Capsaicinoids are unique compounds produced only in peppers (Capsicum spp.). Several studies using classical quantitative trait loci (QTLs) mapping and genomewide association studies (GWAS) have identified QTLs controlling capsaicinoid content in peppers; however, neither the QTLs common to each population nor the candidate genes underlying them have been identified due to the limitations of each approach used. Here, we performed QTL mapping and GWAS for capsaicinoid content in peppers using two recombinant inbred line (RIL) populations and one GWAS population. Whole‐genome resequencing and genotyping by sequencing (GBS) were used to construct high‐density single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) maps. Five QTL regions on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10 were commonly identified in both RIL populations over multiple locations and years. Furthermore, a total of 109 610 SNPs derived from two GBS libraries were used to analyse the GWAS population consisting of 208 C. annuum‐clade accessions. A total of 69 QTL regions were identified from the GWAS, 10 of which were co‐located with the QTLs identified from the two biparental populations. Within these regions, we were able to identify five candidate genes known to be involved in capsaicinoid biosynthesis. Our results demonstrate that QTL mapping and GBS‐GWAS represent a powerful combined approach for the identification of loci controlling complex traits.  相似文献

We performed a genome-wide association study of pepper (Capsicum annuum) tolerance to potato virus Y (PVY). For 254 pepper accessions, we estimated the tolerance to PVY as the coefficient of regression of the fresh weight (or height) of PVY-infected and mock-inoculated plants against within-plant virus load. Small (strongly negative) coefficients of regression indicate low tolerance because plant biomass or growth decreases sharply as virus load increases. The tolerance level varied largely, with some pepper accessions showing no symptoms or fairly mild mosaics, whereas about half (48%) of the accessions showed necrotic symptoms. We found two adjacent single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) at one extremity of chromosome 9 that were significantly associated with tolerance to PVY. Similarly, in three biparental pepper progenies, we showed that the induction of necrosis on PVY systemic infection segregated as a monogenic trait determined by a locus on chromosome 9. Our results also demonstrate the existence of a negative correlation between resistance and tolerance among the cultivated pepper accessions at both the phenotypic and genetic levels. By comparing the distributions of the tolerance-associated SNP alleles and previously identified PVY resistance-associated SNP alleles, we showed that cultivated pepper accessions possess favourable alleles for both resistance and tolerance less frequently than expected under random associations, while the minority of wild pepper accessions frequently combined resistance and tolerance alleles. This divergent evolution of PVY resistance and tolerance could be related to pepper domestication or farmer's selection.  相似文献

Association mapping is an attractive method to identify QTLs in perennial horticultural crops such as citrus, as it does not need a designed cross between parental genotypes and can save time and labor to construct a segregating population. It usually requires more genetic markers than linkage-based QTL mapping owing to a lower degree of linkage disequilibrium (LD). However, recent advances in next-generation sequencing offer high-throughput, cost-effective methods, including genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS), for genotyping massive amounts of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). In this study, we performed a genome-wide association study (GWAS) of fruit-quality traits in citrus using SNPs obtained by GBS. We evaluated 110 citrus accessions, including landraces, modern cultivars, and breeding lines, for eight fruit-quality traits (fruit weight, fruit skin color, fruit surface texture, peelability, pulp firmness, segment firmness, sugar content, and acid content) during 2005 to 2012 (except 2007). GBS found 2309 SNPs, which we anchored to the clementine reference genome. We evaluated LD in the 110 accessions and confirmed that GBS gave enough SNPs to conduct GWAS. We identified seven QTLs, including four novel ones, comprising four significant QTLs for fruit weight and one QTL each for fruit skin color, pulp firmness, and segment firmness. These QTLs offer promise for use in citrus crossbreeding.  相似文献

The 297 winter rice accessions of Assam, North East India were genotyped by sequencing (GBS). The 50,985 high-quality SNPs were filtered and assigned to 12 rice chromosomes. The population structure analysis revealed three major subgroups SG1, SG2, and SG3 consisting of 30, 8, and 143 accessions respectively. The remaining 116 accessions were grouped as admixture population. Phenotypic data were recorded on13 agronomical traits for genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The 60 significant marker-trait associations (MTAs) were identified for 11 agronomical traits, which explained 0 to 15% of phenotypic variance (PV). A QTL ‘hot spot’ was detected near the centromeric region on chromosome 6. The identified QTLs may be validated and utilized in ‘genomics assisted breeding’ for improvement of existing rice cultivars of Assam and North East India.  相似文献

The reaction of several cultivated potato varieties (Solarium tuberosum L.) to three strains of tobacco etch potyvirus (TEV-F, TEV-Mex21 and TEV-ATCC) and the reaction of several pepper lines (Capsicum annuum L. and C. chinense L.) to two strains of potato Y potyvirus (PVYO and PVYN) and one strain of potato A potyvirus (PVA-M) was tested. The potato varieties included in this study carried resistance genes against PVY, PVA and potato V potyvirus, but all were susceptible to TEV and developed mottle and mosaic symptoms. TEV was readily transmitted by mechanical inoculation from tobacco and potato to potato, whereas transmission from pepper to potato occurred infrequently. TEV was transmitted through potato tubers, and from pepper to potato plants by aphids. Lack of detectable systemic infection following graft-inoculation indicated extreme resistance to PVYO and PVA in several pepper lines. No pepper line was systemically infected with PVYN following mechanical inoculation (graft-inoculation was not carried out with PVYN). The development of necrotic lesions following mechanical and graft-inoculation indicated hypersensitive response to PVYO in several pepper lines which resembled the resistance responses to these potyvirus strains in potato. Results of this study together with previous work indicate that C. annuum cv. Avelar is resistant to four potyviruses [PVY, PVA, pepper mottle potyvirus (PepMoV) and some isolates of TEV]; C. annuum cv. Criollo de Morelos and C. chinense PI 152225 and PI 159236 are resistant to three potyviruses (PVY, PepMoV and PVA; and PVY, PepMoV and TEV, respectively); C. annuum 9093–1 and 92016–1 are resistant to PVY and PepMoV; and C. annuum cv. Jupiter and C. annuum cv. RNaky are resistant to PVYN and PVA.  相似文献

Soya bean is a major source of edible oil and protein for human consumption as well as animal feed. Understanding the genetic basis of different traits in soya bean will provide important insights for improving breeding strategies for this crop. A genome‐wide association study (GWAS) was conducted to accelerate molecular breeding for the improvement of agronomic traits in soya bean. A genotyping‐by‐sequencing (GBS) approach was used to provide dense genome‐wide marker coverage (>47 000 SNPs) for a panel of 304 short‐season soya bean lines. A subset of 139 lines, representative of the diversity among these, was characterized phenotypically for eight traits under six environments (3 sites × 2 years). Marker coverage proved sufficient to ensure highly significant associations between the genes known to control simple traits (flower, hilum and pubescence colour) and flanking SNPs. Between one and eight genomic loci associated with more complex traits (maturity, plant height, seed weight, seed oil and protein) were also identified. Importantly, most of these GWAS loci were located within genomic regions identified by previously reported quantitative trait locus (QTL) for these traits. In some cases, the reported QTLs were also successfully validated by additional QTL mapping in a biparental population. This study demonstrates that integrating GBS and GWAS can be used as a powerful complementary approach to classical biparental mapping for dissecting complex traits in soya bean.  相似文献

Salinity tolerance in rice is highly desirable to sustain production in areas rendered saline due to various reasons. It is a complex quantitative trait having different components, which can be dissected effectively by genome-wide association study (GWAS). Here, we implemented GWAS to identify loci controlling salinity tolerance in rice. A custom-designed array based on 6,000 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in as many stress-responsive genes, distributed at an average physical interval of <100 kb on 12 rice chromosomes, was used to genotype 220 rice accessions using Infinium high-throughput assay. Genetic association was analysed with 12 different traits recorded on these accessions under field conditions at reproductive stage. We identified 20 SNPs (loci) significantly associated with Na+/K+ ratio, and 44 SNPs with other traits observed under stress condition. The loci identified for various salinity indices through GWAS explained 5–18% of the phenotypic variance. The region harbouring Saltol, a major quantitative trait loci (QTLs) on chromosome 1 in rice, which is known to control salinity tolerance at seedling stage, was detected as a major association with Na+/K+ ratio measured at reproductive stage in our study. In addition to Saltol, we also found GWAS peaks representing new QTLs on chromosomes 4, 6 and 7. The current association mapping panel contained mostly indica accessions that can serve as source of novel salt tolerance genes and alleles. The gene-based SNP array used in this study was found cost-effective and efficient in unveiling genomic regions/candidate genes regulating salinity stress tolerance in rice.  相似文献

In a de novo genotyping‐by‐sequencing (GBS) analysis of short, 64‐base tag‐level haplotypes in 4657 accessions of cultivated oat, we discovered 164741 tag‐level (TL) genetic variants containing 241224 SNPs. From this, the marker density of an oat consensus map was increased by the addition of more than 70000 loci. The mapped TL genotypes of a 635‐line diversity panel were used to infer chromosome‐level (CL) haplotype maps. These maps revealed differences in the number and size of haplotype blocks, as well as differences in haplotype diversity between chromosomes and subsets of the diversity panel. We then explored potential benefits of SNP vs. TL vs. CL GBS variants for mapping, high‐resolution genome analysis and genomic selection in oats. A combined genome‐wide association study (GWAS) of heading date from multiple locations using both TL haplotypes and individual SNP markers identified 184 significant associations. A comparative GWAS using TL haplotypes, CL haplotype blocks and their combinations demonstrated the superiority of using TL haplotype markers. Using a principal component‐based genome‐wide scan, genomic regions containing signatures of selection were identified. These regions may contain genes that are responsible for the local adaptation of oats to Northern American conditions. Genomic selection for heading date using TL haplotypes or SNP markers gave comparable and promising prediction accuracies of up to r = 0.74. Genomic selection carried out in an independent calibration and test population for heading date gave promising prediction accuracies that ranged between r = 0.42 and 0.67. In conclusion, TL haplotype GBS‐derived markers facilitate genome analysis and genomic selection in oat.  相似文献

Quantitative trait loci (QTLs), conferring quantitative resistance to rice brown planthopper (BPH), were investigated using 160 F11 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) from the Lemont/Teqing cross, a complete RFLP map, and replicated phenotyping of seedbox inoculation. The paternal indica parent, Teqing, was more-resistant to BPH than the maternal japonica parent, Lemont. The RILs showed transgressive segregation for resistance to BPH. Seven main-effect QTLs and many epistatic QTL pairs were identified and mapped on the 12 rice chromosomes. Collectively, the main-effect and epistatic QTLs accounted for over 70% of the total variation in damage scores. Teqing has the resistance allele at four main-effect QTLs, and the Lemont allele resulted in resistance at the other three. Of the main-effect QTLs identified, QBphr5b was mapped to the vicinity of gl1, a major gene controlling leaf and stem pubescence. The Teqing allele controlling leaf and stem pubescence was associated with resistance, while the Lemont allele for glabrous stem and leaves was associated with susceptibility, indicating that this gene may have contributed to resistance through antixenosis. Similar to the reported BPH resistance genes, the other six detected main-effect QTLs were all mapped to regions where major disease resistance genes locate, suggesting they might have contributed either to antibiosis or tolerance. Our results indicated that marker-aided pyramiding of major resistance genes and QTLs should provide effective and stable control over this devastating pest. When mechanically inoculated to susceptible tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) cultivars, nine isolates of PVY from Umbria (Central Italy) and two from Southern Latium gave rise to rapid systemic infection which developed within 6–8 days after inoculation. Systemic spread of the same isolates was slower, or much slower, in infected pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) cultivars, 8–14 days for Southern Latium isolates and 20 - 35 days for Umbrian ones. Aphid (Myzus persicae)-moculation of pepper and tobacco plants with two of the Umbrian and one of the Southern Latium isolates confirmed the results from sap-transmission and showed that fewer inoculated pepper plants become infected, especially with Umbrian isolates. In agreement with the data on systemic spread, aphid-acquisition trials indicated that tobacco plants became efficient PVY sources for vectors 6–8 days after inoculation with either group of isolates. Peppers became efficient acquisition hosts 8–15 days after inoculation with Southern Latium isolates but not until 22–45 days after inoculation with Umbrian ones. Southern Latium isolates induced more severe symptoms in pepper cultivars than Umbrian isolates did. One of the Southern Latium isolates was able to systemically infect the resistant pepper cv. Yolo Y, which was never infected by the Umbrian isolates. The Umbrian isolates tested seem to be better adapted to tobacco than peppers, while Southern Latium ones are well adapted to both.  相似文献

Gossypium hirsutum L. represents the largest source of textile fibre, and China is one of the largest cotton‐producing and cotton‐consuming countries in the world. To investigate the genetic architecture of the agronomic traits of upland cotton in China, a diverse and nationwide population containing 503 G. hirsutum accessions was collected for a genome‐wide association study (GWAS) on 16 agronomic traits. The accessions were planted in four places from 2012 to 2013 for phenotyping. The CottonSNP63K array and a published high‐density map based on this array were used for genotyping. The 503 G. hirsutum accessions were divided into three subpopulations based on 11 975 quantified polymorphic single‐nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). By comparing the genetic structure and phenotypic variation among three genetic subpopulations, seven geographic distributions and four breeding periods, we found that geographic distribution and breeding period were not the determinants of genetic structure. In addition, no obvious phenotypic differentiations were found among the three subpopulations, even though they had different genetic backgrounds. A total of 324 SNPs and 160 candidate quantitative trait loci (QTL) regions were identified as significantly associated with the 16 agronomic traits. A network was established for multieffects in QTLs and interassociations among traits. Thirty‐eight associated regions had pleiotropic effects controlling more than one trait. One candidate gene, Gh_D08G2376, was speculated to control the lint percentage (LP). This GWAS is the first report using high‐resolution SNPs in upland cotton in China to comprehensively investigate agronomic traits, and it provides a fundamental resource for cotton genetic research and breeding.  相似文献

Ninety four doubled-haploid (DH) lines obtained from the F1 between Perennial, a cucumber mosaic virus (CMV)-partially resistant Capsicum annuum line, and Yolo Wonder, a CMV-susceptible C. annuum line, were analysed with 138 markers including mostly RFLPs and RAPDs. Clustering of RAPD markers was observed on five linkage groups of the intraspecific linkage map. These clusters could correspond to the centromeric regions of pepper chromosomes. The same progenies were evaluated for restriction of CMV installation in pepper cells in order to map quantitative trait loci (QTLs) controlling CMV resistance. This component of partial resistance to CMV was quantitatively assessed using a CMV strain that induced necrotic local lesions on the inoculated leaves. The number of local lesions gave an estimation of the density of the virus-infection sites. Genotypic variance among the DH lines was highly significant for the number of local lesions, and heritability was estimated to be 0.94. Using both analysis of variance and non-parametric tests, three genomic regions significantly affecting CMV resistance were detected on chromosomes Noir, Pourpre and linkage group 3, together explaining 57% of the phenotypic variation. A digenic epistasis between one locus that controlled significant trait variation and a second locus that by itself had no demonstrable effect on the trait was found to have an effect on CMV resistance. For each QTL, the allele from Perennial was associated with an increased resistance. Implications of QTL mapping in marker-based breeding for CMV resistance are discussed. The high variability found among Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) isolates from different geographical areas makes progress in breeding for TYLCV resistance slow. By using Agrobacterium-mediated inoculation, we have identified several new resistant sources to TYLCV within a extraordinarily variable wild Lycopersicon gene pool, collected in semidesert areas of Ecuador and Peru changed into wet by “El Nińo”. This screening assay revealed a high susceptibility within L. esculentum and L. pennellii, but different levels of resistance within L. pimpinellifolium and L. hirsutum. Resistance level was related to the collection place, being concentrated in accessions collected in Northern Peru (Piura province). Agroinoculation allowed the selection of 4 Lycopersicon pimpinellifolium and 2 Lycopersicon hirsutum accessions with higher level of resistance than accessions of these species previously reported, avoiding interference due to vector resistance mechanisms reported in both species. These new resistance sources will be included in pyramiding strategies aimed at obtaining durable resistance to TYLCV.  相似文献

Whole‐genome sequencing‐based bulked segregant analysis (BSA) for mapping quantitative trait loci (QTL) provides an efficient alternative approach to conventional QTL analysis as it significantly reduces the scale and cost of analysis with comparable power to QTL detection using full mapping population. We tested the application of next‐generation sequencing (NGS)‐based BSA approach for mapping QTLs for ascochyta blight resistance in chickpea using two recombinant inbred line populations CPR‐01 and CPR‐02. Eleven QTLs in CPR‐01 and six QTLs in CPR‐02 populations were mapped on chromosomes Ca1, Ca2, Ca4, Ca6 and Ca7. The QTLs identified in CPR‐01 using conventional biparental mapping approach were used to compare the efficiency of NGS‐based BSA in detecting QTLs for ascochyta blight resistance. The QTLs on chromosomes Ca1, Ca4, Ca6 and Ca7 overlapped with the QTLs previously detected in CPR‐01 using conventional QTL mapping method. The QTLs on chromosome Ca4 were detected in both populations and overlapped with the previously reported QTLs indicating conserved region for ascochyta blight resistance across different chickpea genotypes. Six candidate genes in the QTL regions identified using NGS‐based BSA on chromosomes Ca2 and Ca4 were validated for their association with ascochyta blight resistance in the CPR‐02 population. This study demonstrated the efficiency of NGS‐based BSA as a rapid and cost‐effective method to identify QTLs associated with ascochyta blight in chickpea.  相似文献

A double haploid(DH)population, which consists of 120 lines derived from anther culture of a typical indica and japonica hybrid'CJ06'/'TN1',was used to investigate the genetic basis for rice leaffolder resistance.Using a constructed molecular linkage map, five QTLs for rolled leaves were detected on chromosomes 1,2,3,4,and 8.The positive alleles from C J06 on chromosomes 3,4,and 8 in-creased the resistance to dee leaffolder, and the alleles from TN1 on chromosomes 1 and 2 also enhanced resistance to leaffolder. The interactions between QTLs were identified and tested, and four conditional interactions were acquired for resistance to rice leaffolder. These loci were located on chromosomes 2,9,10,and 11,respectively.QTL pyramiding indicated that the positive alleles affect resis-tance to leaffolder. The prospective application of this data in rice breeding was also discussed.  相似文献

A QTL analysis was performed to determine the genetic basis of 13 horticultural traits conditioning yield in pepper (Capsicum annuum). The mapping population was a large population of 297 recombinant inbred lines (RIL) originating from a cross between the large-fruited bell pepper cultivar ‘Yolo Wonder’ and the small-fruited chilli pepper ‘Criollo de Morelos 334’. A total of 76 QTLs were detected for 13 fruit and plant traits, grouped in 28 chromosome regions. These QTLs explained together between 7% (internode growth time) and 91% (fruit diameter) of the phenotypic variation. The QTL analysis was also performed on two subsets of 141 and 93 RILs sampled using the MapPop software. The smaller populations allowed for the detection of a reduced set of QTLs and reduced the overall percentage of trait variation explained by QTLs. The frequency of false positives as well as the individual effect of QTLs increased in reduced population sets as a result of reduced sampling. The results from the QTL analysis permitted an overall glance over the genetic architecture of traits considered by breeders for selection. Colinearities between clusters of QTLs controlling fruit traits and/or plant development in distinct pepper species and in related solanaceous crop species (tomato and eggplant) suggests that shared mechanisms control the shape and growth of different organs throughout these species.  相似文献

The combination of major resistance genes with quantitative resistance factors is hypothesized as a promising breeding strategy to preserve the durability of resistant cultivar, as recently observed in different pathosystems. Using the pepper (Capsicum annuum)/Potato virus Y (PVY, genus Potyvirus) pathosystem, we aimed at identifying plant genetic factors directly affecting the frequency of virus adaptation to the major resistance gene pvr23 and at comparing them with genetic factors affecting quantitative resistance. The resistance breakdown frequency was a highly heritable trait (h2=0.87). Four loci including additive quantitative trait loci (QTLs) and epistatic interactions explained together 70% of the variance of pvr23 breakdown frequency. Three of the four QTLs controlling pvr23 breakdown frequency were also involved in quantitative resistance, strongly suggesting that QTLs controlling quantitative resistance have a pleiotropic effect on the durability of the major resistance gene. With the first mapping of QTLs directly affecting resistance durability, this study provides a rationale for sustainable resistance breeding. Surprisingly, a genetic trade-off was observed between the durability of PVY resistance controlled by pvr23 and the spectrum of the resistance against different potyviruses. This trade-off seemed to have been resolved by the combination of minor-effect durability QTLs under long-term farmer selection.  相似文献

Verticillium wilt (VW) is a fungal disease that causes severe yield losses in alfalfa. The most effective method to control the disease is through the development and use of resistant varieties. The identification of marker loci linked to VW resistance can facilitate breeding for disease‐resistant alfalfa. In the present investigation, we applied an integrated framework of genome‐wide association with genotyping‐by‐sequencing (GBS) to identify VW resistance loci in a panel of elite alfalfa breeding lines. Phenotyping was performed by manual inoculation of the pathogen to healthy seedlings, and scoring for disease resistance was carried out according to the standard test of the North America Alfalfa Improvement Conference (NAAIC). Marker–trait association by linkage disequilibrium identified 10 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers significantly associated with VW resistance. Alignment of the SNP marker sequences to the M. truncatula genome revealed multiple quantitative trait loci (QTLs). Three, two, one and five markers were located on chromosomes 5, 6, 7 and 8, respectively. Resistance loci found on chromosomes 7 and 8 in the present study co‐localized with the QTLs reported previously. A pairwise alignment (blastn ) using the flanking sequences of the resistance loci against the M. truncatula genome identified potential candidate genes with putative disease resistance function. With further investigation, these markers may be implemented into breeding programmes using marker‐assisted selection, ultimately leading to improved VW resistance in alfalfa.  相似文献

Viral nervous necrosis disease (VNN), caused by nervous necrosis virus (NNV), is one major threat to mariculture. Identifying loci and understanding the mechanisms associated with resistance to VNN are important in selective breeding programs. We performed a genome-wide association study (GWAS) using genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) to study the genomic architecture of resistance to NNV infection in Asian seabass. We genotyped 986 individuals from 43 families produced by 15 founders with 44498 bi-allelic genetic variants using GBS. The GWAS identified three genome-wide significant loci on chromosomes 16, 19, and 20, respectively, and six suggestive loci on chromosomes 1, 8, 14, 15, 21, and 24, respectively, associated with resistance to NNV infection measured as binary and quantitative traits. Using the 500 most significant markers in combination with a training population of 800 samples could reach a genomic prediction accuracy of 0.7. Candidate genes significantly associated with resistance to NNV, including lysine-specific demethylase 2A, beta-defensin 1, and cystatin-B, which play important roles in immune responses against virus infection, were identified. Almost all the candidate genes were differentially expressed in different tissues against NNV infection. The significant genetic variants can be used in genomic selection and help understand the mechanism of resistance to VNN. Future studies should use populations of large effective size and whole genome resequencing to identify more useful genetic variants.  相似文献

Genetic and genomics tools to characterize host–pathogen interactions are disproportionately directed to the host because of the focus on resistance. However, understanding the genetics of pathogen virulence is equally important and has been limited by the high cost of de novo genotyping of species with limited marker data. Non‐resource‐prohibitive methods that overcome the limitation of genotyping are now available through genotype‐by‐sequencing (GBS). The use of a two‐enzyme restriction‐associated DNA (RAD)‐GBS method adapted for Ion Torrent sequencing technology provided robust and reproducible high‐density genotyping of several fungal species. A total of 5783 and 2373 unique loci, ‘sequence tags’, containing 16 441 and 9992 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified and characterized from natural populations of Pyrenophora teres f. maculata and Sphaerulina musiva, respectively. The data generated from the P. teres f. maculata natural population were used in association mapping analysis to map the mating‐type gene to high resolution. To further validate the methodology, a biparental population of P. teres f. teres, previously used to develop a genetic map utilizing simple sequence repeat (SSR) and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers, was re‐analysed using the SNP markers generated from this protocol. A robust genetic map containing 1393 SNPs on 997 sequence tags spread across 15 linkage groups with anchored reference markers was generated from the P. teres f. teres biparental population. The robust high‐density markers generated using this protocol will allow positional cloning in biparental fungal populations, association mapping of natural fungal populations and population genetics studies.  相似文献
