This article investigates which ingredients are the active ones in the most popular peel formula. The benefits of the "phenol" peel have been attributed to the effects of phenol on the dermis. Baker published a simple peel formula in 1962 that became a classic that has been used since by almost all plastic surgeons and dermatologists. Brown et al., in 1960, passed along a set of dogmas: (1) phenol is the active ingredient; (2) phenol peels more deeply in lower concentrations; and (3) adding a surface tension-lowering agent increases the peel. This article seeks to dissect the Baker formula by removing the croton oil. A patient was peeled serially with 18% phenol, 35% phenol, and 50% phenol solutions containing Septisol (surface tension-lowering agent) but no croton oil. This showed that increasing concentrations of phenol caused more clinical tissue reaction as evidenced by edema and erythema, but no significant dermal injury was seen. USP 88% phenol without Septisol did cause injury to the dermis. To test the effect of croton oil in the formula, the patient's face was peeled with two variations: the perioral area was peeled with 50% phenol to which croton oil was added to a strength of 2.1% and the remainder with 50% phenol without croton oil. The perioral area showed vesiculation, slough, and dermal exposure characteristic of a deep peel requiring 11 days to heal. The remainder of the face treated with 50% phenol without croton oil showed only edema and erythema without significant dermal injury. This experiment shows that the main postulates of Brown et al.--that phenol in lesser concentrations peels more than in higher concentrations and that phenol is the sole agent--are not true. In a fourth peel, a 0.7% concentration of croton oil in 50% phenol was applied to the parts of the face not peeled with croton oil in the third peel. The areas peeled with 50% phenol with 0.7% croton oil healed in 7 days, whereas the treatment with 50% phenol with 2.1% croton oil required 11 days. Deconstructing the Baker formula reveals fallacies in the four-decade-long belief system regarding these peels. The serial peels performed in this study show that increasing concentrations of phenol without croton oil cause increasing skin reaction but insignificant peeling effect. The addition of croton oil to 50% phenol, however, causes a marked increase in the depth of peeling into the dermis. Lowering the concentration of croton oil caused a lesser burn, as evidenced by fewer days to heal. The depth of the peel, therefore, seems to be more dependent on the concentration of croton oil than phenol. This will be further explored in Parts II, III, and IV.  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to determine the effects of rumen-protected choline (RPC) supplementation on body condition, milk production and milk choline content during the periparturient period. Thirty-two Holstein cows were allocated into two groups (RPC group - with RPC supplementation, and control group - without RPC supplementation) 28 days before the expected calving. Cows were fed the experimental diet from 21 days before expected calving until 60 days of lactation. The daily diet of the RPC group contained 100 g of RPC from 21 days before calving until calving and 200 g RPC after calving for 60 days of lactation, which provided 25 g and 50 g per day choline, respectively. Body condition was scored on days -21, 7, 35 and 60 relative to calving. Milk production was measured at every milking; milk fat, protein and choline content were determined on days 7, 35 and 60 of lactation. Body condition was not affected by RPC supplementation. Milk yield was 4.4 kg higher for the group of cows receiving supplementary choline during the 60 days experimental period and 4% fat-corrected milk production was also increased by 2.5 kg/day. Milk fat content was not altered by treatment, but fat yield was increased by 0.10 kg/day as a consequence of higher milk yield in the RPC-treated group. Milk protein content tended to increase by RPC supplementation and a 0.18 kg/day significant improvement of protein yield was detected. Milk choline content increased in both groups after calving as the lactating period advanced. However, milk choline content and choline yield were significantly higher in the RPC group than in the control group. The improved milk choline and choline yield provide evidence that some of the applied RPC escaped ruminal degradation, was absorbed from the small intestine and improved the choline supply of the cows and contributed to the changes of production variables.  相似文献

Histological and ultrastructural examinations were carried out on the integuments of larval plaice from hatching to 60 days. The skin of the newly hatched larva consisted of a delicate epidermis overlying a fluid filled dermal space. As the fish matured this became thicker, the fibrous dermis developed and the mitochondrion rich 'chloride cells' degenerated. Around the 42nd day the eosinophil granule cell appeared in the basal layers of the epidermis and by the sixtieth day the epidermis could be considered fully developed.  相似文献

The purpose of this investigation was to study the formation and origin of basal lamina and anchoring fibrils in adult human skin. Epidermis and dermis were separated by "cold trypsinization." Viable epidermis and viable, inverted dermis were recombined and grafted to the chorioallantoic membrane of embryonated chicken eggs for varying periods up to 10 days. Basal lamina and anchoring fibrils were absent from the freshly trypsinized epidermis before grafting although hemidesmosomes and tonofilaments of the basal cells remained intact. Basal lamina and anchoring fibrils were absent from freshly cut, inverted surface of the dermis. Beginning 3 days after grafting, basal lamina was noted to form immediately subjacent to hemidesmosomes of epidermal basal cells at the epidermal-dermal interface. From the fifth to the seventh day after grafting, basal lamina became progressively more dense and extended to become continuous in many areas at the epidermal-dermal interface. Anchoring fibrils appeared first in grafts consisting of epidermis and viable dermis at five day cultivation and became progressively more numerous thereafter. In order to determine the epidermal versus dermal origin of basal lamina and anchoring fibrils, dermis was rendered nonviable by repeated freezing and thawing 10 times followed by recombination with viable epidermis. Formation of basal lamina occurred as readily in these recombinants of epidermis with freeze-thawed, nonviable dermis as with viable dermis, indicating that dermal viability was not essential for synthesis of basal lamina. This observation supports the concept of epidermal origin for basal lamina. Anchoring fibrils did not form in recombinants containing freeze-thawed dermis, indicating that dermal viability was required for anchoring fibrils formation. This observation supports the concept of dermal origin of anchoring fibrils.  相似文献

在果实成熟的1~3月,采样分析盖膜和不盖膜沙糖橘果实品质。结果表明:树冠盖膜后沙糖橘果皮色泽一直保持橘红色,而不盖膜的果皮色泽由前期的橘红色转为后期的橘黄色,且色泽暗淡;盖膜处理果实的酸含量在开始的20d内呈上升趋势,1月28日出现最高值0.31%,此后的10d内迅速下降至低于对照的水平,2月7日出现最低值,此后的20d内上升高于对照,之后又下降至3月15日的0.19%;对照果实的酸含量呈现明显的下降趋势,1月7日出现最高值为0.26%,3月15日出现最低值为0.08%,盖膜处理果实的酸含量在大多数时间内高于对照;盖膜处理果实的可溶性固形物含量从1月17日的12.33%提高到3月15日的13.40%,提高了1.07个百分点,总体呈上升趋势,而对照的从1月17日的10.70%下降至3月15日的9.90%,下降了0.80个百分点,总体呈下降趋势。  相似文献

Computerized automatic-image analytical procedure was applied on dermal biopsies stained for elastin by a new procedure giving a completely white background and staining only the elastic fiber system. In arteriosclerotic hypertensive patients, a 3-4 months' treatment with 1 mg colchicine per day resulted in a significant (60-80%, p less than 0.01) increase of the dermal elastic fiber density both in the superficial papillary dermis and in the deep dermis. This result shows that the age-dependent increase of elastic fibers can be influenced by pharmacological means. The inhibition by colchicine of the synthesis and secretion of the fibroblast-derived metalloelastase-type protease could be a plausible explanation of this finding.  相似文献

Broilers in four groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 60 mg/kg zinc oxide (60-ZnO; control), or 20, 60, or 100 mg/kg ZnO nanoparticles (20-, 60-, and 100-nano-ZnO, respectively). Compared with the controls, after 14 days, birds in the 20- and 60-nano-ZnO groups had significantly greater weight gains and better feed conversion ratios. However, the body weight of birds in the 100-nano-ZnO group was dramatically reduced after 28 days. Relative to the control group, the total antioxidant capability (T-AOC) in serum and liver tissue was significantly higher in the 20-nano-ZnO group at all time points and also significantly higher in the 60- and 100-nano-ZnO groups in serum on days 28 and 35 and in liver tissues on days 21 and 28. Compared with the controls, the activity of copper-zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu-Zn-SOD) was significantly greater in the 60- and 100-nano-ZnO groups in serum on days 28 and 35 and in liver tissues after 21 days. Catalase activity in serum samples was significantly higher in the 20- and 60-nano-ZnO groups relative to the control and 100-nano-ZnO birds, but catalase activity in liver tissue was not affected by different nano-ZnO levels. Malondialdehyde content in serum and liver tissues was significantly reduced in the 20-, 60-, and 100-nano-ZnO groups compared with that in the control group at all time points except day 42. Taken together, our data indicate that appropriate concentration of dietary ZnO nanoparticles improves growth performance and antioxidative capabilities in broilers, and 20 mg/kg nano-ZnO is the optimal concentration.  相似文献

To study cutaneous pigmentation in a physiological context, we have previously developed a functional pigmented reconstructed skin model composed of a melanocyte-containing epidermis grown on a dermal equivalent comprising living fibroblasts. The present studies, using the same model, aimed to demonstrate that dermal fibroblasts influence skin pigmentation up to the macroscopic level. The proof of principle was performed with pigmented skins differing only in the fibroblast component. First, the in vitro system was reconstructed with or without fibroblasts in order to test the global influence of the presence of this cell type. We then assessed the impact of the origin of the fibroblast strain on the degree of pigmentation using fetal versus adult fibroblasts. In both experiments, impressive variation in skin pigmentation at the macroscopic level was observed and confirmed by quantitative parameters related to skin color, melanin content and melanocyte numbers. These data confirmed the responsiveness of the model and demonstrated that dermal fibroblasts do indeed impact the degree of skin pigmentation. We then hypothesized that a physiological state associated with pigmentary alterations such as photo-aging could be linked to dermal fibroblasts modifications that accumulate over time. Pigmentation of skin reconstructed using young unexposed fibroblasts (n = 3) was compared to that of tissues containing natural photo-aged fibroblasts (n = 3) which express a senescent phenotype. A stimulation of pigmentation in the presence of the natural photo-aged fibroblasts was revealed by a significant increase in the skin color (decrease in Luminance) and an increase in both epidermal melanin content and melanogenic gene expression, thus confirming our hypothesis. Altogether, these data demonstrate that the level of pigmentation of the skin model is influenced by dermal fibroblasts and that natural photo-aged fibroblasts can contribute to the hyperpigmentation that is associated with photo-aging.  相似文献

目的:研究红花水提取液对系统性硬皮病(SSc)模型小鼠的防治作用及相关机制研究。方法:60只 BALB /C小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、强的松组、红花低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。对照组背部注射生理盐水,其余5组均背部皮下注射100 μl浓度为 200 μg /ml的注射用盐酸博来霉素,每天1次,连续注射28 d,制备SSc模型;造模同时对照组和模型组给予生理盐水10 ml/kg灌胃,强的松组给予强的松溶液4.5 mg/kg (10 ml/kg)灌胃,红花低、中、高剂量组分别给予红花1.5、3、6 g/kg (10 ml/kg)灌胃,各组均连续灌胃28 d。给药28 d后,取各组小鼠背部注射博来霉素区皮肤组织切片测量真皮厚度,采用水解法检测皮肤组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量;采用ELISA法检测皮肤组织结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)含量及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平。结果:与对照组比较,模型组皮肤真皮厚度,皮肤组织CTGF、TGF-β、HYP含量及血清 IL-6、IL-17 水平明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,强的松组、红花低、中、高剂量组皮肤真皮厚度,皮肤组织 CTGF、TGF-β、HYP含量及血清 IL-6、IL-17水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:红花水提取液可改善SSc小鼠皮肤状况(或真皮厚度),其作用机制可能与减轻免疫炎症反应有关。  相似文献

Background aimsAdipose-derived stem cells (ASC) are known to be able to restore injured tissue via differentiation and paracrine effects. In this study, we investigated the effect of ASC on photo-aged human dermal fibroblasts (HDF) based on paracrine function. In particular, we wanted to determine a more effective method of ASC application and the fate of the photo-aged fibroblasts.MethodsWe compared two application methods of ASC: transwell and conditioned medium culture with photo-aged fibroblasts. Proliferation rate, collagen synthesis, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) production and expression of p16 were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) after culture. Flow cytometry for apoptosis assay was also conducted to determine the fate of the photo-aged fibroblasts.ResultsASC induced proliferation of photo-aged HDF and type I collagen production and decreased MMP-1 production and expression of p16. In an apoptosis assay, ASC converted necrotic or late apoptotic cells to early apoptotic cells. These results were similar in both experimental groups.ConclusionsThe results indicate that the paracrine effects of ASC may have a role that is as important as cell-to-cell communication between ASC and fibroblasts. We believe that conditioned medium may be a useful material for anti-aging skin therapy instead of cell therapy. Also, ASC might have an anti-aging effect on photo-aged fibroblasts even at a genetic level.  相似文献

The aim of study was to investigate an influence of nutritional deficiency and dietary addition of vit. B(2), B(6) and folic acid on PUFAs content in rats' serum and liver. Limitation of consumption full value diet to 50% of its previously determined daily consumption, enriched with m/a vitamins, significant decreased of linoleic (LA) and alpha-linolenic (ALA) acids as well as distinctly increased arachidonic (AA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids content in serum in 30th day. In 60th day lower content of AA and DHA fatty acids was found. Nutrition with such diet, lasting 90 days caused decrease of LA content and increase of AA. Diet limitation to its 30% of daily consumption decreased of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA in the 30th day, while AA and DHA content was increased in the 60th day. Distinct decrease of AA content and increase of EPA content were found in the 90th day of experiment. Use of diets, with limited consumption to 50% caused increase of LA and ALA acids content while AA and DHA acids content were significantly decreased in the liver, in 90th day. Limited consumption supplemented diet to 30% caused in liver significant decrease of LA and increase of EPA acids content.  相似文献

以‘云薯505’马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum ‘Yunshu 505’)为材料,测定马铃薯块茎发育初期四个阶段茉莉酸含量,并以叶面喷施方式,研究茉莉酸甲酯对马铃薯生长和块茎产量的影响。结果表明,马铃薯块茎膨大过程中,茉莉酸的积累水平不断升高。在微型薯生产中,使用100 μmol·L-1茉莉酸甲酯在结薯期以不同频率喷施叶面,测量并统计植株、块茎性状及产量变化。结果表明,与对照(CK)相比,1次·d-1处理茎粗增加36.1%,2次·d-1处理的叶绿素含量降低20.1%。此外,植株的叶色、茎色、花色、株型等生长性状及块茎大小整齐度、薯形、皮色、肉色、薯皮类型、芽眼深浅、裂薯率、大薯空心率等块茎性状在各组间没有显著差异。2次·d-1、1次·d-1、1次·2d-1、CK四种处理的植株存活率分别为45.57%、100.00%、100.00%、87.29%;前三种喷施频率处理折合产量较CK分别增加-15.61%、8.77%、12.11%。综合分析,马铃薯在块茎形成初期茉莉酸积累水平不断升高,以1次·2d-1频率叶面喷施100 μmol·L-1茉莉酸甲酯,马铃薯微型薯的产量增加最大且不影响生长。  相似文献

We studied the effects of topically applied steroidal and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents on dermal and epidermal wound healing. Superficial wounds (0.3 mm deep) on the skin of domestic pigs were treated daily with either 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide (TA), 1% hydrocortisone (HC), 1% nandrolone decanoate (ND), 1% ND + 0.1% TA, 10 mg ibuprofen, 10 mg meclofenamate sodium, 3 mg indomethacin, vehicle (USP petrolatum or 70% ethanol), or control (untreated). Wounds were excised on days 2-7 after wounding and the epidermis was separated from the dermis. The dermis was assayed for collagen biosynthesis and the epidermis was evaluated for reepithelialization. A significant decrease (P less than 0.01) in relative collagen synthesis was observed in the wounded dermis in both HC- and TA-treated groups on day 3 after wounding, but there were no significant differences on days 4-7. Depressed collagen and noncollagenous protein production was also noted in vehicle-treated wounds on day 3. Topical application of ND did not affect collagen synthesis, but when combined with TA it eliminated the inhibitory effect observed as a result of TA alone. Topical ND accelerated wound reepithelialization by 12.5% compared with vehicle and by 26% compared with untreated controls. TA delayed epidermal resurfacing by 22%, but when combined with ND (ND + TA) the rate of reepithelialization was similar to vehicle-treated wounds. HC enhanced resurfacing when compared with untreated wounds but did not differ markedly from its vehicle. The nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs when topically applied markedly reduced inflammation (erythema, heat, and edema) but did not influence the healing process.  相似文献

桑(Morus alba)具有较强的耐水淹特性, 为了探究水淹胁迫对其非结构性碳水化合物和生长激素的影响, 揭示变化规律, 该研究采取室内模拟水淹实验, 以三年生盆栽桑苗作为研究对象, 设置对照组(CK)、根淹组(GY)、浅淹组(QY)、深淹组(SY)等4个不同水淹胁迫的处理, 定期观测并记录桑苗叶片非结构性碳水化合物(可溶性糖和淀粉)含量、内源生长激素(乙烯、脱落酸、赤霉素)含量变化情况。研究结果表明: (1)水淹胁迫会促进桑苗叶片内的生化反应, 造成叶片可溶性糖含量增加。水淹75天, GY、QY、SY桑苗叶片可溶性糖含量较水淹前分别增加182.18%、170.21%和94.16%, 差异显著, 且显著高于CK。水淹胁迫下桑苗叶片淀粉含量在水淹0-50天无显著变化, 水淹75天, GY、QY、SY桑苗叶片淀粉含量较水淹50天分别增加290.84%、244.65%和130.04%, 差异显著, 且显著高于CK。(2)水淹胁迫下桑苗叶片乙烯和赤霉素含量均显著增加, 水淹75天, GY和SY桑苗乙烯含量较水淹前分别增加62.80%和26.78%, 差异显著; GY、QY和SY桑苗赤霉素含量分别增加27.48%、18.02%和25.04%, 差异显著。随着水淹时间增加, GY和SY桑苗乙烯和赤霉素含量总体均呈增加趋势, QY桑苗乙烯和赤霉素含量先增后减, 但仍高于水淹前。水淹胁迫下水淹各组桑苗叶片脱落酸含量随着水淹深度的增加而增加, 水淹75天, QY和SY桑苗叶片脱落酸含量较水淹前分别增加19.20%和36.16%, 差异显著; GY桑苗脱落酸含量无显著变化。上述研究结果表明桑苗可通过调整体内非结构性碳水化合物(可溶性糖和淀粉)的含量和分配, 同时通过积累乙烯、赤霉素、脱落酸等内源激素以适应水淹环境, 具有较强耐淹能力。  相似文献

Since the beginning of this century, trichloroacetic acid solutions of various concentrations have been used for chemical exfoliation. These solutions have been prepared by using four different formulas. To prepare a 50% solution, for instance, water may be added to 50 g of trichloroacetic acid crystals until 100 ml of solution is obtained (weight-to-volume solution). Alternatively, 50 g of water may be added to 50 g of trichloroacetic acid crystals (weight-to-weight solution), or 50 g of trichloroacetic acid crystals may be solved in 100 ml of water (weight-plus-volume solution). Finally, a saturated trichloroacetic acid solution (or "100% solution") may be diluted by an equal volume of water (dilution). Depending on the method used, these so-called 50% solutions contain 40 to 71 weight-to-volume percentages of trichloroacetic acid. From a review of 120 publications on trichloroacetic acid peeling that have appeared since 1926, it was concluded that the authors of 87 of these publications (73 percent) did not report their formula for the trichloroacetic acid solution. Any one of the four methods was reported to have been used by the 33 authors who did report their formula. Eight of 10 internationally reputed pharmacopeias were found not to include the formula of a trichloroacetic acid solution. Proper evaluation of results and prevention of complications of trichloroacetic acid chemexfoliation is only feasible if both the concentration and the formula of trichloroacetic acid solution are reported by the author. Practitioners who use a trichloroacetic acid solution need to establish that the concentration of the solution they apply corresponds with that of the solution reported in the literature.  相似文献

Virilizing effect of methyltestosterone on female descendants in the rat   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Pregnant rats were given daily a subcutaneous injection of methyltestosterone for 4 days from the 17th to the 20th day of gestation, and were allowed to be delivered to their offsprings (F1) which were used for the examination of later reproductive functioning. When observed for 21 weeks after birth, the growth rate of F1 from methyltestosterone-treated groups was higher than that of F1 from the control group. The anogenital distance in 50-microgram-treated F1 females started to become significantly longer on the 14th day and in 5-microgram-treated F1 females on the 28th day after birth than that in F1 from the control. The day on which vaginal opening took place in 50% of females was 34.4 days of age in both the control and the 5 microgram groups, but it delayed until 40.7 days in the 50 microgram group. Furthermore, persistent estrus was observed after about 90 days of age in the 50 microgram group. This persistent estrus disappeared by placing these females with males, resulting no pregnancy. In the 5 microgram group females could be pregnant, but their female fetuses (F2), when examined on the 21st day of gestation, had significantly shortened the length of the urovaginal septum. The observations show that virilization can be induced in the third generation.  相似文献

Ontogeny of lung collagen and elastin were studied in fetal rabbit from day 25 to term. Collagen (isolated by hot trichloroacetic acid treatment) and elastin (contained in the residue) were hydrolyzed and the hydroxyproline and desmosine quantitated by hplc. Hydroxyproline slightly increased from day 25 to day 30 (204 to 244 micrograms/100g dry weight). Over the same period desmosine increased from 2.2 to 5.1 micrograms/100 mg dry weight (P < 0.01). The effect of antenatal corticosteroids on the lung of prematurely-delivered fetuses was also evaluated. Betamethasone (B) was given to pregnant does at a dose of 0.2 mg/kg 24 and 48 h before delivery of the fetuses at 26, 27 and 28 days. In treated animals elastin concentration increased significantly by about 22% on day 26 (P = 0.05), by 29% on day (P < 0.02) and by 47% on day 28 (P < 0.02). Hydroxyproline was not affected by steroid treatment at any gestational age. This suggests that steroids affect fetal lung development also via changes in connective tissue.  相似文献

Excess retinoids can cause developing mouse vibrissa follicles to be transformed into mucous glands in organ culture. The objective was to test the hypothesis that retinoids act in this system by altering morphogenetic properties of the dermis. After inititation by retinoic acid (RA) in organ culture, glands were shown to develop further in embryonic skin grafted to the chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). Recombinants of 12.5 day mouse epidermis with untreated or RA-treated mouse or chick dermis were then grafted to CAM for 7 days. For homospecific recombinants, 13.5 day mouse dermis originated from 11.5 day skin cultured for 2 days, with or without 5.2 microgram/ml RA. For heterospecific recombinants, 12 day dermis came from chick embryos, previously injected with 250 microgram RA. Glands were absent from the homospecific recombinants including untreated mouse dermis, but appeared in 26% of those with RA-treated dermis. Among heterospecific recombinants, 75% of those with RA-treated chick dermis and 29% of those with untreated dermis had glands. Untreated 10-12 day chick skin contained two forms of endogenous vitamin A, retinol (4.5 microgram/g protein) and dehydroretinol (3.7 microgram/g protein), while 13-14 day mouse skin contained only retinol (1.8 microgram/g protein), as shown by high performance liquid chromatography. RA injection increased retinol and dehydroretinol in chick skin, while RA was undetectable. Thus RA can act through mouse dermis to form epithelial glands and through chick dermis to increase the incidence of glands. 通过腹腔注射、口服两种免疫途径探讨迟缓爱德华菌菌蜕疫苗对罗非鱼Oreochromis niloticus的免疫保护效果。将制备的迟缓爱德华菌菌蜕疫苗(ETG)和福尔马林灭活疫苗(FKC)采用腹腔注射、口服两种免疫途径免疫罗非鱼,分别于免疫后14d、21d和28d采集罗非鱼血清、头肾、脾脏,测定血清中抗体IgM水平,血清中酸性磷酸酶(ACP酶)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD酶)活性及罗非鱼头肾和脾脏中白介素(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、干扰素(IFN)、Caspase3等细胞因子的相对表达量,并通过攻毒试验得到菌蜕疫苗、福尔马林灭活疫苗两种疫苗的相对免疫保护率。免疫组罗非鱼的血清抗体水平均极显著高于(P<0.01)对照组,ETG注射组抗体效价极显著高于(P<0.01)FKC口服组。免疫28d,免疫组SOD、ACP酶活力显著高于(P<0.05)对照组(Group E、F);在头肾中,免疫组(Group A、B)TNF、IL-1和IFN的相对表达量显著高于(P<0.05)对照组(Group E、F)。在免疫保护试验中,所有免疫组的免疫保护率均显著高于(P<0.05)对照组,注射、口服菌蜕疫苗的相对保护率分别为79%、77%,注射、口服灭活疫苗组的的相对保护率分别为62%、60%,但两种疫苗免疫保护率无显著差异。试验研制的菌蜕疫苗得到更高的免疫保护率,菌蜕疫苗在预防罗非鱼爱德华菌病中有良好的研究价值和应用前景。  相似文献

The functional adaptability of the digestive system to the level of feed intake was investigated in the young rabbits by comparing two groups of 12 litters each, weaned at 21 (W21) or 35 (W35) days of age. From 14 days onwards, rabbits were fed a pelleted feed (NDF: 332 g/kg, CP: 177 g/kg, starch: 98 g/kg, as-fed basis). Until 49 days of age, the profile of digestive enzymes was weekly determined in the small intestinal content and mucosa, as well as caecal fermentation traits and fibrolytic activities. In the W21 group, the solid feed intake was increased by 57% between 21 and 35 days (P < 0.01), while the daily body growth was lower from 21 till 42 days (-17%, P < 0.05) when compared with the W35 group. Activities of enzymes of pancreatic origin were only scarcely influenced by the weaning age. In the W21 group, amylase activity tended to be lower at 28 days of age (-36%, P = 0.064), and trypsin activity was decreased by 31% at 49 days of age (P < 0.01). Lipase activity was similar in both weaning groups. Duodenal and jejunal activities of maltase and aminopeptidase N (APN) were higher on day 28 in the W21 group as compared with the W35 group (×1.4 to ×2.4, respectively, P < 0.05). On day 35, duodenal APN activity was twice as higher in the W21 group than in the W35 group (P < 0.01). In caecum, major differences between both weaning groups were observed at 28 days of age with a decrease in ammonia concentration (-43%, P < 0.01) in W21 compared with W35 rabbits. Conversely, the acetate proportion was 5% higher in the W21 group (P < 0.01) on day 28. In conclusion, the digestive tract of early-weaned rabbits showed some adaptative properties in response to nutritional environment changes, but they were insufficient to maintain their growth rate.  相似文献
