A study was made of the immunodepressive effect of cyclophosphamide (CP) on mice of 3 strains (BALB/c, CBA, and DBA/2) immunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC). With the optimal immunizing dose of the antigen (5 X 10(8) SRBC) the most pronounced immunodepression was noted in DBA/2 mice, and with the high dose (6.2 X 10(9))--in DBA/2 and CBA mice. The CP action proved to depend on the dose of the antigen administered; in BALB/c mice a reduction in the number of the antibody-forming cells was the same with both SRBC doses, in DBA/2 mice an increase of the antigen dose led to reduction of immunode pression, and in CBA mice -- to its enhancement (with sufficiently high CP doses). Determination of the rate of oxidative CP hydroxylation by the liver microsomes of mice showed it to be comparatively low in DBA/2 and CBA mice, and much greater in BALB/c mice. It is supposed that the detected differences in the immunodepressive action of CP could be connected with different sensitivity of the target cells and (or) with the peculiarities of its metabolism in mice belonging to different strains.  相似文献

CBA females (H-2k) mated with DBA2 males (H-2d) exhibit a high rate of fetal resorption (30%) when compared with the CBA female BALB/c male, CBA female/CBA male, DBA2 female/CBA male, DBA2 female/DBA2 male combinations (6 to 8%). Preimmunization of CBA females with spleen cells from DBA2, BALB/c, or CBA males were performed in order to test their effects on CBA maternal tolerance of (CBA X DBA2)F1 fetuses. Only preimmunization with BALB/c male cells was effective in decreasing resorption; cells from BALB/c females had no effect. In order to further test 1) the role of non-MHC-encoded antigens present in the BALB/c male background, 2) the necessity of an additional H-2 difference, and 3) whether or not the phenomenon is H-2d restricted, preimmunizations were performed by using cells from congenic BALB/k (H-2k), BALB/b (H-2b), or BALB/c (H-2d). Only the latter treatment was efficient, which suggests that the paternal H-2d haplotype must be presented in synergy with some non-MHC-encoded antigens in the BALB/c male background. Immunogenetic studies with cells from nine recombinant inbred strains that reassorted DBA2 and BALB/c genomes showed that three of them behave like BALB/c and six like DBA2. This would suggest that the genetic determinism of this phenomenon is simple.  相似文献

BALB/c or DBA/2 mice were infected with Abelson murine leukemia virus (A-MuLV), pseudotype Molony murine leukemia virus (M-MuLV). Infection of these mice with 104 focus-forming units of A-MuLV (M-MuLV) induced overt leukemia, detectable grossly or microscopically in 90% of the mice at 20–38 days. However, these methods did not detect leukemia at 17 days or before. Bone marrow cells from A-MuLV-infected leukemic or preleukemic mice were placed in tissue culture in a soft agarose gel. Cells from leukemic or preleukemic BALB/c mice grew to form colonies of 103 cells or more, composed of lymphoblasts, whereas marrow cells from normal uninfected mice did not. Cells from these colonies grew to form ascitic tumors after intraperitoneal inoculation into pristane-primed BALB/c recipient. Colony-forming leukemia cells could be detected in the marrow of A-MuLV-infected mice as early as 8 days after virus incoluation. The number of colony-forming leukemia cells increased as a function of time after virus inoculation. Colony-forming leukemia cells require other cells in order to replicate in tissue culture. Normal bone marrow cells, untreated or after treatment with mitomycin-C, provide this “helper” function. Only in the presence of untreated or mitomycin-C treated helper cells was the number of colonies approximately proportional to the number of leukemia cells plated. Marrow cells from leukemic BALB/c mice form more colonies than those from leukemic DBA/2 mice. The number of colonies formed per 103 microscopically identifiable leukemia cells plated was determined to be 2–3 for leukemic BALB/c mice and 0.3 for DBA/2 mice. Cocultivation of leukemic DBA/2 marrow cells with mitomycin-C treated normal BALB/c cells did not increase the number of colonies formed by the DBA/2 leukemic cells. Thus, the decreased ability of DBA/2 leukemia cells to form colonies appears to be a property of the leukemia cell population.  相似文献

The CBA/J × DBA/2 mouse mating combination is prone to spontaneous embryo loss, in contrast to the MHC-identical CBA/J × BALB/c mating combination, which yields successful pregnancies. The underlying mechanisms for these observations are unclear. In this study, multi-vision immunohistochemical staining (IHC), flow cytometry and Western blot analysis were used to detect peroxiredoxin-2 (PRX-2) expression in the uterine natural killer (uNK) cells from CBA/J × DBA/2 and CBA/J × BALB/c mice. In IHC analysis, co-localization of PRX-2 and lectin from Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA-lectin) was confirmed and the frequency of PRX-2(+) DBA-lectin(+) cells was significantly lower in CBA/J × DBA/2 than CBA/J × BALB/c. In flow cytometry and Western blotting, PRX-2 was found expressed at a significantly lower level in CBA/J × DBA/2 mice. PRX-2 inhibition with a neutralizing antibody significantly decreased PRX-2 expression, increased the cytotoxicity of uNK cells, and increased the percentage of embryo loss in CBA/J × DBA/2J mice. Our data suggest that PRX-2 may be involved in the modulation of maternal-fetal tolerance and that insufficient expression of this protein may correlate with increased embryo loss in CBA/J × DBA/2J mice.  相似文献

The structures of mouse and human ribosomal DNA were studied using the restriction enzymes Eco R1 and Hind III. Individual mice or humans showed a heterogeneous pattern of restriction fragments resulting from differences in the non-transcribed spacer DNA. Six individual mice from the inbred strain CBA/H-T6 had identical patterns. The same pattern was shown by another CBA strain and by C3H. These strains were originally derived from a BALB X DBA cross made in 1920. Different patterns were found for BALB/c, C57BL and Mus poschiavinus. Cultured cells derived from C3H mice (L cells) showed a pattern quantitatively different from that of the parent strain, but two myeloma cell lines derived from BALB/c showed the same pattern as BALB/c mice. Ribosomal DNA in man is also heterogeneous. Differences were observed between human DNAs in the amounts of the different spacer classes. Studies on mouse-human cell hybrids suggest that some spacer classes are present on more than one of the five human nucleolus organizers.  相似文献

Apoptosis of male germ cells is a widespread but little-understood phenomenon in many animal species. The elucidation of its mechanisms could be useful in the understanding of male infertility. We have examined the distribution of dying cells with the terminal transferase-mediated nick-end labeling (TUNEL) method and by an electron-microscopic procedure in the testes of 10 mouse strains, viz., C57BL/10 (B10), SL/NiA (SL), C57BL/6 (B6), C3H/He (C3H), BALB/c (BALB), DBA2 (DBA), CBA/J (CBA), MRL/MpJ(-)+/+ (M+), MRL/MpJ-lpr/lpr (lpr), and wild-type NJL mice (Mus musculus musculus). In the testes of the B10, NJL, SL, B6, C3H, BALB, DBA, and CBA mice, very few TUNEL-positive cells are distributed in the seminiferous tubules, whereas in the testes of the M+ and lpr mice, many TUNEL-positive cells, which are restricted to stage XII seminiferous tubules, have been identified. The most important finding is that many metaphases of meiotic spermatocytes show a marked TUNEL-positive reaction. Some metaphases show apoptotic morphology electron-microscopically. These results suggest that the testes of MRL strains will provide a useful model for the study of the mechanism of metaphase-specific apoptosis in meiotic spermatocytes.  相似文献

Female CBA/J mice mated with DBA/2 males exhibit an increased spontaneous resorption rate (30-35%) in their first pregnancy. Second pregnancies show a decreased resorption rate (15-20%). In contrast, resorption in CBA/J females mated with BALB/c males (identical to DBA/2 at the H-2 major histocompatibility locus) occurs with a frequency of 5-10%. Resorption is preceded by fetoplacental infiltration of natural killer (NK)-like cells and a deficiency in a lipophilic NK-suppressive activity. The eicosanoids leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) are known to modulate NK activity in vitro. We measured the concentrations of LTB4 and PGE2 in extracts of individual fetoplacental units at Day 8 of gestation from (1) primigravid CBA/J x DBA/2 resorption-prone matings (RES); (2) second CBA/J x DBA/2 matings (SEC); and (3) primigravid CBA/J x BALB/c control matings (CON). We detected a significant decrease in the mean concentration of LTB4 in RES fetoplacental units (176.4 +/- 11.8 pg/ml; n = 42) compared with CON and SEC fetoplacental units (570.2 +/- 45.5 pg/ml; n = 21 and 420.2 +/- 59.5 pg/ml; n = 39, respectively). To confirm that the LTB4 deficiency is associated with decreased NK suppression in RES matings, we supplemented RES extracts, in vitro, with exogenous LTB4 (0-500 pg/ml). The effect of the addition of LTB4 to RES extracts was biphasic. Addition of LTB4 in the range of 30-125 pg/ml increased the extract's NK suppressive capacity, whereas LTB4 alone either stimulated NK activity or was without effect. These results suggest a critical role for LTB4 in averting NK-mediated early spontaneous fetal resorption.  相似文献

Control of fetal survival in CBA x DBA/2 mice by lymphokine therapy   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
In this study, we examined the effect of injecting various cytokines. We report here that tumour necrosis factor (TNF)alpha, gamma-interferon and interleukin 2 (IL-2) can, in some circumstances, increase fetal resorption rates in abortion-prone (CBA/J x DBA/2) and non-abortion prone (CBA/J x BALB/c,C3H x DBA/2) matings: 1000 units TNF enhanced resorptions from 43 to 79% in CBA x DBA/2, from 7 to 89% in CBA x BALB/c, from 5 to 47% in C3H x DBA/2. The effect was both gestational age- and dose-dependent. Gamma interferon and R-IL-2 enhanced resorptions from 38 to 68% and 76% respectively in the CBA/J x DBA/2 mating combination, whereas the rates in CBA/J x BALB/c matings were enhanced from 6 to 44% and 55%. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), which is known to lead to the release of TNF-alpha, had a similar effect, leading to gestational age- and dose-dependent enhancement of resorptions up to 100%. However, cytokines of the CSF family, including IL-3 and GM-CSF, increased the chances of fetal survival when injected into abortion-prone mice, e.g. reducing resorption rates in the abortion-prone CBA/J x DBA/2 mating combination from 55 to 22% (IL-3), and 47 to 8% (GM-CSF). They also increased fetal and placental weight and, in particular, expanded the spongiotrophoblast zone in the placenta. The latter observations may be due to a direct trophic influence on placental cells, perhaps through a cytokine cascade, or an indirect effect due to inhibition of natural killer (NK)-like cells, or both. Whatever the mechanism, these results may find practical application in influencing reproductive outcome in women and other species.  相似文献

CBA/J females (H-2k) mated with DBA2/J males (H-2d) exhibit a high rate of fetal resorption. Fetal survival has been improved by pretreatment of CBA/J females with spleen cells from BALB/c J (H-2d) (but not from CBA/J or DBA/2/J) males. Similarly, three out of nine recombinant inbred strains (recombining BALB/c and DBA2 genomes at the homozygous state) possess antiabortive effects like the BALB/c parent. Previous studies showed that BALB/c pretreatment triggers the appearance of suppressor cells in the spleen and of IgG1 anti-H-2d antibodies in the serum of CBA/J females. Studies of these two immunological parameters after CBA/J preimmunization by the different recombinant strains suggest that local intrauterine immunoregulation is the determinant of success or failure of allopregnancy.  相似文献

Suramin stimulated DNA synthesis in spleen cell cultures of all inbred strains of mice tested, including, for example, CBA, DBA/2, C57BL/6, and the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-nonresponsive strain C3H/HeJ. The cells responding to the drugs were removed by passage through nylon wool columns, but they were not eliminated by in vivo treatment of the mice with anti-Thy 1.2 antibody. Spleen cells of homozygous nude mice (C57BL/6 or BALB/c background) were as reactive as those of their heterozygous littermates. Collectively the data show that suramin is a B-cell mitogen in the mouse.  相似文献

To study the effect of adoptive transfer of paternal antigen-tolerant T cells on recipient reactive T cells, CBA/JxDBA/2 mating was recruited as an abortion-prone model, and CBA/JxBALB/c mating as a successful pregnancy model. The abortion-prone CBA/J females mated with DBA/2 males were injected intraperitoneally with rat anti-mouse CD80 and CD86 mAb or rat isotype IgG at day 4 after gestation (time of implantation). The purified T cells were obtained from spleen of the pregnant CBA/J mice using magnetic beads at day 9 after gestation and labeled with CFSE in vitro. The CFSE-labeled T cells were intravenously injected into other CBA/J females mated with DBA/2 males at day 4 after gestation. The proliferation of recipient splenocytes in response to DBA/2 stimulator cells was evaluated at day 9 after gestation in vitro, and the expressions of intracellular cytokines and costimulatory molecules in CFSE +/- T cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The results showed that adoptive transfer of either paternal antigen-tolerant T cells or T cells from BALB/c-mated CBA/J mice significantly suppressed the proliferation of recipient splenocytes in response to DBA/2 stimulator cells and resulted in lower frequency of cells positive for IL-2, IFN-gamma, CD28 and higher frequency of IL-10,CTLA-4-producing cells in both CFSE+ CD3+ population and CFSE- CD3+ population compared with adoptive transfer of T cells from isotype IgG-treated CBA/J mice, whereas the frequency of IL-4-producing cells did not appear significant change. Our findings suggest that paternal antigen-tolerant T cells transferred in recipient not only function as antigen-specific suppresser cells but also disable the recipient reactive T cells, which co-suppresses maternal rejection to the allogeneic fetus, thus resulting in the decrease of the embryo resorption rate of the abortion-prone mice to that of the normal pregnancy mice.  相似文献

Transplantable tumour lines established from spontaneous tumours of BALB/c, CBA, and DBA/2 mice displayed different immunogenic strength. This report describes tumour susceptibility to interleukin-2 (IL-2) therapy in relation to tumour immunogenicity. The following tumour lines were used: X5, X6, and X9 mammary tumours of DBA/2, BALB/c, and CBA origin respectively, X7 carcinoma of BALB/c and X18 papilloma of CBA mice. Two spontaneous tumours of long transplantation history, SL2 lymphoma (SL2) of DBA/2 and Madison lung carcinoma M109 (M109) of BALB/c origin, were used as control systems. Experimental mice were transplanted with different inocula of tumour cells at day 0; treatment with IL-2 was initiated on days 1–3 or delayed until day 10 and consisted of daily injections of low doses of 5000 or 20 000 U/mouse given five times a week for a period of 3 weeks. Treatment of SL2 (2 × 104 cells injected i.p.) consisted of i.p. injections of 5000 or 20 000 U IL-2/mouse given on days 10–14 after tumour transplantation. IL-2 therapy of SL2-bearing DBA/2JIco mice resulted in a significant proportion of cures; however, no response to IL-2 treatment was achieved in SL2-bearing DBA/2CrIiw mice. BALB/c mice with the i.p. transplant of M109 responded to IL-2 treatment with 40% increase in lifespan. The low-dose IL-2 therapy of the five spontaneous tumours resulted, in general, in transient growth inhibition of the i.m. transplants of lines X5, X6, and X7 provided that IL-2 was administered locally. The therapeutic effect depended on the number of transplanted tumour cells, the best results being achieved at cell numbers close to the dose-inducing tumour growth in 50% of animals. We found that the spontaneously arising tumours responding to IL-2 treatment were all slowly growing and immunogenic (X6 and X7) or might have viral association (X5) and, as such, might express foreign antigens. The data suggest a correlation between tumour immunogenicity and the therapeutic effect. However, IL-2 can still exert some effect against tumours with negligible immunogenicity. Mice of strains CBA and BALB/c, when injected with lymphocytes from theH-2-compatible Mls-antigen-incompatible strains C3H and DBA/2, respectively, develop a reduced lymphocyte reactivity against cells of the injected strains as measured in the mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC). The mechanism of the development of a depression of the MLC response against Mlsantigens is unknown. In this investigation we have tested the MLC response of lymphocytes from CBA mice preinjected with C3H lymphocytes against cells from 12 different strains. It was observed that the response decreased against cells from strains C3H, AKR, and A/Sn. Infusion of CBA mice with AKR lymphocytes decreased their MLC response against the same three strains. In contrast, infusion of CBA mice with A/Sn lymphocytes reduced their MLC responses against strains C3H, DBA/2, and the congenic strains A/Sn, A.SW, A.CA, and A.BY. BALB/c mice which were infused with DBA/2 lymphocytes developed reduced responses against DBA/2, C3H, and AKR. On the basis of these results we propose that mice of our strains C3H and AKR possess a common Mls-antigen which is strongly stimulatory, and that DBA/2 mice possess a second Mls-antigen which is also strongly stimulatory. The congenic strains A/Sn, A.SW, A.CA, and A.BY, which have differentH-2 complexes, possess a third Mls-antigen which is less stimulatory. The Mls-antigens of the strains listed above seem to exhibit extensive immunological crossreactivity.  相似文献

Dependence of the passive avoidance extinction dynamics on a mouse strain was shown. Mice C57BL/6J and AKR/J extinguished more quickly relative to DBA/2J, CBA/Lac and BALB/c, and this extinction was stable. Individual instability of extinction was characteristic of C3H/HeJ mice. Extinction of the passive avoidance in mice CBA/Lac and BALB/c was slower: with a delay in the beginning and prolonged retention of memory trace of the shock exposure. In DBA/2J mice, the extinction was impaired. These data suggest that DBA/2J, CBA/Lac and BALB/c mice constitute groups of risk with high predisposition to impairment of extinction of memory of aversive events, which is thought to be a symptom of a depressive-like state.  相似文献

Nine human tumor cell lines derived from both epithelial and mesenchymal tumors exhibited either an anchorage-independent growth non-tumorigenic phenotype or an anchorage-independent tumorigenic phenotype. Transformed epithelial cell lines with the non-tumorigenic phenotype could be converted to a progressively growing tumor phenotype following treatment with either methylmethane sulfonate (MMS) or N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). In contrast, sarcoma derived cell lines with a non-tumorigenic phenotype could be converted to a progressively growing tumor phenotype only with MNNG. SV40 immortalized HET-1A non-tumorigenic phenotype cells could be converted to a progressively growing tumorigenic phenotype, infrequently, when treated with MNNG, but not MMS. Progressively growing tumors produced by either MMS or MNNG treated non-tumorigenic phenotypes exhibited metastatic potential in nude mice. Chemically treated HET-1A cells acquired the ability to produce tumor in mice but the tumor did not exhibit metastatic potential. In contrast, populations of tumorigenic cells were not rendered more biologically aggressive after treatment with either MMS or MNNG; i.e., the latency period for tumor development was not accelerated and the tumors did not exhibit metastatic potential. Food consumption was measured during the day (lights on) and the night (lights off) and compared between one outbred and 9 inbred strains of mice (CBA/Kw, C3H, DBA2, KP, BALB/c, C57BL, B10.Amst, B10.BR, B10.BR Y-del) in age groups 30-60, 60-90, 90-120, and more than 120 days. Outbred mice and animals from B10 sublines ate significantly more during nocturnal darkness. Day and night food consumption was similar in KP animals. In mice from the remaining strains there was an apparent age-related shift from nocturnal towards diurnal eating habits.  相似文献

The autoimmune hemolytic anemia of NZB mice is pathogenetically mediated by a genetically prescribed anti-erythrocyte autoantibody response directed to the X erythrocyte autoantigen. The cellular locus of the immunoregulatory defect underlying the anti-X response was explored by adoptively transferring bone marrow cells (BMC) from NZB mice to lethally irradiated histocompatible recipients. Before adoptive transfer, BMC from donor mice were assayed for antigen-binding lymphocytes with receptors for the X autoantigen (X-ABL) by immunocytoadherence assays and for anti-X autoantibody-secreting cells (X-PFC) by plaque-forming cell assays. Twelve weeks after adoptive transfer, splenic lymphocytes from recipient mice were assayed for X-PFC and humoral anti-X autoantibody by Coombs' tests. Transfer of 15 to 30 x 10(6) BMC containing 6 to 12 x 10(3) X-ABL but no X-PFC from 6- to 8-week-old NZB mice to lethally irradiated BALB/c, B10.D2, C57BL/Ks, and DBA/2 mice produced X-PFC in 70% of the recipients. Development of X-PFC was not simply dependent upon available X-ABL since transfer of 15-30 x 10(6) BMC, containing comparable numbers of X-ABL, from BALB/c, B10.D2, C57BL/Ks, or DBA/2 mice to NZB or syngeneic recipients did not produce X-PFC. Transfer of BMC from NZB mice to BALB/c, B10.D2, and DBA/2 mice with weekly administrations of AKR anti-theta antiserum had no effect on the development of X-PFC; Tlymphocyte ablation was evidenced by the absence of theta+ spleen cells. These results suggest that the pathogenetic anti-X response is not genetically prescribed at the level of macrophages, humoral factors, or T cells, but rather appears to be a phenotypic expression of a primary B lymphocyte defect permitting or promoting differentiation of NZB X-ABL.  相似文献

A hybridoma producing monoclonal antibodies (McAb) NATF9.9 (F9) was obtained from fusion of murine myeloma X63 and splenocytes of AKR mice immunized with a single intravenous injection of 5 X 10(7) thymocytes of CBA mice. F9 McAb were cytotoxic for 80% thymocytes, 10% splenocytes, 20% lymph node cells, 85% cortical and 32% medullary thymocytes of CBA, C57BL/6, BALB/c, DBA/2 and SJL but not for the cells of C58 and AKR mice. F9 McAb reacted only with T cells and did not react with B cells and EL4 thymoma cells (Thy-1.2+, Lyt-1+2-3-). The proportion of F9+ cells accounts for about 40% among T lymphocytes of the lymph nodes and spleen as tested by flow-type cytometry. Lymph node cells treated with F9 McAb plus complement completely lost their reactivity with rat anti-Lyt-2 McAb and only partly (by 30%) with anti-Lyt-1 McAb. The reactivity pattern of F9 McAb attests to their specificity for Lyt-3.2 antigen.  相似文献

Induction of nonspecific resistance to Schistosoma mansoni infection after the i.v. injection of viable BCG was investigated in outbred mice and a panel of inbred and H-2 congenic strains. Significant protection was induced in CF1, A/J, C57BL/6, C57BL/10, DBA/2, C57BR, and SJL mice. BALB/c mice were not protected whereas CBA and C3H mice expressed intermediate degrees of protection. Expression of the protective phenomenon is not controlled by genes within the MHC as shown by the marked differences in response between BALB/c and DBA/2 (H-2d) as well as between C57BR and C3H (H-2k) mice. H-2 congenic strains with C57BL/10 background (B10.A and B10.D2) were high responders. BALB.B10 mice carrying the high responder (B10) MHC on the nonresponder (BALB/c) background were not protected. The degree of splenic hypertrophy did not correlate with the expression of nonspecific resistance. These results demonstrate that, in addition to controlling specific immune responses, genetic differences influence the nonspecific protective phenomena related to BCG administration as well.  相似文献

Neonatal thymectomy (NTx) induces autoimmune gastritis (AIG) in BALB/c mice, a model for human type A chronic atrophic gastritis, but not in DBA/2 mice and rarely in CDF1 mice (a hybrid of BALB/c and DBA/2 mice). The aim of this study was to clarify the mechanisms of AIG-resistance in mice bearing the dominant trait of DBA/2. Linkage groups associated with, and cells related to AIG resistance were examined with CDF1-BALB/c backcrosses. Intracellular staining and flow-cytometric bead array for several cytokines were performed on NTx BALB/c mice and NTx DBA/2-chimeric BALB/c mice receiving DBA/2-bone marrow cells. In NTx BALB/c mice, IFN-γ-secreting CD4+ T cells were increased, but not in NTx DBA/2 mice. Because Vβ6+ T cell-bearing mice of half of their backcrosses developed AIG, but the other half of Vβ6+ T cell-negative mice developed scarcely, resistance for AIG generation is associated with the presence of the Mls-1a locus on chromosome 1 in DBA/2 mice, which deletes Vβ6+ T cells. NTx DBA/2-chimera BALB/c mice showed dominant production of IL-10 and resistance for AIG, although the deletion of Vβ6+ T cells was found not to be a cause of AIG-resistance from Mls-1a locus segregation experiments. Although NTx DBA/2-chimeric BALB/c mice did not suffer from AIG, they brought immediate precursors of T cells for AIG. It is concluded that DBA/2 mice generate bone marrow-derived cells that produce anti-inflammatory cytokines to prevent the activation of AIG-T cells.  相似文献
