从银杏叶中分离制备高纯度双黄酮对照品,探讨其抗氧化活性强弱。以60%乙醇-水提取的银杏叶浸膏为原料,反溶剂沉淀得到含量80.40%的双黄酮粗品,再以甲醇-水为流动相,半制备色谱梯度洗脱。结果得到了4种符合中药化学对照品要求的高纯度双黄酮,在最佳制备条件下,4种双黄酮纯度:阿曼托黄素(98.45%)、白果素(98.66%)、银杏黄素异构体(98.87%)、金松双黄酮(99.29%),其产率(mg/kg)分别为:22.5、23.8、192.5、71.8,考察了它们的抗氧化活性,并采用60%乙腈和有机酸水溶液对银杏黄素异构体进行了完全分离。建立的制备方法快速简便,所得单组分双黄酮纯度、产量高。本工作为单组分银杏双黄酮新药的研究与开发提供重要的技术支持。  相似文献

从白木香[Aquilaria smensis(Lour.)Gilg]树干的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,经波谱分析,分别鉴定为:洋芹素-7,4'-二甲醚(1)、5-羟基-7,3',4'-三甲氧基黄酮(2)、木犀草素-7,4'-二甲醚p)、芫花素(4)和4',5-二羟基-3',7-二甲氧基黄酮(5).以上化合物均为首次从该种植物树干中分离得到.  相似文献

A new phenolic compound, broussonone A (1) were isolated from the stem barks of Broussonetia kanzinoki (Moraceae), together with two diphenylpropanes, broussonin A (2), broussonin B (3), two flavans, 7,4'-dihydroxyflavan (4), 3',7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavan (5), and two flavones, 3,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone (6), 3,7,3'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone (7). Compound 1 showed noncompetitive inhibitory activity on pancreatic lipase with an IC(50) of 28.4 μM. In addition, compounds 1-5 significantly inhibited adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells as measured fat accumulation using Oil Red O assay.  相似文献

Seven biflavones, amentoflavone, bilobetin, sequoiaflavone, ginkgetin, sciadopitysin, 7,4′,7′,4?-tetra-O-methylamentoflavone, and diooflavone (amentoflavone hexamethyl ether), were identified from extracts of the cycad genus Dioon. The biflavones were identified by direct comparison with authentic samples using m.m.p., co-chromatography in 3 solvents, and NMR studies of the acetates. This is the first time amentoflavone hexamethyl ether has been identified as a natural product. After surveying numerous species of the Cycadales, no evidence could be obtained for the occurrence of biflavone glycosides or of biflavones based upon any other nucleus than apigenin.  相似文献

Two new biflavonoids, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavone-(4' --> O --> 8")-4"',5",7"-trihydroxyflavone and 5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavone-(4' --> O --> 8")-5",7"-dihydroxy-4"'-methoxyflavone, and the glucopyranoside derivative, 1-O-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-O-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, as well as the known biflavones lanaraflavone, amentoflavone and podocarpusflavone, the triterpenes lupeol and friedelin, the lignans eudesmin and epieudesmin, the flavonol glycoside rutin, the steroids beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, 3beta-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylsitosterol, 7-oxostigmast-5-en-3beta-ol and 7-oxostigmasta-5,22-dien-3beta-ol, the carbohydrates alpha- and beta-glucopyranose and 1-O-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, and the norsesquiterpene 6,9-dihydroxymegastigma-4,7-dien-3-one, have been isolated from leaves and branches of Ouratea semiserrata. The structures of these compounds were established from spectral data, including two-dimensional NMR experiments and mass spectra.  相似文献

Ten compounds were isolated from the barks and leaves of Podocarpus brevifolius (Podocarpaceae) for the first time. They are identified as isokaurene (1), △9- isoclextropimaric acid (2), isoginkgetin (3), sciadopitysin (4), amentoflavone-4′,4″′, 7, 7″-tetramethylether (5), sequoyitol (6), β-sitosterol (7), daucosterol (8), β-sitosterone (9), and 3β, 6β-dihydroxy-stigmast-4-ene (10) by means of spectral analysis, comparison of physio-chemical data and throgh chemical method.  相似文献

Continuing the former report, four more constituents Were isolated from the seeds of Podocarpus nagi (Thunb.) Zoll. et Mor. ex Zoll. (Podocarpaceae). They were identified as sciadopitysin (Ⅰ), amentoflavone-4', 4"', 7, 7"-tetramethyl ether (Ⅱ), nagilactone C(Ⅲ) and ethyl-β-D-pyranoglucoside (Ⅳ). Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ were first reported in this plant. Poincianella pyramidalis (Fabaceae) is an endemic tree that grows in semiarid regions of Brazil. Phytochemical investigations on the bark roots of this plant led to the isolation of four new biflavonoids named (+)-5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone-3α-2′′′-hydroxy-4′′′,4′′-dimethoxydihydrochalcone (1), (+)-5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone-3α-2′′′-hydroxy-4′′′,4′′-dimethoxydihydrochalcone (2), (−)-7-hydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone-3α-2′′′,4′′′-dihydroxy-4′′-methoxydihydrochalcone (3), (−)-7,4′-dihydroxy-flavanone-3,8-5′′,6′′,4′′-trihydroxy-flavone (4), and the previously identified compound 4,2′,4′,4′′,2′′′,4′′′-hexahydroxy-3,5′′′-bichalcone (rhuschalcone VI, 5). Their structures were determined by HR-ESI-MS and extensive analyses of NMR spectroscopic data.  相似文献

The tyrosinase inhibitory activity of methanol extracts of the leaves of 39 plant species growing on the seashore of Iriomote island (Okinawa, Japan) was investigated. The extracts of Hibiscus tiliaceus, Carex pumila, and Garcinia subelliptica showed potent activity among them. The inhibitors in the extract of Garcinia subelliptica were purified by assay-guided fractionation to give two biflavonoids. These were known compounds (2R,3S-5,7,4',5',7',3',4'-heptahydroxy flavanone[3-8'] flavone and 5,7,4',5',7',3',4'-heptahydroxy[3-8'] biflavanone), although their strong inhibitory activity toward tyrosinase is revealed for the first time in this work. One of these biflavonoids (2R,3S-5,7,4',5',7',3',4'-heptahydroxy flavanone[3-8'] flavone) showed much stronger activity (IC50 2.5 microM) than that of kojic acid (IC50 9.1 microM) when L-tyrosine was used as the substrate.  相似文献

One bi-bicyclic and two bi-tricyclic derivatives of coumarin-benzofuran, phenanthrene-phenanthrene and phenanthrene-phenanthraquinone, along with seven known compounds, were isolated from stems of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum Rchb.f. (Orchidaceae). On the basis of chemical, NMR (1H, 13C, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY) and mass spectrometry data, their structures were elucidated as denthyrsin [3-(5',6'-dimethoxybenzofuran-2'-yl)-6,7-dimethoxy-2H-chromen-2-one; 1], denthyrsinol (4,5'-dimethoxy-[1,1']biphenanthrenyl-2,5,4',7'-tetraol; 2), and denthyrsinone (7,4',7'-trihydroxy-2,2',8'-trimethoxy-[5,1']biphenanthrenyl-1,4-dione; 3). Compounds 1-3 and denthyrsinin (1,5,7-trimethoxyphenanthrene-2,6-diol; 4) showed significant cytotoxic activities against Hela (13.5, 9.3, 9.9 and 2.7 microM, respectively), K-562 (0.45, 1.6, 6.0 and 2.3 microM, respectively) and MCF-7 (18.1, not tested, 3.5 and 4.8 microM, respectively) cell lines.  相似文献

From the leaves of Chamaecyparis obtusa several biflavones were isolated and identified, namely: sciadopitysin, ginkgetin, isoginkgetin, podocarpusflavone B, 7,7"-O-dimethylamentoflavone, bilobetin, podocarpusflavone A, and 7-O-methylamentoflavone. The presence of amentoflavone and hinokiflavone was also confirmed. The composition of biflavones in other Chamaecyparis species--Ch. lawsoniana, Ch. thyoides--and cultivar varieties--Ch. pisifera "Squarrosa", Ch. pisifera "Boulevard"--was compared using the HPLC method. It was stated, that podocarpusflavone A and 7-O-methylamentoflavone in addition to amentoflavone and hinokiflavone may be classified as chemotaxonomic markers of the genus Chamaecyparis.  相似文献

Bilobetin and 4'-O-methylamentoflavone were isolated and identified in the needles of Taxus baccata, for the first time in this species. The antifungal activity of biflavones from T. baccata and Ginkgo biloba, namely amentoflavone, 7-O-methylamentoflavone, bilobetin, ginkgetin, sciadopitysin and 2,3-dihydrosciadopitysin towards the fungi Alternaria alternata, Fusarium culmorum, Cladosporium oxysporum was determined employing computer-aided image analysis couplet to a microscope. Bilobetin exhibited a significant antifungal activity with values of ED50 14, 11 and 17 microM respectively. This compound completely inhibited the growth of germinating tubes of Cladosporium oxysporum and Fusarium culmorum at a concentration 100 microM. Activity of ginkgetin and 7-O-methylamentoflavone towards Alternaria alternata was stronger than that of bilobetin. Moreover, slight structural changes in the cell wall of Alternaria alternata exposed to ginkgetin at concentration of 200 microM were observed.  相似文献

从酸渣树(Carapaguianensis Aubl.)枝条的乙醇提取物中首次分离到7个化合物,通过波谱方法鉴定,它们分别是:()-epicatechin-3-O-(3",5"-di-O-methyl)gallate(1)、(-)-catechin(2)、sciadopitysin(3)、cl eomi scosin B(4)、photogedunin(5)、chi socheton compound F(6)和odoratone(7).其中,化合物1为新黄烷类化合物,2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到.补充了化合物5的13C-NMR谱数据.活性测定显示,化合物7对大菜粉蝶(Pieris brassicae)三龄幼虫具有较强的杀虫活性,化合物2有一定的活性,而正丁醇部分只有很弱的活性.  相似文献

We isolated seven novel compounds, namely, 3',4',6-trihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy-3-(3″,4″-dihydroxybenzyl)chalcone (1), 3',6-dihydroxy-2,4,4'-trimethoxy-3-(3″,4″-dihydroxybenzyl)chalcone (2), α,β-dihydro-3',6-dihydroxy-2,4,6'-trimethoxy-3-(3″,4″-dihydroxybenzyl)chalcone (3), 3',4,4'-trihydroxy-2,6-dimethoxychalcone (4), 4',5,7-trihydroxy-6-(3″,4″-dihydroxybenzyl)flavone (5), 3-(3',4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-6,7-dihydroxycoumarin (6), 3-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin (7), as well as a known compound, 3',4',7-trihydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone (8) from the whole grass of Onychium japonicum, and elucidated their structures by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1-3 exhibited significant multidrug resistance (MDR) reversal effects on MCF-7/ADR and Bel-7402/5-Fu cell lines.  相似文献

Two new iridoid glucosides, namely, 2'-O-[(2E,4E)-5-phenylpenta-2,4-dienoyl]mussaenosidic acid (1; mussaenosidic acid = [1S-(1alpha,4aalpha,7alpha,7aalpha)]-1-(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-1,4a,5,6,7,7a-hexahydro-7-hydroxy-7-methylcyclopenta[c]pyran-4-carboxylic acid) and 2'-O-(4-methoxycinnamoyl)mussaenosidic acid (2), were isolated from the aerial parts of the mangrove plant Avicennia marina. Beside that, one known iridoid glucoside, 2'-O-coumaroylmussaenosidic acid (3) and four known flavones (flavone = 2-phenyl-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one) including 4',5-dihydroxy-3',7-dimethoxyflavone (4), 4',5-dihydroxy-3',5',7-trimethoxyflavone (5), 4',5,7-trihydroxyflavone (6), and 3',4',5-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (7) were also isolated and identified. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and by low- and high-resolution mass spectrometry. The chemotaxonomic significance of these findings was discussed. In addition, each isolated compound was evaluated for the ability of alpha,alpha-diphenyl-beta-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging activity.  相似文献

Five new highly brominated metabolites, 3',5',6',6-tetrabromo-2,4-dimethyldiphenyl ether (1), 1,2,5-tribromo-3-bromoamino-7-bromomethylnaphthalene (2), 2,5,8-tribromo-3-bromoamino-7-bromomethylnaphthalene (3), 2,5,6-tribromo-3-bromoamino-7-bromomethylnaphthalene (4) and 2',5',6',5,6-pentabromo-3',4',3,4-tetramethoxybenzo-phenone (5) were isolated from the red alga Laurencia similis. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including one- and two- dimensional NMR as well as HREIMS analysis. Compounds 1 and 5 showed strong inhibitory activities against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) with IC(50) of 2.97 and 2.66 μM, respectively.  相似文献

从艾纳香(Blumea balsamiferaDC.)的地上部分中分离得到13个黄酮类化合物,经鉴定分别为5,7-二羟基-3,3′,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(1),3,5,3′,4′-四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(2),4,2′,4′-三羟基双氢查尔酮(3),儿茶素(4),阿亚黄素(5),davidioside(6),二氢槲皮素-7,4′-二甲醚(7),艾纳香素(8),二氢槲皮素-4′-甲醚(9),3,5,3′-三羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(10),5,7,3′,5′-四羟基二氢黄酮(11),木犀草素(12),槲皮素(13)。其中化合物1和3~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献
