The cuticular wax and cutin components of the cuticular membranes isolated from the leaves of two spinach cultivars have been determined. The membranes contain about 0·007 mg/cm2 of cuticular wax which comprises monobasic acids (C16–C38) with hexadecanoic as the major component. The amounts of cutin are comparable with those of cuticular wax and the monomeric constituents are predominantly C18 epoxy compounds. The most abundant monomer is 9,10-epoxy-18-hydroxyoctadecanoic acid (up to 63%) together with substantial amounts of 9,10,18-trihydroxyoctadecanoic acid (up to 22%). Also present are 9,10-epoxyoctadecane-1,18-dioic acid (6–7%) dihydroxyhexadecanoic acid (3–4%) and ω-hydroxymonobasic and fatty acid fractions. The tentative identification of two minor components, 18-hydroxyoxooctadecanoic and 9,10-epoxy-12,18-dihydroxyoctadecanoic acids, is also made. Although spinach membranes have a delicate structure their cutin composition is essentially similar to that of much more substantial membranes.  相似文献

The component hydrocarbons, sterols, alcohols, monobasic, α,ω-dibasic and ω-hydroxy acids of the fresh hand decayed leaves and the pneumatophores of the mangrove Avicennia marina are reported in detail. From the quantitative comparisons which can be drawn, relative changes in the lipid classes occurring during leaf decay can be highlighted. These base-line data are important to our understanding of inputs to marine intertidal sediments. During leaf decay the only significant changes were a reduction in the total absolute concentrations of monobasic acids due largely to a decrease in concentration of the C18 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and an enhancement of the concentrations of the long-chain monobasic acids, ω-hydroxy acids and α,ω-dibasic acids. This resistance to degradation shown by the cutin derived acids (α,ω-dibasic, ω-hydroxy and long-chain monobasic acids) relative to the cellular and wax derived lipids may allow these cutin components to be used as quantitative markers of A. marina in mangrove associated sediments.  相似文献

Stem cutin from P. radiata seedlings grown under winter and summer environmental conditions comprised n-alkanoic, (C10–C26), α, ω-alkanedioic (C14–C22), ω-hydroxyalkanoic (C12–C24), hydroxy-α, ω-alkanedioic and polyhydroxyalkanoic acids. 9-Hydroxyheptadecane-1, 17-dioic, 9-hydroxyoctadecene-1, 18-dioic, 9-hydroxynonadecane-1, 19-dioic, and 10, 17-dihydroxyheptadecanoic acids are newly-identified constituents of gymnosperm cutin. Cutin grown under winter temperatures and photoperiod contained twice the amount of 9, 16-dihydroxyhexadecanoic acid than that in summer-grown cutin, suggesting that the winter-grown cutin was formed from a highly cross-linked polymer, and that summer-grown cutin contained more linear polyester portions in the polymer.  相似文献

The outer layers (bran) of white wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Jubilar) caryopses contain several layers of lipophilic materials. It was the objective of the present work to establish the nature, composition and amounts of the lipid polymers of wheat bran and to compare it with leaf cutin. Prior to analysis, the bran was isolated and divided into two fractions: (i) the inner bran containing the remnants of the nucellus, the seed coat and the inner layers of the pericarp, and (ii) the outer bran consisting of the peripheral layers of the pericarp. Following depolymerization, a total number of 14 long-chain monobasic, dibasic, ω-hydroxymonobasic, α-hydroxymonobasic, dihydroxymonobasic, trihydroxymonobasic and epoxyhydroxymonobasic alkanoic acids have been identified as constituents of bran lipid polymeres. The most abundant single constituent was 9,10-epoxy-18-hydroxyoctadecanoic acid. The qualitative and quantitative compositions of depolymerisates from the inner and outer bran fractions were similar except for the absence of 9,10,18-trihydroxyoctadecanoic acid and of long-chain (C22−C26 ω-hydroxyalkanoic acids in the outer bran. The composition of bran depolymerisates closely resembled the constitution of the BF3/CH3OH susceptible fraction of wheat leaf cutin. Only less than 2% of the total amount of monomers released from inner bran were indicative for the presence of suberin. The total cutin content of wheat bran amounted to 4.2 g per kg of dry caryopses. Most of it (96.6%) was contributed by the cuticles of the seed coat and the nucellus while the cuticle of the pericarp made up only 3.4%.  相似文献

The PUFAs include many bioactive lipids. The microbial metabolism of C18 PUFAs is known to produce their bioactive isomers, such as conjugated FAs and hydroxy FAs, but there is little information on that of C20 PUFAs. In this study, we aimed to obtain anaerobic bacteria with the ability to produce novel PUFAs from C20 PUFAs. Through the screening of ∼100 strains of anaerobic bacteria, Clostridium bifermentans JCM 1386 was selected as a strain with the ability to saturate PUFAs during anaerobic cultivation. This strain converted arachidonic acid (cis-5,cis-8,cis-11,cis-14-eicosatetraenoic acid) and EPA (cis-5,cis-8,cis-11,cis-14,cis-17-EPA) into cis-5,cis-8,trans-13-eicosatrienoic acid and cis-5,cis-8,trans-13,cis-17-eicosatetraenoic acid, giving yields of 57% and 67% against the added PUFAs, respectively. This is the first report of the isolation of a bacterium transforming C20 PUFAs into corresponding non-methylene-interrupted FAs. We further investigated the substrate specificity of the biohydrogenation by this strain and revealed that it can convert two cis double bonds at the ω6 and ω9 positions in various C18 and C20 PUFAs into a trans double bond at the ω7 position. This study should serve to open up the development of novel potentially bioactive PUFAs.  相似文献

The cutins of fruits and leaves of four apple cultivars have been analysed using TLC, GLC and GC-MS. They are similarly composed of saturated, monounsaturated and diunsaturated fatty, hydroxy-fatty and epoxyhydroxy-fatty acids. The most abundant monomers are 18-hydroxyoctadeca-9,12-dienoic, 10,16-dihydroxyhexadecanoic, 9,10-epoxy-18-hydroxyoctadec-12-enoic, 9,10-epoxy-18-hydroxyoctadecanoic and 9,10,18-trihydroxyoctadecanoic acids. The fruit cutins have high contents of epoxides (35–40%) and unsaturated components ( > 40%) and C18 compounds predominate over C16. The leaf cutins contain smaller amounts of unsaturated components than the fruits and higher proportions of C16 compounds. The adaxial leaf cutin differs in composition from the abaxial. 10,16-Dihydroxyhexadecanoic and 9,10-epoxy-18-hydroxoctadecanoic acids are the major constituents (each ca. 30%) of the adaxial leaf cutin and 10,16-dihydroxyhexadecanoic acid (55–65%) predominates in the abaxial.  相似文献

Lactobacillus plantarum AKU 1009a effectively transforms linoleic acid to conjugated linoleic acids of cis-9,trans-11-octadecadienoic acid (18:2) and trans-9,trans-11–18:2. The transformation of various polyunsaturated fatty acids by washed cells of L. plantarum AKU 1009a was investigated. Besides linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid [cis-9,cis-12,cis-15-octadecatrienoic acid (18:3)], γ-linolenic acid (cis-6,cis-9,cis-12–18:3), columbinic acid (trans-5,cis-9,cis-12–18:3), and stearidonic acid [cis-6,cis-9,cis-12,cis-15-octadecatetraenoic acid (18:4)] were found to be transformed. The fatty acids transformed by the strain had the common structure of a C18 fatty acid with the cis-9,cis-12 diene system. Three major fatty acids were produced from α-linolenic acid, which were identified as cis-9,trans-11,cis-15–18:3, trans-9,trans-11,cis-15–18:3, and trans-10,cis-15–18:2. Four major fatty acids were produced from γ-linolenic acid, which were identified as cis-6,cis-9,trans-11–18:3, cis-6,trans-9,trans-11–18:3, cis-6,trans-10–18:2, and trans-10-octadecenoic acid. The strain transformed the cis-9,cis-12 diene system of C18 fatty acids into conjugated diene systems of cis-9,trans-11 and trans-9,trans-11. These conjugated dienes were further saturated into the trans-10 monoene system by the strain. The results provide valuable information for understanding the pathway of biohydrogenation by anaerobic bacteria and for establishing microbial processes for the practical production of conjugated fatty acids, especially those produced from α-linolenic acid and γ-linolenic acid. Changes in fatty acids were studied during maturation of Momordica charantia and Trichosanthes anguina seeds, which contain cis-9, trans-11, trans-13-octadecatrienoic acid (α-eleostearic) and cis-9, trans-11, cis-13-octadecatrienoic acid (punicic), respectively. The two seeds matured 30 and 35 days after flowering, respectively. Total lipids as well as α-eleostearic acid accumulated rapidly from 10 to 20 days in M. charantia. In T. anguina the active period of lipid synthesis was from 15 to 30 days but punicic acid continued to be synthesized until maturity. In both species, the disappearance of linolenic acid and the reduction in concentration of linoleic acid were concomitant with the formation of conjugated fatty acids. The conjugated fatty acids were absent from monoacylglycerols and phospholipids of both species, and also from the diacylglycerols of M. charantia, throughout maturation  相似文献

The metabolism of arachidonic and linoleic acids by VX2 carcinoma tissue was determined. Prostaglandin E2 was the major metabolic product of arachidonic acid in the neoplastic tissue. Minor products accounting for 3– 8% of arachidonic acid metabolism were 11-hydroxy-5, 8, 12, 14-eicosatetraenoic acid (11-HETE) and 15-hydroxy-5, 8, 11, 13-eicosatetraenoic acid (15-HETE). Linoleic acid was converted to a mixture of 9-hydroxy-10, 12-octadecadienoic acid (9-HODD) and 13-hydroxy-9, 11-octadecadienoic acid (13-HODD). The conversion of linoleic acid to monohydroxy C-18 fatty acids varied from 40–80% 9-HODD and 20–60% 13-HODD in tumor tissue harvested from different animals. The quantity of monohydroxy C-18 fatty acids biosynthesized by VX2 carcinoma tissue from endogenous linoleic acid equals or exceeds that of prostaglandin E2 biosynthesis from endogenous arachidonic acid. The presence of a hydroxyl group adjacent to a conjugated diene suggest that the monohydroxy C-18 and monohydroxy C-20 fatty acids were formed via the action of lipoxygenase-like enzymes. These lipoxygenase-like reactions are inhibited by indomethacin in a concentration-dependent fashion similar to the inhibition of prostaglandin E2 biosynthesis. The enzymes catalyzing the lipoxygenase-like reactions of linoleic and arachidonic acids are localized in the microsomal fraction of VX2 carcinoma tissue. These data suggest that the lipoxygenase-like reactions are catalyzed by fatty acid cyclooxygenase and that there are two major pathways of fatty acid cyclooxygenase metabolism of polyenoic fatty acids in the neoplastic tissue. One pathway involves the formation of prostaglandin E2 via cyclic endoperoxy intermediates. The potential combined effects of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids supplementation on lactation performance and the milk fatty acid (FA) profile in dairy cows have not been well investigated. Our objective was to examine the effects of supplementation with a combination of these FA as well as the effects of removing each from the combination on lactation performance and the milk FA profile in dairy cows. Eight Holstein cows (101±11 days in milk) received four intravenously infused treatments in a 4×4 Latin square design, and each period lasted for 12 days which consisted of 5 days of infusion and 7 days of recovery. The control treatment (CTL) contained 58.30, 58.17 and 39.96 g/day of C18: 1 cis-9; C18: 2 cis-9, cis-12; and C18: 3 cis-9, cis-12, cis-15, respectively. The other three treatments were designated −C18: 1 (20.68, 61.17 and 41.72 g/day of C18: 1 cis-9; C18: 2 cis-9, cis-12; and C18: 3 cis-9, cis-12, cis-15, respectively), −C18: 2 (61.49, 19.55 and 42.13 g/day of C18: 1 cis-9; C18: 2 cis-9, cis-12; and C18: 3 cis-9, cis-12, cis-15, respectively) and −C18: 3 (60.89, 60.16 and 1.53 g/day of C18: 1 cis-9; C18: 2 cis-9, cis-12; and C18: 3 cis-9, cis-12, cis-15, respectively). Dry matter intake and lactose content were not affected by the treatments, but the milk protein content was lower in cows treated with −C18: 2 than that in CTL-treated cows. Milk yield as well as milk fat, protein and lactose yields were higher in cows treated with −C18: 3 than the yields in CTL-treated cows, and these yields increased linearly as the unsaturation degree of the supplemental FA decreased. Compared with the CTL treatment, the −C18: 2 treatment decreased milk C18: 2 cis-9 content (by 2.80%) and yield (by 22.12 g/day), and the −C18: 3 treatment decreased milk C18: 3 cis-9, cis-12, cis-15 content (by 2.72%) and yield (by 22.33 g/day). In contrast, removing C18: 1 cis-9 did not affect the milk content or yield of C18: 1 cis-9. The −C18: 2-treated cows had a higher C18: 1 cis-9 content and tended to have a higher C18: 1 cis-9 yield than CTL-treated cows. The yields of C8: 0, C14: 0 and C16: 0 as well as <C16: 0 tended to increase linearly as the unsaturation degree of the supplemental FA decreased (P=0.06, 0.07, 0.07 and 0.09, respectively). These results indicated that supplementation with C18 unsaturated FA might not independently affect the lactation performance and the milk FA profile of dairy cows.  相似文献

The composition of the aliphatics of the protective cuticular polymers from different anatomical regions from several plant species was determined by combined gas-liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry of the depolymerization products derived from the polymers. The polymer from the aerial parts of Vicia faba showed similar composition; dihydroxypalmitic acid was the major (>85%) component of the cutin covering leaves, petioles, flower petals and stem with smaller amounts of palmitic acid and ω-hydroxy palmitic acid. On the other hand, the chief components of the polymer from the tap root were ω-hydroxy C16:0 and C18:1 acids and/or the corresponding dicarboxylic acids. The positional isomer composition of the dihydroxy C16 acids was shown to be dependent upon anatomical location, developmental stage, and light. Apple cutin from rapidly expanding organs (flower petal and stigma) was shown to contain predominately C16 family acids whereas the C18 family dominated in cutin of slower growing organs (leaf and fruit). The composition of the aliphatic components of cutin found in the seed coats of pea, corn, barley, and lettuce was found to be similar to that of the cuticular polymer of the leaves in each species.  相似文献

Lactobacilli convert linoleic acid to hydroxy fatty acids; however, this conversion has not been demonstrated in food fermentations and it remains unknown whether hydroxy fatty acids produced by lactobacilli have antifungal activity. This study aimed to determine whether lactobacilli convert linoleic acid to metabolites with antifungal activity and to assess whether this conversion can be employed to delay fungal growth on bread. Aqueous and organic extracts from seven strains of lactobacilli grown in modified De Man Rogosa Sharpe medium or sourdough were assayed for antifungal activity. Lactobacillus hammesii exhibited increased antifungal activity upon the addition of linoleic acid as a substrate. Bioassay-guided fractionation attributed the antifungal activity of L. hammesii to a monohydroxy C18:1 fatty acid. Comparison of its antifungal activity to those of other hydroxy fatty acids revealed that the monohydroxy fraction from L. hammesii and coriolic (13-hydroxy-9,11-octadecadienoic) acid were the most active, with MICs of 0.1 to 0.7 g liter−1. Ricinoleic (12-hydroxy-9-octadecenoic) acid was active at a MIC of 2.4 g liter−1. L. hammesii accumulated the monohydroxy C18:1 fatty acid in sourdough to a concentration of 0.73 ± 0.03 g liter−1 (mean ± standard deviation). Generation of hydroxy fatty acids in sourdough also occurred through enzymatic oxidation of linoleic acid to coriolic acid. The use of 20% sourdough fermented with L. hammesii or the use of 0.15% coriolic acid in bread making increased the mold-free shelf life by 2 to 3 days or from 2 to more than 6 days, respectively. In conclusion, L. hammesii converts linoleic acid in sourdough and the resulting monohydroxy octadecenoic acid exerts antifungal activity in bread.  相似文献

Liquid phase extraction (LPE) and vapor phase extraction (VPE) methodologies were used to evaluate the impact of the plant activator, cis-jasmone, on the secondary metabolism of wheat, Triticum aestivum, var. Solstice. LPE allowed the measurement of benzoxazinoids, i.e. 2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (DIMBOA), 2-hydroxy-7-methoxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one (HMBOA) and 6-methoxy-benzoxazolin-2-one (MBOA), and phenolic acids such as trans-p-coumaric acid, syringic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid and cis- and trans-ferulic acid. Using LPE, a significantly higher level of DIMBOA was found in aerial parts and roots of T. aestivum following treatment with cis-jasmone, when compared with untreated plants. Similar results were obtained for phenolic acids, such as trans-ferulic acid and vanillic acid in roots. Using VPE, it was possible to measure levels of 2-hydroxy-7-methoxy-(2H)-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (HBOA), benzoxazolin-2(3H)-one (BOA), ferulic acid, syringic acid and coumaric acid. The levels of HBOA in aerial parts and roots were significantly greater in cis-jasmone treated plants compared to untreated plants. cis-Jasmone is known to be a plant activator in terms of production of defence-related volatile semiochemicals that repel aphids and increase the foraging activity of aphid parasitoids. These results show, for the first time, that cis-jasmone also induces selective production of secondary metabolites that are capable of directly reducing development of pests, diseases and weeds.  相似文献

Ruminal microorganisms hydrogenate polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) present in forages and thereby restrict the availability of health-promoting PUFA in meat and milk. The aim of this study was to investigate PUFA metabolism and the influence of PUFA on members of the ruminal microflora. Eleven of 26 predominant species of ruminal bacteria metabolised linoleic acid (LA; cis-9,cis-12–18:2) substantially. The most common product was vaccenic acid (trans-11–18:1), produced by species related to Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens. α-Linolenic acid (LNA; cis-9,cis-12,cis-15–18:3) was metabolised mostly by the same species. The fish oil fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5(n − 3)) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 22:6(n − 3)) were not metabolised. Cellulolytic bacteria did not grow in the presence of any PUFA at 50 μg ml−1, nor did some butyrate-producing bacteria, including the stearate producer Clostridium proteoclasticum, Butyrivibrio hungatei and Eubacterium ruminantium. Toxicity to growth was ranked EPA > DHA > LNA > LA. Cell integrity, as measured using propidium iodide, was damaged by LA in all 26 bacteria, but to different extents. Correlations between its effects on growth and apparent effects on cell integrity in different bacteria were low. Combined effects of LA and sodium lactate in E. ruminantium and C. proteoclasticum indicated that LA toxicity is linked to metabolism in butyrate-producing bacteria. PUFA also inhibited the growth of the cellulolytic ruminal fungi, with Neocallimastix frontalis producing small amounts of cis-9,trans-11–18:2 (CLA) from LA. Thus, while dietary PUFA might be useful in suppressing the numbers of biohydrogenating ruminal bacteria, particularly C. proteoclasticum, care should be taken to avoid unwanted effects in suppressing cellulolysis.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of four new copper(I) and copper(II) supramolecular amine, and amine phosphonate, complexes is reported. Reaction of copper(I) with 2-,9-dimethyl-1-10-phenanthroline (dmp) produced a stable 4-coordinate Cu(I) species, [Cu(I)(dmp)2]Cl · MeOH · 5H2O (2), i.e., the increased steric hindrance in the ‘bite’ area of dmp did not prevent interaction with the metal and provided protection against oxidation which was not possible for the phen analogue [R. Clarke, K. Latham, C. Rix, M. Hobday, J. White, CrystEngCommun. 7(3) (2005), 28-36]. Subsequent addition of phenylphosphonic acid to (2) produced two structures from alternative synthetic routes. An ‘in situ’ process yielded red block Cu(I) crystals, [Cu(I)(dmp)2] · [C6H5PO3H2 · C6H5PO3H] (4), whilst recrystallisation of (2) prior to addition of the acid (‘stepwise’ process) produced a green, needle-like Cu(II) complex, [Cu(II)(dmp) · (H2O)2 · C6H5PO2(OH)] [C6H5PO2(OH)] (3). However, addition of excess dmp during the ‘stepwise’ process forced the equilibrium towards product (4) and resulted in an optimum yield (99%). The structure of (4) was similar to the phen analogue, [Cu(II)Cl(phen)2] · [C6H5PO2(OH) · C6H5PO(OH)2] (1) [R. Clarke, K. Latham, C. Rix, M. Hobday, J. White, CrystEngCommun. 7(3) (2005), 28-36], but the presence of dmp exerted some influence on global packing, whilst (3) exists as a polymeric layered material. In contrast, reaction of copper(I) with di-2-pyridyl ketone (dpk), followed by phenylphosphonic acid produced purple/blue Cu(II) species, [Cu(II)(dpk · H2O)2] Cl2 · 4H2O (5), and [Cu(II)(dpk · H2O)2] · [C6H5PO2(OH)2 · C6H5PO(OH)2] (6), respectively, i.e., in both cases oxidation of copper occurred. Solid-state luminescence was observed in (2) and (4). The latter showing a 5-fold enhancement in intensity.  相似文献

Background

Trans fatty acids are produced either by industrial hydrogenation or by biohydrogenation in the rumens of cows and sheep. Industrial trans fatty acids lower high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, raise low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and increase the risk of coronary heart disease. The effects of trans fatty acids from ruminants are less clear. We investigated the effect on blood lipids of cis-9, trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a trans fatty acid largely restricted to ruminant fats.

Methodology/Principal Findings

Sixty-one healthy women and men were sequentially fed each of three diets for three weeks, in random order, for a total of nine weeks. Diets were identical except for 7% of energy (approximately 20 g/day), which was provided either by oleic acid, by industrial trans fatty acids, or by a mixture of 80% cis-9, trans-11 and 20% trans-10, cis-12 CLA. After the oleic acid diet, mean (± SD) serum LDL cholesterol was 2.68±0.62 mmol/L compared to 3.00±0.66 mmol/L after industrial trans fatty acids (p<0.001), and 2.92±0.70 mmol/L after CLA (p<0.001). Compared to oleic acid, HDL-cholesterol was 0.05±0.12 mmol/L lower after industrial trans fatty acids (p = 0.001) and 0.06±0.10 mmol/L lower after CLA (p<0.001). The total-to–HDL cholesterol ratio was 11.6% higher after industrial trans fatty acids (p<0.001) and 10.0% higher after CLA (p<0.001) relative to the oleic acid diet.

Conclusions/Significance

High intakes of an 80∶20 mixture of cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 CLA raise the total to HDL cholesterol ratio in healthy volunteers. The effect of CLA may be somewhat less than that of industrial trans fatty acids.

Germinating nasturtium pollen (Tropaeolum majus) is shown to excrete an enzyme(s) which hydrolyzes all types of monomers from biosynthetically labeled cutin and p-nitrophenyl esters, which are model substrates for fungal cutinases. The pollen cutinase showed an optimum pH near 6.5 and was inhibited by thiol-directed reagents such as p-hydroxymercuribenzoate and N-ethyl maleimide but not by diisopropyl-fluorophosphate, an “active serine”-directed reagent indicating that the pollen enzyme is an “-SH cutinase” unlike the fungal enzyme which is a serine cutinase. Excretion of the pollen cutinase into the extracellular fluid was complete within 4 to 6 hours at 30 C. Since actinomycin D and cycloheximide showed little effect on the level of cutinase excreted, it appears that cutinase is an enzyme synthesized prior to germination. Release of cutinase into the medium did not require germination. Electron microscopy revealed the presence of a continuous cutin layer on mature stigma with extensive folds, which are proposed to play a role similar to that played by the cellular papillae found in the stigma of other plants. Chemical analysis of stigma cutin by depolymerization and combined gas-liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry showed that this cutin consists of mainly the C16 family of acids. The major (70%) components were dihydroxy C16 acids which consisted of 10,16- (64%), 9,16- (16%), 8,16- (12%), and 7,16- (8%) dihydroxy plamitic acid. Deuterium-labeling studies showed the presence of 16-oxo-9-hydroxy C16 acid and 16-oxo-10-hydroxy C16 acid in this cutin. The biochemical and ultrastructural studies indicate that the pollen tube may gain entry into stigma using cutinase excreted by the pollen.  相似文献
