Twenty-four patients with liver metastases from gastric or colorectal cancer were treated with OK-432-combined adoptive immunotherapy (AIT). Lymphocytes isolated from regional lymph nodes or peripheral blood were cultured with medium containing T cell growth factor and sonicated tumor extract antigen (SE-Ag) for 9–13 days. The cultured lymphocytes were transferred mainly through the hepatic artery after the administration of OK-432, a streptococcal preparation. Sixteen of the 24 patients received a low dose of anti-cancer agents between the OK-432 injection and cell transfer. When cultured without SE-Ag, regional lymph node lymphocytes (RLNL) showed significantly (P<0.05) higher cytotoxic activity against autologous tumor cells and, on the contrary, lower cytotoxic activity against K562 than peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). When cultured with SE-Ag, cytotoxicity of RLNL against autologous tumor cells was nearly equivalent to that of PBL. The blastogenesis of fresh PBL to SE-Ag was significantly (P<0.05) augmented after the OK-432-combined AIT. Two patients showed complete response and 4 patients showed partial response among 19 patients who had evaluable lesions. Five patients whose liver metastases were resected were treated with OK-432-combined AIT as an adjuvant therapy. We established a cell line (STKM-1) from tumor cells obtained from carcinomatous pleural effusion of a gastric cancer patient. The lymphocytes separated from her peripheral blood or pleural effusion were cryopreserved and immunological experiments were performed after the establishment of the cell line. They were treated with IL-2 or with both IL-2 and mitomycin C (MMC)-treated autologous STKM-1 cells. The cytolytic activity against STKM-1 cells was elevated in lymphocytes cultured with IL-2, and was more prominently augmented in lymphocytes cultured with both IL-2 and MMC-treated STKM-1 cells. The elevation in cytolytic activity was more marked with pleural effusion lymphocytes than with the peripheral blood lymphocytes. Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) of gastric cancer patients in advanced stages showed lymphokine activated killer (LAK) activities comparable to those of healthy donors, suggesting potential applicability of LAK cells induced from PBL stimulated with recombinant interleukin-2 (rIL-2) in adoptive immunotherapy (AIT) for gastric cancer. In order to generate a large number of LAK cells from PBL, lymphocytes were cultured with both rIL-2 and phytohemagglutinin (PHA). In this culture, the numbers of cells increased to a greater extent than those in culture with rIL-2 alone but cytotoxic activity did not augment, thus suggesting that this procedure would not afford sufficient clinical effects. On the other hand, a large number of LAK cells with high anti-tumor activities were efficiently induced from spleen cells of the patients by culture of rIL-2; hence clinical usefulness of these LAK cells is anticipated. In regional lymph node lymphocytes (RLNL) cultured with rIL-2, the cytotoxic activities were lower than in those induced in PBL, and a characteristic increase of CD8 + CD11 + suppressor T cells was observed after incubation with rIL-2. Nevertheless, an increase of CD4 + 4B4+ helper inducer T cells was also observed in RLNL after the culture with rIL-2. Furthermore, high cytotoxic activities were induced in RLNL in some cases in which metastasis to the regional lymph nodes was not detected. When gastric cancer patients were pretreated with biological response modifiers (BRM), especially with Lentinan, LAK cells from PBL showed higher NK and LAK activities as compared with those of patients without BRM pretreatment.This work was partly supported by a grant from Hokkoku Cancer Research Foundation.  相似文献

Peripheral mononuclear cells (PBL) from tuberculin reaction (TR)-negative tuberculous pleurisy patients proliferated poorly with PPD, while the cells of pleural effusion from these patients showed a proliferative response to PPD as well as did the healthy control PBL. Surface antigens of peripheral blood and pleural effusion were examined by using monoclonal antibodies. The Leu 1-positive cell population can be divided into four groups, namely (1) Leu 1+, Leu2a+, Leu 3a+, (2) Leu 1+, Leu 2a+, Leu 3a-, (3) Leu 1+, Leu 2a-, Leu3a+, and (4) Leu 1+, Leu 2a-, Leu 3a- cell populations. Results of analysis of surface antigens of PPD-specific proliferative cells in peripheral blood and pleural effusion from tuberculous pleurisy patients as well as healthy controls indicate that the PPD-specific proliferative response is mediated by Leu 1+, Leu 2a-, Leu 3a+ cells and Leu 1+, Leu 2a-, Leu3a- cells.  相似文献

A streptococcal preparation, OK-432, was orally administered at a dose of 5 KE to patients with gastric or colorectal cancer for 7–14 days before their operations, and its immunomodulatory effects on peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL), regional node lymphocytes (RNL) and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) were assessed. The group treated with OK-432 included 8 gastric and 6 colorectal cancer patients, and the control group included 8 gastric and 8 colorectal cancer patients. The NK cell activity of PBL was significantly augmented by the oral administration of OK-432, and the proportions of Leu 7+ and Leu 11+ cells in PBL also increased. The responses of PBL and TIL to autologous tumor extracts in the presence of interleukin-2 were enhanced after the oral administration of OK-432. The proportion of OKT8+ cells in PBL increased after treatment with oral OK-432, whereas the proportion in RNL significantly decreased. These results indicate that oral OK-432 affects NK and T cells and may augment the antitumor immunity of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.  相似文献

Summary The specific and natural killer (NK)-restricted nature of auto-tumour cytotoxicity of tumour-associated lymphocytes was studied in cancer patients with malignant pleural effusions. Large granular lymphocytes (LGL) and small T lymphocytes were isolated from carcinomatous pleural effusions by centrifugation on discontinuous Percoll gradients. Tumour cells freshly isolated from pleural effusions were classified according to their susceptibility to lysis by Percoll-purified LGL from the blood of normal donors in a 4-h 51Cr release assay. Of 12 NK-sensitive tumour samples, 11 were killed by autologous fresh effusion LGL, whereas only 2 were lysed by autologous T cells. Neither LGL nor T cells were cytotoxic to NK-resistant autologous tumour cells. T cells and LGL were each cultured in vitro with autologous tumour cells for 6 days. Effusion LGL maintained their auto-tumour killing activity in 10 of 12 autologous mixed lymphocyte-tumour cultures (MLTC) with NK-sensitive tumour, while LGL lost the activity when cultured alone. Removal of high-affinity sheep erythrocyte-rosetting cells from Percoll-purified LGL enriched effector cells. Autologous MLTC-derived LGL could also kill NK-sensitive allogeneic effusion tumour cells and K562 cells, as did fresh LGL. In autologous MLTC LGL failed to acquire lytic function to NK-resistant autologous tumour cells. In contrast, in vitro activation of effusion T cells with autologous tumour cells induced auto-tumour killer cells in 9 of 12 NK-sensitive tumour samples and 3 of 6 NK-resistant tumour cases. However, cultured T cells were incapable of killing allogeneic tumour cells and K562 cells. In the autologous MLTC effusion T cells proliferated vigorously in response to autologous tumour cells, whereas LGL showed no proliferation. The enrichment of blasts from cultured T cells on discontinuous Percoll gradients resulted in an enhancement of auto-tumour cytotoxicity, with no reactions recorded in blast-depleted, small, resting T cells. These results indicate that two distinct types of auto-tumour-recognising lymphocytes, LGL and T cells, are present in carcinomatous pleural effusions of cancer patients and that each effector type recognises different membrane moieties of autologous effusion tumour cells.  相似文献

Human peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL), stimulated in vitro with recombinant human interleukin 2 (IL-2) for 2-7 days, were seen to lyse autologous and allogeneic monocytes in a 4-hr 51Cr-release assay. The lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells against monocytic cells were selective in that polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) and nonadherent PBLs were not lysed by these cells. Monocytes which had been cultured for 2-7 days served as better targets than uncultured cells. Also, kinetic studies demonstrated parallel activation of cytolytic activity against monocyte targets and FMEX, an natural killer cell-insensitive human melanoma target. Separation of PBLs by discontinuous density centrifugation identified the effector population in the fractions enriched for large granular lymphocytes (LGL). Precursor cells were seen to express CD2, CD11, and some CD16 markers, but not CD3, CD4, CD8, CD15, Leu M3, or Leu 7. The effector population after IL-2 activation retained the phenotype of the precursor cell. These studies indicate that IL-2 can generate LAK cells against monocytic cells, and this cytolytic activity, especially against autologous monocytes, must be taken into account when IL-2 or LAK cells are used for immunomodulation in cancer patients.  相似文献

We developed a local AIT using PEL cultured with TCGF combined with preadministration of OK-432. Twenty-six patients of breast cancer with pleural effusion have been treated with this therapy since 1983. PEL expanded and tumor cells collapsed by day 9 in culture with TCGF. Cultured PEL possessed significantly higher cytotoxic activity against autologous tumor cells than PBL cultured in the same condition (p < 0.05), but there was no difference between their cytotoxic activities against K562. The proliferation rate of PEL obtained after intrapleural administration of OK-432 was higher than that obtained before OK-432 (p < 0.01). Moreover, the cytotoxic activities against both autologous tumor and K562 of cultured PEL obtained after OK-432 administration was significantly (p < 0.05) higher than those cultured PEL obtained before.Cultured PEL (1 x 108 - 6 x 109) were transferred into the pleural cavity after the intrapleural administration of OK-432 (1–5 KE). The volume of pleural effusion increased temporarily after the administration of OK-432 but significantly (p < 0.01) decreased after AIT. Tumor cells disappeared cytologically in 22 patients at the last puncture of pleural effusion. Pleural effusion disappeared completely in 19 of 26 patients and decreased by more than 50% in volume in 6 patients. Performance status improved in 22 patients. The response rate for OK-432-combined AIT in the present study was 96%. The survival period of the patients treated by OK-432-combined AIT in this trial was significantly (p < 0.002) prolonged compared to that of the patients receiving chemotherapy alone. The side effects were fever and general malaise after OK-432 administration but no critical toxicity was observed.  相似文献

We examined a serum-free medium (designated as TYI 101) for the generation of lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells from human lymphocytes, regional lymph node lymphocytes (RLNL) and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). TYI 101 medium consisted of, in addition to nutrient mixture, transferrin, insulin, fetuin, sodium selenite, 2-mercaptoethanol, o-phosphorylethanolamine, chick egg yolk and porcine kidney extract. These hormones were effective for supporting RLNL proliferation as assessed by (3H)-thymidine uptake. When human lymphocytes from two different sources were cultivated with recombinant interleukin 2 (rIL-2) in TYI 101 medium, LAK activity was generated. In cultures of PBL from a healthy donor, LAK cells were generated in TYI 101 medium as efficiently as in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% human AB-type serum (RPMI-AB). In cultures of RLNL from lung cancer patients, LAK activity obtained in TYI 101 medium was about sixty-five percent of that in RPMI-AB. However, the addition of a small amount of AB-type serum improved the generation of LAK activity, LAK cell expansion, and cell viability in TYI 101 medium. In patients with Stage II or III breast cancer and in patients with liver metastases from breast cancer, we examined cellular interaction in the cytotoxicity against autologous tumor cells by interleukin-2(IL-2)-cultured lymphocytes (CL) and fresh peripheral blood lymphocytes (FPBL) treated with immunochemotherapy including OK-432 and cyclophosphamide. In flow cytometric analysis, CD8 + CD11b+ and CD16+ cells significantly decreased after immuno-chemotherapy in both groups of patients. A protocol study in Stage II or III breast cancer patients showed suppressive activity of FPBL on the cytotoxic activity of CL in 3/9 of the non-treatment group but no suppressive activity and enhancing activity in 3/7 in the immuno-chemotherapy group. Moreover, in 19 patients with liver metastases from breast cancer treated with immuno-chemotherapy including adoptive immunotherapy, FPBL in 6/19 showed enhancing activity, and in 8/19 suppressive activity in the lysis of autologous tumor cells. In assaysin vitro using autologous and allogeneic tumor cells, FPBL showed a partial specificity in cellular interaction against autologous tumor cells. CD4-depleted FPBL inhibited cytotoxicity of CL, while CD8-depleted FPBL enhanced cytotoxicity of CL in patients with liver metastases. In vivo patterns of lymphocytes sensitized against autologous tumor (in vitro) were studied in seven patients with metastatic cancer as a potential candidate for an alternative method of radioimmunodetection and adoptive immunocytotherapy. Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) were either activated in Interleukin-2 (IL-2) [lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells]or sensitized against autologous tumor cells by in vitro co-culture (IVC) and expanded in IL-2 (educated cells); both were then labelled with 111In. Labelled autologous cells (1 × 107−5 × 108) were administered to patients and biodistribution studied by imaging under a gamma camera at various time intervals. In 4/7 cases, imaging with the educated cells showed concentrations of radioactivity at sites that correlated positively with clinically detectable metastatic tumor. By contrast, only one instance of positive uptake was seen with the LAK cells. Other than slight fever in three cases, infusions of labelled PBL were well tolerated. Educated lymphocytes were cytotoxic against autologous tumor cells and the cytotoxic reactivities of the educated cells were maintained in continuous culture in IL-2 for 4–6 weeks. Evidence of accumulation of radiolabelled educated autologous cells at a significantly higher frequency than that of the LAK cells suggests that in vitro expanded educated PBL might be better candidates for radioimmunodetection of human cancer, and continuous cultures of such educated autologous PBL might be sources for repeated administration of these effector cells.  相似文献

Summary Ten patients with carcinomatous pleural effusions were treated with single intrapleural (i.pl.) injections of the streptococcal preparation OK432 on day 0 and the effects of i.pl. OK432 on the lysis of fresh or cryopreserved autologous tumor cells isolated from the pleural effusions were observed on day 7. In eight patients tumor cells in the effusions had decreased or disappeared by day 7. The other two patients, however, had no clinical evidence of therapeutic benefit from i.pl. OK432. Effusion tumor cells were relatively resistant to lysis by autologous lymphocytes when tested in a 4-h 51Cr-release assay. Positive reactions were recorded for blood and effusion lymphocytes in two of ten untreated patients. Injection of OK432 i.pl. resulted in an induction or augmentation of cytotoxicity against autologous tumor cells and K562 in the effusions of seven of ten subjects by day 7. In contrast, autologous tumor killing activity of blood lymphocytes was not always modified by i.pl. OK432. Purification of large granular lymphocytes (LGL) by discontinuous Percoll gradient centrifugation enriched autologous tumor killing activity, with no reactivity in LGL-depleted, small T lymphocytes. Significant lysis of autologous tumor cells was observed with effusion LGL from seven of ten untreated patients. Seven days after i.pl. OK432 injection, effusion LGL expressed enhanced cytotoxicity against autologous effusion tumor cells, whereas T cells were still not cytotoxic to autologous tumor cells on day 7. The frequency of LGL among effusion lymphocytes was not altered by i. pl. OK432. Adherent effusion cells were not involved in lysis of autologous effusion tumor cells in either untreated or OK432-treated patients. In vitro treatment of blood and effusion lymphocytes with OK432 induced an enhancement of autologous tumor-killing activity in patients who subsequently responded to i.pl. OK432 treatment. OK432 augmented in vitro autologous tumor killing activity of LGL, whereas T cells failed to lyse autologous tumor cells even after in vitro activation with OK432. These results indicate that i.pl. administration of OK432 to cancer patients will result in an augmentation of autologous tumor killing activity of LGL in the pleural effusions, and that this could be responsible for the antitumor activity of i.pl. After the discovery of interleukin-2 (IL-2), lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) sensitized with the mixed lymphocyte-tumor culture (MLTC) system have been conducted in adoptive immunotherapy (AIT) trials during past 15 years. Although the overall response rate of tumor shrinkage was marginal (9%), locoregional administration of TILs for malignant effusions was effective (77%) for a decrease or disappearance of the effusions even in terminally-ill patients, resulting in an improvement of QOL. Recent advances for molecular understanding of antigen presentation and recognition have promoted us to enhance the efficacy of AIT by using cultured dendritic cells (DCs) for generating antigen-specific CTLs in vitro. The peptide-pulsed DC-activated killer (PDAK) cells showed tumor recognition against antigen-expressing cells, and were efficiently propagated with the IL2 plus immobilized anti-CD3 antibody (IL-2/CD3) culture system. Clinical trials using PDAK cells against patients with lung metastases are now progressed, in which peptides suitable for generating CTLs were chosen in individual patients using the method designated as host-oriented peptide evaluation (HPOE) approach. Moreover, DCs were introduced with tumor-derived RNA, which was amplified with the T7 promoter system, and then were used for stimulating lymphocytes. The tumor RNA-introduced DC-activated killer (TRiDAK) cells showed tumor-specific interferon-gamma spots even in a patient in whom we failed to generate PDAK cells using DCs and peptides, suggesting that the clinical trial of AIT using TRiDAK cells is warranted for the treatment of patients with metastatic cancer. Thus, more understanding of antigen-presentation and -recognition mechanisms and immune regulation systems may promote clinical applications of AIT to establish a novel modality of cancer treatment.  相似文献

Clinical effects and side effects were studied in the adoptive immunotherapy of patients bearing malignant diseases using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched allogeneic lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells. Allogeneic LAK cells were induced from peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) of normal donors by means of initial stimulation with pokeweed mitogen (PWM). Six of 15 patients applied in the adoptive immunotherapy showed clinical effects such as partial or complete regression of pulmonary metastasis, pleural effusion and primary tumor. All pulmonary metastatic lesions were eliminated in one case by this adoptive immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Generally toxic effects were chillness, fever and general fatigue which were reversible, and no allergic side effects occurred even though allogeneic LAK cells were injected frequently except one patient who showed preshock like symptom accompanied with leukocytopenia and continuous hypotension immediately after infusion but was finally rescued. In the patients who received more than 1011 of allogeneic LAK cells, anti-HLA class I antibodies appeared without any evidence of autoantibody. However, immunological side effects were never experienced after injection of allogeneic LAK cells even when the anti-HLA class I antibodies appeared in the patients. To elucidate the immunoregulatory mechanisms by which human recombinant interleukin 2 (r.IL-2) and human recombinant interferon (IFN)-gamma influence natural cytotoxic activity of human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL), experiments were performed in which we studied: the kinetics of augmentation of natural cytotoxic activity by IL-2 and IFN-gamma; the phenotypes of the natural cytotoxic precursor cells acted upon by IL-2 and IFN-gamma; the role of IL-2-induced IFN-gamma in the natural cytotoxic activity enhancing effects of IL-2 and (d) the surface phenotypes of the natural cytotoxic cells activated by IL-2 or IFN-gamma. Three phenotypical distinct precursor cells can be identified. The phenotypes of the precursor cells sensitive to r.IFN-gamma are T3-, Leu 7+or-, FcR-gamma+. The phenotypes of the precursor cells sensitive to r.IL-2 are T3-, Leu 7-, FcR-gamma+or-. It appears that during prolonged culture relatively more of the FcR-gamma- precursor cells acquire natural cytotoxic activity upon stimulation with r.IL-2. Antibodies to IFN-gamma, known to neutralize both recombinant and natural IFN-gamma, completely inhibited the IFN-gamma-induced augmentation of natural cytotoxic activity but only slightly affected the IL-2-mediated augmentation. This indicates that only part of the augmenting effect of r.IL-2 is mediated through IL-2-induced IFN-gamma. This implies that r.IL-2 augments natural cytotoxic activity predominantly through an IFN-gamma-independent pathway. The phenotype of the effector cells expressing natural cytotoxic activity after a 4-day culture period with IL-2 or IFN-gamma was analyzed by depletion experiments. Virtually all the cells that exerted the IFN-gamma-enhanced natural cytotoxic activity are FcR-gamma+, whereas a portion of the cells that exerted the IFN-gamma-enhanced natural cytotoxic activity are FCR-gamma-. Both natural killer cells and lymphokine-activated killer cells contribute to natural cytotoxic activity. The relative contributions of both activities to the natural cytotoxic activity augmented by IL-2, respectively, IFN-gamma, is discussed.  相似文献

L-Buthionine-(S,R)-sulfoximine (BSO) specifically depletes GSH synthesis by inactivating gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase, whereas 2-ME augments intracellular GSH concentration. These reagents were used to examine GSH regulation of the proliferation and function of human PBL in response to IL-2 or OKT-3 mAb directed at the CD3 T cell Ag. 2-ME enhanced both IL-2-induced proliferation of PBL and CD3- large granular lymphocytes (LGL) and OKT-3 mAb-induced proliferation of CD3+ T cells. BSO partially suppressed activation-induced proliferation in CD3- LGL and CD3+ T cells and totally inhibited the positive co-proliferative regulation by 2-ME in these cells. By contrast, neither BSO nor 2-ME appeared to affect the activation-dependent differentiation of cytotoxic lymphocytes. The absence of effect of 2-ME or BSO on activation-induced PBL NK activity and T cell cytotoxic potential was supported by their negligible effect on the induction of two different markers of activated cytotoxic lymphocytes, namely pore-forming protein gene expression and benzoyloxycarbonyl-1-L-lysine thiobenzylester-esterase activity. BSO inhibition of CD3- LGL proliferation accounted for the inhibitory effects of BSO on both IFN-gamma production in IL-2-stimulated PBL cultures and IL-2-induced PBL lymphokine activated killer activity. The modulatory effects of 2-ME and BSO on lymphocyte proliferation regardless of phenotype (LGL vs T cell) or stimulation (IL-2, via CD3, lectin, etc.) and the functional differentiation of cytotoxic lymphocytes independent of proliferation suggests that these cells share a common site of GSH regulation close to or at the level of DNA synthesis.  相似文献

Lymphokine activated killer cells (LAK cells) or interleukin 2 (IL-2)-activated killer cells were induced by recombinant IL-2 (TGP-3) for clinical adoptive immunotherapy of malignant diseases. After incubation of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) with IL-2 and normal human plasma for 1-2 weeks LAK cells were obtained that showed a maximum cytotoxicity against target cells, and did not need a toxic dose of IL-2 to enhance or maintain their cytotoxicity. Both autologous and allogeneic LAK cells were used in five clinical cases without any immune side effects, and were effective in three cases.  相似文献

 In the present study, we carried out a functional analysis of regional lymph node lymphocytes (RLNL) from patients with lung cancer after in vitro activation by interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-12 (IL-12). IL-12 (100 U/ml) enhanced both the proliferation and cytotoxic activity of RLNL in a culture with low doses of IL-2 (5 – 10 JRU/ml). After comparing an RLNL culture with a low dose of IL-2 alone, a higher proportion of CD8+ cells and CD56+ cells and a lower proportion of CD4+ cells were found in the culture with both IL-12 and a low dose of IL-2. Such a combination of the cytokines effectively activated RLNL in terms of the expression of IL-2 receptors. In the culture condition of IL-12 and a low dose of IL-2, a synergistic effect was observed in the production of such cytokines as interferon γ, tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα), and TNFβ, as well as in tumor cytotoxicity. However, the addition of IL-12 inhibited the cytotoxicity of RLNL in the culture with a high dose of IL-2 (100 JRU/ml). This inhibition is considered to be partially due to the endogenous production of TNFα by lymphocytes, because the neutralization of TNFα bioactivity partially restored the cytotoxic activities of RLNL. Furthermore, in the presence of hydrocortisone, IL-12 synergistically enhanced the cytotoxic activity of RLNL cultured with a high dose of IL-2. Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) of solid-tumor-bearing cancer patients produced a lower interleukin 2 (IL-2) activity after lectin stimulation than did those from normal subjects. Moreover natural killer (NK) cell activity and autologous rosette forming (ARF) cell rate are found significantly correlated with IL-2 production in these patients. No direct relation is observed between ARF cell ratio and NK cell activity in a given patient. A central role for IL-2 in cancer patient immune dysfunctions is suggested. Two lines of pathogenetic mechanisms are documented. First, PBL exhibited cellular function defects, namely, autologous receptor expression, IL-2 production, and NK activity. Second, these dysfunctions involved, at least partly, plasma factors. The possibility of specific deficiency, (e.g., thymic factors) is not documented. Conversely it is demonstrated that patient plasma contain immunosuppressive factor(s) that block(s) IL-2 production and ARF cell expression. Involvement of ARF cell receptor in T-cell activation is discussed.  相似文献
