We investigated the effects of benzodiazepines on [3H]muscimol binding to rat brain membranes and on heat inactivation of GABA receptors. Scatchard analysis of [3H]muscimol binding to frozen and 0.05% Triton X-100 treated membranes revealed two components; a higher affinity (Kd=2.2 nM, Bmax=1.2 pmol/mg protein) and a lower affinity component (Kd=15.9 nM, Bmax=4.4 pmol/mg protein). Diazepam and flurazepam (3 μM) increased significantly the specific binding of 40 nM but not of 2 nM [3H]muscimol. This stimulation was attributed to an increase in the affinity of the lower affinity component for GABA receptors. The time course of heat inactivation of GABA receptors revealed rapidly and then slowly denaturating Phases. These observations would suggest that there are multiple GABA receptors with different sensitivities to the heat treatment. Diazepam depressed remarkably the slowly denaturating phase(s). After heat treatment for 50 min, the single component of GABA receptors with Kd of 14.3 nM and Bmax of 0.6 pmol/mg protein survived, whereas in the membranes preincubated with 3 μM diazepam, the Kd and Bmax of the still viable GABA receptors were 14.8 nM and 1.14 pmol/mg protein, respectively. In light of these findings, the stimulation of the lower affinity component of GABA receptors may be related to the protective effect of these drugs against heat inactivation.  相似文献

Abstract

We studied the binding of [3H]-spiperone on human term placental membranes. This binding reached plateau level after 30 min incubation at 37°C and was reversed (t1/2 ~ 5 min) by addition of an excess of unlabeled spiperone. Scatchard analysis of saturation experiments with increasing doses of [3H]-spiperone (0–25 nM) showed one class of high affinity binding sites with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 14 ± 2 nM and a maximal binding capacity (Bmax) of 222 ± 9 fmoles/mg protein. The affinity of 5 competitors was determined in competitive binding assays. The D2-dopamine antagonists were the most potent inhibitors: Ki for spiperone and haloperidol were 8 ± 2 and 56 ± 22 nM respectively. Dopamine inhibited [3H]-spiperone binding with a Ki of 570 ± 50 μM whereas Schering 23390 (D1 antagonist) and propranolol (β-adrenergic antagonist) were without effect. The binding was also inhibited by 100 μM GTPγS (38 ± 8% inhibition), indicating that the dopamine receptor is coupled with a GTP binding protein. These results demonstrate for the first time the presence of D2-dopamine receptors in human placenta.  相似文献

Characterization of temperature-sensitive [3H]serotonin (5-HT) binding sites (1 and 4 nM Kd sites) revealed complex inhibition by neuroleptics and serotonin antagonists. There was no simple correlation with affinities for S1 and S2 receptors. In vivo pretreatment (48 h before) with mianserin did not alter Bmax or Kd for the 1 nM Kd [3H]5-HT site, although [3H]ketanserin (S2) densities were decreased by 50%. This suggested that possible S2 components of [3H]5-HT binding must be negligeable, even though ketanserin competed with high affinity (IC50 = 3 nM) for a portion of the 1 nM Kd [3H]5-HT site. Low concentrations of mianserin inhibited the 1 nM Kd [3H]5-HT site in a non-competitive manner, as shown by a decrease in Bmax with no change in Kd after in vitro incubation. The complex inhibition data may therefore represent indirect interactions through another site.  相似文献

Abstract: The effects of some GABA analogues and some drugs on the binding of [3H]muscimol (3.08 nM) to thoroughly washed subcellular particles prepared from a neuron-enriched culture of embryonic rat brain were examined using Na+-free Tris-citrate medium and a centrifugation method. Competition for [3H]muscimol binding sites by excess(10?5 M) unlabelled GABA provided estimates of “specific” binding. In accord with in vivo neuropharmacological studies on GABA receptors and with in vitro studies on cerebral membrane preparations, [3H]muscimol binding was potently inhibited by muscimol itself (IC50, 2.5 nM), GABA (1C50, 43 nM), isoguvacine (IC50, 61 nM), and 3-aminopropanesulphonic acid (IC50, 160 nM), and less potently inhibited by the GABA antagonist bicuculline methobromide (IC50, 800 nM). δ- Aminovaleric acid (IC50, 2.6 μM), the glycinelp-alanine antagonist strychnine (IC50, 6.6 μM), and the predominantly glial GABA uptake inhibitors β-alanine (IC50, 23 μM) and p-proline (IC50, 66 μM) also inhibited [3H]muscimol binding. Other inhibitors of Na+-dependent GABA uptake, (±)-nipecotic acid, L- 2,4-diaminobutyric acid, and guvacine, as well as picrotoxinin, were relatively inactive as inhibitors of [3H]muscimol binding (IC50≥ 1 mM). In addition to revealing that GABA receptors are present on neuronal membranes before the formation of most synapses, this binding of [3H]muscimol that occurs to neuronal, but not to glial, membranes might be useful as a “neuronal marker” and for the further characterization and isolation of GABA receptors.  相似文献

The binding properties of the high affinity binding site for [3H]-nitrendipine on rabbit uteri membranes were investigated. The specific component had a dissociation constant of 0.46±.07nM and a maximal binding of 175±11 pmol/mg. A variety of other calcium channel blockers inhibited the binding of [3H]nitrendipine with varying potencies. Flunarizine demonstrated a high potency (IC50 = 0.30 uM) in inhibiting binding while verapamil and bepridil were less potent with IC50's of approximately 0.6–1.5 uM. Diltiazem did not displace nitrendipine even at very high concentrations. Verapamil displayed negative cooperative inhibition suggesting that a second site exists on uterine membranes for the binding of other calcium channel blockers.  相似文献

Two distinct types of [3H]IP3 binding were found in canine cardiac microsomes with high (Kd = 21 nM, Bmax = 0.66 pmol/mg) and low affinity (Kd = 230 nM, Bmax = 2.9 pmol/mg). Also found were low affinity [3H]IP4 binding (Kd = 190 nM, Bmax = 4.5 pmol/mg) and high affinity [3H]IP6 binding (Kd = 10 nM, Bmax = 4.9 pmol/mg). The rank order of potency to displace these radioligands indicates that binding of IP3 and IP6 is ligand-specific. Sucrose gradient centrifugation of the detergent-solubilized cardiac microsomes indicates that the molecular size of the cardiac high affinity IP3 receptor is similar to that of the aortic smooth muscle IP3 receptor and smaller than that of the ryanodine receptor which migrates more rapidly. The IP4 and IP6 binding migrates more slowly than the IP3 receptor.  相似文献

[3H]verapamil binding to muscle tubule membrane has the following properties. KD = 27 ± 5 nM and maximum binding capacity Bmax = 50 ± 5 pmol/mg of protein. A 1 = 1 stoichiometry of binding was found for the ratio of [3H]verapamil versus [3H] nitrendipine binding sites. The dissociation constant found at equilibrium is near that determined from the ratio of the rate constants for association (k1) and dissociation (k?1). Antiarrhythmic drugs like D600, diltiazem and bepridil are competitive inhibitors of [3H]verapamil binding with KD values between 40 and 200 nM. Dihydropyridine analogs are apparent non competitive inhibitors of [3H]verapamil binding with half-maximum inhibition values (K0.5) between 1 and 5 nM.  相似文献

We have previously shown that whereas (RS)-2-amino-3-(3-hydroxy-5-phenylisoxazol-4-yl)propionic acid (APPA) shows the characteristics of a partial agonist at (RS)-2-amino-3-(3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazol-4-yl)propionic acid (AMPA) receptors, (S)-APPA is a full AMPA receptor agonist and (R)-APPA a weak competitive AMPA receptor antagonist. This observation led us to introduce the new pharmacological concept, functional partial agonism. Recently we have shown that the 2-pyridyl analogue of APPA, (RS)-2-amino-3-[3-hydroxy-5-(2-pyridyl)isoxazol-4-yl]propionic acid (2-Py-AMPA), is a potent and apparently full AMPA receptor agonist, and this compound has now been resolved into (+)- and (-)-2-Py-AMPA (ee ≥ 99.0%) by chiral HPLC using a Chirobiotic T column. The absolute stereochemistry of the enantiomers of APPA has previously been established by X-ray analysis, and on the basis of comparative studies of the circular dichroism spectra of the enantiomers of APPA and 2-Py-AMPA, (+)- and (-)-2-Py-AMPA were assigned the (S)- and (R)-configuration, respectively. In a series of receptor binding studies, neither enantiomer of 2-Py-AMPA showed detectable affinity for kainic acid receptor sites or different sites at the N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) receptor complex. (+)-(S)-2-Py-AMPA was an effective inhibitor of [3H]AMPA binding (IC50 = 0.19 ± 0.06 μM) and a potent AMPA receptor agonist in the rat cortical wedge preparation (EC50 = 4.5 ± 0.3 μM) comparable with AMPA (IC50 = 0.040 ± 0.01 μM; EC50 = 3.5 ± 0.2 μM), but much more potent than (+)-(S)-APPA (IC50 = 5.5 ± 2.2 μM; EC50 = 230 ± 12 μM). Like (-)-(R)-APPA (IC50 > 100 μM), (-)-(R)-2-Py-AMPA (IC50 > 100 μM) did not significantly affect [3H]AMPA binding, and both compounds were week AMPA receptor antagonists (Ki = 270 ± 50 and 290 ± 20 μM, respectively). The binding of (1)-[3H]vesamicol was characterized in several subcellular fractions and brain regions of the rat. Binding to a lysed P2 fraction from the rat cerebral cortex reached equilibrium within 4 min at 37°C and was reversible (dissociation half-time 4.9 min). At least two binding affinities were found in P2 fractions from the cerebral cortex (Kd:21 nM and 980 nM), striatum (Kd:28 nM and 690 nM), and cerebellum (Kd:22 nM and 833 nM). High affinity Bmax values were highest in striatum (1.17 pmol/mg protein), followed by cerebellum (0.67 pmol/mg protein), and cerebral cortex (0.38 pmol/mg protein). Low affinity Bmax values were highest in cerebellum (5.2 pmol/mg protein), with similar values for cerebral cortex (3.7 pmol/mg protein) and striatum (3.8 pmol/mg protein). High affinity but not low affinity binding in each brain region was stereospecific. Another inhibitor of vesicular ACh-transport also displaced 1-vesamicol binding potently (IC50:17 nM) and efficaciously (over 90%). Both high affinity and low affinity Bmax values for [3H]vesamicol-binding were highest in a partially purified synaptic vesicle fraction, followed by puriffied synaptosomes, crude membranes and P2 fractions. Specific binding was not observed in a mitochondria-enriched fraction. Crude membrane preparations of primary, neuron-enriched whole brain cultures also exhibited high (64 nM) and low affinity (1062 nM) [3H]vesamicol binding. Isoosmotic replaement of 0.18 M KCl in the binding-buffer with NaCl had no effect on binding. These results suggest that at least some high affinity [3H]vesamicol binding in rat brain preparations may be associated with synaptic vesicles, some of which may not be cholinergic in origin.  相似文献

The interaction of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) with GABAA receptors has been proposed to underlie the neurological dysfunctions of ALA-accumulating disorders, such as acute intermittent porphyria. The effects of ALA on [3H]muscimol binding to human and rat cerebral cortical membranes were compared. ALA (0.1–10 mM) significantly inhibited the binding of [3H]muscimol (12 nM), with a similar potency in rat and human membranes (IC50 = 199 vs. 228 M, respectively). Kinetical analysis revealed that ALA (1 mM) significantly increased the Kd and decreased the Bmax of [3H]muscimol to both rat (100 and 50%, respectively) and human (200 and 40%, respectively) membranes, indicating a mixed-type inhibition. The similarity in the potency and mechanism of the ALA-induced inhibition of muscimol binding in rat and human membranes indicate that rat studies are useful to evaluate the neurotoxic properties of ALA towards the human GABAergic system, and may help to understand the pathophysiology of porphyria.  相似文献

Abstract

We have shown that binding of 3H-dihydroalprenolol ([3H] DHA) to DDT1 MF-2 cells and cell membranes was of high affinity, saturable, stereoselective and reversible. The [3H]DHA dissociation constants were 0.63 ± 0.15 nM (n=6) and 0.83 ± 0.04 nM (n=5) for intact cells and cell membranes, respectively, with a binding site concentration for cells of 27,300 ± 5,200 sites/ cell (n=6) and for membranes 468 ± 24 fmoles/mg protein (n=5). The order of agonist competition for the [3H]-DHA binding site of DDT1 cell membranes was isoproterenol (Ki = 0.20 ± 0.07 μM) > epinephrine (Ki = 0.4 ± 0.2 μM) > norepinephrine (Ki = 66.5 ± 5.15 μM) consistent with a β2-selective receptor interaction. Zinterol, a β2-selective antagonist, (Ki = 0.05 ± 0.01 μM) was 18x more effective than metoprolol, a β1-selective antagonist (Ki = 0.9 ± 0.1 μM), in competing for the DHA binding site. A nonlinear iterative curve fitting analysis of zinterol and metoprolol binding isotherms indicated that (p>0.05) DDT1 cells possess a pure population of β2-adrenergic receptors. Finally, we have shown that DDT1 MF-2 cell β2-adrenergic receptor is functionally coupled to adenylate cyclase via a G/F protein complex as demonstrated in part by a guanine nucleotide requirement for isoproterenol stimulation of adenylate cyclase activity. In addition, guanine nucleotide mediated a reduction in the affinities of isoproterenol and epinephrine for the [3H]DHA binding site.  相似文献

Abstract: The binding of radioactive piperidine-4-sulphonic acid ([3H]P4S) to thoroughly washed, frozen, and thawed membranes isolated from cow and rat brains has been studied. Quantitative computer analysis of the binding curves for four regions of bovine brain revealed the general presence of two binding sites. In these brain regions less satisfactory computer fits were obtained for receptor models showing one or three binding sites or negative cooperativity. With the use of Tris-citrate buffer at 0°C the two affinity classes for P4S in bovine cortex membranes revealed the following binding parameters: KD= 17 ± 7 nM (Bmax= 0.15 ± 0.07 pmol/mg protein) and KD= 237 ± 100 nM (Bmax= 0.80 ± 0.20 pmol/mg protein). Heterogeneity was also observed for association and dissociation rates of [3H]P4S. The slow binding component (kon= 5.6 × 107 or 8.8 × 107 M-1 min-1, kOff= 0.83 min-1, and KD= 14.7 or 9.4 nM, determined by two different methods in phosphate buffer containing potassium chloride) corresponds to the high-affinity component of the equilibrium binding curve (KD= 11 nM, Bmax= 0.12 pmol/mg protein in the same buffer system). The association and dissociation rates for the subpopulation of rapidly dissociating sites, apparently corresponding to the low-affinity sites, were too rapid to be measured accurately. The binding of [3H]P4S appears to involve the same two populations of sites with Bmax values similar to those for [3H]GABA binding to the same tissue, although the kinetic parameters for the two ligands are somewhat different. Furthermore, comparative studies on the inhibition of [3H]P4S and [3H]GABA binding by various GABA analogues, strongly suggest that P4S binds to the GABA receptors. The different effects of P4S and GABA on benzodiazepine binding are discussed.  相似文献

Influences of dithiothreitol (DTT), p-chloromercuriphenyl sulfonate (PCMPS) and ascorbate on CuCl2-induced elevation of [3H]cimetidine binding were investigated in brain membranes of rats. CuCl2 (10–500 μM) elevated specific [3H]cimetidine binding in a concentration-dependent manner. There were two types of [3H]cimetidine binding in the presence of 50 μM CuCl2: high affinity binding with Kd = 1.97 nM and low affinity with Kd = 21.6 nM. PCMPS (10 and 100 μM) reduced the binding in both media with and without CuCl2. DTT (1–30 μM) or ascorbate (0.1 and 1.0 mM) markedly elevated the binding in the presence of CuCl2 but showed no effect and ascorbate rather inhibited the binding in the absence of CuCl2. DTT (0.1 mM) diminished the binding in the presence and absence of CuCl2. CuCl2 (50 μM) significantly (P < 0.01) increased the IC50 of histamine for [3H]cimetidine binding and the effect was greater than that from 100 μM GTP. It is suggested that sulfhydryl groups sensitive to PCMPS could interact with Cu2+ and thus be involved in an elevation of cimetidine binding. Cu2+ seems to regulate affinity of agonist binding for cimetidine binding sites presumably by acting on cimetidine binding sites and/or GTP binding regulatory proteins.  相似文献

A (?)-[3H]norepinephrine binding site was identified in a crude synaptosomal fraction isolated from bovine hypothalamus which bound norepinephrine rapidly, reversibly, and stereospecifically. The results were most consistent with binding of (-)-[3H]norepinephrine to the carrier molecule used to translocate biogenic amines into synaptic vesicles. The binding studies indicated that specific binding of (?)-[3H]norepinephrine to the crude synaptosomal fraction was greatly enhanced by 1 mM MgCl2 and 1 mM ATP. The increased binding of (?)-[3H]norepinephrine also occured in the presence of MgCl2 and GTP, but AMP, adenosine and adenyl-5′-yl imidodiphosphate would not substitute for ATP. Neither CaCl2 nor ZnSO4 could be substituted for the MgCl2. In the presence of MgCl2 and ATP, the dissociation constant for (?)-[3H]norepinephrine was 280 nM with a specific binding site density of 4.8 pmol/mg protein. Binding was stereospecific with ratios of 15, 4, and 6.5 for the affinities of (?)-isomers to (+)-isomers for norepinephrine, epinephrine and isoproterenol, respectively. Drug competition studies, conducted in the presence of Mg2+ and ATP, indicated that (?)-epinephrine, (?)-norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin had inhibitory constants ranging from 0.25 to 0.8 μM with (?)-isoproterenol and tyramine having inhibitory constants around 2 μM. Reserpine was the most potent inhibitor having an inhibition constant of 8.6 ± 0.3 nM. The binding data were not consistent with the specific site being the α- or β-receptors for norepinephrine, the Uptake1 Site for norepinephrine into synaptosomes or the metabolizing enzymes for norepinephrine.  相似文献

The synthetic peptide octarphin (TPLVTLFK, fragment 12?C19 of ??-endorphin), a selective agonist of the nonopioid ??-endorphin receptor, was labeled with tritium yielding specific activity of 28 Ci/mmol. The binding of [3H]octarphin to rat adrenal cortex membranes was studied under normal conditions as well as after cold and heat shocks. It was found that under normal conditions [3H]octarphin specifically binds to the membranes with high affinity: K d1 = 36.3 ± 2.5 nM, Bmax1 = 41.0 ± 3.8 pmol/mg protein. The specific binding of [3H]octarphin to the membranes was inhibited by unlabeled ??-endorphin (K i = 33.9 ± 3.6 nM) and the agonist of the non-opioid receptor decapeptide immunorphin (K i = 36.8 ± 3.3 nM). Unlabeled naloxone, [Leu5]- and [Met5]enkephalins, ??- and ??-endorphins, and corticotropin were inactive (K i > 1 ??M). Both cold and heat shocks decreased the binding affinity: K d2 = 55.6 ± 4.2 nM and K d3 = 122.7 ± 5.6 nM, respectively. In both cases, the maximal binding capacity of the receptor did not change. Thus, even a short-term thermal shock significantly affects the sensitivity of the non-opioid ??-endorphin receptor of adrenal cortex membranes.  相似文献

The tritium-labeled selective agonist of the nonopioid β-endorphin receptor the decapeptide immunorphin ([3H]SLTCLVKGFY) with a specific activity of 24 Ci/mmol was prepared. It was shown that [3H]immunorphin binds with a high affinity to the non-opioid β-endorphin receptor of mouse peritoneal macrophages (K d 2.4 ± 0.1 nM). The specific binding of [3H]immunorphin to macrophages was inhibited by unlabeled β-endorphin (K i of the [3H]immunorphin-receptor complex 2.9 ± 0.2 nM) and was not inhibited by unlabeled naloxone, α-endorphin, γ-endorphin, and [Met5]enkephalin (K i > 10 μM). Thirty fragments of β-endorphin were synthesized, and their ability to inhibit the specific binding of [3H]immunorphin to macrophages was studied. It was found that the shortest peptide having practically the same inhibitory activity as β-endorphin is its fragment 12–19 (K i 3.1 ± 0.3 nM).  相似文献

Selective agonist of nonopioid β‐endorphin receptor decapeptide immunorphin (SLTCLVKGFY) was labeled with tritium (the specific activity of 24 Ci/mmol). [3H]Immunorphin was found to bind to nonopioid β‐endorphin receptor of mouse peritoneal macrophages (Kd = 2.0 ± 0.1 nM ). The [3H]immunorphin specific binding with macrophages was inhibited by unlabeled β‐endorphin (Ki = 2.9 ± 0.2 nM ) and was not inhibited by unlabeled naloxone, α‐endorphin, γ‐endorphin and [Met5]enkephalin (Ki > 10 µM ). Thirty fragments of β‐endorphin have been synthesized and their ability to inhibit the [3H]immunorphin specific binding to macrophages was studied. Unlabeled fragment 12–19 (TPLVTLFK, the author's name of the peptide octarphin) was found to be the shortest peptide possessing practically the same inhibitory activity as β‐endorphin (Ki = 3.1 ± 0.3 nM ). The peptide octarphin was labeled with tritium (the specific activity of 28 Ci/mmol). [3H]Octarphin was found to bind to macrophages with high affinity (Kd = 2.3 ± 0.2 nM ). The specific binding of [3H]octarphin was inhibited by unlabeled immunorphin and β‐endorphin (Ki = 2.4 ± 0.2 and 2.7 ± 0.2 nM , respectively). The intent of the present study was to investigate adenosine receptor sites in brain membranes of the saltwater teleost fish, Mullus surmuletus, using the A1 receptor selective agonist, [3H]CHA, and A2a receptor selective agonist [3H]CGS 21680. The A1 selective agonist, [3H]CHA, bound saturably, reversibly and with high affinity to a single-class of binding sites (Kd 1.47 nM; Bmax 100–190 fmol/mg protein, dependent on fish length). The A2a selective agonist, [3H]CGS 21680, also bound saturably, reversibly and with relative high affinity to a single-class of binding sites (Kd 44.2 nM; Bmax 150–300 fmol/mg protein dependent on fish length). In equilibrium competition experiments, adenosine analogous, NECA, CGS 21680, CHA, CPA, S-PIA, R-PIA, CPCA, DPMA, and xanthine antagonists, DPCPX, XAC, and THEO all displaced [3H]CHA and [3H]CGS 21680 specifically bound to brain membranes from Mullus surmuletus. Specific binding of both [3H]CHA and [3H]CGS 21680 was inhibited by GDPβS. For [3H]CHA the IC50 value was 2.5 ± 0.1 μM, while for [3H]CGS 21680 the IC50 value was 7.7 ± 0.3 μM. Our results indicate that the high affinity binding sites for [3H]CHA have some pharmacological characteristics of mammalian A1 adenosine receptors, while the binding sites for [3H]CGS 21680 appear to be virtually identical to the binding sites for [3H]CHA.  相似文献

Specific β1-adrenoreceptors antagonist [3H]CGP 26505 binding was characterized in rat cerebral cortex and heart sinus atrial node. In both tissues [3H]CGP 26505 binding was maximal at 25°C, it was specific, saturable and protein concentration dependent. Scatchard analysis of saturation isotherms of specific [3H]CGP 26505 binding in cerebral cortex showed that [3H]CGP 26505 binds a single class of high affinity sites with a dissociation constant (KD) of 1±0.3 nM and a maximal number of binding sites (Bmax) of 40±2 fmol/mg of protein. In sinus atrial node, [3H]-CGP 26505 binds a single class of high affinity sites (KD=1.9±0.4 nM, Bmax=28±2 fmol/mg of protein).  相似文献

The in vitro aromatase activity in microsomal fractions from rat ovary and its inhibition by enantiomers of aminoglutethimide (AG), rogletimide (RG), and cyclohexylaminoglutethimide (ChAG) were studied by analysing the [3H]H2O released when [1β-3H]androstenedione was converted to estrone. Maximum velocity (Vmax) and the Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) of the microsomal aromatase enzyme were 17.40 ± 0.45 pmol/ml/mg protein/min and 1.02 ± 0.06 μM, respectively. The IC50s for the enantiomers were similar for (+)-R-AG and (?)-R-ChAG (0.86 ± 0.06 and 0.89 ± 0.15 μM, respectively). (+)S-ChA'G was most potent with IC50 of 0.075 ± 0.003 μM. The IC50s for (?)-S-AG, (+)-R-RG, and (?)-S-RG were in the same range (23.15 ± 2.74, 24.58 ± 2.46, and 24.43 ± 2.20 μM, respectively). © 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献
