中国西藏植物多样性较为丰富,尽管已经进行了多次的植物多样性调查,但仍存在较严重的不均衡现象,部分地区和类群存在采集不足,甚至空白。我们针对西藏日喀则植物多样性调查薄弱区域开展调查,发现一个未记录的绿绒蒿属(Meconopsis Viguier)植物,采集了标本和种子。经查阅《西藏植物志》《中国植物志》、Flora of ChinaFlora of Nepal鉴定为尼东绿绒蒿(M. dhwojii G. Taylor ex Hay)。该文植物新资料报道如下:(1)尼东绿绒蒿形态描述及其彩色图片。(2)该植物种子微形态、与近似种间的形态差异。新发现丰富了中国绿绒蒿属植物多样性,对研究西藏乃至中国绿绒蒿属植物具有一定的生物地理学意义和潜在的园艺价值。绿绒蒿属分类须加强野外调研,多技术手段开展研究。  相似文献

Large numbers of 2 species of Entamoeba, Entamoeba coli and Entamoeba bovis, were recovered from captive white-tailed deer from Georgia. The trophozoite of the first ameba was a large form with a well-defined vesicular nucleus bearing a prominent eccentric endosome, abundant peripheral chromatin, and numerous periendosomal granules. Cytoplasmic vacuoles containing bacteria and other substances were common. Mature cysts were octonucleate. Glycogen vacuoles and irregularly shaped chromatoids were frequently present. This ameba was identified as Entamoeba coli. The trophozoite of the second ameba was small, with a typical Entamoeba nucleus. Cysts were uninucleate, containing numerous chromatoids resembling bars, splinters of wood, and irregular masses. There was occasionally a glycogen vacuole. This ameba was identified as Entamoeba bovis.  相似文献

Weissella cibaria 110, isolated from the Thai fermented fish product plaa-som, was found to produce a bacteriocin active against some gram-positive bacteria. Bacteriocin activity was not eliminated by exposure to high temperatures or catalase but was destroyed by exposure to the proteolytic enzymes proteinase K and trypsin. The bacteriocin from W. cibaria 110 was purified, and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that the purified bacteriocin contained one protein band that was approximately 2.5 kDa in size. Mass spectrometry analysis showed the mass of the peptide to be approximately 3,487.8 Da. N-terminal amino acid sequence analysis was performed, and 27 amino acids were identified. Because it has no similarity to other known bacteriocins, this bacteriocin was defined as a new bacteriocin and termed weissellicin 110.  相似文献

SUMMARY

Transferrin is the major iron transport protein of mammalian plasma. The ultraviolet-B irradiation of 1.4 mg/ml iron saturated transferrin solutions (~32 μM Fe3+) induces a Fe3+ loss accompanied by Fe2+ formation. The initial quantum yield of Fe3+ loss is wavelength dependent (φ(313 nm)~1.3×10?3) and oxygen independent suggesting an intramolecular electron transfer from one of the Fe3+ ligands. A photolysis of tryptophan residues parallels this photoreduction.  相似文献

An assemblage of microfossils from the mid-Proterozoic Mara Dolomite Member of the Emmerugga Dolomite, McArthur Group, Northern Territory, Australia, has been studied. The assemblage contains 10 species, of which one is new. The classification of Proterozoic microfossils is reviewed and a morphographic scheme adopted. The new assemblage is compared with other McArthur Group assemblages, and the differences between the assemblages are explained in terms of environmental differences. Comparison with other microfossil assemblages world-wide, suggests that these assemblages have stratigraphic potential.  相似文献

Pleistocene macaque remains are uncommon in Great Britain. In addition to three specimens previously known from three sites, four teeth from Hoxne, Suffolk are recorded here. Closely resembling teeth of modern Macaca sylvanus (Barbary ape), they were recovered from a Middle Pleistocene stratum containing stone artifacts (including handaxes) and fauna including cold-climate lemmings.  相似文献

Three new nortriterpene saponins having inhibitory effects on the growth of cultured tumor cells, named pfaffosides D, E and F, have been isolated from Pfaffia paniculata. Their structures have been established as 3β-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-(6-O-n-butyl) glucuronopyranosyl]-pfaffic acid-(28 → 1)-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester, 3β-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d(6-O-methyl)glucuronopyranosyl]-pfaffic acid-(28 → 1)-β-d glucopyranosyl ester and 3β-O[β-d-glucuronopyranosyl]-pfaffic acid respectively, based on their chemical and spectroscopic properties  相似文献
