The cell cycle kinetics of uninfected and feline leukemia virus-infected canine lymphoma cell lines were determined by autoradiography (PLM method) as follows: DT-5: generation time (TC), 15.2 h; pre-synthetic gap phase (TG1), 3.2 h; DNA-synthetic phase (TS), 8.2 h; post-synthetic gap ph se (TG2), 3.3 h; visible mitotic phase (TM), 0.5 h. 11028: TC, 13.6 h; TG1, 1.9 h; TS, 7.7 h; TG2, 3.4 h; TM, 0.6 h. 11028+FeLV (11028 productively infected with feline leukemia virus): TC, 11.2 h; TG1, 0.2 h; TS, 8.3 h; TG2, 2.1 h; TM, 0.6 h. Exposure of the lymphoma cell lines to methotrexate (MTX) in vitro produces dose-related increases in cellular volume, associated with reductions in cellular proliferation. The relative sensitivities of these cell lines to MTX, measured by the ID50 MTX concentrations for DT-5, 11028, and 11028+FeLV are 118 nM, 122 nM, and 28 nM respectively. The cell kinetic effects of the ID50 MTX concentrations added to cultures of lymphoma cells pulse-labeled with tritiated thymidine are an approximately 2-h prolongation of TC, attributable to a lengthening of TS, with other cell cycle phases not significantly altered. These cell lines are highly tumorigenic when transplanted into the cheek pouches of immunosuppressed hamsters, with inocula of 10(4) cells producing rapidly growing, well vascularized tumors.  相似文献

Karyological and morphological analysis of the wild type MDBK cell line (spontaneously transformed bovine kidney cells) was undertaken. The results were compared with the same data obtained with resistant lines derived from the wild type line after prolonged cultivation with increasing quantities of tryptophanol and tryptamine, competitive analogues of tryptophan. Tetraploids are much more abundant in the resistant lines than in the initial one. In tryptamine-resistant cells a large marker acrocentric chromosome is duplicated in 96% of cells and elongated, due to appearance of an additional segment. In the population of resistant cells bi- and multinuclear cells are abundant as well as giant cells; the nuclei are enlarged and the number of nucleoli is increased. A hypothesis is proposed that resistance to tryptophan analogues is associated with amplification of tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase gene.  相似文献

A permanent rat rhabdomyosarcoma cell line (BA-HAN-1C) has been established, the phenotype of which is characterized by the coexistence of undifferentiated mononuclear cells and differentiated multinuclear myotube-like giant cells. The failure of attempts to separate these two cell types by repeated recloning procedures indicates their close histogenetic relationship and suggests that differentiation in this tumor proceeds in a similar manner to that in normal striated muscle where postmitotic myotubes arise from mononuclear myoblasts by fusion. The morphologically undifferentiated mononuclear tumor cells were shown to be actively proliferating and to incorporate thymidine methyl-3H(3H-TdR). The myotube-like giant cells neither incorporated 3H-TdR nor underwent mitosis or exhibited any clonogenic potential. After retransplantation into syngenic rats, tumor growth was markedly retarded when the tumor cell inoculum contained a high percentage of myotube-like giant cells. These data show that proliferative activity in this rhabdomyosarcoma cell line is confined to the mononuclear tumor cell compartment, the multinuclear myotube-like giant cells having withdrawn from the cell cycle and represent terminally differentiated postmitotic cells. This cell line should provide a valuable tool for further investigation of coherent aspects of proliferation and differentiation using various differentiation inducers.  相似文献

Inhibition of cytokinesis by a lipid metabolite, psychosine   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Although a number of cellular components of cytokinesis have been identified, little is known about the detailed mechanisms underlying this process. Here, we report that the lipid metabolite psychosine (galactosylsphingosine), derived from galactosylceramide, induced formation of multinuclear cells from a variety of nonadherent and adherent cells due to inhibition of cytokinesis. When psychosine was added to the human myelomonocyte cell line U937, which was the most sensitive among the cell lines tested, cleavage furrow formed either incompletely or almost completely. However, abnormal contractile movement was detected in which the cellular contents of one of the hemispheres of the contracting cell were transferred into its counterpart. Finally, the cleavage furrow disappeared and cytokinesis was reversed. Psychosine treatment also induced giant clots of actin filaments in the cells that probably consisted of small vacuoles with filamentous structures, suggesting that psychosine affected actin reorganization. These observations could account for the formation of multinuclear globoid cells in the brains of patients with globoid cell leukodystrophy, a neurological disorder characterized by the accumulation of psychosine due to galactosylceramidase deficiency.  相似文献

The morphological changes occurring in monocytes during their differentiation into macrophages, epithelioid cells, Langhans-type giant cells, and foreign-body-type giant cells were investigated in foreign-body granulomas induced by subcutaneous implantation of pieces of Melinex plastic. Analysis based on Adams's (1974) criteria for discrimination between the several types of cell of the monocyte line, showed that each type has a characteristic type of granule. Primary and secondary granules, numerous in the Golgi area of monocytes were generally found close to the cell membrane and decreased in number in maturing macrophages. This was accompanied by an increase in the number of microtubules. Mature macrophages show numerous characteristic macrophage granules, which are round (average diameter: 280 nm) and have a halo between the limiting membrane and granular matrix. Mature epithelioid cells have characteristic epithelioid cell granules, and multinucleated giant cells a heterogenous population of granules. Fusing macrophages generally have their Golgi areas facing each other, and also show a reduced thickness of the cell coat. The morphology of the multinucleated giant cell is closely related to the number of nuclei present. In Langhans-type giant cells, which generally have two to ten nuclei, a giant centrosphere with numerous aggregated centrioles is found. In transition forms between Langhans-type and foreign-body-type giant cells, which generally contain 10--30 nuclei, the centrioles show less aggregation. In the foreign-body-type giant cells, which generally have more than 30 nuclei, centrioles are virtually absent and never aggregated. These differences between the Langhans-type giant cells, the foreign-body-type giant cells, and the transition forms, support our previous finding that Langhans-type giant cells are the precursors of foreign-body-type giant cells.  相似文献

Canine natural killer (NK) activity and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity were studied utilizing a canine thyroid adenocarcinoma cell line and a lymphoblastoid cell line (CT-45S), respectively, as cell targets. Fractionation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells by Percoll discontinuous-gradient centrifugation resulted in a six- to sevenfold enrichment in large granular lymphocytes (LGL) in parallel with a twofold increase in NK activity (%specific lysis) in low-density fractions. Further enrichment in LGL (78 +/- 6%) and NK activity (threefold increase) was obtained by lytic treatment of low-density fractions 2 and 3 with monoclonal antibody WIG4. By means of cytolytic treatment with additional monoclonal antibodies the phenotype of canine NK cells was determined as Dly-1+, Dly-6+, 1A1+, E-11+, DT-2-, WIG4-. Some NK cells were also Ia+. NK activity was relatively radioresistant with 40% specific lysis even after irradiation with 40 Gy. Among the populations examined, the highest NK activity was found in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, followed by splenic mononuclear cells and bone marrow mononuclear cells. These results indicate that canine NK cells have the morphology of LGL, are relatively radioresistant, and express cell surface antigens suggesting a T-cell lineage.  相似文献

To further define the role of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and its receptor (IGF-1R) in osteosarcoma (OS), human OS cell lines with low (SAOS-2) and high (SAOS-LM2) metastatic potential and three canine OS-derived cell lines were studied. Cell lines were evaluated for: IGF-1R expression; expression of IGF binding proteins (IGFBPs); effect of IGF-1 on tumor cell growth, invasion, expression of urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA), and soluble uPA receptor (suPAR), and; ectopic and orthotopic tumorigenicity of the canine OS cells in athymic mice. All cell lines exhibited steady-state mRNA expression of IGF-1R. The SAOS-2 and SAOS-LM2 cells expressed 9,138 and 10,234 cell-associated binding sites, respectively. Canine OS cells expressed from 1,728 to 3,883 binding sites. Two IGF-1-treated cell lines displayed enhanced proliferation. Two cell lines formed colonies in semisolid media, and IGF-1 increased colony number. Matrigel invasion was enhanced in one cell line following IGF-1 treatment. uPA and suPAR were unchanged in SAOS-2 and SAOS-LM2 cells following IGF-1 treatment, but the highly metastatic OS line SAOS-LM2 expressed five times more suPAR and displayed enhanced invasion compared to the parental, low metastatic SAOS-2. IGFBP-5 was detected in four of five cell lines, and IGFBP-3 was detected in two canine OS cell lines. Two canine OS lines were tumorigenic, and one metastasized spontaneously. In conclusion, OS cells express IGF-1R, which can contribute to their growth and invasion. There is suggestive evidence that increasing receptor number may contribute to in vivo tumorigenesis. Additional studies are needed to determine how IGF-1/IGF-1R interactions contribute to the malignant phenotype of OS.  相似文献

The influence of cell-culture conditions on numerical and structural karyotypic variability has been investigated in two Indian muntjac skin fibroblast “markerless” cell lines, M and MT. The cells were cultivated on a substrate consisting of extracellular matrix proteins (ECMs) synthesized by human mesenchymal stem cells (SC5-MSC). The character of cell distribution for the chromosome number of the cell line M changed after cultivation for 1 and 4 days as compared to control cells, which were cultured on a hydrophilic surface without ECM coating. These changes involve a significant decrease in frequency of cells with the modal numbers of chromosomes and an increase in frequency of cells with lower chromosome numbers. Many new types of additional structural variants of the karyotype (SVK) appear. The MT cell line, differing from M line in the number of homologous chromosomes, exhibited a character of cell distribution similar to that of the M line for the chromosome number for only 1 day after cultivation on the ECM substrate, but not after 4 days under the same culture conditions, when no difference from the control cells was observed. Further cultivation of MT cells for 8 days did not change the character of cell distribution for the chromosome number relative to the control variant. The observed alterations seem to be due to disturbances in the correct chromosome-segregation process, which were caused by an abrupt shift in the cell-culture conditions. Analysis of the structural karyotypic variability revealed a significant increase in frequency of chromosomal aberrations in the M cell line for 1 and 4 days in culture on the ECM substrate as compared to the control cells. The frequency of dicentric chromosomes (telomeric associations) was increased and constituted more than 50% of all chromosome aberrations. No increase in frequency of chromosome aberrations was observed for MT cells cultured under the same conditions. It can be suggested that the differing by the karyotypic structure, but the genetically identical cell lines have different response to the substrate. In contrast to the M line, in the MT line, a fast normalization of numerical karyotypic characteristics and no enhancement of structural karyotypic variability takes place. This provides a possibility to cultivate an MT cell on the given protein substrate while maintaining a balanced karyotypic structure characteristic of MT cell line.  相似文献

Cultured cell lines that can be stably transformed with inducible gene constructs could prove extremely valuable for the continuous and economical production of recombinant proteins. Toward this goal, we have established 11 clones (designated NISES-BoMo-DK1 to 11) from a previously reported silkworm cell line, NISES-BoMo-DZ. Nine of these clonal lines showed a distinct morphological change. i.e., cell aggregation, in response to treatment with 1 microM 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E). DK10 cells transfected with various reporter assay plasmids under optimal conditions (i.e., 20-30% transfection efficiency) showed inducibility of gene expression by 20E. The 20E treatment of the prototypical DK10 cells resulted in a simultaneous, transient increase of the nuclear ecdysone (E) receptor levels. Further, this inducibility was also observed in a DK10 cell line stably transformed with the reporter plasmid that carries the hygromycin-resistance gene. This offers an opportunity to achieve efficient, continuous production of recombinant proteins. It could also allow high throughput screening for potential E agonists.  相似文献

When macrophages derived from bone marrow were incubated with lignin derivative at 10 micrograms/ml, they formed multinucleated giant cells containing more than sixty nuclei. Cine-microscopic observation revealed that the formation of the giant cells was due to cell fusion. This phenomenon was specific for primary-cultured macrophages, and was not observed with either a macrophage cell line or established cell lines derived from other tissues.  相似文献

Meiosis was studied in one haploid plant of pearl millet, obtained from twin seedlings. Apparent pairing resulted in up to three bivalent associations at pachytene. At diakinesis and metaphase I associations of two, three or four chromosomes were observed. The frequency distribution of bivalents at metaphase followed a truncated Poisson distribution, suggesting that the bivalents were random pairs. They were considered to be pseudo-bivalents. Univalents varied in number from three to seven and they formed s-s and e-g associations. The s-s and e-s associations were random associations since their frequency distributions also followed a truncated Poisson distribution. A bipolar spindle was observed in a large number of PMC's but in a few cases two unipolar spindles were observed. The anaphase I distribution of the chromosomes deviated from abinomial distribution. Laggards were observed at telophase I. The dyads varied in size and in number of chromosomes. After the second division cell wall formation often failed to take place in one or in both the dyads, resulting in the formation of 2 to 4 microspores and microspores with two nuclei. The pollen grains varied in size and number of chromosomes. The plant was completely sterile.  相似文献

Numerical and structural karyotypic variability was investigated in the NBL-3-17 and NBL-3-11 “markerless” rat kangaroo kidney cell lines cultivated on a fibronectin-coated surface. For the NBL-3-17 cell line grown on a fibronectin-coated surface for periods of 1, 2, 4 and 8 days, the chromosome number distribution changed. These changes involved a significant decrease in the frequency of cells with the modal chromosome number and an increase in the frequency of cells with a lower chromosome number. Many new additional structural variants of the karyotype (SVK) appeared. The observed alterations seem to be due to the predominant adhesion of cells with a lower chromosome number, disturbances of the mitotic apparatus and selection for SVK adapted to the changes in culture conditions. Detachment of cells from the fibronectin-coated surface followed by 5 days cultivation on a hydrophilic surface restored the control cell distribution. For the NBL-3-11 cell line cultured on the fibronectin-coated surface for 1, 2, 4 and 8 days, the numerical karyotypic variability did not change compared to control variants. For the NBL-3-17 cell line grown on a fibronectin-coated surface for 1, 2, 4 and 8 days, the frequency of chromosomal aberrations also did not change relatively to the control. In the NBL-3-11 cell line, the frequency of chromosomal aberrations under the same conditions significantly increased, mainly due to chromosome and chromatid breaks and dicentrics (telomeric associations). The differences in the numerical and structural karyotypic variability between NBL-3-17 (hypotriploid) and NBL-3-11 (hypodiploid) cell lines cultivated on fibronectin are discussed. It is assumed that the observed differences in the karyotypic variability between these cell lines were determined by the specific karyotypic structure of the NBL-3-11 cell line and the altered gene expression of the NBL-3-17 hypotriploid cell line caused by increased doses of certain functioning genes.  相似文献

For 18 mo, we derived 18 cell lines from 11 donors with various clinical profiles ranging from normal to leukemic. Suspension cultures were initiated with 1 X 10(6) mononuclear blood cells/ml of nutrient medium containing 10% human serum and 10% lectin-stimulated human lymphocyte conditioned medium. The cultures were monitored weekly by morphological analyses of Wright-Giemsa-stained cell preparations. All successful cultures showed a significant decline in viability during the first 3-4 wk with rate "lymphoid" cells observed in mitosis. Within the next 2 wk, the proliferating cells gave rise to a rapidly expanding population of mononuclear cells. As the cultures expanded, cell morphology became heterogeneous with respect to cell size and nuclear ploidy, with an accumulation of giant multinuclear cells that were suggestive of megakarocytes. Even though the cells did not have the classical morphology of mature platelet-forming megakaryocytes, 90% of the cells within a cell line were positive by direct or indirect immunofluorescence for the platelet membrane glycoproteins IIb and IIIa; for surface markers HLA-Dr and B2-microglobulin; for intracellular platelet-derived growth factor and platelet factor IV; and for membrane affinity or binding with serum platelet-derived growth factor and platelet factor IV. These results suggest that a blood precursor cell, most likely a primitive megakaryoblast, was isolated from the peripheral blood and was provided with an optimal culture environment for sustained growth. These cells did not mature to a more differentiated stage, perhaps owing to regulatory factor deficiencies in this in vitro system. The remarkable frequency of obtaining cell lines with megakaryocyte properties from normal peripheral blood and the capacity of some normal donors to repeatedly yield these cell lines make this cell culture system indeed unique by being selective for putative megakaryocyte precursors.  相似文献

A mixed culture cytopathogenic effect with the development of multinucleated giant cells in feline leukemia virus-infected cultures after cocultivation with XC cells is described. This cytopathogenic effect has been utilized as a convenient visual marker for the detection and assay of feline leukemia virus in feline and canine embryo fibroblasts as well as in a canine tumor cell line, M-132-1. Comparison of the cytopathogenic reaction in the three cell lines indicates that the reaction is more rapid and pronounced in M-132-1 cells than in the embryo fibroblast cultures.  相似文献

Canine osteosarcoma (OSA) is known to present with highly variable and chaotic karyotypes, including hypodiploidy, hyperdiploidy, and increased numbers of metacentric chromosomes. The spectrum of genomic instabilities in canine OSA has significantly augmented the difficulty in clearly defining the biological and clinical significance of the observed cytogenetic abnormalities. In this study, eight canine OSA cell lines were used to investigate telomere fusions by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) using a peptide nucleotide acid probe. We characterized each cell line by classical cytogenetic studies and cellular phenotypes including telomere associated factors and then evaluated correlations from this data. All eight canine OSA cell lines displayed increased abnormal metacentric chromosomes and exhibited numerous telomere fusions and interstitial telomeric signals. Also, as evidence of unstable telomeres, colocalization of γ-H2AX and telomere signals in interphase cells was observed. Each cell line was characterized by a combination of data representing cellular doubling time, DNA content, chromosome number, metacentric chromosome frequency, telomere signal level, cellular radiosensitivity, and DNA-PKcs protein expression level. We have also studied primary cultures from 10 spontaneous canine OSAs. Based on the observation of telomere aberrations in those primary cell cultures, we are reasonably certain that our observations in cell lines are not an artifact of prolonged culture. A correlation between telomere fusions and the other characteristics analyzed in our study could not be identified. However, it is important to note that all of the canine OSA samples exhibiting telomere fusion utilized in our study were telomerase positive. Pending further research regarding telomerase negative canine OSA cell lines, our findings may suggest telomere fusions can potentially serve as a novel marker for canine OSA.  相似文献

HLA-A2 specific human cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) cell lines have been developed using T cell growth factor and coculture of peripheral blood lymphocytes with selected allogeneic target cell lines. The CTL-8 line showed specificity for human leukocyte antigens (HLA)-A2 bearing target cells after 5 weeks in culture when tested against a panel of 14 lymphoblastoid cell lines in a 51Chromium (51Cr) release assay. Purified anti-human leukocyte antigens (HLA) monoclonal antibodies W6/32 and PA2.1 inhibited cytolysis by 85% and 60%, respectively. The CTL-8 line lysed non-HLA-A2 target cells in the presence of lectins concanavalin A (Con A) or phytohemagglutinin-P lectin (PHA-P) indicating the specificity of cytolysis was not due to nonspecific resistance of target cells to the CTL-lytic mechanism. The T5-1 HLA-A2 mutant cell series were tested as targets for the CTL-8 line. Cell clones 8.18.1, 8.21.1 and 8.6.1, which express altered HLA-A2 molecules as determined by their decreased reactivity with allospecific monoclonal antibodies, were lysed by the CTL-8 line as efficiently as the T5-1 wild type. These cell lines also acted as efficient cold target competitors for a normal HLA-A2 target cell. The 8.14.1 cell clone expressed a lower amount of HLA-A2 alloantigen and showed a corresponding decreased reactivity with CTL-8 in direct cytolytic and cold target competitive inhibition assays. In contrast, the M7 and DK1 HLA-A2 variant cell lines, which express normal HLA-A2 serological determinants, were inefficiently lysed by CTL-8 and did not act as competitive inhibitors of normal HLA-A2 target cells. These results support the concept that the alloantigenic determinant(s) recognized by T cells and antibodies occur at separate regions on the HLA-A2 molecule.  相似文献

The culture medium of the strain CK-8 of the cellular slime mold Polysphondylium pallidum contains a cell-fusion induction factor. Cells of the two opposite mating type strains NC-4 and HM1 of Dictyostelium discoideum were treated to induce cell fusion with the diluted fraction of CK-8 cultures, F2, which contains the factor and consequently numerous multinuclear cells were produced. NC-4 and HM1 usually fuse in the sexual cycle and form large multinuclear cells, called giant cells, which develop into macrocysts. These cells are very similar in morphology to the multinuclear cells produced following F2 treatment, however, the latter cells did not develop into macrocysts. In the sexually formed multinuclear cells, only two haploid nuclei fused to form a diploid nucleus and all others degenerate as previously reported. However, in the artificially produced multinuclear cells, no nuclear-fusion and degeneration took place. They stayed as heterokaryons and seem to lyse within 20 h incubation.  相似文献

Detachment of cells from the fibronectin-coated surface, followed by 5 days cultivation on a hydrophilic surface restored control distribution. In cell line NBL-3-11, cultivated on the fibronectin-coated surface for 1, 2, 4 and 8 days, the character of numerical karyotypic variability did not change compared to control variants. In cell line NBL-3-17 the frequency of chromosomal aberrations under cultivation on the fibronectin-coated surface for 1, 2, 4 and 8 days did not change relative to control variants. In cell line NBL-3-11 the frequency of chromosomal aberrations under the same conditions significantly increases, mainly at the expence of chromosomal, chromatid breaks and dicentrics (telomeric association) relative to control variants. We discuss possible reasons of differences in the character of numerical and structural karyotypic variability between cell lines NBL-3-17 (hypotriploid) and NBL-3-11 (hypodiploid) under cultivation on fibronectin. The reasons of the observed interline karyotypic differences possibly consist in peculiarity of karyotypic structure of cell line NBL-3-11 and in the change of gene expression, namely in a dose of certain functioning genes in the hypotryploid cell line NBL-3-17.  相似文献

We recently identified a murine hemopoietic stem cell colony which consists of undifferentiated (blast) cells and appears to be more primitive than CFU-GEMM in the stem cell hierarchy. The progenitors for the colony which we termed “stem cell colony” possess an extensive self-renewal capacity and the ability to generate many secondary multipotential hemopoietic colonies in culture. We replated a total of 68 stem cell colonies from cultures of murine spleen cells and analyzed the number of stem cell–and granulocyte(neutrophil)-erythrocyte-macrophage-megakaryocyte (GEMM) colony-forming cells in individual stem cell colonies. Of the 68 stem cell colonies, 35 contained progenitors (abbreviated as “S”-cells) for stem cell colonies. The distributions of S-cells and CFU-GEMM in individual stem cell colonies were extremely heterogeneous. Neither the frequency distributions of S-cells nor CFU-GEMM in stem cell colonies could be fitted well by Poisson distribution. Rather, the frequency distribution of the s-cells could be approximated by a geometric distribution and that of CFU-GEMM by an exponential distribution, both of which are variates of the gamma distribution. Our observations are in agreement with those on the distributions of CFU-S in individual spleen colonies and provided support for a stochastic model for stem cell self-renewal and commitment in culture. Application of the theory of the branching process to the distribution of S-cells revealed a distributional parameter “p” of 0.589 which is also in agreement with the earlier report on the p value for reproduction of CFU-S.  相似文献

为了探讨咖啡因是否影响细胞周期检验点而增强顺铂杀伤肿瘤细胞及其作用机制 ,选取同步化于S期的肝癌细胞系SMMC 772 1,用顺铂和咖啡因进行不同方式的处理 ,包括顺铂处理、咖啡因处理以及先经顺铂 ,再用咖啡因处理 .利用相关方法对不同处理的细胞进行了分析 ,包括细胞形态 ,细胞生长速率 ,多核细胞的形成与死亡 ,中心体的异常等 .结果显示 ,顺铂与咖啡因联合处理的细胞出现明显的多核化现象 ,多核细胞占总细胞的百分比可以达到 30 %以上 ,高于用顺铂或用咖啡因处理的细胞 .同时观察到多核细胞生存能力较差 ,它们会通过细胞凋亡的形式死亡 .抗中心体人自身免疫血清的免疫荧光结果显示 ,中心体异常与多核细胞的形成直接相关 .在部分多核细胞的核周围有多个不同强度的荧光点 ,在另部分多核细胞中 ,在其中央有一个大的荧光点 ,被多个细胞核围绕 ,荧光较强 .根据结果推测 ,由多个不完整的中心体导致的多极分裂形成多核细胞 ,随后多个中心体聚集到中央形成大的中心体 ,负责间期微管的组装 .结果表明 ,受到顺铂损伤的细胞由于检验点的作用而使细胞周期阻断 ,咖啡因可消除周期的阻断 ,使细胞在中心体未完成正常复制状态下进入有丝分裂 ,产生大量多核细胞 ,这些多核细胞最终发生凋亡 .  相似文献
