The purpose of this study was to compare the cycling technique of triathletes and cyclists on the basis of the cocontraction of selected muscles of the lower limbs and economy at different cadences. The economy (EC) and percent cocontraction from nine triathletes and eight cyclists were compared at 60, 75, 90 and 105 rpm cadences. Tests were performed on two separate days. The maximal oxygen uptake was measured and the second ventilatory threshold (VO2VT) was estimated on the first day using a stationary bicycle. On the second day the four different cadences were tested at approximately 5% below the VO2VT. The EMG activity of the rectus femoris (RF), biceps femoris (BF) and vastus lateralis (VL) was recorded and the EMG signal was normalized using the 60 rpm dynamic contraction. The percent cocontractions were calculated from RF/BF and VL/BF muscles. The EC was also calculated. The results showed that cyclists were significantly more economic, indicating that they exerted more power with less VO2, and presented significantly lower percent cocontraction than triathletes (p < 0.05). Thus, the results suggest that the cyclists had a better technique than the triathletes. The simultaneous use of the percent cocontraction and economy seems to be a good performance indicator for cyclists and triathletes.  相似文献

Lower extremity muscle activations during crossover and side step cut tasks are hypothesized to play an important role in controlling knee motion, and therefore, impact the design of knee injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. However, the contribution of lower extremity muscles to frontal and transverse plane moments during cutting tasks is unclear. The purpose of this study was to compare the muscle activation patterns of selected lower extremity muscles (vastus lateralis, medial/lateral hamstrings and medial/lateral gastrocnemius) of subjects performing a stepping down and side step cut, a stepping down and crossover cut and an equivalent straight ahead task. Ground reaction force was used to determine the cut angle, stance time and compare the lower limb loading during each task. Electromyography data during all tasks were normalized to the average activation during the straight ahead tasks to determine relative changes in muscle activation between the straight ahead and different cut styles (crossover and side step). There were no differences in the pattern of muscle activation of the vastus lateralis, or lateral hamstring muscles when comparing the cutting tasks to the equivalent straight ahead task. However, the crossover cut task resulted in significantly higher muscle activation of the medial hamstrings and lateral gastrocnemius muscles relative to both the side step cut and straight ahead tasks. These results suggest the medial/lateral hamstrings and medial/lateral gastrocnemius play a role in transverse and frontal plane control during cut tasks.  相似文献

To assess the validity and reliability of the mechanomyogram (MMG) as a tool to investigate the fatigue-induced changes in the muscle during relaxation, the torque and MMG signals from the gastrocnemius medialis muscle of 23 participants were recorded during tetanic electrically-elicited contractions before and immediately after fatigue, as well as at min 2 and 7 of recovery. The peak torque (pT), contraction time (CT) and relaxation time (RT), and the acceleration of force development (d2RFD) and relaxation (d2RFR) were calculated. The slope and τ of force relaxation were also determined. MMG peak-to-peak was assessed during contraction (MMG p–p) and relaxation (R-MMG p–p). After fatigue, pT, d2RFD, d2RFR, slope, MMG p–p and R-MMG p–p decreased significantly, while CT, RT and τ increased (P < 0.05 for all comparisons), remaining altered throughout the entire recovery period. R-MMG p–p correlated with pT, MMG p–p, slope, τ and d2RFR both before and after fatigue. Reliability measurements always ranged from high to very high. In conclusion, MMG may represent a valid and reliable index to monitor the fatigue-induced changes in muscle mechanical behavior, and could be therefore considered an effective alternative to the force signal, also during relaxation.  相似文献

Four male subjects aged 23-34 years were studied during 60 days of unilateral strength training and 40 days of detraining. Training was carried out four times a week and consisted of six series of ten maximal isokinetic knee extensions at an angular velocity of 2.09 rad.s-1. At the start and at every 20th day of training and detraining, isometric maximal voluntary contraction (MVC), integrated electromyographic activity (iEMG) and quadriceps muscle cross-sectional area (CSA) assessed at seven fractions of femur length (Lf), by nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, were measured on both trained (T) and untrained (UT) legs. Isokinetic torques at 30 degrees before full knee extension were measured before and at the end of training at: 0, 1.05, 2.09, 3.14, 4.19, 5.24 rad.s-1. After 60 days T leg CSA had increased by 8.5% +/- 1.4% (mean +/- SEM, n = 4, p less than 0.001), iEMG by 42.4% +/- 16.5% (p less than 0.01) and MVC by 20.8% +/- 5.4% (p less than 0.01). Changes during detraining had a similar time course to those of training. No changes in UT leg CSA were observed while iEMG and MVC increased by 24.8% +/- 10% (N.S.) and 8.7% +/- 4.3% (N.S.), respectively. The increase in quadriceps muscle CSA was maximal at 2/10 Lf (12.0% +/- 1.5%, p less than 0.01) and minimal, proximally to the knee, at 8/10 Lf (3.5% +/- 1.2%, N.S.). Muscle activation during self-resistance exercises was studied in 18 subjects performing (a) maximal unilateral isometric cocontractions of flexor and extensor muscles of the right elbow (UNI); (b) bilateral exercises consisting of maximal isometric extensions of the right elbow against the left elbow flexors (BiExt) and maximal isometric flexion of the right elbow against the left elbow extensors (BiFlex). Force production by the biceps brachii (BB), brachioradialis (BR), and triceps brachii (TB) during UNI, BiFlex, and BiExt were estimated by comparing the integrated surface electromyograms (iEMG) of BB, BR, and TB during UNI, BiExt, and BiFlex with the individual iEMG-force relationship determined from isometric contractions at 30, 60, and 100% maximal voluntary contraction during elbow flexion (MVCflex) or extension (MVCext) against a force transducer. During BiFlex for BB or BR and BiExt for TB, the values (mean ± SE) of BB-iEMG, BR-iEMG, and TB-iEMG were 74.0 ± 4.5, 76.6 ± 5.7, and 84.4 ± 4.5% iEMG at MVC (% iEMGmax). The forces were 86.0 ± 3.7% TB-Forcemax during BiExt, 74.1 ± 3.6% BB-Forcemax and 71.8 ± 4.0% BR-Forcemax during BiFlex. During UNI, BB-iEMG, BR-iEMG, and TB-iEMG were 59.9 ± 4.6, 53.4 ± 4.0, and 66.3 ± 4.7% iEMGmax, respectively. The forces during UNI (70.4 ± 4.0% TB-Forcemax, 60.4 ± 4.3% BB-Forcemax, and 49.2 ± 3.1% BR-Forcemax) were significantly lower than those during bilateral exercises. A 2-way analysis of variance (Muscle × Exercise) indicated that the effects of Muscle and Exercise upon % iEMGmax were significant (p < 0.05; p < 0.001, respectively). In conclusion, bilateral opposition exercises should be more effective in developing strength than cocontraction exercises, which correspond to a moderate activation level even for weak agonist muscle groups.  相似文献

Aim of the study was to identify the different modalities of activation of gastrocnemius lateralis (GL) and tibialis anterior (TA) during gait at self-selected speed, by a statistical analysis of surface electromyographic signal from a large number (hundreds) of strides per subject. The analysis on fourteen healthy adults showed a large variability in the number of activation intervals, in their occurrence rate, and in the on-off instants, within different strides of the same walk. For each muscle, the assessment of the different modalities of activation (five for muscle) allowed to identify a single pattern, common for all the modalities and able to characterize the behavior of muscles during normal gait. The pattern of GL activity centered in two regions of the gait cycle: the transition between flat foot contact and push-off (observed in 100% of total strides) and the final swing (67.1 ± 15.9%). Two regions characterized also the pattern of TA activity: from pre-swing to following loading response (100%), and the mid-stance (30.5 ± 15.0%). This “normality” pattern represents the first attempt for the development in healthy young adults of a reference for dynamic EMG activity of GL and TA, in terms of variability of on-off muscular activity and occurrence rate during gait.  相似文献

The main purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that as subjects chew with increasing levels of force, the ratio of the working- to balancing-side jaw-muscle force (W/B) decreases and begins to approach 1.0. We did this by analyzing relative masseter force in Macaca fascicularis using both strain gage and surface electromyographic (EMG) techniques. In addition, we also analyzed: 1) the relationship between jaw position using cineradiographic techniques and relative masseter force, 2) the timing differences between relative masseter force from the working and balancing sides, and 3) the loading and unloading characteristics of the masseter muscle. Our findings indicate that when macaques increase the amount of overall masticatory force during chewing, the W/B ratio for masseter force frequently (but not always) decreases and begins to approach 1.0. Therefore, our working hypothesis is not completely supported because the W/B ratio does not decrease with increasing levels of force in all subjects. The data also demonstrate timing differences in masseter force. During apple-skin mastication, the average peak masseter force on the working side occurs immediately at or slightly after the initial occurrence of maximum intercuspation, whereas the average peak masseter force on the balancing side occurs well before maximum intercuspation. On average, we found that peak force from the balancing-side masseter precedes the working-side masseter by about 26 msec. The greater the asynchrony between working- and balancing-side masseter force, the greater the difference in the relative magnitude of these forces. For example, in the subject with the greatest asynchrony, the balancing-side masseter had already fallen to about one-half of peak force when the working-side masseter reached peak force. Our data also indicate that the loading and unloading characteristics of the masseter differ between the working and balancing sides. Loading (from 50 to 100% of peak force) and unloading (from 100 to 50% of peak force) for the balancing-side masseter tends to be rather symmetrical. In contrast, the working-side masseter takes much longer to load from 50 to 100% of peak force than it does to unload from 100 to 50% of peak force. Finally, it takes on average about 35 msec for the working-side zygoma and 42 msec for the balancing-side zygoma to unload from 100 to 50% of peak force during apple-skin mastication, indicating that the unloading characteristics of the macaque masseter during mastication closely approximates its relaxation characteristics (as determined by muscle stimulation).  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationships between heart rate (f c), oxygen consumption (VO2), peak force and average force developed at the crank in response to submaximal exercise employing a racing bicycle which was attached to an ergometer (RE), ridden on a treadmill (TC) and ridden on a 400-m track (FC). Eight male trained competitive cyclists rode at three pre-determined work intensities set at a proportion of their maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max): (1) below lactate threshold [work load that produces a (VO2) which is 10% less than the lactate threshold VO2 (sub-LT)], (2) lactate threshold VO2 (LT), and (3) above lactate threshold [workload that produces a VO2 which is 10% greater than lactate threshold VO2 (supra-LT)], and equated across exercise modes on the basis off c. Voltage signals from the crank arm were recorded as FM signals for subsequent representation of peak and average force. Open circuit VO2 measurements were done in the field by Douglas bag gas collection and in the laboratory by automated gas collection and analysis.f c was recorded with a telemeter (Polar Electro Sport Tester, PE3000). Significant differences (P < 0.05) were observed: (1) in VO2 between FC and both laboratory conditions at sub-LT intensity and LT intensities, (2) in peak force between FC and TC at sub-LT intensity, (3) in average force between FC and RE at sub-LT. No significant differences were demonstrated at supra-LT intensity for VO2. Similarly no significant differences were observed in peak and average force for either LT or supra-LT intensities. These data indicate that equating work intensities on the basis off c measured in laboratory conditions would overestimate the VO2 which would be generated in the field and conversely, that usingf c measured in the laboratory to establish field work intensity would underestimate mechanical workload experienced in the field.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to measure and analyse discomfort and biomechanics of cycling, i.e., muscle activation, centre of pressure of seat pressure profiles and pedal forces as a function of seat position. Twenty-one recreationally active individuals cycled for 10 min at 100 W on an ergometer cycle using five different seat positions. The neutral position was considered as basic seat position and was compared with upward, downward, forward and backward seat positions. The initial bout was repeated at the end of the recording session. Discomfort increased for upward and backward condition compared with neutral (P < 0.05). Normalized surface electromyography from gastrocnemius decreased in the downward and forward position but increased in the upward and backward position. The minimum force became less negative for forward position compared with neutral seat position (P < 0.05). The degree of variability of centre of pressure increased in the upward and backward position and the entropy of the centre of pressure of sitting posture for backward position decreased compared with neutral seat position (P < 0.05). The present study revealed that consecutive changes of seat position over time lead to increase in discomfort as well as alterations of the biomechanics of cycling.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of electrostimulation strength training (ES) and time-of-day on immune response and anaerobic performances during short-term maximal exercise. In randomized order, 24 active men divided into three groups: MTG (n=8): training times 07:00–08:00h; ETG (n=8): training times 17:00–18:00h; and CG (n=8) and were asked to perform a 30-s Wingate test (i.e. peak (PP), mean (MP)) and strength (1-RM) before (T0) and after four weeks of training (T1) at 08:00h and 18:00h. Our results showed that oral temperature, PP (p<0.05), MP (p<0.05), and Interleukine-6 levels (IL-6) (p<0.001) were significantly higher at 18:00h compared to 08:00h in all groups. However, 1-RM was not affected by the time-of-day (p>0.05). Likewise, IL-6 increased after exercise at T0 and T1 in CG, ETG, and MTG (p<0.001). Moreover, ES training leads an improvement in performances (p<0.05) with an increase in the tight circumference for the MTG (p<0.01) at the same time-of-training (08:00h) without affecting the immune response (p>0.05). In fact, the amplitude of variation was disappeared in MTG after ES. However, the ES did not affect the PP, MP, and 1-RM in ETG with no change in the tight circumference. A significant increase in IL-6 at the same time-of-training (p<0.05) was observed on ETG. For CG, no significant change was observed after ES compared with pre-training. In conclusion, ES training in the morning is a potent strategy to counteract the decrease in anaerobic performances without affecting inflammatory response compared to the evening training.  相似文献

The initial (in vivo) and total (activity present after preincubation with CO2 and Mg2+) activities of ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase were both assayed in extracts of leaves of soybean (Glycine max) plants which had been grown under 4 different irradiance levels. The total carboxylase activity per unit leaf area decreased with decreased irradiance during growth but was not different on a dry weight basis. The initial activity as a percentage of the total activity was unchanged (approximately 95%) except in leaves of plants grown at the lowest irradiance (74%). When the plants grown at the lowest irradiance were exposed to high irradiance, the initial activity was increased to 93% of the total. Light saturated rates of photosynthesis per unit leaf area were lower and saturated at lower irradiance for plants grown at lower irradiances. Initial carboxylase activity was correlated closely (r2=0.84) with leaf photosynthesis rate on a dry weight basis.  相似文献

Nine healthy men, aged between 25 and 35 years, performed sustained maximal voluntary contractions (MVC) of foot plantar, foot dorsal, and finger flexor muscles. Contractions lasted 10 min and were followed by short test contractions at 30% MVC during recovery. Two positions of the working extremity high or low were established by different body postures (supine or sitting). Under these conditions, studies of force, integrated electromyogram (iEMG), blood pressure, and heart rate showed firstly that force decreased throughout the first few minutes of maximal contraction but reached a near steady-state value after 5 to 6 min. Secondly, force decay and steady-state level depended on muscle group and body position. When sitting (low leg), muscles with a high incidence of slow twitch fibres (plantar flexors) showed a slower force decay and a higher relative steady-state force than fast dorsal flexor muscles. When supine (high leg), plantar and dorsal flexor muscles reached about the same low level of relative steady-state force. Changes in iEMG, blood pressure, and heart rate did not differ in the two positions. Thirdly, during recovery, plantar flexor muscles showed higher iEMG values as well as higher values of blood pressure and heart rate when supine than when sitting. Recovery of dorsal flexor muscles was little affected by body posture. Fourthly, force development and recovery of predominantly fast finger flexor muscles were almost independent of arm position. It was concluded that muscle fibre composition was the main factor in determining endurance capacity. 目的:通过观察不同时间早期肠内营养对急性重症胰腺炎患者的影响,探讨急性重症胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养的最佳时机。方法:将重症急性胰腺炎患者60例分为三组:A组、B组和C组,每组20例。A组为肠外营养组予以常规治疗,B组在常规治疗的基础上通过鼻空肠管在入院3-5天内予以早期肠内营养,C组在常规治疗的基础上通过鼻空肠管在入院5天后予以早期肠内营养。抽取所有患者入院时、入院后3天、7天、14天静脉血,ELISA法测定患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量,并记录患者住院期间感染率、病死率、并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用等。结果:各组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量逐渐下降,B组和C组下降较A组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组和C组比较B组予以肠内营养后下降较C组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组和C组感染率、病死率、并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用较A组明显低(P<0.05),B组与C组比较感染率、病死率、并发症发生率B组明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养可改善急性重症胰腺炎早期炎症反应,从而减低感染率、病死率、并发症发生率。在患者循环稳定条件下,越早予以肠内营养对患者的预后越有...  相似文献

A dynamic and recurrent artificial neural network was used to investigate the functional properties of firing patterns observed in the primary motor (M1) and the primary somatosensory (S1) cortex of the behaving monkey during control of precision grip force. In the behaving monkey it was found that neurons in M1 and in S1 increase their firing activity with increasing grip force, as do the intrinsic and extrinsic hand muscles implicated in the task. However, some neurons also decreased their activity as a function of increasing force. The functional implication of these latter neurons is not clear and has not been elucidated so far. In order to explore their functional implication, we therefore simulated patterns of neural activity in artificial neural networks that represent cortical, spinal and afferent neural populations and tested whether particular activity profiles would emerge as a function of the input and of the connectivity of these networks. The functional implication of units with emergent or imposed decreasing activity was then explored.Decreasing patterns of activity in M1 units did not emerge from the networks. However, the same networks generated decreasing activity if imposed as target patterns. As indicated by the emerging weight space, M1 projection units with decreasing patterns are functionally less involved in driving alpha motoneurons than units with increasing profiles. Furthermore, these units did not provide significant fusimotor drive, whereas those with increasing profiles did. Fusimotor drive was a function of the (imposed) form of muscle spindle afferent activity: with gamma (fusimotor) drive, muscle spindle afferents provided signals other than muscle length (as observed experimentally). The network solutions thus predict a functional dichotomy between increasing and decreasing M1 neurons: the former primarily drive alpha and gamma motoneurons, the latter only weakly alpha motoneurons.  相似文献

In this experiment we studied the effect of different pedalling rates during cycling at a constant power output (PO) 132+/-31 W (mean+/-S.D.), corresponding to 50% VO2 max, on the oxygen uptake and the magnitude of the slow component of VO2 kinetics in humans. The PO corresponded to 50% of VO2 max, established during incremental cycling at a pedalling rate of 70 rev.min(-1). Six healthy men aged 22.2+/-2.0 years with VO2 max 3.89+/-0.92 l.min(-1), performed on separate days constant PO cycling exercise lasting 6 min at pedalling rates 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 rev.min(-1), in random order. Antecubital blood samples for plasma lactate [La]pl and blood acid-base balance variables were taken at 1 min intervals. Oxygen uptake was determined breath-by-breath. The total net oxygen consumed throughout the 6 min cycling period at pedalling rates of 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 rev.min(-1) amounted to 7.727+/-1.197, 7.705+/-1.548, 8.679+/-1.262, 9.945+/-1.435 and 13.720+/-1.862 l, respectively for each pedalling rate. The VO2 during the 6 min of cycling only rose slowly by increasing the pedalling rate in the range of 40-100 rev.min(-1). This increase, was 0.142 l per 20 rev.min(-1) on the average. Plasma lactate concentration during the sixth minute of cycling changed little within this range of pedalling rates: the values were 1.83+/-0.70, 1.80+/-0.48, 2.33+/-0.88 and 2.52+/-0.33 mmol.l(-1). The values of [La]pl reached in the 6th minute of cycling were not significantly different from the pre-exercise levels. Blood pH was also not affected by the increase of pedalling rate in the range of 40-100 rev.min(-1). However, an increase of pedalling rate from 100 to 120 rev.min(-1) caused a sudden increase in the VO2 amounting to 0.747 l per 20 rev.min(-1), accompanied by a significant increase in [La]pl from 1.21+/-0.26 mmol.l(-1) in pre-exercise conditions to 5.92+/-2.46 mmol.l(-1) reached in the 6th minute of cycling (P<0.01). This was also accompanied by a significant drop of blood pH, from 7.355+/-0.039 in the pre-exercise period to 7.296+/-0.060 in the 6th minute of cycling (P < 0.01). The mechanical efficiency calculated on the basis of the net VO2 reached between the 4th and the 6th minute of cycling amounted to 26.6+/-2.7, 26.4+/-2.0, 23.4+/-3.4, 20.3+/-2.6 and 14.7+/-2.2%, respectively for pedalling rates of 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 rev.min(-1). No significant increase in the VO2 from the 3rd to the 6th min (representing the magnitude of the slow component of VO2 kinetics) was observed at any of the pedalling rates (-0.022+/-0.056, -0.009+/-0.029, 0.012+/-0.073, 0.030+/-0.081 and 0.122+/-0.176 l.min(-1) for pedalling rates of 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 rev.min(-1), respectively). Thus a significant increase in [La]pl and a decrease in blood pH do not play a major role in the mechanism(s) responsible for the slow component of VO2 kinetics in humans.  相似文献

There is a lack of data on fatigue changes within 24 h among patients with multiple sclerosis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of time of day on central and peripheral fatigue during a continuous 2-min maximal voluntary contraction of the quadriceps muscle in women and men with multiple sclerosis (MS). We studied age-matched MS patients (range, 40–50 years). The inclusion criteria for patients were: a Kurtzke Expanded Disability Status score and a Fatigue Severity Scale score. We found a significant gender difference in central activation ratio (CAR) in the evening. At the end of the 2-min maximal voluntary contraction (MVC), the voluntary torque decreased by about 65% in men and women with MS in both the morning and evening. We also observed that, in women, CAR decreased markedly during the first 30 s in the evening test. The most interesting finding of our study is that central fatigue increased, whereas peripheral fatigue decreased markedly in the evening only in women. It remains unclear why women’s central fatigue is greater in the evening than in the morning.  相似文献

Orius insidiosus is a generalist predator for which diet influences important biological traits like reproduction and predation. We tested the effects of different diets alone or in combination on reproduction, longevity and predation capacity of this predator. The diets tested were: no food (control); pollen; Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) nymphs and adults; F. occidentalis nymphs and adults and pollen; Anagasta kuehniella (Zeller) eggs; A. kuehniella eggs and pollen; A. kuehniella eggs; F. occidentalis nymphs and adults and A. kuehniella eggs, F. occidentalis nymphs and adults and pollen. The pre-oviposition period was shortest when the diet consisted of pollen and prey (A. kuehniella and/or F. occidentalis), of the two prey species together or of only A. kuehniella eggs. The highest values for the length of the oviposition period (50.1, 48.0, 46.3 and 46.1 days), daily fecundity (3.8, 3.9, 4.0 and 4.2 eggs/female/day), total fecundity (190.3, 187.7 185.2 and 193.6 eggs/female) and longevity (52.1, 49.9, 48.7 and 48.0 days) were found with diets consisting of only A. kuehniella eggs. Pollen did not improve any of the performance parameters of the predator when offered exclusively or as a complementary food. The results show that selection of a proper diet can strongly improve reproduction, longevity and predation capacity of O. insidiosus. An important finding is that A. kuehniella eggs, which can easily be produced in large quantities, are an excellent factitious prey for mass production of O. insidiosus.  相似文献

We have investigated the role of DNA ends during gap repair by homologous recombination. Mouse cells were transfected with a gapped plasmid carrying distinctive ends: on one side mouse LINE-1 repetitive sequences (LlMd-A2), and on the other rat LINE-1 sequences (LlRn-3). The gap could be repaired by homologous recombination with endogenous mouse genomic LINE-1 elements, which are on average 95% and 85% homologous to LlMd-A2 and LlRn-3 ends, respectively. Both LlMd-A2 and LlRn-3 ends were found to initiate gap repair with equal efficiency. However, there were two types of gap repair products – precise and imprecise – the occurrence of which appears to depend on which end had been used for initiation and thus which end was left available for subsequent steps in recombination. These results, together with sequence analysis of recombinants obtained with plasmids having either mouse or rat LINE-1 sequences flanking the gap, strongly suggest that the two DNA ends played different roles in recombinational gap repair. One end was used to initiate the gap repair process, while the other end was involved at later steps, in the resolution of the recombination event. [背景]目前,由皮肤浅部真菌引起的皮肤病逐年增加,已经成为影响人类健康的重大问题之一。[目的]探究白鲜碱(dictamnine,DIC)单体对须癣毛癣菌的抑菌作用及作用机制。[方法]通过高通量测序技术对须癣毛癣菌及白鲜碱作用后的须癣毛癣菌进行转录组测序,对测序序列进行处理和生物信息学分析,以及测序质量评价和序列注释。通过与对照组比较,鉴别出差异表达基因,然后进行GO功能显著性分析和KEGG代谢途径分析等。[结果]白鲜碱对须癣毛癣菌的MIC值为50μg/mL。DIC高剂量组与对照组比较,共360个差异基因;其中上调表达265个,下调表达95个。MFS1、KU70、KU80、L2、cpaT、MFS2、VdtG、patC等基因表达有显著差异。GO功能富集表明,差异基因主要集中于核糖体、线粒体膜、抗氧化活性、毒素代谢过程、单一生物代谢过程、次生代谢过程、初级活性跨膜转运蛋白活性和活跃的跨膜转运蛋白活性等。KEGG代谢途径的改变主要集中在ABC转运、膜运输障碍、谷胱甘肽代谢、DNA的复制与修复变化、减数分裂、氧化磷酸化和丙酮酸代谢障碍等富集通路上,并且相关基因均有显著性改变(P<0.05)...  相似文献
