2008~2011年间,对四川省宜宾市白蚁种类进行调查,发现了6种散白蚁四川新纪录——圆唇散白蚁Reticulitermes labralis Hsia et Fan、细颚散白蚁Reticulitermes leptomandibularis Hsia et Fan、细颏散白蚁Reticulitermes leptogulus Ping et Xu、黄胸散白蚁Reticulitermes flaviceps(Oshima)、舌唇散白蚁Reticulitermes lingulatus Ping和卵唇散白蚁Reticulitermes ovatilabrum Xia et Fan,将四川省散白蚁属白蚁记录种类由6种增加至12种,将四川省白蚁记录种类由62种增加至68种。  相似文献

白蚁是一类受到世界广泛关注的重要社会性昆虫,对人类生活、经济以及生态环境等有很大的影响,特别是乳白蚁属Coptotermes众多种类危害尤为严重。乳白蚁常随木质包装或原木远距离传播异地建群,其为害隐蔽、潜伏期长,一旦爆发则为害严重且难防治,因其种类多、形态趋同,同一巢群中有龄期不一的虫态和多种生物型,可用分类特征少,造成形态分类困难、人为分类现象普遍。近年来分子生物学技术的日益发展,使得白蚁的分类鉴定更加快速、灵敏和可靠,系统发育分析研究更为深入全面,遗传进化方面取得大量研究成果。本文对基于生物信息学的乳白蚁属检疫分类鉴定和系统发育研究方法进行了介绍和评述,并对DNA技术在乳白蚁属分类和进化研究中的应用进行了讨论。  相似文献

紫荆属(Cercis L.)约含8种,间断分布于亚洲东、西部、欧洲南部和北美。应用核糖体DNA的ITS基因序列研究紫荆属的系统发育关系。在最简约性分析,北美的两个种和南欧、西亚的一个种构成一单系群而隐藏于东亚的种类中。这表明紫荆属北美的种类和南欧、西亚的种类之间的关系比它们的各自与东亚的种类的关系要密切。研究还发现北美洲东、西部的种类可能具较近亲缘。紫荆属以白令陆桥或北大西洋陆桥为迁移途径的可能性似乎都不能排除;北半球的生物地理分布式样可具有复杂的起源。  相似文献

摘要:【目的】利用非培养法对黑胸散白蚁(Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder)肠道共生古菌进行系统发育分析。【方法】采用古菌16S rDNA通用引物以黑胸散白蚁全肠DNA为模板扩增共生菌的16S rDNA并建立基因文库,对得到的基因序列进行系统发育分析。【结果】从黑胸散白蚁肠道得到5个不同的16S rDNA序列,它们之间的相似性为93.2%~99.2%,系统发育分析表明这5个16S rDNA序列代表的克隆分别与来源于黑胸散白蚁近缘种,栖北散白蚁和北美散白蚁肠道中的甲烷短杆菌克隆或  相似文献

用扫描电镜观察八种散白蚁和一种异白蚁有翅成虫翅面微刻点.结果表明,除了观察到文献中已报道的微刻点类型(舌状乳突、尖头状乳突和粉刺状突起)外,还发现有小刺突和毛.而且同一种白蚁翅背、腹面的微刻点类型存在明显的差异.根据微刻点类型就细颚异白蚁的分类地位作了初步探讨.  相似文献

【目的】探究散白蚁两性生殖胚胎和兼性孤雌生殖胚胎各自的发育特点。【方法】以黑胸散白蚁Reticulitermes chinensis和尖唇散白蚁R.aculabialis各自的受精卵(雌雄配对所产的卵)和未受精卵(雌雌配对所产的卵)为研究对象,采用激光共聚焦显微镜观测两种散白蚁的受精卵和未受精卵的卵裂状态,数码显微系统拍照观察卵的外部形态变化。【结果】黑胸散白蚁蚁后所产的受精卵和未受精卵在巢中均能进行卵裂,但是未受精卵在24和48 h时的卵核数无显著性差异,而受精卵卵核数在24和48 h时有显著性差异;15 d时未受精卵的体积没有发生显著变化,而受精卵的体积显著性增大;15-20 d时未受精的蚁卵死亡,而受精卵正常发育。尖唇散白蚁受精卵和未受精卵在相同的时间段内卵核数没有显著性差异,48 h时的卵核数明显比24 h时多;第10天时受精卵长度和宽度发生显著性变化,同时体积也明显增大,而未受精卵在第15天时长度和宽度才开始发生显著性变化,同时体积也开始显著增大。【结论】具有兼性孤雌生殖能力的尖唇散白蚁,受精卵和未受精卵卵裂速度相同,但受精卵外形体积变化比未受精卵早。黑胸散白蚁未受精卵能继续进行卵裂,但发育异常,不能孵化;两种白蚁卵发育过程中卵的长度和宽度同时发生变化。黑胸散白蚁孤雌卵的卵裂特性可能是白蚁两性生殖向兼性孤雌生殖进化的过渡适应阶段。  相似文献

The chloroplast atpB-rbcL spacer was sequenced for 115 speciesof Ilex and forNemopanthus mucronatus (Aquifoliaceae). In addition,rbcL sequences were obtained for 47 selected species. Takentogether with fossil records in the literature, the data indicatethat: (1) the lineage Ilex was already cosmopolitan long beforethe end of the Cretaceous. A relative test of the rate of nucleotidesubstitution indicates that extant species do not representthe entire lineage because of the extinction of its basal branches.The common ancestor of the extant species probably appearedat the upper Tertiary. (2) Several Asian/North American disjunctionsare observed, as well as North American/South American relationships.The directions of these relationships are yet to be determined.The African species Ilex mitis is closely related to Asian species.Ilex anomala (Hawaii and Tahiti) is related to American species.Ilex perado and Ilex canariensis (both in Macaronesia) havetotally different relationships, the former being related toEurasian species, while relationships of the latter remain obscure.(3) Gene trees substantially contradict the systematics of Loesener.Nemopanthus,closely related to Ilex amelanchier, is nested in the genusIlex. The Neotropical Region harbors high biodiversity and many studies on mammals, reptiles, amphibians and avifauna have investigated the causes for this pattern. However, there is a paucity of such studies that focus on Neotropical insect groups. Synoeca de Saussure, 1852 is a Neotropical swarm-founding social wasp genus with five described species that is broadly and conspicuously distributed throughout the Neotropics. Here, we infer the phylogenetic relationships, diversification times, and historical biogeography of Synoeca species. We also investigate samples of the disjoint populations of S. septentrionalis that occur in both northwestern parts of South America through Central American and the Brazilian Atlantic rainforests. Our results showed that the interspecific relationships for Synoeca could be described as follows: (S. chalibea + S. virginea) + (S. cyanea + (S. septentrionalis/S. surinama)). Notably, samples of S. septentrionalis and S. surinama collected in the Atlantic Forest were interrelated and may be the result of incomplete lineage sorting and/or mitochondrial introgression among them. Our Bayesian divergence dating analysis revealed recent Plio-Pleistocene diversification in Synoeca. Moreover, our biogeographical analysis suggested an Amazonian origin of Synoeca, with three main dispersal events subsequently occurring during the Plio-Pleistocene.  相似文献

The evolutionary relationships among 13 species representing all six subgenera of the shrimp genusPenaeuswere examined using 558 bp of mitochondrial (mt) DNA from the cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene. Analyses of this sequence revealed high genetic divergence between species (d = 8–24%), a finding which contrasts with previous work, which indicated that genetic diversity, based on electrophoretic analysis of allozymes, was extremely low inPenaeus.Three tree-building methods (maximum parsimony, neighbor joining, and maximum likelihood) were concordant in indicating that current subgenera assignments do not reflect evolutionary partitions within the genusPenaeus.While the molecular phylogenies cast doubt on the validity of subgenera, the observed relationships are concordant with biogeographic boundaries across the tropical range ofPenaeus.Both the western Atlantic and eastern Pacific contain monophyletic species pairs which cluster together in all analyses. The Indo-Pacific contains a putative basal taxa (P. indicus), the deepest mtDNA lineages, and the highest diversity, including representatives of all three primary lineages observed inPenaeus.These data are consistent with the suggestion by Dallet al.(1990) thatPenaeusarose in the Indo-Pacific and radiated eastward and westward to account for the current circumtropical distribution of the genus. This phylogenetic framework forPenaeuswill enhance the scientific foundations for wildlife resource management and breeding experiments (hybridization and related manipulations) designed to improve the commercial value of captive strains.  相似文献

The stapeliads (Apocynaceae — Asclepiadoideae — Ceropegieae) form a group of highly succulent, practically leafless plants with a very diverse floral morphology. They are found in the drier parts of the Old World from southern Africa eastwards to Burma. 55 characters are selected on which a cladistic analysis is based and these are discussed in detail where necessary. From this a phylogeny is produced for the stapeliads. It is shown that they are monophyletic and that they are nested within a larger group among the tribe Ceropegieae of the subfamily Asclepiadoideae. Several of the important innovations that have led to the diversification of the stapeliads in semidesertic regions are discussed. The stapeliads appear to be mainly fly-pollinated. The methods of attraction of flies are mentioned and it is suggested that there are four basic floral types among the stapeliads.  相似文献

Fierce predatory freshwater fishes, the species of Percocypris (Cyprinidae, Teleostei) inhabit large rivers or lakes, and have a specific distribution pattern. Only a single species or subspecies occurs in each large-scale drainage basin of the Southeastern Tibetan Plateau. In this study, the molecular phylogenetic relationships for all but one of the described subspecies/species of Percocypris were investigated based on three mitochondrial genes (16S; COI; Cyt b) and one nuclear marker (Rag2). The results of Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian Inference analyses show that Percocypris is a strongly supported monophyletic group and that it is the sister group of Schizothorax. Combined with analyses of morphological characters, our results suggest that Percocypris needs to be reclassified, and we propose that six species be recognized, with corresponding distributions in five main drainages (including one lake). In addition, based on the results of the estimation of divergence times and ancestral drainages, we hypothesize that Percocypris likely originated in the early Miocene from a paleo-connected drainage system containing the contemporary main drainages of the Southeastern Tibetan Plateau. This study suggests that vicariance (due to the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau modifying the large-scale morphologies of drainage basins in the Southeastern Tibetan Plateau) has played an important role in the speciation of the genus. Furthermore, external morphological characters (such as the length of the fins) and an internal trait (the position of pterygiophore) appear to be correlated with different habitats in rivers and the lake.  相似文献

To elucidate the phylogeny of the genus Paramesotriton (Caudata: Salamandridae), we investigated three mitochondrial DNA gene fragments (1207 bp in total) of cytochrome b, ND2, and ND4 for its six recognized species. The phylogenetic relationships within Paramesotriton were reconstructed by maximum parsimony (MP) and maximum likelihood (ML) methods. Phylogenetic trees (MP and ML trees) that were constructed from the combined data set of the three gene fragments indicated that all six species of Paramesotriton formed a monophyletic group, with P. caudopunctatus as basal to the other five species. This result suggests that P. fuzhongensis is a valid species in Paramesotriton.  相似文献

We undertook a comprehensive phylogenetic study to establish the genetic relationship among the viruses of the genus Flavivirus and to compare the classification based on molecular phylogeny with the existing serologic method. By using a combination of quantitative definitions (bootstrap support level and the pairwise nucleotide sequence identity), the viruses could be classified into clusters, clades, and species. Our phylogenetic study revealed for the first time that from the putative ancestor two branches, non-vector and vector-borne virus clusters, evolved and from the latter cluster emerged tick-borne and mosquito-borne virus clusters. Provided that the theory of arthropod association being an acquired trait was correct, pairwise nucleotide sequence identity among these three clusters provided supporting data for a possibility that the non-vector cluster evolved first, followed by the separation of tick-borne and mosquito-borne virus clusters in that order. Clades established in our study correlated significantly with existing antigenic complexes. We also resolved many of the past taxonomic problems by establishing phylogenetic relationships of the antigenically unclassified viruses with the well-established viruses and by identifying synonymous viruses.The genus Flavivirus of the family Flaviviridae comprises over 70 viruses, many of which, such as the dengue (DEN) viruses, Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus, St. Louis encephalitis (SLE) virus, and yellow fever (YF) virus are important human pathogens (22, 31). Dengue and its severe and sometimes fatal forms, dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome, alone affect nearly 80 million people a year (30). As demonstrated in recent outbreaks of meningitis by West Nile (WN) virus in Algeria and Romania, viruses of this group sometimes cause serious public health concern in unexpected locations (27).Most of these viruses were serologically classified into eight antigenic complexes, but many viruses, including the prototype of this group, YF virus, could not be affiliated with any complexes (6). Furthermore, many new viruses have been documented since the establishment of the serological classification, but their overall relationship with the other viruses has not been determined. The difficulty encountered with flavivirus classification partly derives from the extensive geographic distribution and the diversity of the arthropod vectors or vertebrates hosts associated with biological transmission of these viruses. Also, it derives from a confusion in virus nomenclature. For example, tick-borne encephalitis virus strains isolated primarily in western parts of Eurasia have been called TBE viruses, but, as clearly pointed out by Calisher (5), no such virus as tick-borne encephalitis virus (or TBE) has ever been registered to an international body dedicated to virus taxonomy. To compound the problem further, an increasing number of viruses have been added as new members of so-called TBE complex without a virus definition provided (16, 18, 29, 42, 52). This practice clearly demonstrates a need for establishing objective criteria for a better classification of those viruses.Molecular genetic classification of these viruses has been attempted before. In all previous studies, fewer than one-third of the members, primarily mosquito-borne and tick-borne viruses, were used to create phylogenetic trees, which showed evolution of mosquito-borne and tick-borne viruses from the presumed ancestor (3, 11). Since few sequence data were available from other viruses, in particular the viruses without known vectors (hereafter called the non-vector group), those phylogenetic trees provided only partial information.To establish a comprehensive phylogeny of the genus Flavivirus, we attempted to obtain the genomic sequence of a 1.0-kb segment at the 3′ terminus of the NS5 gene from all viruses whose sequences were not available. We analyzed, together with the other sequence data already published, the genetic relationships among the members of this group. Quantitative criteria based on a combination of the bootstrap support level and the pairwise nucleotide sequence identity were established to define subgeneric taxa. These included cluster, clade, and species. With our new taxonomic definitions, we then compared our genetic classification with the traditional system based on serological data.  相似文献

(Cupressaceae) and infer its biogeography based on the phylogeny. According to the phylogenetic analysis, two clades were recognized. The first clade included Thuja plicata D. Don (western North America) and T. koraiensis Nakai (northeastern Asia), and the second one contained T. occidentalis (Gord.) Cart. (Japan). The ancestral area of Thuja was inferred to be eastern Asia, and two dispersal events were responsible for the modern distribution of Thuja in North America. The phylogeny of Lecidella species is studied, based on a 7-locus data set using ML and Bayesian analyses. Phylogenetic relationships among 43 individuals representing 11 Lecidella species, mainly from mainland China, were included in the analyses and phenotypical characters studied and mapped onto the phylogeny. The Lecidella species fall into three major clades, which are proposed here as three informal groups–Lecidella stigmatea group, L. elaeochroma group and L. enteroleucella group, each of them strongly supported. Our phylogenetic analyses support traditional species delimitation based on morphological and chemical traits in most but not all cases. Individuals considered as belonging to the same species based on phenotypic characters were found to be paraphyletic, indicating that cryptic species might be hidden under these names (e.g. L. carpathica and L. effugiens). Potentially undescribed species were found within the phenotypically circumscribed species L. elaeochroma and L. stigmatea. Additional sampling across a broader taxonomic and geographic scale will be crucial to fully resolving the taxonomy in this cosmopolitan genus.  相似文献
