Diterpenoids from the stem bark of Croton zambesicus   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Three clerodane diterpenoids, crotozambefurans A, B and C were isolated from the stem bark of Croton zambesicus together with the known clerodane crotocorylifuran and two trachylobanes: 7 beta-acetoxytrachyloban-18-oic acid and trachyloban-7 beta, 18-diol. Betulinol, lupeol, sitosterol and its 3 beta-glucopyranosyl derivative were also obtained. The structures of crotozambefurans A, B and C were determined, respectively, as: 15,16-epoxy-1,3,13(16),14-clerodatetraen-20,12-olide-18,19-dioic acid dimethylester, 15,16-epoxy-1,3,13(16),14-clerodatetraen-18,19,20-trioic acid trimethylester and 15,16-epoxy-3,13(16),14-clerodatrien-19,1 alpha:20,12-diolide-18-oic acid methylester, using spectroscopic analysis, especially, NMR spectra in conjunction with 2D experiments, COSY, HSQC, HMBC and TOCSY.  相似文献

Euphorbia ebracteolata was a natural medicine for the treatment of tuberculosis. The present work has performed the investigation of bioactive chemical substances from the roots of E. ebracteolata. Using various chromatographic techniques, 15 compounds were obtained from the roots of E. ebracteolata. On the basis of widely spectroscopic data analyses, the isolated compounds were determined to be diterpenoids, including rosane derivatives (1–12), isopimarane (13), abietane (14), and lathyrane (15), among which compounds 1–4, and 9 were undescribed previously. The inhibitory effects of isolated diterpenoids against Mycobacterium tuberculosis were evaluated using an Alamar blue cell viability assay. And two rosane-type diterpenoids 3 and 8 displayed moderate inhibitory effects on with the MIC values of 18 μg/mL and 25 μg/mL, respectively. For the potential inhibitor 3, the inhibitory effect against the target enzyme GlmU was evaluated, which displayed a moderate inhibitory effect with the IC50 12.5 μg/mL. Therefore, the diterpenoids from the roots of E. ebracteolata displayed anti-tuberculosis effects, which would be pay more attentions for the anti-tuberculosis agents.  相似文献

Hairy root culture of Salvia sclarea L. was established following infection with Agrobacterium rhizogenes LBA 9402. The culture was grown in growth regulator-free half-strength B5 Gamborg medium with 30 g l−1 sucrose and was investigated with respect to its capability of producing diterpenoids and triterpenoids. Four diterpenoids (ferruginol, salvipisone, aethiopinone and 1-oxoaethiopinone) and two ursene-type triterpenoids (2α,3α-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid and 2α,3α,24-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid) were isolated from the hairy roots. The presence of three sterols (β-sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol), as well as oleanolic and ursolic acids was also shown by GC–MS analysis. The quantitative and qualitative differences in diterpenoid and triterpenoid production patterns between hairy roots grown in the light and in the dark were described.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on the stems of Jatropha multifida yielded two diterpenoids, multifolone and (4E)-jatrogrossidentadione acetate along with five known diterpenoids, a flavone and a coumarino-lignan. The structures of the compounds were settled by detailed analysis of their 1D and 2D NMR spectra. The X-ray crystallographic analysis of (4E)-jatrogrossidentadione acetate was also accomplished.  相似文献

Four ent-kauranoids, 6-epiangustifolin and enanderinanins F-H, as well as 11 known ent-kaurane diterpenoids, macrocalin B, xerophilusin A, trichorabdal A, trichorabdal B, effusin, angustifolin, longikaurin D, longikaurin F, enanderinanin B, xerophilusin G and shikokianin were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon enanderianus. The new diterpenoids were identified as 6-epiangustifolin (11alpha-hydroxy-6alpha-methoxy-6,19-epoxy-6,7-seco-ent-kaur-16-en-15-one-7,20-olide), enanderinanin F (19-acetoxy-6,20:6,11beta-diepoxy-6,7-seco-ent-kaur-16-en-15-one-1beta,7-olide), enanderinanin G (1beta,6beta,7beta-trihydroxy-19-acetoxy-16beta-methoxymethyl-7alpha,20-epoxy-ent-kaur-15-one) and enanderinanin H (6beta,7beta,14beta-trihydroxy-1alpha,11beta-acetonide-7alpha,20-epoxy-ent-kaur-16-en-15-one), respectively, on the basis of spectral data, especially by 2D NMR techniques. 6-Epiangustifolin showed significant cytotoxic activity against K562 cell.  相似文献

Four 9-epi-ent-labdanes were isolated from the aerial parts of Calceolaria inamoena. Their structures, 2beta-hydroxy-9-epi-ent-labda8(17)-13(E)dien-15-oic acid, 2beta-hydroxy-9-epi-ent-labda8(17)-13(Z)dien-15-oic acid, 2beta-hydroxy-9-epi-ent-labda8(17)-13(E)dien-15-al and 2beta-hydroxy-9-epi-ent-labda-8(17)-13(Z)dien-15-al, were established by spectroscopic methods including by analysis of 2 dimensional heteronuclear correlation experiments 1H/13C (normal and long range), and NOE and gs-sel-1D-NOESY and TOCSY of their methyl ester or acetyl derivatives.  相似文献

The structure of micrandrol-C from Micrandropsis scleroxylon (Euphorbiaceae) is revised to 2,6-dihydroxy-7-methyl-1-methylthiophenanthrene. This and other micrandrols are probably diterpenes in view of their co-occurrence with micrandrol-D, the hemiketal of 1,2,3,4,9,10-hexahydro-6-hydroxy-4a-hydroxymethyl-1,1,7-trimethy-2-oxophenanthrene.  相似文献

An abietane-type diterpene, named vitetrifolin A, and two labdane-type diterpenes, named vitetrifolins B and C, were isolated from the acetone extract of the fruits of Vitex trifolia L. (Viticis Fructus; Verbenaceae) along with three known diterpenes, rotundifuran, dihydrosolidagenone and abietatriene 3beta-ol. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, X-ray crystallographic analysis and chemical evidence.  相似文献

Two new trachylobane- and one isopimarane-type diterpenoids: ent-18-hydroxy-trachyloban-3-one; ent-trachyloban-3-one; isopimara-7,15-dien-3beta-ol, were isolated from the leaves of Croton zambesicus, together with trans-phytol, beta-sitosterol, alpha-amyrin and stigmasterol. The structures were determined by extensive NMR techniques and X-ray analysis. The cytotoxicity of these compounds has been evaluated on cancer and non-cancer cell-lines.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Sideritis foetens, the previously known ent-13(16),14-labdadiene-6α,8α,18-triol (andalusol) has been isolated. In addition, two new natural andalusol monoacetates and the novel ent-6α-acetoxy-13(16),14-labdadiene-3β,8α-diol have also been obtained from the same source. Premna integrifolia is an important constituent of famous herbal formulation “Dashmula” of Indian Ayurvedic system of medicines. The plant is known to possess hypoglycaemic, anti-inflammatory, antiarthritic and broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities due to the presence of several diterpenoids and spermine alkaloids in its decoction. In order to develop chemical markers for quality assurance of this herb in Ayurvedic formulation, we report here the isolation of three novel diterpenoids from the root bark of P. integrifolia namely 1β,3α,8β-trihydroxy-pimara-15-ene (1), 6α,11,12,16-tetrahydroxy-7-oxo-abieta-8,11,13-triene (2) and 2α,19-dihydroxy-pimara-7,15-diene (3). 1,3-Dihydroxy and 2-hydroxy diterpenes belong to a limited number of families and their isolation is also interesting from chemotaxonomic point of view. These diterpenoids were also evaluated for antibacterial activity.  相似文献

Fractionation of the aerial parts of Haplopappus rigidus Phil., directed by the brine shrimp lethality test (BST), has led to the isolation of two new diterpenoids, rigidusol and deacetylrigidusol. Their structures were established as 13-hydroxy-18-acetoxy-cis-cleroda-3,14-diene (8betaH, 10betaH, 19beta, 20alpha form) and 13,18-dihydroxy-cis-cleroda-3,14-diene (8betaH, 10betaH, 19beta, 20alpha form), respectively. Rigidusol exhibit moderate cytotoxic activity against human breast adenocarcinoma cell line MCF-7. From the aerial part of Salvia greggii a previously known diterpenoid, isopimaric acid, and four new natural substances, 3β- and 14α-hydroxy-isopimaric acids, 14α,18-dihydroxy-7,15-isopimaradiene and 7,8β-dihydro-salviacoccin, have been isolated. The structures of these diterpenoids have been established by chemical and spectroscopic means and, in some cases, by comparison with previously known synthetic compounds.  相似文献
