取食经历对美洲斑潜蝇雌成虫寿命及生殖力的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在实验室条件下 ,研究了取食经历对美洲斑潜蝇雌Liriomyzasativae成虫寿命和生殖力的影响。结果表明 ,幼虫期在黄瓜取食而成虫期在四季豆上取食时 ,其雌成虫寿命、总产卵量和日平均产卵量均明显小于幼虫期在长豇豆上取食而成虫期在四季豆上取食时 (P <0 0 1 ) ;当幼虫期同在长豇豆上取食时 ,成虫在黄瓜上取食时的雌成虫寿命、总产卵量和日平均产卵量均明显小于成虫在四季豆取食时 (P<0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。这说明美洲斑潜蝇幼虫和成虫取食经历对其成虫寿命和生殖力均有显著的影响  相似文献

葫芦素B对美洲斑潜蝇成虫产卵和取食的抑制作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
美洲斑潜蝇是严重危害瓜、豆类蔬菜的世界性害虫之一,主要以幼虫潜伏在叶表皮下的叶肉组织中为害,给防治带来很大困难。本研究测定了葫芦素B对美洲斑潜蝇成虫产卵和取食的抑制作用。在非选择性试验中,当葫芦素B使用浓度为500~2000 mg/L时,对美洲斑潜蝇成虫的产卵抑制率达31.2~69.9%,对美洲斑潜蝇成虫的取食抑制率达61.7~64.9%;在选择性试验中,葫芦素B使用浓度达1000~2000 mg/L时,对美洲斑潜蝇成虫的产卵抑制率和取食抑制率分别为54.8~71.1%和57.2~65.2%;研究结果表明:利用葫芦素B可有效地抑制美洲斑潜蝇成虫的产卵和取食,减轻其幼虫的为害,为安全、有效地控制美洲斑潜蝇提供了一条新途径。  相似文献

应用作用因子生命表方法以及在此基础上提出的干扰作用控制指数法评价了不同的生态控制措施(施用马缨丹Lantana camara L.乙醇提取物、施用机油乳剂和释放寄生性天敌)对美洲斑潜蝇Liriomyza sativae Blanchard种群动态控制的作用,结果表明,在喷施马缨丹乙醇提取物(浓度为1gDW/100mL)和机油乳剂(300x),释放寄生性天敌各处理区中的干扰作用控制指数分别为0.176、0.252、和0.377,表明这几种控制措施对美洲斑潜蝇的种群数量具有明显的控制作用,对美洲斑潜蝇种群的控制效果分别为82.4%、74.8%和62.3%。在此基础上,建立了美洲斑潜蝇自然种群的生态控制系统,在田间评价了自然控制因子与人工控制措施联合对美洲斑潜蝇种群的控制作用,结果表明,在美洲斑潜蝇成虫产卵高峰期施用马缨丹乙醇提取物(1gDW/100mL)和机油乳剂(300x),在幼虫高峰期释放寄生蜂(2000头/100m^2),处理后美洲斑潜蝇的种群趋势指数I值小于1,表明可以达到控制美洲斑潜蝇种群增长的效果。  相似文献

中华花翅跳小蜂Microterys sinicus Jiang是白蜡虫成虫产卵期的主要天敌。该蜂成虫喜在自然光下活动,取食和交配都在寄主树上进行。中华花翅跳小蜂每雌平均怀卵量34.39粒,产卵前期2~3天。产卵量、产卵率和产卵天数与温度密切相关,27℃时产卵量和产卵率最高。30℃时产卵天数最少。21~27℃卵孵化率达80%以上。幼虫共5龄。每头跳小蜂幼虫平均取食蜡虫卵数分别为:1龄14.6粒,2龄29.8粒,3龄69.4粒,4龄126.9粒。5龄幼虫不取食。全代发育起点温度和有效积温分别为11.84℃和574.32日·度。补充营养能显著延长成虫寿命和产卵天数,提高雌虫产卵量。中华花翅跳小蜂成虫在田间有两个高峰期,分别发生在4月上中旬和5月中下旬。每粒虫囊内跳小蜂幼虫数与白蜡虫健卵百分率呈负指数关系,拟合方程为:Y=96.0829Exp(-0.1872x)。  相似文献

以萌发3—4 天(长约4 cm )的菜心(Brassica campestris var.parachinesis)无菌苗苍白下胚轴为材料,酶解分离原生质体。经纯化的原生质体,在含0.5 m g/LZT、0.5 m g/L2,4-D、1.0 m g/LNAA 和0.4 m ol/L葡萄糖的K8p 培养基中,进行微滴培养。在起始培养14—18小时,原生质体再生新的细胞壁。36 小时再生细胞开始第一次分裂。第三天分裂细胞频率可达35% 。培养第8—9 天,可见含8—16个细胞的小细胞团,植板率为15% —18% 。3 周后将发育成直径为2 m m 的白色小愈伤组织,转到含0.3 m g/L 2,4-D并用gelrite半固化的培养基上,增殖成4—5 m m 直径的愈伤组织。在MS+ 3.2(或1.6) m g/L BA+ 1.6(或0.8) m g/LZT+ 0.01 m g/L NAA+ 0.1 m g/LGA3 和0.2% 蔗糖的分化培养基上,获得芽的分化。切下约2 cm 长的芽苗,转移到含0.2 m g/LIAA 和2% 蔗糖的培养基上,生根形成完整植株  相似文献

在MS培养基上进行水母雪莲(SausureamedusaMaxim.)细胞悬浮培养,研究了摇床转速、接种量、培养液初始pH、碳源等的影响。结果表明,摇床转速为90~120r/min,接种量为50~80gFW/L,培养液初始pH5.5~6.0,对水母雪莲悬浮培养细胞生长和黄酮合成最有利。碳源以蔗糖最适合,蔗糖浓度则以40g/L较好,此时细胞生长量为18~19gDW/L,总黄酮合成量可达1423.25mg/L。用HPLC检测显示4′,5,7三羟基3′,6二甲氧基黄酮(jaceosidin)和4′,5,7三羟基6甲氧基黄酮(hispidulin)的含量分别达到总黄酮含量的22.11%和0.15%。  相似文献

Avermectin类农药对美洲斑潜蝇Liriomyzasattvae Blanchard生物活性的室内研究结果表明: 揭阳霉素对美洲斑潜蝇1、2、3龄幼虫的LC50分别是1.54×10-4 g/L、3.73×10-4 g/L、1.99×10-3g/L;害极灭对上述幼虫的LC50分别是1.48×10-4g/L、3.68x10-4 g/L和1.97×10-3 g/L。美洲斑潜蝇幼虫对Avermectln类农药以1龄最敏感,其中揭阳霉素对3龄幼虫的LC50是1龄的12.9倍。揭阳霉素对雌成虫24 h、48 h的LC50分别是3.12×10-3 g/L和2.08×10-3 g/L,其对美 洲斑潜蝇取食、产卵拒避持效期分别是4-8天和10天。使用浓度0.005 g/L揭阳霉素处理6天、8天和10天后接虫,幼虫的存活率分别是0、16.13%和28.07%。田间使用浓度0.005 g/L的揭 阳霉素和0.0045 g/L几的害极灭分别处理,6天后的校正虫口减退率分别为91.0%和90.9%,两者差异不显著,而使用浓度0.0067 g/L揭阳霉素处理,6天后校正虫口减退率为93.6%。  相似文献

保安湖沙塘鳢1冬龄成熟,雌雄比1:1.34,4月初至6月中旬繁殖;个体绝对繁殖力540—1943egg(1154±314egg)。渔获物中以体长8.0—14.0cm,体重10.0—40.0g,2、3龄个体为主。体长-体重关系为W=0.02129L3.0585。3龄前生长较快;雄鱼略快于雌鱼。肥满度冬春季较高,最高在3月。体长和体重与年龄的关系可用Bertalanffy生长方程描述,参数分别为:雌鱼L∞=15.29cm,k=0.4072,t0=0.1596,W∞=84.9g;雄鱼L∞=16.71cm,k=0.3736,t0=0.1095,W∞=118.5g;体重生长拐点年龄和拐点体重雌鱼分别为2.86a和25.1g,雄鱼3.13a和35.4g。  相似文献

用Fura - 2/AM 荧光测量技术研究了5 - 羟色胺(5- HT) 诱导的大鼠尾动脉平滑肌细胞胞内钙升高和一氧化氮(NO) 的抑制效应。实验表明, 胞外0m mol/ L Ca2 + 时胞内静息[Ca2 + ] i 为20 .2±8 .6nmol/L(n = 8) 。10μmol/L 5- HT 可诱导出胞内钙库释放引起的瞬态[Ca2 +]i 升高,其峰值达245 .7 ±71.6nmol/ L(n = 6) 。10 - 7 mol/L 硝普钠(SNP) 可抑制5- HT 诱导的[Ca2 +]i 升高,其峰值浓度降为75.1±35 .9nmol/L(n = 5) 。当细胞浴液含2.5m mol/L Ca2 + 时,静息[Ca2 +]i为112 .8 ±10 .3nmol/ L(n = 5) , 这时10μmol/ L 5 - HT 可诱导[Ca2 + ] i 的峰值为252 .3 ±80 .6nmol/L(n = 4) ,以及其后平台浓度为143 .0 ±37 .6nmol/L(n = 4) ,略大于[Ca2 +]i 为112.8 ±10 .3nmol/L 的静息浓度,为外钙内流引起。10 - 7 mol/L SNP 也可抑制5- HT 诱导[Ca2 + ]i 平台相浓度。平台浓度由143 ±47  相似文献

卵育型(Synovigenic)植食性昆虫的雌成虫需要取食寄主植物组织或非寄主食物(如花蜜、花粉等)以延长寿命和促进产卵。为了明确寄主食物和非寄主食物对美洲斑潜蝇Liriomyza sativae卵子发生的功能差异,本实验在明确美洲斑潜蝇成虫卵巢发育动态和结构的基础上,比较了清水(饥饿,对照)、菜豆叶片、20%葡萄糖溶液、菜豆叶片+20%葡萄糖溶液四种处理下的雌成虫卵子发生动态。结果显示:美洲斑潜蝇为强卵育型昆虫,初羽化成虫体内无卵子;两侧卵巢管数之和为11-18根,大多数情况下,左右两侧卵巢管数目不等。成虫在饥饿条件下,几乎不能形成成熟卵子;继续取食寄主叶片、20%葡萄糖溶液和寄主叶片+20%葡萄糖溶液,均可显著促进卵子发生和卵成熟,但补充葡萄糖溶液起到极显著促进作用;成虫不具备卵子重吸收功能。本文重点从卵育型角度,对美洲斑潜蝇取食寄主食物和非寄主食物的营养功能进行了讨论。研究结果为美洲斑潜蝇以及该类植食性害虫的室内饲养和田间生态调控提供了依据。  相似文献

蜂巢小甲虫Aethina tumida是一种新入侵为害蜜蜂蜂巢的危险性害虫,筛选出具有较高毒力水平的化学药剂防治该虫迫在眉睫。本文采用浸渍法测定了10种杀虫剂对蜂巢小甲虫幼虫的毒力。试验结果表明,10 mg/L高效氯氰菊酯、啶虫脒和功夫菊酯在24 h内对蜂巢小甲虫幼虫的致死率达到36.67%、33.33%和29.39%,而10 mg/L高效氯氰菊酯和功夫菊酯在48 h对蜂巢小甲虫幼虫的致死率均达到100%。啶虫脒、高效氯氰菊酯和功夫菊酯在24 h的LC_(50)分别为10.47 mg/L、16.94 mg/L和19.1 mg/L。其它受试的杀虫剂如多杀菌素、氟虫腈、氟啶脲、虫酰肼、敌百虫、阿维菌素和甲维盐的触杀致死率相对较低。筛选结果显示,啶虫脒、高效氯氰菊酯和功夫菊酯可作为目前防治蜂巢小甲虫的的重要参考防治药剂。  相似文献

Dosage-mortality baselines were determined for first and newly molted third instars of the sugarcane borer, Diatraea saccharalis (F.), with tebufenozide incorporated into an artificial diet. Using death as an endpoint for these assays, LC50 and LC90 values were estimated to be 0.17 and 0.41 ppm for the first and 0.87 and 3.67 ppm for third instars, respectively. Developmental effects also were observed and were defined to include mortality as well as physical impairment and retarded or prolonged development with absence of feeding. Concentrations causing developmental effects in treated larvae (EC50 and EC90) were 5.8- and 3.8-fold lower than the LC50 and LC90, respectively. The critical time of exposure to tebufenozide was determined for developmentally synchronous third instars to be less than 12 h postecdysis. Mortality through adult emergence significantly decreased from 92% (treatment at 0 h postecdysis) to 30% (treatment at 12 h postecdysis), when exposed to tebufenozide at the EC50. For surviving larvae, length of development time until pupation was significantly increased and female pupal weight significantly decreased when larvae were treated at 0 h postecdysis into the third instar. In addition, to modifying the traditional ways of assessing mortality 0-3 d postapplication, this study points out the value of using other approaches to pesticide assessment, especially where insect growth regulators are involved.  相似文献

评价使用氟氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯喷雾和喇叭口点施处理对草地贪夜蛾的活性与防效,为草地贪夜蛾综合防控提供技术支持。采用喷雾法测定了3种农药原药对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫毒力;采用喷雾和喇叭口点施2种方式田间施用5.7%氟氯氰菊酯乳油、25 g/L溴氰菊酯乳油、5.0%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油,药后第1天、第3天、第7天调查挂牌标记玉米上草地贪夜蛾活虫数,计算防治效果。3种拟除虫菊酯农药对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫LC 50值大小顺序依次为氟氯氰菊酯(29.80 mg/L)<高效氯氟氰菊酯(42.39 mg/L)<溴氰菊酯(49.88 mg/L);3种拟除虫菊酯类农药在54.00 g a.i./ha剂量下均能明显降低草地贪夜蛾田间虫口数量,同等剂量防效氟氯氰菊酯乳油>高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油>溴氰菊酯微乳剂。由于草地贪夜蛾低龄幼虫和高龄幼虫取食部位有差异,喷雾法防治低龄幼虫的效果好,喇叭口点施防治高龄幼虫的效果好。拟除虫菊酯类农药对草地贪夜蛾具有较好的防治效果,喇叭口点施方式节省药剂、提高对高龄幼虫的防效,在防治草地贪夜蛾等害虫方面具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

The effect of insecticides on Trichogramma exiguum Pinto & Platner emergence, adult survival, and fitness parameters was investigated. Insecticides tested were lambda cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, thiodicarb, profenophos, spinosad, methoxyfenozide, and tebufenozide. All insecticides, with the exception of methoxyfenozide and tebufenozide, adversely affected Trichogramma emergence from Helicoverpa zea (Boddie) host eggs when exposed at different preimaginal stages of development (larval, prepupal, or pupal). Regardless of the developmental stage treated, none of the insecticides tested had a significant effect on the sex ratio or frequency of brachyptery of emerged females. However, the mean life span of emerged T. exiguum females significantly varied among insecticide treatments, and was significantly affected by the developmental stage of parasitoid when treated. Based on LC50 values, spinosad and prophenofos were the most toxic compounds to female T. exiguum adults, followed by lambda cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, and thiodicarb. Insecticides field-weathered for four to 6 d on cotton leaves showed no activity against female T. exiguum adults.  相似文献

Susceptibility to methoxyfenozide of Spodoptera littoralis (Boisduval) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) larvae was determined through exposure of neonate and fourth instars to dipped and sprayed pepper, Capsicum annum L., leaves. Methoxyfenozide and spinosad were tested against adults of this noctuid by oral, residual, and topical application. In larvae, we evaluated five (range, 0.001-10 mg active ingredient [AI] /liter) and six (range, 1-250 mg [AI] /liter) concentration levels by instars, respectively, by using two application methods at three different age leaf residues (0, 3, and 6 d after application). According to LC50 values, no significant differences were observed between the same age leaf residues of both application methods at 96 and 72 h after ingestion treatment on neonates and fourth instars, respectively. Nevertheless, toxicity of methoxyfenozide decreased significantly after time. For both application methods, the LC50 values of the first leaf residue (0 d after application) were significantly lower than those of 6-d-old residues. Furthermore, larval weight of fourth instars fed for 48 h with pepper, Capsicum annum L., leaves containing methoxyfenozide was significantly suppressed. Spinosad and methoxyfenozide reduced in a dose-dependent manner the fecundity and fertility of S. littoralis adults when treated oral and residually. Likewise, when methoxyfenozide was administered orally in three different adult crosses, the fecundity was strongly affected, independently of the treated sex. We conclude that the combination of lethal and sublethal effects of methoxy-fenozide and spinosad might exhibit significant effects on the population dynamics of S. littolaris.  相似文献

【目的】明确室内条件下挥发性化合物苯并噻唑对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang的生物活性。【方法】采用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法测定了苯并噻唑对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫、 卵、 幼虫和蛹的熏蒸活性; 利用Oxytherm氧电极研究了苯并噻唑对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫呼吸速率的影响; 利用“Y”型嗅觉仪测定了韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫对苯并噻唑的行为反应。【结果】苯并噻唑对雌雄成虫处理0.5~2.0 h的LC50分别为0.186~0.052和0.163~0.039 μL/L; 在0.01~0.13 μL/L剂量下对卵熏蒸处理24 h, 第6 天卵孵化率为4.83%~82.39%, 而对照组孵化率为96.97%; 苯并噻唑熏蒸4龄幼虫6~72 h的LC50变化范围为1.247~0.248 μL/L; 0.01~0.09 μL/L剂量熏蒸蛹24 h, 第5天的羽化率为8.17%~69.63%, 对照组羽化率为96.23%。用0.052和0.039 μL/L浓度分别处理雌雄成虫测定2.5 h内呼吸速率的变化, 表现为处理组初始呼吸速率明显高于对照组, 然后逐渐降低至与对照组持平, 最后明显低于相同处理时间对照组呼吸速率。“Y”型嗅觉仪测定结果表明, 苯并噻唑对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫有较强的引诱作用。在0.5 L/min空气流速条件下, 0.5 μL的苯并噻唑对雌雄成虫的引诱率分别为88.33%和78.33%。【结论】苯并噻唑对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊各虫态有很好的毒杀效果, 并对成虫有强烈的引诱作用。  相似文献

Bioassays were carried out under controlled conditions (27 +/- 2 degrees C, 80 +/- 5% RH, and a photoperiod of 12:12 [L:D] h) to evaluate the effect of eight strains of the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana upon larvae, pupae, and adult females of the Mexican fruit fly, Anastrepha ludens (Loew). Mortality of the immature stages was low, 2-8% in larvae and 0% in pupae. However, very high levels of mortality were obtained for adult flies, with values of 100, 98, and 98% for the strains Bb16, Bb24, and Bb26, respectively. LC50 values for these three strains ranged from 3.12 x 10(6) to 9.07 x 10(6) conidia/ml. Lethal time 50 (LT50) was 2.8, 3.7, and 4.2 d for Bb16, Bb26, and Bb24 strains, respectively, with an average LT50 of 4.4 d across all strains. The fungal mycelium emerged through the soft parts of the exoskeleton, such as the wing bases, mouth, intersegmental regions of the legs, and membranous regions of the abdomen, coxae, and neck. Maximum percentage sporulation ranged from 66.4 to 74.7% for the three most virulent strains.  相似文献

The naturally-derived insecticide spinosad (Conserve SC) was evaluated against larval Culex pipiens L. (Diptera: Culicidae) under laboratory and field conditions in Antalya, Turkey. Laboratory bioassays showed that the 24 h LC50 and LC90 against late 3rd and early 4th instars were estimated at 0.027 and 0.111 parts per million, respectively, while adult emergence was eliminated at concentrations above 0.06 ppm. Larval mortality from septic tanks that were treated with spinosad at rates of 25, 50, 100, and 200 g ai/ha ranged between 22 to 78% 1 day after application. At 7 days post-treatment, larval mortality ranged from 2 to 50% and at 14 days mortality was <10% for all treatments. Larval bioassays of the water from those septic tanks treated at 100 and 200 g ai/ha resulted in an elimination of Cx. pipiens larvae 7 days after treatment. After this time, larval reduction declined to 79 and 83%, respectively, 14 days after treatment. Larval reduction in septic tanks treated at the two lowest rates (i.e. 25 and 50 g ai/ha) ranged from 14 to 74% during the 14-day study. These results indicated that spinosad can be considered an effective larvicide for treatment of septic tanks against Cx. pipiens.  相似文献

在室内测定了石蒜总生物碱对家蝇的生物活性,表明石蒜总生物碱对家蝇具有一定的触杀作用和生长发育抑制作用.石蒜总生物碱不同浓度(15、12、9、6、3 mg/mL)、不同作用时间(24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h)以及它们的交互作用分别对家蝇幼虫和成虫的触杀作用有显著影响.当石蒜总生物碱的浓度为15 mg/mL时,家蝇幼虫(3龄早期)和成虫(羽化3d)平均校正死亡率最高,分别为40.96%和38.25%,随着浓度的降低,触杀作用逐渐降低,随着作用时间的延长,触杀作用逐渐增强,72 h的平均校正死亡率分别达39.35%和37.55%,但总生物碱对家蝇幼虫和成虫的触杀作用间无显著差异.处理24、36、48、60、72 h后,石蒜总生物碱对家蝇幼虫的LC50值分别为57.42、36.48、21.92、13.13和10.95 mg/mL,对成虫的LC50值分别为86.66、37.86、23.91、14.15和11.51 mg/mL.老熟幼虫的平均重量除了在3 mg/mL时与对照差异不显著,其他各浓度下都显著低于对照,而在各浓度下的化蛹率、蛹的平均重量和羽化率均显著低于对照.  相似文献
