Chemical investigation of the roots of Pinus densiflora led to the isolation of two new triterpenoids, (24S)-3β-methoxy-24,25-epoxy-lanost-9(11)-ene (1) and 29-acetoxy-3α-methoxyserrat-14-en-21α-ol (2), together with three known serratene-type triterpenoids (3–5) and four known diterpenoids (6–9). Summary In order to compare cell wall formation in gymnosperm pollen with that in angiosperm pollen, the distribution of cell wall constituents in the pollen grain and pollen tube ofPinus densiflora was studied immunocytochemically with monoclonal antibodies JIM 5 (against non- or poorly esterified pectin), JIM 7 (against highly esterified pectin), JIM 13 (against arabinogalactan proteins, AGPs), and LM 2 (against AGPs containing glucuronic acid). In the pollen grain wall, only the outer layer of the intine was labeled with JIM 5 and weakly with JIM 7. The tube wall was scarcely labeled with JIM 5 and very weakly labeled with JIM 7. In contrast, the whole of both the intine and the tube wall was strongly labeled with JIM 13 and LM 2, and the generative-cell wall was also labeled only with LM 2. The hemicellulose B fraction, which is the main polysaccharide fraction from the pollen tube wall, reacted strongly with JIM 13 and especially LM 2, but not with antipectin antibodies. These results demonstrate that the wall constituents and their localization inP. densiflora pollen are considerably different from those reported in angiosperm pollen and suggest that the main components of the cell wall ofP. densiflora pollen are arabinogalactan and AGPs containing glucuronic acid.Abbreviations AGPs arabinogalactan proteins - ELISA enzymelinked immunosorbent assay - MAbs monoclonal antibodies  相似文献

利用Logistic增长模型对山东赤松 (PinusdensifloraSieb .etZucc .)种群个体生长规律进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,赤松个体生长密切符合Logistic方程 ;人工林个体生长好于天然次生林 ;人工林与次生林个体生长规律一致 ;树高成熟龄和连年生长量最大时年龄出现最早 ,胸径成熟龄和连年生长量最大时年龄出现较晚 ,材积成熟龄和连年生长量最大时年龄出现最迟  相似文献

利用维泊尔(Weibull)分布函数对山东赤松种群直径的分布规律及其动态进行了初步研究。结果表明,赤松种群直径分布的概率密度分布曲线,由幼龄阶段到成熟阶段,其峰值由左向右移动,由左偏单峰分布过渡为非偏单峰近似正态分布,最后趋于右偏单峰分布,针对不同林型的直径结构,探讨了赤松林的保护和管理。  相似文献

We developed seven microsatellite loci from Pinus densiflora using a dual polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. Of 186 clones from a library based on suppression PCR, 127 contained microsatellite sequences. Of these, 43 candidates were determined sequences of both flanking regions, and 16 regions from this group were chosen as development markers. Seven of these primer pairs successfully amplified polymorphic single loci among 83 resistant trees against pine wood nematode. The observed heterozygosity of the seven microsatellite markers ranged from 0.247 to 0.843. Mendelian inheritance was confirmed using megagametophytes.  相似文献

在微生物层面研究枯梢病与植物针叶内生微生物的互作关系,分析内生真菌的多样性差异,为松枯梢病的防控提供基础数据。利用高通量测序技术测定赤松(Pinus densiflora)不同染病程度的针叶内生真菌的多样性。结果显示,随着病害的加重,P. densiflora针叶内生真菌丰富度呈现出上升的趋势,多样性指数表现为先下降后上升的趋势。无病斑针叶内生真菌中,子囊菌门(Ascomycota)与担子菌门(Basidiomycota)相对丰度最高,优势属为Lapidomyces和Selenophoma,病害导致优势菌相对丰度的降低。通过对不同染病情况的P. densiflora针叶内生真菌的测定,明确了枯梢病不同发病程度的P. densiflora针叶内生真菌的多样性及群落结构组成。  相似文献

通过静态生命表分析赤松(Pinus densiflora Sieb.et Zucc.)种群的生命结构与数量动态。结果表明,赤松种群具有不同年龄等级结构,死亡高峰出现在5~15年,此时正是幼龄期向成年期的过渡阶段,度过此阶段的赤松个体大多能达到生理寿命。由此看出,赤松种群静态生命表能较精确地反映赤松种群的数量动态规律。  相似文献

Field-grownPinus densiflora seedlings were inoculated withBursaphelenchus xylophilus and the incidence of pine wilt disease was analyzed with respect to the spatial relationships between pine seedlings and adjacent seedlings of other tree species in a pure pine stand and three stands mixed withAlnus sieboldiana, Sarothamus scoparius or naturally associated species. The disease incidence was 60.9% in a 0–40 cm distance class from the nearestA. sieboldiana seedlings and then decreased with increasing minimum distance. The mean minimum distance between pine seedlings andA. sieboldiana was significantly shorter in diseased seedlings than in healthy ones. The highest disease incidence (53.9%) was found in a 0–40 cm distance class from the nearestS. scoparius, although the relationship with minimum distance was blurred by a high incidence in the 80-cm distance class. The mean minimum distance between pine seedlings was significantly short in diseased seedlings in a pure stand, whereas it was not so short between pine seedlings and other tree species in the two stands mixed withS. scoparius and the naturally associated species. The distance effect on disease incidence was noticeable inA. sieboldiana andP. densiflora at high density. This was not so clear inS. scoparius and was not found in the naturally associated species.  相似文献

在1991年春、夏、秋三个季节对山东省招远市台上金矿区赤松林叶绿素含量的变化进行了测定,并与背景区作比较,对金矿区和背景区赤松针叶中的Au、Ag、Cu、Pb元素含量也进行了比较。金矿区和背景区Au、Ag、Cu、Pb元素含量有明显差异,金矿区高于背景区数倍,这对赤松的生长有一定影响,与叶绿素含量有一定的正相关;无论金矿区还是背景区,赤松一年生叶和二年生叶的叶绿素总量变化规律大体一致,都是春季较低,随气温上升而开始增加,至夏末达到最大值,然后从秋季开始下降,金矿区叶绿素总量低于背景区,一年生叶略高于二年生叶;当叶绿素总量变化时,叶绿素a/b的比率稍有波动,但几乎保持不变,金矿区和背景区也无差异。  相似文献

Changes of the characteristics of spectral reflectance of Pinus densiflora forest and their relations to Au, Ag, Cu, Pb contents in pines, chlorophyll contents, degree of haggardis to pines and other ecological factors in spring such as topographic factor and soil composition as well, at Taishang Au ore region in Zhaoyuan County, Shandong Province were analysed. There were differences of spectral reflectance between Au ore and background region in spring. The “blue-shift”in Au mine area was very obvious. The relations among characteristics of spectral reflectance and Au, Ag, Cu, Pb contents in pines were very significant. The characteristics of spectral reflectance were interrelated, to some extent, to chlorophyll contents and degree of injury, but less closely related to some main ecological factors of Pinus densi flora forest.  相似文献

赤松纯林林分特征对昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂发生量的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
为探讨昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂的发生与天然赤松纯林的林分特征及其自然分布的关系,依托昆嵛山森林生态定位研究站所设立的40块永久性样地,比较了群落自然演替13 a的赤松种群特征以及林内灌草多样性指数,并分析了虫口密度与赤松林分特征的关系。结果表明,13 a自然生长,赤松种群的径级分布和高度结构出现显著变化。赤松种群中占总数60%的林木径级为5 cmDBH≤25 cm,比1996年高51%;而约占67%的赤松个体高度在2 m到10 m之间,比1996年高57%。同时种群密度从1996年的平均超过13000株/hm2降到了2008年的平均2377株/hm2。赤松林内灌草Shannon多样性指数(H)和均匀度指数(JS)分别为2.50和0.79,分别低于1996年的(H)2.69和(JS)0.85,暗示赤松纯林生物多样性有降低的趋势。昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂的虫口密度与赤松林分的郁闭度和赤松分布的海拔高度呈极显著相关关系、相关系数分别为R=0.931、P=0.002和R=0.924、P=0.003;与林分密度(R=0.780,P=0.038)、林木胸径(R=0.816,P=0.025)呈显著相关关系,而与树高以及树龄关系不显著。昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂虫口密度的分布格局似乎非常符合"资源集中"假说。  相似文献

The decline of Japanese red pine trees (Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc.) at Mt. Gokurakuji (693 m a.s.l.), 30 km west of Hiroshima city, west Japan, was studied. The effects of air pollution and acid deposition on the physiological characteristics of the trees, especially those of the needles, were investigated. Ozone concentration was not correlated with the physiological status of the needles and SO2 concentration was not high in the declined area. NO2 concentration correlated negatively with needle longevity while it correlated positively with ethylene emission from 1-year-old needles. Average needle longevity was about 2.8 years in non-declined areas; however the longevity was 1.3 years in the most polluted area. The minimal fluorescence at night (F 0)of 1-year-old needles decreased with increasing NO2 concentration. The maximum stomatal conductance (gl), net photosynthesis (P n)and intercellular CO2 concentration (C i) in the declined areas were lower than in the non- declined areas (about 50%, 30% and 20% lower, respectively). The lower C isuggested that the major part of the decrease in P ncan be explained by stomatal restriction. The soil pH, N content and C/N ratio showed no significant difference between the declined and non-declined areas. The physiological disorders of needles were due to the damage by air pollutants, and important roles of NO2 are suggested. Lowering of P n and the shortening of needle longevity appear to be the main causes of the decline in pines in the forest decline area. Received: 16 December 1998 / Accepted: 7 January 2000  相似文献

Granivores, such as rodents and harvester ants, are common in dryland ecosystems. In intact dryland ecosystems, the effects of such granivores on soil seed banks, plant community structure, and ecosystem functioning are well established. However, the effects of granivores on dryland restoration have received much less attention. In this study, we evaluated the seasonality of seed removal by harvester ants, seed preference of harvester ants, and effects of granivore exclosure on the soil seed bank at four sites in southeastern Utah. We studied two species of harvester ants, Pogonomyrmex rugosus and P. occidentalis. The foraging behavior of Pogonomyrmex spp. was temperature-dependent; they removed no seeds during winter months, and up to 80% of seeds during high activity in the summer. Despite seasonal differences in seed removal, Pogonomyrmex spp. did not show significant preferences for seed species. However, their seasonal foraging behavior translated into measurable differences in an experimental soil seed bank. Over the summer months, ants reduced the number of seeds in the seed bank by approximately 20%, but when ants were excluded during the winter, the number of seeds in the seed bank remained the same. This finding supports the timing of business-as-usual seeding practices of applying seeds in late fall. If seeds germinate in the first season after application, ant granivory is unlikely to pose a large barrier to establishment. However, if seeds remain dormant during the first year, as is common in many dryland species, seeds are vulnerable to ant granivory.  相似文献
