不同饵料和水温对口虾蛄成活、生长及育肥性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为比较不同饵料、水温对口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)在越冬期间生长育肥及性腺发育的影响,选用当年池塘养殖口虾蛄[初始体重(21.99±4.86)g,n=600]为研究对象,在养殖设施相同条件下,研究了在自然水温(7.7~13.6℃)和加温(17.1~20.9℃)条件下投喂去壳蛤蜊(Ruditapes philippinarum)和冰鲜杂鱼对口虾蛄的成活率、体长、体宽、体重、性腺指数、肌肉指数及可食率等7项指标的影响。实验共分常温蛤蜊、常温冰鲜杂鱼、加温蛤蜊和加温冰鲜杂鱼4个实验组,实验周期为90 d。结果显示:(1)加温可使口虾蛄成活率显著降低,温度是影响口虾蛄越冬成活的重要因素之一;(2)在整个实验过程中口虾蛄的体长、体宽和体重3项生物学指标均随实验天数的增加呈增长趋势,但各指标不同时间均不存在显著性差异(P 0.05);(3)常温条件比加温条件更有益于口虾蛄性腺指数的增加,其中以常温投喂去壳蛤蜊的效果最好,其性腺指数平均可达14.53%(♀)和7.69%(♂);(4)在整个实验过程中,口虾蛄的肌肉指数随实验进行总体呈上升趋势,除常温蛤蜊与加温蛤蜊实验组间的口虾蛄可食率存在显著性差异(P 0.05)外,其他各实验组两两之间均不存在显著性差异(P0.05);(5)不同饵料和水温的交互影响结果表明,温度是影响口虾蛄性腺指数的重要因素(P 0.01),饵料仅对雌性口虾蛄性腺指数产生显著性影响(P 0.01)。实验结果表明,相对于加温环境,常温环境基本能满足口虾蛄越冬期间的生长和育肥的需求,特别是在10~13℃的水温条件;与冰鲜杂鱼相比,摄食去壳蛤蜊更有利于口虾蛄的性腺发育积累。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted in weanling pigs (Landrace × Yorkshire × Duroc) to evaluate the effects of dietary iron levels on growth performance, hematological status, liver mineral concentration, fecal microflora, and diarrhea incidence. One hundred and forty-four piglets (initial BW 5.96 ± 0.93kg) were randomly allotted to one of the four dietary treatments on the basis of their body weights. The basal diets for each phase (phase 1: days0 to 14; phase 2: days15 to 28) were formulated to contain minimal Fe and then supplemented with gradient levels of Fe (0, 50, 100, and 250mg/kg) from ferrous sulfate. Feces were collected on days14 and 28 and used for the analysis of microbial count and trace minerals. Eight piglets from each treatment (two piglets per pen) were bled at 0, 7, 14, 21, and 28days to determine their hematological and plasma Fe status. In addition, two piglets from each pen (eight piglets per treatment) were killed at days14 and 28 to determine liver mineral concentrations. Pigs fed supplemental 250ppm Fe showed lowest overall average daily gain (linear, p = 0.036). Diarrhea incidence was linearly increased (p < 0.001) with supplemental Fe level. On days14, coliform population in normal feces was increased (p = 0.036) linearly with supplemental Fe level, and there were higher (p = 0.043) coliform population and lower (p < 0.001) Bifidobacterium spp. in the diarrhea feces. Supplemental Fe linearly (p < 0.05) improved the total red blood cells, hemoglobin, plasma, and liver (p = 0.109) Fe status of pigs and also increased (linear and quadratic, p < 0.001) the fecal excretion of Fe on days14 and 28. It is concluded that increasing the dietary iron levels in piglets improved their hematological status and liver Fe content; however, higher dietary Fe levels might also be associated with the increased diarrhea incidence.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to study the effects of dietary manganese levels on growth performance, nutrients digestibility, and N balance of minks during growing period. In experiment 1, 75 healthy male minks (60 days old) were selected and randomly divided into five groups with different types of diet. The diet was supplemented with 0 (control), 50, 100, 300, and 600 ppm of manganese as MnSO4 of dry matter (DM) in basic diet, respectively. From early July to middle September, the results showed that the final body weights of minks were significantly affected by diets (P?<?0.05). Average daily gains (ADG) were significantly higher in the 300-ppm manganese group than those in other groups. The ratio of feed to body weight gain (F/G) was significantly affected by manganese level (P?<?0.05). In experiment 2, 45 male minks (75 days old) with the same body weight were selected from each group of experiment 1 to carry out the nutrient digestion and N-balance tests which lasted for 4 days for the collection of the feces and urine, and the diets and treatment codes were same as in experiment 1. The results showed that no significant differences were found in DM, crude protein (CP), and crude carbohydrate (CC) digestibility among all groups (P?>?0.05), but ether extract (EE) and gross energy (GE) digestibility were all the highest in the 300-ppm group. N intake and fecal N were similar among all groups (P?>?0.05). Urinary N was lower in the 300-ppm group; in contrast, N retention was higher in this group (P?<?0.05). In conclusion of experiment 1 and experiment 2, the diet supplemented with 300 ppm of manganese (as manganese sulfate) could improve the growth performance and increase the EE and GE digestibility of mink during the growing period and moreover reduce the nitrogen emissions to the environment, and the optimal total manganese level in mink’s diet was 409.16 in DM during the growing period.  相似文献

以毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)实生苗为材料,采用Hoagland营养液水培方法,研究不同磷浓度下毛竹生长、根系发育、激素含量等的差异。结果表明:磷浓度较低时,可以促进毛竹实生苗根系长度及根系总表面积的增长。随着磷浓度的增加,实生苗生物量干重及根冠比呈先上升后下降趋势,磷浓度为1 mmol L-1时达到最大。无磷处理时,根中的IAA、ZR、GA3和ABA等4种内源激素含量随着处理时间的延长均先升高再降低;其他浓度磷处理根中IAA、ZR和GA3(0.5 mmol L-1磷除外)含量随着处理时间的延长大致呈先降低后升高的趋势,而ABA(0.5 mmol L-1磷除外)含量随着处理时间的延长变化不明显。不同浓度磷处理,叶片中IAA、GA3和ABA含量总体上呈下降趋势,ZR含量总体上呈上升趋势。以上结果表明不同浓度的磷处理对毛竹内源激素含量的变化有显著的影响,而内源激素含量变化与毛竹实生苗根系变化密切相关。  相似文献

This experiment was carried out to test the null hypothesis that intramuscular trivalent chromium administration would not remove lipids from the heart and ascending aorta of the hyoercholesterolemic rabbits and would not lower their serum cholesterol levels. A novel computer-based method, previously described, was used to assess the sizes of the intracardiac and aortic lesions. Clinical chemistry and histopathology were performed through routine methods. The sizes of the lipid deposits in the coronary vasculature of the hypercholesterolemic rabbits were greatly reduced as a result of the intramuscular chromium chloride injections. Lipid deposits in the ascending aorta were similarly reduced, as well as the serum cholesterol concentrations. The terminal serum chromium concentrations in the chromium-treated group were in the range of 3,258–4,513 μg/L, whereas, in the untreated animals, the concentrations were 3.2 to 6.3 μg/L. The general condition of the chromium-treated animals was good and they were continuing to gain weight up to the time they were killed. However, it was found that their liver function tests had become abnormal even though there was no evidence of hepatic histopathological lesions specifically affecting the chromium-treated group. The kidney function tests and histopathology were normal. These findings suggest that a more aggressive approach than those tried hitherto might be useful in treating atherosclerotic human patients with chromium.  相似文献

Lead (Pb) is a ubiquitous and toxic heavy metal and it can damage the immune system in humans and animals. Many researchers have reported that Selenium (Se) could possess various pharmacological effects in mammals. However, few studies have been carried out to investigate the protective role of Se in birds, especially in chickens. In this study, we investigated the protective effects of Se against Pb-induced inflammatory responses and the expression of heat shock proteins (HSPs) in peripheral blood neutrophils. One hundred eighty Hy-Line brown chickens were randomly divided into the control group (Con group), Se supplementation group (+Se group), Pb supplementation group (+Pb group), and the Se and Pb compound group (Se+Pb group). On the 90th day of the experiment, the peripheral blood was collected to extract neutrophils, and then, the levels of HSPs and cytokines were examined. The results showed that, after Pb treatment, the levels of IL-(1β, 1R, 4, 8, 10, and 12β), TGF-β4, and HSP (27, 40, 60, 70, and 90) mRNA were significantly increased and levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ mRNA were decreased compared with those in the control group. Compared with the control group, the protein levels of HSP60 and HSP70 were also increased in the Pb treatment group. Co-administration of Se (1 mg/kg/day) and Pb resulted in a reversal of the Pb-induced cytokine changes in neutrophils accompanied by a significant decrease in HSPs. Our study demonstrated that Pb could decrease the immune function via changing the expression of cytokines and HSPs in chicken neutrophils, but Se could relieve the toxic effect induced by Pb.  相似文献

本文研究了不同强化饵料对匙吻鲟(Polyodon spathala)仔鱼生长和发育的影响,实验采用蛋黄或鱼油强化卤虫无节幼体或桡足幼体为饵料的共6个实验组,即未强化卤虫组、蛋黄强化卤虫组、鱼油强化卤虫组和未强化桡足幼体组、蛋黄强化桡足幼体组、鱼油强化桡足幼体组,对匙吻鲟仔鱼开口驯化14 d,动态监测和统计不同饵料组匙吻鲟仔鱼的生长和存活情况,并对消化酶活性进行相关性分析。体重、体长、日增重和存活率4个指标,均为桡足幼体组显著高于卤虫组(P0.05),尤其在存活率方面,鱼油强化卤虫组不足50%,而未强化桡足幼体组最高可达86.59%;不同饵料组生长模式方程都获得较好的拟合,从体重和体长生长曲线看,桡足幼体组从饲喂8天起体长和体重进入快速生长期,而卤虫组生长一直相对缓慢;胃蛋白酶活性在未强化桡足幼体组显著高于其他组(P0.05),不同饵料组对仔鱼的淀粉酶活性无显著性影响。结果表明,在匙吻鲟仔鱼开口期以桡足幼体开口饵料驯化效果较好,特别是未强化桡足幼体组仔鱼的存活率高,鱼油强化桡足幼体组仔鱼生长速度较快,而以卤虫饲喂效果相对较差。  相似文献

The effects of enterocin (Ent) M and sage extract applied separately and in combination were investigated. EntM (E 50 μL/animal/day in water) and sage extract (S 10 μL/animal/day in water) were applied individually and in combination (E+S) to rabbits during 21 days of treatment. The rabbits’ growth was not significantly influenced by the additives. Lower feed conversion (FC) was noted in the experimental groups compared with controls, with the lowest data detected in E. The antimicrobial activity of EntM was noted (in E+S: lactic acid bacteria—P < 0.01; in E, E+S: enterococci, enterobacteria—P > 0.05; in E: clostridia—P > 0.05). The most significant changes in fermentation between weaned and older rabbits were noted in amylolytic activity at day 21 (E P < 0.05; E + S P < 0.05); prolonged reduction effect of sage extract on amylolytic activity was observed. The activity of cellulase, pectinase and xylanase was higher in older than in younger animals. Decrease in lactic acid and volatile fatty acids was noted during EntM administration, with significant effect on propionic acid concentration (E P < 0.05; E+S P < 0.001). The sage extract reduced propionic acid (S P < 0.001) and butyric acid levels (S P < 0.05) and increased the concentrations of butyric, iso-valeric, valeric, caproic acids and lactic acid (P < 0.001). It seems to be that EntM and sage supplementation may improve the economy of rabbit farms (increased FC) and the health status of rabbits (reduction of spoilage microbiota, enhanced enzymatic activities in caecum).

Trace elements such as Zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), and selenium (Se) are essential for male fertility. The fertilizing capacity of most animals reduced with advancing age. The objective of the present work was to determine the serum and testicular levels of Zn, Cu, and Se in young (10 months old) and old (30 months old) rabbits. Blood and testicular samples were obtained from rabbits after their slaughter. All samples were digested by concentrated acids and analyzed for trace elements by flame emission atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that serum Zn and Cu were lower in old rabbits than young (P < 0.01). Serum Se was higher in old than young rabbits (P < 0.05). Testicular Cu and Se were significantly lower in old than young rabbits (P < 0.01). However, Zn level was higher in old compared to young rabbits (P < 0.01). The serum Zn and Se were higher than the testicular levels (P < 0.01). The testicular Cu in both ages was higher than the serum level (P < 0.01), which suggest a very important role for Cu in the process of spermatogenesis in rabbits.  相似文献

Dynamic clusters of lipid-anchored Ras proteins are important for high-fidelity signal transduction in cells. The average size of Ras nanoclusters was reported to be independent of protein expression levels, and cholesterol depletion is commonly used to test the raft-preference of nanoclusters. However, whether protein concentration and membrane domain stability affect Ras clustering in a reversible manner is not well understood. We used coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations to examine the reversibility of the effects of peptide and cholesterol concentrations as well as a lipid domain-perturbing nanoparticle (C60) on the dynamics and stability of H-Ras lipid-anchor nanoclusters. By comparing results from these simulations with previous observations from the literature, we show that effects of peptide/cholesterol concentrations on the dynamics and stability of H-Ras peptide nanoclusters are reversible. Our results also suggest a correlation between the stabilities of lipid domains and Ras nanoclusters, which is supported by our finding that C60 penetrates into the liquid-disordered domain of the bilayer, destabilizing lipid domains and thereby the stability of the nanoclusters.  相似文献

Previous studies have revealed that magnesium (Mg) plays a significant role in bone health; however, few studies have investigated the effects of Mg supplementation in diets with different calcium (Ca) levels on the bone status and bone metabolism in a growing stage. In this present study, we tested the effects of Mg supplementation on bone status in growing female rats, relative to Ca intake levels. A total of 40 Sprague–Dawley female rats aged 6 weeks were divided into the following four groups and fed for 12 weeks as indicated: (1) LCaAMg: low Ca (Ca, 0.1 % of total diet) and adequate Mg (Mg, 0.05 % of total diet), (2) LCaHMg: low Ca and high Mg ( Mg, 0.1 % of total diet), (3) ACaAMg: adequate Ca (Ca, 0.5 % of total diet) and adequate Mg, and (4) ACaHMg: adequate Ca and high Mg. Our results showed that Mg supplementation with the adequate Ca diet significantly increased the bone mineral contents, bone size (bone area and bone thickness), and bone mineral density of femur or tibia by improving bone metabolism without changing Ca absorption. Mg supplementation significantly increased the serum osteocalcin in the adequate-Ca-diet group (p?<?0.05), while the Mg supplementation significantly decreased the serum level of C-telopeptide cross-links of type I collagen in the adequate-Ca-diet group (p?<?0.001). This study suggests that Mg supplementation with adequate Ca intake in the growing stage may increase the bone mineral density and bone size by improving bone metabolism.  相似文献

本次研究旨在探讨中药复方对四川白兔生长性能、免疫功能及其抗氧化情况的作用。采用单因子实验设计,选择30日龄断奶四川白兔仔兔100只,随机分为5组(每组20只,雌雄各半),试验3组为高浓度组(基础日粮+3%中药添加剂),试验2组为中等浓度组(基础日粮+2%中药添加剂),试验1组为低浓度组(基础日粮+1%中药添加剂),试验4组为阳性组(基础日粮+1%杆菌肽锌+1%硫酸黏杆菌素),对照组饲喂基础日粮。试验期为56 d,其中预试期为7 d,正试期为49 d。正试期内测定试兔的生长性能,试验结束时测定试兔的抗氧化和免疫指标。结果显示:高浓度组显著提高了兔的Ig M (p<0.05),中等浓度组极显著提高了兔的Ig A (p<0.01),且死亡率均为0;低浓度组和高浓度组显著提高了兔丙二醛(MDA)或超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性;低浓度组显著提高了兔的脾指数(p<0.05);高浓度组显著提高或降低了兔十二指肠的绒毛高度或隐窝深度(p<0.05);中等浓度组显著提高了回肠的绒毛高度(p<0.0.5)。饲粮添加一定的中药复方不仅能改善兔子的生长性能,增强四川白兔的免疫能力及抗氧化性,也可以降低四川白兔死亡发生概率。  相似文献

In many developing tissues, neighboring cells enter different developmental pathways, resulting in a fine-grained pattern of different cell states. The most common mechanism that generates such patterns is lateral inhibition, for example through Delta-Notch coupling. In this work, we simulate growth of tissues consisting of a hexagonal arrangement of cells laterally inhibiting their neighbors. We find that tissue growth by cell division and cell migration tends to produce ordered patterns, whereas lateral growth leads to disordered, patchy patterns. Ordered patterns are very robust to mutations (gene silencing or activation) in single cells. In contrast, mutation in a cell of a disordered tissue can produce a larger and more widespread perturbation of the pattern. In tissues where ordered and disordered patches coexist, the perturbations spread mostly at boundaries between patches. If cell division occurs on time scales faster than the degradation time, disordered patches will appear. Our work suggests that careful experimental characterization of the disorder in tissues could pinpoint where and how the tissue is susceptible to large-scale damage even from single cell mutations.  相似文献
