Summary Lateral protein movement in cell membranes takes place in a medium with obstacles. These obstacles are: (a) aggregates of major integral proteins immobilized by submembraneous structures and cytoskeleton, and (b) membrane lipids in the gel phase. Hormonal activation of the adenylate cyclase complex is associated with lateral mobility of the constituent proteins. Modification of the interaction of these proteins due to variation of the fluid lipid fraction in reticulocyte membranes has been studied. A decrease in the percentage of fluid lipids in membranes resulted in the inhibition (up to the full cessation) of the interaction of -adrenoreceptors with regulatory Ns-proteins. The interaction of Ns-proteins with catalytic proteins stopped as well. On the other hand, an increase in the fluid lipid fraction led to a more intensive interaction. These facts do not arise from the functional damage of interacting proteins. Conseqently, hormonal activation of the adenylate cyclase complex depends on the fraction of fluid lipids in the membrane. The data obtained are in conformity with the percolation theory which makes it possible to characterize long-distance protein movement in a medium (fluid lipids) containing obstacles. Thus, interacting proteins prove to diffuse within distances greatly exceeding protein sizes. As a consequence, the intrinsic activity of a -agonist, isoproterenol, varies from 1 to 0 depending on the fluid lipid fraction. Our findings also suggest that in vitro there are no -receptors precoupled with Ns-proteins in rat reticulocyte membranes in the absence of guanine nucleotides.  相似文献

Summary An opr24 mutation decreasing the degradation of RNA polymerase subunits was found among the Ts+ revertants of Ts strain carring an rpoC1 mutation which stimulates overproduction of these polypeptides. The opr24 mutation is allele-non-specific, for it decreases the degradation of the mutant and subunits, the amberfragment of the subunit and the non-mutant subunit. Moreover, opr24 reduces the proteolysis of abnormal proteins containing canavanine.The opr24 mutation maps between 17 and 21 min on the E. coli genetic map.The results demonstrate that a slow proteolysis rate in the bacterial cell can supress conditional lethal mutations.In addition, the slower degradation and the ensuing accumulation of subunits does not effect the rate of the subunit synthesis.  相似文献

To elucidate the nature of substrate specificity and intrinsic mechanism of hydroxylation of steroids, in the present work we carried out molecular cloning and heterologous expression of cDNA for three new forms of cytochrome P45017 from species of the Bovidae family (sheep, goat, and bison), which catalyze 17-hydroxylation of both progesterone (P4) or pregnenolone (P5) and 17,20-lyase reaction resulting in cleavage of side chain with formation of C19-steroids. Recombinant cytochromes P45017 were expressed in E. coli as derivatives, containing a six-His tag at the C-terminal sequence that simplifies purification of the cloned heme proteins using metal-affinity chromatography. Highly purified cytochromes P45017 were used for determination of enzyme activity and specificity in relation to progesterone, pregnenolone, 17-hydroxyprogesterone, and 17-hydroxypregnenolone with registration of the kinetics of reaction product formation using HPLC. It is shown that each form of cytochrome P45017 is characterized by a specific profile of enzyme activity and dependence of 17,20-lyase reaction on the presence of cytochrome b5 in the reaction mixture. The analysis of the activity of the known forms of cytochrome P45017 in view of the data obtained in the present work allows the division of known cytochromes P45017 into three main group: group A (pig, hamster, rat), cytochromes P45017 catalyze the reaction of 17-hydroxylation of both P4 and P5 steroids and the 17,20-lyase reaction of 17-hydroxyprogesterone and 17-hydroxypregnenolone; group B (human, bovine, sheep, goat, and bison), cytochromes P45017, which have no or have insignificant 17,20-lyase activity in relation to 17-hydroxyprogesterone; group C (guinea pig), cytochrome P45017 which either has no or has insignificant 17,20-lyase activity on transformation 17-hydroxypregnenolone to dehydroepiandrosterone.  相似文献

The enzyme, desacetoxyvindoline 4-hydroxylase, was purified to apparent homogeneity from Catharanthus roseus by ammonium sulfate precipitation and successive chromatography on Sephadex G-100, green 19-agarose, hydroxylapatite, -kg sepharose and Mono Q. The 4-hydroxylase was characterized by its strict specificity for position 4 of desacetoxyvindoline suggesting it to catalyze the second to last step in vindoline biosynthesis. The molecular mass of the native and denatured 4-hydroxylase was 45 kDa and 44.7 kDa, respectively, suggesting that the native enzyme is a monomer. Two-dimensional isoelectric focusing under denaturing conditions resolved the purified 4-hydroxylase into three charge isoforms of pIs 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8. The purified 4-hydroxylase exhibited no requirement for divalent cations, but inactive enzyme was reactivated in a time-dependent manner by incubation with ferrous ions. The enzyme was not inhibited by EDTA or SH-group reagents at concentrations up to 10 mM. The mechanism of action of desacetoxyvindoline 4-hydroxylase was investigated. The results of substrate interaction kinetics and product inhibition studies suggest an Ordered Ter Ter mechanism where -kg is the first substrate to bind followed by the binding of O2 and desacetoxyvindoline. Their K m values for -kg, O2 and desacetoxyvindoline are 45 M, 45 M and 0.03 M, respectively. Summary Ribonucleotide reductase from L. leichmmannii catalyzes cleavage of the carbon cobalt bond of AdoCbl homolytically in a kinetically competent fashion. This cleavage triggers a chain of events which results in cleavage of the 3C-H bond of the nucleotide substrate followed by cleavage of the 2 carbon hydroxyl bond. Involvement of a radical cation has been suggested as a possible mechanism by which this unusual reduction reaction might occur. Furthermore, cleavage of the 3 carbon hydrogen bond of [3-3H]NTP resulted in no 3H release to solvent and no 3H recovered in AdoCbl. These results were interpreted to mean that in this system AdoCbl does not serve as a H abstractor, but rather as a radical chain initiator. A protein residue on the RTPR is postulated to carry out the actual H abstraction from the substrate.These results and the conclusions drawn from them are further supported by recent experiments using [3-3H]CIUTP. Incubation of RTPR with [3-3H]CIUTP resulted in release of 3H2O, uracil, PPPi, formation of Coll and 5 deoxyadenosine. The 3H2O release confirms the enzyme's ability to cleave the 3C-H bond of a nucleotide analog. Furthermore, little if any 3H was recovered in the 5 deoxyadenosine and the rate of 3H2O release from [33H]CIUTP was 12 times faster than the rate of 3H2O release from [5-3H]AdoCbl. These observations support the conclusions drawn from data with the normal substrate; ie, AdoCbl serves as a radical chain initiator rather than a direct H abstractor from substrate.  相似文献

Imidazole fungicides such as imazalil, prochloraz, and triflurnizole and the triazole growth retardant paclobutrazol promote the shoot-inducing effect of exogenous cytokinins in Araceae, such as Spathiphyllum floribundum Schott and Anthurium andreanum Schott. The mechanism of their action could partially be based on the inhibition of gibberellic acid (GA) biosynthesis, because administration of GA3 inhibits the phenomenon completely in S. floribundum. Not only is the suppression of GA biosynthesis involved, but also the metabolism of endogenous cytokinins is significantly altered. Although the balance between isopentenyladenine, zeatin, dihydrozeatin, and their derivatives was shifted to distinguished directions by administration of BA and/or imazalil and/or GA3, no correlation between these changes in metabolic pathways and the number of shoots could be found. Production of -amylase by a strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was investigated in a cell recycle bioreactor incorporating a membrane filtration module for cell separation. Experimental fermentation studies with the B. amyloliquefaciens strain WA-4 clearly showed that incorporating cell recycling increased -amylase yield and volumetric productivity as compared to conventional continuous fermentation. The effect of operating conditions on -amylase production was difficult to demonstrate experimentally due to the problems of keeping the permeate and bleed rates constant over an extended period of time. Computer simulations were therefore undertaken to support the experimental data, as well as to elucidate the dynamics of -amylase production in the cell recycle bioreactor as compared to conventional chemostat and batch fermentations. Taken together, the simulations and experiments clearly showed that low bleed rate (high recycling ratio) various a high level of -amylase activity. The simulated fermentations revealed that this was especially pronounced at high recycling ratios. Volumetric productivity was maximum at a dilution rate of around 0.4 h–1 and a high recycling ratio. The structure of cyanobacterial phycobilisomes: a model   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
Phycobilisomes, supramolecular complexes of water-soluble accessory pigments, serve as the major light-harvesting antennae in cyanobacteria and red algae. Regular arrays of these organelles are found on the surface of the thylakoid membranes of these organisms. In the present study, the hemi-discoidal phycobilisomes of several species of cyanobacteria were examined in thin sections of cells and by negative staining after isolation and fixation. Their fundamental structures were found to be the same. Isolated phycobilisomes possessed a triangular core assembled from three stacks of disc-shaped subunits. Each stack contained two discs which were 12 nm in diameter and 6–7 nm thick. Each of these discs was probably subdivided into halves 3–3.5 nm thick. Radiating from each of two sides of the triangular core were three rods 12 nm in diameter. Each rod consisted of stacks of 2 to 6 disc-shaped subunits 6 nm thick. These discs were subdivided into halves 3 nm thick.The average number of discs of 6 nm thickness forming the peripheral rods varied among the strains studied. For certain chromatically adapting strains, the average rod length was dependent upon the wavelength of light to which cells were exposed during growth. Analyses of phycobilisomes by spectroscopic techniques, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and electron microscopy were compared. These analyses suggested that the triangular core was composed of allophycocyanin and that the peripheral rods contained phycocyanin and phycoerythrin (when present). A detailed model of the hemi-discoidal phycobilisome is proposed. In comparison to skin fibroblasts from normal subjects, those from patients with cystic fibrosis (CF): (1) bound [20-3H] phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDBu) with a higher affinity (Kd=25.8 vs 12.8 nM respectively) but expressed a similar number of total phorbol ester binding sites (about 2.5 pmol PDBu bound/mg of protein); (2) exhibited a faster and higher response to 4-phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) for the stimulation of [35S]-labelled glycoconjutate release, but were equally sensitive to the synergistic effect of A23187 on this process; and (3) secreted glycoconjugates with similar [35S]-sulfate and [14C]-leucine to [14C]-glucosamine labelling ratios. Several organochlorinated pesticides including DDT, PCBs and dieldrin have been reported to cause immune suppression and increase susceptibility to infection in animals. Often this manifestation is accompanied by atrophy of major lymphoid organs. It has been suggested that increased apoptotic cell death leading to altered T-B cell ratios, and loss of regulatory cells in critical numbers leads to perturbations in immune function. The major objective of our study was to define the mechanism by which endosulfan, an organochlorinated pesticide, induces human T-cell death using Jurkat, a human T-cell leukemic cell line, as an in vitro model. We exposed Jurkat cells to varying concentrations of endosulfan for 0-48 h and analyzed biochemical and molecular features characteristic of T-cell apoptosis. Endosulfan lowered cell viability and inhibited cell growth in a dose- and time-dependent manner. DAPI staining was used to enumerate apoptotic cells and we observed that endosulfan at 10-200 M induced a significant percentage of cells to undergo apoptotic cell death. At 48 h, more than 90% cells were apoptotic with 50 M of endosulfan. We confirmed these observations using both DNA fragmentation and annexin-V binding assays. It is now widely being accepted that mitochondria undergo major changes early during the apoptotic process. We examined mitochondrial transmembrane potential (m) in endosulfan treated cells to understand the role of the mitochondria in T-cell apoptosis. Within 30 min of chemical exposure, a significant percentage of cells exhibited a decreased incorporation of DiOC6(3), a cationic lipophilic dye into mitochondria indicating the disruption of m. This drop in m was both dose- and time-dependent and correlated well with other parameters of apoptosis. We also examined whether this occurred by the down regulation of bcl-2 protein expression that is likely to increase the susceptibility of Jurkat cells to endosulfan toxicity. Paradoxically, the intracellular expression of bcl-2 protein was elevated in a dose dependent manner suggesting endosulfan-induced apoptosis occurred by a non-bcl-2 pathway. Based on these data, as well as those reported elsewhere, we propose the following sequence of events to account for T-cell apoptosis induced by endosulfan: uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation excess ROS production GSH depletion oxidative stress disruption of m release of cytochrome C and other apoptosis related proteins to cytosol apoptosis. This study reports for the first time that endosulfan can induce apoptosis in a human T-cell leukemic cell line which may have direct relevance to loss of T cells and thymocytes in vivo. Furthermore, our data strongly support a role of mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress in endosulfan toxicity.  相似文献

The effects of lipids on the glycosylation of recombinant human interferon- expressed in a Chinese Hamster Ovary cell line were investigated in batch culture. Lipids form an essential part of the N-glycosylation pathway, and have been shown to improve cell viability. In control (serum-free) medium the proportion of fully-glycosylated interferon- deteriorated reproducibly with time in batch culture, but the lipoprotein supplement ExCyte was shown to minimise this trend. Interspecies hybrids of HbA and Hb from mouse C57BL/10 [ 2 M 2 H and 2 H 2 M (H=human, M=mouse)], representing 19 and 27 sequence differences per dimers (as compared with human dimer) have been generatedin vitro. The efficiency of the assembly of the interspecies hybrids by the alloplex intermediate pathway is about twofold higher than the low-pH-mediated subunit approach. The interspecies hybrids exhibit a cooperative O2 binding. The intrinsic O2 affinity of mouse Hb is slightly lower than HbA, while the 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (DPG) effect is comparable. Interestingly, the interspecies hybrid 2 M 2 H has high O2 affinity (compared to either human or mouse Hb), while the interspecies hybrid 2 H 2 M exhibits a very low O2 affinity. These results suggest that the mouse chain generates a tetramer with very low oxygen affinity. However, the complementarity of the mouse and chains generates a set of unique interactions that compensate for the low-oxygen-affinity propensity of the mouse chain. DPG binds the tetramer in the central cavity formed by the two subunits, hence the DPG effects on the interspecies hybrids should be as in the parent molecule. However, the results of the present study demonstrate that the DPG binding pocket is influenced by the nature of the chain present in the tetramer. The mouse chain reduces considerably the DPG right shift of the O2 affinity of the human-chain containing hybrid. Sequence analysis suggest that perturbations of the 1 1 (not the 1 2) are communicated to the DPG binding pocket in the presence of the alien subunit, and are the primary determinant of the ligand binding properties. The results have implications for the design of Hb-based blood substitutes and understanding of the inhibitory potential of mouse chains in transgenic mouse expressing human S chains.  相似文献

The fluorescent calcium-sensitive dye 1-[2-amino-5-(6-carboxyindol-2-yl)-phenoxy]-2-(2-amino-5-methylphenoxy)-ethane-N,N,N,N-tetraacetic acid (indo-1) was loaded by a transplasmalemma pH gradient into filamentous cells and protoplasts of Mougeotia scalaris, such that most of the indo-1 fluorescence originated from the cytoplasm. Incubation of M. scalaris filaments in ethylene glycol-bis(-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N,N-tetraacetic acid (EGTA)-buffered media (-log [Ca2+] (=pCa) 8 versus pCa 3) caused a consistent and significant decrease in the cytoplasmic free [Ca2+]. Pulses of the fluorescence excitation light (UV-A 365 nm, 0.7 s) caused an increase in cytoplasmic free [Ca2+] in M. scalaris that was nearly independent of the external [Ca2+] and of chloroplast dislocation by centrifugation. This calcium flux, highest in UV-A light, compared with blue or red light, probably resulted from a release of Ca2+ from intracellular stores. Increased cytoplasmic [Ca2+] may affect the velocity of chloroplast rotation since UV-A-light-mediated chloroplast movement was faster than in blue or red light. Consistently, the calcium ionophore A23187 and the calcium-channel agonist Bay-K8644 both increased the velocity of the red-light-mediated chloroplast rotation. Summary This work deals with the ability of phage 80 to provide defective mutants of with their missing functions. Functions Involved in Recombination. As shown by others, the Int mechanism of 80 cannot excise prophage . However, 80 efficiently excises recombinants from tandem dilysogens, using its Ter mechanism. Likewise, the nonspecific mechanism Red is interchangeable between 80 and . Maturation of DNA by 80. The Ter recombinants excised by 80 from tandem dilysogens are packaged into a 80 protein coat. This contrasts with the fact, already mentionned by Dove, that 80 is extremely inefficient for packaging phage superinfecting a -lysogen. The latter result is also found when the helper phage is a hybrid with the left arm of (80hy4 or 80hy41 — see Fig. 1). However, the maturation of the superinfecting is much more efficient if the 80hy used as a helper has the att-N region of (like 80hy1). Conversely a with the att-N region of 80 (hy6 — see Fig. 1) is packaged more efficiently by 80 or 80hy4 than by 80hy1. It is suggested that the maturation of chromosome superinfecting an immune cell requires a recombination with the helper phage. Vegetative Functions. Among the replicative functoons O and P, the latter only can be supplied by 80. That N mutants are efficiently helped by 80 does not tell that 80 provides the defective with an active N product; the chromosomes are simply packaged into a 80 coat. This shows that 80 is unable to switch on the late genes of . That neither 80 nor any of the 80hy tested can provide an active N product is shown in a more direct way by their complete failure to help N -r14; this phage carries a polar mutation which makes the expression of genes O and P entirely N-dependant. The maturation of a N - by 80 contrasts with the fact that mutants affected in late genes (A, F or H) are not efficiently helped by 80. This suggests that the products coded by these genes are not interchangeable between 80 and , and that packaging of DNA into 80 coats is possible but inhibited when late proteins are present in the cell. Activation of the Late Genes. Among the im 80 h + hybrids tested, only 80hy41 is able to switch on the late genes of a N defective mutant. This hybrid differs from the other hybrids studied here, by the fact that it has the Q-S-R region of (see Fig. 1). The results are consistant with the view that the product of Q gene is sufficient for activating the late genes of a DNA. N would thus control the expression of late genes only indirectly by controlling the expression of gene Q (Couturier & Dambly have independantly reached the same conclusion, 1970). Furthermore the failure of 80 and of the 80hy1 and 80hy4 to activate the late genes of would imply that these phages are unable to provide an Q product active on the chromosome Reciprocally, switches on the late genes of prophage 80hy41, but not of prophages 80hy1 and 80hy4. This suggests that the initiation of late genes expression takes place at a main specific site located in the Q-S-R region of the chromosome. The expression of the late genes would thus be sequential, and proceed through the left arm only when steaky ends cohere. Similar conclusions were reached independantly by Toussaint (1969) and by Herskowitz and Signer (1970).

The lower surface of the leaf (macrocotyledon) ofM. horsfieldii is heavily calcified. SEM investigations reveal that the cristalline depositions of CaCO3 (mainly needles, but also clump-like structures) are excreted by the head cells of two-cellular trichomhydathodes. First, a cap-like structure is formed. As the excretion continues, the cap takes on the shape of a hat with wide brim. Thus, the dense layer of CaCO3 depositions is composed of hat-like structures whose brims at least partially touch. There is no evidence for the excretion of CaCO3 by cells other than trichomhydathodes.

A filamentous fungus, Mortierella alpina 1S-4, is capable of producing not only arachidonic acid (AA; 20:4n-6) but also eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5n-3) below a cultural temperature of 20°C. Here, we describe the isolation and characterization of a gene (maw3) that encodes a novel 3-desaturase from M. alpina 1S-4. Based on the conserved sequence information for M. alpina 1S-4 12-desaturase and Saccharomyces kluyveri 3-desaturase, the 3-desaturase gene from M. alpina 1S-4 was cloned. Homology analysis of protein databases revealed that the amino acid sequence showed 51% identity, at the highest, with M. alpina 1S-4 12-desaturase, whereas it exhibited 36% identity with Sac. kluyveri 3-desaturase. The cloned cDNA was confirmed to encode the 3-desaturase by its expression in the yeast Sac. cerevisiae. Analysis of the fatty acid composition of the yeast transformant demonstrated that 18-carbon and 20-carbon n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) were accumulated through conversion of exogenous 18-carbon and 20-carbon n-6 PUFAs. The substrate specificity of the M. alpina 1S-4 3-desaturase differs from those of the known fungal 3-desaturases from Sac. kluyveri and Saprolegnia diclina. Plant, cyanobacterial and Sac. kluyveri 3-desaturases desaturate 18-carbon n-6 PUFAs, Spr. diclina 3-desaturase desaturates 20-carbon n-6 PUFAs and Caenorhabditis elegans 3-desaturase prefers 18-carbon n-6 PUFAs as substrates rather than 20-carbon n-6 PUFAs. The substrate specificity of M. alpina 1S-4 3-desaturase is rather similar to that of C. elegans 3-desaturase, but the M. alpina 3-desaturase can more effectively convert AA into EPA when expressed in yeast. The M. alpina 1S-4 3-desaturase is the first known fungal desaturase that uses both 18-carbon and 20-carbon n-6 PUFAs as substrates.  相似文献

Supernatants derived from CD8+ lymphocytes treated with mycobacterial components, or the partially purified carbohydrates from these supernatants, increased the production of IL-4 and IL-6 by mononuclear cells. The addition of anti-IL4 or anti-IL6 antibodies to LPS stimulated MN cells incubated with supernatants from CD8+ lymphocytes or carbohydrates resulted in the restoration of other cytokine production by these MN cells. Recombinant IL-4 and IL-6 on their own suppressed the production of IL-1, TNF-, IL-2 and IFN- by mononuclear cells. Such suppression could be reversed with antibodies to IL-4 and IL-6. The addition of rIL-4 and rIL-6 did not increase the suppression of cytokine production induced by suppressor supernatants or carbohydrates. Interleukin 4 decreased the production of IL-6 by MN cells; whilst IL-6 suppressed IL-4 production in a dose dependent manner. Both effects could be reversed with the appropriate antisera. Our results suggest that mycobacteria could evade host immunity by inducing the production of IL-4 and IL-6 by host mononuclear cells. The effect of ATP on the fluorescence intensity of bovine heart F1-adenosinetriphosphatase labeled at its essential Lys with 7-chloro-4-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (N-NBD-F1) has been examined in solutions containing different concentrations of ADP. The fluorescence of N-NBD-F1 is unaffected by ATP in the absence of ADP. But when increasing amounts of ATP are added to a solution of N-NBD-F1 containing 0.37 or 1.0 mM ADP, the fluorescence of N-NBD-F1 first decreases and then increases continually as the concentration of ATP is further raised. Parallel measurements of the suppression of the fluorescence of N-NBD-F1 and the inhibition of the ATPase activity of the unlabeled enzyme by ADP in the presence of ATP show a quantitative correlation between the changes in fluorescence and in ATPase activity. The data are consistent with the model for F1-ATPase with one principal catalytic subunit for ATP hydrolysis and synthesis, and two auxiliary subunits which control the conformation and hence the catalytic activity of through interaction between all the subunits.  相似文献

A folate-binding protein (binder) from human choroid plexus was solubilized with Triton X-100 and partially purified in three steps: (1) affinity chromatography, (2) Sephadex G-200 column chromatography, and (3) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. When the partially purified binder was subjected to sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the binding activity was located in the region of the gel with a molecular weight between 45,000 and 60,000. The specific activity of the binder after the three purification steps was 1.2 g folic acid/mg protein, a 316-fold purification. Binding activity of the partially purified binder decreased below pH 6.0 and above pH 8.0 was unaffected by treatment with ribonuclease or deoxyribonuclease, but was abolished with trypsin, chymotrypsin, or protease (Streptomyces griesus). The binding of folic acid to the human binder was inhibited by folate > H4-folate > methyl-H4-folate dihydrofolate pteroic acid methotrexate aminopterin.  相似文献

The composition of 15 V T gene subfamilies has been examined by Southern hybridization among a broad spectrum of colony bred rat and mouse species extending phylogenetically from Rattus to Mus musculus domesticus. Most mouse species contain a similar content of V T genes as determined by the number of hybridizing restriction fragment (RF) bands. Furthermore, the extent of restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) appears to be limited. Some V T gene families, however, are missing from Rattus (VT7, V T12) and M. shortridgei (V T9, V T16). Extension of the V T survey to a panel of 38 wild-caught mice reveals that nearly a third lack specific hybridization to the V T5 probe. Previous reports have established that the mouse inbred strains SJL, C57BR, C57L, and SWR lack 50% of their V T repertoire, including V T5 (Behlke et al. 1985). This study demonstrates that natural populations of mice also carry a significantly reduced V T gene repertoire.  相似文献
