硫氮配施对持绿型小麦氮素运转及叶片衰老的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以持绿型小麦品种‘豫麦66号’、‘潍麦8号’及非持绿型品种‘小偃6号’为材料,采用以氮肥为主区硫肥为副区的田间裂区试验,研究了2个施氮水平[纯氮120kg/hm2(N120)、220kg/hm2(N220)]和3个施硫水平[纯硫0kg/hm2(S0)、20kg/hm2(S20)、60kg/hm2(S60)]下植株各部位的含氮量、叶片干鲜重及叶片叶绿素含量的变化,探讨硫氮配施对不同类型小麦氮吸收及衰老的影响。结果表明:在相同处理下,持绿型小麦植株的总含氮量、氮素转运量、叶绿素含量、叶片含水量及穗粒数和千粒重均高于非持绿型小麦。N120处理条件下,不同硫肥处理时持绿型小麦与非持绿型小麦变化趋势相同,开花期茎和叶含氮量及叶绿素含量在S60处理下均低于其他2个硫肥处理,生育后期叶片含水量下降幅度也明显高于其他处理;在N220处理条件下,3个品种开花期叶含氮量、收获期总氮累积量、氮收获指数、叶绿素含量及叶片含水量在S60处理下均高于其他2个处理,其中非持绿型小麦在高硫处理条件下灌浆期的叶绿素含量的增长率明显高于持绿型小麦,而灌浆中后期叶片含水量的下降幅度则明显低于持绿型小麦。研究发现,施用硫肥在氮肥不足时会对小麦植株氮素的吸收利用及叶片衰老等方面产生负面影响,但在氮肥充足时却在氮素的吸收利用、延缓叶片衰老及最终籽粒产量和总生物量等方面表现出正面效应;本实验条件下,220kg/hm2左右施氮量和60kg/hm2左右施硫量有利于各品种小麦生长发育和产量提高;高N和高S水平对于延缓小麦的衰老而言,非持绿性小麦比持绿型小麦更明显。  相似文献

为探索不同水平N和P对等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana Parke)产量及油脂品质的影响,在富N(80.00 mg·L-1 NO3--N)和无N(0.00 mg·L-1 NO3--N)条件下设置富P、限P和无P(20.00、0.25和0.00 mg·L-1 PO43--P)共6组培养基,对培养10 d时等鞭金藻的藻体质量浓度、P吸收量、总脂肪酸质量分数和脂肪酸产率变化、13个脂肪酸组分及其质量分数以及EPA和DHA的相对含量和产量进行了比较分析。结果显示:在富N培养基中,等鞭金藻藻体质量浓度的增幅明显高于无N培养基且按培养基中P质量浓度从高到低依次降低。总体上看,随培养时间延长,等鞭金藻的总脂肪酸质量分数持续升高,且在富N培养基中总脂肪酸质量分数高于无N培养基;其中,富N限P和富N无P培养基中的总脂肪酸质量分数基本上均高于富N富P培养基。富N培养基中各脂肪酸组分的质量分数大体上高于无N培养基,且限P培养基中各脂肪酸组分的质量分数大体上高于富P和无P培养基。在富N富P培养基中1 L藻体的P吸收量最高(0.0148 mg),并且吸收的P绝大部分被贮存在藻体中,而在无N富P培养基中P吸收量明显降低(0.0098 mg)。在富N富P培养基中,饱和脂肪酸质量分数和相对含量及EPA相对含量和产量均最低,但DHA相对含量和产量则最高。在富N限P培养基中,等鞭金藻的EPA产量和脂肪酸产率均最高,其DHA产量也较高;5种优质脂肪酸组分(即C18:1n9c、C16:0、C14:0、C18:0和C16:1n9)的总相对含量达到65.86%,尤其是C18:1n9c,其相对含量高达28.19%。综合分析结果显示:富N培养基有利于等鞭金藻的生长、P吸收及脂肪酸积累,其中,富N限P培养基是等鞭金藻高产且产优质油脂的适宜培养基。此外,等鞭金藻不但是生产生物柴油的优质资源而且是生产DHA和清除废水中P的潜在生物资源。  相似文献

在不同土壤肥力条件下,研究了施氮量对小麦氮素吸收、转化及籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,增施氮肥可以提高小麦各生育阶段的吸氮强度,尤以生育后期提高的幅度为大认为是增施氮肥提高小麦籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的基础,增施氮肥虽提高了小麦植株的吸氮强度。吸氮量增加,但开花后营养器官氮素向籽粒中的转移率降低,增施氮肥不仅促进了小麦植株对肥料氮的吸收,而且也促进了对土壤氮的吸收,并讨论了在高、低土壤肥力条件下氮肥合理运筹的问题。  相似文献

Fatty acid composition and stability of vegetable oils have taken more attention as an essential source of biologically active compounds in a good balanced diet. The purpose of the study was to determine peroxide value, free fatty acids, unsaponifiable matter, total carotenoid content, iodine value and fatty acid composition of sunflower, rapeseed, mustard, peanut and olive oils. Rapeseed and peanut oils had the highest peroxide values, while sunflower oil had the lowest peroxide values. The free fatty acid value of the tested oils varied between 0.43 and 1.36% oleic. The peanut oil had the highest free acid value and the mustard oil had the lowest one. Total carotenoid contents of mustard and rape seed oil were higher than those of the other oils tested. Palmitic acid (C16:0), oleic acid (C18:1) and stearic acid (C18:0) were the common main fatty acid components of the vegetable oils tested. Followed by linoleic acid, the amount of oleic acid was the highest among other fatty acid components. Mustard oil had the highest erucic acid (C22:1) with the amount of 11.38%, indicating that it cannot be used for human consumption. Among the oils investigated, sunflower and mustard oils were more stable than rapeseed, peanut and olive oils.  相似文献

The effects of feeding two levels of rice bran oil (RBO) on the growth, lipid parameters, and fatty acid composition of the plasma and liver of rats (Wistar strain) were compared with those produced on animals which had been fed the same levels of peanut oil (PNO). The control animals were fed synthetic diets containing 5 and 20% peanut oil (PNO) and the experimental groups were fed similar diets, containing the same level of rice bran oil (RBO). There was no significant difference with respect to the organ weights between the control and the experimental groups. In general, groups fed 20% oil gained more weight than groups fed 5% oil. The animals which received rice bran oil in their diet had, in general, comparatively lower levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and phospholipids. On the other hand, animals receiving 20% rice bran oil in their diet, showed an increase of 20% in high density lipoproteins (HDL-C), within 18 weeks (p<0.05), when compared to the animals fed with peanut oil. Similarly, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C) were lower in RBO-fed groups, than in the PNO-fed groups. There was, however, no significant differences in the cholesterol/phospholipid (C/P) ratio of the two groups. Analysis of plasma and of liver fatty acids indicated, in a general way, the type of fat consumed. There were no significant difference in the P/S ratio, nor any in the oleic/linoleic, oleic/stearic, palmitoleic/palmitic, oleic/palmitic, and oleic/palmitoleic ratios. Furthermore, levels of saturated (SAFA), monounsaturated (MUFA), and polyunsaturated (PUFA) fatty acids were identical in both the groups. Starchy grain is usually supplemented to diets containing low-quality forage to provide sufficient energy for ruminant animals. Ruminal degradation of grain starch mainly depends on the hydrolysis of the endosperm, which may be variable among grain sources. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of endosperm structure of wheat and corn on in vitro rumen fermentation and nitrogen (N) utilization of rice straw. The 3×4 factorial design included three ratios of concentrate to forage (35:65, 50:50 and 65:35) and four ratios of wheat to corn starch (20:80, 40:60, 60:40 and 80:20). The endosperm structure was detected by scanning electronic microscopy and a confocal laser scanning microscopic. An in vitro gas test was performed to evaluate the rumen fermentation characteristics and N utilization. Starch granules were embedded in the starch–protein matrix in corn, but more granules were separated from the matrix in the wheat endosperm. With the increasing ratio of wheat, rate and extent of gas production, total volatile fatty acids, and ammonia N increased linearly (P<0.01), but microbial protein concentration decreased (quadratic, P<0.01), with the maximum value at a ratio of 40% wheat. The efficiency of N utilization decreased linearly (P<0.01). Rumen fermentation and N utilization were significantly affected by the concentrate-to-forage ratio (P<0.01). Significant interactions between the concentrate-to-forage ratio and the wheat-to-corn ratio were detected in total volatile fatty acids and the efficiency of N utilization (P<0.01). In summary, the starch–protein matrix and starch granules in the wheat and corn endosperm mixture play an important role in the regulation of rumen fermentation and N utilization under low-quality forage.  相似文献

A better understanding of nitric oxide (NO) emission from a typical rice-wheat agroecosystem in eastern China is important for calculating the regional inventory and to propose effective NO mitigation options. Nitric oxide flux measurements by static chamber method were made from treatments of conventional nitrogen-fertilizer (NPK plus urea) application, no-nitrogen application, and nitrogen-fertilizer with incorporation of wheat straw residue for an entire rotation period (June 2002 to June 2003). During the wheat growing season two further treatments of fertilizer without crops planted and bare soil without nitrogen (N) fertilization were applied. Total annual NO emissions for the conventional fertilizer, no N fertilizer and fertilizer plus straw application were 0.44?±?0.01, 0.22?±?0.01, and 0.57?±?0.02 kg N ha?1y?1, respectively. On average 27% of this emission occurred during the rice season due to flooding/drainage cycle. The N fertilizer-induced emission factor for the conventional fertilizer treatment was 0.05% of the total N applied. Incorporation of wheat straw in the rice season showed no significant effect on NO flux due to the high C/N ratio of the straw incorporated. During the wheat growing season, NO emissions for all treatments had similar variation pattern controlled by soil moisture dynamics. Total NO emissions in the wheat season for fertilized bare soil (no wheat planted) were 0.389?±?0.01 and 0.21?±?0.01 kg N ha?1 y?1, respectively. We report the unexpected novel finding that exogenously supplied atmospheric NO2 at an ambient concentration is a plant vitalization signal to double shoot size and the contents of cell constituents. When seedlings of Nicotiana plumbaginifolia were grown for 10 wk under natural light and irrigation with 10 mm KNO3 in air containing (+NO2 plants) or not containing (-NO2 plants) 15NO2 (150 +/- 50 ppb), shoot biomass, total leaf area, and contents per shoot of carbon (C), nitrogen (N), sulphur (S), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), free amino acids and crude proteins were all approximately 2 times greater in +NO2 plants than in -NO2 plants. In mass spectrometric analysis of the 15N/14N ratio, it was found that NO2-derived N (NO2-N) comprised < 3% of total plant N, indicating that the contribution of NO2-N to total N was very minor. It thus seems very likely that the primary role of NO2 is as a multifunctional signal to stimulate plant growth, nutrient uptake and metabolism.  相似文献

The effect of the carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio of the medium and the aeration rate on the lipid content and fatty acid composition ofChlorella sorokiniana was investigated using heterotrophic, batch culture. Both parameters had a significant effect. A C/N ratio of approximately 20, was found to indicate a change from carbon to nitrogen limitation forC. sorokiniana. Cell lipid content was at a minimum at this value and increased at both higher and lower C/N values. Low C/N ratios favoured a high proportion of trienoic fatty acids at the expense of monoenoic acids. Aeration enhanced cell growth, fatty acid yield and the synthesis of unsaturated dienoic and trienoic fatty acids, but reduced cell lipid content. The results demonstrate that the fatty acid composition and lipid content of heterotrophically-grown microalgae can be favourably manipulated by varying culture conditions.  相似文献

Rice bran oil is known as wonder oil and it is the most important vegetable oil in Asia. Rice bran oil is extracted from bran that is the outer hard layer of rice. It is an emerging category in edible oil with a lot of nutritional properties and health benefits. Rice bran oil is heart-friendly, boosts up immunity, and prevents from other diseases occurring commonly in Pakistan. The current study aimed to stabilize rice bran oil through different probiotic isolates and to assess the nutritional content of rice bran oil after stabilization. The study was aimed to inactivate naturally occurring lipases that can hydrolyze oil into glycerol and free fatty acid which is a serious problem that gives it a rancid taste and smell. Antilipase activity was used to inactivate naturally occurring lipases that are a huge threat to the stabilization process. The fermentation process utilizes antilipase activity without affecting the nutritional value of oil. Lactobacillus strains were used for the stabilization of rice bran oil. Rice bran oil was extracted in the Soxhlet apparatus. The probiotic lab isolates Lactobacillus delbrueckii S2, Lactobacillus casei S5 and Lactobacillus plantarum S13 were applied to it to increase its shelf life and prevent oxidative rancidity. The extraction temperature of rice bran oil was maintained above 40 °C to inhibit lipase activity. Rice bran oil samples were stored at refrigeration temperature to arrest lipase activity. Probiotics maintained acidic pH to keep oil stabilization. Qualitative analysis was done to confirm rice bran oil stabilization. Determination of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) and saponification value confirmed that oxidative rancidity of rice bran oil was controlled by probiotics. FFA count was less than 10% and Saponification Value (SV) was 180. GC analysis was performed to analyze the FFA profile. Gas Chromatography results have shown 3 fatty acids. Statistical analysis has shown non-significant effect on different incubation temperatures of Lactobacillus isolates. Among the biological methods of stabilization, the use of probiotics is a novel concept and recommended for commercial application.  相似文献

以具有典型特征的不同氮效率小麦品种为材料,研究了低氮和高氮条件下小麦的生物学性状、生理参数和氮同化代谢酶活性.结果表明:低氮条件下,不同氮效率小麦品种根系干质量、茎叶干质量、植株氮累积量基本上为氮高效品种>中效品种>低效品种.低氮条件下,氮吸收高效品种(冀97-6360)的根系活跃吸附面积、TTC还原力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性和叶片NO3-含量最大;生理高效品种(石新5418)具有较高的叶片亚硝酸还原酶活性和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性,较低的植株全氮含量、叶片NO3-含量和硝酸还原酶活性.低氮条件下植株氮利用效率与氮吸收系数显著相关.不同小麦品种在高氮条件下的生物学性状、生理参数和氮同化代谢酶活性与低氮条件下不尽一致.  相似文献

A pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of organic and inorganic nitrogen (N) sources on the yield and N uptake of rice from applied and native soil-N. The residual effect of these N sources on a succeeding wheat crop was also studied. Organic N was applied in the form of 15N-labelled Sesbania aculeata L., a legume, and inorganic N in the form of 15N-labelled ammonium sulphate. The two sources were applied to the soil separately or together at the time of transplanting rice. Recovery of N by rice from both the applied sources was quite low but both sources caused significant increases in biomass and N yield of rice. Maximum increase was recorded in soil treated with organic N. The residual value of the two materials as source of N for wheat was not significant; the wheat took up only a small fraction of the N initially applied. Loss of N occurred from both applied N sources, the losses being more from inorganic N. Both applied N sources caused a substantial increase in the availability of soil-N to rice and wheat; most of this increase was due to organic N and was attributed to the so-called ‘priming’ effect or ANI (added nitrogen interaction) of the applied material.  相似文献

The influence of different sulphur to nitrogen (S/N) ratios on the specific autotrophic denitrification activity was studied in batch experiments using thiosulphate and nitrate as substrates. Transitory accumulations of nitrite were observed for assays with S/N ratios of 3.70 and 6.67 g/g, probably due to the higher specific reduction rate of nitrate compared to that of nitrite. Nitrite was the main end product when S/N ratios of 1.16 and 2.44 g/g were tested. The effects of endogenous (NO(3)(-),NO(2)(-),S(2)O(3)(2-)and SO(4)(2-)) and exogenous compounds (acetate and NaCl) on the specific denitrifying activity of the sludge were tested. Nitrite and sulphate did exert clear inhibitory effects over the process while thiosulphate, acetate and NaCl did not have strong effects at the concentrations tested. Similar experiments also showed that sulphur was not a suitable electron donor for these microorganisms, but sulphide was used successfully.  相似文献

Summary The effect of N and S fertilizers on yield, protein content and amino acid composition of the tropical cereal finger millet was studied in field and sand culture experiments. In the field the grain yield measured from 2400 to 4100 kg/ha, and the seed crude protein from 7 to 13% with rates of N up to 150 kg/ha. Seed crude protein was high in methionine and cystine, but contained less sulphur amino acids when the seed was high in protein.Supplies in excess failed to increase the lower methionine and cystine contents of the crude protein.Sulphur deficiency drastically reduced the synthesis of sulphur amino acids, concomitantly raising the aspartic acid/asparagine content of the leaves up to 45 per cent of their total N content. An S:N weight ratio of 1:10 in the seeds and 1:15 in the leaves indicates adequate supply of sulphur. A novel strategy for the maximum production of a biodegradable copolymer, poly(3-hydroxybutyric-co-hydroxyvaleric) acid, P(HB-co-HV), was developed, based on the kinetic parameters obtained from fed-batch culture experiments of Alcaligenes eutrophus. The effects of various culture conditions such as mole ratio of carbon:nitrogen in feed medium (C/N); total fatty acids concentrations; and addition ratio of fatty acids on cultivation properties such as the specific rates of cell formation, mu (h-1), P(HB-co-HV) production, rho[g.P(HB-co-HV)/g.cell/h], production yield from fatty acids [g.P(HB-co-HV)/g.fatty acid], and mole fraction of monomeric units in the copolymer [mol.(HV)/{mol.(HB) + mol.(HV)}], were investigated. When nitrogen supply was sufficient for cell growth; that is, C/N (mol.nitrogen atom/mol.carbon atom) was low, mu was high, but rho and the production yield were low, because fatty acids were used mainly for energy formation and anabolic reactions in the cells. On the other hand, when nitrogen supply was limited for cell growth-that is, C/N was high-rho was high. The highest value of rho was obtained when C/N was 75. As the mole ratio of valeric acid (VA) to butyric acid (BA) in the feed medium was increased, the mole fraction of HV units in P(HB-co-HV) increased linearly. When the ratio of BA to VA in the feed medium was kept at a constant value, but C/N was increased, the mole fraction of HV units decreased. In particular, when C/N was >12, the mole fraction of HV units decreased linearly as C/N increased. When VA was utilized as the sole carbon source and C/N was fixed at 4, P(HB-co-HV) with the highest mole fraction of HV units (67 mol%) was achieved. From these results, it was shown that both C/N and the mole ratio of BA to VA in the feed medium should be well controlled for an optimal production of P(HB-co-HV) with the desired value of the mole fraction of HV units. When the addition ratio of butyric acid was 50 wt% of total fatty acids, a maximum production strategy for P(HB-co-HV) was developed and realized experimentally, which was based on a model of the relationship between mu and rho.  相似文献

Objective of this study was to investigate the effect of feeding protected fat and proteins on milk production, composition and nutrient utilization in Murrah buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis). Eighteen buffaloes were divided into two groups (9 each) on the basis of most probable production ability. Buffaloes in control group (C group; most probable production ability 2204 kg) were fed chaffed wheat straw, chopped maize fodder and concentrate mixture as per requirements. Buffaloes in supplemented group (S group; most probable production ability 2211 kg) were fed same ration as C group plus 2.5% rumen protected fat (on dry matter intake basis) and formaldehyde treated mustard and groundnut oil cake (1.2 g formaldehyde/100 g crude protein) in place of unprotected cakes. Group S buffaloes were supplemented rumen protected fat and protein 60 days pre-partum to 90 days postpartum and persistence of milk production was monitored up to 210 days of lactation. Milk yield during supplementation period (90 days) in S group was 13.11 kg/d and was 19% higher (P<0.01) than the C group (11.01 kg/d), whereas after supplement withdrawal (120 days), it was 11.04 kg/d and was 15% higher (P<0.01) than the C group (9.61 kg/d). There was no effect on total solid, protein, solid-not fat (SNF) and lactose contents in the two groups, whereas milk fat yield was increased (P<0.05) and level of milk urea nitrogen was decreased (P<0.01) in S group. Moreover, the supplement produced noticeable changes in the fatty acid profile of the milk fat, i.e., reduction in the concentration of saturated fatty acids (SFA) by 19% and an increase in that of unsaturated fatty acids (USFA) by 36%. Besides, digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber were not affected, whereas ether extract digestibility was higher (P<0.05) in S group. There was no effect on plasma glucose, non-esterified fatty acids, triglycerides and cholesterol concentrations between two groups, whereas blood urea nitrogen concentration was lower (P<0.01) in S group. Supplementation of protected nutrients to buffaloes increased milk production and unsaturated fatty acids content in milk fat and persistence of lactation after supplements were withdrawn.  相似文献

在盆栽麦棉套作条件下,于2003~2004年设置麦棉自然根系(麦棉根系和肥水均可相互通过)、麦棉纱网隔根(肥水可相互通过,麦棉根系不能相互通过)和麦棉塑膜隔根(麦棉根系和肥水均不能相互通过)3种麦棉根系处理,运用小麦叶片15N富积标记法和15N同位素稀释法,研究麦棉复合根系群体对棉花氮素吸收与分配的影响.结果表明,在麦棉套作群体中,既存在麦棉共处期小麦对棉花根区氮素的竞争,又存在小麦根区及其所吸收氮素向棉花的转移.棉花根系吸收的15N肥料大多分配到地上部,根系分配的量较少,且麦棉自然根系处理地上部的15N标记肥料氮的吸收率(NUR)最大,纱网隔根处理次之,塑膜隔根处理最少.在麦棉共处期,麦棉自然根系处理棉花的植株从15N标记肥料中吸收的氮占其全氮的百分率(Ndff)和NUR均低于隔根处理.至棉花初花期(小麦已收获,秸秆原位埋入土壤中),麦棉自然根系处理棉花吸收的氮素主要来源于化学肥料而非秸秆降解物.棉株不同器官所分配的15N标记肥料比例不同,棉花生殖器官中15N含量明显高于其他器官.麦棉自然根系处理棉株生物量也高于隔根处理.  相似文献

The study aimed at investigating the meat chemical composition and physical properties of oil of the Hamri (Barbus luteus) and Balaout (Chondrostoma regium) fish and its oil content or fatty acids, and also to know the impact of its oils on the level of cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and blood sugar levels of laboratory rats. The study area extended from the province of Shirqat and Balad district to the province of Salah al-Din. The approximate percentages of meat from Hamri were 72.13, 19.74, 5.07 and 1.60 % for the moisture, protein, fat and ash respectively, and 71.63, 19.98, 4.96 and 2.04% respectively from Balaout. The extract oil from 2 types of fish differed significantly in Iodine value, Peroxide value, and Acid value and in saponification number. The fatty acids profiles results showed that oils from Hamri and Balaout fish meat consisted of 44.31 and 55.76% of Saturated fatty acid, 36.10 and 25.41% of poly unsaturated fatty acid, and 18.17 and 25.41% poly unsaturated fatty acids respectively. The experiment laboratory rats showed decreases in cholesterol, triglyceride and blood sugar level, and increases in high density lipoprotein (HDL). The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of added essential amino acids in conjunction with a dietary lysine/MJ of 0.72 on nitrogen (N) metabolism in dogs. Treatments were; a control diet, a diet that provided an ideal amino acid profile (IAA), a diet with added total sulphur amino acids (TSAA), and a diet with added TSAA and threonine (TT). Diets were fed to eight overweight, mature, female hounds using a replicated 4 x 4 Latin Square design. Food intake was similar across treatments, however, food N intake was higher (p < 0.001) for TSAA than control, IAA or TT. Nitrogen absorbed was higher (p < 0.01) for TSAA than IAA and control. Urea N excretion was greater for control than TT (p < 0.05). Urine N excretion did not differ between diets. There were no differences in digestibility or N retention of diets. There were no differences in protein turnover, synthesis, or degradation. Blood metabolites were within normal ranges and did not differ due to dietary treatment. Based on the measurements made in this study, there is no benefit for added TSAA, TT or additional EAA in diets for mature dogs formulated to provide a 0.72 g lysine/MJ ME ratio.  相似文献
