蓖麻籽提取液对福寿螺毒杀效果及作用机制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用生物浸泡法, 以草本植物蓖麻籽提取液制备植物源毒杀剂, 研究不同提取液浓度(0、0.5、1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0 g/L)对福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata Lam)毒杀作用效果, 并通过福寿螺在亚致死浓度1.58(LC25)、3.82(LC50)和6.05 g/L(LC75) 处理条件下的肝脏组织生理生化指标及其相关性, 进一步分析其毒杀作用机制。结果表明: 在提取液处理48h后, 福寿螺死亡率随着时间延长和浓度的增加而增加, 且各浓度处理下福寿螺死亡率差异显著(P<0.05)。福寿螺在亚致死浓度处理48h后, 其肝胰腺组织中蛋白质含量(TP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与对照组均存在差异, 过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。蓖麻籽提取液通过影响福寿螺肝脏组织中蛋白质含量(TP)和丙二醛(MDA)含量, 及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性, 导致螺肝脏组织损伤, 机体代谢紊乱, 从而达到毒杀效果。  相似文献

【目的】探讨甲酸乙酯与异硫氰酸甲酯混用对菜豆象成虫的熏蒸效果及防治最优化配方。【方法】采用广口瓶密闭熏蒸法,在测得甲酸乙酯、异硫氰酸甲酯LC50值的基础上,应用二因子二次通用旋转回归组合设计,根据拉格朗日求极值原理求取防治效果与经济效益均达到要求的最优化配方。【结果】2种药剂对菜豆象成虫的毒力存在较大的差异,其中异硫氰酸甲酯的杀虫效果较强(LC50值为0.667 mg·L-1),甲酸乙酯的杀虫效果次之(LC50值为20.59μL·L-1);通过二因子二次通用旋转回归组合设计可得一个二次多项式,再根据优化目标函数和约束函数,求得混配液中甲酸乙酯的用药量为102.702μL,异硫氰酸甲酯的用药量为3.0263 mg。【结论】当甲酸乙酯与异硫氰酸甲酯比例为33.94∶1时,可获得最佳经济效益,且杀虫效果最佳。  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在明确氰氟虫腙对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda幼虫的毒力水平和田间防治效果,为科学使用氰氟虫腙防治草地贪夜蛾提供参考依据。【方法】采用饲料混毒法在室内测定了氰氟虫腙与4种常用杀虫剂甲维盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺、虱螨脲和茚虫威对草地贪夜蛾3和6龄幼虫的致死中浓度(LC50)及LC90值,以及LC90浓度的这些杀虫剂对3龄幼虫的致死中时(medium lethal time, LT50)值。采用人工喷雾方法测定了玉米田中22%氰氟虫腙悬浮剂(6.6 g/667 m2)、22%氰氟虫腙悬浮剂(17.6 g/667 m2)、5.7%甲维盐水分散剂(1 g/667 m2)和150 g/L茚虫威悬浮剂(2 g/667 m2)对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的防效。【结果】室内生测结果显示,供试的5种杀虫剂中氰氟虫腙对草地贪夜蛾3和6龄幼虫均具有较高的毒力,其LC50值分别为2.64和4.3...  相似文献

【目的】探究阿维菌素对白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera的亚致死效应。【方法】采用稻茎浸渍法,分别以阿维菌素亚致死浓度LC10(0.016 mg/L)和LC25(0.031 mg/L)处理白背飞虱3龄若虫,统计F0代雌雄成虫寿命、单雌产卵量;记录F1代的发育历期、繁殖力、存活率及雌雄成虫寿命、内禀增长率(r)、周限增长率(λ)、净增殖率(R0)和平均世代周期(T),组建年龄-阶段两性生命表。【结果】与对照(蒸馏水)相比,白背飞虱3龄若虫在LC10和LC25浓度阿维菌素的胁迫下,F0代单雌产卵量均显著降低,但孵化率未受影响;LC25浓度阿维菌素处理后,白背飞虱雄成虫寿命与对照组相比显著延长,但LC10阿维菌素处理显著缩短了雌成虫寿命。在F1代中,LC10和LC25浓度处理组的单雌产卵量分别为17...  相似文献

以‘津研四号’黄瓜为试材,分别用0、2.5、5、7.5、10、12.5、15、17.5、20 mmol·L-1浓度的对羟基苯甲酸(PHBA)溶液对黄瓜种子处理72 h,选出胁迫作用较明显的10 mmol·L-1浓度;再分别用0、1、10、25、50、75、100 μmol·L-1的褪黑素(MT)溶液对10 mmol·L-1 PHBA下的黄瓜种子预处理24 h,72 h后观察MT的缓解效果.结果表明: 缓解PHBA胁迫效果最明显的MT浓度为75 μmol·L-1.随着PHBA浓度的升高,黄瓜种子胚根伸长的抑制作用明显增加;用10、25、50、75、100 μmol·L-1的MT预处理PHBA胁迫下的黄瓜种子均能不同程度缓解PHBA胁迫对胚根的抑制作用,其中以75 μmol·L-1的MT缓解效果最好.用MT预处理黄瓜种子可显著提高PHBA胁迫下黄瓜种子中淀粉酶活性及胚根中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性,并降低胚根中O2的产生速率及H2O2和丙二醛含量.外源MT能够通过降低氧化胁迫和促进淀粉的分解转化来降低PHBA对黄瓜发芽的影响.  相似文献

为探究IAA(吲哚乙酸)对铝胁迫下栝楼生理响应及DNA损伤的缓解,本研究以河北安国栝楼(耐铝品种)和浙江浦阳栝楼(铝敏感品种)为材料进行水培试验,研究300、800 μmol·L-1(分别用Al300和Al800表示)铝环境下不同浓度IAA(0、10、25、50、75 μmol·L-1,分别以I0、I10、I25、I50和I75表示)对2个栝楼品种的抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)、光合特性、根系活力、叶绿素含量和DNA损伤的影响。结果表明: 与对照相比,铝胁迫条件下,安国和浦阳品种栝楼的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、光合作用能力、根系活力等生理指标受到不同程度的抑制,MDA含量明显升高,DNA损伤加重。铝胁迫条件下,与无IAA喷施相比,10~50 μmol·L-1IAA作用下安国和浦阳栝楼的SOD、CAT和POD酶活性最大增幅分别为15.0%、31.2%、72.3%和13.8%、26.9%、26.4%,叶绿素含量显著增加49.9%和17.9%,MDA积累量减少39.2%和22.4%,荧光参数得到明显改善。25 μmol·L-1IAA使安国和浦阳栝楼根系活力显著增加159.1%和90.9%,50 μmol·L-1IAA可有效减缓2个品种栝楼根系DNA拖尾现象,尾部 DNA 百分含量与尾部距离的乘积(OTM)值最大降幅可达27.6%。10~50 μmol·L-1 IAA能有效提升铝胁迫下栝楼的生理活性,减缓DNA损伤程度,且安国品种的耐铝胁迫能力大于浦阳品种。  相似文献

为了探究水域三氯生(TCS)污染对峨眉林蛙Rana omeimontis蝌蚪生长发育的影响,本研究以峨眉林蛙蝌蚪(G22期)为试验对象,进行了96 h急性毒性实验和21 d慢性毒性实验。急性毒性实验中每隔24 h记录蝌蚪的死亡数;慢性毒性实验分别于饲养0 d、7 d、14 d、21 d测定蝌蚪的体质量、全长、头体长、尾长、吻长和眼间距。结果表明:96 h-LC50为266μg·L-1、96 h-SC为89μg·L-1,可知TCS对峨眉林蛙蝌蚪为高毒化合物,强烈影响其生长发育。慢性毒性实验暴露21 d,30μg·L-1、60μg·L-1、90μg·L-1、120μg·L-1浓度的TCS极显著抑制蝌蚪的体质量增长,60μg·L-1、90μg·L-1、120μg·L-1浓度的TCS极显著抑制蝌蚪的吻长增长。建议减少TCS污水排放,控制水体中TCS浓度。  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献
