香溪河大型底栖无脊椎动物空间分布   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
2005年7月至2006年6月,通过对大型底栖无脊椎动物的量化检测,对三峡水库湖北库区最大河流香溪河的大型底栖无脊椎动物空间分布进行了研究.结果表明:四节蜉、高翔蜉、短尾石蝇为香溪河水系大型底栖动物优势类群;香溪河各支流间生境特征及大型底栖无脊椎动物群落结构差异较大;功能摄食类群密度相对丰度的变化能够反映不同的栖境特征.对生物多样性指数及优势类群耐污值的比较表明,大型底栖动物栖境为九冲河最好,香溪河干流次之,高岚河和古夫河较差.典型对应分析表明:铵态氮对香溪河大型底栖动物群落结构影响显著;pH值、浊度、水深、二氧化硅、电导和碱度对九冲河大型底栖动物群落结构影响显著;浊度对高岚河大型底栖动物群落结构影响显著;铵态氮和硝酸盐氮对古夫河大型底栖动物群落结构影响显著.  相似文献

为研究底栖动物功能摄食类群对酸性矿山废水的响应机理及高岚河硫铁矿对香溪河生态环境的影响状况,2006年9月、11月及2007年1月、3月、5月、7月对高岚河3个河段12个样点(受损河段G1—G3、恢复河段G4—G8、对照河段D1—D4)底栖动物进行了调研,同时测定了各样点水体金属含量(Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Pb、Zn、Fe、Al、Ca和Mg)、pH值、电导、水温、总溶解性固体、盐度、溶氧、流速、水深、水面宽度等理化指标。对3个河段底栖动物群落功能摄食类群群落结构及理化指标进行了对比分析,结果表明,受酸性矿山废水的影响,受损河段金属含量及电导、总固体悬浮物明显高于对照河段和恢复河段,受损河段pH值显著低于其他河段;而对照河段和恢复河段各项理化指标不存在明显差异。共采集底栖动物213种,隶属7纲,59科,四节蜉(Baetis sp.)、侧枝纹石蛾(Ceratopsyche sp.)、锯形蜉(Serratella sp.)和扁蜉(Heptagenia sp.)为研究区域优势类群;功能摄食类群相对丰度收集者最大,刮食者和滤食者次之,捕食者和撕食者最小,分别为48.8%、20.6%、17.0%、9.0%、4.7%。受损河段底栖动物各功能摄食类群密度和生物多样性指数明显低于对照河段和恢复河段,且组成相对单一;刮食者对酸性矿山废水反应最为敏感。非度量多维标度排序和多响应置换过程分析表明,受损河段底栖动物各功能摄食类群群落结构同对照河段和恢复河段存在较大差异,而对照河段和恢复河段群落结构相似性较高。典型对应分析发现,矿山酸性废水的排放是影响底栖动物功能摄食类群分布的主要因素。  相似文献

为了解大型底栖动物沿河流分布的物种丰富度变化及环境因子对其种群的影响,于2016年12月对高岚河的大型底栖动物进行了调查,并对理化指标进行了测定。研究结果发现,物种丰富度沿河流纵向梯度变化差异性不显著,生物多样性指数沿河流变化差异不显著,说明高岚河大型底栖动物群落结构稳定。高岚河上游的生态指示种为高翔蜉和四节蜉,中游的生态指示种为四节蜉和萝卜螺,下游的指示种为萝卜螺。模糊聚类分析发现高岚河大型底栖动物类群可划分为3个生境类群,且在梯度分布下群落生境较相似,大型底栖动物群落间关系接近,分布均匀。典范对应分析发现影响大型底栖动物群落结构沿梯度分布的主要因子是海拔、pH、浊度和深度。  相似文献

酸性矿山废水中低的pH和高浓度的重金属对水生态系统影响巨大.依据"参照(Control)-受损(Impaired)-恢复(Recovery)"的设计方法,对高岚河受酸性矿山废水影响的河段、不受影响的河段及恢复河段进行对比分析.结果表明底栖藻类密度、叶绿素a浓度、无灰干重及自养指数等受酸性矿山废水影响明显,且枯水期酸性矿山废水的影响更显著.相关分析表明自养指数与各金属显著正相关而与pH值显著负相关,可以很好地指示矿山酸性废水对底栖藻类的影响.  相似文献

为了解板桥水库大型底栖动物群落结构动态特征并对其水质进行生物学评价,在该水库设置15个采样点,于2014年1—11月按季节进行调查.结果表明: 在板桥水库采集到大型底栖动物17种,隶属于3门4纲5科,其中摇蚊幼虫8种、寡毛类4种、软体动物5种.铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、苏氏尾鳃蚓、粗腹摇蚊和雕翅摇蚊为现阶段板桥水库的重要物种.大型底栖动物密度、生物量和多样性指数存在空间和时间差异性.ANOSIM分析显示,大型底栖动物群落结构在不同区域和季节间均存在显著差异,其主要贡献物种为雕翅摇蚊、粗腹摇蚊和苏氏尾鳃蚓.经丰度 生物量比较曲线(ABC曲线)分析,板桥水库大型底栖动物群落稳定,结合物种多样性指数、生物学污染指数(BPI)和Hilsenhoff生物指数(BI)评价结果,板桥水库的水质处于轻度污染水平.  相似文献

为探究新疆巩乃斯河的生态状况,团队先后在2018年10月(枯水期)和2019年6月(丰水期)对大型底栖动物群落和环境因子进行了调查,分析大型底栖动物群落结构、功能摄食类群、生活类型组成及其与环境因子的关系。研究河段共采集到大型底栖动物40种,隶属3门4纲8目27科,主要以节肢动物门为主,其中直突摇蚊亚科(Orthocladiinaespp.)、长跗摇蚊族(Tanytansinisp.)、四节蜉属(Baeitssp.)、亚美蜉属(Ameletussp.)和Cheilotrichiasp.是优势类群。经过分析发现枯、丰水期巩乃斯河大型底栖动物群落结构差异显著, T检验结果显示:枯水期大型底栖动物群落的生物密度和物种丰富度显著低于丰水期(P<0.05),两个时期大型底栖动物的生物多样性指数和均匀度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。巩乃斯河大型底栖动物功能摄食类群完整,枯、丰水期均以收集者为主;在生活类型方面,枯水期时固着型动物最相对丰度最大为43.20%,丰水期时蔓生型动物相对丰度最大为57.53%。经过对大型底栖动物和环境因子之间进行典范对应分析发现,水温是影响巩乃斯河大型底栖动物...  相似文献

研究河流大型底栖动物群落结构特征及水环境质量对水生态的保护与修复具有重要意义。以青弋江流域为研究对象,于2020年9月进行了大型底栖动物及水体理化因子的调查,采用相对重要性指数、生物多样性指数及Jaccard相似性系数分析了大型底栖动物群落结构特征,运用丰度/生物量比较曲线法及冗余分析法探究了底栖动物群落受到的干扰程度及其主要影响环境因子,最后利用水生态环境质量综合指数对河流水质进行评价。研究结果表明:(1)共采集鉴定大型底栖动物61种,隶属于3门6纲17目,平均丰度为265.9个/m~2,平均生物量41.6 g/m~2。相对重要性指数分析显示,日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponensis)、中国圆田螺(Cipangopaludina chinensis)、羽摇蚊(Chironomus plumosus)及扁蜉(Ecdyrus)为群落中的主要优势种。(2)由群落相似性分析知,Jaccard相似性系数较低,调查点位之间存在较强的空间异质性。(3)冗余分析表明,电导率、氨氮浓度及流速是影响底栖动物群落结构的主要环境因子。(4)生物指数分析结果显示该流域水质为轻度污染或中度污...  相似文献

对徐州市京杭运河市区段和市区湖泊云龙湖进行了大型底栖动物群落结构及影响因子的比较研究。结果显示:城市河流和湖泊生态系统中, 大型底栖动物种类较少、群落结构相对简单, 其中城市河流大型底栖动物的组成主要为水栖寡毛类和软体动物, 城市湖泊大型底栖动物主要组成为水栖寡毛类和摇蚊幼虫。除Margalef 物种丰富度指数外, 河流与湖泊的其他群落指数相差不大。聚类分析将两类生态系统中的大型底栖动物群落明显分为两组。CCA 结果显示云龙湖大型底栖动物群落的主要影响因子是pH 和溶解氧, 京杭运河徐州市区段大型底栖动物群落的主要影响因子是总磷和化学需氧量。  相似文献

2013年5月对深圳大鹏半岛4条主要河流(葵涌河、王母河、鹏城河和东涌河)的大型底栖动物群落结构进行了调查,并利用香农-维纳多样性指数和生物指数(BI)对河流水质进行了生物学评价。在大鹏半岛主要河流的15个样点共采获大型底栖动物35种,隶属3门7纲21科,其中水生昆虫26种,约占底栖动物种类数的74%。但底栖动物的种类组成与分布极不均匀,EPT(蜉蝣目+襀翅目+毛翅目)等对水质变化较敏感的类群主要分布于葵涌河的源头及受人为干扰活动较少的东涌河,而耐污能力较强的摇蚊科幼虫、霍甫水丝蚓和颤蚓等则为葵涌河中、下游样点、王母河和鹏城河的优势物种。生物指数(BI)相较于香农-维纳多样性指数,更适用于水质评价。结果显示,除葵涌河源头、鹏城河和东涌河样点的水质处于清洁至轻污染外,其余大部分样点处于中污染至重污染状态。推测大鹏半岛的王母河及葵涌河中、下游河段的生活污水及工业废水已对底栖动物的群落结构与河流水质造成了一定的影响。  相似文献

目的:对广东湛江红树林保护区大型底栖动物群落结构及其与红树植物群落、环境因子的关系进行分析。方法:用大型多元统计软件PRIMER对采样调查的数据进行分析。结果:种群的相对重要性存在着地点和季节的差异。聚类和非参数多变量标序分析显示,大型底栖动物群落结构存在季节差异;相似性分析检验表明动物群落结构季节间差异极显著(P〈0.01),不同剖面的动物群落结构差异也极显著(p〈0.01);相关检验分析表明,群落结构季节间存在显著的正相关关系(P〈0.05)。相似性百分比分析表明由于某些大型底栖动物优势种的数量存在较大的季节波动,造成群落结构季节间的差异。相关检验分析表明两个红树剖面春季和夏季大型底栖动物的种类丰度和生物量均与对应的红树植物群落特征、环境因子测定值呈显著或极显著相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);生物一环境分析显示,两个红树剖面的大型底栖动物群落结构均与土壤机械组成、pH、盐分、有机质含量、湖位线和红树植物群落相关。结论:研究表明,季节、底质、潮位线和红树植物群落是影响大型底栖动物群落结构变化的主要因子。  相似文献

The effects of mine drainage on a benthic macroinvertebrate community and its recovery have been investigated for 25 years in the Ichi-kawa River in western Japan, focusing especially on change in community structure. Concentrations of arsenic, copper and zinc in the water were distinctly higher at sites just below the drainage than an upstream reference site before mine closure in 1973. Benthic communities there were severely damaged, as evidenced by reductions in the number of families and biomass. Chironomidae and a mayfly, Epeorus latifolium, predominated at the impacted sites, whereas stenopsychid caddisflies were dominant at the reference site. After mine closure, zinc concentrations significantly decreased downstream, although they remained higher than at the reference site. Following this, family richness and biomass of benthic communities clearly increased. In addition, the percentage of Trichoptera increased and, finally, Stenopsychidae became the dominant family in 1996 at all sites except just below the drainage. Therefore, the dominance of Stenopsychidae at the impacted sites is expected to be an indicator of complete recovery of the benthic community from the effect of mine drainage.  相似文献

The impacts of mining activities on aquatic biota have been documented in many stream ecosystems. In mining streams, point‐source heavy metal pollution often appears in the stream. We hypothesize that this pollution is toxic to macroinvertebrates owing to high concentrations of metals and therefore affects macroinvertebrate community structure. We investigated macroinvertebrate community structure in mountain streams, including heavy metal‐polluted sites and neutral‐pH streams, to determine the relationship between community structure and environmental factors such as low pH and heavy metal concentrations. Based on multidimensional scaling ordination, the macroinvertebrate community at heavy metal pollution sites was remarkably different from that at the other sites. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry revealed high concentrations of aluminum and iron in surface water at the polluted sites. Macroinvertebrate community structure at the metal pollution sites was significantly different from that at other sites in the same stream and in neutral‐pH streams. Recovery of aquatic macroinvertebrates from the effects of mine drainage was documented using a weight-of-evidence approach which included measures of physical, chemical, and biological data. Taxa richness; number of taxa in the orders Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera; and shredder taxa richness all increased downstream of the point source after water treatment was initiated. Cluster analysis of aquatic macroinvertebrate community data along with abundance of a metals sensitive mayfly (Rhithrogena hageni) also suggested recovery from metals effects. Response to decreased metal inputs was rapid and biological measurements of impacted sites attained levels comparable to upstream reference sites in two years. Our results suggest that aquatic communities impacted by metals, in the absence of degraded habitat and with nearby colonist pools, will recover quickly if low instream concentrations of toxicants are achieved.  相似文献

Water and sediment bacterial communities in a freshwater impoundment were studied over a 13-month period for stress-related responses to a point source of acid mine drainage (AMD). Comparisons of community structure were made on collections taken at the mouth of the acid stream, at a point 2 km downstream, and at the mouth of an uncontaminated stream. Monthly measurements of pH and specific conductance indicated the expected decrease in the AMD pollution with increasing distance from the source. Acridine orange direct counts did not differ significantly among the sites; however significantly fewer viable heterotrophs were observed by plate counts at the acid impacted station relative to the uncontaminated site. The diversity of the communities was significantly lower at the sites receiving mine drainage as compared with the unaffected station, and comparisons of community similarity showed that collections from the impacted sites were more like each other than like the control site. The assemblage at the latter site contained many bacterial guilds not found at the contaminated sites. The guilds unique to the control site showed a reduced in vitro ability to tolerate heavy metals as compared with the general community.  相似文献

In this research, structural and functional responses of benthic macroinvertebrates to mitigation measures (carried out in the dammed and polluted Duraton River, Central Spain, during the 1990s and 2000s) were examined by comparing physicochemical and biological data from the summer of 1987 with data from the summer of 2014. Mitigation measures resulted in significant increases in dissolved oxygen concentrations, as well as in significant reductions of fluoride (F) pollution and short-term flow fluctuations. The macrobenthic community responded positively to improvements in river environmental conditions, exhibiting significant increases in abundance (total density, total biomass and EPT density) and diversity (total family richness and EPT richness) at impacted sampling sites. Furthermore, the presence of relatively sensitive benthic macroinvertebrates after mitigation measures (as indicated by increased values of BMWQ biotic indices) also was the main cause for observed reductions in the environmental impact caused by disturbance points (as indicated by decreased values of the EI index), and for the observed recovering of the trophic structure of the macrobenthic community, with macroinvertebrate scrapers as the functional feeding group most favored. These macroinvertebrate responses to mitigation measures were more marked at sampling sites that initially were more impacted (i.e., nearest to disturbance points), and less apparent at the sampling site that initially was less impacted (i.e., farthest to disturbance points). Within the hydropsychid assemblage, improvements in river environmental conditions clearly favored the presence of Hydropsyche pellucidula and Cheumatopsyche lepida at the expense of the other hydropsychid species. In spite of all monitored environmental improvements and macroinvertebrate positive responses, the need for additional mitigation measures was evident, particularly to reduce high turbidity levels and sedimentation of fine inorganic matter negatively affecting benthic macroinvertebrates downstream from the industrial effluent. Overall, it is concluded that the multimetric approach is an effective technique to assess macroinvertebrate responses to mitigation measures in river ecosystems.  相似文献

We assessed the relative performance of diatoms and macroinvertebrates to measure municipal and industrial impacts on the ecological integrity of the three major rivers flowing through Addis Ababa. Both community metric and multivariate statistical techniques were used to analyze the environmental variables and species data along the pollution gradient. This study in the Addis Ababa urban area revealed that three biologically highly stressed rivers are being impacted primarily by physical habitat degradation and both point and nonpoint pollution. The macroinvertebrate composition was liable to severe physical habitat and chemical water quality degradation. Consequently, macroinvertebrates were less diverse and not found at all at the most polluted sites with very low dissolved oxygen levels. Based on community metrics and multivariate analysis results, diatoms more reliably indicated a gradient of pollution than macroinvertebrates. However, both organism groups equally discriminated the two relatively unimpacted upstream sites from all other impacted sites. As diatoms are immobile and ubiquitous (i.e., at least a few can be found under almost any condition), they are good indicators of pollution levels among heavily impacted sites where macroinvertebrates are completely absent or less diverse. Therefore, diatoms are the powerful bioindicators for monitoring urban-impacted and seriously stressed rivers and to examine pollution gradients and impacts of specific pollution sources.  相似文献

Surveys were made of the macroinvertebrates at several locations on the Blackwood River, Western Australia, and the Glenelg River,Victoria. Both rivers have drainage basins subject to salinization from agricultural practices. The Blackwood River has a clear longitudinal salinity profile in which the upper reaches are more saline than lower ones. Multivariate analysis using DECORANA and TWINSPAN did not reveal relationships between macroinvertebrate community composition and salinity. It is suggested that either the present macroinvertebrate fauna of Australian rivers is more tolerant to salinity than has been assumed, or now represents only halotolerant forms of a once more diverse fauna.  相似文献
