城市绿化植物叶片表面特征对滞尘能力的影响   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15

以西安市21种常见绿化植物为对象,采用人工降尘方法测定植物叶片的最大滞尘量,研究植物叶片表面绒毛、润湿性、表面自由能及其分量对滞尘能力的影响.结果表明: 21种供试植物叶片的最大滞尘量在0.8~38.6 g·m-2,不同树种最大滞尘量差异显著,物种间相差40倍以上.叶片表面绒毛数量及其形态、分布特征对滞尘能力具有重要影响,可能与绒毛和颗粒物间的作用方式有关.除叶片表面着生绒毛的悬铃木、国槐、榆叶梅和毛梾4个物种外,其他植物叶片接触角与最大滞尘量均呈显著负相关.接触角较小、易润湿的植物叶片最大滞尘量在2.0~8.0 g·m-2,而接触角较大的银杏、三叶草、紫叶小檗和鸡爪槭的最大滞尘量均<2.0 g·m-2.叶片表面自由能主要表现分子间色散力的作用,而极性分量对表面自由能的贡献低于20%,可能与叶片表面含有的非极性或弱极性物质有关.最大滞尘量与叶片表面自由能及其色散分量呈显著正相关,而与极性分量的相关关系不显著.  相似文献

We have developed the capability to rapidly simulate cardiac electrophysiological phenomena in a human heart discretised at a resolution comparable with the length of a cardiac myocyte. Previous scientific investigation has generally invoked simplified geometries or coarse-resolution hearts, with simulation duration limited to 10s of heartbeats. Using state-of-the-art high-performance computing techniques coupled with one of the most powerful computers available (the 20 PFlop/s IBM BlueGene/Q at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory), high-resolution simulation of the human heart can now be carried out over 1200 times faster compared with published results in the field. We demonstrate the utility of this capability by simulating, for the first time, the formation of transmural re-entrant waves in a 3D human heart. Such wave patterns are thought to underlie Torsades de Pointes, an arrhythmia that indicates a high risk of sudden cardiac death. Our new simulation capability has the potential to impact a multitude of applications in medicine, pharmaceuticals and implantable devices.  相似文献

A recurrent neural network modeling approach for software reliability prediction with respect to cumulative failure time is proposed. Our proposed network structure has the capability of learning and recognizing the inherent internal temporal property of cumulative failure time sequence. Further, by adding a penalty term of sum of network connection weights, Bayesian regularization is applied to our network training scheme to improve the generalization capability and lower the susceptibility of overfitting. The performance of our proposed approach has been tested using four real-time control and flight dynamic application data sets. Numerical results show that our proposed approach is robust across different software projects, and has a better performance with respect to both goodness-of-fit and next-step-predictability compared to existing neural network models for failure time prediction.  相似文献

Visualization methods are key to gaining insights into cellular structure and function. Since diffraction has long confined optical microscopes to a resolution no better than hundreds of nanometers, the observation of ultrastructural features has traditionally been the domain of electron microscopes (EM). In the past decade, however, advances in super-resolution fluorescence microscopy have considerably expanded the capability of light-based imaging techniques. Advantages of fluorescent labeling such as high sensitivity, specificity, and multichannel capability, can now be exploited to dissect ultrastructural features of cells. With recent methods capable of imaging specific proteins with a resolution on the order of a few tens of nanometers in 3-dimensions, this has made it possible to elucidate the molecular organization of many complex cellular structures.  相似文献

现场调查及试验表明,调查区土壤对Hg,Cd,Cu等金属有较强的滞留能力。重金属的迁移能力较低,集中分布在土壤表层,水平扩散范围也较小。而易呈阴离子态As的迁移能力相对较强。 在一定条件下,土壤对重金属的蓄积量有一极限值,这一数值受灌溉水浓度、灌溉量、土壤理化性质所制约。试验表明,不同理化性质的土壤对重金属的滞留量不同。 调查区植物体内重金属含量与土壤中的含量、土壤pH值、有机质、阳离子代换量、物理性粘粒含量的多元回归分析结果表明,其间呈现显著的相关关系。根据其关系式可对本区土壤污染及对植物的危害进行预测。  相似文献

The central nervous system (CNS) has been traditionally considered as an organ that fails to regenerate in response to injury. Indeed, the lesioned CNS faces a number of obstacles during regeneration, including an overall non-permissive environment for axonal regeneration. However, research during the last few decades has identified axon sprouting as an anatomical correlate for the regenerative capability of the CNS to establish new connections. The immunoglobulin superfamily member L1CAM has been shown to promote the capability of neurons for regenerative axon sprouting and to improve behavioral outcomes after CNS injury. Here, we discuss the cell-autonomous role of L1CAM for axon sprouting in experimental rodent injury models and highlight the molecular interactions of L1CAM with ankyrins, ezrin-radixin-moesin proteins and the Sema3A/Neuropilin ligand-receptor complex in the context of axonal branching.  相似文献

中国是世界上冷杉属(Abies Mill.)植物种类最为丰富、分布地域最广的国家,也是研究冷杉属植物分布成因与规律的关键地区。本文通过中国数字植物标本馆、全球生物多样性信息数据库和相关文献三种途径收集我国冷杉属植物的地理分布数据,结合当前和未来气候情景,应用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)模拟冷杉属植物的潜在分布,并使用GIS的空间分析功能做生境适宜性分析,评估我国各地区对冷杉属植物的保护能力。结果显示:(1)四川西南部、云南北部、西藏自治区东南部是我国冷杉属植物分布的热点地区;(2)在未来气候变化情景下,我国冷杉属植物的适宜生境面积将明显减少;(3)适宜生境在未来有向北迁移的趋势;(4)就各地区保护能力而言,在当前气候情景下,云南省的保护能力最高,在未来,我国西部地区的保护能力呈上升趋势,中部和东部地区呈下降趋势。本研究可为冷杉属植物的保护工作提供一定的理论依据和参考价值。  相似文献

The capability to synthesize recA protein has been tested for Escherichia coli treated with mitomycin C. recA protein was assayed using an immunoradiometric assay (Paoletti, C., Salles, B., and Giacomoni, P. U. (1982) Biochimie 64, 239-246). Mitomycin C-treated wild type E. coli can express recA gene in a similar quantitative fashion, independently of the growth media used in this work; glucose did not inhibit induction of recA protein in cells growing in synthetic media. Wild type E. coli recovering from energy starvation displays a similar qualitative capability to induce the synthesis of recA protein independently of the stage of growth at which the cells are treated with the drug. At midexponential phase, the cells appear to have an enhanced capability to synthesize recA protein. The relationship between survival and capability to synthesize recA protein was explored for E. coli lex, rec, and/or uvr mutants, after treatment with mitomycin C. A good correlation was found, except for a recB mutant and for an ethidium-sensitive strain, both able to produce as much recA protein as the wild type but 100-fold more sensitive to the drug. A similarly satisfactory correlation was found when plotting the survival after UV irradiation versus the capability of synthetizing recA protein with the exception of an uvrA strain and of a lexA strain.  相似文献

The tumor-promoting phorbol ester TPA (12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate) cooperates with c-Src overexpression to transform rat fibroblasts. TPA transforms c-Src-overexpressing cells by depleting the delta isoform of protein kinase C (PKCdelta). Tamoxifen, which has both estrogen-mimetic and estrogen-antagonist properties, has been widely used to improve the prognosis of breast cancer patients. However, with extended use, there is an increased risk for endometrial and other cancers that can be observed within 10 years of treatment. We report here that tamoxifen, similar to TPA, cooperates with c-Src overexpression to transform 3Y1 rat fibroblasts. Tamoxifen induced both DNA synthesis and anchorage-independent cell proliferation in c-Src-overexpressing, but not in parental, 3Y1 rat fibroblasts. Tamoxifen also induced an association between c-Src and PKCdelta that resulted in the tyrosine phosphorylation and down-regulation of PKCdelta. These phenotypes were not induced by estrogen, indicating that the effect of tamoxifen was in addition to any estrogen-mimetic effects. Thus, in addition to the hyperplasia-inducing capability of an estrogen-mimetic, tamoxifen has an additional tumor-promoting capability similar to that of TPA. The dual tumor-promoting capability of both estrogen- and TPA-mimetic properties for tamoxifen may contribute to the increased incidence of endometrial cancers observed in the relatively short exposure period of <10 years.  相似文献

采用微生物转化法考察11株放线菌及11株小型丝状真菌对昂丹司琼的转化能力,通过高效液相色谱-多级质谱(HPLC-MSn)检测转化产物。7株真菌可将昂丹司琼转化为7-羟基昂丹司琼和N-去甲基昂丹司琼,与文献中报道的人体内主要代谢产物相同,其中短刺小克银汉霉AS 3.153转化能力最强,在优化的转化系统中7-羟基昂丹司琼和N-去甲基昂丹司琼的产率分别达到57.80%和15.60%。此外,3株真菌和7株放线菌将昂丹司琼转化为1-羟基昂丹司琼,其中卷枝毛霉AS 3.3421转化能力最强,在优化的转化系统中,1-羟基异构体的总产率达43.10%。表明筛选出的2模型菌株对形成昂丹司琼的类哺乳动物代谢产物具有互补能力,在确定药物代谢产物种类及制备相应的对照品中具有应用价值,可作为药物代谢体外研究的有效辅助工具。  相似文献

We report a real-time differential phase measurement technique which can be implemented in optical surface plasmon resonance biosensors. The important feature of our design is that sensitivity has been greatly improved by measuring the differential phase change between the s and p-polarizations. Real-time measurement capability is achieved by using a phase extracting routine which continuously monitors the waveforms captured by two photo-detectors. Measurement capability of our setup is demonstrated through real-time monitoring of bovine serum albumin (BSA)/anti-BSA binding reaction. A new planar bio-magnetic bead separator on a glass chip has been designed, fabricated and tested. The separator is composed of micromachined semi-encapsulated spiral electromagnets and fluid channels, which have been separately fabricated and then bonded. The device was tested with super-paramagnetic beads of mean diameter 1 microm which were suspended in a buffered solution. When a DC current of 300 mA was applied to the inductor, the bio-magnetic beads were successfully separated on the electromagnets, showing a functional capability as a magnetic bead separator. To evaluate separation rate and capability, the inductance measurement method has been introduced and the inductance variation according to the separation rate has been characterized. Using this separator, cells or cell fragments and magnetic beads bonded with protein or enzyme suspended in bio-buffer solutions can be successfully separated from their suspensions, envisaging a filterless bio-separator.  相似文献

Recently, it has been shown that supplementation of sows with L-carnitine increases their plasma concentrations of insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I, and it has been hypothesized that this may stimulate fetal myogenesis. This study was performed to investigate whether piglets of sows supplemented with L-carnitine differ in muscle fibre characteristics, chemical body composition and postnatal growth capability from pigs of control sows. Muscle fibre characteristics and chemical body composition were determined at weaning in 21 piglets of control sows and 21 piglets of sows treated with L-carnitine with similar body weights; postnatal growth capability was determined from weaning until slaughter at a body weight of 118 kg in 80 pigs of control sows and 80 pigs of sows treated with L-camitine which had also similar body weights at weaning. Piglets of sows supplemented with L-carnitine did not differ in number, area, diameter and type (percentages of slow twitch oxidative + fast twitch oxidative fibres, and fast twitch glycolytic fibres) of muscle fibres in m. longissimus dorsi and m. semitendinosus and in chermical body composition (concentrations of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat) from piglets of control sows. Postnatal growth capability (body weight gains, feed conversion ratio) from weaning to slaughter as well as carcass composition (carcass yield, meat thickness, fat thickness) was also not different between pigs of sows treated with L-carnitine and pigs of control sows. In conclusion, data of this study do not support the hypothesis that L-carnitine supplementation of sows during pregnancy enhances fetal muscle fibre development and increases postnatal growth capability of the offspring.  相似文献

以黄土高原4个乡土树种的幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方式模拟土壤干旱环境,研究土壤干旱对不同树种水分代谢与渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,大叶细裂槭、虎榛子叶水势、叶片含水量下降迅速,叶片离体保水能力降幅明显;白刺花、辽东栎则表现为叶水势、叶片含水量缓慢下降,组织相对含水量在中度胁迫下略有上升。白刺花在不同水分处理条件下离体叶片保水力明显高于其它树种。1个树种可溶性糖含量随土壤干旱程度加剧明显增加,可溶性蛋白质含量在树种之间变化较为复杂,无明显规律性。K^ 离子含量和游离脯氨酸含量在中度水分胁迫下均有不同程度升高。白刺花在土壤干旱进程中,可溶性蛋白质含量、K^ 离子含量和游离脯氨酸含量均明显高于其它树种。综合水分代谢和渗透调节物质来看,水分胁迫条件下,白刺花以保持高水势、减少组织水分散失和增加渗透调节物质来提高细胞原生质浓度,增强其抗旱性。  相似文献

The ecological advantage of diel vertical migration on the nutrition and accumulation of Chattonella antiqua, which is one of the dominant red-tide forming phytoplankton species in the Seto Inland Sea of Japan, was examined using a large axenic culture tank, in which vertical stratification of salinity, temperature and nutrients was maintained, analogous to natural conditions observed when red tides occur. C. antiqua was capable of migrating through very sharp salinity and temperature gradients. At night the species migrated to the deep nutrient-rich water and assimilated nutrients. During the daytime it migrated to the nutrient-depleted surface water and used the accumulated nutrients for photosynthesis. Nitrogen uptake was synchronized with phosphate uptake. 31P-NMR spectroscopy during the migration experiment revealed that C. antiqua has the capability of nocturnal phosphate uptake in the deep nutrient-rich water, but no capability of synthesizing polyphosphate, which was considered to be the intracellular phosphate pool. These findings were compared with those reported for another raphidophycean, Heterosigma akashiwo. Although both species carry out vertical migration and nocturnal nutrient uptake, only H. akashiwo has the capability of making an intracellular polyphosphate pool.
