Steroid-induced difference spectra have been used to examine the combination of cholesterol with adrenal mitochondrial cytochrome P-450 which participates in cholesterol side chain cleavage (P-450scc) and the depletion of cholesterol from the cytochrome which results from turnover of the enzyme system. Type I difference spectra-induced by cholest-5-ene-3beta, 25-diol (25-hydroxycholesterol) and cholest-5-ene-3beta, 20 alpha, 22R-triol (20alpha, 22R dihydroxycholesterol) have been used to quantitate binding of cholesterol to two sites (I and II) on cytochrome P-450scc. The action of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in vivo and the action of calcium or phosphate ions on isolated mitochondria stimulate the combination of cholesterol with site I but not site II. Cholesterol derived from lecithin-cholesterol micelles, however, binds to both sites. Malate-induced cholesterol depletion occurred at a comparable rate to the transfer of cholesterol from lecithin-cholesterol micelles. However, a residual proportion of cholesterol-cytochrome P-450scc complexes remained, even after 10 min of exposure to malate, and was of similar magnitude in mitochondria from both cycloheximide-treated and stressed rats. It is suggested that this reflects a less reactive form of cholesterol-cytochrome complex. Steroid-induced difference spectra indicate that sites I and II on cytochrome P-450scc are similarly depleted after metabolism of mitochondrial cholesterol in vitro and after inhibition of the action of ACTH in vivo. Anaerobiosis of adrenal cells after excision of the accumulation of cholesterol at cytochrome P-450cc. When anaerobiosis was prevented, cytochrome P-450scc in the freshly isolated mitochondria was apparently essentially free of complexed cholesterol, irrespective of the extent of ACTH action. For 30 min after suspension of the mitochondria in 0.25 M sucrose at 4 degrees, cholesterol combines with cytochrome P-450scc. The extent of this process was not affected by the presence of cycloheximide during ether stress treatment of the rats. It is concluded that there are at least two pools of mitochondrial cholesterol with access to cytochrome P-450scc but that ACTH stimulates only the pool which most readily interacts with the cytochrome.  相似文献

Rat adrenocortical cells and preparations of plasma membrane and mitochondria have been employed to assess the effects of phospholipids and of sterol carrier protein2 (SCP2) on specific aspects of adrenal steroidogenesis. With intact cells, liposomal dispersions of cardiolipin caused significant stimulation of corticosterone output, while preparations of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, or the 4'-phosphate and the 4',5'-diphosphate derivatives of phosphatidylinositol were without effect. With the adrenal plasma membrane preparation, none of the added phospholipids affected either sodium fluoride or ACTH-responsive adenylate cyclase activity. With intact mitochondria, only cardiolipin, among the various phospholipids, tested, caused a concentration-dependent stimulation of pregnenolone production. However, even at the highest concentration of cardiolipin tested (500 microM), the stimulatory effect was only half that observed with 0.7 microM SCP2, and the two effectors were not synergistic. SCP2 caused a redistribution of cholesterol from mitochondrial outer to inner membranes, while cardiolipin, which is an activator of cytochrome P-450scc, had no effect on distribution of mitochondrial membrane cholesterol.  相似文献

Addition of homogeneous rat liver sterol carrier protein2 (SCP2) or an adrenal cytosolic fraction enhanced pregnenolone production by adrenal mitochondria. Pretreatment of SCP2 or adrenal cytosol with anti-SCP2 IgG abolished the stimulatory effect of both preparations on mitochondrial pregnenolone output. Incubation of mitochondria with aminoglutethimide, which blocks interaction of cholesterol with inner membrane cytochrome P-450scc, resulted in decreased pregnenolone production and a decreased level of mitoplast cholesterol. Addition of SCP2 to the incubation media caused an almost 2-fold increase in cholesterol associated with the mitoplast, but did not enhance mitochondrial pregnenolone production. Studies with reconstituted cytochrome P-450scc in phospholipid vesicles also suggested that SCP2 did not affect interaction of cholesterol with the hemoprotein. Treatment of rats with cycloheximide alone or with adrenocorticotropic hormone resulted in a dramatic increase in mitochondrial cholesterol. However, these mitochondria did not exhibit increased levels of pregnenolone output under control incubation conditions. When SCP2 was included in the mitochondrial incubation media, pregnenolone production was significantly increased over that observed with adrenal mitochondria from untreated or adrenocorticotropic hormone-treated rats. The results imply that SCP2 enhances mitochondrial pregnenolone production by improving transfer of mitochondrial cholesterol to cytochrome P-450scc on the inner membrane, but does not directly influence the interaction of substrate with the hemoprotein.  相似文献

Cytochrome P-450scc, which catalyses the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone in steroidogenic tissues, can be incorporated into artificial phospholipid vesicles and cholesterol binding to the cytochrome is affected by the composition of the vesicles. We have purified the phospholipids from the inner mitochondrial membrane fraction of the bovine corpus luteum where the cytochrome is located. The composition in mol % was 49% phosphatidylcholine, 34% phosphatidylethanolamine, 8.7% cardiolipin, 6.4% lysophosphatidylethanolamine and 1.5% phosphatidylinositol. The ratio of cholesterol to phospholipid (mol/mol) in the inner membrane fraction was 0.14 to 1. The Km for cholesterol of purified luteal cytochrome P-450scc incorporated into vesicles prepared from the total inner mitochondrial membrane phospholipids was 0.063 mol of cholesterol per mol of phospholipid. Removal of the cardiolipin component of the inner mitochondrial membrane phospholipids prior to preparation of vesicles caused a four fold increase in the Kd of cytochrome P-450 for cholesterol and a two fold increase in Km. The data suggests that in the inner mitochondrial membrane of the bovine corpus luteum the cholesterol concentration is less than saturating for cytochrome P-450scc.  相似文献

The steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) mediates the acute stimulation of steroid synthesis by tropic hormones in steroidogenic cells. StAR interacts with the outer mitochondrial membrane and facilitates the rate-limiting transfer of cholesterol to the inner mitochondrial membrane where cytochrome P-450scc converts this cholesterol into pregnenolone. We tested the ability of N-62 StAR to transfer cholesterol from donor vesicles containing cholesterol but no cytochrome P-450scc to acceptor vesicles containing P-450scc but no cholesterol, using P-450scc activity as a reporter of the cholesterol content of synthetic phospholipid vesicles. N-62 StAR stimulated P-450scc activity in acceptor vesicles 5-10-fold following the addition of donor vesicles. Transfer of cholesterol to acceptor vesicles was rapid and sufficient to maintain a linear rate of pregnenolone synthesis for 10 min. The effect of N-62 StAR in stimulating P-450scc activity was specific for cholesterol transfer and was not due to vesicle fusion or P-450scc exchange between vesicles. Maximum stimulation of P-450scc activity in acceptor vesicles required preincubation of N-62 StAR with phospholipid vesicles prior to adding donor vesicles. The amount of N-62 StAR causing half-maximum stimulation of P-450scc activity in acceptor vesicles was 1.9 microm. Half-maximum stimulation required more than a 10-fold higher concentration of R182L N-62 StAR, a mutant associated with congenital lipoid adrenal hyperplasia. N-62 StAR-mediated transfer of cholesterol between vesicles showed low dependence on the cholesterol concentration in the donor vesicles. Thus StAR can transfer cholesterol between synthetic membranes without other protein components found in mitochondria.  相似文献

Addition of bovine adrenal cytochrome P-450scc to small unilamellar dioleoylphosphatidylcholine vesicles (DOPC-SUV) produces a complex sequence of interactions, indicating exceptional cytochrome mobility. First, cholesterol transfer from cytochrome to vesicles indicated rapid dissociation of P-450scc oligomers and integration of monomers into the membrane (delta A 390-420 nm; t1/2 = 2 s). After 10-15 s, P-450scc-induced aggregation of the vesicles starts, as indicated by increased turbidity (delta A 448 or 520 nm; complete in 6-8 min). Fluorescence quenching experiments indicate that this aggregation does not lead to measurable vesicle fusion during this period. Aggregation is prevented by mild heat denaturation of P-450scc, by addition of anti-P-450scc IgG, and also by 1:1 complex formation with the electron donor adrenodoxin (ADX). P-450scc, therefore, links two vesicles through two separate domains involved in, respectively, membrane integration (lipophilic) and ADX binding (charged). Although completely bound by DOPC-SUV, as evidenced by Sephadex elution, P-450scc has access within 1 min to cholesterol in secondary SUV. This is indicated by spectral changes (cholesterol complex formation) and by metabolism of secondary vesicle cholesterol. Since cholesterol equilibrates slowly between vesicles (t1/2 = 1-2 h), these changes arise from P-450scc transfer. This transfer was maximally slowed after a 5-min preincubation with primary vesicles, reflecting more extensive integration into the membrane than is necessary for the rapid initial cholesterol transfer to P-450scc. P-450scc transfer probably results from simultaneous interaction of P-450scc with two vesicles that may also initiate aggregation. Weaker integration into primary dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine vesicles facilitates exchange but prevents aggregation. Integration and aggregation are both enhanced by incorporation of 10% phosphatidylinositol into SUV, while exchange is slowed. This mobility of P-450scc is most probably a consequence of the absence of amino-terminal anchoring. P-450scc-induced association of inner mitochondrial membrane segments may contribute to the exceptionally vesiculated structure of adrenal and ovarian mitochondria that parallels increased P-450scc content.  相似文献

An inner mitochondrial membrane fraction was prepared from porcine corpus luteum. The concentrations of the respiratory cytochromes, cytochrome P-450scc, cholesterol, ubiquinone, cardiolipin and the total phospholipids were measured. The fatty acid compositions of cardiolipin and the total phospholipid fraction were determined. Comparative data from porcine heart and liver were obtained using the same methods. Differences in both the concentration and the fatty acid composition of the phospholipids were observed between the tissues. It appeared that the phospholipid bilayer was expanded relative to haem a in luteal mitochondria. It is proposed that in the ovary this expansion may be necessary to accommodate cytochrome P-450scc and its substrate, cholesterol.  相似文献

The slow step in steroid synthesis involves the transport of cholesterol from lipid droplets in the cytoplasm to the first enzyme in the pathway—the cytochrome P450 that converts cholesterol to pregnenolone (P450scc) which is located in the inner mitochondrial membrane. ACTH stimulates this intracellular transport of cholesterol in adrenal cells (Y-1 mouse adrenal tumour cells and cultured bovine fasciculata cells) and this effect of the trophic hormone is inhibited by cytochalasins, by anti-actin antibodies and DNase I suggesting that the response to ACTH requires a pool of monomeric (G-) actin that can be polymerized to F-actin. Recent studies have shown that lipid droplets and mitochondria of adrenal cells are both attached to intermediate filaments. Moreover ACTH reorganizes the cytoskeleton and changes the shape of the cell. These observations suggest a mechanism for transport of cholesterol that involves reorganization and contraction of actin microfilaments which may, in turn, cause movement of droplets and mitochondria together through their common attachment to intermediate filaments.  相似文献

Addition of endozepine in nanomolar concentrations to a system for side-chain cleavage reconstituted from highly purified P-450scc and electron carriers (adrenodoxin reductase and adrenodoxin) stimulates the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone (side-chain cleavage). This response is concentration and time-dependent and specific to the extent that a second steroidogenic P-450 located in the inner mitochondrial membrane (ie 11 beta-hydroxylase) was not stimulated by endozepine. Homogeneous endozepine prepared from bovine brain, the corresponding genetically engineered peptide and des(glu-ilu)-endozepine isolated from bovine adrenal cortex are all approximately equipotent in this system. Moreover, endozepine accelerates the rate of reduction of P-450scc by NADPH and the electron carriers. The results suggest that endozepine acts directly on P-450 and hence the rate of side-chain cleavage.  相似文献

Highly purified beef adrenal cytochrome P-450 specific for cholesterol side chain cleavage (P-450-scc) has been reconstituted with sonicated vesicles containing cholesterol and either dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine (DMPC) or dioleoyl phosphatidylcholine (DOPC). When cholesterol was present in DMPC vesicles at 1:15 molar ratio, cardiolipin and L-alpha-phosphatidylinositol 4-monophosphate (DPI) increased side chain cleavage by at least 5-fold (0.7 min-1-3.5 min-1). In DOPC vesicles, a smaller increase was observed (2.8 min-1-5.0 min-1). Activator phospholipids increased the rate of transference of cholesterol both to and from the cytochrome when, respectively, cholesterol-free P-450scc and cholesterol-P-450scc complex are combined with either DMPC or DOPC vesicles. Transfer of cholesterol to and from cytochrome P-450 occurred with similar first order rate constants and was also independent of the concentrations of cholesterol vesicles and P-450. It is suggested that transfer in both directions is limited by the rate of insertion of P-450scc into the membrane. Phospholipid stimulatory effects for both cholesterol transfer and for activation of side chain cleavage occurred with the same ranking, even though cholesterol transfer, following reconstitution, was 5-10 times slower than the turnover of side chain cleavage. DPI increased Vmax for side chain cleavage in both DMPC and DOPC vesicles to the same rate (12 min-1) without effect on the Km for cholesterol, while cardiolipin both produced a similar increase in Vmax and decreased Km (cholesterol). This activation by DPI is attributed to more favorable incorporation of P-450scc in these membranes and is consistent with previously reported effects of acidic phospholipids on other mitochondrial proteins.  相似文献

Steroidogenesis begins with the metabolism of cholesterol to pregnenolone by the inner mitochondrial membrane cytochrome P450 side-chain cleavage (P450scc) enzyme. The rate of steroid formation, however, depends on the rate of (i) cholesterol transport from intracellular stores to the inner mitochondrial membrane and (ii) loading of P450scc with cholesterol. We demonstrated that a key element in the regulation of cholesterol transport is the mitochondrial peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptor (PBR) and that the presence of the polypeptide diazepam binding inhibitor (DBI) was vital for steroidogenesis. We also showed that DBI, as the endogenous PBR ligand, stimulates cholesterol transport. In addition, DBI directly promotes loading of cholesterol to P450scc. We review herein our studies on the structure, function, topography and hormonal regulation of PBR and DBI in steroidogenic cells. Based on these data we propose a model where the interaction of DBI with PBR, at the outer/inner membrane contact sites, is the signal transducer of hormone-stimulated and constitutive steroidogenesis at the mitochondrial level. Hormone-induced changes in PBR microenvironment/structure regulate the affinity of the receptor. PBR ligand binding to a higher affinity receptor results in increased cholesterol transport. In addition, hormone-induced release (processing?) of a 30,000 MW DBI-immunoreactive protein from the inner mitochondrial membrane may result to the intramitochondrial production of DBI which directly stimulates loading of P450scc with cholesterol. Thus, in vivo, hormonal activation of these two mechanisms results in efficient cholesterol delivery and utilization and thus high levels of steroid synthesis.  相似文献

Previous investigations have demonstrated that cells isolated from the outer zone (zona fasciculata + zona glomerulosa) of the guinea-pig adrenal cortex produce far more cortisol than those from the inner zone (zona reticularis). Studies were carried out to compare mitochondrial steroid metabolism in the two zones. Protein and cytochrome P-450 concentrations were similar in outer and inner zone mitochondria. However, the rate of 11 beta-hydroxylation was significantly greater in the outer zone despite the fact that substrates for 11 beta-hydroxylation (11-deoxycortisol, 11-deoxycorticosterone) produced larger type I spectral changes in inner zone mitochondria. The apparent affinities of 11-deoxycortisol and 11-deoxycorticosterone for mitochondrial cytochrome(s) P-450 were similar in the two zones. In both inner and outer zone mitochondria, 11 beta-hydroxylation was inhibited by metyrapone but unaffected by aminoglutethimide. Cholesterol sidechain cleavage activity, measured as the rate of conversion of endogenous cholesterol to pregnenolone, was far greater in outer than inner zone mitochondria. Addition of exogenous cholesterol or 25-hydroxycholesterol to the mitochondrial preparations did not affect pregnenolone production in either zone. Addition of pregnenolone to outer zone mitochondria produced a reverse type I spectral change (delta A 420-390 nm), suggesting displacement of endogenous cholesterol from cytochrome P-450. In inner zone mitochondria, pregnenolone induced a difference spectrum (delta A 425-410 nm) similar to the reduced vs oxidized cytochrome b5 spectrum. A b5-like cytochrome was found to be present in the mitochondrial preparations. Prior reduction of the cytochrome with NADH eliminated the pregnenolone-induced spectral change in inner zone mitochondria but had no effect in outer zone preparations. The results suggest that differences in mitochondrial steroid metabolism between the inner and outer adrenocortical zones account in part for the differences in cortisol production by cells in each zone.  相似文献

Rat adrenal mitochondria have an active rotenone-insensitive outer mitochondrial membrane NADH-semidehydroascorbate (NADH-SDA) reductase which supports cholesterol side chain cleavage at a rate equal to that supported by malate. Side chain cleavage activity supported by both of these electron donor systems is equally inhibited by cycloheximide. Catalase or butylated hydroxyanisole are required for the NADH-SDA reductase-supported cholesterol side chain cleavage. This requirement can be removed by briefly subjecting the mitochondrial preparations to -20 degrees C. Ascorbic acid alone or with malate is either inhibitory or has no effect on side chain cleavage activity. These observations demonstrate that outer mitochondrial membrane NADH-SDA reductase in rat adrenal functions to provide cytoplasmic reducing equivalents to intramitochondrial cytochrome P-450scc and provides a new explanation for the function of ascorbic acid in corticosteroidogenesis.  相似文献

The topology of the steroid hydroxylase complexes in bovine adrenocortical mitochondria were studied by using controlled digestion with trypsin of purified inner mitochondrial membranes. Inhibition of steroid hydroxylase activity by trypsin was only observed in inner mitochondrial membranes which had been disrupted by various techniques. The steroid hydroxylase activity of intact inner membranes was not inhibited by trypsin. The effect of tryptic digestion was monitored by measuring 11 beta-hydroxylase and cholesterol side chain cleavage activities, as well as cytochrome P-450 reduction. The effect of trypsin on the steroid-induced difference spectra using pregnenolone, 20 alpha-hydroxycholesterol, and deoxycorticosterone was also measured. The results were similar regardless of which procedure was utilized and strongly suggest that both cytochrome P-45011 beta and cytochrome P-450scc are located on the matrix side of the mitochondrial inner membrane.  相似文献

We have studied the effects of ACTH treatment on steroid hydroxylase activities in the inner (zona reticularis) and outer (zona fasciculata plus zona glomerulosa) zones of the guinea pig adrenal cortex. Animals received 5 or 10 U of ACTH daily for 6 days and enzyme activities were then assessed in isolated microsomal or mitochondrial preparations. In control animals, microsomal cytochrome P-450 concentrations were greater in the inner than outer zone, but mitochondrial P-450 levels were similar in the two zones. Microsomal 17 alpha-hydroxylase and mitochondrial 11 beta-hydroxylase activities were greater in the outer than inner zone, but microsomal 21-hydroxylase activity was greater in the inner zone. ACTH treatment decreased cytochrome P-450 concentrations in inner but not outer zone microsomes; mitochondrial P-450 levels were unaffected in both zones. ACTH caused a dose-dependent increase in inner zone 17 alpha-hydroxylase activity and decrease in 21-hydroxylase activity without affecting the activity of either enzyme in outer zone microsomes. ACTH also decreased 11 beta-hydroxylase activity in outer but not inner zone mitochondrial preparations. The net effect of ACTH treatment was to diminish the differences in steroid metabolism between the two zones. The results indicate that the effects of ACTH on steroid hydroxylase activities are both zone- and enzyme-dependent, suggesting the existence of multiple and independent regulatory mechanisms.  相似文献

We previously reported (Lambeth, J. D., Xu, X. X., and Glover, M. (1987) J. Biol. Chem. 262, 9181-9188) that exogenously added cholesterol sulfate inhibits the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone in isolated adrenal mitochondria, and does so by affecting intramitochondrial cholesterol movement but not its subsequent metabolism to pregnenolone by cytochrome P-450scc. We now report that a major kinetic component of the inhibition is noncompetitive with respect to cholesterol, consistent with an allosteric effect at a site other than the substrate binding site of cytochrome P-450scc. We now also report that cholesterol sulfate is present as an endogenous compound in preparations of adrenal mitochondria. Its content varied from 0.05 to 0.8 nmol/mg protein. Cholesterol sulfate level correlated inversely with the mitochondrial cholesterol side-chain cleavage activity. Endogenous cholesterol sulfate thus appeared to account for the variable rates of pregnenolone synthesis which were seen in different mitochondrial preparations. Cholesterol sulfate was metabolized to pregnenolone sulfate by a mitochondrial side-chain cleavage system, but proved to be a relatively poor substrate for an extramitochondrial steroid sulfatase activity present in adrenal cortex. Confirming a role as a naturally occurring inhibitor, removal of endogenous mitochondrial cholesterol sulfate by metabolism to pregnenolone sulfate correlated with a 3-fold activation of cholesterol side-chain cleavage. We suggest that cholesterol sulfate functions in steroidogenic tissues to regulate the magnitude of the steroidogenic response.  相似文献

Adrenal mitochondrial cytochrome P-450 which functions in cholesterol side chain cleavage (P-450scc) exhibited type I (lambdamax 385, lambdamin 420 nm) and inverse type I (lambdamin 385, lambdamax 420 nm) difference spectra with several steroids. The magnitude and type of response were dependent on the particular steroid and on the extent to which cholesterol was bound to the cytochrome in the intact mitochondrion. the inverse type I difference spectrum induced by 3beta-hydroxy-pregn-5-ene-20-one (pregnenolone) was dependent on the proportion of high spin cholesterol-cytochrome P-450scc complexes. With rat adrenal mitochondria cholest-5-ene-3beta, 20alpha-diol (20alpha-hydroxycholesterol) invariably induced a smaller inverse type I response and, under conditions where cytochrome P-450scc was nearly free of cholesterol, even produced a small type I response. Two distinct steroid binding sites on cytochrome P-450scc were detected by, respectively, the slow type I response to cholest-5-ene-3beta, 25-diol (25-hydroxycholesterol) and the rapid type I response to a subsequent addition of cholest-5-ene-3beta, 20alpha, 22 R-triol (20alpha, 22R-dihydroxycholesterol). The relative proportions of the spectral responses to these steroids were dependent on the previous extent of adrenal activation by adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), because this stimulatory process altered the combination of mitochondrial cholesterol with cytochrome P-450scc. It is proposed that the two steroid binding sites on cytochrome P-450scc interact with steroids in the following way: site I binds cholesterol, 25-hydroxycholesterol, and 20alpha, 22R-dihydroxycholesterol with formation of a partially high spin cytochrome; site II binds both pregnenolone and 20alpha-OH cholesterol resulting in a low spin cytochrome. Interactions between sites I and II are not competitive, and occupancy of site II ensures a low spin state irrespective of the occupancy of site I. A second mode of interaction by 20alpha, 22R-dihydroxycholesterol stabilizes a high spin cytochrome and is competitive with site II binding by 20alpha-hydroxycholesterol or pregnenolone. Formation of a maximally high spin cytochrome follows occupancy by 20alpha, 22R-dihydroxycholesterol at both sites.  相似文献

Bovine adrenal P-45011 beta catalyzes the 11 beta- and 18-hydroxylation of corticosteroids as well as aldosterone synthesis. These activities of P-45011 beta were found to be modulated by another mitochondrial cytochrome P-450 species, P-450scc. The presence together of P-45011 beta and P-450scc in liposomal membranes was found to remarkably stimulate the 11 beta-hydroxylase activity of P-45011 beta and also stimulate the cholesterol desmolase activity of P-450scc. The stimulative effect of P-450scc on 11 beta-hydroxylase activity diminished by the addition of protein-free liposomes to proteoliposomes containing P-45011 beta and P-450scc, thus showing P-450scc to interact with P-45011 beta in the same membranes. Kinetic analysis of this effect indicated the formation of an equimolar complex between P-45011 beta and P-450scc on liposomal membranes. P-45011 beta in the complex had not only stimulated activity for 11 beta- and 18-hydroxylation of 11-deoxycorticosterone but also suppressed activity for production of 18-hydroxycorticosterone and aldosterone. When the inner mitochondrial membranes of zona fasciculata-reticularis from bovine adrenal were treated with anti-P-450scc IgG, aldosterone formation was stimulated to a greater extent than that of zona glomerulosa. This indicates the aldosterone synthesizing activity of P-45011 beta in the zona fasciculata-reticularis to be suppressed by interaction with P-450scc. The zone-specific aldosterone synthesis of P-45011 beta in bovine adrenal may possibly be induced by differences in interactions with P-450scc of mitochondrial membranes in each zone.  相似文献
