目的:探讨二维及实时三维超声联合诊断胎儿全前脑畸形的价值。方法:二维超声系统检查发现胎儿颅脑结构异常者进行胎儿颅脑和颜面部实时三维成像,并将超声诊断结果与引产后尸检结果进行对照分析。结果:在20918例孕16~41周的胎儿中,经引产后尸检证实的全前脑畸形5例,其中无叶全前脑3例,半叶全前脑2例,均与产前超声检查结果相符合,二维联合实时三维超声检查对胎儿全前脑畸形诊断符合率为100%。结论:二维超声联合实时三维超声检查是诊断胎儿全前脑畸形可靠有效的方法,两者联合应用可提高产前全前脑的诊断率。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对胎儿颅内畸形筛查的应用价值,并进行染色体异常分析。方法:选择2016年2月至2019年5月本院收治的进行胎儿颅内畸形筛查的高危孕妇120例,所有孕妇都给予彩色多普勒二维超声与三维超声筛查,对超声筛查异常者进行染色体异常分析,记录预后情况。结果:在120例孕妇中,二维超声诊断为胎儿颅内畸形12例,三维超声诊断为13例(预后都确诊为胎儿颅内畸形)。染色体核型筛查检出胎儿颅内畸形12例,其中21-三体综合征8例,18-三体综合征3例,13-三体综合征1例。确诊为胎儿颅内畸形的孕妇超声NT值都显著高于非胎儿颅内畸形孕妇,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕妇选择终止妊娠10例,选择继续妊娠3例,继续妊娠3例胎儿都最终死亡。结论:产前彩色多普勒超声结合染色体核型在胎儿颅内畸形筛查中具有很高的价值,两者可互相补充,共同发挥诊断与预后评估价值。  相似文献

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声快闪伪像与二维超声检查对泌尿系结石的诊断价值。方法 选择2019年6月至2022年5月在我院治疗的86例疑似泌尿系结石患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受彩色多普勒超声快闪伪像与二维超声检查。统计泌尿系结石检出情况,并以CT检查结果作为“金标准”,计算彩色多普勒超声快闪伪像与二维超声检查诊断泌尿系结石的敏感度、特异度及准确率。结果 86例疑似泌尿系结石患者经CT检查发现阳性60例,阴性26例。彩色多普勒超声快闪伪像诊断泌尿系结石的敏感度为91.67%及准确率为91.86%高于二维超声的76.67%及77.91%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);彩色多普勒超声快闪伪像与二维超声检查诊断泌尿系结石的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声快闪伪像诊断泌尿系结石的敏感度及准确率高于二维超声,能降低误诊和漏诊率,提高泌尿系结石诊断效能。  相似文献

目的 应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)研究房间隔缺损(ASD)患者行内科介入手术前后左、右室心肌收缩变化的相关关系.方法 应用RT-3DE技术对34例ASD患者术前、术后1周以及35例正常受检者(对照组)的左、右室舒张末期容量(LVEDV/RVEDV),左、右室收缩末期容量(LVESV/RVESV),左、右室每搏量(LVSV/RVSV)及左、右室射血分数(LVEF/RVEF)进行统计分析.结果 术前,ASD患者LVEDV、LVSV、LVEF均小于对照组(均P<0.05),RVEDV、RVESV、RVSV、RVEF均大于对照组(均P<0.05);术后1周内,ASD患者LVEDV、LVSV、LVEF均较术前增大(均P<0.05),RVEDV、RVSV、RVEF均较术前减小(均P<0.05);ASD患者术后的LVEDV、LVESV、LVSV、LVEF与对照组比较均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而RVEDV、RVESV、RVSV均大于对照组(P<0.05);ASD患者术后左、右室的射血分数变化之间均无相关性.结论 行内科介入的ASD患者术后初期左、右室收缩功能即恢复到正常水平,术后左、右室射血分数的变化之间均无相关性.  相似文献

【目的】二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch是世界性重大农业害螨,葫芦科作物是其重要寄主植物。为明确不同葫芦科作物对二斑叶螨生长发育的抗性/适合性,开展了二斑叶螨在葫芦科作物上的产卵和取食选择性研究。【方法】选择苦瓜、葫芦、南瓜、丝瓜、西瓜、甜瓜和黄瓜作为供试寄主植物,室内采用离体叶片和室外采用活体植株比较了二斑叶螨对7种作物的取食选择性及其种群生存与繁殖动态。【结果】供试7种葫芦科作物中,二斑叶螨对黄瓜的选择率最高,为35.49%,其次为甜瓜和西瓜;二斑叶螨在南瓜和黄瓜叶碟上的生存率和繁殖率高,12 h单雌产卵数分别为9.72粒和7.83粒;在葫芦和苦瓜叶碟上,二斑叶螨48 h螨口减退率达47.5%和32.5%,表现为较低的取食和生存适合度,同时葫芦和苦瓜活体植株上二斑叶螨繁殖率显著低于其他5种葫芦科作物。【结论】二斑叶螨在黄瓜、西瓜和甜瓜上的种群发育适合度高,在葫芦和苦瓜上适合度低。这一结果可为田间防控二斑叶螨生态措施的制定及开展葫芦科作物抗螨性机理和抗螨育种提供科学依据。  相似文献

【目的】明确红三叶、白三叶和杂三叶3种寄主对二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch生长发育和繁殖的影响,以及3种寄主间二斑叶螨的生物学差异。【方法】在室内(25±1)℃条件下,采用离体叶片法研究了3种三叶草对二斑叶螨种群参数的影响。【结果】3种三叶草对二斑叶螨生长发育、雌成螨寿命以及繁殖力有显著影响(P<0.05)。在杂三叶上,二斑叶螨发育历期、产卵前期明显比红三叶和白三叶上要长,而且雌成螨寿命和产卵期也明显缩短。每雌产卵量在红三叶上最高(150.87粒),白三叶次之(139.43粒),而杂三叶上最低(86.95粒)。二斑叶螨在3种三叶草上的存活曲线均为Ⅰ型,存活率高低依次为红三叶、白三叶和杂三叶。净增殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ)在红三叶上最高、杂三叶上最低,而平均世代周期(T)和种群加倍时间(Dt)在杂三叶上最长、红三叶上最短。【结论】3种三叶草对二斑叶螨的适合度具有一定差异,红三叶和白三叶对二斑叶螨具有更高的适合度。  相似文献

二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch是世界性的重大农业害螨,为明确其对不同甜瓜品种的取食和产卵选择性,采用离体叶碟法研究了二斑叶螨在7种不同甜瓜品种上的选择性及其产卵量,并探究了其在活体植株上的种群增长动态。结果表明,离体叶碟上,二斑叶螨对不同甜瓜品种的取食和产卵选择存在明显差异。选择2 h时二斑叶螨在IVF29品种上的成螨数量最低,而在IVF168上成螨数量最高,选择率为28.73%;选择12 h时,二斑叶螨成螨量及产卵量在IVF58和IVF118品种上较低,而在羊角蜜和IVF168品种上表现较高,24 h时选择趋势一致。活体植株上的种群动态结果表明,调查时间段内二斑叶螨种群数量持续升高,第20天时羊角蜜、IVF58和IVF118种群数量(低于400头/株)显著低于IVF117和IVF168的螨量(高于660头/株)。对测试不同时间段内各个参数进行综合比较和分析,二斑叶螨对甜瓜IVF168品种的选择性强、适合度高,而对IVF58和IVF118品种的选择性较差,表明IVF58和IVF118可用于甜瓜生产中的备选品种及高抗螨性甜瓜新品种的选育。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨不孕症女性三维子宫输卵管造影联合阴道二维超声的诊断意义。方法:2019年3月至2020年10月选择在西安医学院第二附属医院和陕西省人民医院诊治的不孕症女性患者90例,所有患者都给予三维子宫输卵管造影联合阴道二维超声检查,记录成像质量与疼痛情况。以X线子宫输卵管造影为金标准,判断诊断价值。结果:检查过程中三维超声造影患者的疼痛评分高于二维超声,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三维超声造影的成像质量优良率为100.0 %(90/90),高于二维超声的93.3 %(84/90),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在90例患者中,三维超声造影判断为卵巢周围组织弥散1级59例,2级16例,3级10例,4级5例。三维子宫输卵管造影联合阴道二维超声判断为输卵管通畅55例,通而不畅25例,阻塞10例。X线子宫输卵管造影判断为输卵管通畅53例,通而不畅26例,阻塞11例,三维子宫输卵管造影联合阴道二维超声诊断的准确性为96.7 %(87/90)。结论:三维子宫输卵管造影联合阴道二维超声在不孕症女性的应用并不会增加患者疼痛,且能提高成像质量,也有利于合理评价与判断患者的输卵管通畅情况。  相似文献

摘要 目的:基于三维超声心动图对比分析扩张型心肌病(DCM)与二尖瓣关闭不全(MI)左室构型和收缩功能的研究。方法:收集我院2018年1月至2021年7月就诊患有左心室(LV)扩张的患者100例,其中DCM患者57例,MI患者43例。LV大小大致相仿,DCM组(43±5)mm/m2,MI组(42±5)mm/m2。另选取同时期50例健康受试者作为对照组。所有患者均进行常规超声心动图及三维超声心动图检查,测量指标主要包括左室大小(LVID)、左室后壁厚度(PWT)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室舒张末期室间间隔厚度(IVS)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、收缩末期容积(LVESV)、相对室壁厚度(RWT)、LV质量指数(LVMI)、三维左室射血分数(3D-LVEF)、三维舒张末期血流速度(3D-EDV)、二维或三维超声心动图球形指数(2D-SI/3D-SI)。结果:DCM组和MI组LVEDD均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DCM组比MI组患者心功能分级III/IV和心力衰竭的发生率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DCM组和MI组患者的LVEDD、LVEDD指数、LVEDV、LVEDV指数、3D-EDV、3D-EDV指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但DCM组和MI组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DCM组和MI组患者的LV长度、LV长度指数、LVMI均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且MI组高于DCM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DCM组和MI组患者的LVESV、LVESV指数、2D-SI、3D-SI均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且DCM组高于MI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DCM组3D-LVEF、RWT均低于对照组和MI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC分析显示,3D-SI在评估左室扩大患者的左室重构方面优于其他变量,3D-SI的ROC曲线下面积为0.875,95%CI为0.816-0.920,3D-SI>0.62对于DCM和MI区分左室构型的特异性(81.66%)和敏感性(92.09%)较高。DCM和MI患者的3D-LVEF和3D-SI均呈线性负相关(r=-0.719,P=0.000;r=-0.682,P=0.000)。DCM和MI患者3D-SI检测心力衰竭的ROC曲线下面积均大于3D-LVEF的ROC曲线下面积,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:与MI患者相比,尽管LV大小大致相仿,但DCM患者的左室几何形状更接近球形,且收缩功能更差。收缩功能与3D-SI显著相关,3D-SI较好地描述了左室重构,可能是LV扩张患者心力衰竭的较强指标。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨经会阴三维超声在不同分娩方式初产妇肛门括约肌复合体(ASC)和盆膈裂孔(PH)影响的评估价值。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年12月我院进行分娩的初产妇150例,按照分娩方式分成阴道分娩组71例,剖宫产组79例,比较两组基线资料。对所有受试者均实施经会阴三维超声检查,比较两组缩肛动作下肛门内括约肌(IAS)远端、中端及远端平面厚度,肛门外括约肌(EAS)远端平面及耻骨直肠肌(PRM)中端平面厚度,分娩前、产后6周、产后3个月PH左右径、PH前后径以及PH面积。结果:两组孕妇年龄、孕周及体质指数比较无差异(P>0.05),阴道分娩组IAS近端6点钟方向、12点钟方向平面厚度以及IAS中端、12点钟方向平面厚度均小于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。阴道分娩组EAS远端12点钟方向平面厚度小于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。阴道分娩组产后6周的PH左右径大于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。阴道分娩组产后6周的PH前后径大于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。阴道分娩组产后6周的pH面积大于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。结论:经会阴三维超声可有效评估初产妇ASC和PH的影响情况,分娩会对初产妇ASC和PH产生影响,阴道分娩的初产妇产后存在明显的ASC厚度减小和PH增大现象。  相似文献

Background

Bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) is one of the most common congenital heart defects with a population prevalence of 0.5% to 1.3%. Identifying patients with BAV is clinically relevant because BAV is associated with aortic stenosis, endocarditis and ascending aorta pathology.

Methods and Results

Patients with severe aortic stenosis necessitating aortic valve replacement surgery were included in this study. All dissected aortic valves were stored in the biobank of the University Medical Centre Utrecht. Additionally to the morphological assessment of the aortic valve by the surgeon and pathologist, echocardiographic and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images were evaluated. A total of 80 patients were included of whom 32 (40%) were diagnosed with BAV by the surgeon (gold standard). Patients with BAV were significantly younger (55 vs 71 years) and were more frequently male. Notably, a significant difference was found between the surgeon and pathologist in determining valve morphology. MRI was performed in 33% of patients. MRI could assess valve morphology in 96% vs 73% with echocardiography. The sensitivity of MRI for BAV in a population of patients with severe aortic stenosis was higher than echocardiography (75% vs 55%), whereas specificity was better with the latter (91% vs 79%). Typically, the ascending aorta was larger in patients with BAV.

Conclusion

Among unselected patients with severe aortic valve stenosis, a high percentage of patients with BAV were found. Imaging and assessment of the aortic valve morphology when stenotic is challenging.  相似文献

Dilation of the wall of the thoracic aorta can be found in patients with a tricuspid (TAV) as well as a bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) with and without a syndromic component. BAV is the most common congenital cardiovascular malformation, with a population prevalence of 0.5–2 %. The clinical course is often characterised by aneurysm formation and in some cases dissection. The non-dilated aortic wall is less well differentiated in all BAV as compared with TAV, thereby conferring inherent developmental susceptibility. Furthermore, a turbulent flow, caused by the inappropriate opening of the bicuspid valve, could accelerate the degenerative process in the aortic wall. However, not all patients with bicuspidy develop clinical complications during their life. We postulate that the increased vulnerability for aortic complications in a subset of patients with BAV is caused by a defect in the early development of the aorta and aortic valve. This review discusses histological and molecular genetic aspects of the normal and abnormal development of the aortic wall and semilunar valves. Aortopathy associated with BAV could be the result of a shared developmental defect during embryogenesis.  相似文献

目的:探究趋化因子受体CX3CR1调控人主动脉瓣膜间质细胞成骨分化的作用和机制,为钙化性主动脉瓣膜疾病的早期干预和治疗提供新思路。方法:取非钙化主动脉瓣(3例)和钙化主动脉瓣(5例),免疫组织化学染色检测成骨相关转录因子Runx2、骨桥蛋白OPN和骨钙蛋白OCN的表达;取3例非钙化的主动脉瓣,采用胶原酶连续消化法分离人主动脉瓣膜间质细胞,观察细胞形态及生长状态,并采用细胞免疫荧光进行表型鉴定。对成骨诱导培养的人主动脉瓣膜间质细胞分别过表达和干扰趋化因子受体CX3CR1,平行设置CM组、OM组和negative control+OM组,采用qPCR和Western blot检测Runx2、OPN和OCN的表达,Western blot检测AKT和p-AKT的表达。茜素红S染色评价晚期钙结节形成情况。结果:临床标本显示钙化的主动脉瓣较非钙化的主动脉瓣高表达CX3CR1(P 0. 05);成功分离人主动脉瓣膜间质细胞,α-SMA和Vimentin阳性,vWF阴性。与CM、OM、negative control组比较,CX3CR1+OM组Runx2、OPN和p-AKT表达上调(P 0. 05),且茜素红S染色可见明显钙结节;与CM、OM、negative siRNA control+OM组比较,si CX3CR1+OM组Runx2、OPN和p-AKT表达下调(P 0. 05),且茜素红S染色可见钙结节减少。结论:趋化因子受体CX3CR1可能通过AKT信号通路促进人主动脉瓣膜间质细胞成骨分化。  相似文献

该文主要研究颗粒蛋白前体(progranulin,PGRN)对猪主动脉瓣膜间质细胞(valve interstitial cells,VICs)成骨分化的影响及机制,为钙化性主动脉瓣膜病(calcific aortic valve disease,CAVD)的早期干预及治疗提供理论依据。采用免疫组化检测正常组和CAVD组中Runx2、OPN的表达,Western blot检测PGRN、纤维化指标α-SMA、钙化指标(Runx2、OPN)的表达以及AKT磷酸化水平。采用胶原酶连续消化法分离VICs,并用免疫荧光染色行表型鉴定。体外实验加入人PGRN重组蛋白,采用ALP染色、茜素红S染色、qPCR和Western blot检测细胞早期及晚期成骨分化能力以及AKT的磷酸化水平;并加入AKT的激活剂SC-79进行反向验证。结果表明,与正常组织相比,CAVD瓣膜组织中PGRN明显降低,α-SMA、Runx2、OPN和p-AKT在CAVD组中表达均明显高于正常组。成功分离出原代VICs,α-SMA和vimentin阳性,vWF阴性。PGRN可使VICs的ALP活性降低、钙盐沉积明显减少;PGRN可下调纤维化/钙化指标,且AKT的磷酸化水平降低;SC-79可减弱PGRN对纤维化/钙化指标的下调作用。提示PGRN能够抑制静止的VIC向肌纤维母细胞样的活化VIC乃至成骨样VIC进行转化,AKT信号通路可能在该过程中发挥重要作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨三维彩色血管能量成像(three-dimensional color power angiography,3D-CPA)在射频消融(radiofrequency ablation ,RFA)子宫肌瘤中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析于我院行RFA 治疗的48 例子宫肌瘤患者,比较3D-CPA、CDFI(color Doppler flow imaging) 两种方法指导下肌瘤血流分级、血管形态显示、初次消融时间、消融针数、完全消融率。根据超声造影 (contrast-enhanced ultrasound ,CEUS)结果对两组瘤体中消融不全的部分补充消融,记录两组的消融时间、消融针数并比较整个治 疗过程的消融时间、消融针数。结果:3D-CPA、CDFI在显示血流分级、血管形态上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初次治疗后, 3D-CPA 组92.3%(21/24)瘤体无造影剂灌注,CDFI组有68.2%(15/22)瘤体无造影剂灌注。二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 整体消融过程中两组瘤体均达到完全消融时,3D-CPA组消融时间为(22.42± 0.68)min,消融针数为(5.04± 0.27)针,而CDFI 组 消融时间为(27.0± 2.34)min,消融针数为(6.09± 0.46)针,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于3D-CPA 可以显示子 宫肌瘤内外血管数目、形态用以指导射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤的价值优于CDFI指导射频消融术。  相似文献

Patients with bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) are more likely to develop a calcific aortic stenosis (CAS), as well as a number of other ailments, as compared to their cohorts with normal tricuspid aortic valves (TAV). It is currently unknown whether the increase in risk of CAS is caused by the geometric differences between the tricuspid and bicuspid valves or whether the increase in risk is caused by the same underlying factors that produce the geometric difference. CAS progression is understood to be a multiscale process, mediated at the cell level. In this study, we employ multiscale finite-element simulations of the valves. We isolate the effect of one geometric factor, the number of cusps, in order to explore its effect on multiscale valve mechanics, particularly in relation to CAS. The BAV and TAV are modeled by a set of simulations describing the cell, tissue, and organ length scales. These simulations are linked across the length scales to create a coherent multiscale model. At each scale, the models are three-dimensional, dynamic, and incorporate accurate nonlinear constitutive models of the valve leaflet tissue. We compare results between the TAV and BAV at each length scale. At the cell-scale, our region of interest is the location where calcification develops, near the aortic-facing surface of the leaflet. Our simulations show the observed differences between the tricuspid and bicuspid valves at the organ scale: the bicuspid valve shows greater flexure in the solid phase and stronger jet formation in the fluid phase relative to the tricuspid. At the cell-scale, however, we show that the region of interest is shielded against strain by the wrinkling of the fibrosa. Thus, the cellular deformations are not significantly different between the TAV and BAV in the calcification-prone region. This result supports the assertion that the difference in calcification observed in the BAV versus TAV may be due primarily to factors other than the simple geometric difference between the two valves.  相似文献

Bicuspid aortic valve (BAV), i.e. the fusion of two aortic valve cusps, is the most frequent congenital cardiac malformation. Its progression is often characterized by accelerated leaflet calcification and aortic wall dilation. These processes are likely enhanced by altered biomechanical stimuli, including fluid-dynamic wall shear stresses (WSS) acting on both the aortic wall and the aortic valve. Several studies have proposed the exploitation of 4D-flow magnetic resonance imaging sequences to characterize abnormal in vivo WSS in BAV-affected patients, to support prognosis and timing of intervention. However, current methods fail to quantify WSS peak values.On this basis, we developed two new methods for the improved quantification of in vivo WSS acting on the aortic wall based on 4D-flow data.We tested both methods separately and in combination on synthetic datasets obtained by two computational fluid-dynamics (CFD) models of the aorta with healthy and bicuspid aortic valve. Tests highlighted the need for data spatial resolution at least comparable to current clinical guidelines, the low sensitivity of the methods to data noise, and their capability, when used jointly, to compute more realistic peak WSS values as compared to state-of-the-art methods.The integrated application of the two methods on the real 4D-flow data from a preliminary cohort of three healthy volunteers and three BAV-affected patients confirmed these indications. In particular, quantified WSS peak values were one order of magnitude higher than those reported in previous 4D-flow studies, and much closer to those computed by highly time- and space-resolved CFD simulations.  相似文献

目的:比较老年二尖瓣腱索断裂(RMCT)患者与中青年RMCT患者的临床表现以及超声心动图特点,为老年RMCT患者的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:选择年龄〉60岁的老年RMCT患者53例定义为老年组,年龄〈60岁的中青年RMCT患者57例定义为中青年组,使用经胸超声心动图(TTE)和经食道超声心动图(TEE)测量各组的心腔尺寸,观察二尖瓣活动形态以及腱索断裂的部位和程度,记录瓣膜的返流情况。结果:老年组中风心病仅占5.66%,而中青年组风心病患者占50.88%,差异有统计学意义(X2=27.221,P=0.000)。老年组多合并有多种慢性疾病,其中合并高血压者占83.02%,合并冠心病者占60.38%,合并2型糖尿病者占37.74%,均高于中青年组,其中合并高血压的差异有统计学意义(X2=-31.459,P=0.000)。老年组中心功能Ⅳ级的比例远高于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(X2=10.489,P=0.001)。老年组全心扩大、肺动脉高压的例数显著高于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(全心扩大:XZ=11.376,P=0.001;肺动脉高压:X2=-20.362,P=0.000)。老年组中二尖瓣细小腱索断裂的例数多于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.799,P=0.002),粗大腱索断裂的例数少于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(x2=11.118,P=0.001)。结论:合并有高血压、冠心病以及糖尿病等基础疾病的老年RMCT患者,应定期进行超声心动图的检查,同时给予合理的治疗,以降低心衰的发病率。  相似文献

The objective was to verify maternal hemodynamic differences between normal and abnormal pregnancies in dogs. Brucella-negative pregnant bitches (n = 31) were retrospectively classified into abnormal (which had either their pregnancy interrupted between Days 52 and 60 or perinatal death of more than 50% of the litter; n = 14) and normal (which had delivered healthy puppies at term; n = 17). These dogs were evaluated with echocardiography every 10 days from Days 0 to 60 of gestation (Day 0 = estimated day of LH peak). Systolic blood pressure was also assessed. At Day 50 of gestation, left ventricular free wall in systole increased in the normal but not in the abnormal group (P < 0.01). In contrast, end systolic stress (P < 0.01) and systolic blood pressure (P < 0.01) diminished only in normal animals. We concluded that signs of altered maternal cardiovascular adaptation to pregnancy may be predictors of obstetrical complications in dogs.  相似文献
