Two novel C-22 steroidal lactone saponins, namely solanolactosides A, B (1, 2) and two new spirostanol glycosides, namely torvosides M, N (3, 4) were isolated from ethanol extract of aerial parts of Solanum torvum. Their structures were characterized as solanolide 6-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-O-β-d-quinovopyranoside] (1), solanolide 6-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-O-β-d-quinovopyranoside] (2), yamogenin 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside] (3) and neochlorogenin 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-O-β-d-glucopyranoside] (4) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The cytotoxicities of the saponins (1-4) were evaluated in vitro against a panel of human cancer cell lines. Compounds 3 and 4 showed significant cytotoxic activity with the cell lines.  相似文献

Eleven oleanane-type saponins (1-11) have been isolated from Microsechium helleri and Sicyos bulbosus roots and were evaluated for their antifeedant, nematicidal and phytotoxic activities. Saponins {3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl (1 → 3)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-l-arabinopyranoside} (1), and {3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-l-arabinopyranoside} (2) were also isolated from M. helleri roots together with the two known compounds 3 and 4. Seven known structurally related saponins (5-11) were isolated from S. bulbosus roots. The structures of these compounds were established as bayogenin and polygalacic glycosides using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Compounds 7, 10, bayogenin (12) and polygalacic acid (13) showed significant (p < 0.05) postingestive effects on Spodoptera littoralis larvae, compounds 5-11 and 12 showed variable nematicidal effects on Meloydogyne javanica and all tested saponins had variable phytotoxic effects on several plant species (Lycopersicum esculentum, Lolium perenne and Lactuca sativa). These are promising results in the search for natural pesticides from the Cucurbitaceae family.  相似文献

Four cycloartane glycosides, 3-O-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl]-3β,6α,16β,23α,25-pentahydroxy-20(R),24(S)-epoxycycloartane (1), 3-O-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl]-16-O-hydroxyacetoxy-23-O-acetoxy-3β,6α,25-trihydroxy-20(R),24(S)-epoxycycloartane (2), 3-O-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl]-3β,6α,23α,25-tetrahydroxy-20(R),24(R)-16β,24;20,24-diepoxycycloartane (3), 3-O-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl]-25-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3β,6α,16β,25-tetrahydroxy-20(R),24(S)-epoxycycloartane (4), along with three known cycloartane glycosides were isolated from the MeOH extract of the roots of Astragalus campylosema ssp. campylosema. Their structures were established by the extensive use of 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments along with ESIMS and HRMS analysis. The occurrence of the hydroxyl function at position 23 (1-2) and of the ketalic function at C-24 (3) are very unusual findings in the cycloartane class.  相似文献

The iridoid glycosides, genipin 1-O-β-d-isomaltoside (1) and genipin 1,10-di-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), together with six known iridoid glycosides, genipin 1-O-β-d-gentiobioside (3), geniposide (4), scandoside methyl ester (5), deacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester (6), 6-O-methyldeacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester (7), and gardenoside (8) were isolated from an EtOH extract of Gardeniae Fructus. The structures and relative stereochemistries of the metabolites were elucidated on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopic techniques, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and chemical evidence. Geniposide (4), one of the main compounds of Gardeniae Fructus, was tested for treatment of ankle sprain using an ankle sprain model in rats. From the second to fifth day, the geniposide (4) (100 mg/ml) treated group exhibited significant differences (p < 0.01) with ∼21-34% reduction in swelling ratio compared with those of the vehicle treated control group. This indicated the potential effect of geniposide (4) for the treatment of disorders such as ankle sprain.  相似文献

Six acylated delphinidin glycosides (pigments 1-6) and one acylated kaempferol glycoside (pigment 9) were isolated from the blue flowers of cape stock (Heliophila coronopifolia) in Brassicaceae along with two known acylated cyanidin glycosides (pigments 7 and 8). Pigments 1-8, based on 3-sambubioside-5-glucosides of delphinidin and cyanidin, were acylated with hydroxycinnamic acids at 3-glycosyl residues of anthocyanidins. Using spectroscopic and chemical methods, the structures of pigments 1, 2, 5, and 6 were determined to be: delphinidin 3-O-[2-O-(β-xylopyranosyl)-6-O-(acyl)-β-glucopyranoside]-5-O-[6-O-(malonyl)-β-glucopyranoside], in which acyl moieties were, respectively, cis-p-coumaric acid for pigment 1, trans-caffeic acid for pigment 2, trans-p-coumaric acid for pigment 5 (a main pigment) and trans-ferulic acid for pigment 6, respectively. Moreover, the structure of pigments 3 and 4 were elucidated, respectively, as a demalonyl pigment 5 and a demalonyl pigment 6. Two known anthocyanins (pigments 7 and 8) were identified to be cyanidin 3-(6-p-coumaroyl-sambubioside)-5-(6-malonyl-glucoside) for pigment 7 and cyanidin 3-(6-feruloyl-sambubioside)-5-(6-malonyl-glucoside) for pigment 8 as minor anthocyanin pigments. A flavonol pigment (pigment 9) was isolated from its flowers and determined to be kaempferol 3-O-[6-O-(trans-feruloyl)-β-glucopyranoside]-7-O-cellobioside-4′-O-glucopyranoside as the main flavonol pigment. On the visible absorption spectral curve of the fresh blue petals of this plant and its petal pressed juice in the pH 5.0 buffer solution, three characteristic absorption maxima were observed at 546, 583 and 635 nm. However, the absorption curve of pigment 5 (a main anthocyanin in its flower) exhibited only one maximum at 569 nm in the pH 5.0 buffer solution, and violet color. The color of pigment 5 was observed to be very unstable in the pH 5.0 solution and soon decayed. In the pH 5.0 solution, the violet color of pigment 5 was restored as pure blue color by addition of pigment 9 (a main flavonol in this flower) like its fresh flower, and its blue solution exhibited the same three maxima at 546, 583 and 635 nm. On the other hand, the violet color of pigment 5 in the pH 5.0 buffer solution was not restored as pure blue color by addition of deacyl pigment 9 or rutin (a typical flower copigment). It is particularly interesting that, a blue anthocyanin-flavonol complex was extracted from the blue flowers of this plant with H2O or 5% HOAc solution as a dark blue powder. This complex exhibited the same absorption maxima at 546, 583 and 635 nm in the pH 5.0 buffer solution. Analysis of FAB mass measurement established that this blue anthocyanin-flavonol complex was composed of one molecule each of pigment 5 and pigment 9, exhibiting a molecular ion [M+1] + at 2102 m/z (C93H105O55 calc. 2101.542). However, this blue complex is extremely unstable in acid solution. It really dissociates into pigment 5 and pigment 9.  相似文献

Schiff bases L1-L5 {N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L1), 3-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylmethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L2), 3-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L3), 4-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylmethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L4), 4-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L5)} were synthesized and on reaction with Co(NO3)2·6H2O, complexes having the molecular formulae [Co(L1O)2]NO3 (1), [Co(L2O)2]NO3·xH2O (2a, x = 2; 2b, x = 3), [Co(L3O)2]NO3 (3), [Co(L4O)2]NO3·4H2O (4), [Co(L5O)2]NO3 (5) were isolated from the respective imines. The salt [Co(L2O)2]PF6 (2c) was obtained by treating 2 with KPF6. Complexes 1-5 were formed as a result of addition of a water molecule across the imine function and the resultant alcohol binds in its deprotonated form. The alcoholate ion remained bound in a facial tridentate fashion to the low-spin cobalt(III). X-ray crystal structure determination confirmed the presence of trans-trans-trans-NANPO (A = aminopyridyl and P = pyridyl) disposition in 2a and cis-cis-trans-NANPO in 2b, 2c and 4. Water dimers in 2a, 2b, 4 and water-nitrate ion network in 2a were other notable features.  相似文献

A series of pyrazole-bridged heterometallic 3d-4f complexes, [CuDy(ipdc)2(H2O)4] · (2H2O)(H3O+) (1) and [CuLn(pdc)(ipdc)(H2O)4] · H3O+ (Ln = Ho (2), Er (3), Yb (4); H3ipdc = 4-iodo-3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid; H3pdc = 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid), {[Cu3Ln4(ipdc)6(H2O)16] · xH2O}n (Ln = Sm (5), x = 8.5; Ln = Eu (6), x = 7; Ln = Gd (7), Tb (8), x = 9), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Ligand H3ipdc was in situ obtained by iodination of ligand H3pdc. Complexes 1-4 are pyrazole-bridged heterometallic dinuclear complexes, and 2-4 are isostructural. Complexes 5-8 are isostructural and comprised of an unusual infinite one-dimensional tape-like chain based on pyrazole-bridged heterometallic dinuclear units. The magnetic properties of compounds 1-4, 7 and 8 have been investigated through the magnetic measurement over the temperature range of 1.8-300 K.  相似文献

Using a phosphorus based Mannich condensation reaction the new pyridylphosphines {5-Ph2PCH2N(H)}C5H3(2-Cl)N (1-Cl) and {2-Ph2PCH2N(H)}C5H3(5-Br)N (1-Br) have been synthesised in good yields (60% and 88%, respectively) from Ph2PCH2OH and the appropriate aminopyridine. The ligands 1-Cl and 1-Br display variable coordination modes depending on the choice of late transition-metal complex used. Hence P-monodentate coordination has been observed for the mononuclear complexes AuCl(1-Cl) (2), AuCl(1-Br) (3), RuCl2(p-cymene)(1-Cl) (4), RuCl2(p-cymene)(1-Br) (5), RhCl2(Cp)(1-Cl) (6), RhCl2(Cp)(1-Br) (7), IrCl2(Cp)(1-Cl) (8), IrCl2(Cp)(1′-Cl) (8′), IrCl2(Cp)(1-Br) (9), cis-/trans-PdCl2(1-Cl)2 (10), cis-/trans-PdCl2(1-Br)2 (11), cis-PtCl2(1-Cl)2 (12) and cis-PtCl2(1-Br)2 (13). Reaction of Pd(Me)Cl(cod) (cod = cycloocta-1,5-diene) with either 1 equiv. of 1-Br or the known pyridylphosphines 1′-Cl, 1-OH or 1-H gave the P/N-chelate complexes Pd(Me)Cl(1-Br-1-H) (14)-(17). All new compounds have been fully characterised by spectroscopic and analytical methods. Furthermore the structures of 4, 5, 10 and 16 · (CH3)2SO have been elucidated by single crystal X-ray crystallography. A crystal structure of the dinuclear metallocycle trans,trans-[PdCl2{μ-P/N-{Ph2PCH2N(H)}C5H4N}]2 · CHCl3, 18 · CHCl3, has also been determined. Here 1-H bridges, using both P and pyridyl N donors, two dichloropalladium centres affording a 12-membered ring with the PdCl2 units adopting a head-to-tail arrangement.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely, [Cd(HOIP)2(1,4-bdc)] (1), [Cu(HOIP)(1,4-bdc)] (2) and [Cu(PDIP)(1,4-bdc)] (3) (HOIP = 2-(4-hydroxylbenzene) imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline, PDIP = 2-(3-pyridine) imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline, and 1,4-bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate), have been synthesized under the hydrothermal conditions. All complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses reveal that complex 1 possesses infinite one-dimensional (1D) chain bridged by 1,4-bdc ligands, complexes 2 and 3 both exhibit two-dimensional (2D) (4,4) network structures based on dinuclear [Cu2O2] units. However, the weak interactions are different in complexes 1-3. Moreover, the thermal properties of all complexes, fluorescence property of 1, and the electrochemical behavior of 3 are also reported in this paper.  相似文献

Several mononuclear copper complexes 1(a-b) and 2(a-b) supported over sterically demanding [NNO] ligands namely, N-(aryl)-2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino]acetamide [aryl = 2,6-diethylphenyl (1) and mesityl (2)], exhibit catecholase-like activity in performing the aerial oxidation of 3,5-di-t-butylcatehol (3,5-DTBC) to 3,5-di-t-butyl-catequinone (3,5-DTBQ) under ambient conditions. The 1(a-b) and 2(a-b) complexes were directly synthesized from the reaction of the respective ligands 1-2 with CuX2·nH2O (X = Cl, NO3, n = 2, 3) in 55-85% yield. Mechanistic insights on the catalytic cycle as obtained by density functional theory studies for a representative complex 1a suggest that an intramolecular hydrogen transfer, from a catechol-OH moiety to a copper bound superoxo moiety, form the rate-determining step of the oxidation process, displaying an activation barrier of 18.3 kcal/mol (ΔG) [6.9 kcal/mol in Δ(PE + ZPE) scale].  相似文献

The aerial parts of Aruncus dioicus var. kamtschaticus afforded five new monoterpenoids (1-5): 4-(erythro-6,7-dihydroxy-9-methylpent-8-enyl)furan-2(5H)-one (1, aruncin A), 2-(8-ethoxy-8-methylpropylidene)-5-hydroxy-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-4-carboxylic acid (2, aruncin B), 4-(hydroxymethyl)-6-(8-methylprop-7-enyl)-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one-11-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3, aruncide A), (3S,4S,5R,10R)-3-(10-ethoxy-11-hydroxyethyl)-4-(5-hydroxy-7-methylbut-6-enyl)oxetan-2-one-11-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4, aruncide B), and (3S,4S,5R,7R)-5-(9-methylprop-8-enyl)-1,6-dioxabicyclo[3,2,0]heptan-2-one-7-(hydroxymethyl)-12-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (5, aruncide C). Compound 2 showed potent cytotoxicity against Jurkat T cells with an IC50 value of 17.15 μg/mL. In addition, compounds 7 and 10 exhibited moderate antioxidant activity with IC50 values of 46.3 and 11.7 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of manganese(II), iron(II), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) selenocyanate with 4,4′-bipyridine (bipy) in water at room temperature leads to the formation of the ligand-rich 1:2 hydrates [{M(bipy)(NCSe)2(H2O)2}·bipy]n (bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) with M = Mn (1-Mn), Fe (1-Fe), Co (1-Co) and Ni (1-Ni). In their crystal structures, the metal cations are coordinated by two terminally N-bonded selenocyanato anions, two water molecules, and two bridging bipy ligands in an octahedral coordination mode. These building blocks are connected into linear M-bipy-M chains, which are further linked by hydrogen bonds between the water molecules and non-coordinated bipy ligands into layers. On heating these precursor compounds, they decompose into ligand-rich 1:2 anhydrates [M(NCSe)2(bipy)2]n with M = Mn (2-Mn), Fe (2-Fe), Co (2-Co) and Ni (2-Ni). After water removal the coordination spheres of the metal cations are completed by N-coordination of the bipy ligand which formerly was involved in OH···N hydrogen bonding. On further heating, the manganese(II) compound loses half of its bipy ligands leading to a new ligand-deficient 1:1 intermediate [Mn(NCSe)2(bipy)]n (3-Mn) with μ-1,3-bridging selenocyanato anions. In contrast, all other compounds decompose without the formation of ligand-deficient intermediates. These structural changes are accompanied with a dramatic change in their magnetic properties: Whereas all ligand-rich 1:2 compounds 1-M and 2-M (M = metal) show only Curie-Weiss paramagnetism, in the ligand-deficient 1:1 intermediate 3-Mn an antiferromagnetic long-range ordering at TN = 10.5 K is found. The thermal and magnetic properties are qualitatively compared with those of the related ligand-rich and ligand-deficient selenocyanato and thiocyanato compounds based on bipy, pyrazine and pyrimidine as ligand.  相似文献

Anthocyanins in Caprifoliaceae   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The qualitative and relative quantitative anthocyanin content of 19 species belonging to the genera Sambucus, Lonicera and Viburnum in the family Caprifoliaceae has been determined. Altogether 12 anthocyanins were identified; the 3-O-glucoside (2), 3-O-galactoside (5), 3-O-(6″-O-arabinosylglucoside) (7), 3-O-(6″-O-rhamnosylglucoside) (9), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosyl-6″-O-rhamnosylglucoside) (10), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosylgalactoside) (11), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosylglucoside) (12), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosylglucoside)-5-O-glucoside (14), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosyl-6″-O-Z-p-coumaroylglucoside)-5-O-glucoside (15) and 3-O-(2″-O-xylosyl-6″-O-E-p-coumaroylglucoside)-5-O-glucoside (16) of cyanidin, in addition to the 3-O-glucosides of pelargonidin and delphinidin (1 and 3). Pigment 7 is the first complete identification of the disaccharide vicianose, 6″-O-α-arabinopyranosyl-β-glucopyranose, linked to an anthocyanidin.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ti(cp)2(BTMSA)] (1) (cp = η5-C5Me5, BTMSA = bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene) with malonic acids ((HOOC)2CR2, R = H, Me) and N,N-dimethylglycine resulted in the formation of titanium(IV) dicarboxylato complexes [Ti(cp)2{(OOC)2CR2}] (R = H, 2; R = Me, 3) and an α-amino acid titanium(III) complex [Ti(cp)2(OOCCH2NMe2)] (4). The identities of complexes 2-4 were confirmed by microanalysis, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy (2, 3), ESI-MS and CID experiments (2, 3) as well as by ESR and magnetic measurements (μeff = 1.81, 298 K) for 4. Single X-ray diffraction analyses of 2 and 4 exhibited monomolecular complexes in which the titanium atom is distorted tetrahedrally coordinated by two η5-C5Me5 rings and by the chelating bound malonato-κ2O,O′ (2) and N,N-dimethylglycinato-κ2O,O′ ligand (4).  相似文献

From the reaction of tert-butyl lithium or n-butyl lithium with N-methylpyrrole (1a), furan (1b) or 2-bromo-thiophen (1c), 2-N-methylpyrrolyl lithium (2a), 2-furyl lithium (2b) or 2-thiophenyl lithium (2c), respectively, was obtained. When reacted with 6-(2-N-methylpyrrolyl) fulvene (3a), 6-(2-furyl) fulvene (3b) or 6-(2-thiophenyl) fulvene (3c), the corresponding lithiated intermediates were formed (4a-c). Titanocenes (5a-c) were obtained through transmetallation with titanium tetrachloride. When these titanocenes were tested against pig kidney epithelial (LLC-PK) cells, inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of 32 μM, 140 μM, and 240 μM, respectively, were observed. These values represent improved cytotoxicity against LLC-PK, compared to their ansa-analogues.  相似文献

Pregnenolone (1) was used as a template to develop new anticancer compounds. Ring-D modification of 1 resulted in the synthesis of benzylidenes 2-17, pyrazolines 18-76, pyrazoles 85-91, hydrazones 77-84, and oximes 92-107 derivatives. The structure of compound 107 was also deduced through single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The inclusion of furanyl and pyridyl rings to pregnenolone skeleton increases the cytotoxicity of all compounds significantly. Among benzylidene derivatives, only heterocyclic enone 8 (IC50 = 0.74 μM/mL against HepG2), and 17 (IC50 = 4.49 μM/mL against HepG2, IC50 = 5.01 μM/mL against MDA-MB-230 cancer cell line) exhibited a significant activity. The cytotoxicity data of pyrazoline derivatives 18-76 revealed that only furanyl bearing pyrazolines 40, 42-44, 48, and 49 exhibited significant activities. While all (O-carboxymethyl) oximes, hydazones, and pyrazoles derivatives of pregnenolone did not show any significant activity against both the cell lines. Thus the furanyl bearing enone 8 (IC50 = 0.74 μM/mL against HepG2), and its pyrazoline derivative 48 (IC50 = 0.91 μM/mL against MDA-MB-230 cancer cell lines) were identified as the most active compounds in all derivatives of pregnenolone.  相似文献
