Entoloma subgen. Pouzaromyces (Basidiomycetes, Agaricales) in Norway

Six taxa, representing five species of Entoloma (Fr.) Kumm. subgen. Pouzaromyces (Pilat) Moser emend. Noordel. are described from Norway, of which four are new to the country, viz., E. dysthales (Peck) Sacc, E. dysthaloides Noordel., E. araneosum (Quel.) Moser i.fulvostrigosum (Berk. & Br.) Noordel., and E. versatilis (Fr.) Moser.     

Photosensitization in cattle grazing on pastures of Brahciaria decumbens Stapf infested with Pithomyces chartarum (Berk. & Curt.) M.B. Ellis

Aspects of photosensitization in bovines grazing on pastures of Brachiaria decumbens Stapf infested with Pithomyces chartarum (Berk. & Curt.) M.B. Ellis infested all pastures 45(2):117-136, 1978. This paper reports experimental studies on photosensitization in bovines grazing on different pastures of Brachiaria decumbens Stapf in the "Cerrados" region (Planaltina, DF). Climatic conditions, zinc content and occurence of fungi on pastures were investigated. Pithomyces chartarum (Berk. & Curt.) M.B. Ellis infested all pastures examined. Photosensitization was observed in one animal maintained on a pasture of B. decumbens formed with seeds from Australia. Clinical and necropsy data were similar to those related in literature for sporidesmin-intoxicated animals. An isolate of P. chartarum and samples of bovine bile were assayed for sporidesmin presence.     

Resupinate basidiomycetes from Costa Rica. Myxariaceae s. Jülich, Sebacinaceae Wells & Oberw., and Tremellodendropsidaceae Jülich

Thirteen representatives of Myxariaceae sensu Jülich: Heterochaetella brachyspora (Bourdot & Galzin) Luck-Allen, Myxarium atratum (Peck) Ginns & Lefebvre, M. granulum Hauersl., M. laccatum (Bourdot & Galzin) Reid, M. mesomorphum (Bourdot & Galzin) Haursl., M. mesonucleatum Kisim., Oberw. & L.D. Gómez nov. sp., M. subsphaerosporum Kisim., Oberw. & L.D. Gómez nov. sp., Protodontia subgelatinosa (Karst.) Pilát; Pseudohydum gelatinosum (Fr.) P. Karst., P. gelatinosum var. paucidentata Lowy; one species of Sebacinaceae, Efibulobasidium albescens (Sacc. & Malbr.) K. Wells; and the Tremellodrendropisidaceae Tremellodendropsis flagelliformis (Berk.) Crawford var.ovalispora Crawford, are reported or described from Costa Rica. The corticioid Cystidiodontia artocreas (Berk & Curt. ex Cooke) Hjortstam is also reported from Costa Rica.     

吉林省针层孔属的初步研究

本文报道了吉林省针层孔属(Phellinus)的21种,其中新种2个:丁香针层孔(P.syringeus Zeng sp.nov.);硬盖针层孔(P.scleropilcatus Zeng sp.nov.);国内新纪录种3个(并一种为新组合):黄肉针层孔[P.rhabarbarinus(Berk.)Cunningh.];厚黑针层孔[P.euerhartii(Ell.&Gall)Ames];粗糙针层孔[P.rudis(Berk.)Zeng comb.nov.]。     

The ability of 16 ectomycorrhizal fungi to increase growth and phosphorus uptake of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. and E. diversicolor F. Muell.

The effectiveness of 16 fungal isolates in forming ectomycorrhizas and increasing the growth and phosphorus uptake of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. and E. diversicolor F. Muell. seedlings was examined in the glasshouse. Seedlings were grown in yellow sand at 2 phosphorus levels (4 and 12 mg P kg^-1 sand). At the time of harvest (100 days), the non-inoculated seedlings and seedlings inoculated with Paxillus muelleri (Berk.) Sacc. and Cortinarius globuliformis Bougher had a low level of contamination from an unknown mycorrhizal fungi. Seedlings inoculated with Thaxterogaster sp. nov. and Hysterangium inflatum Rodway had developed mycorrhizas of the superficial type whereas Hydnangium carneum Wallr. in Dietr., Hymenogaster viscidus Massee & Rodway, Hymenogaster zeylanicus Petch, Setchelliogaster sp. nov., Laccaria laccata (Scop. ex. Fr.) Berk., Scleroderma verrucosum (Vaillant) Pers., Amanita xanthocephala (Berk.) Reid & Hilton, Descolea maculata Bougher and Malajczuk and Pisolithus tinctorius (Pers.) Coker & Couch formed typical pyramidal ectomycorrhizas. The dry weight of non-inoculated and inoculated E. globulus seedlings at 12 mg P kg^-1 sand did not differ, whereas several isolates caused growth depression of E. diversicolor. By contrast, at 4 mg P kg^-1 sand growth increases ranged from 0–13 times above that of non-inoculated seedlings. P. tinctorius produced the largest growth increase on both eucalypt species. In general, isolates which developed more extensive mycorrhizas on roots produced the largest growth responses to inoculation. Isolates which increased plant growth also increased phosphorus uptake by the plant. Seedlings inoculated with L. laccata and S. verrucosum retained more phosphorus in their roots than plants inoculated with the other fungal isolates.     

Beobachtungen zur Identität von Polyporus tuberaster (Pers.) per Fr. und Polyporus lentus Berk

The records of Polyporus tuberaster (Pers.) per Fr. in the GDR since 1968 point stricted relations to Polyporus lentus Berk. Comparative investigations of the fruit-bodies indicate a complete morphological and anatomical identity of both species. The transitional forms described in this publication signify that P. tuberaster and P. lentus shall be considered only as two different ecological stages of one species. As legal name the elder P. tuberaster (Pers.) per Fr. 1821 is to prefer against the younger P. lentus Berk. 1860.     

离壁壳属一新变种*

采自衡山南岳的白粉菌一新变种,即寄生在壳斗科多脉青冈（QuercusmultinervisCheng）上的赖氏离壁壳南岳变种（CystothecawrightiiBerk＆Curt．var．nayuensisJ．L．Zhou)。新变种有汉文和拉丁文描述以及建立新变种的讨论。     

小煤炱属一个新种和一个新记录

本文报道了我国湖南地区小煤炱属(Meliola)一个新种和一个国内新记录种。新种是栎生小煤炱(Meliola quercicola H.Hu),新记录种是二叉小煤炱草野变种[Melioladichotoma B.& C.var.kusanoi(P.Henn.)Hansf.]。     

中国六种重要药用真菌名称的说明

对我国6种重要药用真菌的名称进行了考证,按照国际命名法规及《真菌、地衣汉语学名命名法规》对这些种类的拉丁和汉语学名进行了讨论。建议下列汉语名称和拉丁名称为规范的汉语学名和拉丁学名：樟芝Taiwanofungus camphoratus (M. Zang & C.H. Su) Sheng H. Wu et al.,桦褐孔菌Inonotus obliquus (Ach. ex Pers.) Pilát,木耳Auricularia auricula-judae (Bull.) Quél.,刺槐多年卧孔菌Perenniporia robiniophila (Murrill) Ryvarden,滑子蘑Pholiota microspora (Berk.) Sacc.,冬虫夏草Ophiocordyceps sinensis (Berk.) G.H. Sung et al.,其他相关名称均应为异名。

从采自云南德钦白马雪山的冬虫夏草子实体上,利用改进的子囊孢子弹射法获得其无性型中国被毛孢,并利用冬虫夏草子囊孢子的微循环产孢和无性型菌丝的载片培养,证明我们获得纯培养是冬虫夏草的无性型。     

Species of Ophiostomataceae isolated from Picea abies infested by the bark beetle Ips typographic

Isolations of microorganisms were made from the sapwood of Norway spruce ( Picea abies ) (L.) Karst. infested by the spruce bark beetle Ips typographus L. The most important group of fungi isolated, the species of Ophiostomataceae, is treated. Ten species were isolated, of which Ophiostoma polonicum Siem. appears to be the most active invader of the sapwood. Three new species are described, Ophiostoma ainoae sp. nov., O. flexuosum sp. nov. and O. cucullatum sp. nov. and three new combinations are proposed, O. davidsonii (Olchow. & Reid.) comb. nov., O. europhioides (Wright & Cain) comb. nov. and O. sagmatospora (Wright & Cain) comb. nov.     

Rediscovery of Multifurca stenophylla (Berk.) T.Lebel, C.W.Dunk & T.W.May comb. nov. (Russulaceae) from Australia

The genus Multifurca is recorded for the first time from Australia. Multifurca stenophylla (Berk.) T.Lebel, C.W.Dunk & T.W.May comb. nov. is described and illustrated, and a lectotype and epitype designated. The species is characterized by the association with Nothofagus and Eucalyptus, the pale yellow, concentrically zoned pileus, abundant acrid white latex which becomes pale yellow then eventually greenish, and the small basidiospores.     

Appressorien und Chlamydosporen von Colletotrichum atramentarium (Berk. et Br.) Taub.

Zusammenfassung Colletotrichum atramentarium (Berk. et Br.) Taub. bildet neben den lange Zeit bekannten Appressorien auch Chlamydosporen, die erstmalig von Ettig (1958) beschrieben wurden. Beide Organe unterscheiden sich in ihrer Genese und Funktion, sowie in Form und Größe voneinander. Die Appressorien werden oft irrtümlich als Chlamydosporen bezeichnet.

Abstract

Vengono presentate in questo lavoro alcune specie rare, spesso non segnalate prima in Italia, come: Lindtneria trachyspora (Bourdot & Galzin) Pilat, Oligoporus rancidus (Bres.) Gilb. & Ryvarden, Sistotrema muscicola (Pers.) S. Lundell, Trechispora hymenocystis (Berk. & Broome) K.H. Larss. e Fomitopsis labyrinthica Bernicchia & Ryvarden, una specie recentemente descritta come nuova, ritrovata sull'Appennino settentrionale.     

古尼虫草的生物活性物质I含肽镇痛组分的分离及性质

用理化分离分析和生物检测方法相结合,从古尼虫草(Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.)无性型,古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii Liang)菌丝体中初步分离纯化得到镇痛物质,该物质经氨基酸组成分析表明是一种酸性氨基酸残基高的肽类物质。经不同温度、pH及蛋白酶的稳定性试验分析观察到这种肽类物质对酸稳定、在酸性条件下抗热,对胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶部分敏感,对蛋白酶K不敏感。经小鼠竖尾法和大鼠攻击法测定,无吗啡类药物依赖性。

Aphyllophorales della Pineta di is Arenas (Oristano)

Abstract

L'autore riferisce sui primi ritrovamenti di Aphyllophorales ad Is Arenas, pineta litoranea che si estende sulla costa occidentale della Sardegna, in provincia di Oristano. Le specie segnalate sono 48 e tra queste: Crustoderma dryinum (Berk. & Curt.) Parm., Hyphoderma malençonii (Manjón & Moreno) Manjón, Moreno & Hjortstam, Peniophora tamaricicola Boid. & Malençon, Phanerochaete magnoliae (Berk. & Curt.) Burds., Thanatephorus cucumeris (A.B. Frank) Donk, sono risultate nuove per la micoflora italiana.     

The use of arbuscular mycorrhizae to control onion white rot (Sclerotium cepivorum Berk.) under field conditions

 A field experiment was carried out to determine the effects of the inoculation of onion (Allium cepa L.) with Glomus sp. Zac-19 on the development of onion white rot (Sclerotium cepivorum Berk.) and on onion production. Mycorrhization delayed onion white rot epidemics by 2 weeks and provided a significant protection against the disease for 11 weeks after onion transplanting, as compared with nonmycorrhizal controls. Mycorrhizal plants showed an increase of 22% in yield, regardless of the presence of the white rot pathogen. Accepted: 8 January 1996
