Several studies have described in autistic patients an overgrowth of unusual gut bacterial strains, able to push the fermentation of tyrosine up to the formation of p-cresol. We compared levels of urinary p-cresol, measured by high-performance liquid chromatography–ultraviolet, in 59 matched case-control pairs. Urinary p-cresol was significantly elevated in autistic children smaller than 8 years of age (p?<?0.01), typically females (p?<?0.05), and more severely affected regardless of sex (p?<?0.05). Urinary cotinine measurements excluded smoking-related hydrocarbon contaminations as contributors to these differences. Hence, elevated urinary p-cresol may serve as a biomarker of autism liability in small children, especially females and more severely affected males.  相似文献

Abstract

Aims/hypothesis: To assess thiamine and related metabolite status by analysis of plasma and urine in autistic children and healthy controls, correlations to clinical characteristics and link to plasma protein markers of oxidative damage.

Methods: 27 children with autism (21 males and 6 females) and 21 (15 males and 6 females) age-matched healthy control children were recruited. The concentration of thiamine and related phosphorylated metabolites in plasma and urine and plasma protein content of dityrosine, N-formylkynurenine and 3-nitrotyrosine was determined.

Results: Plasma thiamine and thiamine monophosphate concentrations were similar in both study groups (median [lower–upper quartile]): autistic children – 6.60?nM (4.48–8.91) and 7.00?nM (5.51–8.55), and healthy controls – 6.82?nM (4.47–7.02) and 6.82?nM (5.84–8.91), respectively. Thiamine pyrophosphate (TPP) was decreased 24% in autistic children compared to healthy controls: 6.82?nM (5.81–8.52) versus 9.00?nM (8.41–10.71), p?<?.01. Urinary excretion of thiamine and fractional renal clearance of thiamine did not change between the groups. No correlation was observed between clinical markers and the plasma and urine thiamine concentration. Plasma protein dityrosine content was increased 88% in ASD. Other oxidative markers were unchanged.

Conclusions/interpretation: Autistic children had normal plasma and urinary thiamine levels whereas plasma TPP concentration was decreased. The latter may be linked to abnormal tissue handling and/or absorption from gut microbiota of TPP which warrants further investigation. Increased plasma protein dityrosine may reflect increased dual oxidase activity in response to change in mucosal immunity and host–microbe homeostasis.  相似文献

Autism is a multi-factorial pathology observed in children with altered levels of essential and elevated levels of toxic elements. There are also studies reporting a decrease in nutritional trace elements in the hair and nail of autistic children with healthy controls; moreover, bioelements have been shown to play an important role in the central nervous system. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to assess the levels of trace elements like copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), magnesium (Mg), and selenium (Se) and toxic elements like mercury (Hg), and lead (Pb) in the hair and nail samples of autistic children and to evaluate whether the level of these elements could be correlated with the severity of autism. The subjects of the study were 45 autistic children with different grades of severity (low (LFA), medium (MFA), and high (HFA) functioning autism) according to Childhood Autism Rating Scale, n = 15 children in each group and 50 healthy children (age and sex matched). The boys and girls ratio involved in this study was 4:1, and they were 4-12 years of age. The study observed a valid indication of Cu body burden in the autistic children. The children with different grades of autism showed high significance (p < 0.001) in the level of copper in their hair and nail samples when compared to healthy controls. The level of Cu in the autistic children could be correlated with their degree of severity (more the Cu burden severe is autism). The study showed a significant elevation (p < 0.001) in the levels of toxic metals Pb and Hg in both hair and nail samples of autistic children when compared to healthy control group. The elevation was much pronounced in LFA group subjects when compared among autistic groups MFA and HFA. The levels of trace elements Mg and Se were significantly decreased (p < 0.001) in autistic children when compared to control. The trace element Zn showed significant variation in both hair and nails of LFA group children when compared to control group and other study groups. The significant elevation in the concentration of Cu, Pb, and Hg and significant decrease in the concentration of Mg and Se observed in the hair and nail samples of autistic subjects could be well correlated with their degrees of severity.  相似文献

Abstract

Oxidative stress caused by increased production of free radicals and impaired functions of antioxidants remains as the major factor associated with the pathophysiology of many neuropsychiatric diseases.

Objective

The objective of the present study was to analyze the oxidative stress markers in urine sample since the collection of blood from these children is highly meticulous and also to evaluate whether these urinary markers can be correlated with the severity of autism.

Methods

The subjects of the study were 45 autistic children with different grades of severity (low functioning autism (LFA), medium functioning autism (MFA), and high functioning autism (HFA) according to Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS), n = 15 children in each group and 50 healthy children (age and sex matched). The boys and girls ratio involved in this study was 4:1, and they were of age 4–12 years. We determined the urinary levels of oxidative stress markers like thiobarbituric acid-reacting substances, lipid hydroperoxides, 4-hydroxy nonenal, protein carbonyls, sulfhydryl groups, total antioxidant capacity, total peroxide content, oxidative stress index, and also UA/Cr ratio in autistic children.

Results

The study observed a significant elevation in the level of oxidative stress markers in autistic children when compared with normal children. The level of antioxidants excreted in urine was found to be significantly low in autistic children. These findings when correlated with the degrees of severity, oxidative stress markers showed positive correlation with increasing order of severity (LFA > MFA > HFA), whereas antioxidants showed negative correlation.

Discussion

The study reveals that the urinary levels of oxidative stress markers can be considered as the measure of oxidative stress index in autistic children. The significant correlation between the severity of autism with urinary lipid peroxidation products also support the use of oxidative stress markers and antioxidants as biomarkers of autism.  相似文献

ObjectiveThe aim of our study was to assess the iodine status of Polish boys with severe autism compared to their healthy peers and evaluate the relationship between urinary iodine, thyroid hormones, body mass index and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) symptomatology.Subjects and methodsTests were performed in 40 boys with ASD and 40 healthy boys, aged 2–17 from the same geographic region in Poland. Urinary iodine (UI), free triiodothyronine (fT3), free thyroxine (fT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), BMI, and individual symptoms measured by the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) were correlated.Validated ion chromatography method with pulsed amperometric detection was applied for the determination of urinary iodine after optimized alkaline digestion in a closed system assisted with microwaves.Results19 out of 40 children with ASD had mild to moderate iodine deficiency. Statistically significant lower levels of UI, fT3 and fT4 and higher levels of TSH were found in the autistic group when compared with the control group. Concentration of iodine in urine was negatively associated with clinician’s general impression for children between 11 and 17 years. Emotional response, adaptation to environmental change, near receptor responsiveness, verbal communication, activity level, and intellectual functioning are more associated with UI than other symptoms listed in CARS.ConclusionThe severity of certain symptoms in autism is associated with iodine status in maturing boys. Thyroid hormones were within normal reference ranges in both groups while urinary iodine was significantly lower in autistic boys suggesting that further studies into the nonhormonal role of iodine in autism are required.  相似文献

Abstract

Purpose: To examine thiol-disulphide homeostasis auto painters.

Materials and methods: A total of 115 male workers, including 60 auto painters workers and 55 reference group, of the painting and assembly line units respectively, were included in the study. Thiol-disulphide parameters and ischaemia-modified albumin (IMA) of groups were determined. Urinary hippuric acid, (HA) phenol, hexanedione, trichloroacetic acid, arsenic and blood lead and manganese were analysed.

Results: The median urinary HA level was significantly higher in auto painters when compared to the reference group [(2461 (1212) vs. 520 (513) µgr/L), (p?<?0.001)] . The mean disulphide level [19.7 (4.3) vs 0.15.1(4.1) μmol/L, (p?<?0.001)], the disulphide/native thiol ratio [4.72 (1.47) vs. 3.13 (1.21, (p?<?0.001)] and the disulphide/total thiol ratio [4.31 (1.23) vs. 2.94 (1.06), (p?<?0.001)] were higher in auto painters when compared to the reference group. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between urinary HA and disulphide concentrations (r?=?0.536 and p?<?0.001), disulphide/native thiol ratio (r?=?0.564 and p?<?0.001) and the disulphide/total thiol ratio (r?=?0.564 and p?<?0.001) and IMA (r?=?0.396 and p?<?0.001).

Conclusion: The results presented in this study showed that oxidative stress can be associated with occupational exposure to toluene denoted by alteration of thiol disulphide homeostasis and ischaemia-modified albumin levels.  相似文献

The primary objective of the present study is analysis of hair trace elements content in children with communication disorder (CD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). A total of 99 children from control, CD, and ASD groups (n = 33) were examined. All children were additionally divided into two subgroups according to age. Hair levels of trace elements were assessed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The difference was considered significant at p < 0.01. The obtained data demonstrate that children with CD are characterized by significantly increased hair lithium (Li) (96 %; p = 0.008), selenium (Se) (66 %; p < 0.001), arsenic (As) (96 %; p = 0.005), beryllium (Be) (150 %; p < 0.001), and cadmium (Cd) (72 %; p = 0.007) content, being higher than the respective control values. In the ASD group, hair copper (Cu), iodine (I), and Be levels tended to be lower than the control values. In turn, the scalp hair content of Se significantly exceeded the control values (33 %; p = 0.004), whereas the level of iron (Fe) and aluminum (Al) tended to increase. After gradation for age, the most prominent differences in children with CD were detected in the elder group (5–8 years), whereas in the case of ASD—in the younger group (3–4 years old). Taking into account the role of hair as excretory mechanism for certain elements including the toxic ones, it can be proposed that children suffering from ASD are characterized by more profound alteration of metal handling and excretion in comparison to CD.  相似文献

Although potentially harmful effects of heavy metals are well known, limited numbers of studies exist regarding their relationship with autism. The aim of this study was to investigate urine levels of some heavy metals such as of chromium (Cr), cadmium (Cd), and lead (Pb) in children with autism and healthy subjects. Urine levels of Cr, Cd, and Pb were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry in 30 children with autism and compared with 20 healthy controls. Urine Cd and Pb levels were found as significantly decreased in children with autism compared to healthy subjects (p?<?0.05). On the other hand, urine Cr levels were significantly higher in children with autism than healthy subjects (p?<?0.05). This study suggested that autism may be associated with significant decrease in excretion rate of Cd and Pb and a significant increase excretion rate in the levels of Cr in the urine. These results have indicated that further studies are warranted for investigation of possible roles of heavy metals in autism.  相似文献

Context: This study aims to explore the potential of new inflammatory markers for improving the challenging diagnosis of acute appendicitis (AA).

Methods: Levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, CRP, INF-γ, and TNF-α in serum were measured in 73 patients with AA. Oxidative stress and antioxidant enzymes were analyzed.

Results: Serum levels of interleukins, TNF-α, and INF-γ were significantly elevated in patients with appendicitis (p?<?0.0001), except for IL-10, which presented decreased levels. There were no significant differences in SOD (p?=?0.29), CAT (p?=?0.19), or TBARS levels (p?=?0.18), whereas protein carbonyls presented significant increase (p?<?0.0001).

Conclusion: Evaluating these biomarkers could aid in diagnosing AA.  相似文献

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate whether urinary phospholipids could be regarded as biomarkers of chronic kidney disease.

Materials and methods: Thirteen healthy volunteers and 26 consecutive chronic kidney disease patients were included. Urinary phospholipids were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry.

Results: Urinary phosphatidylcholines concentrations (PC 16:0/16:0, 16:0/22:3, 16:0/18:1 and 16:0/18:2) were significantly higher both in glomerulonephritis group (all p?<?0.001) and in tubulointerstitial injury group (all p?<?0.05) than in healthy control group. Meanwhile, sphingomyelin concentrations (SM 18:1/16:0 and 18:1/18:0) in glomerulonephritis group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (all p?<?0.001). Urinary PCs and SMs were positively correlated with proteinuria but negatively correlated with serum albumin. Meanwhile, PCs were positively correlated with serum creatinine.

Conclusion: Our work first demonstrated that urinary phospholipids might be biomarkers for the chronic kidney disease patients. Increased urinary phospholipids in chronic kidney disease patients might result from proteinuria, damaged kidney function or proteinuria induced hypoalbuminemia or lipotoxicity.  相似文献

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigated the effect of movement speed on task accuracy and precision when participants were provided temporally oriented vibrotactile prompts. Materials and methods: Participants recreated a simple wrist flexion/extension movement at fast and slow speeds based on target patterns conveyed via vibrating motors affixed to the forearm. Each participant was given five performance-blinded trials to complete the task at each speed. Movement accuracy (root mean square error) and precision (standard deviation) were calculated for each trial in both the spatial and temporal domains. Results: 28 participants completed the study. Results showed temporal accuracy and precision improved with movement speed (both: fast?>?slow, p?<?0.01), while all measures improved across trials (temporal accuracy and precision: trial 1?<?all other trials, p?<?0.05; spatial accuracy: trial 1 and 2?<?all other trials, p?<?0.05; spatial precision: trial 1?<?all other trials, p?<?0.05). Conclusions: Overall, temporal and spatial results indicate participants quickly recreated and maintained the desired pattern regardless of speed. Additionally, movement speed seems to influence movement accuracy and precision, particularly within the temporal domain. These results highlight the potential of vibrotactile prompts in rehabilitation paradigms aimed at motor re-education.  相似文献

Purpose: Children with Down’s syndrome (DS) are considered sedentary and less engaged in recommended physical activity (PA) levels. This study compared the PA levels between children with DS and healthy children in Saudi Arabia.

Methods: The study included 85 children divided into two groups. The DS group comprised 37 children with DS aged 8–12?years recruited from the Down Syndrome Charitable Association and Al-Nahda Schools for DS. The healthy group comprised 41 healthy children aged 8–12?years recruited from regular schools in the same region. PA levels were measured over 7?days using a pedometer.

Results: The healthy group was more active than the DS group (p?p?p?Conclusions: The DS group had a high body mass index and physical inactivity compared with the second group. Obesity and physical inactivity among Saudi Arabian children with and without DS are major health concerns. Therefore, concerted efforts are needed to combat childhood obesity, promote PA, improve patient quality of life, and reduce the sedentary lifestyle among Saudi children and adolescents.  相似文献

Abstract

Recently, we have reported the dysregulation of circulating serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) homeostasis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). An increase in metabolism of 5-HT has been reported to induce oxidative stress via monoamine oxidase (MAO)-dependent pathway. The present study aimed at investigating the effect of cigarette smoke exposure on the systemic circulation and local airway 5-HT levels as well as MAO-mediated oxidative pathway using a cigarette smoke-exposed rat model. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (150–200 g) were exposed to either sham air or 4% (v/v, smoke/air) cigarette smoke for 1 hour daily for 56 consecutive days. Sera, bronchoalveolar larvage (BAL) and lung tissues were collected 24 hours after the last exposure. We found a significant reduction in the reduced glutathione (rGSH) and an elevation in advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP), a protein oxidation marker, in the lung of cigarette smoke-exposed group (p?<?0.05). A significant increase in 5-HT was found in serum (p?<?0.05), but not in the BAL or lung, after cigarette smoke exposure. MAO-A activity was significantly elevated in the lung of cigarette smoke-exposed group (p?<?0.05). Furthermore, increased superoxide anion levels were found in lung homogenates of cigarette smoke-exposed rats after incubation with 5-HT (p?<?0.05), which was positively associated with the increase in MAO-A activity (r?=?0.639, p?<?0.05). Our findings supported the presence of GSH disruption and protein oxidation in the lung after cigarette smoke exposure. The metabolism of 5-HT by MAO-A in the lung enhanced cigarette smoke-induced superoxides, which might contribute to the pathogenesis of COPD.  相似文献

Toxic levels of heavy metals and low levels of essential minerals have been suggested to play a critical role in the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorders (ASD). This study documents the levels of heavy metals and essential minerals in hair samples of children with ASD in Muscat, the urbanized capital of Oman, Muscat. The study included 27 children with ASD and 27 matched non-ASD controls. Parental interviews were held and dietary intake questionnaires completed in conjunction with the collection of hair samples. Analysis of heavy metals and essential minerals was carried out by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Chi-square analysis and non-parametric Fisher’s exact tests were used to assess statistical significance. Children with ASD had significantly higher levels of all 11 analyzed heavy metals in their hair samples (P?<?0.05), ranging from 150 to 365 % of control levels. ASD children also had significantly higher levels of essential minerals sulfur, sodium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and iron, but lower levels of calcium and copper in their hair samples. This study corroborates data from previous studies in different parts of the world indicating the presence of elevated levels of heavy metals and selective depletion of essential minerals in the hair of children with ASD.  相似文献

1. Autism is a severe neurodevelopmental disorder with potential genetic and environmental etiologies. Recent genetic linkage reports and biochemical analysis of postmortem autistic cerebellum point to Reelin, an important secretory extracellular protein, as being involved in the pathology of autism.2. We hypothesized that blood levels of Reelin and its isoforms would be altered in autistic twins, and their first degree relatives versus normal controls.3. We measured blood levels of unprocessed Reelin (410 kDa) and its proteolytic cleavage products (Reelins 330 and 180 kDa) as well as albumin and ceruloplasmin in 28 autistic individuals, their parents (13 fathers, 13 mothers), 6 normal siblings, and 8 normal controls using SDS-PAGE and western blotting.4. Results indicated significant reductions in 410 kDa Reelin species in autistic twins (–70%, p < 0.01), their fathers (–62%, p < 0.01), their mothers (–72%, p < 0.01), and their phenotypically normal siblings (–70%, p < 0.01) versus controls. Reelin 330 kDa values did not vary significantly from controls. Reelin 180 kDa values for parents (fathers –32% p < 0.05 vs. controls, mothers –34%) declined when compared to controls. In contrast autistic Reelin 180 kDa increased, albeit nonsignificantly versus controls. Albumin and ceruloplasmin values for autistics and their first degree relatives did not vary significantly from controls. There were no significant meaningful correlations between Reelin, albumin and ceruloplasmin levels, age, sex, ADI scores, or age of onset.5. These results suggest that Reelin 410 deficiency may be a vulnerability factor in the pathology of autism.  相似文献

There is evidence of genetic predisposition to autism, but the percent of autistic subjects with this background is unknown. It is clear that other factors, such as environmental influences, may play a role in this disease. In the present study, we have examined the fecal microbial flora of 33 subjects with various severities of autism with gastrointestinal symptoms, 7 siblings not showing autistic symptoms (sibling controls) and eight non-sibling control subjects, using the bacterial tag encoded FLX amplicon pyrosequencing (bTEFAP) procedure. The results provide us with information on the microflora of stools of young children and a compelling picture of unique fecal microflora of children with autism with gastrointestinal symptomatology. Differences based upon maximum observed and maximum predicted operational taxonomic units were statistically significant when comparing autistic and control subjects with p-values ranging from <0.001 to 0.009 using both parametric and non-parametric estimators. At the phylum level, Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes showed the most difference between groups of varying severities of autism. Bacteroidetes was found at high levels in the severely autistic group, while Firmicutes were more predominant in the control group. Smaller, but significant, differences also occurred in the Actinobacterium and Proteobacterium phyla. Desulfovibrio species and Bacteroides vulgatus are present in significantly higher numbers in stools of severely autistic children than in controls. If the unique microbial flora is found to be a causative or consequent factor in this type of autism, it may have implications with regard to a specific diagnostic test, its epidemiology, and for treatment and prevention.  相似文献

Since recently metabolic abnormalities in autistic children have been associated with ASD disturbs, the aim of this study is to determine the neurotransmitter levels in urine samples of autistic children and to analyse the altered metabolic pathway involved in their production. Thus, ASD-specific urinary metabolomic patterns were explored in 40 ASD children and 40 matched controls using untargeted metabolomics through UHPLC-mass spectrometry (Q-exactive analyser), and by using XCMS Metlin software for data interpretation. Through this new advanced technique, a more considerable number of urinary altered metabolites were recorded in autistic children, than in the previous investigations, which allowed us to collect metabolites involved in neurotransmitter production. In these subjects, a high amount of dopamine was revealed and an increased amount of homovanillic acid, to the detriment of noradrenaline and adrenaline production, as well as MHPG and vanillylmandelic acid, which were found lower. This indicates that the accumulation of dopamine is not due to its greater production, but its lesser biotransformation into noradrenaline, due to the blockage of the dopamine β-hydroxylase enzyme by 4-cresol and vitamin C, both found in high quantities in autistic subjects. Finally, a decreased amount of the active form of vitamin B6, pyridoxal phosphate (P5P), implicated in biotransformation of glutamate into γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), was also detected, justifying the lower levels of latter. All of these alterations are correlated with a peculiar intestinal microbiome in autistic subjects, supporting the idea of a microbiota-gut-brain axis, then altered levels of neurotransmitters and altered neuronal transmission exist.  相似文献

This study investigates both the level of toxic metals in children with autism and the possible association of those toxic metals with autism severity. This study involved 55 children with autism ages 5–16 years compared to 44 controls with similar age and gender. The study included measurements of toxic metals in whole blood, red blood cells (RBC), and urine. The autism group had higher levels of lead in RBC (+41 %, p?=?0.002) and higher urinary levels of lead (+74 %, p?=?0.02), thallium (+77 %, p?=?0.0001), tin (+115 %, p?=?0.01), and tungsten (+44 %, p?=?0.00005). However, the autism group had slightly lower levels of cadmium in whole blood (?19 %, p?=?0.003). A stepwise, multiple linear regression analysis found a strong association of levels of toxic metals with variation in the degree of severity of autism for all the severity scales (adjusted R 2 of 0.38–0.47, p?<?0.0003). Cadmium (whole blood) and mercury (whole blood and RBC) were the most consistently significant variables. Overall, children with autism have higher average levels of several toxic metals, and levels of several toxic metals are strongly associated with variations in the severity of autism for all three of the autism severity scales investigated.  相似文献

This study aimed to identify factors associated with dermal exposure to cypermethrin and assess the health risks among young children in an agricultural community in Thailand. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with the parents/caregivers of 58 children (aged 1–3 years). Wipe samples were analyzed for cypermethrin by gas chromatography-microelectron capture detection (GC-µECD). Health risk assessments were based on the cypermethrin concentration on the children’s hands and feet. Spearman’s correlation indicated significant associations among cypermethrin concentrations on the hands, feet, floors/wooden beds, and toys (rho?=?0.438–0.613, p-value <0.001). Cypermethrin concentrations on the hands were significantly and inversely correlated with the child’s caregiver being the child’s mother and insecticide use (p?<?0.01). Concentrations on the feet were significantly correlated with insecticide use (p?<?0.05) and showering (p?<?0.01). The hazard quotient calculated from dermal exposure via the hands and feet showed no risk for potential noncarcinogenic effects (5.586?×?10?5 in the dry season and 4.301?×?10?4 in the wet season). These findings suggest that young children might not be at risk for cypermethrin exposure through the dermal route. Residential exposure among young children may be reduced by improved hygiene. Health risk assessments of environmental insecticide exposure via the oral and inhalation routes require further investigation.  相似文献

Abstract

Aim: This study assessed the utility of SPARC-like protein 1 (SPARCL1) as a biomarker of maladaptive right ventricular (RV) function in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH).

Methods: In this prospective study, we examined SPARCL1 levels in 105 patients with adaptive (n?=?34) and maladaptive RV (n?=?32) pressure overload caused by PH, dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM, n?=?18) with LVEF < 35% and preserved RV function and controls without LV or RV abnormalities (n?=?21).

Results: The median SPARCL1 concentration in patients with maladaptive RV function was higher than in those with adaptive RV function (p?<?0.01), DCM (p?<?0.001) or controls (p?<?0.001). Patients with adaptive RV function had higher SPARCL1 concentrations than controls (p?<?0.05), whereas there was no difference between adaptive RV and DCM. SPARCL1 showed good predictive power for maladaptive RV (AUC 0.77, p?<?0.001) with an optimal cut-off value of 9.66?ng/ml. The TAPSE/PASP ratio was the only independent predictor of SPARCL1?≥?9.66?ng/ml in multivariable logistic regression analysis.

Conclusion: SPARCL1 shows potential as novel biomarker of RV pathological remodelling and is associated with RV maladaptation and ventriculoarterial uncoupling in PH.  相似文献
