Neovascularization by sprouting angiogenesis is critical for inflammation-mediated tissue remodeling and wound healing. We report here that human polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) stimulated for 1 h with 100 nM N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP) released a proangiogenic entity that induced sprouting of capillary-like structures in an in vitro angiogenesis assay. The effect was comparable to the response obtained on stimulation with 100 ng/ml basic FGF. The PMN-mediated response was inhibited by neutralizing antibodies against VEGF or IL-8. As measured by ELISA technique, we found that fMLP-activated PMN (5 x 10(6)/ml) released 78 pg/ml IL-8 and 39 pg/ml VEGF within 1 h after stimulation. IL-8 release was blocked by actinomycin D or cycloheximide, but the inhibitors had no effect on VEGF release, suggesting that IL-8 secretion required de novo synthesis whereas VEGF was secreted from preformed stores. Accordingly, RT-PCR analysis revealed that IL-8 mRNA was upregulated on PMN stimulation, whereas the expression of VEGF mRNA was not affected. Moreover, supernatant derived from activated PMN induced upregulation of endothelial IL-8 mRNA expression, suggesting that release of VEGF and IL-8 from activated PMN may activate a paracrine feedforward mechanism involving endothelial IL-8. Moreover, VEGF-induced upregulation of endothelial IL-8 expression as well as sprouting of capillary-like structures was inhibited by a neutralizing anti-IL-8 antibody. These findings suggest that bacteria-derived tripeptides stimulate human PMN to release VEGF and IL-8, which activate endothelial cells and induce angiogenesis by a paracrine feedforward mechanism involving endothelial IL-8 upregulation.  相似文献

The signal transduction pathway showing howandrogen withdrawal induces apoptosis in androgen-dependent cells hasnot been clearly understood. In these studies, we focusedon the behavior of tyrosine kinases in androgen-dependent cells andinvestigated its correlation with apoptosis and bcl-2 expression. Weused SC2G, an androgen-dependent mouse mammary carcinoma cell line, which had been cloned from Shionogi Carcinoma 115 (SC115). When SC2G cells were cultured with herbimycin A (HMA), a potent tyrosine kinaseinhibitor, the number of viable cells decreased significantly after 24 h. Terminal deoxyribonucleotidyltransferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling and flow cytometric analysis of annexin Vstaining showed that HMA induced apoptosis of SC2G cells. The level ofbcl-2 mRNA in SC2G cells was suppressed by HMA in a dose-dependentmanner on RT-PCR. Preincubation with caspase inhibitors protectedHMA-induced apoptosis of SC2G cells. When a human bcl-2gene was transfected in SC2G cells and overexpressed, SC2G cells seemedto acquire tolerance for HMA. These data indicate that HMA-sensitivetyrosine kinase(s) can regulate apoptosis and inhibit bcl-2 expressionin SC2G mouse androgen-dependent cells. Tyrosine kinase(s) seemed to bea member of signal transduction between androgen receptor activationand bcl-2 expression.

The mechanisms of retinoid activity in tumors remain largely unknown. Here we establish that retinoids cause extensive apoptosis of medulloblastoma cells. In a xenograft model, retinoids largely abrogated tumor growth. Using receptor-specific retinoid agonists, we defined a subset of mRNAs that were induced by all active retinoids in retinoid-sensitive cell lines. We also identified bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) as a candidate mediator of retinoid activity. BMP-2 protein induced medulloblastoma cell apoptosis, whereas the BMP-2 antagonist noggin blocked both retinoid and BMP-2-induced apoptosis. BMP-2 also induced p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), which is necessary for BMP-2- and retinoid-induced apoptosis. Retinoid-resistant medulloblastoma cells underwent apoptosis when treated with BMP-2 or when cultured with retinoid-sensitive medulloblastoma cells. Retinoid-induced expression of BMP-2 is thus necessary and sufficient for apoptosis of retinoid-responsive cells, and expression of BMP-2 by retinoid-sensitive cells is sufficient to induce apoptosis in surrounding retinoid-resistant cells.  相似文献

Capillary endothelial cells can be switched between growth and apoptosis by modulating their shape with the use of micropatterned adhesive islands. The present study was carried out to examine whether cytoskeletal filaments contribute to this response. Disruption of microfilaments or microtubules with the use of cytochalasin D or nocodazole, respectively, led to levels of apoptosis in capillary cells equivalent to that previously demonstrated by inducing cell rounding with the use of micropatterned culture surfaces containing small (<20 microm in diameter) circular adhesive islands coated with fibronectin. Simultaneous disruption of microfilaments and microtubules led to more pronounced cell rounding and to enhanced levels of apoptosis approaching that observed during anoikis in fully detached (suspended) cells, indicating that these two cytoskeletal filament systems can cooperate to promote cell survival. Western blot analysis revealed that the protein kinase Akt, which is known to be critical for control of cell survival became dephosphorylated during cell rounding induced by disruption of the cytoskeleton, and that this was accompanied by a decrease in bcl-2 expression as well as a subsequent increase in caspase activation. This ability of the cytoskeleton to control capillary endothelial cell survival may be important for understanding the relationship among extracellular matrix turnover, cell shape changes, and apoptosis during angiogenesis inhibition.  相似文献

In our recent studies, we defined a critical role for increased levels of myosin light chain (MLC) phosphorylation, a regulatory event in the interaction between actin and myosin in TNF-alpha-induced pulmonary endothelial cell actomyosin rearrangement and apoptosis. The Rho GTPase effector, Rho kinase is an important signaling effector governing levels of MLC phosphorylation which contributes to plasma membrane blebbing in several models of apoptosis. In this study, we directly assessed the role of Rho kinase in TNF-alpha-induced endothelial cell microfilament rearrangement and apoptosis. Inhibition of RhoA GTPase activity by the overexpression of dominant negative RhoA attenuates TNF-alpha-triggered stress fiber formation, consistent with Rho activation as a key event in TNF-alpha-induced cytoskeletal rearrangement. Furthermore, pharmacologic inhibition of Rho kinase as well as dominant negative RhoA overexpression dramatically reduced TNF-alpha-induced bovine endothelial apoptosis reflected by nucleosomal fragmentation as well as caspase 7, 3, and 8 activation. These results indicate that Rho kinase-dependent cytoskeletal rearrangement is critical for early apoptotic events, possibly in the assembly of the death-inducing signaling complex leading to initiator and effector caspase activation, and suggest a novel role for Rho GTPases in endothelial cell apoptosis.  相似文献

An elevated level of homocysteine (Hcy) limits the growth and induces apoptosis. However, the mechanism of Hcy-induced programmed cell death in endothelial cells is largely unknown. We hypothesize that Hcy induces intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) production that leads to the loss of transmembrane mitochondrial potential (Deltapsi(m)) accompanied by the release of cytochrome-c from mitochondria. Cytochrome-c release contributes to caspase activation, such as caspase-9, caspase-6, and caspase-3, which results in the degradation of numerous nuclear proteins including poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), which subsequently leads to the internucleosomal cleavage of DNA, resulting cell death. In this study, rat heart microvascular endothelial cells (MVEC) were treated with different doses of Hcy at different time intervals. Apoptosis was measured by DNA laddering and transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assay. ROS production and MP were determined using fluorescent probes (2,7-dichlorofluorescein (DCFH-DA) and 5,5',6,6'-tetrachloro-1,1',3,3'-tetraethyl-benzamidazolocarbocyanin iodide (JC-1), respectively, by confocal microscopy. Differential gene expression for apoptosis was analyzed by cDNA array. The results showed that Hcy-mediated ROS production preceded the loss of MP, the release of cytochrome-c, and the activation of caspase-9 and -3. Moreover the Hcy treatment resulted in a decrease in Bcl(2)/Bax ratio, evaluated by mRNA levels. Caspase-9 and -3 were activated, causing cleavage of PARP, a hallmark of apoptosis and internucleosomal DNA fragmentation. The cytotoxic effect of Hcy was blocked by using small interfering RNA (siRNA)-mediated suppression of caspase-9 in MVEC. Suppressing the activation of caspase-9 inhibited the activation of caspase -3 and enhanced the cell viability and MP. Our data suggested that Hcy-mediated ROS production promotes endothelial cell death in part by disturbing MP, which results in subsequent release of cytochrome-c and activation of caspase-9 and 3, leading to cell death.  相似文献

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) utilizes a phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase)/Akt signaling pathway to protect endothelial cells from apoptotic death. Here we show that PI 3-kinase/Akt signaling promotes endothelial cell survival by inhibiting p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)-dependent apoptosis. Blockade of the PI 3-kinase or Akt pathways in conjunction with serum withdrawal stimulates p38-dependent apoptosis. Blockade of PI 3-kinase/Akt also led to enhanced VEGF activation of p38 and apoptosis. In this context, the pro-apoptotic effect of VEGF is attenuated by the p38 MAPK inhibitor SB203580. VEGF stimulation of endothelial cells or infection with an adenovirus expressing constitutively active Akt causes MEKK3 phosphorylation, which is associated with decreased MEKK3 kinase activity and down-regulation of MKK3/6 and p38 MAPK activation. Conversely, activation-deficient Akt decreases VEGF-stimulated MEKK3 phosphorylation and increases MKK/p38 activation. Activation of MKK3/6 is not dependent on Rac activation since dominant negative Rac does not decrease p38 activation triggered by inhibition of PI 3-kinase. Thus, cross-talk between the Akt and p38 MAPK pathways may regulate the level of cytoprotection versus apoptosis and is a new mechanism to explain the cytoprotective actions of Akt.  相似文献

Antisense oligonucleotides (ODN) targeted to specific genes have shown considerable potential as therapeutic agents. The polyanionic charges carried by these molecules, however, present a barrier to efficient cellular uptake and consequently their biological effects on gene regulation are compromised. To overcome this obstacle, a rationally designed carrier system is desirable for antisense delivery. This carrier should assist antisense ODN penetrate the cell membrane and, once inside the cell, then release the ODN and make them available for target binding. We have developed a carrier formulation employing programmable fusogenic vesicles (PFV) as the antisense delivery mediator. This study investigates the intracellular fate of PFV–ODN and bioavailability of antisense ODN to cells. The subcellular distribution of PFV and ODN was examined by monitoring the trafficking of FITC-labeled ODN and rhodamine/phosphatidylethanolamine (Rh-PE)-labeled PFV using confocal microscopy. Fluorescently tagged ODN were first co-localized with the liposomal carrier in the cytoplasm, presumably in endosome/lysosome compartments, shortly after incubation of PFV–ODN with HEK 293 and 518A2 cells. Between 24 and 48 h incubation, however, separation of FITC–ODN from the carrier and subsequent accumulation in the nucleus was observed. In contrast, the Rh-PE label was localized to the cell cytoplasm. The enhanced cellular uptake achieved using the PFV carrier, compared to incubation of free ODN with cells, and subsequent release of ODN from the carrier resulted in significant down-regulation of mRNA expression. Specifically, G3139, an antisense construct targeting the apoptotic antagonist gene bcl-2, was examined in the human melanoma cell line 518A2. Upon exposure to PFV-encapsulated G3139, cells displayed a time-dependent reduction in bcl-2 message levels. The bcl-2 mRNA level was reduced by 50% after 24 h treatment and by ~80% after 72 h when compared to cells treated with free G3139, empty PFV or PFV–G3622, a control ODN sequence. Our results establish that ODN can be released from PFV after intracellular uptake and can then migrate to the nucleus and selectively down-regulate target mRNA.  相似文献

Vascular endothelial cells areconstantly exposed to oxidative stress and must be protected byphysiological responses. In diabetes mellitus, endothelial cellpermeability is impaired and may be increased by high extracellularglucose concentrations. It has been postulated that metallothionein(MT) can protect endothelial cells from oxidative stress with itsincreased expression by cytokines, thrombin, and endothelin (ET)-1. Inthis study, we demonstrate that high glucose concentration can induceMT expression in endothelial cells through a distinct ET-dependentpathway. Exposure of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) toincreasing concentrations of glucose resulted in a rapid dose-dependentincrease in MT-2 and ET-1 mRNA expression. MT expression may be furtheraugmented with addition of ET-1. Preincubation of the cells with thespecific ETB antagonist BQ-788 blocked MT-2 mRNA expressionmore effectively than the ETA inhibitor TBC-11251. Highglucose also increased immunoreactive MT protein expression and inducedtranslocation of MT into the perinuclear area. Perinuclear localizationof MT was related to high-glucose-induced reorganization of F-actin filaments. These results demonstrate that an increase in extracellular glucose in HUVEC can lead to a rapid dose-dependent increase in MT-2mRNA expression and to perinuclear localization of MT protein withchanges to the cytoskeleton. These effects are mediated via the ETreceptor-dependent pathway.

Doxorubicin (Dox) has demonstrated potent activity in treating malignant lymphomas but its therapeutic efficacy is hampered by induction of cardiotoxicity. This side effect is related to the ability of the drug to generate reactive oxygen species in cells. Previously, we demonstrated that coupling Dox to penetratin (Pen), a cell penetrating peptide, represent a valuable strategy to overcome drug resistance in CHO cells. In the present study, we evaluated the consequences of the conjugation of Dox to Pen in term of apoptosis induction. When tested on CHO cells, Dox-Pen generated a typical apoptotic phenotype but at lower dose that needed for unconjugated Dox. Cell death induction was associated with chromatin condensation, caspase activation, Bax oligomerisation and release of cytochrome c. By using reactive oxygen species and c-jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitors, we prevented Dox- and Dox-Pen-induced CHO cell death. The chimeric soluble DR5 receptor that inhibits TRAIL induced cell death does not prevent Dox or Dox-Pen-induced cytotoxicity. These observations indicate that conjugation of Dox to cell penetrating peptide does not impair the ability of the drug to trigger cell death through activation of the intrinsic pathway involving c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase but could exhibit less toxic side effects and could warrant its use in clinic.  相似文献

Delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) is a cell-mediated immune response that can be adoptively transferred in rats when greater than 2 X 10(8) cells from peritoneal exudate, lymph nodes, or spleen are used. We have shown that by using an in vitro conditioning step with antigen, transfer can be subsequently carried out with as few as 2 X 10(7) spleen cells. The magnitude of DTH was reflected in ear swelling after intradermal injection of antigen [tuberculin or keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH)] and confirmed histologically. The transfer was antigen specific, requiring the sensitizing antigen in both the in vitro conditioning step and in the ear test challenge. Adoptive transfer with conditioned cells was genetically restricted by alleles of the RT-1 region [major histocompatibility complex (MHC) of the rat]. Brown Norway strain (n haplotype) immune cells would not transfer DTH to Lewis (1 haplotype), ACI (a haplotype), or Buffalo (b haplotype) rats, whereas each strain would transfer DTH to syngeneic recipients. Moreover, this pattern of restriction held for all strains when tested in reciprocal fashion. In additional experiments, F1 to parental bone marrow chimeras were constructed so that bone-marrow-derived cells and non-bone-marrow-derived cells were of different RT-1 haplotypes. When these chimeras were used as recipients, transfer of DTH was only observed when immune donor cells and recipient non-bone-marrow-derived cells were syngeneic. These results point to the critical role of non-bone-marrow-derived cells (endothelial cells) in the DTH reaction.  相似文献

Infection by Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), a mosquito-borne flavivirus, causes acute encephalitis in humans and induces severe cytopathic effects in different types of cultured cells. This study attempted to determine whether apoptosis contributes to virus-induced cell death in a culture system by characterizing JEV lytic infection in baby hamster kidney BHK-21 cells, murine neuroblastoma N18 cells, and human neuronal progenitor NT2 cells. According to our results, the replication of JEV, and not the UV-inactivated virions per se, triggered apoptosis in these cell lines, as evidenced by nuclear condensation, DNA fragmentation ladder, and in situ end labeling of DNA strand breaks with terminal transferase (terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling assay). Different strains of JEV, regardless of whether they are neurovirulent to mice, could induce apoptosis of the infected cells. In addition, enforced expression of the human protooncogene bcl-2 in BHK-21 cells, which did not influence virus production, appeared to delay the process of JEV-induced apoptosis, despite the fact that most infected cells were inevitably killed after prolonged cultures. However, Bcl-2 proteins expressed in N18 cells failed to block JEV-induced apoptosis, although they did prevent Sindbis virus-induced apoptosis from occurring in the same cells. This finding suggests that these two viruses may utilize similar but not identical mechanisms to kill their infected cells. The results presented here thus demonstrate that apoptosis can be a general mechanism for JEV-induced cell death and that enforced bcl-2 expression may be inadequate in protecting all cell types from JEV-induced apoptosis in cell cultures.  相似文献

We investigated whether incubation of cultured human aortic endothelial cells (HAEC) with crystalline silica at the concentration 1 cm2/ml (chosen on the basis of a pilot experiment) leads to alterations typical of apoptosis. The binding of annexin V as early, and DNA fragmentation as late events of apoptosis were measured besides the number of cells with depolarized mitochondria. The generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by HAEC in presence of silica was determined as well as silica ability to in vitro generate hydroxyl radicals was investigated. After 18 h of silica incubation, about 30% of viable cells bound annexin V. After 24 h of silica treatment, the percentage of cells with fragmented DNA (Tunel positive) was 27% and it increased up to 50% after 48 h, whereas in untreated cells this percentage was 7% and 11% after 24 and 48 h, respectively. The presence of fragmented DNA in cells treated with silica was confirmed by agarose gel electrophoresis. In agreement with these results showing an induction of HAEC apoptosis by silica incubation, the number of cells with depolarized mitochondria was significantly higher after silica treatment as compared to the control. Apoptosis was also obtained with silica added to aliquots of anti-C5a-absorbed-medium. In the cells exposed to silica there was a significant increasing of ROS generation in comparison to the untreated cells. Apoptosis might be due to peroxidative stress since silica can generate hydroxyl radicals.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the effect of IL-1alpha-induced up-regulation of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) on prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) secretion and the subsequent phenotypic effects of PGE(2) on epithelial cells. The effect of IL-1alpha on COX-2 expression was investigated in the T24 bladder epithelial cell line following treatment with 0, 0.05, 0.5, 1 or 10 ng/ml IL-1alpha for 1, 2, 4 or 6 h. Quantitative PCR confirmed up-regulation of expression of COX-2 with maximal expression observed following treatment with 0.5 ng/ml IL-1alpha for 1 h. Co-treatment of the cells with 0.5 ng/ml IL-1alpha in the presence or absence of 100 ng/ml IL-1 receptor antagonist (RA) abolished the up-regulation in COX-2 expression confirming that the effect of IL-1alpha is mediated via its membrane-bound receptors. Treatment with 0.5 ng/ml IL-1alpha resulted in a time-dependent increase in PGE(2) secretion with maximal secretion detected at 24 and 48 h after stimulation with IL-1alpha. Co-treatment of the cells with IL-1alpha and IL-1RA or the COX-2 enzyme inhibitor NS398 abolished the IL-1alpha mediated secretion of PGE(2). Treatment of T24 cells with 100 nM PGE(2) resulted in a significant elevation in cAMP generation confirming the expression of functional PGE(2) receptors. Finally, the effect of exogenous treatment with PGE(2) on apoptosis of T24 cells was assessed using cell death detection ELISA. T24 cells were treated with camptothecin to induce apoptosis in the presence or absence of 50 or 100 nM PGE(2) or 10 microM forskolin. Treatment of T24 cells with increasing doses of camptothecin alone resulted in a significant increase in the induction of apoptosis (P<0.01). However, co-treatment of the cells with 50 or 100 nM PGE(2) or 10 microM forskolin resulted in the inhibition of induction of the apoptotic pathway by camptothecin. These data demonstrate that PGE(2) inhibits apoptosis of epithelial cells possibly via cAMP-dependent pathway.  相似文献

sFlt-1 (soluble Flt-1) potently inhibits angiogenesis by binding extracellularly to VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor). In the present paper, we report that hypoxia down-regulates sFlt-1 expression in HMVECs (human microvascular endothelial cells), a constituent of microvessels where angiogenesis occurs. Hypoxia (5-1% O?) increased VEGF expression in HMVECs. In contrast, the levels of sFlt-1 mRNA and protein in HMVECs decreased significantly as the O? concentration fell, whereas mFlt-1 (membrane-bound Flt-1) mRNA and protein remained unchanged. This suggested that hypoxia selectively regulates alternative 3'-end processing of sFlt-1 pre-mRNA. We have also demonstrated that sFlt-1 overexpression in lentiviral-construct-infected HMVECs counteracted VEGF-induced endothelial cell growth. We next identified cis-elements involved in sFlt-1 mRNA processing in HMVECs using a human Flt-1 minigene and found that two non-contiguous AUUAAA sequences function as the poly(A) signal. Furthermore, we identified a cis-element in intron 13 that regulates sFlt-1 mRNA processing. Mutagenesis of the U-rich region in intron 13 caused a significant decrease in the soluble-form/membrane-form RNA ratio in the minigene-transfected HMVECs. These results suggest that decreased sFlt-1 expression due to hypoxia contributes to hypoxia-induced angiogenesis and reveals a novel mechanism regulating angiogenesis by alternative mRNA 3'-end processing.  相似文献

Hyperuricemia has been recognized as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Urate stimulates NADPH oxidase and induces production of reactive oxygen species (ROS); consequently, intracellular urate accumulation can induce oxidative stress leading to endothelial dysfunction. Here, we studied the mechanism involved, using human umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC) as a model. Pretreatment with 15 mg/dL unlabeled uric acid (corresponding to hyperuricemia) resulted in increased uptake of [14C]uric acid at steady-state by HUVEC, whereas pretreatment with 5 mg/dL uric acid (in the normal serum concentration range) did not. However, the initial uptake rate of [14C]uric acid was not affected by uric acid at either concentration. These results suggest that efflux transport of uric acid is decreased under hyperuricemic conditions. We observed a concomitant decrease of phosphorylated endothelial nitric oxide synthase. Plasma membrane expression of breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP), a uric acid efflux transporter, was decreased under hyperuricemia, though the total cellular expression of BCRP remained constant. Uric acid did not affect expression of another uric acid efflux transporter, multidrug resistance associated protein 4 (MRP4). Moreover, phosphorylation of Akt, which regulates plasma membrane localization of BCRP, was decreased. These uric acid-induced changes of BCRP and Akt were reversed in the presence of the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine. These results suggest that in hyperuricemia, uric acid-induced ROS generation inhibits Akt phosphorylation, causing a decrease in plasma membrane localization of BCRP, and the resulting decrease of BCRP-mediated efflux leads to increased uric acid accumulation and dysregulation of endothelial function.  相似文献

Macrophage cells play an important role in the initiation and regulation of the immune response.All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and its natural and synthetic analogs (retinoids)affect a large number of biological processes.Recently, retinoids have been shown promise in the therapy and prevention of various cancers. However, many interesting questions related to the activities of retinoids remain to be answered:(I) Molecular mechanisms by which retinoids exert their effects;(Ⅱ)why the clinical uses of retinoids give undesirable side effects of varying severity with a higher frequency of blood system symptoms;(Ⅲ)little is known for its impacts on macrophage cells etc.We set up this experiment, therefore,to examine the apoptosis of ATRA on macrophage Ana-1 cell line.Apoptosis of the cells was quantitated, after staining cells with propidium iodide(PI),by both accounting nuclear condensation and flow cytometry. When the cells were treated with ATRA at or higher than 1μM for more than 24h,significant amount of the apoptotic cells was observed.Induction of apoptosis of Ana-1 cells by ATRA was in time-and dose-dependent manners, exhibiting the similar pattern as the apoptosis induced by actinomycin D (ACTD).ATRA treatment of Ana-1 cells also caused the changes of the mRNA levels of apoptosis-associated gene bcl-2,as detected by Northern blot analysis. The temporal changes of bcl-2 expression by ATRA was also parallel to that by ACTD.In conclusion,ATRA can induce apoptosis in macrophage cells, which may be helpful in understanding of immunological functions retinoids.  相似文献
