目(竹节虫目)的昆虫具有很强的断肢再生能力。该文通过对华枝属(Sinophasmaspp)三种昆虫的实验,表明其再生能力与断肢发生的时间及数量有关。断肢1只或2只的1~4龄虫体发育至成虫期或至若虫末龄时,其再生足的长度与相应的正常足长度相近。若在5龄初时断肢1~2只,也具有再生能力,但至成虫期其再生足的长度则短于相对应的正常足。若在6龄及成虫时断肢,则无再生能力(若6龄时出现断肢再生,则若虫期多为7龄)。实验结果还表明,若断肢为3只或3只以上,则虫体不能存活,且多在断肢后2~3d内死亡。观察中尚发现,再生足生长速度明显高于正常足。而且,断肢的龄期越高,再生足生长速度越快。再生足的伸长生长与正常足一样,均出现于虫体蜕皮时。  相似文献

研究蟋蟀若虫是否具有再生的能力,在实验室内对直翅目蟋蟀科的双斑蟋Gryllus bimaculata de Geer若虫后足的再生情况进行初步观察。结果表明:双斑蟋若虫的后足确实具有再生的能力,且再生足的伸长生长与正常足一样,均出现于虫体蜕皮时。再生的过程主要分为3个阶段:突起期、“肢芽”期、短小足期。实验结果还表明:再生能力与断肢发生的时间及断肢部位有关;断肢部位离肢体越远,再生能力越强;断肢发生的时间越早,再生能力越强。  相似文献

研究中华真地鳖EupolyphagasinensisWalker的断足时间及数量对发育历期的影响,以及不同龄期断足处理后发育历期间的差异。以8龄若虫为研究对象,发现其再生临界期为20~26日龄。不同日龄的8龄若虫断去1条后足,蜕1次皮后能再生的若虫从断足至蜕皮的平均时间与8龄的正常历期相近,整个8龄若虫的发育历期均比正常历期长,并随断足处理日龄的增加而逐渐增加。蜕1次皮后断足没有再生的绝大部分个体,8龄若虫的历期均比正常历期短。以3日龄的4龄若虫为处理对象,发现断去不同数量的足后(蜕1次皮后均能再生),从断足至蜕皮的历期及4龄的历期,均随虫体断足数量的增加而增加,但断去1条或2条后足处理,从断足至蜕皮的历期间及断足处理后4龄历期与正常历期间的差异不显著。不同虫龄的若虫断去1条后足的腿节后1次蜕皮后能再生的大部分个体,从断足至蜕皮的时间比同龄若虫的正常历期稍长,所延长的时间相当于从龄初至断足处理的时间,而断足后1次蜕皮未再生的其余个体从断足到蜕皮的时间均很短。  相似文献

班氏跳小蜂Aenasiusbam bawalei Hayat是扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley的优势种寄生蜂。本文研究了在限制选择和自由选择的条件下,扶桑绵粉蚧的2龄若虫、3龄若虫和雌成虫对该蜂的寄生率、发育历期、子代性比和个体大小的影响。结果表明:在两种选择条件下,班氏跳小蜂对扶桑绵粉蚧3龄若虫的寄生率显著高于对雌成虫和2龄若虫的寄生率,但寄生粉蚧雌成虫的子代雌雄性比显著高于寄生3龄若虫或2龄若虫的性比;在两种选择条件下,雌蜂在寄主三种虫龄(态)上的发育历期差异不显著,但是雄蜂在粉蚧雌成虫中的发育历期显著长于寄生2龄若虫或3龄若虫的发育历期;在两种选择条件下,寄生于粉蚧雌成虫的子代雌蜂和雄蜂的个体都是最大,其后足胫节长度显著长于寄生于2龄若虫或3龄若虫的子代胫节的长度。  相似文献

采用光学显微镜研究了枣球蜡蚧Eulecaniumgiganteum (Shinji)雄虫在不同发育期的形态特征。结果表明 :该虫雄性完成其生活史需经历初孵若虫、固定若虫、预蛹和蛹、雄成虫 4个阶段。初孵的 1龄若虫为扩散活动期 ,虫体具有发达的单眼、触角和 3对胸足 ,便于寻找寄生场所 ,但泌蜡腺体很少。 1龄后期和 2龄若虫为固定取食期 ,虫体缘毛粗大 ,泌蜡腺体很多 ,蜡泌物在虫体背面堆积成龟背状蜡壳 ,自我保护性很强。预蛹和蛹不再取食 ,虫体隐藏在白色的半透明蜡壳内。与若虫相比 ,体形变化很大 ,预蛹出现翅芽 ,而其它各器官退化 ,眼无 ,触角和足短小且分节不显。到蛹期 ,翅芽、触角和足明显长大 ,并出现感觉毛。成虫期为活动交配期 ,头部出现发达的 5对单眼 ,触角 1 0节 ,密布各种刚毛等感觉器。前翅和足发育完好。  相似文献

报道了中华真地鳖Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker的断足再生特征。研究结果表明,不同虫龄期的若虫都有断足再生能力;足的不同部位断足后均能再生;断掉不同数量的足后,只要能成活均可再生。断足再生后,继续断掉再生足的原位或其他部位也可以再生。再生足的跗节均比正常的少一节,具有再生不完整性。断足后,只要经1~2次蜕皮,均可再生。断掉一对足的腿节后,再生足出现大小不一的现象,小的一般发育不全,断足数量多容易出现再生足发育不全。再生足比正常足要小,但生长速度要快,断掉足的腿节或跗节后的再生足经过2次蜕皮后基本可恢复到正常足大小。  相似文献

褐飞虱饲养于不同水稻品种、不同生育期以及不同种群密度条件下,5龄若虫翅芽长度与成虫翅型具有稳定的相关性:翅芽长于1.10mm羽化后为长翅型雌虫,介于0.96~1.09mm之间为长翅型雄虫或短翅型雌虫,小于0.95mm为短翅型雄虫。根据5龄若虫翅芽长度结合外生殖器特征,编制了成虫翅型检索表。由此,可在5龄若虫期预测成虫的翅型和种群盛衰的趋势。  相似文献

本文采用显微观察技术及酶含量测定方法,对日本松干蚧Matsucoccus matsumurae(Kuwana)分泌蜡质的几个虫态及各虫态虫体内与蜡质合成相关的脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)和脂肪酸延伸酶(FAE)的含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:雄性泌蜡主要在二龄若虫期和三龄若虫期,前者为珠形若虫,虫体分泌少量湿蜡,在体表形成薄蜡层,由气门周缘分泌蜡丝,后者泌蜡量大,为蜡丝结茧;雌性泌蜡主要在二龄若虫和雌成虫泌蜡形成卵囊期。FAS含量变化与泌蜡活动关系密切,在雄性的三龄若虫期最高,二龄若虫期次之,蛹期最低;雌性成虫泌蜡前和中期FAS含量最高,产卵完毕时最低,二龄若虫期居中;FAE含量与FAS变化相似,但在二龄若虫期也较高。这说明FAS和FAE参与了蜡质合成过程。  相似文献

东方胎球蚧在长春年生1代,以2龄若虫固着在二年生枝条的芽腋、分枝和不光滑处群集越冬。3月末至4月初开始活动为害。越冬若虫为害盛期为4月下旬至6月初。此时虫体明显膨大。5月下旬至6月上旬为成虫期和卵盛期。7月初起当年若虫自介壳下爬出分散转移到叶片、叶炳和嫩枝上为害,老虫共2龄。调查未见雄虫,均行孤雌生殖。主要天敌有黑缘红飘虫和一种寄生性小峰。当前生产上可在若虫越冬后为害盛期前和当年若虫出壳分散期。因地制宜地用有机磷或合成菊酯类杀虫剂进行常规喷雾。防治效果均较好。  相似文献

【目的】为掌握茶翅蝽Halyomorphahalys(St?l)的发生及为害特性,进一步采取有效的防治措施,本文测定了茶翅蝽卵到成虫的发育历期、成虫的寿命及其繁殖能力,并研究了茶翅蝽若虫各龄期的形态特征。【方法】本文在温度(25±1)℃,湿度RH 70%±5%,光照周期16 L∶8 D的实验条件下,采用单头饲养法,测定了茶翅蝽从卵到成虫的生长发育历期、1-5龄若虫的形态特征,并通过新羽化成虫配对饲养测定成虫的寿命及雌虫的繁殖能力。【结果】茶翅蝽卵到成虫的发育历期为(44.98±2.54)d,其中卵的发育历期为(6.90±0.05)d,孵化率为96.06%;若虫总发育历期为(38.08±2.49)d,1-5龄历期分别为(5.41±0.17)、(9.17±0.15)、(6.73±0.16)、(7.46±0.49)和(9.28±0.32)d,若虫总存活率为59.97%;雌、雄成虫寿命分别为(30.80±2.41)d和(36.56±2.82)d;雌成虫产卵前期为11.80 d,持续产卵期为14.08 d,单雌一生平均产卵量为83.80粒。茶翅蝽1龄若虫色彩鲜艳,黄色、褐色或橘红色,体长为(1.93±0.03)mm,宽为(1.43±0.02)mm,足胫节黑色无白斑;2-5龄若虫主体均为黑色,2龄胸部背板黑色、无黄斑,足胫节黑色无白斑,体长为(2.52±0.05)mm,宽为(1.73±0.03)mm;3龄胸部背板黑色且有黄斑、无翅芽,足胫节黑色并带有白斑或白环,体长为(4.29±0.05)mm,宽为(2.93±0.06)mm;4龄翅芽开始显现延伸至后胸后缘,足胫节有白环,体长为(6.46±0.10)mm,宽为(4.46±0.08)mm;5龄翅芽末端近达腹部第2节后缘,足胫节有白环,体长为(9.25±0.19)mm,宽为(6.18±0.16)mm。【结论】在25℃下,茶翅蝽卵到成虫的发育历期为44.98 d,卵到成虫的存活率为57.60%,平均每雌产卵量为83.80粒。翅芽的发育特征及足胫节上是否有白色环纹是辨别若虫各龄期的重要依据。  相似文献

There are 5 tarsomeres in the normal cockroach leg, but this number is often reduced in regenerated legs. In order to examine this complicated situation, fore-, mid-, and hindlegs of German cockroaches were amputated at 11 different tarsal levels and at 18 different times during the last instar. When tarsi were amputated at or proximal to the 3rd tarsomere, 4-segmented tarsi regenerated. When legs were amputated distal to the 3rd tarsomere, the regenerated tarsi had 5 segments. Three-segmented tarsi rarely regenerated when legs were amputated proximal to 3rd tarsomere and in the latter half of the instar period. The lengths of all tarsomeres of regenerated tarsi were measured together with those of unoperated contralateral tarsomeres, and the ratios of the former to the latter were calculated. The ratios ranged from 28 to 138% for the various tarsomeres and levels of amputation. From a comparison of the ratios and morphological observations, it was suggested that the 3rd tarsomere of the normal 5-segmented tarsus has disappeared in the regenerated 4-segmented tarsus. Pads and disto-lateral spines of tarsomeres were observed on unoperated and regenerated tarsi. It was of interest that double spines were often found on the 4-segmented tarsi, mostly on the 2nd tarsomere, just proximal to the position of the missing 3rd tarsomere. This observation supported the idea that the 3rd tarsomere has not simply disappeared, but has probably fused with the 2nd tarsomere.  相似文献

Decapoda Crustacea molt in order to grow; some species, such as the Dungeness crab Cancer magister, achieve a very large size. Does sendory neuron hyperplasia in internal proprioceptors accompany this growth? To determine this, neurons in propodite-dactylopodite (PD) chordotonal organs were counted in first walking legs of juvenile (5th through 9th instar) and adult (10th through 13th instar) C. magister. We found that the PD organs of J5 crabs have about 56 neurons; the number increases to about 61 neurons in J6 crabs. Significant hyperplasia now occurs because an average of 79 neurons are found in the PD organs of J7 crabs. Little to no hyperplasia accompanies the several succeeding juvenile and adult molts (ca. 82–86 neurons are present). Because autotomized limbs are regenerated upon molting, we also examined how the number of PD organ neurons in regenerated legs compare with those of pristine legs. Newly regenerated legs (termed 1st stage regenerates) have fewer sensory neurons than do their contralateral pristine partners (65 vs 81); larger regenerated legs which have attained nearly normal size as a result of additional molts (2nd stage regenerates) still have fewer neurons than their pristine partners (69 vs 81). Additionally, in contrast to those of pristine walking legs, the elastic strand of PD organs from 1st stage regenerates is a misshapen sheet containing a cluster of small neurons with no obvious functional organization. Nonetheless, neurophysiological recordings indicate that all the receptor types typical for pristine legs (movement and position cells) are represented. Limb regeneration potential and the apolysis process were investigated in the argasid tick, Ornithodoros tartakovskyi. Developmental instars received single or multiple amputations and were subsequently allowed to undergo single or multiple apolyses. Amputated ticks regenerated complete normal limbs but only after four successive apolyses. Following a single apolysis, the majority of regenerated limbs were essentially miniature duplicates of normal legs but commonly lacked normal chaetotaxy and/or tarsal hump(s). The site of amputation distal to the coxa-trochanter joint, number of limbs removed from an individual, and instar amputated did not consistently influence the extent of regeneration. Coagulation and clot formation were observed.The limbs of the tick apolysed within the old leg hulls. Larvae and nymphs amputated relatively early during the period of apolyses regenerated limbs; late amputations precluded regeneration. The process of apolysis was irreversible and not obviously affected by amputations.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate and determine for how long, after either hypophysectomy or the third (last) growth hormone injection (to previously hypophysectomized newts), the circulating and now declining titers of endogenous or exogenous hormone remained at a sufficient concentration to permit a morphologically normal forelimb regeneration response in the adult newt Notophthalmus viridescens. To examine the declining levels of endogenous hormone (hormone withdrawal series [HW]), left forelimbs were amputated at specific times following hypophysectomy. Right forelimbs were amputated 5 days prior to hypophysectomy. The declining levels of exogenous hormone (hormone replacement series [HR] were examined in newts whose left forelimbs were amputated at specific times following the last of three consecutive alternate-day growth hormone injections that were initiated 5 days post hypophysectomy. Right forelimbs were amputated immediately following the first hormone injection. All experimental animals were sacrificed when their right forelimbs regenerated to an advanced digitiform regenerate. In both series right forelimbs regenerated normally. In the HW series normal regeneration resulted only when forelimbs were amputated within 48 hours post hypophysectomy, whereas in the HR series normal regeneration occurred in only those newts whose forelimbs were amputated within 12 hours of the last hormone injection. The regeneration response of left forelimbs in both series gradually declined with the time interval between either hypophysectomy or hormone injection and forelimb amputation. As the hormone titer declined, fewer limbs initiated a normal response; they became progressively more hypomorphic and eventually failed to undergo typical regeneration.  相似文献

为了探明B型烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci B-biotype 和温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum体内的碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)在两者竞争替代中所起的作用,以对硝基苯磷酸二钠 (pNPP)为底物,采用个体测定和群体测定的方法,研究比较了2种粉虱不同虫态中该酶的性质。结果表明:2种粉虱的碱性磷酸酶比活力在整个发育历期均逐渐增加,成虫期达到最大。温室白粉虱2至4龄若虫(伪蛹)期的碱性磷酸酶比活力分别是B型烟粉虱对应龄期酶比活力的2.58、2.68和3.14倍; B型烟粉虱雌雄成虫的碱性磷酸酶比活力分别是温室白粉虱雌雄成虫酶比活力的1.24和1.26倍,且2种粉虱雌虫的酶比活力显著大于其雄虫。2种粉虱2龄若虫到成虫的碱性磷酸酶最适pH均为7.8,最适温度均为47℃;在1龄若虫中均未能检测到该酶活性。测定并比较2种粉虱不同虫态碱性磷酸酶动力学特征参数的结果显示,温室白粉虱碱性磷酸酶在3、4龄若虫的亲和力以及在2, 3, 4龄若虫的酶蛋白浓度均显著大于B型烟粉虱的对应值,而在成虫期2种粉虱的亲和力、酶蛋白浓度无差异,B型烟粉虱的活化能显著小于温室白粉虱。据此推测,B型烟粉虱利用碱性磷酸酶在若虫期进行组织骨化和生长发育不如温室白粉虱,但羽化为成虫后利用其进行解毒代谢则可能强于温室白粉虱。  相似文献

室内测定了球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana BBSG8702菌株对桃蚜Myzus persicae 若蚜的毒力,并分析了若蚜脱皮与白僵菌有效侵染之间的关系。在21℃、1×106/mL孢子浓度下, 1~4龄若蚜感菌后的累积死亡率分别为10.1%、2.1%、3.1%和40.2%,明显低于同样条件下成蚜的感菌死亡率(98.4%)。在若蚜各龄感菌死亡的个体中,1~4龄中分别有8.1%、50.0%、44.4%和98.0%的若蚜在死亡前发育到成蚜,且都能产下正常发育的后代。若蚜的感菌死亡率与接菌后到第一次脱皮的时间密切相关,脱皮早则感菌死亡率低,反之亦然。但试验中也发现有部分若蚜特别是低龄若蚜感菌后未完成第一次脱皮便死亡。观察了桃蚜在1、4龄早期感染球孢白僵菌后的发育、存活和生殖情况,结果表明:1、4龄早期若蚜接菌后第一次脱皮的时间早于未接菌若蚜,但提前幅度少于5%,在羽化为成蚜之前被致死的概率分别只有4.1%和0,在羽化为成蚜后8天内的生殖率与未接菌蚜虫的无明显差异。这些结果表明,若蚜的脱皮,尤其当蚜虫在低龄若蚜时受感染后的多次脱皮,可有效地摆脱球孢白僵菌分生孢子的侵染,降低该菌的毒力。  相似文献

Nymphs of hemimetabolous insects, such as cockroaches and crickets, possess functional legs with a remarkable capacity for epimorphic regeneration. In this study, we have focused on the role of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling in regeneration of a nymphal leg in the cricket Gryllus bimaculatus. We performed loss-of-function analyses with a Gryllus Egfr homolog (Gb'Egfr) and nymphal RNA interference (RNAi). After injection of double-stranded RNA for Gb'Egfr in the body cavity of the third instar cricket nymph, amputation of the leg at the distal tibia resulted in defects of normal distal regeneration. The regenerated leg lacked the distal tarsus and pretarsus. This result indicates that EGFR signaling is required for distal leg patterning in regeneration during the nymphal stage of the cricket. Furthermore, we demonstrated that EGFR signaling acts downstream of the canonical Wnt/Wg signaling and regulates appendage proximodistal (PD) patterning genes aristaless and dachshund during regeneration. Our results suggest that EGFR signaling influences positional information along the PD axis in distal leg patterning of insects, regardless of the leg formation mode.  相似文献

A study of regeneration in nymphs and adults of the South African tick Ixodes (Afrixodes) rubicundus, from which the forelegs had been amputated during the previous instar, revealed that the structural changes in regenerated Haller's sensory organs resemble those observed in other ixodid ticks, in particular in another prostriate tick, Ixodes (Ixodes) ricinus. The adult regenerates re-establish their atavistic features in terms of the increased number of different sensilla on the distal knoll, in the anterior pit and the capsule. The nymphal regenerates, in contrast, re-establish the features of the previous instar through a reduction in the number of some sensilla on the distal knoll and in the post-capsular area. The structural changes in different compartments of the organ appear independent. The phenomenon of regenerative induction through the appearance of specific changes in Haller's organ of the contralateral non-treated foreleg is probably characteristic only of prostriate ticks. A unique modification in the regenerated Haller's organ as revealed by duplication of the Haller's organ capsule was discovered in both I. rubicundus nymphs and adult ticks.  相似文献
