In this study, we report on novel alterations found in rat intracranial (i.c.) tumor-infiltrating T lymphocytes (TIL) that are indicative of T cell defects and death. FACS analysis showed that the cytotoxic T cells (CTL) infiltrating rat T9.F gliomas were CD3ɛ+, αβTCR+, CD8α +, but CD8β . These lymphocytes also stained positive for the B cell-specific marker, CD45RA, as well as Annexin-V, signifying apoptotic changes. Functional and biochemical analyses were performed to assess whether the aberrant phenotype was linked to other defects. When CD8α + TIL were purified and stimulated in vitro, their proliferative capacity was markedly diminished in comparison with CD3+CD8α +CD8β + T cells isolated from the spleens of naive, non tumor-bearing rats. Furthermore, the mean fluorescence intensity of surface CD3ɛ was dramatically reduced in the CD3+CD8α +CD8β TIL population as compared with CD3+CD8α +CD8β + TIL from the same tumor-bearing animal. Biochemical studies revealed that the expression of TCRζ and LAT were reduced in lysates generated from CD8α-purified TIL with respect to CD8α-purified T cells from naive spleen. We believe that these degenerative changes are reflective of chronic T cell receptor ligation, because in vitro culture of rat splenocytes or purified T cells with ConA or anti-CD3 mAb induced the same alterations. In vitro, the downregulation of CD8β could be inhibited by the caspase inhibitor, z-VAD. These results suggest that the aberrant CTL phenotype found in the TIL of glioma-bearing rats may be novel signals for their impending death and degenerating anti-tumor immune function. Palytoxin (PTX) opens a pathway for ions to pass through Na,K-ATPase. We investigate here whether PTX also acts on nongastric H,K-ATPases. The following combinations of cRNA were expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes: Bufo marinus bladder H,K-ATPase α2- and Na,K-ATPase β2-subunits; Bufo Na,K-ATPase α1- and Na,K-ATPase β2-subunits; and Bufo Na,K-ATPase β2-subunit alone. The response to PTX was measured after blocking endogenous Xenopus Na,K-ATPase with 10 μm ouabain. Functional expression was confirmed by measuring 86Rb uptake. PTX (5 nm) produced a large increase of membrane conductance in oocytes expressing Bufo Na,K-ATPase, but no significant increase occurred in oocytes expressing Bufo H,K-ATPase or in those injected with Bufo β2-subunit alone. Expression of the following combinations of cDNA was investigated in HeLa cells: rat colonic H,K-ATPase α1-subunit and Na,K-ATPase β1-subunit; rat Na,K-ATPase α2-subunit and Na,K-ATPase β2-subunit; and rat Na,K-ATPase β1- or Na,K-ATPase β2-subunit alone. Measurement of increases in 86Rb uptake confirmed that both rat Na,K and H,K pumps were functional in HeLa cells expressing rat colonic HKα1/NKβ1 and NKα2/NKβ2. Whole-cell patch-clamp measurements in HeLa cells expressing rat colonic HKα1/NKβ1 exposed to 100 nm PTX showed no significant increase of membrane current, and there was no membrane conductance increase in HeLa cells transfected with rat NKβ1- or rat NKβ2-subunit alone. However, in HeLa cells expressing rat NKα2/NKβ2, outward current was observed after pump activation by 20 mm K+ and a large membrane conductance increase occurred after 100 nm PTX. We conclude that nongastric H,K-ATPases are not sensitive to PTX when expressed in these cells, whereas PTX does act on Na,K-ATPase.  相似文献

Injection of the superantigen staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) activates both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells expressing certain families of T cell receptor (TCR) variable-region β (Vβ) chain. T cells respond with profound cytokine production and induction of cytotoxicity. Repeated injections, however, cause deletion and anergy of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, resulting in reduced frequency of SEA-responsive cells TCR-Vβ11+ as well as reduced cytokine levels in serum upon challenge with SEA. Exogenous interleukin-2 (IL-2) in vivo rescued SEA-responsive CD4+ and CD8+ cells from SEA-induced deletion and/or increase expansion of SEA-primed cells as well as preventing down-regulation of endogenous IL-2 production in vivo. Combined treatment with SEA and IL-2 also superinduced production of important cytokines for the cytotoxic function of T cells, tumour necrosis factor α, interferon γ and IL-6, on a cellular level. These studies show that continuous stimulation with IL-2 in vivo could be useful for superantigen-based immunotherapy by induction of excessive T cell activation and by prevention of the development of T cell deletion and anergy. CD8+ T cell function depends on a finely orchestrated balance of activation/suppression signals. While the stimulatory role of the CD8 co-receptor and pleiotropic capabilities of TGF-β have been studied individually, the influence of CD8 co-receptor on TGF-β function in CD8+ T cells is unknown. Here, we show that while CD8 enhances T cell activation, it also enhances susceptibility to TGF-β-mediated immune suppression. Using Jurkat cells expressing a full-length, truncated or no αβCD8 molecule, we demonstrate that cells expressing full-length αβCD8 were highly susceptible, αβCD8-truncated cells were partially susceptible, and CD8-deficient cells were completely resistant to suppression by TGF-β. Additionally, we determined that inhibition of Lck rendered mouse CD8+ T cells highly resistant to TGF-β suppression. Resistance was not associated with TGF-β receptor expression but did correlate with decreased Smad3 and increased Smad7 levels. These findings highlight a previously unrecognized third role for CD8 co-receptor which appears to prepare activated CD8+ T cells for response to TGF-β. Based on the important role which TGF-β-mediated suppression plays in tumor immunology, these findings unveil necessary considerations in formulation of CD8+ T cell-related cancer immunotherapy strategies.  相似文献

BALB/c-derived tumor cells were transfected with recombinantEscherichia coli β-galactosidase (β-gal) genes which were inserted into IgM heavy chain gene derivatives, leading to expression of the resulting fusion protein in different cellular compartments. A β-gal-specific, major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I-restricted CD8+CD4 cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) line of BALB/c origin raised against one transfectant expressing cytoplasmic β-gal also lysed transfectants expressing β-gal as membrane-inserted fusion protein, as well as transfectants secreting β-gal. Our data show that MHC class I-restricted CTL can recognize fragments of nonviral cellular proteins, be they expressed as intracellular, membrane-inserted, or secreted products. The findings confirm and extend a hypothesis on the nature of minor histocompatibility (H) antigens formulated earlier.  相似文献

Either folic or folinic acid enhanced the antimetastatic activity of recombinant murine interferon β (rMuIFNβ) toward highly metastatic colon carcinoma 26 (Co 26Lu). Folinic acid administered with rMuIFNβ markedly increased asialoGM1+CD4+ and asialoGM1+CD8+ T cell production in the peritoneal cavity but not in the thymus and spleen. Peritoneal cells expressed killing activity toward Co 26Lu cells in vitro. In athymic nude mice, the above combination produced many asialoGM1+CD4+ and few asialoGM1+CD8+ T cells in the peritoneal cavity, but did not decrease lung metastatic colonies. AsialoGM1+CD4+ T cells would thus appear to have no or only very weak killing activity toward these tumor cells. The antimetastatic activity of folinic acid with rMuIFNβ was significantly decreased with anti-asialoGM1 and anti-CD8 antibodies. Inactivated CD8+ and asialoGM1+ cells cease to have killing activity toward Co 26Lu cells as shown by Winn’s assay. AsialoGM1+CD8+ cell production was markedly induced in the peritoneal cavity by treatment with rMuIFNβ and folinic acid. AsialoGM1+CD8+ T cells may be inhibiting lung metastasis of Co 26Lu. Folinic acid and interferon are used in combination therapy with 5-fluorouracil for biochemical modulation. Folinic acid with interferon, as adjuvant therapy, may promote the induction of CD8+ T cell production with consequent prevention of metastasis. Objective Chronic inflammation and cancer development are associated with dysregulated immune responses and the presence of regulatory T cells (Treg). To study the role of Treg in tumor cell escape from immune surveillance, an in vitro model simulating the tumor microenvironment and promoting the induction and expansion of IL-10+ Treg type 1 (Tr1) was established. Methods An in vitro co-culture system (IVA) included an irradiated head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cell line, immature dendritic cells (iDC), CD4+CD25T cells and cytokines, IL-2 (10 IU/ml), IL-10 (20 IU/ml), IL-15 (20 IU/ml) ± 1 nM rapamycin. Autologous iDC and CD4+CD25 T cells were obtained from the peripheral blood of 15 normal donors. Co-cultures were expanded for 10 days. Proliferating lymphocytes were phenotyped by multi-color flow cytometry. Their suppressor function was measured in CFSE inhibition assays ± neutralizing anti-IL-10 mAb and using transwell cultures. Culture supernatants were tested for IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β and IFN-γ in ELISA. Results In the IVA, low doses of IL-2, IL-10 and IL-15 promoted induction and expansion of CD3+CD4+CD25IL2Rβ+IL2Rγ+FoxP3+CTLA-4+IL-10+ cells with suppressor activity (mean suppression ± SD = 58 ± 12%). These suppressor cells produced IL-10 (mean ± SD = 535 ± 12 pg/ml) and TGF-β (mean ± SD = 512 ± 38 pg/ml), but no IL-4 or IFN-γ. Suppressor function of co-cultures correlated with the percent of expanding IL-10+ Tr1 cells (r 2 = 0.9; P < 0.001). The addition of rapamycin enriched Tr1 cells in all co-cultures. Neutralizing anti-IL-10 mAb abolished suppressive activity. Suppression was cell-contact independent. Conclusion The tumor microenvironment promotes generation of Tr1 cells which have the phenotype distinct from that of CD4+CD25highFoxP3+ nTreg and mediate IL-10 dependent immune suppression in a cell-contact independent manner. Tr1 cells may play a critical role in cancer progression.  相似文献

Introduction

CD25+ FOXP3+ CD4+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) are induced by transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) and further expanded by retinoic acid (RA). We have previously shown that this process was defective in T cells from lupus-prone mice expressing the novel isoform of the Pbx1 gene, Pbx1-d. This study tested the hypothesis that CD4+ T cells from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients exhibited similar defects in Treg induction in response to TGFβ and RA, and that PBX1-d expression is associated with this defect.  相似文献

CD4+ T cells contribute importantly to the antitumor T cell response, and thus, long peptides comprising CD4 and CD8 epitopes may be efficient cancer vaccines. We have previously identified an overexpressed antigen in melanoma, MELOE-1, presenting a CD8+ T cell epitope, MELOE-136–44, in the HLA-A*0201 context. A T cell repertoire against this epitope is present in HLA-A*0201+ healthy subjects and melanoma patients and the adjuvant injection of TIL containing MELOE-1 specific CD8+ T cells to melanoma patients was shown to be beneficial. In this study, we looked for CD4+ T cell epitopes in the vicinity of the HLA-A*0201 epitope. Stimulation of PBMC from healthy subjects with MELOE-126–46 revealed CD4 responses in multiple HLA contexts and by cloning responsive CD4+ T cells, we identified one HLA-DRβ1*1101-restricted and one HLA-DQβ1*0603-restricted epitope. We showed that the two epitopes could be efficiently presented to CD4+ T cells by MELOE-1-loaded dendritic cells but not by MELOE-1+ melanoma cell-lines. Finally, we showed that the long peptide MELOE-122–46, containing the two optimal class II epitopes and the HLA-A*0201 epitope, was efficiently processed by DC to stimulate CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses in vitro, making it a potential candidate for melanoma vaccination.  相似文献

IL-32 is a newly described cytokine in the human found to be an in vitro inducer of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα). We examined the in vivo relationship between IL-32 and TNFα, and the pathologic role of IL-32 in the TNFα-related diseases – arthritis and colitis. We demonstrated by quantitative PCR assay that IL-32 mRNA was expressed in the lymphoid tissues, and in stimulated peripheral T cells, monocytes, and B cells. Activated T cells were important for IL-32 mRNA expression in monocytes and B cells. Interestingly, TNFα reciprocally induced IL-32 mRNA expression in T cells, monocyte-derived dendritic cells, and synovial fibroblasts. Moreover, IL-32 mRNA expression was prominent in the synovial tissues of rheumatoid arthritis patients, especially in synovial-infiltrated lymphocytes by in situ hybridization. To examine the in vivo relationship of IL-32 and TNFα, we prepared an overexpression model mouse of human IL-32β (BM-hIL-32) by bone marrow transplantation. Splenocytes of BM-hIL-32 mice showed increased expression and secretion of TNFα, IL-1β, and IL-6 especially in response to lipopolysaccharide stimulation. Moreover, serum TNFα concentration showed a clear increase in BM-hIL-32 mice. Cell-sorting analysis of splenocytes showed that the expression of TNFα was increased in resting F4/80+ macrophages, and the expression of TNFα, IL-1β and IL-6 was increased in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated F4/80+ macrophages and CD11c+ dendritic cells. In fact, BM-hIL-32 mice showed exacerbation of collagen-antibody-induced arthritis and trinitrobenzen sulfonic acid-induced colitis. In addition, the transfer of hIL-32β-producing CD4+ T cells significantly exacerbated collagen-induced arthritis, and a TNFα blockade cancelled the exacerbating effects of hIL-32β. We therefore conclude that IL-32 is closely associated with TNFα, and contributes to the exacerbation of TNFα-related inflammatory arthritis and colitis.  相似文献

Na+/K+-ATPase plays a key role in the transport of Na+ throughout the nephron, but ageing appears to be accompanied by changes in the regulation and localization of the pump. In the present study, we examined the effect of in vitro cell ageing on the transport of Na+ and K+ ions in opossum kidney (OK) cells in culture. Cells were aged by repeated passing, and Na+/K+-ATPase activity and K+ conductance were evaluated using electrophysiological methods. Na+K+-ATPase α1– and β1-subunit expression was quantified by Western blot techniques. Na+/H+ exchanger activity, changes in membrane potential, cell viability, hydrogen peroxide production and cellular proliferation were determined using fluorimetric assays. In vitro cell ageing is accompanied by an increase in transepithelial Na+ transport, which results from an increase in the number of Na+/K+-ATPase α1- and β1-subunits, in the membrane. Increases in Na+/K+-ATPase activity were accompanied by increases in K+ conductance as a result of functional coupling between Na+/K+-ATPase and basolateral K+ channels. Cell depolarization induced by both KCl and ouabain was more pronounced in aged cells. No changes in Na+/H+ exchanger activity were observed. H2O2 production was increased in aged cells, but exposure for 5 days to 1 and 10 μM of H2O2 had no effect on Na+/K+-ATPase expression. Ouabain (100 nM) increased α1-subunit, but not β1-subunit, Na+/K+-ATPase expression in aged cells only. These cells constitute an interesting model for the study of renal epithelial cell ageing.  相似文献

The mechanism responsible for tissue specific localization of γδ T cell subsets is not well understood. In order to explain the sequestration of specific γδ T cell subsets in the peripheral blood and tumor tissue of patients with esophageal cancer, we examined the function and expression of adhesion molecules on these cells. A hierarchy in the expression of adhesion molecules was observed. In vitro activated γδ T cells showed dominant expression of LFA-1 (CD11a), VLA-α4 (CD49d), intermediate expression of VLA-α5 (CD49e) and L-selectin (CD62L), but low expression of CD44v6 and αEβ7 (CD103). It was observed that the γδ T cells use LFA-1, L-selectin and CD44v6 to bind to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) cells, whereas they adhere to fibroblast cells using LFA-1, VLA-α4 and VLA-α5. Vδ1 T cell subsets from the peripheral blood γδ T cells utilize a larger array of adhesion molecules, namely LFA-1, VLA-α4, VLA-α5, L-selectin and αEβ7, to bind to SCC cells compared to the restricted usage of LFA-1, L-selectin and CD44v6 by the Vδ2 T cells. Flow cytometric analysis of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes from the esophageal tumors confirmed the selective accumulation of Vδ1+γδ T cells in the tumor compartment. It thus appears that adhesion molecules expressed on these lymphocytes play an important role in the recruitment and retention of Vδ1 T cells in the tumor milieu. To evaluate a possible role for β-endorphin in the stress-induced modulation of natural killer (NK) cells, immunologically competent blood cells were followed in eight male volunteers administered either Naloxone or saline (control) during head-up tilt maintained until the appearance of presyncopal symptoms (PS). The PS appeared more rapidly with Naloxone compared to control [5.7 (SEM 1.1) vs 22.3 (SEM 5.1) min; P = 0.01]. The NK cell activity increased threefold during PS partly due to an increase in CD16+ and CD56+ NK cells in blood. In support, NK cell activity boosted with interferon-α and interleukin 2 rose in parallel with unboosted NK cell activity and NK cell concentration and activities returned to the baseline level after 105 min. The total lymphocyte count and the concentrations of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, and CD56+ cells increased during PS. Head-up tilt also induced an increase in plasma adrenaline concentration during control PS and a rise in plasma cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone concentrations up to 30 min thereafter, whereas no significant changes were found in plasma concentrations of noradrenaline, growth hormone, or β-endorphin. The results would indicate an influence of endorphin on the increase in plasma adrenaline concentration during head-up tilt and at the same time contra-indicate a significant role for adrenaline in the provocation of PS. The influence of head-up tilt on plasma β-endorphin was too small to influence the modulation of the cellular immune system. Accepted: 22 May 1997  相似文献

The influence of β-chain diversity on the expressed T-cell receptor (TCR) α-chain repertoire was investigated using transgenic mice which exclusively express a single rearranged TCR β-chain gene. Analysis of these mice using α-chain-specific recombinant cDNA libraries showed that expression of the transgene-encoded β chain results in significant skewing in Tcra-V gene segment usage vs nontransgenic mice. Skewing was most pronounced towards α chains using TCRA-V segments. Sequence analysis of Tcra-V8-containing genes from transgenic T cells revealed predominant use of a single Tcra-J segment (Tcra-J24), which was not detected in Tcra-V8 containing genes isolated from nontransgenic T cells. Further analysis revealed that co-expression of Tcra-V8 with Tcra-J24 in β-transgenic mice is exhibited almost exclusively by CD4+ T cells, and is associated with a limited number of closely related N-regions. Analysis of transgenic CD8+ T cells demonstrated predominant co-expression of Tcra-V8 with another Tcra-J (Tcra-J30), together with a different, limited N-region sequence. We conclude that the composition of expressed β chains can profoundly influence the selection of companion α chains expressed in the periphery, and that α-chain N and J regions play a crucial role in discriminating between class I vs class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-restricted recognition. Further, these results are in agreement with recent data concerning the crystal structure of the TCR, and most consistent with a model for TCR structure in which the complementarity determining region (CDR)3α domain participates in direct contact with the MHC. Summary The present investigation was undertaken to examine the usefulness of cultured human sweat duct cells for ion transport and related studies in the genetic disease, cystic fibrosis. Electrical properties of cultured duct (CD) cells were compared with electrical properties of microperfused duct (MPD) cells. The resting apical membrane potential (V a ) of the CD cells was −26.4±0.9 mV,n=158 cells as compared to −24.3±0.6 mV,n=105 of MPD cells. The Na+−K+ pump inhibitor ouabain, when applied to the apical surface of the CD cells and basolateral surface of MPD cells, depolarized both CD cells (from −28.6±3.6 to −16.8±2.4 mV,n=5) and MPD cells (from −23.8±0.5 mV to −19.5±1.8 mV,n=6). The Na+ conductance inhibitor amiloride applied to the apical surface hyperpolarized the apical membrane potentials (Va) of CD cells and MPD cells by −13.2±1.4 mV,n=43 and −34.3±3.1 mV,n=19), respectively, indicating the presence of amiloride sensitive Na+ channels in both groups of cells. However, the amiloride sensitivity of CD cells was dependent on the age of the culture. Cl substitution at the apical side by the impermeant anion gluconate depolarized the V a of CD cells and MPD cells by 12.2±0.9 mV,n=32 and 37.9±4.3 mV,n=12, respectively. The effect of β-adrenergic agonist isoproterenol (IPR), was inconsistent. In CD cells, IPR either hyperpolarized (ΔV a =−8.3±1.2mV,n=5) or depolarized (ΔV a =8.2±2.3 mV,n=4) or had no effect,n=2. In contrast, most of the MPD cells did not respond to IPR, but three cells had a varied response to IPR. Our results suggest that CD cells, like MPD cells, retain significant Na+ and Cl conductances. CD cells seem to have developed a higher sensitivity to β-adrenergic stimulation in tissue culture as compared to MPD cells. The Na,K-ATPase is a major ion transport protein found in higher eukaryotic cells. The enzyme is composed of two subunits, α and β, and tissue-specific isoforms exist for each of these, α1, α2 and α3 and β1, β2 and β3. We have proposed that an additional α isoform, α4, exists based on genomic and cDNA cloning. The mRNA for this gene is expressed in rats and humans, exclusively in the testis, however the expression of a corresponding protein has not been demonstrated. In the current study, the putative α4 isoform has been functionally characterized as a novel isoform of the Na,K-ATPase in both rat testis and in α4 isoform cDNA transfected 3T3 cells. Using an α4 isoform-specific polyclonal antibody, the protein for this novel isoform is detected for the first time in both rat testis and in transfected cell lines. Ouabain binding competition assays reveal the presence of high affinity ouabain receptors in both rat testis and in transfected cell lines that have identical K D values. Further studies of this high affinity ouabain receptor show that it also has high affinities for both Na+ and K+. The results from these experiments definitively demonstrate the presence of a novel isoform of the Na,K-ATPase in testis. Received: 4 December 1998/Revised: 1 February 1999  相似文献

The immunological properties of tumor-infiltrating (TIL) and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) from 29 patients with renal cell carcinomas were characterized with respect to their phenotypic expression and cytokine production. TIL were isolated from mechanically disaggregated tumor material and PBL from peripheral blood by gradient centrifugation. To eliminate all non-lymphoid cells, CD3-positive cells were specifically separated from these cell fractions with anti-CD3 magnetic beads. These pure CD3-positive PBL (CD3+PBL) and TIL (CD3+TIL) were cultured with pokeweed mitogen and the levels of the cytokines interleukin-1α (IL-1α), IL-1β, IL-2, interferon γ (IFNγ), and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) measured in the 4-day post-inductional cell culture supernatants. In all cell cultures a wide range of cytokine values was found, indicating a large variation in the immunological activity of the lymphocytes of each individual. When the cell cultures of the CD3+TIL and CD3+PBL were compared in each patient similar values for IL-1α, IL-1β, IFNγ and TNFα were found. However CD3+TIL produced significantly lower levels of IL-2 than CD3+PBL upon mitogenic stimulation. This may be due to a lower CD4/CD8 ratio in the CD3+TIL as compared to the CD3+PBL. These results suggest that there are no fundamental qualitative and quantitative differences in the lymphokine-producing capacity of CD3+TIL and CD3+PBL derived from patients with renal cell carcinomas. Little is known about the nature of the mucosa-associated immune system within the normal colon, or about the immune response to colon carcinoma. In this study inflammatory cells (ICs) in 14 normal colons and 14 carcinomas were characterized. Overall inflammation, lymphocytes, plasma cells, neutrophils, and eosinophils were graded in routine H & E sections. Frozen sections were stained by an immunoperoxidase technique using antibodies to the T cell associated antigens CD2, CD7, CD4, CD8, and T cell receptors αβ and γδ. B cells were identified with CD20, macrophages with CD68, and Class II antigen with anti-HLA DR. Each cell type was semiquantitatively graded in 10 high power fields (HPFs) in the lumenal half (LH) or basal half (BH) of the normal mucosae, and in epithelium or stroma of the carcinomas. In normal colons, ICs were more frequent in LH than in BH. Plasma cells, lymphocytes and monocytes predominated. Subtyping of lymphocytes showed that CD4+ TCR αβ+ T lymphocytes were most numerous in the lamina propria. Lymphocytes within the epithelium were CD8+ T cells. Around carcinomas the overall grade of ICs was 1+ in the majority of cases. Plasma cells, CD4+ and CD8+ cells with the TCR αβ receptor, and macrophages were most frequent. Lymphoid aggregates of both T and B cells were frequent. Conclusions: 1. Normal colon contains a diffuse lumenally oriented population of TCR αβ+ CD4+ T cells, plasma cells, macrophages and class II antigen-expressing cells in the lamina propria. Intraepithelial lymphocytes are of the T suppressor phenotype. CD4+ T cells, macrophages and HLG-DR+ cells predominate in the response to colon carcinomas.  相似文献
