Summary Juvenile plants ofPlantago lanceolata andP. major ssp.major were grown in a flowing solution system at 7.5 mM or 9.5 M NO3. The parameters investigated were: RGR, shoot weight percentage, leaf length, length of main root axis, shoot concentrations of major ions and organic N, and the specific uptake rate for NO3. At 9.5 M NO3 growth ofP. major was not hampered, whereas shoot growth and leaf length ofP. lanceolata were reduced. The NO3 concentration ofP. lanceolata decreased more than that ofP. major. The different performances of the species at 9.5 M NO3 were associated with different specific uptake rates. In both treatments the root system ofP. major was shorter than that ofP. lanceolata. P. lanceolata accumulated more NO3 in the leaves. The performance of thePlantago species is discussed in relation to the availability of nutrients in their habitats.Grassland Species Research Group. Summary Two grass species, the annual Bromus sterilis and the perennial Bromus erectus, were grown from seeds for 28 days in a hydroponic culture system at 1 and 100 M NO3 - in the nutrient solution. At 100 M NO3 -, the relative growth rate (RGR) of the perennial was 30% lower than that of the annual. This was only the consequence of the higher specific mass of its leaves, since its leaf mass ratio was higher than that of the annual and the unit leaf rates (ULR), calculated on an area basis, were similar for the two species. At 1 M, the RGR of the annual was 50% lower than at 100 M, while that of the perennial was not significantly lower. This was due mainly to a lower ULR for the annual. while for the perennial ULR was the same in both treatments. These differences between the two species were all the more striking in that the differences in total nitrogen concentrations and nitrate reductase activities between the two treatments were very similar for both species. These different responses together with differences in the nitrogen productivity of the two species suggest that the level of nutrient availability may play an important role in the distribution of these Bromus species in natural habitats. Summary The effects of CO2 enrichment on the growth, biomass partitioning, photosynthetic rates, and leaf nitrogen concentration of a grass, Bromus mollis (C3), were investigated at a favorable and a low level of nitrogen availability. Despite increases in root: shoot ratios, leaf nitrogen concentrations were decreased under CO2 enrichment at both nitrogen levels. For the low-nitrogen treatment, this resulted in lower photosynthetic rates measured at 650 l/l for the CO2-enriched plants, compared to photosynthetic rates measured at 350 l/l for the non-enriched plants. At higher nitrogen availability, photosynthetic rates of plants grown and measured at 650 l/l were greater than photosynthetic rates of the non-enriched plants measured at 350 l/l. Water use efficiency, however, was increased in enriched plants at both nitrogen levels. CO2 enrichment stimulated vegetative growth at both high and low nitrogen during most of the vegetative growth phase but, at the end of the experiment, total biomass of the high and low CO2 treatments did not differ for plants grown at low nitrogen availability. While not statistically significant, CO2 tended to stimulate seed production at high nitrogen and to decrease it at low nitrogen.  相似文献

Summary Two annual species of Bromus, an invader (B. hordeaceus, ex B. mollis) and a non-invader (B. intermedius), were grown for 28 days in growth chambers, at 5 and 100 M NO 3 - in flowing nutrient solution. No differences between the two species were observed at either NO 3 - level, in terms of relative growth rate (RGR) or its components, dry matter partitioning, specific NO 3 - absorption rate, nitrogen concentration, and other characteristics of NO 3 - uptake and photosynthesis. The effects of decreasing NO 3 - concentration in the solution were mainly to decrease the NO 3 - concentration in the plants through decreased absorption rate, and to decrease the leaf area ratio through increased specific leaf mass and decreased leaf mass ratio. Organic nitrogen concentration varied little between the two treatments, which may be the reason why photosynthetic rates were not altered. Consequently, RGR was only slightly decreased in the 5-M treatment compared to the 100-M treatment. This is in contrast with other species, where growth is reduced at much higher NO 3 - concentrations. These discrepancies may be related to differences in RGR, since a log-linear relationship was found between RGR and the NO 3 - concentration at which growth is first reduced. In addition, a strong linear relationship was found between the RGR of these species and their maximum absorption rate for nitrate, suggesting that the growth of species with low maximum RGR may be partly regulated by nutrient uptake.  相似文献

Summary The effects of CO2 enrichment on plant growth, carbon and nitrogen acquisition and resource allocation were investigated in order to examine several hypotheses about the mechanisms that govern dry matter partitioning between shoots and roots. Wild radish plants (Raphanus sativus × raphanistrum) were grown for 25 d under three different atmospheric CO2 concentrations (200 ppm, 330 ppm and 600 ppm) with a stable hydroponic 150 mol 1–1 nitrate supply. Radish biomass accumulation, photosynthetic rate, water use efficiency, nitrogen per unit leaf area, and starch and soluble sugar levels in leaves increased with increasing atmospheric CO2 concentration, whereas specific leaf area and nitrogen concentration of leaves significantly decreased. Despite substantial changes in radish growth, resource acquisition and resource partitioning, the rate at which leaves accumulated starch over the course of the light period and the partitioning of biomass between roots and shoots were not affected by CO2 treatment. This phenomenon was consistent with the hypothesis that root/shoot partitioning is related to the daily rate of starch accumulation by leaves during the photoperiod, but is inconsistent with hypotheses suggesting that root/shoot partitioning is controlled by some aspect of plant C/N balance.  相似文献

To study possible adaptive mechanisms inbred lines from three populations of Plantago major from sites that were found to differ in P availability were compared. In a pot experiment the growth and P uptake either in the presence or absence of Glomus fasciculatum was determined. Under these P-limited conditions it was shown by partitioning the relative growth rate (RGR, in mg g-1 day-1) in the components root weight ratio (RWR, in groots gplant -1), specific P uptake rate (SPUR, in mol P groots -1 day-1), and P-efficiency (PEFF, in mg mol P-1), that the increase in RGR of mycorrhizal infected plants was related to an increase in SPUR, and a decrease in RWR and PEFF. P. major ssp. major had a lower RGR (related to a lower PEFF and SPUR) and a higher RWR than P. major ssp. pleiosperma. In a second experiment three inbred lines were compared upon P depletion in a nutrient solution. The P. major ssp. major line had a lower RGR and higher RWR, and a higher accumulation of P in the roots than the P. major ssp. pleiosperma lines under optimal growing conditions. There were no differences among the inbred lines in the relative contribution of inorganic P to the total P concentration in the shoot. The results are discussed in relation to the characteristics of the habitats of the investigated P. major populations.  相似文献

The effects of root applications of kinetin, gibberellic acid (GA3) and indoleacetic acid (IAA) on photosynthesis was measured using an open infrared CO2 gas-exchange system. There was a 30–35% increase in the photosynthetic rates (mg CO2/dm2/hr) of attached leaves within 8 hr following root treatment with 0.47 M kinetin. On a short-term basis (up to 2 days) 0.47 M kinetin was shown to have the optimal stimulatory effect on photosynthesis, relative growth rate (RGR) and total plant dry weight. If the roots were in contact with 0.47 M kinetin for longer than two days there was severe branching of the root system and growth was severely decreased. When plants were left in contact with the kinetin treatment for up to 7 days the optimal stimulatory concentration was considerably lower (0.0047 M) . Plants receiving a 4, 8, or 12 hr pulse with 0.47 M kinetin to the roots exhibited higher leaf photosynthetic rates than the control. Plants receiving an 8 or 12 hr pulse with 0.47 M kinetin maintained photosynthetic rates higher than the control for the duration of the experiment (8 days) while the 4 hr pulse remained higher than the control for only 5 days. A sharp decrease in the photosynthetic rate, RGR and total plant dry weight was observed two days following continual treatments with 0.47 M kinetin to the roots. At low light levels there was approximately a 100% increase in the photosynthetic rate two days following treatment with 0.47 M kinetin while at a saturating irradiance there was a 30 to 35% increase. Indoleacetic acid either showed no effect on the photosynthetic rate, RGR and total plant dry weight or an inhibitory effect was observed. Either GA3 or kinetin alone were shown to stimulate photosynthesis, RGR and total plant dry weight, however, when GA3 at a 1.4 M concentration was applied in combination with kinetin at a 0.0047 M concentration to the roots of tomato plants there was no additive effect. In all cases kinetin dramatically reduced leaf resistance whereas GA3 had no effect.By supplying either GA3 or kinetin to the roots of tomato plants a highly reproducible stimulation in the photosynthetic rate, RGR and total plant dry weight can be achieved at physiologically relevant concentrations, whereas IAA appears to have an inhibitory effect.Approved for publication on July 29, 1981 as paper number 6281 in the journal series of the Pennsylvania Agricultural Experiment Station.Research Assistant and Assistant Professor, respectively.  相似文献

Two constitutive acetoacetyl-CoA (AcAc-CoA) reductases were purified from Methylobacterium rhodesianum MB 126, an NADPH-linked d(-)--hydroxybutyryl-CoA forming reductase (enzyme A) and an NADH-and NADPH-linked l(+)--hydroxybutyryl-CoA forming reductase (enzyme B). Enzyme A and B give apparent K m values of 15 M and 30 M for AcAc-CoA, 18 M for NADPH and 30 M for NADH, respectively. They are inhibited by AcAc-CoA at concentrations higher than 25 M and 50 M, respectively. The contribution of the two reductases to poly--hydroxybutyrate synthesis is discussed.  相似文献

Treatments designed to influence abscisic acid (ABA) or gibberellin (GA) concentrations were applied to developing tassels of maize (Zea mays L.) plants in different environments or to anthers in culture to determine the effect on formation of embryo-like structures (ELS). Production of ELS was significantly affected in certain environments when ABA, GA3, ancymidol, or fluridone solutions were pipetted into whorls of field-grown plants approximately 3 days before tassel harvest. In 1996 anthers from 10 M ancymidol-treated plants were most responsive, producing 35 ELS/100 anthers and 50 M GA3-treated plants were least responsive, producing 12 ELS/100 anthers. In 1997 under hotter, drier conditions, anthers from 50 M GA3-treated plants were most responsive, producing 20 ELS/100 anthers and those from 50 M ABA-treated plants were least responsive, producing 2.4 ELS/100 anthers. Anthers from growth chamber plants were significantly more responsive when grown in a 16-h than a 12-h photoperiod. With the 16-h photoperiod the response was significantly greater with a 250 M ABA whorl treatment. With the 12-h photoperiod there was no significant effect from whorl treatments. Modification of the culture medium with added ABA, GA3, ancymidol, or fluridone was generally ineffective, except in 1997 when the response was significantly higher with 1 M ABA added to the culture medium. The results suggest that the maize anther culture response may be influenced by environmental conditions that interact with ABA and GA treatments to donor plants during tassel development.  相似文献

Root hairs confer a competitive advantage under low phosphorus availability   总被引:23,自引:3,他引:20

Root hairs are presumably important in the acquisition of immobile soil resources such as phosphorus. The density and length of root hairs vary substantially within and between species, and are highly regulated by soil phosphorus availability, which suggests that at high nutrient availability, root hairs may have a neutral or negative impact on fitness. We used a root-hairless mutant of the small herbaceous dicot Arabidopsis thaliana to assess the effect of root hairs on plant competition under contrasting phosphorus regimes. Wildtype plants were grown with hairless plants in a replacement series design at high (60 m phosphate in soil solution) and low (1 m phosphate in soil solution) phosphorus availability. At high phosphorus availability, wildtype and mutant plants were equal in growth, phosphorus acquisition, fecundity and relative crowding coefficient (RCC). At low phosphorus availability, hairless plants accumulated less biomass and phosphorus, and produced less seed when planted with wildtype plants. Wildtype plants were unaffected by the presence of hairless plants in mixed genotype plantings. Wildtype plants had RCC values greater than one while hairless plants had RCC values less than one. We conclude that root hairs increase the competitiveness of plants under low phosphorus availability but do not reduce growth or competitiveness under high phosphorus availability.  相似文献

Summary Apical application of silver nitrate (AgNO3; 50 and 100 g per plant) and silver thiosulphate anionic complex (Ag(S2O3) 2 3– ; STS; 25, 50 and 100 g per plant) to female plants of Cannabis sativa induced the formation of reduced male, intersexual and fully altered male flowers on the newly formed primary lateral branches (PLBs); 10 g per plant of AgNO3 was ineffective and 150 g treatment proved inhibitory. A maximum number of fully altered male flowers were formed in response to 100 g STS. The induced male flowers produced pollen grains that germinated on stigmas and effected seed set. Silver ion applied as STS was more effective than AgNO3 in inducing flowers of altered sex. The induction of male flowers on female plants demonstrated in this work is useful for producing seeds that give rise to only female plants. This technique is also useful for maintaining gynoecious lines.  相似文献

Effects of acidic soil factors (Al, H-ion, Mo, and Mn) upon the soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr. cv. Essex)/Bradyrhizobium japonicum symbiosis were examined in acidified soil. Plants were grown under full sunlight in pots containing N-deficient soil (pH 6.7) or similar soil amended with sufficient Al2(SO4)3 or elemental S to give soil pH values of 4.8 and 4.6, respectively, and water-extractable Al levels of 30 and 14 M, respectively. Other treatments consisted of the addition of inorganic N or inoculation with commercial or locally-isolated B. japonicum. Acidification did not reduce shoot or root weights of plants receiving inorganic N but reduced (P0.05) shoot and root dry weights, nodule dry weights and numbers, shoot N concentrations, and chlorophyll levels of inoculated plants. Shoot dry weights and nodulation of inoculated plants were greater (P0.05) in Al2(SO4)3-amended soil than in S-amended soil. Addition of Mo was not beneficial. It was concluded that reduced plant growth was caused by the effects of acidified soil on nodulation and that H-ion toxicity was probably the most limiting factor. Effects of Al, Mn, or Mo appeared less likely.  相似文献

Methanogenium organophilum, a non-autotrophic methanogen able to use primary and secondary alcohols as hydrogen donors, was grown on ethanol. Per mol of methane formed, 2 mol of ethanol were oxidized to acetate. In crude extract, an NADP+-dependent alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) with a pH optimum of about 10.0 catalyzed a rapid (5 mol/min·mg protein; 22°C) oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde; after prolonged incubation also acetate was detectable. With NAD+ only 2% of the activity was observed. F420 was not reduced. The crude extract also contained F420: NADP+ oxidoreductase (0.45 mol/min·mg protein) that was not active at the pH optimum of ADH. With added acetaldehyde no net reduction of various electron acceptors was measured. However, the acetaldehyde was dismutated to ethanol and acetate by the crude extract. The dismutation was stimulated by NADP+. These findings suggested that not only the dehydrogenation of alcohol but also of aldehyde to acid was coupled to NADP+ reduction. If the reaction was started with acetaldehyde, formed NADPH probably reduced excess aldehyde immediately to ethanol and in this way gave rise to the observed dismutation. Acetate thiokinase activity (0.11 mol/min·mg) but no acetate kinase or phosphotransacetylase activity was observed. It is concluded that during growth on ethanol further oxidation of acetaldehyde does not occur via acetylCoA and acetyl phosphate and hence is not associated with substrate level phosphorylation. The possibility exists that oxidation of both ethanol and acetaldehyde is catalyzed by ADH. Isolation of a Methanobacterium-like strain with ethanol showed that the ability to use primary alcohols also occurs in genera other than Methanogenium.Non-standard abbreviations ADH alcohol dehydrogenase - Ap5ALi3 P1,P5-Di(adenosine-5-)pentaphosphate - DTE dithioerythritol (2,3-dihydroxy-1,4-dithiolbutane) - F420 N-(N-l-lactyl--l-glutamyl)-l-glutamic acid phosphodiester of 7,8-dimethyl-8-hydroxy-5-deazariboflavin-5-phosphate - Mg. A method for long-term plant regeneration of Phaseolus coccineus L, is described. Shoot-tips and cotyledonary nodes cultured on a Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with N6-benzylaminopurine, 10 M, and -naphthaleneacetic acid, 1M, formed multiple bud-shoots. These shoots were transferred to medium containing BAP 1 M, NAA 0.1 M, and gibberellic acid 3 M to promote shoot growth and further shoot multiplication. Rooting was achieved in medium with 11 M indole-3-acetic acid. Rooted plants grew to maturity and were fertile. Cultures have maintained their ability to regenerate plants for more than two years. A sample of 30 regenerated plants (R0) was tested for chromosome number, all of them being diploid; seven isozymatic systems were electrophpretically analyzed in 82 R0 regenerated plants. No differences were observed in their electrophoretic patterns in comparison with those shown by seedlings. Histological studies revealed the origin of buds from calluses via organogenesis.Abbreviations BAP N6-benzylaminopurine - 2,4-D 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid - GA3 gibberellic acid - IAA indole-3-acetic acid - MS Murashige and Skoog (1962) medium - NAA -naphthaleneacetic acid - ADH alcohol dehydrogenase - GOT glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase - MDH malate dehydrogenase - 6PGD 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase - PGI Phosphoglucose isomerase - PGM phosphoglucose mutase - SK shikimate dehydrogenase  相似文献

The role of nitrate in osmoregulation of Italian ryegrass   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Summary The role of nitrate in osmotic control was studied with Italian ryegrass grown in a nutrient solution in a climate room. Quantum-flux density, osmotic potential of the nutrient solution and availability of nitrate and chloride were varied independently. Plants at high quantum flux density (650 mol m–2 s–1) had a lower osmotic potential, a higher carbohydrate concentration and a lower nitrate concentration than plants at low quantum flux density (310 mol m–2 s–1), the decrease in nitrate concentration was osmotically equivalent to the increase in carbohydrate concentration. When nitrate in the nutrient solution was partly replaced by chloride, the chloride taken up substituted an equivalent part of the nitrate in the plant. It is concluded that nitrate plays a role in osmoregulation of the plant and compensates for a shortage of other solutes.  相似文献

Methane in sulfate-rich and sulfate-poor wetland sediments   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
Wetlands of northern Belize provide a unique opportunity to study methane production and emissions from marshes dominated by identical species (Typha domingensis, Cladium jamaicense) and genus (Eleocharis spp.), but differing substantially in the amount of sulfates present in the sediments. Some marshes occur on limestone marls rich in gypsum (CaSO4) while others are underlain by alluvial sands poor in sulfates. Concentrations of methane and sulfates in the sediment interstitial water are one or more orders of magnitude different for these two geological substrata averaging 139.2 and 14.9 M of CH4, and 0.08 and 11.53 mM of SO4 –2 2 on alluvial sands and limestone respectively. The amount of methane found in the internal atmosphere of plants from alluvial sands is significantly higher (6.3 M) than in plants from limestone (0.19 M). The average methane emissions measured in wetlands located on alluvial sands were 25.2 mg m–2 h–1 while emissions from marshes on limestone were only 2.4 mg m–2 h–1. These values extrapolated for the entire year and the respective wetland areas resulted in the estimate of total CH4 emissions from northern Belize of 0.066 Tg per year.  相似文献

Summary Abies nordmanniana (Stev.) Spach was cultivated in rooting media either rich in nutrients (control) or low in magnesium (low Mg) or low in magnesium and nitrogen (low Mg-N), respectively. Intact, attached needles were exposed, in the light (460 mol photons m-2 s-1), to an atmosphere containing 1 ppm SO2 for 5 h. Measurements of light- and CO2-saturated rates of photosynthetic O2 evolution, A max, were performed before and after SO2 treatments. In needles from well fertilized plants, A max was high (about 50 mol m-2 s-1) and was not affected by SO2. Needles from low-Mg and low-Mg-N plants had lower photosynthetic rates and showed a marked decline in A max in response to the SO2 treatment. Stomatal conductance was similar in the three groups of plants during SO2 treatments.Abbreviations A max photosynthetic capacity (CO2- and light-saturated rate of O2 evolution) - DW dry weight - Fo yield of dark level fluorescence - FM maximum yield of fluorescence, induced in a pulse of saturating light - Fv yield of variable fluorescence (= FM–FO) - FW fresh weight; g, conductance to water vapor transfer  相似文献

Toxins from Bacillus thuringiensis have beenused as pest management tools for more than 50 years. The effect of these toxins depends on the quantityof Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) toxins ingestedby susceptible insects. Food ingestion is affected byCO2 concentration; plants grown in elevatedCO2 often have increased carbon/nitrogen ratios(C/N), resulting in greater leaf area consumption. Therefore, we hypothesized that elevated CO2would improve the efficacy of foliar applications ofB. thuringiensis. Cotton plants were grown ateither ambient (360–380 l/l) or elevated CO2(900 l/l). Groups of plants in both CO2treatments were exposed to low (30 mg/kg soil/week) orhigh (130 mg/kg soil/week) nitrogen (N) fertilizationlevels in a split plot design. The resulting plantswere assessed for N and carbon (C) contents. Leafdisks from the same plants were dipped in a Btsolution and then fed to Spodoptera exigua(Hübner), an insect species of considerableeconomic importance. Elevated CO2 significantlyreduced total N, and increased the C/N. Nitrogenfertilization significantly affected consumption byearly stadia larvae, larval weight gain, and relativegrowth rate (RGR). Interactions between CO2concentration and N fertilization level significantlyimpacted late stadia larval food consumption, andthrough differential Bt toxin intake, affectedduration of larval stage and mortality to the adultstage. We conclude that the elevated atmosphericCO2 concentrations expected in the next centurywill interact with commercial fertilization practicesto enhance the efficacy of B. thuringiensisformulations applied topically to crops. Theimplications for improved control are discussed.  相似文献

Leaves of Populus balsamifera grown under full natural sunlight were treated with 0, 1, or 2 l SO2·1-1 air under one of four different photon flux densities (PFD). When the SO2 exposures took place in darkness or at 300 mol photons·m-2·s-1, sulfate accumulated to the levels predicted by measurements of stomatal conductance during SO2 exposure. Under conditions of higher PFD (750 and 1550 mol·m-2·s-1), however, the predicted levels of accumulated sulfate were substantially higher than those obtained from anion chromatography of the leaf extracts. Light-and CO2-saturated capacity as well as the photon yield of photosynthetic O2 evolution were reduced with increasing concentration of SO2. At 2 l SO2·1-1 air, the greatest reductions in both photosynthetic, capacity and photon yield occurred when the leaves were exposed to SO2 in the dark, and increasingly smaller reductions in each occurred with increasing PFD during SO2 exposure. This indicates that the inhibition of photosynthesis resulting from SO2 exposure was reduced when the exposure occurred under conditions of higher light. The ratio F v/F M (variable/maximum fluorescence emission) for photosyntem II (PSII), a measure of the photochemical efficiency of PSII, remained unaffected by exposure of leaves to SO2 in the dark and exhibited only moderate reductions with increasing PFD during the exposure, indicating that PSII was not a primary site of damage by SO2. Pretreatment of leaves with SO2 in the dark, however, increased the susceptibility of PSII to photoinhibition, as such pretreated leaves exhibited much greater reductions inF V/F M when transferred to moderate or high light in air than comparable control leaves.Abbreviations and symbols A1200 photosynthetic capacity (CO2-saturated rate of O2 evolution at 1200 mol photons·m-2·s-1) - Fo instantaneous fluorescence emission - FM maximum fluorescence emission - FV variable fluorescence emission - PFD photon flux density (400–700 nm) - PSII photosystem II  相似文献

The relationship between endogenous cytokinin content and relative growth rate (RGR) was studied in cultures of Lemna gibba L. G3 supplied with daily doses of mineral nutrients that were increased exponentially over time. At the optimal level of nutrient supply the RGR was 30–35% day-1. The RGR was regulated by adjusting the rate of nitrogen supply, or it was restricted by addition of 0.5 M abscisic acid (ABA). Another approach used to investigate the specific roles of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P), was to transfer optimally growing plants to media without N or P but otherwise complete. The plants were harvested at regular intervals for determination of the RGR and levels of cytokinins of the isopentenyladenosine (iPA) and zeatinriboside (ZR) types with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Levels of both iPA- and ZR-type cytokinins decreased when nitrogen was applied to cultures in growth limiting amounts. The cytokinin levels decreased more rapidly than the RGR when either N or P was lacking in the medium, suggesting an early influence of nutrient availability on cytokinin levels which in turn may induce adaptive response by the plant. RGR retardation induced by ABA did not affect cytokinin levels during the first 4 days of the treatment, and the later effects were small. The experiments gave no indication that ABA is involved in the adaptation response of Lemna plants to nutritional stress.Abbreviations ABA - abscisic acid - BAP - benzylaminopurine - ELISA - enzyme-linked-immunosorbent-assay - iP - isopentenyladenine - iPA - isopentenyladenosine - PBS - phosphate-buffered saline - PVP - polyvinylpyrrolidone - RGR - relative growth rate - RN - relative nitrogen addition rate - Z - trans-zeatin - ZR - trans-zeatin riboside  相似文献
