绢丝丽蚌一年生长一个生长轮。年轮可肉眼观察贝壳外表面凹陷的生长轮来鉴定,用纵剖贝壳明暗相间层数与打磨后观察棱柱层和珍珠层上的生长轮来验证。绢丝丽蚌10龄以前生长较快,10龄以后生长逐渐减慢。10龄以前年龄(A)与壳长(L)呈直线相关,年龄与壳重(Ws)、体重(W)均呈幂函数相关,其10龄以前的方程式分别为:L=0.8980A 0.8600(r=0.9883),Ws=1.0175A^2.3399(r=0.9997),W=1.3188A^2.3333=0.9997)。10龄以后年龄与壳长、壳重和体重均呈直线相关,其回归方程式分别为:L=0.1817A 7.9085(r=0.9813),Ws=10.7720A 61.1930(r=0.9902),W=13.6960A 78.8690(r=0.9903)。壳长与壳重、体重之间均呈幂函数相关,其相关方程式分别为:Ws=0.6303L^2.4846(r=0.9999),W=0.8181L^2.4775(r=0.9999)。壳重与体重之间呈线性相关,其回归方程式为:W=0.3560 1.2744Ws(r=0.9999)。 相似文献

对网湖1368枚绢丝丽蚌贝壳形态研究表明:前排小棘或棘痕数介于3-5之间,4个者居多;所排小棘或棘痕数介于1-4之间,2个者居多。壳长与壳厚的直线回归方程为:L=7.2406T+2.4392,贝壳的角质层最薄,呈棕褐色或者黑色;核柱层稍厚,呈黄褐色;珍珠层最厚,皎白闪亮。生长轮在棱柱层上和珍珠层外表面清晰可见。贝壳外表面背部肋嵴细弱,只在近壳顶处较明显;其棱柱层背部和后部呈黄褐色者为雌蚌。贝壳外表面背部肋嵴粗壮,且整个背部都十分显著;其棱柱层背部和后部呈红色或红褐色者为雄蚌。 相似文献

利用扫描电镜技术研究了鱼尾楔蚌和圆顶珠蚌钩介幼虫的形态特征,并进行了比较.结果表明,两种蚌的钩介幼虫均为有钩型,幼虫的大小、形态、壳表面、壳钩、棘刺等存在着差异、对这些特征在分类学上的意义进行了讨论. 相似文献

利用黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvldraco)、尼罗罗非鱼(Tilapia nilotica)对三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)钩介幼虫进行了寄生实验,分析了幼虫在寄主鱼上的寄生周期和脱落数量与寄主种类、寄主鱼单尾体重的相关关系.以未寄生幼虫的罗非鱼为空白对照,测定分析了罗非鱼在幼虫寄生前、脱落后主要血浆生化指标的变化.实验结果显示:黄颡鱼、罗非鱼平均每千克体重脱落稚贝的数量分别为(26 435±6 430)只、(26 327±3 091)只,两种寄主鱼间不存在显著差异;脱落的稚贝数量随着寄主鱼体重的增加而增加,并呈显著线性相关.在水温(24±1)℃条件下,黄颡鱼组、罗非鱼组的稚贝脱落高峰分别出现在寄生后的第8 d、第7 d,罗非鱼组表现为明显的\"早脱落\"现象.罗非鱼在寄生前后血浆总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、总糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(Tc)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量均未出现显著变化,而血浆甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量显著下降(P=0.001,0.020).未寄生组罗非鱼的7项指标均未出现明显变化.实验结果将为三角帆蚌钩介幼虫变态发育相关营养因子的探讨提供理论参考. 相似文献

经测定,云南金钱槭迁地保护地的种子千粒重为2346.5g,与就地保护地文山老君山马鹿塘的种子千粒重3255.6g相比,其种子千粒重要轻些。四唑(TTC,0.3%)染色测种子生活力的结果表明:①在25℃水环境下60d种子就没有生活力;②野外贮藏种子180d有52%种子有生活力;③种子贮藏510d;花盆中有58%种子有生活力;室内有24%种子有生活力;4℃有96%种子有生活力;15℃有36%种子有生活力;25℃种子没有生活力。在6℃条件下去外种皮,种子5个月发芽率达98%,而恒温15℃、25℃、30℃、和变温条件下都没有一粒种子萌发。低温(6℃)是云南金钱槭种子的最适萌发温度。种子萌发不需光。野外播种经过一冬有17.2%种子发芽,花盆播种经过两冬一夏有58%种子发芽。种子有具有的特性是其在自然条件状态下濒危的重要原因之一。 相似文献

野古草和秋花柳是三峡库区消落带两种强水淹耐受能力的植物物种。以往研究显示植物的水淹耐受性和体内碳水化合物储备有关。为了探明野古草和秋花柳水淹下的高存活率是否和碳水化合物储备有关, 研究了在室外6个月的模拟水淹条件下两个物种在不同水淹时间(40、90、120和180d)和不同水淹深度下(不水淹、根部水淹和完全淹没)的生物量积累、存活率和碳水化合物含量和分布。结果表明: (1)野古草和秋花柳对长期水淹具有很高的耐受性, 根部水淹植物6个月处理后完全存活; 而完全淹没条件下, 野古草仅在4个月, 秋花柳仅在6个月处理后才开始死亡; (2)碳水化合物主要储备在野古草的茎和秋花柳的茎与主根中, 野古草的根和秋华柳的细根中碳水化合物含量很低; (3)水淹深度和水淹时间对植物生物量积累和碳水化合物含量影响显著(P 0.05):与未水淹植株相比, 根部水淹仅略微降低了生物量积累以及可溶性糖和淀粉含量 (P 0.05), 且保持基本稳定或增加的趋势, 而完全淹没的植株生物量随水淹时间逐渐降低, 碳水化合物含量在前90天快速下降 (P 0.05), 之后缓慢下降或保持不变。研究结果表明, 野古草和秋花柳强的水淹耐受性是和它们高的碳水化合物储备以及水淹条件下对碳水化合物的动用能力有关, 后期的死亡率增加与碳水化合物储备消耗殆尽有关, 野古草和秋花柳对碳水化合物储备对水淹的响应的差异可能和它们的碳水化合物储备在不同组织中的分配模式有关。 相似文献

A four-parameter model describing mortality as the first passage of an abstract measure of survival capacity, vitality, is developed and used to explore four classic problems in demography: (1) medfly demographic paradox, (2) effect of diet restriction on longevity, (3) cross-life stage effects on survival curves and (4) mortality plateaus. The model quantifies the sources of mortality in these classical problems into vitality-dependent and independent parts, and characterizes the vitality-dependent part in terms of initial and evolving heterogeneities. Three temporal scales express the balance of these factors: a time scale of death from senescence, a time scale of accidental mortality and a crossover time between evolving vs. initial heterogeneity. The examples demonstrate how the first-passage approach provides a unique and informative perspective into the processes that shape the survival curves of populations. 相似文献

The objective was to develop a suitable freezing method to cryopreserve Brycon opalinus (Characiformes) sperm. Extenders (NaCl and glucose at 325 and 365 mOsm/kg), cryoprotectants (dimethyl sulfoxide = dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and methyl glycol = methyl glycol (MG)), equilibration times (15 and 30 min), thawing temperatures (30 and 60 °C), and straw sizes (0.5 and 4.0 mL) were tested. Sperm were frozen in a liquid nitrogen vapor vessel at −170 °C and subsequently stored in liquid nitrogen. Post-thaw sperm quality was always evaluated in terms of motility (expressed as percentage of motile sperm), duration of motility and vitality (eosin-nigrosin staining, expressed as percentage of intact sperm). The best freezing method was also tested for fertility and hatching (expressed as the percentage of fertilized eggs). Post-thaw sperm quality was highest when sperm were cryopreserved in Glucose 365 mOsm/kg and MG, after a 30-min equilibration and thawed at 60 °C for 8 s, of regardless straw size: 74 ± 7% motile sperm, 47 ± 4 s of motility duration, 69 ± 3% intact sperm, 64 ± 4% fertilization and 63 ± 3% hatching. The freezing method developed in the present study was efficient and can be used to maximize larvae production for both aquaculture purposes and for conservational programs, since B. opalinus is a threatened species. 相似文献

采用盆钵实验和^14C-同位素示踪技术,在节水、淹水、干旱三种灌溉方式下对杂交稻组合C两优396、威优46不同生育期的光合特性及同化产物的运转与分配进行研究。结果表明:在生育前期节水处理的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、同化产物分配比例与淹水处理的差异不显著;水稻抽穗后,淹水处理叶绿素含量与净光合速率下降幅度均大于节水处理,同化产物分配比例显著低于节水处理,最终导致产量也低于节水处理。而十旱处理在整个生育期的剑叶叶绿素含量、净光合速率、同化产物分配比例均低于节水、淹水处理,最终产量显著低于前两种处理。 相似文献

The reproductive performance of ewes and the survivability of lambs to weaning have a critical economic impact on sheep farming worldwide. Further, knowledge of major mortality causes allows an opportunity for improved flock management to evade financial losses. The maximum likelihood estimates for generalised linear mixed models and chi-square test methods were used to examine 971 mating records, 839 and 763 lambs born and weaned (singles or twins) from the Naivasha Sheep and Goats station in Kenya for the years 2011 to 2020 consisting of Dorper, Red Maasai (RedM), and Merino breeds. The RedM (P < 0.05) outperformed Dorper and Merino in weaning rate, whereas reproductive performance between the three breeds was not significantly different (P > 0.05) in litter size and multiple lambings per ewe lambing. On the one hand, Dorper significantly (P < 0.05) outperformed the other two breeds only in weaning weight per lamb born. In addition, among all the major causes of death, pneumonia appeared to be the one to which Dorper breeds were most susceptible (chi-square test, P < 0.05). According to the findings of this study, neither the Dorper nor the Merino sheep breeds were reproductively superior to the RedM in an extensive semi-arid production environment. In addition, Dorper's susceptibility to the leading causes of mortality, particularly pneumonia and sheep pox, were relatively high compared to other breeds and could be a precursor to massive economic losses for Dorper sheep producers. In contrast to the indigenous RedM breed, imported sheep breeds appeared to be more susceptible to major mortality-related under an extensive production system. Therefore, regardless of weaning weight, RedM breed production appears to be a more viable investment for small-scale farmers, particularly in semi-arid regions. 相似文献
