根据近十年来相关文献报道,分析了前人所建方法的合理性,结合中国林业生产实际,完善了林业剩余物资源潜力的计算方法。主要贡献包括:林业剩余物第二级分类的10个主要类型,即林木苗圃剩余物、林木修枝剩余物、木材采伐剩余物、木材造材剩余物、木材加工剩余物、竹材加工剩余物、薪材、废旧竹材、废旧木材、香蕉和菠萝残体;将经济林采伐和进口原木产生的剩余物计入相关木材剩余物计算范围;首次建立了包括木本水果在内的林木修枝剩余物的计算方法,以及多年生草本水果剩余物即香蕉和菠萝残体产量的计算方法;确定计算公式中参数所需要数据的来源;建议今后重点研究相关系数取值、林业剩余物资源量及其空间分布和相关行业标准等。  相似文献

采伐剩余物对林地表层土壤生化特性和酶活性的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
对福建省大武夷山常绿阔叶林野外站三明观测点的35年生米槠天然更新次生林皆伐后采伐剩余物进行不同处理(火烧LB、保留LR)后表层土壤(0—10 cm)主要生化特性、芳香性指数、腐殖化程度以及酶活性进行研究。结果表明:半年后,与LB相比,LR土壤可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮和微生物量碳含量分别增加92%、105%和39%,土壤有效磷含量和代谢熵值下降42%和68%,土壤酸性磷酸酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶和纤维素水解酶活性增加了3.3倍、2.8倍和2.1倍,酚氧化酶活性下降了34%(P0.05)。LR土壤芳香性指数(4.99±2.39)较低,腐殖化指数(1.72±0.01)较高,但与LB均无显著差异(P0.05)。1a后,LB除土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶活性略有降低外,其他3种土壤酶活性较半年前均显著上升。土壤有机碳、全氮、可溶性有机碳氮、有效磷、土壤碳矿化速率和土壤腐殖化指数较半年时显著下降,其中土壤可溶性有机碳含量减少近80%,代谢熵减少近68%(P0.05)。LR土壤芳香性指数(10.58±0.34)较半年前显著增加(P0.05)。处理1a后LB土壤有效磷含量(1.71±0.12)mg/kg显著高于LR,但LR土壤可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮含量和土壤碳矿化速率较LB仍明显更高(P0.05)。可见,采伐剩余物不同处理对森林土壤质量存在不同程度的影响,保留采伐剩余物有利于改善林地水热条件和养分循环,对地力的维持有利。  相似文献

采伐剩余物不同处理方式会改变输入土壤的有机质数量和质量,直接或间接影响土壤的养分组成与含量。氮作为重要的土壤养分之一,其有机氮组分对采伐剩余物不同处理方式的响应仍不明确。本研究在福建省三明市格氏栲自然保护区内,对50多年生的杉木成熟林皆伐后的采伐剩余物分别进行清除、保留、火烧处理,并种植杉木5年时,采用H2SO4水解法对不同土层(0~10、10~20 cm)土壤有机氮组分及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明: 保留处理显著提高了土壤有机氮及活性组分的含量。0~10 cm土层中,保留处理土壤有机氮含量(3.36 g·kg-1)分别是清除处理、火烧处理的1.5和1.3倍,活性氮Ⅰ、Ⅱ含量也以保留处理最高;10~20 cm土层中,保留处理土壤有机氮和活性氮Ⅱ含量(2.20、0.73 g·kg-1)也显著高于清除和火烧处理,而且保留处理的活性氮指数Ⅱ(33.9%)显著高于火烧处理(26.1%)。两个土层均以保留处理的总碳、可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮含量,以及微生物生物量碳、氮最高。与清除处理相比,保留处理显著提高0~10 cm土层细菌(革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌)含量;10~20 cm土层中,保留处理的真菌含量最高,放线菌含量最低。相关分析表明,土壤有机氮及活性组分与土壤总碳、可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮、微生物生物量及土壤细菌(革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌)、真菌呈显著正相关,与放线菌呈显著负相关。保留处理有利于提高土壤有机氮及活性氮组分含量,改善土壤生化性质,对土壤微生物群落组成具有积极的影响,是维持土壤肥力和提高森林生产力的有效经营管理措施。  相似文献

反硝化细菌是土壤氧化亚氮(N2O)排放的关键因子。以杉木人工林为研究对象,设置4种采伐剩余物处理方式(RF:对照;RB:火烧;MT:粉碎;NR:移除),采用高通量测序技术,以nosZ为标记基因,测定了自2018年9月—2020年9月,2年期间土壤nosZ型反硝化细菌群落的组成和丰度。研究结果显示,4种采伐剩余物处理中的土壤nosZ型反硝化细菌90%以上来自变形菌门,优势菌属包括固氮螺菌属、中慢生根瘤菌属、动胶菌属、伯克霍尔德菌属、嗜酸菌属、慢生根瘤菌属、假单胞菌属、固氮弧菌属以及无色杆菌属;样本间差异物种的显著性分析表明,在处理完成半年时,火烧相较于对照于β-变形菌纲水平显著增加了nosZ基因丰度;在处理完成一年时,火烧分别于红螺菌目、红螺菌科、固氮螺菌属水平显著高于粉碎;粉碎相较于移除在处理完成一年时,于γ-变形菌纲和产碱菌科水平显著增加了nosZ基因丰度;在处理完成两年时,粉碎处理的nosZ基因丰度在变形菌门水平显著高于对照和火烧。α多样性数据显示,处理完成一年时,粉碎处理相较于对照和移除显著增加了Shannon和Simpson指数;处理完成两年时,粉碎和火烧...  相似文献

根据福建省南平市峡阳国有林场二代杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.) Hook)人工林5种采伐剩余物管理措施(收获采伐剩余物和地被层、全树收获、仅收获树干和树皮以及加倍采伐剩余物、炼山)下0-40 cm深度土壤全碳、全氮含量15a的监测数据,研究了采伐剩余物管理措施对杉木林土壤碳氮含量的影响.结果显示,加倍采伐剩余物处理样地5次取样年份(造林第3年、第6年、第9年、第12年和第15年)0-10 cm土层土壤全碳、全氮含量均高于其他处理样地,但单因素方差分析显示,采伐剩余物管理措施在5次取样年份对0-10 cm、10-20 cm和20-40 cm土层全碳、全氮含量均没有显著影响(P>0.05).重复测量方差分析显示,杉木造林15a期间土壤全碳、全氮含量随年份显著变化(P<0.01),但处理措施以及处理措施与取样年份的交互作用对3个土层土壤全碳、全氮含量影响不显著(P>0.05).杉木林15年生时,不同处理样地3个土层碳储量差异不显著(P>0.05),0-40 cm土层平均值为88.71 Mg/hm2.表明采伐剩余物管理措施对亚热带杉木人工林土壤全碳、全氮含量的长期效应并不显著.  相似文献

目的对普通级新西兰兔进行剖宫产,获得无菌兔,比较无菌兔、SPF兔和普通级兔的脏器系数。方法采取剖宫产手术获得无菌兔,在无菌隔离器内人工哺乳饲养。用电子天平和刻度尺测量无菌兔、SPF兔和普通兔心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺、胸腺、脑等脏器的脏器重量和长度,计算脏器系数。结果经检测无菌兔符合国家标准;无菌级、SPF级和普通级新西兰兔在左颌下腺、右颌下腺、心脏、肺、胆囊、脾脏、左肾上腺、右肾上腺、子宫+卵巢、左睾丸、胃长、蚓突长度、盲肠长度、盲肠总重、盲肠干重、胃总重、胃干重等17项指标差异显著(P〈0.05);脑、肝脏、左肾、右肾、胰脏、右睾丸、胃宽、小肠长度、直肠长度、大肠长度等10项指标差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论不同等级微生物环境对新西兰兔脏器系数有显著影响。  相似文献

大麦主栽品种亲缘系数和对叶斑病的抗性分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为明确我国大麦主栽品种的遗传多样性及其对叶斑病的抗性来源,采用亲缘系数(COP,coefficient of parentage)分析方法对155个主栽大麦品种的遗传系谱进行聚类分析,同时对其中79个供试大麦品种在苗期和成株期分别接种2个强毒性菌株进行抗性鉴定。结果显示,155个品种聚为6个类群,有亲缘关系的品种占全部品种14.77%。在品种间组成的11935个组合中,1763个组合间存在亲缘关系,其COP值变化范围在0~0.7500之间,亲缘系数总和为157.5867,平均值为0.0132。根据系谱分析发现了不同育种单位所育品种的核心亲本,并追溯其主要的祖先亲本。此外,通过对叶斑病的抗性鉴定,发现大多数供试的大麦品种感叶斑病,高抗品种主要集中在垦啤麦系列品种和蒙啤麦3号,部分华大麦和驻大麦系列的品种在苗期或成株期中抗叶斑病。系谱分析及抗性鉴定结果揭示了我国大麦叶斑病抗性基因存在不同来源,分析结果有利于提高抗叶斑病基因筛选效率和缩小筛选范围,也将促进抗叶斑病新基因资源的发掘和利用。  相似文献

目的通过对Fmr1基因敲除小鼠雌雄两性和FVB小鼠的脏器重量和脏器系数进行比较分析,了解其脏器重量的差异,探讨Fmr1基因对动物生长发育等方面的影响。方法分别测定Fmr1基因敲除小鼠雌雄两性和FVB小鼠内脏器官的绝对重量和脏器系数,并进行统计学处理和分析。结果相同年龄的Fmr1基因敲除小鼠雄性的体重、心、肺、肝和肾的绝对重量均极显著的大于雌性(P〈0.01)。雌雄间脏器系数除肾脏(P〈0.05)和脑(P〈0.01)外,其余无显著差异。与FVB小鼠比较,Fmr1基因敲除小鼠心脏较轻(P〈0.01),肾脏(P〈0.01)、体重和脑较重(P〈0.05)。脏器系数肾脏较大(P〈0.01),心脏(P〈0.01)、脑和脾(P〈0.05)较小。结论Fmr1基因可影响动物的某些脏器重量和脏器系数。  相似文献

通过设计特殊摇瓶,用亚硫酸钠法测出摇瓶的体积氧传递系数和氧透过纱布层的通透率。以氧电极测其内外氧的分压降后,可以算出摇瓶表观体积氧传递系数(kLa)app及真实体积氧传递系数kLa,并进一步求出氧通透率。由实验得出:氧分压降低6.1%,氧传递系数增加一倍;在37c、220r/min、500m1摇瓶(内盛液50m1)8层纱布的氧通透率Pm=43.7moI/m2·h·arm;并且关联出摇瓶容积V、装液量VL、转速n、摄氏温度t之间的模型式:(kLa)app=1.84×10-7[t]1.8479·[n]2.3906.(VLV]-0.6360(kLa)=2.02×10-7[t]1.8525·[n]2.39441·[VLV]-0.6370  相似文献

Biomass has been widely recognized as an important energy source with high potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while minimizing environmental pollution. In this study, we employ the Global Change Assessment Model to estimate the potential of agricultural and forestry residue biomass for energy production in China. Potential availability of residue biomass as an energy source was analyzed for the 21st century under different climate policy scenarios. Currently, the amount of total annual residue biomass, averaged over 2003–2007, is around 15 519 PJ in China, consisting of 10 818 PJ from agriculture residues (70%) and 4701 PJ forestry residues (30%). We estimate that 12 693 PJ of the total biomass is available for energy production, with 66% derived from agricultural residue and 34% from forestry residue. Most of the available residue is from south central China (3347 PJ), east China (2862 PJ) and south‐west China (2229 PJ), which combined exceeds 66% of the total national biomass. Under the reference scenario without carbon tax, the potential availability of residue biomass for energy production is projected to be 3380 PJ by 2050 and 4108 PJ by 2095, respectively. When carbon tax is imposed, biomass availability increases substantially. For the CCS 450 ppm scenario, availability of biomass increases to 9002 PJ (2050) and 11 524 PJ (2095), respectively. For the 450 ppm scenario without CCS, 9183 (2050) and 11 150 PJ (2095) residue biomass, respectively, is projected to be available. Moreover, the implementation of CCS will have a little impact on the supply of residue biomass after 2035. Our results suggest that residue biomass has the potential to be an important component in China's sustainable energy production portfolio. As a low carbon emission energy source, climate change policies that involve carbon tariff and CCS technology promote the use of residue biomass for energy production in a low carbon‐constrained world.  相似文献

A method was described for calculating population statistics on relationship coefficients without using corresponding individual data. It relied on the structure of the inverse of the numerator relationship matrix between individuals under investigation and ancestors. Computation times were observed on simulated populations and were compared to those incurred with a conventional direct approach. The indirect approach turned out to be very efficient for multiplying the relationship matrix corresponding to planned matings (full design) by any vector. Efficiency was generally still good or very good for calculating statistics on these simulated populations. An extreme implementation of the method is the calculation of inbreeding coefficients themselves. Relative performances of the indirect method were good except when many full-sibs during many generations existed in the population.  相似文献

Local reflection coefficients (R) provide important insights into the influence of wave reflection on vascular haemodynamics. Using the relatively new time-domain method of wave intensity analysis, R has been calculated as the ratio of the peak intensities (RPI) or areas (RCI) of incident and reflected waves, or as the ratio of the changes in pressure caused by these waves (RΔP). While these methods have not yet been compared, it is likely that elastic non-linearities present in large arteries will lead to changes in the size of waves as they propagate and thus errors in the calculation of RPI and RCI. To test this proposition, RPI, RCI and RΔP were calculated in a non-linear computer model of a single vessel with various degrees of elastic non-linearity, determined by wave speed and pulse amplitude (ΔP+), and a terminal admittance to produce reflections. Results obtained from this model demonstrated that under linear flow conditions (i.e. as ΔP+→0), RΔP is equivalent to the square-root of RPI and RCI (denoted by RPIp and RCIp). However for non-linear flow, pressure-increasing (compression) waves undergo amplification while pressure-reducing (expansion) waves undergo attenuation as they propagate. Consequently, significant errors related to the degree of elastic non-linearity arise in RPI and RCI, and also RPIp and RCIp, with greater errors associated with larger reflections. Conversely, RΔP is unaffected by the degree of non-linearity and is thus more accurate than RPI and RCI.  相似文献

The commonly used procedure to calculate inbreeding coefficients by effective population numbers (Ne) by the harmonic mean of generation-by-generation population sizes involves a computational bias. If the individual population sizes are considered as realizations of a binomially distributed random variable with sample size N and probability p, this bias can be investigated for the two cases p = constant and p = variable (Markov chain). The bias is of practical relevance only for small probabilities p, short period of initial successive generations, and small population sizes. The largest values for this computational bias are in the range of 0.05-0.06. It is concluded that for most practical purposes the approximate procedure is appropriate.  相似文献

By‐products of agricultural and forestry processes, known as residues, may act as a primary source of renewable energy. Studies assessing the availability of this resource offer little insight on the drivers and constraints of the available potential as well as the associated costs and how these may vary across scenarios. This study projects long‐term global supply curves of the available potential using consistent scenarios of agriculture and forestry production, livestock production and fuel use from the spatially explicit integrated assessment model IMAGE. In the projections, residue production is related to agricultural and forestry production and intensification, and the limiting effect of ecological and alternative uses of residues are accounted for. Depending on the scenario, theoretical potential is projected to increase from approximately 120 EJ yr?1 today to 140–170 EJ yr?1 by 2100, coming mostly from agricultural production. To maintain ecological functions approximately 40% is required to remain in the field, and a further 20–30% is diverted towards alternative uses. The consequent decrease in agricultural land results in a lower requirement of residues for erosion control. The theoretical potential is most sensitive to baseline projections of agriculture and forestry demand; however, this does not necessarily affect the available potential which is relatively constant across scenarios. The most important limiting factors are the alternative uses. Asia and North America account for two‐thirds of the available potential due to the production of crops with high residue yields and socioeconomic conditions which limit alternative uses.  相似文献

Structurally conserved residues at protein-protein interfaces correlate with the experimental alanine-scanning hot spots. Here, we investigate the organization of these conserved, computational hot spots and their contribution to the stability of protein associations. We find that computational hot spots are not homogeneously distributed along the protein interfaces; rather they are clustered within locally tightly packed regions. Within the dense clusters, they form a network of interactions and consequently their contributions to the stability of the complex are cooperative; however the contributions of independent clusters are additive. This suggests that the binding free energy is not a simple summation of the single hot spot residue contributions. As expected, around the hot spot residues we observe moderately conserved residues, further highlighting the crucial role of the conserved interactions in the local densely packed environment. The conserved occurrence of these organizations suggests that they are advantageous for protein-protein associations. Interestingly, the total number of hydrogen bonds and salt bridges contributed by hot spots is as expected. Thus, H-bond forming residues may use a "hot spot for water exclusion" mechanism. Since conserved residues are located within highly packed regions, water molecules are easily removed upon binding, strengthening electrostatic contributions of charge-charge interactions. Hence, the picture that emerges is that protein-protein associations are optimized locally, with the clustered, networked, highly packed structurally conserved residues contributing dominantly and cooperatively to the stability of the complex. When addressing the crucial question of "what are the preferred ways of proteins to associate", these findings point toward a critical involvement of hot regions in protein-protein interactions.  相似文献

The inclusion of fate and exposure is a central issue in Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA). According to the framework developed by the Society of Environmental Toxicity and Chemistry (SETAC), fate and exposure route are included through a fate coefficient which makes the link between an emission and the related increase in concentration. In the Critical surface-time 95 methodology, fate factors of air pollutants are determined empirically at a world level as the ratio of measured concentration to the total estimated emission flow. Based on a detailed study performed for seventeen pollutants, a correlation is developed to predict fate factors from the residence time. Variation of a factor 10000 arc observed for the fate coefficient. Empirical fate factors are compared to modelled fate factors and are found to have a similar order of magnitude.  相似文献

Background

A recursive algorithm to calculate the fifteen detailed coefficients of identity is introduced. Previous recursive procedures based on the generalized coefficients of kinship provided the detailed coefficients of identity under the assumption that the two individuals were not an ancestor of each other.

Findings

By using gametic relationships to include three, four or two pairs of gametes, we can obtain these coefficients for any pair of individuals. We have developed a novel linear transformation that allows for the calculation of pairwise detailed identity coefficients for any pedigree given the gametic relationships. We illustrate the procedure using the well-known pedigree of Julio and Mencha, which contains 20 Jicaque Indians of Honduras, to calculate their detailed coefficients.

Conclusions

The proposed algorithm can be used to calculate the detailed identity coefficients of two or more individuals with any pedigree relationship.  相似文献
