黄土丘陵区旱地作物水分生态适应性系统评价   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8  
根据调查资料和田间试验结果,系统地分析了旱地不同作物生长发育与降水分布的时序关系、旱地作物水分潜在利用率和旱地主要作物水分供需平衡与错位特征,并利用水分生态适应性数学模型,对宁南黄土丘陵区主要作物的水分生态适应性进行了定量评价.结果表明,秋熟作物生长发育与降水分布耦合性较好,夏熟作物生长发育与降水分布耦合性较差.不同作物的降水潜在利用率存在差异。其基本规律是:多年生牧草>薯类作物>谷类作物;秋熟作物>夏熟作物.作物的水分满足率和生态适应性,秋熟作物优于夏熟作物,丰水年份优于干旱年份.旱地6种主要作物的水分生态适应性指数排序依次为:谷子>马铃薯>糜子>胡麻>豌豆>春小麦.  相似文献

洛阳旱地夏玉米生产潜力长周期定量模拟与评价   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
以洛阳孟津地区气象数据库、土壤数据库、作物数据库和多年田间试验数据库为基础,应用DSSAT作物生长模型估算了当地夏玉米光温生产潜力和光温水生产潜力,并对节水潜力开发现状及途径进行了分析.结果表明,洛阳孟津地区47a夏玉米光温生产潜力为6900.00~15805.00 kg · hm-2,均值为12039.96 kg · hm-2,可作为补灌区平均最高产量的上限参考值;光温水生产潜力为1529.31~13742.00 kg · hm-2,均值为8894.42 kg · hm-2,仅占光温生产潜力82%左右,可作为雨养夏玉米平均最高产量的上限参考值.夏玉米生育期内平均降水量为356.22mm,年际间波动幅度较大,平均水分满足率为71.9%,不同土壤类型及不同降雨年型夏玉米潜在水分利用效率变幅较大,波动范围为8.04~37.46 kg · hm-2 · mm-1,47a均值为26.424 kg · hm-2 · mm-1.近8a旱作夏玉米现实水分利用效率仅占潜在水分利用效率的45.87%,平均光温水生产潜力开发度为47.55%.夏玉米节水潜力非常大,采用合理的节水农业措施,加强农田建设,改善地力状况,增强土壤储水蓄水稳定能力,高效利用降水资源,提高水分利用效率是今后提高夏玉米产量的重要途径.  相似文献

从作物冠层净同化速率入手,通过引入对CO2浓度、空气湿度、光照强度和土壤含水量反映较敏感的光能利用系数(β),建立了考虑水分胁迫和光照条件对作物干物质积累与产量形成影响的数学模型,模型考虑了水分胁迫与低光照下冠层阻力增加的设定,将反映作物冠层水分状况的功能叶水势(Ψl)作为参数纳入本模型,通过对土壤相对含水量(Aw)、气温(Ta)、水汽压差(VPD)的多元回归估算出Ψl,并将空气动力学阻力(Ra)简化为风速(u)的函数,盆载试验应用实例和敏感性分析表明,该模型在诊断环境因子特别是土壤水分与光照因子对作物生长和产量构成的影响具有一定的实用性。  相似文献

还田秸秆的分解与氮素释放动态是作物养分管理的重要依据。建立了秸秆分解氮素释放动态的“整吞”式动态模拟模型。模型由秸秆有机质分解和残余有机质含氮率动态模拟两部分组成,有机质分解的温度效应用指数函数描述,水分效应用分段线性函数描述,用“标准天”反映温度与水分的综合影响,残余有机质含氮率动态变化用“标准天”为变量的函数模拟,初始秸秆含氮量与残余秸秆含氮量之差即为秸秆分解的氮素净释放。“整吞”式较之“吃馅饼”式建模构思,所需参数少且易通过实验获得,增加了模型的可用性,利用在淮北滨海地区小麦的试验资料对模型的有效性进行了验证。  相似文献

Beta模型在反映温度对作物发育非线性效应方面被广泛采用.为使该函数满足在设定的最适温度下函数值取值最大的条件,得到Beta模型的特殊形式.分析认为,该模型满足温度对作物发育影响的三基点规律、较好地反映发育速率对温度变化的响应特征、温度三基点在模型中应比较明确的3个规范性要求,具有较强的变化特征表达能力,可以近似表达二次函数、高斯函数等函数的变化.分析了Beta模型与积温法计算结果的关系.通过对Beta模型一阶和二阶导数的分析,明确了其变化特征,指出已有研究对参数P生物学意义解释的不妥之处,提出作物发育速度对温度的非线性响应是感温性的本质特征的观点,并从新的视角肯定了参数P在一定程度上可以作为作物感温性强弱的度量.  相似文献

以北京东灵山辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)林内17种成年优势植物为对象,系统测定了植物水分饱儿状态下的渗透率(Ψπsat)、膨压丧失点的渗透势(Ψπlp)、细胞壁可塑性模量系数(ε)和膨压丧失点的水分饱和亏缺(WSDtlp)。通过林内外不同生境条件下4种参数比较,论述了不同植物对林外水分条件的适应特征。分析了林内外17个物种的Ψπsat与ε的关系,在林外两者的关系可用y=0.6338-0.11344x 0.00305x^2表示;在林内可用y=-0.7932-0.07296x 0.0029x^2表示(y:Ψπsat;x;ε)。根据不同植物4个水分参数在林内外生境条件下的适应模式,利用聚类分析的方法,将17个物种划分成3个水分适应类型,每一个类型均有特殊的水分平衡机制和水分关系参数调节格式。  相似文献

水分胁迫下春小麦根系吸水功能效率的研究   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
对水分胁迫下不同根系大小的春小麦籽粒产量与水分利用效率、相对生长速度和根系功能效率之间的关系进行了研究。实验分为3个水分处理和3个根系大小处理,3个水分处理分别是土壤含水量保持在田间持水量的80%-90%(H),50%-60%(M)和30%-40%(L)。根系大小的处理是(1)大根系处理(B),(2)中根系处理(M)和(3)小根系处理(S)。实验结果表明,在中度和重度干旱条件下小根系处理(MS和LS)的作物具有较高的WEUg,WUEdm、相对生长速度、根系功能效率和籽粒产量;在高水分处理中,上述参数的数值在大根系处理中相对较高。根呼吸耗C量在作物的整个生育期中都占有十分重要的地位,尽管根呼吸耗C比例随作物的生长而呈同步增加的趋势,但实际耗C量却呈逐步下降的趋势,同一时期作物的根呼吸速率与土壤含水量之间存在正相关关系,说明适当降低土壤含水量可以有效地减少根呼吸耗C量,有利于提高作物的存活率。在干旱半干旱地区,春小麦的根功能效率尚未达到最高值,作物产量仍有潜力可挖,通过适时补灌和减少同化物向根系分配的比例和根系对同化产物的消耗量来达到提高春小麦籽粒产量的方法是可行的,但不是长久之计。  相似文献

延安公路山辽东栎林优势植物水分适应性及适应类型分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以陕西省延安公路山辽东栎林群落为对象,测定林内外不同状态下12种优势植物的水势日进程、自然饱和亏、临界饱和亏等水分利用参数,分析它们在林内和林外孤立木状态下的水分利用多样性和水分平衡策略,以揭示辽东栎群落水分利用多样性在群落持续发育中的作用.结果表明:(1)在林内或林外12种优势植物的水势日变化趋势基本一致,一天内每一时段物种间水势值跨度不同,林内种间水势跨度为0.85~1.93 Mpa,林外种间水势跨度为0.6~1.83Mpa;林内物种间日最低水势(-1.43~-3.05 Mpa)及临界饱和亏(63.12%~92.59%)变幅较大;各优势植物水势日进程与气象因子显著相关.(2)林内外各时段物种间水势跨度不同,14:00和17:00林外物种间水势跨度大于林内;12种植物的水势日变化与林内有显著差异(P<0.05),且在林内和林外环境下水分参数具有相似变化趋势.(3)根据黎明前水势、日最低水势、自然饱和亏、临界饱和亏将辽东栎林内12种优势植物水分利用策略聚类分为 4个水分适应类型,每个适应类型具有特殊的水分适应方式.可见,辽东栎群落内12种优势植物的水分利用参数及其对环境适应表现出多样性特点,为该群落持续发育奠定了基础.  相似文献

Background

Translating a known metabolic network into a dynamic model requires reasonable guesses of all enzyme parameters. In Bayesian parameter estimation, model parameters are described by a posterior probability distribution, which scores the potential parameter sets, showing how well each of them agrees with the data and with the prior assumptions made.

Results

We compute posterior distributions of kinetic parameters within a Bayesian framework, based on integration of kinetic, thermodynamic, metabolic, and proteomic data. The structure of the metabolic system (i.e., stoichiometries and enzyme regulation) needs to be known, and the reactions are modelled by convenience kinetics with thermodynamically independent parameters. The parameter posterior is computed in two separate steps: a first posterior summarises the available data on enzyme kinetic parameters; an improved second posterior is obtained by integrating metabolic fluxes, concentrations, and enzyme concentrations for one or more steady states. The data can be heterogenous, incomplete, and uncertain, and the posterior is approximated by a multivariate log-normal distribution. We apply the method to a model of the threonine synthesis pathway: the integration of metabolic data has little effect on the marginal posterior distributions of individual model parameters. Nevertheless, it leads to strong correlations between the parameters in the joint posterior distribution, which greatly improve the model predictions by the following Monte-Carlo simulations.

Conclusion

We present a standardised method to translate metabolic networks into dynamic models. To determine the model parameters, evidence from various experimental data is combined and weighted using Bayesian parameter estimation. The resulting posterior parameter distribution describes a statistical ensemble of parameter sets; the parameter variances and correlations can account for missing knowledge, measurement uncertainties, or biological variability. The posterior distribution can be used to sample model instances and to obtain probabilistic statements about the model's dynamic behaviour.  相似文献

The distributions of synthesis rates of expressed proteins in a liquid batch culture of the prokaryote S. coelicolor during 3 days' growth have been analyzed by using a law governing the relation between the synthesis rates and the corresponding ranks in a list of rates (the so-called simplified canonical law, scl), which we have found previously to characterize the distribution of prokaryotic protein expression. The scl remains valid throughout development and the two parameters of the distribution, q and r, evolve in a highly characteristic and revealing way. q is a measure of the degree to which available genomic resources are used, in the sense of exploiting their potential diversity. The passage from one developmental phase to another is marked by a sharp peak in q, as these resources are fully mobilized to deal with a crisis (i.e., exhaustion of the habitual food supply). This is followed by an even more pronounced trough, as the organism briefly focuses its resources on synthesizing just those proteins most essential for survival, especially those hitherto unavailable and needed for metabolizing the new nutrient source. The parameter r indicates redundancy among the most abundantly expressed proteins: higher r corresponds to more diversity; i.e., less duplication of function, hence less robustness. This parameter is relatively steady throughout the development of the culture, except for a pronounced peak during the developmental phase transition. This corresponds to the "emergency mode" characterized by extremely low q, during which a minimum repertoire of proteins is expressed.  相似文献

A method is described that allows experimental \(S^2\) order parameters to be enforced as a time-averaged quantity in molecular dynamics simulations. The two parameters that characterize time-averaged restraining, the memory relaxation time and the weight of the restraining potential energy term in the potential energy function used in the simulation, are systematically investigated based on two model systems, a vector with one end restrained in space and a pentapeptide. For the latter it is shown that the backbone N–H order parameter of individual residues can be enforced such that the spatial fluctuations of quantities depending on atomic coordinates are not significantly perturbed. The applicability to realistic systems is illustrated for the B3 domain of protein G in aqueous solution.  相似文献

The horizontal distribution of infestation by Contarinia lentis in lentil fields, not subjected to chemical control was recorded and analysed in Slovak Republic during outbreaks of this pest in 1986–89. Infestation level was defined as the percentage of galls form the total number of galls, pods, and flowers. The highest level of infestation were found along the edges and the lowest levels in the centres of fields. The distribution of the infestation between the edge and the centre has been described for 18 fields using a nonlinear function containing two parameters. The first parameter represents the infestation level at the edge. The second parameter represents the rate of decreas of infestation from the edge towards the centre of the field. The relationship between the first parameter and the distance to the adult midge emerge site and the relationship between second parameter and the mean velocity of winds caryring females from the emergence site is described using exponential functions. The results indicate that (1) the longer the distance to the midge emergence site, the lower the infestation at the edge; and (2) the gretaer the wind velocity, the weaker the decrese in infestation from the edge towards the centre of a field.  相似文献

This paper develops mathematical and computational methods for fitting, by the method of maximum likelihood (ML), the two-parameter, right-truncated Weibull distribution (RTWD) to life-test or survival data. Some important statistical properties of the RTWD are derived and ML estimating equations for the scale and shape parameters of the RTWD are developed. The ML equations are used to express the scale parameter as an analytic function of the shape parameter and to establish a computationally useful lower bound on the ML estimate of the shape parameter. This bound is a function only of the sample observations and the (known) truncation point T. The ML equations are reducible to a single nonlinear, transcendental equation in the shape parameter, and a computationally efficient algorithm is described for solving this equation. The practical use of the methods is illustrated in two numerical examples.  相似文献

A data assimilation technique applied to a predator-prey model   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
A new approach for data assimilation, which is based on the adjoint method, but allows the computer code for the adjoint to be constructed directly from the model computer code, is described. This technique is straightforward and reduces the chance of introducing errors in the construction of the adjoint code. Implementation of the technique is illustrated by applying it to a simple predator-prey model in a model fitting mode. A series of identical twin numerical experiments are used to show that this data assimilation approach can successfully recover model parameters as well as initial conditions. However, the ease with which these values are recovered is dependent on the form of the model equations as well as on the type and amount of data that are available. Additional numerical experiments show that sufficient coefficient and parameter recoveries are possible even when the assimilated data contain significant random noise. Thus, for biological systems that can be described by ecosystem models, the adjoint method represents a powerful approach for estimating values for little-known biological parameters, such as initial conditions, growth rates, and mortality rates.  相似文献

Purpose

The aim of the present paper is to describe the development of a life cycle assessment study of the service of potable water supply in Sicily, Italy. The analysis considers the stages of collection, treatment and distribution of potable water through the regional network, whilst the use stage of water is not included.

Methods

The selection of a methodological pattern coherently with the requirements of an environmental label, such as the EPDs, aims at allowing comparability among different studies.

Results and discussion

The analysis shows the shares of impacts along the life cycle chain, i.e. outputs by well fields and spring groups, purification and desalination plants, water losses in the waterworks, electrical consumption of waterworks systems and impacts of network maintenance. With regard to global warming potential (GWP), the impact of purification plants represents a 6–7 % share of the total, whilst desalination is at 74 %. Water losses in the waterworks show an impact of 15–17 %; the contribution owing to electrical consumption of waterworks systems and network maintenance results to be 3 %. Desalination plants represent the major contribution to all impact categories considered.

Conclusions

In respect to management issues, the most relevant impact categories resulted to be GWP, non-renewable energy resources and water consumption. Since the results for non-renewable energy resources are strictly connected to GWP emissions, carbon footprint and water footprint can be profitably used as single-issue indicators without the risk of burden shifting in studies aiming to evaluate the impact of potable water distribution.  相似文献

A simple model of water uptake by vegetation is used to aid the discrimination of plant water sources determined with isotope data. In the model, water extracted from different soil depths depends on the leaf–soil potential difference, a root distribution function and a lumped hydraulic conductance parameter. Measurements of plant transpiration rate, and soil and leaf water potentials are used to estimate the value of the conductance parameter. Isotopic ratios in soil water and xylem are then used to constrain the root distribution. The model is applied to field measurements of transpiration, leaf water potential and 18O composition of xylem water on Corymbia clarksoniana, Lophostemon suaveolens, Eucalpytus platyphylla and Melaleuca viridiflora, and soil water potential and 18O composition of soil water to 8.5 m depth, in an open woodland community, Pioneer Valley, North Queensland. Estimates of the water uptake from various depths below the surface are determined for each species. At the time of sampling, the proportion of groundwater extracted by the trees ranged from 100% for C. clarksoniana to <15% for L. suaveolens and E. platyphylla. The advantages of the model over the traditional approach to determining sources of water used by plants using isotope methods are that it: (1) permits more quantitative assessments of the proportion of water sourced from different depths, (2) can deal with gradational soil water isotope profiles (rather than requiring distinct values for end-members), and (3) incorporates additional data on plant water potentials and is based on simple plant physiological processes.  相似文献

Using environmental parameters we studied the distribution of two endangered species, Hydrocharis morsus-ranae L. and Rumex hydrolapathum Huds., in a low-lying marshland of the Swiss Plateau, a region in which aquatic vegetation is particularly threatened. A large part of the study site is regularly mown by a machine for site management purposes. The caterpillar mower digs ruts, which are especially pronounced along the tracks used to reach the mown compartment. To assess the effects of site management on these species, we have tested six environmental parameters (vegetation unit, water conductivity, water supply indicated by altitude, time elapsed since the last cut, distance from major ruts and disturbance of major ruts) that can potentially influence plant distribution. All the plots of these two species have been found in mowed compartment, which seems to indicate a correlation between site management operations and occurrences. The other factors driving the distribution of these plants are vegetation unit, distance from major ruts and water supply.  相似文献

【背景】对于饮用水中的微生物污染,绝大多数研究集中在细菌、病毒及原虫和蠕虫。由于真菌中包含多种潜在致病菌,应当引起人们的关注。【目的】研究城市供水系统中真菌数量、群落组成变化及可能存在的潜在致病真菌。【方法】利用MEA和RB两种培养基,对供水系统中的原水和两个水厂净水工艺过程及不同供水模式用户龙头水样进行培养法计数统计。提取上述样本总DNA,并应用Illumina MiSeq平台进行ITS1区高通量测序。【结果】从15个样本中共获得有效序列579 470条,1 260个OTU,包含8个门26个纲67个目228个属的真菌。门水平上子囊菌门真菌为供水系统优势真菌,属水平上不同样本存在差异,但曲霉属和枝顶孢属真菌在所有样本中均存在;培养法和高通量测序结果共同显示,活性炭过滤出水真菌数量和物种丰富度均较前一工艺有所上升;氯化消毒对真菌数量、物种多样性及物种组成影响显著;经过供水管网输配和二次供水设施后,用户龙头水样本真菌数量和物种丰富度明显高于出厂水。【结论】供水系统中的优势真菌为子囊菌门(Ascomycota),该门真菌可穿透净水工艺过程的多级屏障;水厂净水工艺能有效去除水中可培养真菌,生物活性炭过滤工艺能够影响真菌数目及物种多样性;供水管网及二次供水设施是末端饮用水中真菌污染的重要来源;供水系统中存在潜在致病真菌。  相似文献
