Three diterpenoids have been isolated from the roots of Jatropha curcas L. They are identified as tetracyclic aromatic diterpenoids jatropholone A, jatropholone B and new diterpenoidnamed jatrophol. The structure of the new diterpenoid was elucidated as 16-hydroxyjatropholone by spectral analysis (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR). A coumarino-lignan jatrophin,a coumarin tomentin, β-D-glycoside-β-sitosterol, taraxerol and β-sitosterol have been isolatedalso.  相似文献

Multiple shoots were induced on hypocotyl segments reared from in vitro germinated seedlings of Jatropha curcas L., using Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with N6‐benzyl adenine (BA) and kinetin (kin) either alone or in combination with indole‐3‐acetic acid (IAA). The combined treatment of 7.05 μm kin and 1.425 μm IAA resulted in maximum shoot production with an average shoot bud initiation of 12.1 per explant. The regenerated microshoots were transferred to root induction medium containing half‐strength MS salts supplemented with either indole‐3‐butyric acid (IBA) or IAA. Rooting of microshoots was best achieved on half‐strength MS medium supplemented with IBA (9.8 μm ). Rooted plantlets were subsequently acclimatized under green house condition and the plantlets showed 70% survival.  相似文献

麻疯树(JatrophacurcasL.)的乳汁管能分泌含有多种药用成分的乳汁。采用石蜡切片、冰冻切片和半薄切片技术,在光学显微镜下观察麻疯树乳汁管的类型、分布和大小。结果表明,麻疯树中存在有节连接和非连接乳汁管、无节分枝和不分枝乳汁管;乳汁管普遍分布在皮层和韧皮部,茎和叶脉的木质部存在少量的乳汁管,茎、叶柄、花梗和果柄的髓部有少量分布;靠近维管组织的皮层中的乳汁管直径较大,而靠近表皮的皮层中的乳汁管直径较小,如茎中靠近维管组织的乳汁管直径为40-60μm,而靠近表皮的乳汁管直径为5-18μm。  相似文献

A simple, rapid and reproducible protocol for direct shoot regeneration from different explants of Jatropha integerrima was developed. Prolific adventitious shoot bud initiation was obtained using a combination of 2.2 or 4.4 M benzyladenine and 4.9 M indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). Reduction of IBA concentration (2.5 M) promoted further development of shoots. Regenerated shoots rooted readily on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium lacking growth regulators. Plantlets were acclimatized and successfully transferred to pots.  相似文献

用透射电镜观察了麻疯树(Jatropha curcas L.)小孢子发育的超微结构。小孢子母细胞时期内质网和质体较多;减数分裂和四分体时期,细胞处于明显的代谢活跃状态,细胞器丰富,主要有内质网、线粒体、质体、高尔基体和球状体;在小孢子发育早期和晚期,线粒体和内质网仍较丰富;小孢子经过高度的不对称分裂后,形成较大的营养细胞和较小的生殖细胞,营养细胞中细胞器数量明显减少,含大量的淀粉和脂类物质,生殖细胞中脂类物质丰富;表皮、药室内壁和中层细胞在小孢子母细胞和四分体时期淀粉粒丰富,小孢子时期明显减少,绒毡层从小孢子母细胞至小孢子发育晚期的细胞器都很丰富,主要为内质网、质体和线粒体,为二胞花粉发育奠定基础。  相似文献

近来,麻疯树(Jatropha curcas L.)因可以作为生物柴油的原料而受到广泛关注。虽然麻疯树具有含油量高且可在边际土地种植的优势,但同时存在理想品种缺乏、种植面积限制、基础研究薄弱等方面的问题。为了使常规育种和生物技术改良工作者更好地了解麻疯树的研究进展,确定日后麻疯树育种和遗传改良的方向,综述了麻疯树种质资源与遗传多样性分析、生理及对环境适应性、组学研究、油脂合成功能基因研究、育种等方面国内外的最新进展。  相似文献

从麻疯树(Jatrophac curcus L.)的树皮中分离得到12个化合物,经理化常数和波谱鉴定(IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,EI-MS)分别为二十六酸甲酯(1),β-谷甾醇(2),蒲公英萜醇(3),蒲公英甾醇(4),伪蒲公英甾醇(5),curcusones A(6),curcusones B(7),jatropholone A(8),jatropholone B(9),3,3′,4-三甲氧基鞣花酸(10),胡萝卜甙(11),蔗糖(12)。其中化合物1,4,5,10,12为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Jatropha curcas L., a member of the Euphorbiaceae, is widely distributed in different parts of the globe. In the present study, 12 microsatellites were isolated from J. curcas and their cross-species amplification was checked in six species of genus Jatropha. Within J. curcas, observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.94 to 0.54 and from 0.95 to 0.56, respectively. Of the 12 loci, five showed significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There was no significant linkage disequilibrium detected between any of the loci. The markers isolated in the present investigation will be useful for assessing the population diversity and genetic structure of J. curcas and also in other species of Jatropha.  相似文献

麻疯树幼苗对干旱胁迫的响应   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
以不同浓度(5%~25%)的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫处理麻疯树三叶期幼苗,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫下麻疯树叶片光合特性及其对干旱的耐受能力.结果表明:在较低浓度PEG(≤15%)处理下,随PEG浓度的增加,麻疯树叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、PSⅡ实际光化学量子产量(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭(qP)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)下降,PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)轻微下降,水分利用效率(WUE)则逐渐升高,非光化学猝灭(NPQ)明显上升,初始荧光(Fo)无显著变化(P>0.05);在高浓度PEG(>15%)处理下,Ci随PEG浓度的增加而显著上升,Pn、Gs和WUE持续下降,Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、qP和ETR下降幅度明显增大,Fo显著上升,而NPQ下降.低浓度PEG处理导致麻疯树叶片Pn下降主要是由气孔因素造成的;在高浓度PEG处理下,Pn的下降则是由非气孔和气孔因素的共同限制作用造成的.当PEG浓度<20%时,虽然出现Pn下降,但光合机构未受损伤.经15 d高浓度PEG处理的植株叶片,在胁迫解除后光合活性能够迅速恢复,且植株可以存活.说明麻疯树对干旱胁迫有较强的耐受能力.  相似文献

Two new esterases (JEA and JEB) and a lipase (JL) were extracted from the seeds of Jatropha curas L. Lipase activity was only found during germination of the seeds and increased to a maximum after 4 days of germination. All enzymes were found to be most active in the alkaline range at around pH 8 and the purified (fractionated precipitation with ethanol and gel filtration) esterases were very stable at high temperatures. The molecular weight (SDS-PAGE) of both esterases was determined to be 21.6-23.5 kDa (JEA) and 30.2 kDa (JEB) and the isoelectric point was 5.7-6.1 for esterase JEA and 9.0 for esterase JEB. Most ions caused a negative influence on the activity of both esterases. Using p-nitrophenyl butyrate as a substrate JEA showed a K(m) of 0.02 mM and a v(max) of 0.26 micromol mg(-1) min(-1). Under the same conditions JEB showed a K(m) of 0.07 mM and a v(max) of 0.24 micromol mg(-1) min(-1). Both esterases hydrolyzed tributyrin, nitrophenyl esters up to a chain length of =C4 and naphtylesters up to a chain length =C6. In transesterification reactions, JL was found to be most active at very low water activities (0.2) and in high water activities, the lipase hydrolysed triglycerides into conversions above 80%. The lipase hydrolysed both short chain and long chain triglycerides at about the same rate but was inactive on alpha-methylbenzyl acetate. JL is a potentially useful biocatalyst in the hydrolysis of triglycerides in organic solvents.  相似文献

The morphogenic capacity of Digitalis obscura leaf explants cultured in vitro has been studied, noting factors promoting the differentiation of roots, buds and shoots as well as those promoting callus proliferation. 能源短缺和环境污染是当前人类社会所面临的巨大挑战,生物柴油的推广和应用是现阶段解决替代燃油的重要途径之一。黑皂树种子油是很好的生物柴油原料,目前在许多热带地区大力种植黑皂树。我国华南、西南地区的一些干旱荒地可以种植黑皂树。我们对黑皂树油在柴油机上的应用研究证明:黑皂树油在气温35℃条件下,可以直接在各种柴油机上起动和应用;黑皂树油中掺入20%的轻柴油,其黏度大大降低,冷机起动性能和热效率等均与轻柴油相当。因此,黑皂树油的应用比目前国外使用的生物柴油更经济,是一种很有发展前途的能源植物。  相似文献

Jatropha curcas L. has been considered one of the most promising alternatives for biofuel production and, thus, a relevant economic crop. In this context, in vitro tissue culture techniques such as organogenesis and embryogenesis have been conducted for mass clonal propagation of elite J. curcas lines. However, despite advancements, in vitro induction of polyploids has not yet been related for this crop. In this sense, the present study attempted to induce polyploidy in plantlets generated from shoot tips of J. curcas ??Gon?alo?? (2n?=?2×?=?22 chromosomes, 2C?=?0.85?pg). For this purpose, some criteria were adopted for selection of the most adequate colchicine treatment: (a) survival rate of the explants, and (b) number of tetraploid and (c) mixoploid plantlets. Tetraploid and mixoploid plantlets were obtained from different treatments, with 0.5?mM colchicine for 96?h being the most efficient. The plantlets were recovered and clonally propagated in tissue culture medium supplemented with indole-3-acetic acid and 6-benzylaminopurine. These results show that the tissue culture procedures were adequate for induction, propagation and recovery of tetraploid and mixoploid plantlets. Moreover, DNA ploidy level screening by flow cytometry was a practical and rapid strategy for selection of diploid, mixoploid and tetraploid plantlets. The tissue culture system presented here represents a reliable methodology for in vitro polyploid induction of this and other elite lines of J. curcas.  相似文献

采用菌丝生长抑制法,测定了小桐子枝叶6种不同溶剂提取物对小麦赤霉病菌、稻瘟病菌、烟草疫霉菌和辣椒疫霉菌的抑制作用,从中筛选出抑制作用最强的粗提物进行进一步的活性组分分离和抑菌活性测定。结果表明小桐子枝叶的乙醇提取物对4种植物病原菌抑制活性最高,在浓度为0.8 g·L-1时,小桐子枝叶的乙醇提取物对小麦赤霉病菌、稻瘟病菌、烟草疫霉菌、辣椒疫霉菌菌丝生长抑制率分别为:87.1%、90.3%、86.4%、77.9%,其抗菌活性与农药世高均无显著差异;在小桐子枝叶乙醇提取物的不同溶剂萃取物对稻瘟病菌和烟草疫霉病菌进行生物活性追踪测试中发现,石油醚和水萃取物都具有较好的活性,当浓度为0.8 g·L-1时,石油醚和水萃取物对两种病菌抑制率都达50%以上。表明小桐子枝叶含有丰富的抗植物病原真菌活性物质,且主要存在于小桐子枝叶乙醇提取物的石油醚相和水相中。  相似文献

Jatropha curcas L. (jatropha) is a species identified for biofuel production because of the high quality of the oil produced by its seeds. However, jatropha is undomesticated and little information is available about its reproductive characteristics. Breeding and genetic improvement programs are much needed for the jatropha development as a bioenergy crop. Information about floral display and mode of reproduction are considered essential for breeding programs. In this study, the total number of female flowers, male to female flower ratio, fruit set, in vitro pollen germination, and the formation of fruits by apomixis, self‐pollination, and natural pollination were evaluated in 17 jatropha accessions planted in South Florida. The total number of female flowers per inflorescence and male to female flower ration ranged from 2.8 to 9.1 and 9.9:1 to 55.4 : 1, respectively. During summer 2011, high fruit setting average was observed (75.5%). In vitro pollen germination varied from 64.6% during spring 2011 to 51.6% during fall 2011. The fruit set observed was from 10.1% to 64.0% through natural pollination and apomixes, respectively. Characteristics such as fruit fresh weight, number of seeds per fruit, seed dry weight, and oil content were influenced by mode of reproduction.  相似文献

Greenhouse pot experiments were conducted to determine the growth response, metal tolerance, and phytostabilization potential of Jatropha curcas L The plants were grown on different degrees of multi-metal contaminated acid mine soils (T0, control; T1, moderately and T2, highly contaminated soils) with or without limestone amendments. The order of metal accumulation in J. curcas was roots>stems>leaves. The higher tolerance index (>90%) with no phytotoxic symptoms and growth reduction in T1 showed that this plant has the ability to tolerate polymetallic acid mine tailings. Further, various enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants also actively involved in metal defense mechanism in J. curcas. On the other hand, to alleviate the predominant phytoavailable toxic metals such as Al, Cu, and Pb, different rates (0.1, 0.25, 0.50, and 1%) of limestone amendments were added in both T1 and T2 soils. The growth performance of J. curcas was improved due to the increase in soil pH and decrease in phytoavailable soil A1 (95%), Zn (approximately 75%), and Cu (approximately 65%) contents at 0.50% of lime addition. Based on the inherent tolerance ability of J. curcas in existing adverse environmental conditions without liming, it could be used as a suitable candidate for phytostabilization in acid mine tailings.  相似文献

在2005-2009年期间,利用从中国南部和西南部收集的80个不同的膏桐地理种源,在西双版纳建立膏桐种质资源圃30亩;在圃内开展其生物学特性和农艺性状的同时,对其中表现良好的6个地理种源做了进一步选择和培育。结果表明:80个种源的2年生时平均直径、树高和树冠分别为7.6cm、167cm和114cm,种子千粒重为0.676(0.477~0.879)kg;在这些种源中,根据单株产量和种子含油率的情况,对6个表现较好的种源开展了小规模试验,2年生时平均单株产量0.34kg,3年生时达1.38kg;在试验中,有一个种源表现尤为突出,自挂果以来种子产量逐年增加,二、三、四年生林分每公顷干种子产量分别为964.3kg、2000.6kg、2858.7kg,种子含油率40%~42%。另外,还利用野外发现的膏桐突变体成功地育出了膏桐新品种。以此为父本与其他种源杂交产生的后代,种子含油率较对照提高6个百分点,杂种种子含油率达41.2%。  相似文献
