镇海棘螈(Echinotriton chinhaiensis)为国家一级重点保护野生动物,其种群面临着生境退化及丧失的重要威胁。产卵是决定镇海棘螈种群数量增长的关键环节之一,了解其产卵选择的微生境偏好可以更有针对性地保护该物种。本研究旨在确定影响镇海棘螈产卵场微生境选择的关键环境变量,同时为该物种的产卵生境保护、改造和重建提供科学基础。本文于2021年3-5月(繁殖期)在浙江省宁波市北仑区林场对镇海棘螈产卵位点(n=105)与非产卵位点(n=70)处的18个微生境变量进行调查。采用拟合优度卡方检验判断3种无序分类变量的差异性,并利用生境喜好系数对生境选择性进行分析。采用二元逻辑斯蒂回归模型对15个数值型变量进行分析,确定影响镇海棘螈产卵微生境选择的关键变量。结果显示镇海棘螈繁殖期间对产卵场微生境有明显偏好,通常产卵于朝向水坑、落叶层较厚(5.19±0.18 cm)、坡度较陡(18.64°±1.18°)和土壤含水量较低(33.51%±1.87%)的土壤基质上。此外,在大型遮蔽物中,镇海棘螈偏好选择体积较小的石块和乔木(2,994.63±316.17 cm3)作为遮蔽...  相似文献

棘螈属(Echinotriton)和疣螈属(Tylototriton)均属于两栖纲有尾目蝾螈科.两属主要分布于我国西南、亚洲西南部、东南亚及日本.棘螈属在我国已知3种:Echinotriton andersoni(琉球棘螈)、E. Chinhaiensis(镇海棘螈)、E. Asperrimus(细痣棘螈).疣螈属在我国已知4种:Tylototriton kweichowensis(贵州疣螈)、T. Shanjing(红瘰疣螈)、T.taliangensis(大凉疣螈)、T. Verrucosus(棕黑疣螈).本文回顾了棘螈属和疣螈属物种的命名史,阐明了两属之间的关系,并从形态学、生态学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学方面对这两属的研究工作进行了综述.  相似文献

应用透射电镜和扫描电镜对镇海棘螈Echinotritonchinhaiensis精子的超微结构进行了研究。结果表明 :镇海棘螈的精子具有蝾螈科精子的一些共同特征 ,如精子头部较长、前端有顶体钩、细胞核周围有核脊、尾部轴丝旁有边缘丝 ,但也具有其自身的形态结构特点 ,如精子颈部的长度、核脊的形状和大小等与有尾两栖类物种的精子存在明显差别。镇海棘螈精子发达的颈部和丰富的核脊具类群特异性  相似文献

根据野外观察和室内实验 ,对镇海棘螈的早期个体发育过程进行了研究。结果显示 ,镇海棘螈早期发育过程与琉球棘螈的个体发育过程非常相似 ,它们的平衡枝均不发达且在前肢芽晚期迅速消失。温度和湿度对胚胎发育具有显著影响。室温下 ,从受精卵到孵化需 2 9d左右。孵化幼体体长呈配合对数曲线增长 ,其体全长 (S)与日龄 (T)的关系可表示为S =1 2 974 9+6 2 398lnT(Sig.F <0 0 1 )。水生生活阶段为 58~ 88d。室内幼体的水生发育时间和变态个体大小与野外的情况有较大的差异 ,可能与营养条件和自然条件下的持续干旱有关。变态前的外鳃萎缩期是镇海棘螈早期个体发育过程中的死亡高峰期。  相似文献

2004年5~10月,在湖南壶瓶山国家级自然保护区,采用标志-重捕法对棘腹蛙种群进行了初步的研究.结果发现,棘腹蛙种群在一年之内的种群变化呈“∧”形,即从出蛰到繁殖高峰期呈上升趋势;高峰期后由于气温、人类的捕捉、洪水等的影响呈下降趋势,同时分析了种群数与海拔、生境等因素的关系.  相似文献

大凉螈是我国特有的珍稀有尾两栖动物,其种群数量目前呈现明显下降趋势,然而涉及该物种保护的繁殖生态学研究仍十分匮乏。通过融合围栏陷阱及标志重捕的样方调查法,对大凉螈石棉栗子坪种群繁殖个体和变态登陆幼体的迁徙、繁殖群体种群大小、繁殖场内雌雄有效性比变化等进行了研究。运用Jolly-Seber法估测了繁殖种群大小,运用单因素方差分析或Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验比较了不同时期进入繁殖场的雄性大凉螈头体长及体重,运用t检验或者Wilcoxon秩和检验比较了雌雄性间形态上的差异,运用t检验、t′检验或Wilcoxon秩和检验比较了野外抱对雄性与非抱对雄性间的体征差别,运用Pearson相关分析探讨了雌性产卵量与其身体形态的关系,同时观察了卵的孵化情况。研究结果表明:大凉螈的繁殖季为每年的4月下旬到7月下旬,幼体最早于8月上旬变态登陆。估测调查地繁殖场内雄性大凉螈繁殖种群大小约为391尾,雄螈较雌螈更早进入繁殖场且在场内停留时间更长,体重较轻的雄螈较晚迁入繁殖场。有效性比明显偏雄(雌/雄:0.03—0.10)。雌雄间具明显性二型性,雌性个体的头体长、体重及肥满度均大于雄性,而雄性的尾高和尾长占全长的比例则大于雌性。对比自然抱对雄性和非抱对雄性个体发现,抱对个体在头体长、体重和尾高等体征方面显著大于非抱对个体,暗示这些形态特征可能在雄性竞争配偶的过程中起到关键作用。雌螈在室内条件下平均产卵数为176枚,产卵历时2—4 d,产卵量与雌性肥满度正相关,卵的平均孵化期为15.7 d,孵出幼体平均全长为9.74 mm。  相似文献

织金瘰螈Paramesotriton zhijinensis是2008年才发现的中国特有珍稀两栖动物.发现于贵州省织金县,它是世界上最稀少的两栖动物之一,在世界其它各地至今还没有被发现,也是被关注和研究最少的濒危动物之一.由于生境的逐渐丧失、环境的恶化、人为的严重干扰等诸多因素导致其种群数量急剧减少.以现在的种群数量和消亡速度来看,如不善加保护,它很可能不久就会灭绝.本文对织金瘰螈的分布区域、栖息环境、体型特征、生活习性、食性及种群资源状况进行了简单分析,希望能为该物种的资源保护提供重要的理论依据.  相似文献

Crocodile newts, which constitute the genera Echinotriton and Tylototriton, are known as living fossils, and these genera comprise many endangered species. To identify mitochondrial (mt) genes suitable for future population genetic analyses for endangered taxa, we determined the complete nucleotide sequences of the mt genomes of the Japanese crocodile newt Echinotriton andersoni and Himalayan crocodile newt Tylototriton verrucosus. Although the control region (CR) is known as the most variable mtDNA region in many animal taxa, the CRs of crocodile newts are highly conservative. Rather, the genes of NADH dehydrogenase subunits and ATPase subunit 6 were found to have high sequence divergences and to be usable for population genetics studies. To estimate the inter-population divergence ages of E. andersoni endemic to the Ryukyu Islands, we performed molecular dating analysis using whole and partial mt genomic data. The estimated divergence ages of the inter-island individuals are older than the paleogeographic segmentation ages of the islands, suggesting that the lineage splits of E. andersoni populations were not caused by vicariant events. Our phylogenetic analysis with partial mt sequence data also suggests the existence of at least two more undescribed species in the genus Tylototriton. We also found unusual repeat sequences containing the 3' region of cytochrome apoenzyme b gene, whole tRNA-Thr gene, and a noncoding region (the T-P noncoding region characteristic in caudate mtDNAs) from T. verrucosus mtDNA. Similar repeat sequences were found in two other Tylototriton species. The Tylototriton taxa with the repeats become a monophyletic group, indicating a single origin of the repeat sequences. The intra-and inter-specific comparisons of the repeat sequences suggest the occurrences of homologous recombination-based concerted evolution among the repeat sequences.  相似文献

Echinotriton chinhaiensis is a critically endangered salamander and its distribution is restricted to Ningbo, Zhejiang Province of China. In this study, we developed and characterized fifteen polymorphic microsatellite loci for E. ehinhaiensis from dinucleotide- and tetranucleotide- enriched library. The number of alleles ranges from 4 to 12 with an average of 7.27 alleles per locus. The observed and expected heterozygosities values were from 0.250 to 0.844 and 0.511 to 0.872 with an average value of 0.596 and 0.722; respectively. The polymorphic microsatellite loci described in this paper are useful in the further study on genetic diversity and gene flow, which would be helpful to formulate effective conservation strategies for the E. chinhaiensis.  相似文献

The Anderson's crocodile newt, Echinotriton andersoni, is considered a relic and endangered species distributed in the Central Ryukyus. To elucidate phylogenetic relationships and detailed genetic structures among populations, we analyzed variation in the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene. Results strongly support a primary dichotomy between populations from the Amami and Okinawa Island Groups with substantial genetic divergence, favoring a primary divergence between the two island groups. Within the latter, populations from the southern part of Okinawajima Island are shown to be more closely related to those from Tokashikijima Island than to those from the northern and central parts of Okinawajima. The prominent genetic divergence between the two island groups of the Central Ryukyus seems to have initiated in the Miocene, i.e., prior to formation of the strait that has consistently separated these island groups since the Pleistocene. The ancestor of the southern Okinawajima-Tokashikijima is estimated to have migrated from the northern and central parts of Okinawajima into southern Okinawajima at the Pleistocene, and dispersed into Tokashikijima subsequently.  相似文献

The skull of neotenic individuals of the Alpine Newt Triturus alpestris from the locality Drakolimni (Greece) is described on the basis of models made from magnified serial frontal sections. In order to recognize features associated with neoteny and paedomorphosis, the results were compared with normal development of contemporary Triturus and of other Caudata. The neotenic larvae from Greece correspond to advanced stages of metamorphosis in normal development of Triturus alpestris. Comparison with salamandrids from the Tertiary of Europe in which the hyobranchial skeleton was preserved, namely Brachycormus noachicus, Chelotriton paradoxus, and Palaeopleurodeles hauffi, revealed that both latter taxa were completely metamorphosed adults anatomically similar to their contemporary relatives Tylototriton, Echinotriton, and Pleurodeles, whereas Brachycormus, though apparently related to Chelotriton, was a neotenic amphibian. An essential pre-requisite to understanding the nature of a host-parasite relationship is a good knowledge of the parasite’s ecology, including its life history. Despite removing a significant amount of blood from their common swift (Apus apus) hosts, no detrimental effect of parasitism by the louse fly (Crataerina pallida) has been found. This may be because little is known of the characteristics of the populations of this parasite. We studied the structure of louse fly populations that may influence its pathogenicity. High levels of prevalence were seen, with 100% of nests being parasitized during 2007 and 2008. Louse fly pupae were found to be aggregated, with a frequency distribution best described by the negative binomial model in 2006-2008. The mean parasitic load per nest was 3.72 ± 2.65 in 2007 and 4.21 ± 3.09 in 2008, much higher than that found in comparative studies. Louse fly numbers declined throughout the swift breeding season. Parasite populations were heavily female biased, except for at the initial and final stages of the nestling period.  相似文献

This paper describes a survey of arthropods in rice-growing areas of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, undertaken to identify the main groups of insect pests and their natural enemies present in three producing regions during the stages of crop development. The study was conducted during the crop years 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 in the municipalities of Cachoeira do Sul, Eldorado do Sul and Capivari do Sul. A total of 44,231 arthropods were collected: 26,821 in 2007/2008 and 17,410 in 2008/2009. Spatial and temporal patterns were analyzed utilizing the 28 principal families and applying the Morisita–Horn coefficient and the Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA). Both results demonstrated variances of abundance and richness from 1 year to the next in the evaluated areas. The results indicate that the arthropod communities in southern Brazilian rice crop agro-ecosystems are formed of a few families with high abundance and a large number of other smaller families. Among the phytophagous arthropods found, Pentatomidae, Orthoptera and planthoppers were predominant while the natural enemies were mainly predatory mites, spiders, Hymenoptera and Odonata. This study demonstrates that irrigated rice fields located in subtropical areas of the Brazilian South sustain a great variety of arthropods which facilitate studies on bio-diversity conservation and the development of sustainable management of the pests.  相似文献
