antagonist peptide RES-701-1, composed of 10 amino acids with an amide bond between alpha-NH(2) of Gly1 and beta-COOH of Asp9, was coupled to some biologically active peptides aiming to improve their activities and stabilities against proteolytic degradation. Coupling of the cyclic peptide to the N-terminal of RGD-peptides, maximally 4-fold improvement of in vitro activity compared to the original peptide has been achieved. Coupling of it to protein farnesyltransferase inhibiting peptides resulted to improve in vitro activity maximally 3-fold. These peptides coupled with the cyclic peptide also showed enhanced stability against some typical proteases. These results indicate that this cyclic peptide can stabilize the conformations of the peptides coupled to its C-terminus. Coupling of our cyclic peptide is anticipated to be a novel conformational stabilizing method for biologically active peptides, results to improve their activity and stability.  相似文献

Cell penetrating peptides are useful tools for intracellular delivery of nucleic acids. Delivery of plasmid DNA, a large nucleic acid, poses a challenge for peptide mediated transport. The paper investigates and compares efficacy of five novel peptide designs for complexation of plasmid DNA and subsequent delivery into cells. The peptides were designed to contain reported DNA condensing agents and basic cell penetrating sequences, octa‐arginine (R8) and CHK6HC coupled to cell penetration accelerating peptides such as Bax inhibitory mutant peptide (KLPVM) and a peptide derived from the Kaposi fibroblast growth factor (kFGF) membrane translocating sequence. A tryptophan rich peptide, an analogue of Pep‐3, flanked with CH3 on either ends was also a part of the study. The peptides were analysed for plasmid DNA complexation, protection of peptide–plasmid DNA complexes against DNase I, serum components and competitive ligands by simple agarose gel electrophoresis techniques. Hemolysis of rat red blood corpuscles (RBCs) in the presence of the peptides was used as a measure of peptide cytotoxicity. Plasmid DNA delivery through the designed peptides was evaluated in two cell lines, human cervical cancer cell line (HeLa) and (NIH/3 T3) mouse embryonic fibroblasts via expression of the secreted alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter gene. The importance of hydrophobic sequences in addition to cationic sequences in peptides for non‐covalent plasmid DNA complexation and delivery has been illustrated. An alternative to the employment of fatty acid moieties for enhanced gene transfer has been proposed. The role of perforin, IFN-gamma, and TNF-alpha in anti-tumor CD8 T cell immunity was examined in a new tumor model using a CD8 T cell epitope (GP33) derived from lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus as a tumor-associated Ag. In contrast with parental 3LL-A9 (A9) Lewis lung carcinoma cells that progressively grow in C57BL/6 mice, s.c. injection of GP33-transfected A9GP33 tumor cells induced a protective GP33-specific CD8 T cell response that led to complete tumor cell elimination. Tumor regression was dependent on perforin, IFN-gamma, or TNF-alpha, because A9GP33 tumors developed in mice deficient in one of these genes. A9GP33 tumors arising in perforin- and IFN-gamma-deficient mice represented GP33 Ag-loss variants, demonstrating that GP33-specific CD8 T cells from these mice were able to exert an Ag selection pressure. In contrast, tumor cells growing in TNF-alpha knock-out mice still expressed the tumor-associated GP33 peptide despite the presence of activated GP33-specific CD8 T cells. These findings provide evidence for a crucial role of TNF-alpha in A9 tumor cell elimination by CD8 T cells in vivo.  相似文献

The encephalitogenic and proliferative responses of Lewis rat lymphocytes were defined by use of synthetic peptide GP68-84, representing the 68-84 sequence of guinea pig myelin basic protein (GPMBP), and otherwise identical peptides containing substitutions of either A75 or P80 residues. The comparative activities of these peptides were tested in the following bioassays: 1) active induction of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), 2) potentiation of EAE transfer activity by MBP- or peptide-sensitized lymph node cells (LNC), 3) in vitro proliferation of MBP- or peptide-sensitized LNC, and 4) in vitro proliferation of an encephalitogenic T cell line. The GP68-84 peptide exhibited potent activity in all four bioassays. In contrast, [A75]GP68-84 and [P80]GP68-84 exhibited a selective loss of certain activities while retaining activity in other bioassays. For example, LNC were activated by culture with [A75]GP68-84 to express potentiated EAE transfer activity. Furthermore, [A75]GP68-84 and GP68-84 were equipotent in stimulating the proliferation of the encephalitogenic T cell line. However, [A75]GP68-84 was virtually inactive in assays measuring the induction of EAE or the proliferation of either GPMBP- or [A75]GP68-84-sensitized LNC. Conversely, the [P80]GP68-84 peptide actively induced EAE and potentiated EAE cellular transfer activity but was incapable of stimulating proliferation of either GPMBP-sensitized LNC or an encephalitogenic T cell line. When [P80]GP68-84 was used for sensitization, in vitro proliferation of LNC was stimulated, but only by MBP sequences containing a P80 substitution. Overall, these results indicate that at least two structurally distinct T cell determinants of GP68-84 regulate functionally diverse encephalitogenic and proliferative activities of EAE-associated T cells.  相似文献

The solution conformations of two potent antagonists of bradykinin (Arg1-Pro2-Pro3-Gly4-Phe5-Ser6-Pro7-Phe8-Arg9), [Aca(-1),DArg0,Hyp3,Thi5,DPhe7,(N-Bzl)Gly8]BK (1) and [Aaa(-1),DArg0,Hyp3,Thi5,(2-DNal)7,Thi8]BK (2), were studied by using 2D NMR spectroscopy in DMSO-d6 and molecular dynamics simulations. The NMR spectra of peptide 1 reveals the existence of at least two isomers arising from isomerization across the DPhe7-(N-Bzl)Gly8 peptide bond. The more populated isomer possesses the cis peptide bond at this position. The ratio of cis/trans isomers amounted to 7:3. With both antagonists, the NMR data indicate a beta-turn structure for the Hyp3-Gly4 residues. In addition, for peptide 2, position 2,3 is likely to be occupied by turn-like structures. The cis peptide bond between DPhe7 and (N-Bzl)Gly8 in analogue 1 suggests type VI beta-turn at position 7,8. The molecular dynamics runs were performed on both peptides in DMSO solution. The results indicate that the structure of peptide 1 is characterized by type VIb beta-turn comprising residues Ser6-Arg9 and the betaI or betaII-turn involving the Pro2-Thi5 fragment, whereas peptide 2 shows the tendency towards the formation of type I beta-turn at position 2,3. The structures of both antagonists are stabilized by a salt bridge between the guanidine moiety of Arg1 and the carboxyl group of Arg9. Moreover, the side chain of DArg0 is apart of the rest of molecule and is not involved in structural elements except for a few calculated structures.  相似文献

We synthesized antibacterial pseudopeptides with less hemolytic activity by incorporation of reduced amide bond ψ[CH2NH] into α helical antibacterial peptide with hemolytic activity. As the pKa value of reduced amide bond is 7–8, it is protonated depending on the pH. We investigated the secondary structure, the binding affinity and the leakage activity for the vesicles, and the antibacterial activity of the peptide and its pseudopeptides at neutral and basic pH. Unlike the peptide, the pseudopeptides showed a more potent leakage activity when pH increased. The peptide exhibited a lower antibacterial activity at basic pH than at neutral pH, whereas the pseudopeptide showed the same antibacterial activity at basic and neutral pH. Overall results indicated that hydrophobicity of backbone of the pseudopeptide plays an important role in the increase of leakage activity and retention of antibacterial activity at basic pH.  相似文献
