多花水仙的染色体基数有x=10和x=11两类。基数x=10组型有两种,一种是具6长、4短的典型不对称的二形染色体组型;另一种是具有4长、2中、4短(或5长、2中、3短)的非二形染色体组型。基数x=11则具有4长、2中、5短(或5长、2中、4短)的非二型或非典型二形的染色体组型。x=10的典型不对称的二形染色体组型是原始的组型。基数x=11是从原始的x=10、2n=20组型中的(第5、6号)染色体发生不等长易位后,增加了一对短小的中着丝粒染色体而形成的。另一个x=10、2n=20的非二型新组型,可能从x=11组型丢失了短小的中着丝粒染色体衍生而来,也可能从易位后的个体所产生的不含中着丝粒染色体的雌、雄n配子结合而得到。  相似文献

以野生太平洋鳕为材料,采用植物血球凝集素(PHA)及秋水仙素体内注射法,取头肾细胞经低渗、固定后,常规空气干燥法制备染色体标本,并对其染色体核型进行了分析。结果表明,太平洋鳕的二倍体染色体数目为2n=46,核型公式为:2n=8m+6sm+20st+12t,NF=60,即有4对中部着丝点染色体、3对亚中部着丝点染色体、10对亚端部着丝点染色体和6对端位着丝点染色体,染色体臂数为NF=60;染色体经银染后,Ag-NORs在不同间期细胞中表现出多态性,数目为13,其中2个Ag-NORs的频率最高(82%);在分裂相中,具有1个Ag-NORs的频率最高(87.1%),且在第12对亚端部着丝点染色体的一条带有明显的次缢痕,为Ag-NORs所在区域,并未发现Ag-NORs联合现象及性别相关的异型染色体。    相似文献

The karyotypes and pollen morphology of Brassica oleracea L. and B. alboglabra Bailey were studied by preparing mitotic chromosome specimens and scanning electron microscope. The results are as follows: 1. the karyotypes of the 4 varieties in B. oleracea L. and of B. alboglabra Bailey are similar, all with the same chromosome number (2n=18) satellite number (one pair) and a type of karyotype, but different in respect to satellite position and karyotype symmetry 2. The pollengrains of 2 varieties of B. oleracea L. are 3-colporate and reticulate, distinctly different from those in B. alboglabra, which are pantoporate with smaller lumina. Based on the results we tend to regard that B. alboglabra Bailey is an independent species.  相似文献

本文采用去壁低渗法研究了我国山茶属植物4种2变种的核型。根据Levan等的命名系统,各个种的核型可简式为大理茶2n=20m+2m(SAT)+8sm;勐腊茶2n=20m+2m(SAT)+6sm+2sm(SAT);德宏茶2n=20m+8sm+2sm(SAT);苦茶2n=20m+9sm+1sm(SAT);茶2n=18m+2m(SAT)+12sm;白毛茶2n=18m十2m(SAT)+9sm+1sm(SAT)。这些种都是二倍体种(2n=2x=30),未发现多倍体。在勐腊茶核型中发现2个超数染色体(B-chromosome)。核型的不对称性表明,这些种均属于Stebbins核型分类的2A型核型。这些种在“随体数目和位置,最长染色体与最短染色体之比,臂比大于2:1的染色体比例,着丝点端化值,染色体绝对长度”方面的变异是清楚易见的。核型的变异表明,这些种的染色体进化顺序为大理茶—→勐腊茶—→德宏茶—→普洱茶—→白毛茶—→苦茶—→茶。这一结果与张宏达提出的山茶属植物的分类系统基木吻合。本文还讨论了山茶属植物核型的杂合性和多态性。本文中勐腊茶、德宏茶、苦茶的染色体数目和核型及大理茶的核型为首次报道。  相似文献

Based on the cross (Triticum aestivum L. x Secale cereale L.) x T. aestivum L., wheat-rye substitution lines (2n = 42) were produced with karyotypes containing, instead of a pair of homologous wheat chromosomes, a homeologous pair of rye chromosomes. The chromosome composition of these lines was described by GISH and C-banding methods, and SSR analysis. The results of genomic in situ hybridization demonstrated that karyotype of these lines included one pair of rye chromosomes each and lacked wheat--rye translocations. C-banding and SSR markers were used to identify rye chromosomes and determine the wheat chromosomes at which the substitution occurred. The lines were designated 1R(1D), 2R(2D)2, 2R(2D)3, 3R(3B), 6R(6A)2. The chromosome composition of lines IR(1A), 2R(W)1, 5R(W), 5R(5A), and 6R(W)1, which were earlier obtained according to the same scheme for crossing, was characterized using methods of telocentric analysis, GISH, C-banding, and SSR analysis. These lines were identified as 1R(1A), 2R(2D)1, 5R(5D), 5R(5A), and 6R(6A)1, C-banding of chromosomes belonging to line 1R(1A) revealed the presence of two translocated chromosomes (3DS.3DL-del. and 4AL.W) during simultaneous amplification of SSR markers located on 3DL and 4AS arms. The "combined" long arm of the newly derived chromosome 4A is assumed to be formed from the long arm of chromosome 4AS itself and a deleted segment 3DL. All examined lines are cytologically stable, except for 3R(3B), which does not affect the stability of rye 3R chromosome transfer. Chromosome identification and classification of the lines will permit them to be models for genetic studies that can be used thereafter as promising "secondary gene pools" for the purpose of plant breeding.  相似文献

本文对睡莲科6属6种代表植物的核型进行了研究,并探讨了它的分类学位置。结果如下:莲2n=16=9sm+4m+3st;王莲2n=24=8sm+8m+8T,蓝睡莲2n=28,可配成14对,染色体小,第l号染色体上有2条随体;萍蓬草2n=34=18m+16sm;芡实2n=58,可配成29对,染色体小,第l号染色体有2条随体,莼菜2n=72,可配成36对,染色体按大小可分成大,中、小三个类别。除莲外,其它5种植物的核型为首次报道。莼菜的体细胞染色体数目2n=72和国外报道的2n=80不相一致。莲的染色体以及形态学特征和其它睡莲科分类群显著不同,可将其从睡莲科中独立出来,并成立莲科和莲目。原归属于睡莲科的分类群仍组成睡莲目,并分别置于莼菜科和睡莲科。  相似文献

报道了芦荟属14种2变种植物的核型,实验结果表明所研究种类的体细胞染色体基数均为X=7,二倍体,由4对长染色体和3对短染色体组成。根据Stebbins(1971)的核型分类标准,Aloeaffinis Berger等3种芦荟的核型为“3B”型,Aloe graciliflora Groenewald等3种芦荟的核型为“4B”型,A.mitriformis Mill等3种2变种芦荟的核型为“3C”型,A.saponaria(Air.)Haw等5种芦荟的核型为“4c”型。其中有6种1变种芦荟的核型为首次报道。另外,还对芦荟的系统分类进行了讨论。  相似文献

染色体工程是培育小麦新品种的有效方法。利用5B染色体效应及定向选择,将黑麦抗条锈基因导入普通小麦,选育出的M8003品系,对条中22—29号等7个生理小种完全免疫,农艺性状良好。核型鉴定,2n=42,含4条随体染色体;Giemsa C-带和N-带分析,以及杂种F_1染色体配对分析,初步判断属于2BS/2RS端部易位和5AL/5RL部分易位。它不同于洛夫林10、13号等1B/1R类型的抗条锈基因,为一新的小麦-黑麦类型条锈抗源,而且是可供生产直接利用的优良品系。  相似文献

The present paper reports the chromosome number and karyotype of the genus Hydrilla. H. verticillate was found to have 2n=16. The karyotype is 2n=16=6m+6sm+ 4st. No difference between the male and the female was found in the work. H. verticillata var. roxburghii Casp. has the somatic chromosome number 2n=24, and its karyotype is 2n= 3x=24=9m+9sm+6st. The variety may be a autotriploid. The karyotype of the genus isobviously bimodal, with No. 1-5 in the first group and 6-8 in the second group.  相似文献

The study presents a continuation of the research aimed at producing of wheat-rye substitution lines (2n = 42) based on the cross (Triticum aestivum L. × Secale sereale L.) × Triticum aestivum L., and using winter rye cultivars Vyatka and Vietnamskaya Mestnaya. In BC 1 F 5 two lines were identified, having karyotypes in which a pair of homologous wheat chromosomes was substituted by a homeologous pair of rye chromosomes. The chromosome composition of these lines was analyzed using C-banding, GISH, and SSR markers. It was demonstrated that karyotype of each line included a single pair of rye chromosomes and lacked wheat-rye translocations. The rye chromosomes were identified, and the chromosomes of wheat, at which the substitutions occurred, were determined. The lines generated by crosses with rye of Vyatka and Vietnamskaya Mestnaya cultivars were designated 1Rv(1A) and 5Rviet(5A), respectively. Chromosome identification and classification of the lines makes it possible to use them in breeding programs and genetic studies.  相似文献
