PurposeThe aim of our study is to provide an update on the basic concepts and methodologies implemented in the healthcare information systems to identify the patient.MethodThe method used is an analysis of the existing intrinsic and extrinsic systems linked respectively to their objectives and ethical requirements, and an open methodological and scalable study based on finding a unique and universal identifier.ResultDespite many constraints our analysis of various tasks shows that some solutions are attainable. They are focused on a simple identification model responding to the different concepts developed and setting up systems for efficient and reliable networking. The model proposed here is based on the criteria shared by all. It portrays the main elements sought by the users of the healthcare information systems. However, its implementation requires a well-defined organization that allows a coherent and permanent usage over the time namely: a precise definition of features and the hash modalities, the processing of this information, the networking procedures… and so on. This proposal takes into account the existence of different information systems and subsystems. The consistency between these different systems must go with a good interoperability and above all a flawless identification of the data related to the patient.ConclusionThe solutions allow a reliable and versatile patient identification system consistent with the principles of privacy standards. 相似文献

The effects of the alkali ions Li, K, Rb and Cs on the development of the eggs of the sea urchin Paracentrotus lividus and their mutual interactions are studied.K, Rb and Cs (0.052 M) ions inhibit the development. These effects are reversible. They are decreasing in the order Cs > Rb > K.The vegetalizing effects of Li are counteracted by K and at a lower degree by Rb. The counteracting action of Cs is very weak.These results are discussed with regard to properties of these ions.The alteration of hydratation envelop of proteins by Li ions and the formation of chelates compounds between Li and fibrous proteins may be responsible for the vegetalizing effects of Li ions. 相似文献

The human remains unearthed at the Lower Pleistocene site of Dmanisi (Georgia), are numerous, well preserved and show no evidence of transportation or predation. They were discovered over a small surface and correspond to at least five Homo georgicus individuals, whose age at death is regularly distributed from the teenager to the elder over 40 years old. These characteristics evoke a family group who died suddenly. Granulometry and chemical analyses of ca. 30 volcanic tephra samples prove its unicity and its primary position. Since this tephra cannot correspond to a nuée ardente, it is probable that the Dmanisi Hominids were surprised and asphyxiated, 1 810 000 years ago, by volcanic ashfalls. 相似文献

des circonstances épidémiologiques favorisant le déroulement de l'Entomophthorose àNeozygites fumosa (Speare) Remaudière et Keller, pathogène de la cochenille du maniocPhenacoccus manihoti Matile-Ferrero (Hom.: Pseudococcidae).
Il montre notamment que l'évolution de la maladie, très rapide, correspond à la succession de 2 phases: une première phase,
d'implantation, fortement liée à la taille et à la structure des colonies et une deuxième phase (épizootique au sens strict)
indépendante de leur taille et de leur structure.
Son évolution appara?t plus liée à la régularité des pluies qu'à la quantité d'eau.
Les conditions sont très favorables quand l'humidité relative est supérieure à 90% pendant au moins 5 heures par jour de fa?on
régulière.
Le r?le important joué par la durée d'humectation du feuillage est montré ici pour la première fois. La densité des conidies
du pathogène dans l'air est proportionnelle aux taux de mycose observés dans les populations deP. manihoti.
