目的:观察小白鼠饮食磁处理党参药液后对血液功能的影响。方法:用血球计数仪测定白细胞数(WBC)、红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)及血小板数(PLT) ,采用比较法比较正常对照组、非磁处理党参药液组与磁处理党参药液组对小白鼠血液功能的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,磁处理党参药液组白细胞数差异不显著(p >0 .0 5 ) ,红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度显著提高,差异极显著(p <0 .0 1) ,血小板数0 .2 5T药液组达差异显著(p <0 .0 5 ) ,0 .1T药液组差异不显著;与非磁处理药液组比较,磁处理党参药液组白细胞数差异不显著(p >0 .0 5 ) ,而红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度及0 .2 5T血小板数均有提高,差异极显著(p <0 .0 1) ,0 .1T药液组血小板数差异不显著(p >0 .0 5 )。结论:磁处理党参药液对血细胞数变化有明显作用。  相似文献

Red blood cell, white blood cell, and platelet measures, including their count, sub-type and volume, are important diagnostic and prognostic clinical parameters for several human diseases. To identify novel loci associated with hematological traits, and compare the architecture of these phenotypes between ethnic groups, the CARe Project genotyped 49,094 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that capture variation in ~2,100 candidate genes in DNA of 23,439 Caucasians and 7,112 African Americans from five population-based cohorts. We found strong novel associations between erythrocyte phenotypes and the glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) A-allele in African Americans (rs1050828, P<2.0×10(-13), T-allele associated with lower red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit, and higher mean corpuscular volume), and between platelet count and a SNP at the tropomyosin-4 (TPM4) locus (rs8109288, P=3.0×10(-7) in Caucasians; P=3.0×10(-7) in African Americans, T-allele associated with lower platelet count). We strongly replicated many genetic associations to blood cell phenotypes previously established in Caucasians. A common variant of the α-globin (HBA2-HBA1) locus was associated with red blood cell traits in African Americans, but not in Caucasians (rs1211375, P<7×10(-8), A-allele associated with lower hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular volume). Our results show similarities but also differences in the genetic regulation of hematological traits in European- and African-derived populations, and highlight the role of natural selection in shaping these differences.  相似文献

BackgroundAltered levels of many hematological parameters have been directly associated with diabetes in adults, while studies on children with type 1 diabetes mellitus are lacking. The aim of this study was to determine hematological indices in diabetic Bosnian children in comparison to healthy controls as well as to correlate their levels to blood glucose and hemoglobin A1c.Methods100 healthy and 100 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus (age 1-18) were included in this study. Complete blood count, hemoglobin A1c, and glucose were tested. Results were analysed by IBM SPSS Statistics version 23.ResultsSignificant differences (p<0.05) between healthy and diabetic children were found in relation to HbA1c, glucose, mean platelet volume, the number of white blood cells and erythrocytes, hematocrit, hemoglobin and MCH values. No gender differences or significant age differences were seen for hemoglobin, hematocrit, and MCV, while platelets, MPV, and MCH differed by age only in healthy children. When diabetic children were classified according to HbA1c levels, significant differences were seen for erythrocyte count and hematocrit value (p=0.013 and 0.019, respectively). The number of erythrocytes and white blood cells correlated significantly with HbA1c (p=0.037 and 0.027, respectively).ConclusionsLower levels of erythrocytes, hematocrit, and hemoglobin in diabetic compared to healthy children indicate possible development of anemia, while higher MCV, MCH, and MPV values indicate an alteration in erythrocyte morphology. Hematological indices could be a useful inexpensive tool in the diagnosis and follow up of type 1 diabetes in children.  相似文献

研究通过比较杂交子一代奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis spp.)与亲本在腹腔注射无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)后累积死亡率差异, 血液生理指标、生化指标和脾脏促炎性细胞因子的表达水平变化, 以深入了解奥尼罗非鱼抗病性杂种优势的生理和分子基础。结果显示: 在无乳链球菌人工感染后, 奥尼罗非鱼的累积死亡率显著低于亲本(P<0.05)。感染前奥尼罗非鱼的白细胞数、红细胞数和红细胞压积最高, 感染后3种罗非鱼的白细胞都显著性升高(P<0.05), 红细胞数、红细胞压积和血红蛋白显著性下降(P<0.05), 呼吸暴发受到抑制, 奥尼罗非鱼血液生理指标与父本奥利亚罗非鱼更为接近; 奥尼罗非鱼在感染细菌后的血糖浓度和溶菌酶含量显著高于亲本, 呼吸暴发强于亲本(P<0.05)。定量PCR结果显示感染后3种罗非鱼脾脏TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的mRNA表达水平都显著上升(P<0.05), 3种罗非鱼的TNF-α和IL-6都在感染后7h达到峰值, 奥尼罗非鱼IL-1β在感染后48h达到峰值, 尼罗罗非鱼IL-1β在感染后24—48h达到峰值, 奥利亚罗非鱼IL-1β在感染后72h达到峰值; 奥尼罗非鱼的TNF-α和IL-6 mRNA表达水平在感染前后都最高, IL-1β mRNA表达水平在感染前和感染后7—48h显著高于亲本(P<0.05)。研究表明杂交育种途径能显著提高鱼体的抗病力, 与亲本相比, 奥尼罗非鱼对无乳链球菌的侵染具有更强的防御能力; 感染后3种罗非鱼促炎性细胞因子都显著升高, 可能参与了宿主对细菌感染的防御, 但奥尼罗非鱼的免疫应答比亲本更活跃, 表现出抗病力杂种优势。  相似文献

Objective

The influence of hematological indices such as complete blood count on microcirculation is poorly understood. Retinal microvasculature can be directly visualized and vessel calibers are associated with a range of ocular and systemic diseases. We examined the association of complete blood count with retinal vessel calibers.

Methods

Cross-sectional population-based Blue Mountains Eye Study, n = 3009, aged 49+ years. Complete blood count was measured from fasting blood samples taken at baseline examination, 1992–4. Retinal arteriolar and venular calibers were measured from digitized retinal photographs using a validated semi-automated computer program.

Results

All analyses adjusted for age, sex, systolic blood pressure, diabetes, smoking and fellow vessel caliber. Higher hematocrit, white cell count and platelet count were associated with narrower arteriolar caliber (p = 0.02, 0.03 and 0.001 respectively), while higher hemoglobin, hematocrit, red cell count, white cell count and platelet count were associated with wider venular caliber (p<0.0001 for all). Each quintile increase in hematocrit, white cell count and platelet count was associated with approximately 0.5 µm narrower arteriolar caliber; whereas each quintile increase in all of the complete blood count components was associated with approximately 1–2 µm wider venular caliber.

Conclusions

These associations show that elevated levels of hematological indices can have adverse effects on the microcirculation.  相似文献

We investigated the hemorheological, hematological and biochemical parameters in 30 cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), 21 cases of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and 30 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). The parameters studied include whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), red cell filterability, hematocrit, platelet count and aggregation, fibrinogen, hemoglobin, leucocyte count, bleeding time and lactate dehydrogenase activity (LDH). In the cases of ALL we observed significant decrease in whole blood viscosity, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet count but an increase in plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, bleeding time and LDH activity. In the cases of AML, we observed increase in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, ESR, fibrinogen, leucocyte count, bleeding time and LDH activity but decrease in the hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet count. In the cases of CML, we observed an increase of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, ESR, fibrinogen elevation but decreases in bleeding time. In all cases, red cell filterability was unaffected.  相似文献

目的分析真菌性食管炎患者接受抗真菌治疗期间血常规及免疫功能动态变化的特征。方法将我院收治的42例真菌性食管炎患者纳入实验组,给予患者氟康唑联合克霉唑抗真菌治疗;同期收治的42例反流性食管炎纳入对照组,给予常规治疗。两组分别于入院时、治疗1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d及14 d,动态开展血常规检查及免疫功能指标监测。治疗过程中,观察两组不良反应。结果治疗期间,实验组白细胞计数呈下降趋势,中性粒细胞百分比则呈上升趋势;对照组白细胞计数呈下降趋势,中性粒细胞无明显变化。治疗1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d,组间白细胞计数差异显著(P<0.05);入院时、治疗1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d,组间中性粒细胞对比差异显著(P<0.05),治疗14 d,组间中性粒细胞百分比差异不显著(P>0.05)。实验组、对照组CRP均呈下降趋势,治疗1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d CRP水平组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组、对照组食管炎患者IgM及IgG均呈升高趋势,治疗1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d对比,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真菌性食管炎患者多伴明显免疫功能下降、中性粒细胞比例降低。治疗期间,血常规检查、免疫功能的动态监测可为真菌性食管炎患者的疗效评估提供临床依据。  相似文献

The complete hematologic blood cell count of 11 patients with advanced cancer were determined on 14 occasions, every 4 hr over 36-48 hr. Oral temperature was also measured at the same times as blood sampling. Five patients had breast cancer, five had ovarian cancer and one a leiomyosarcoma. Circadian rhythms were detected by the cosinor method for seven hematologic variables (red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, platelets) and for oral temperature in the whole group of patients. All acrophases were located between 1300 and 1700 hr, except for lymphocytes (2100 hr). A rhythm with a period of 8 hr was validated for lymphocytes and monocytes. Validated or estimated amplitudes and acrophases were closely similar in both breast and ovarian cancer subgroups. Individual cosinor analyses documented large differences from patient to patient, which were accounted for by differences in performance status. Thus, subjects with poor performance status and rapidly progressive disease had very few validated rhythms as compared to those patients with good performance status. As a result a statistically significant correlation was found between the number of validated hematologic circadian rhythms and the performance status (r = -0.88; P less than 0.01).  相似文献

Hematological and serum biochemical data obtained from non-pregnant, pregnant and post-partum squirrel monkeys (Saimiri sciurea) were analyzed by canonical discriminant analysis (discriminant analysis with reduction of dimensionality). All animals were of wild origin and had been maintained under uniform environmental conditions at Tsukuba Primate Center for Medical Science, N.I.H., Japan. Months were standardized by the day of parturition. The calculated arithmetic means and standard deviations were listed for each item of measurement performed. Items detected statistically significant difference (p less than 0.01) between months were as follows: red blood cell count (RBC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), hematocrit value (Ht), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), white blood cell count (WBC), albumin concentration (ALB), blood urea nitrogen concentration (BUN), total cholesterol concentration (T-CHO), triglyceride concentration (TG), alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP) and calcium concentration (Ca). Results of canonical discriminant analysis showed that the value of the first canonical variate (Z1) decreased from the early period of pregnancy to the middle period, and that the second canonical variate (Z2) decreased from the middle period of pregnancy to the end of pregnancy. 摘要 目的:探讨肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae, MP)感染对儿童血常规数及C反应蛋白(C reactive protein, CRP)水平的影响。方法:以60例肺炎支原体抗体(MP-IgM)阳性患儿作为观察组,选取同期60名MP-IgM阴性儿童作为对照组,对两组患儿血常规参数和CRP水平进行回顾性分析。结果:与对照组比较,观察组红细胞压积、血红蛋白、单核细胞比例、单核细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例、中性粒细胞计数、红细胞计数均数或中位数升高,嗜碱性粒细胞比例、嗜碱性粒细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞比例、嗜酸性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞比例(LY)、淋巴细胞比计数(LY#)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、红细胞平均体积、平均血小板体积、血小板压积、血小板分布宽度、血小板计数、红细胞分布宽度均数或中位数降低;观察组患儿的CRP水平中位数显著高于对照组,以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,MP感染与淋巴细胞比例、淋巴细胞比计数降低具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:MP感染患儿的血常规参数和CRP水平均发生变化,临床医生应对这些参数给予关注和连续监测,从而提高诊疗效果。  相似文献

目的:分析洗涤红细胞输注在早产儿贫血中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年10月~2017年11月我院需要输血治疗的贫血早产儿107例,均具有《早产儿管理指南》中的输血指征。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,对照组53例输注红细胞悬浮液,观察组54例输注洗涤红细胞。比较两组患儿输血情况、治疗前后血液流变学相关指标、亚硝基硫醇(RSNO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和苯二醛(MDA)水平的变化及并发症的发生情况。结果:两组患儿输血量、输血次数、输血后血细胞压积和输血后血红蛋白水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。输血前,两组患儿全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、RSNO、SOD和MDA水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);输血后,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及血浆黏度均较输血前显著下降,且观察组以上指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患儿RSNO、SOD水平显著下降,MDA水平显著升高(P<0.05),观察组患儿以上指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。观察组患儿呼吸暂停和院内感染的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组脑白质损伤及颅内出血的发生率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:洗涤红细胞输注可显著改善贫血早产儿的血液流变学,降低应激反应及呼吸暂停和院内感染的发生率,且输血量、输血次数、输血后血细胞压积和输血后血红蛋白水平与输注红细胞悬浮液相当。  相似文献

目的:探讨血清铁调素(Hepcidin)在老年人群缺铁性贫血(IDA)和慢性病贫血(ACD)中的应用价值。方法:选择老年IDA患者32例,老年ACD患者34例,健康对照组28例。检测对比三组血清Hepcidin、血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、白细胞数(WBC)水平。结果:ACD组中WBC明显高于IDA组(P0.05)。血清Hepcidin在IDA组、ACD组及对照组之间具有显著性差异(P0.05),IDA组中Hepcidin含量比对照组低,而ACD组中Hepcidin含量比对照组高(P0.05)。IDA组、ACD组中SI明显低于对照组(P0.05),而两组间无显著性差异(P0.05)。ACD组中SF、CRP均明显高于IDA组与对照组(P0.05)。Hepcidin诊断IDA组的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)值大于诊断ACD组,IDA组的诊断指数高于ACD组。结论:血清Hepcidin含量的检测对于鉴别IDA和ACD具有重要的意义。  相似文献

We evaluated the effects of L-carnitine on the hematological characteristics of rats fed a cholesterol-rich diet. Healthy male Wistar Albino rats were assigned to four equal groups. During the 40 day experiment, group 1 was fed standard rat pellets, group 2 was fed standard rat pellets containing 7.5 % cholesterol powder, group 3 was fed standard rat pellets and water that contained 75 mg/l L-carnitine, and group 4 was fed standard rat pellets that contained 7.5% cholesterol and water that contained 75 mg/l L-carnitine. Blood samples were analyzed for red (RBC) and white (WBC) blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, granulocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, mean cell volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) using an automated cell counter. The RBC count in the group that received the 7.5% cholesterol diet was decreased significantly compared to the other groups. The hematocrit of the cholesterol group was lower than for the L-carnitine + cholesterol and L-carnitine groups. The MCV in the cholesterol group was significantly higher than the control group. The MCH in the cholesterol group was higher than for the other groups. There was no significant difference among the groups with regard to hemoglobin, MCHC, WBCs and leukocyte types. L-carnitine appears to have beneficial effects on erythrocyte stability, erythropoiesis and hyperlipidemia.  相似文献

We examined hematological parameters in four related sciurid species in the late summer-autumn to assess the role of habitat, elevation, body size, and behavior in shaping these parameters. Red squirrels (Tamiasciurus hudsonicus) and Arctic ground squirrels (Spermophilus parryii) were sampled in southwestern Yukon, yellow-pine chipmunks (Tamias amoenus) in southern Alberta, and the eastern grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) in southern Ontario. We obtained whole blood samples from each species and compared glucose levels, red blood cell characteristics (hematocrit, red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration), and white blood cell counts (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils) across species. We found species differences in glucose and red blood cell characteristics that may be a function of activity levels, phylogeny, or elevation, but not of body size, body condition, or adaptations to a semi-fossorial habitat. We also found species differences in white blood cell counts that remain unexplained by any single simple explanation and may be more useful for comparison of individuals within a given species than for interspecies comparisons.  相似文献

1. A major locus with two alleles is responsible for large differences in erythrocyte 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (DPG) levels in Rattus norvegicus. Blood from homozygous High-DPG, homozygous Low-DPG and heterozygous animals was used to measure blood indices and red cell enzyme activities. 2. Significant differences between groups were found in DPG levels, white blood cell counts and hemoglobin levels. 3. The results suggest that none of the red cell enzymes assayed is structurally or quantitatively different in the three groups.  相似文献

We examined hematological parameters for a semifree-ranging population of mandrills to investigate the influence of age and sex, and to establish normative values for age-sex classes. We also investigated the influence of the reproductive cycle on hematological parameters in females and the influence of seasonality on both sexes. We examined hemoglobin concentration, platelet count, white cell count, red cell count, hematocrit, mean cell volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and differential white cell counts, with a total of 459 observations. Red cell counts, hemoglobin, and hematocrit are significantly lower in females than in males, while female white cell counts are significantly higher. Platelet and white cell counts both decreased with age, while MCV and MCHC (males only) increased with age. Absolute lymphocyte counts also decreased with age. Female reproductive status had little effect on hematology, but melengestrol acetate contraceptive implants resulted in significant increases in hemoglobin, white cell count, red cell count, and hematocrit. Finally, lymphocyte counts increased significantly during the wet season in comparison with dry months, which may be related to increased parasite infection during the wet season. We compare our findings to those for other species, and discuss age-sex patterns in light of mandrill life history. Our results demonstrate the importance of including age-sex class, female reproductive status, and season in studies of hematology and will be useful in further studies of the colony.  相似文献

Mitochondrial DNA copy number (mtDNA‐CN) estimated in whole blood is a novel marker of mitochondrial mass and function that can be used in large population‐based studies. Analyses that attempt to relate mtDNA‐CN to specific aging phenotypes may be confounded by differences in the distribution of blood cell types across samples. Also, low or high mtDNA‐CN may have a different meaning given the presence of diseases associated with mitochondrial damage. We evaluated the impact of blood cell type distribution and diabetes status on the association between mtDNA‐CN and aging phenotypes, namely chronologic age, interleukin‐6, hemoglobin, and all‐cause mortality, among 672 participants of the InCHIANTI study. After accounting for white blood cell count, platelet count, and white blood cell proportions in multivariate models, associations of mtDNA‐CN with age and interleukin‐6 were no longer statistically significant. Evaluation of a statistical interaction by diabetes status suggested heterogeneity of effects in the analysis of mortality (< 0.01). The magnitude and direction of associations between mtDNA‐CN estimated from blood samples and aging phenotypes are influenced by the sample cell type distribution and disease status. Therefore, accounting for these factors may aid understanding of the relevance of mitochondrial DNA copy number to health and aging.  相似文献

Several studies on babies have shown that the type of delivery can influence the hematological and immune status of the newborn. In bovine medicine, some authors reported the hematological pattern of the newborn calf, but never related it with the calving process or other perinatal factors. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the hematological profile in newborn calves in relation to the type of delivery. A total of 41 healthy calves were enrolled; 16 Friesian calves which were born by vaginal delivery without assistance (VD), and 25 Belgian Blue calves that were born by elective Caesarean section (CS). As soon as the calves were born, a complete clinical examination was performed to verify viability and maturity. At 10 min after birth, 2 mL venous blood was collected to perform the blood gas and acid-base evaluation. Blood samples were subsequently collected from the jugular vein within 30 min after birth, and at 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 days of age. An automatic analyzer was used to determine hemoglobin concentration (Hb), hematocrit (Ht), and red and white blood cell counts, while differential leukocyte count was performed microscopically. Statistical analysis was applied to assess differences between the groups and within the group for all parameters between each sampling time (P ≤ 0.05). All the calves were born alive, viable, and mature. There were no acidotic calves, but statistical analysis revealed many differences, as higher pH, base excess (BE) (P ≤ 0.05), PO2 (P < 0.001), and sO2 (P < 0.0001) in the VD group. Levels of hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit, and red blood cell number were constantly higher in CS calves (P < 0.001). In comparison with the VD calves, white blood cell and neutrophil absolute number were higher at birth and at 14 days of age in the CS group (P < 0.001 and P ≤ 0.05). The mode of delivery, therefore, seems to have an influence on the oxygenation levels and on the hematological and nonspecific immunity profile of the newborn calf.  相似文献
