不同生育时期断根对花生光合特性及产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在田间试验条件下,以青花5号花生品种为材料,研究了不同生育时期断根对花生功能叶片光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明:适期断根(花后20d)可促进花生叶片生长,显著提高叶面积指数,且维持较高的叶面积指数和叶绿素含量的时间较长;植株功能叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率较高,胞间CO2浓度较低,光合效率显著提高;可增加花生结果数量和果重,提高单株生产力,显著提高荚果产量和经济系数。过早断根(花后5d至10d)叶面积增长慢、峰值低、后期下降快,叶绿素含量低;功能叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率峰值低且峰值过后下降速度快,而胞间CO2浓度一直维持在较高水平;断根时间越早,产量越低。过晚(花后25d)断根不利于叶面积指数的发展和较高叶绿素含量的维持,基本不影响花生叶片各光合性能指标,对产量影响较少。研究认为,开花后20d断根可作为花生栽培中的一项技术措施。  相似文献

壳寡糖对旱薄地花生叶片衰老及产量和品质的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在旱薄地条件下,以小花生品种‘花育20号’(HY20)和大花生品种‘花育22号’(HY22)为实验材料,研究叶面喷施不同浓度壳寡糖[0mg·kg-1(T0)、50mg·kg-1(T1)、100mg·kg-1(T2)、200mg·kg-1(T3)]对叶片衰老、荚果产量和籽仁品质的影响。结果表明:(1)壳寡糖处理均显著提高了旱薄地花生饱果期叶片叶绿素含量和保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性,降低了MDA含量,并显著提高了2个品种的单株结果数、饱果率和荚果产量。(2)壳寡糖处理降低了HY20的籽仁蛋白质含量却提高了其脂肪含量,但提高了HY22的籽仁蛋白质和脂肪含量,且T1处理对HY20的油酸/亚油酸(O/L)比值提高幅度较大,而T2处理对HY22的O/L值提高幅度较大。研究认为,在生产实际中用50mg·kg-1壳寡糖叶面喷施品种‘花育20号’(HY20)、用100mg·kg-1壳寡糖叶面喷施品种‘花育22号’(HY22)时,2个品种的籽仁产量、蛋白质和脂肪产量均最高,可达到花生生产的高产优质高效。  相似文献

为确定高产条件下不同花生品种的最佳化控时期,以小花生品种‘花育20’(HY20)和大花生品种‘花育25’(HY25)为试验材料,研究了多效唑(PBZ)不同喷施时期对花生根系活力、叶绿素含量、叶片保护酶和碳、氮代谢酶活性,以及荚果产量和籽仁品质的影响.结果表明:不同时期喷施PBZ均提高了2个品种花生在结荚期的叶绿素含量、根系活力,以及叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶和磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量以及硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶和谷氨酸合成酶活性,且PBZ喷施时间越早效果越明显.在饱果期,HY25的各指标以主茎高25cm时喷施PBZ的效果最好,但HY20在主茎高25 cm时喷施PBZ的保护酶活性降低,化控时间过早导致植株早衰,叶绿素含量、根系活力以及碳代谢酶活性也略低于CK,HY20的指标以主茎高30 cm时喷施PBZ效果最好.适宜时期PBZ处理提高了2个品种的荚果产量和经济系数,提高了脂肪含量和油酸相对含量以及O/L值.高产条件下,HY25和HY20的最适多效唑处理时期分别为花生主茎高25和30 cm左右.  相似文献

花生结荚期施用0.1~10 mg/L吡效隆(4PU-30)溶液,能增加叶片的厚度,提高叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率,促使叶片中的同化物向荚果运输和积累增多,从而促进了荚果生长和发育,使结荚率、饱果率以及百果重和百仁重增加,最终使单株荚果产量增产12.6%左右,吡效隆的最适浓度为 1 mg/L。  相似文献

通过对鲁花11号和辐8707 2个高产花生品种的衰老进程研究表明:花生衰老具有地上部(叶片)渐进衰老和整株衰老的双重特点。花生从始花至花后60d左右为地上部(叶片)渐进衰老期:此期主茎高、侧枝长、分枝数、主茎、侧枝绿叶数、叶面积、茎、叶干重迅速增加,并接近或达到最大值,主茎及侧枝基部叶片逐渐由下向上开始衰老死亡,饱果开始出现,根系活力、固氮酶活性逐渐升高至接近最大值,始花后60-90d为整株缓衰期,此期地上部茎叶生长基因停止,逐渐开始衰老死亡,主茎、侧枝绿叶数开始减少,生殖体(荚果)干重迅速增长,根系活力、固氮酶活性缓慢降低;始花后90d以后称为整株速衰期,此期主茎、侧枝绿叶迅速减少,地上部迅速衰老死亡,生殖体(荚果)干重缓慢增长,根系活力、固氮酶活性迅速降低。地上部(叶片)渐进衰老期与开花及大量荚果形成相对应,整株缓衰期伴随着荚果迅速增重,整株速衰期与荚果缓慢增重一致。  相似文献

以小麦旱选10号/鲁麦14 DH群体为试材,对干旱胁迫和正常灌溉条件下花后10 d和20d旗叶中部气孔密度、气孔大小、气孔导度、光合速率、蒸腾速率与产量和抗旱系数的关系进行相关和通径分析.结果表明:在两种水分条件下,花后10 d气孔密度、气孔大小、气孔导度、光合速率、蒸腾速率与产量和抗旱系数的相关性大多不显著;但花后20 d与千粒重呈极显著正相关,与穗粒数、单株产量和抗旱系数的相关性仍大多不显著.气孔导度、光合速率和蒸腾速率是影响单株产量和抗旱系数的主要因素,不仅对单株产量和抗旱系数的直接作用较大,间接作用也较大;气孔密度与气孔大小对单株产量和抗旱系数的直接作用和间接作用均较小.在两种水分条件下,花后10 d和20 d,气孔密度与气孔长度之间,气孔长度与气孔宽度、气孔导度、光合速率和蒸腾速率之间的相关性均显著或极显著,但气孔密度、气孔长度与气孔导度、光合速率和蒸腾速率间的相关性在不同水分条件和不同生育阶段存在差异,表明水分条件、生长发育阶段对这些性状之间的相关性影响较大.通过育种手段以叶片气孔密度和气孔大小为选择目标,来改善小麦气孔导度、光合速率和蒸腾速率,进而提高产量并不总是一种有效手段.  相似文献

为探讨不同年代水稻(Oryza sativa)品种间库、源及库/源的变化,用吉林省1958–2005年间育成的33个水稻品种为材料,对库、源及库/源的特征进行了研究。结果表明,吉林省47年来在水稻品种遗传改良过程中库和源性状均得到了改善。其中,单株穗重和单株粒数分别增长了62.93%和37.65%,平均年增长率分别为1.34%和0.80%,与育成年代均呈极显著正相关;单株叶面积、单株光合能力和剑叶净光合速率(Pn)分别增长了13.75%、24.80%和12.60%,年增长率分别为0.29%、0.53%和0.27%,与育成年代均呈显著正相关。不同年代育成水稻品种穗重/单株光合能力、粒数/单株光合能力无明显变化,但穗重/叶面积和粒数/叶面积与育成年代呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.441 0(P0.05)和0.401 7(P0.05);穗重/Pn和粒数/Pn与育成年代呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.509 3(P0.01)和0.483 2(P0.01)。以上结果说明,吉林省水稻品种产量的增加是由于库和源共同作用的结果,但单位叶面积光合能力的改善远远落后于其它库源性状的增长。进一步提高叶片Pn并改善叶片的光合能力应作为高产水稻品种选育的新目标。  相似文献

选用高蛋白品种KB008(KB008)、高脂肪品种花17(H17)和高油酸/亚油酸(O/L)品种农大818(818),在大田栽培条件下,研究了盛花后期叶面喷施多效唑(PBZ)对不同品质类型花生产量、品质及相关碳、氮代谢酶活性的影响.结果表明:喷施PBZ显著增加了3种品质类型花生荚果产量,原因是增加了单株结果数,降低了千克果数而提高了双仁果率.喷施PBZ不同程度地提高了3种类型花生籽仁脂肪和可溶性糖含量,降低了蛋白质含量,显著增加了高脂肪品种H17的O/L值.PBZ使高O/L值品种818的脂肪含量增加显著,同时其蛋白质含量显著降低,而对其他两品种的蛋白质和脂肪含量影响较小.喷施PBZ均降低了3种类型花生结荚期叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)活性及结荚期和饱果期叶片谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸脱氢酶活性,818的3种酶活性降低幅度最大,KB008和H17的酶活性降幅较小;喷施PBZ均降低了3种类型花生结荚期和饱果期叶片谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性.说明氮代谢酶活性的降低是喷施PBZ降低3种类型花生籽仁蛋白质含量的主要原因.喷施PBZ均提高了3品种结荚期和饱果期叶片蔗糖合成酶和磷酸蔗糖合成酶活性,其中显著提高了818的2种酶活性,而对KB008和H17的活性提高不显著;喷施PBZ提高了3品种结荚期和饱果期的磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶和1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶活性,其中对818在结荚期的活性提高最显著,对H17活性提高较小.碳代谢酶活性的增强是喷施PBZ提高花生籽仁脂肪含量的生理基础.  相似文献

以4个豇豆(Vigna unguiculata Linn.)品种‘鄂豇豆6号’、‘鄂豇豆2号’、‘鄂豇豆7号’和‘美国地豆’为材料,在现蕾期叶面喷施植物细胞分裂素(CTK),于喷施后第7、14、28、42 d测定脱落花荚的多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)和纤维素酶活性,并统计花荚脱落率和豇豆产量,研究CTK在豇豆生长发育过程中对花荚脱落的影响。结果显示,喷施CTK后,豇豆各品种的花荚脱落率均小于对照,豇豆产量均高于对照,且差异极显著(P0.01);喷施CTK后第14、28、42 d豇豆各品种脱落花荚的PG活性显著降低(P0.05);喷施CTK后第7 d各处理组脱落花荚的PG活性极显著降低(P0.01);喷施CTK后第7 d和第42 d豇豆各品种脱落花荚的纤维素酶活性显著降低(P0.05),喷施CTK后第14 d和第28 d各处理组脱落花荚的纤维素酶活性极显著降低(P0.01)。研究结果表明喷施CTK可调节脱落花荚的PG活性和纤维素酶活性,从而降低花荚脱落率,实现对豇豆产量的调控。  相似文献

Field experiments were conducted in 1981 and 1982 to study the effects of low-irradiance supplemental light on soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merr. cv Evans) flower and pod abscission. Cool-white and red fluorescent lights illuminated the lower part of the soybean canopy during daylight hours for 3 weeks late in flowering. At the same time, flowers and young pods on half the plants were shaded with aluminum foil. Flowers were tagged at anthesis and monitored through abscission or pod maturity.

Responses to red and white lights were similar. Supplemental light tended to reduce abscission and increase seed weight per node compared to natural light. Shading flowers and pods increased abscission and reduced seed weight per node. Number of flowers produced per node, individual seed weight, and seeds per pod were not affected by light or shade treatments.

Further studies examined the effects of shading reproductive structures on their capacity to accumulate 14C-photoassimilates. Individual leaves were pulse labeled with 14CO2 1, 2, and 4 weeks post anthesis. Flowers and pods in the axil of the labeled leaf were covered with aluminum foil 0, 24, 72, and 120 hours before pulsing.

Shading flowers and pods resulted in a 30% reduction in the relative amount of radiolabel accumulated from the source leaf. The reduction in 14C accumulation due to shading was evident regardless of the length of the shading period and was most pronounced when the shades were applied early in reproductive development. We conclude that light perceived by soybean flowers and young pods has a role in regulating both their abscission and their capacity to accumulate photoassimilates.

The effects of source-sink alterations on the translocation patterns to soybean (“Fiskeby V”) pods were studied using a pod leakage technique. The distribution of assimilates from a source leaf using double pulse experiments was followed at the pods at the source node and the node immediately below. Alterations were made by shading, illuminating, or excising two-thirds of the leaf area of the leaf at the node below. In control experiments both pulses exhibited identical time-course patterns at both nodes. Shading the lower leaf during the first half of the experiment and illuminating during the second reduced the distribution of 14C-assimilate to the lower node's pods from the source leaf by approximately 30 to 50% while having no effect at the source node. Illuminating the lower leaf during the first half of the experiment followed by excision of two-thirds of that leaf's area and shading increased the import from the source leaf by 4- to 33-fold relative to the control while reducing the distribution to the source node by up to 40%. The change in distribution pattern took place in less than 30 minutes with no apparent change in the source leaf net photosynthesis or in the rate of movement to the pods. The results indicate that any alterations in the source-sink balance will quickly produce a change in the distribution patterns to the pods.  相似文献

Application of ethephon to field-grown plants of both bush andtrailing forms of Cucurbita maxima and C. pepo caused leaf epinasty,suppression of male flowers and earlier production and increasein numbers of female flowers. This gave rise to an increasein the ratio of female to male flowers per plant and a decreasein the total number of flowers. Observations of C. pepo showed that even at the two true leafstage there are several nodes present in the unexpanded shoot.Each node has one main and several secondary buds. The sex ofthe main bud at the first five to six nodes is usually determinedat this stage but the secondary buds still have bisexual potential.The change in sex expression was brought about by all male flowerbuds that had formed by the spraying time aborting, and allbuds that developed (both main and secondary) for at least 7days after spraying became female flowers. Thus, nodes fiveand six had male flowers in the controls, whereas in ethephon-sprayedplants the presumptive male flowers aborted at the bud stageat these nodes and secondary primordia developed into functionalfemale flowers. The study aims to investigate the effect of foliar spray with three plant growth regulators (PGRs) p-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid (CPA) at 20 and 40 ppm; Gibberellic acid (GA3) at 20 and 30 ppm, 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) at 10 and 20 ppm on the response of fruit set, yield, and fruit quality of some hot pepper cultivars (Chillina, Parbirian, Shampion, and Hyffa) grown in sandy soil under plastic tunnels as compared to the control. Spraying Chillina cultivar GA3 at 30 ppm significantly increased the number of fruits/ plant and fruit set (%), yield/plant, and total yield/fad. In addition, the contents of TSS and Vit C, furthermore, maximum capsaicin content were observed in chili fruits in both seasons. However, the interaction between Chillina cultivar and spraying with GA3 at 20 ppm ranked second in yield and quality. The interaction between Parbirian cultivars and spraying with GA3 at 20 or 30 ppm increased the number of flowers/plants in both seasons. On the other hand, the interaction between Shampion cultivar and spraying with tap water (control) gave the lowest values of the number of flowers/ plants, the number of fruits/ plant and fruit set (%), yield, and its components, and fruit quality in both seasons.  相似文献

Roots, pods, and pegs of ''Argentine'' and ''Starr'' peanut cultivars inoculated with Criconemoides ornatus were severely discolored with brown necrotic lesions. Nematodes were attached to roots, pods, and pegs often in large numbers. Small necrotic lesions were often superficial, but necrosis in large lesions usually extended deep into the tissues. Lesions were present on roots of all ages. Many lateral root primordia, and young roots were killed resulting in reduced numbers of laterals. The flag leaf of wheat was examined for changes in quantity and activity of ribulose-bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBPCase; EC 4.1.1.39), in the proteolytic degradation of RuBPCase and other native proteins, and in the ultrastructure of the leaf cells during grain development. Proteolytic degradation of RuBPCase at pH 4.8 increased until 8–10 d after anthesis, then declined, and increased again 16–18 d after anthesis. The second peak coincided with the onset of a preferential loss of immunologically recognizable RuBPCase. The specific activity and number of active sites per molecule of RuBPCase did not change during senescence. Examination of ultrastructure with the electron microscope showed little change in the appearance of the mitochondria as the flag leaf aged. Prominent cristae were still evident 35 d after anthesis. In contrast, the chloroplasts showed a progressive disruption of the thylakoid structure and an increasing number of osmiophilic glubules. The double membrane envelope surrounding the chloroplast appeared intact until at least 20 d after anthesis. The tonoplast also appeared intact up to 20 d. The flowering and fruit-set of a bambara groundnut selectionfrom Ankpa, Nigeria, were studied in greenhouses at constantexposure to photoperiods of 10, 12, 12·5, 13, 14 and16 h. The development of embryos was determined in ovaries fromplants under photoperiods of 11·5 h and 14 h. The beginningof flowering, recorded as the number of days from sowing tothe first open flower, was delayed by lengthening the photoperiod.It started 7 d later under 16 h than under 10 h. This differenceincreased during the production of the next nine open flowers.Lengthening the photoperiod also caused a delay in the beginningof fruit development. Under 13 h it was delayed by more than40 d compared with fruit development under 10 h. Some plantsunder 14 and 16 h even failed to produce pods. After the beginningof fruit development dry matter partitioning to pods was substantiallyless under 14 and 16 h photoperiods than under photoperiodsof 13 h or less; this was reflected in a strong reduction ofpod growth rates. Under an 11·5 h photoperiod two groups of ovaries couldbe distinguished. In both, embryo development was identicalup to 17 d after anthesis, but then the embryos in the firstgroup continued to develop until they were full-grown at about41 d after anthesis, whereas the growth of the embryos in thesecond group stopped. Embryo development under a photoperiodof 14 h was similar to that in the ovaries with discontinuedembryo growth under the 11·5 photoperiod. Healthy-lookingembryos were found in ovaries up to 32 d after anthesis undera photoperiod 14 h. From then onwards embryos started to shriveland degenerate.
