Objective: Interest in mapping genetic variants that are associated with obesity remains high because of the increasing prevalence of obesity and its complications worldwide. Data on genetic determinants of obesity in African populations are rare. Research Methods and Procedures: We have undertaken a genome‐wide scan for body mass index (BMI) in 182 Nigerian families that included 769 individuals. Results: The prevalence of obesity was only 5%, yet polygenic heritability for BMI was in the expected range (0.46 ± 0.07). Tandem repeat markers (402) were typed across the genome with an average map density of 9 cM. Pedigree‐based analysis using a variance components linkage model demonstrated evidence for linkage on chromosome 7 (near marker D7S817 at 7p14) with a logarithm of odds (LOD) score of 3.8 and on chromosome 11 (marker D11S2000 at 11q22) with an LOD score of 3.3. Weaker evidence for linkage was found on chromosomes 1 (1q21, LOD = 2.2) and 8 (8p22, LOD = 2.3). Several candidate genes, including neuropeptide Y, DRD2, APOA4, lamin A/C, and lipoprotein lipase, lie in or close to the chromosomal regions where strong linkage signals were found. Discussion: The findings of this study suggest that, as in other populations with higher prevalences of obesity, positive linkage signals can be found on genome scans for obesity‐related traits. Follow‐up studies may be warranted to investigate these linkages, especially the one on chromosome 11, which has been reported in a population at the opposite end of the BMI distribution. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of genetic and environmental factors, as well as their interaction, in the etiology of aggressive behavior in two mouse lines bidirectionally selected for offensive aggression. To this end, we raised the Finnish TA (aggressive) and TNA (nonagressive) selection lines either in isolation or in cohabitation with a female after weaning. At the age of 3 months we determined their aggressive behavior in three paradigms (intruder resident, neutral cage, resident intruder) against a male standard opponent. We also determined the animals' aggressive behavior against a female mouse. The results show genetic and environmental effects, as well as gene–environment interaction. We see prominent genotype effects under all conditions but each test is sensitive to a specific combination of environmental effects. A particularly noteworthy result is that variation in the unusual behavior of aggression towards a female is largely explained by the interaction of genotype with isolation. We also examined whether test experience influenced the outcome of an encounter between an experimental animal and an opponent, and found that this factor should not be underestimated, its effect size and direction depending on the type of paradigm and way of housing. These data suggest that the identification of genes underlying aggressive behavior in mice is by no means straightforward and that the result of this search will depend on the environmental design of the study (type of paradigm, housing conditions). These data also suggest that the use of 'test battery' mice might produce different results than the use of test-naïve animals. 相似文献

Sleep is generally considered to be a recovery from prior wakefulness. The architecture of sleep not only depends on the duration of wakefulness but also on its quality in terms of specific experiences. In the present experiment, we studied the effects of restraint stress on sleep architecture and sleep electroencephalography (EEG) in different strains of mice (C57BL/6J and BALB/cJ). One objective was to determine if the rapid eye movement (REM) sleep-promoting effects of restraint stress previously reported for rats would also occur in mice. In addition, we examined whether the effects of restraint stress on sleep are different from effects of social defeat stress, which was found to have a non-REM (NREM) sleep-promoting effect. We further measured corticosterone and prolactin levels as possible mediators of restraint stress-induced changes in sleep. Adult male C57BL/6J and BALB/cJ mice were subjected to 1 h of restraint stress in the middle of the light phase. To control for possible effects of sleep loss per se, the animals were also kept awake for 1 h by gentle handling. Restraint stress resulted in a mild increase in NREM sleep compared with baseline, but, overall, this effect was not significantly different from sleep deprivation by gentle handling. In contrast, restraint stress caused a significant increase in REM sleep compared with handling in the C57BL/6J mice but not in BALB/cJ mice. Corticosterone levels were significantly and similarly elevated after restraint in both strains, but prolactin was increased only in the C57BL/6J mice. In conclusion, this study shows that the restraint stress-induced increase in REM sleep in mice is strongly strain dependent. The concomitant increases in prolactin and REM sleep in the C57BL/6J mice, but not in BALB/cJ mice, suggest prolactin may be involved in the mechanism underlying restraint stress-induced REM sleep. Furthermore, this study confirms that different stressors differentially affect NREM and REM sleep. Whereas restraint stress promotes REM sleep in C57BL/6J mice, we previously found that in the same strain, social defeat stress promotes NREM sleep. As such, studying the consequences of specific stressful stimuli may be an important tool to unravel both the mechanism and function of different sleep stages. 相似文献

We previously reported that mice have at least one major gene determining atherosclerosis susceptibility, Ath-1. Susceptible alleles of Ath-1 are found in strain C57BL/6J and are associated with relatively low levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) when these mice are fed an atherogenic diet. Resistant alleles of Ath-1 are found in strains C3H/HeJ and BALB/cJ and are associated with relatively high levels of HDL-C. Data reported earlier from the set of seven recombinant inbred (RI) strains, derived from C57BL/6By and BALB/cBy, showed that these parental strains differed at Ath-1. However, due to the limited number of RI strains, it was not possible to determine with certainty whether Ath-1 was the only major gene determining atherosclerosis susceptibility in these two strains or to determine its map position accurately. In this report, examination of F1, F2, and backcross progeny from a cross between C57BL/6J and BALB/cJ demonstrates that Ath-1 is the major gene determining atherosclerotic lesion formation and HDL-C levels in female mice. The data from male animals suggest that environmental factors or modifying genes also influence male HDL-C levels and thus partly obscure the Ath-1 phenotype. HDL-C levels in F1 progeny resemble the BALB/c parent. The data from the cross provide confirmatory evidence that Ath-1 is linked to Alp-2 on chromosome 1 with a map distance of 4.8 +/- 2.3 (SE). Combining these data with a previous cross between strain C57BL/6 and strain C3H/HeJ gives a map distance between Ath-1 and Alp-2 of 4.9 +/- 1.8 based on 7 crossovers found among 144 tested chromosomes. 相似文献

Compared to results from a generation of neuropharmacological work, the phenotype of mice lacking the oxytocin (OT) peptide gene was remarkably normal. An important component of the current experiments was to assay OT-knockout (OTKO) and wild-type (WT) littermate control mice living under controlled stressful conditions designed to mimic more closely the environment for which the mouse genome evolved. Furthermore, our experimental group was comprised of an all-female population, in contrast to previous studies which have focused on all-male populations. Our data indicated that aggressive behaviors initiated by OTKO during a food deprivation feeding challenge were considerably more intense and diverse than aggressive behaviors initiated by WT. From the measures of continuous social interaction in the intruder paradigm, it emerged that OTKO mice were more offensively aggressive (attacking rumps and tails) than WT. In a test of parental behaviors, OTKO mice were 100% infanticidal while WT were 16% infanticidal and 50% maternal. Finally, 'alpha females' (always OTKO) were identified in each experiment. They were the most aggressive, the first to feed and the most dominant at nesting behaviors. Semi-natural environments are excellent testing environments for elucidating behavioral differences between transgenic mice and their WT littermates which may not be ordinarily discernible. Future studies of mouse group behavior should include examining female groupings in addition to the more usual all-male groups. 相似文献

Aggression between male conspecifics is a complex social behavior that is likely modulated by multiple gene variants. In this study, the BXD recombinant inbred mouse strains (RIS) were used to map quantitative trait loci (QTLs) underlying behaviors associated with intermale aggression. Four hundred and fifty‐seven males from 55 strains (including the parentals) were observed at an age of 13 ± 1 week in a resident‐intruder test following 10 days of isolation. Attack latency was measured directly within a 10‐minute time period and the test was repeated 24 hours later. The variables we analyzed were the proportion of attacking males in a given strain as well as the attack latency (on days 1 and 2, and both days combined). On day 1, 29% of males attacked, and this increased to 37% on day 2. Large strain differences were obtained for all measures of aggression, indicating substantial heritability (intraclass correlations 0.10‐0.18). We identified a significant QTL on chromosome (Chr) 1 and suggestive QTLs on mouse Chrs 1 and 12 for both attack and latency variables. The significant Chr 1 locus maps to a gene‐sparse region between 82 and 88.5 Mb with the C57BL/6J allele increasing aggression and explaining about 18% of the variance. The most likely candidate gene modulating this trait is Htr2b which encodes the serotonin 2B receptor and has been implicated in aggressive and impulsive behavior in mice, humans and other species. 相似文献

A metabolic screening program of inbred strains of mice has detected a marked organic aciduria in the BALB/cByJ strain. Gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric analysis identified large quantities ofn-butyrylglycine plus lesser quantities of ethylmalonic acid. Crosses with the nonexcreting C57BL/6J strain indicate that this condition is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait. Independently from this screening a variant with no detectable enzyme activity of butyryl CoA dehydrogenase (BCD) in liver and kidney of the BALB/cByJ strain but not other BALB/c sublines was discovered. Data from a three-point cross indicated that the null variant maps to the structural locus for the enzyme,Bcd-1, on chromosome 5. The findings indicate that a mutation at or nearBcd-1 in the BALB/cByJ strain resulted in a biochemical abnormality manifest as the BCD deficiency. It is concluded that accumulation of butyryl CoA due to a block in the oxidation of short-chain fatty acids results in an overproduction of organic metabolites leading to the observed organic aciduria. The Scandinavian wolf population represents one of the genetically most well-characterized examples of a severely bottlenecked natural population (with only two founders), and of how the addition of new genetic material (one immigrant) can at least temporarily provide a 'genetic rescue'. However, inbreeding depression has been observed in this population and in the absence of additional immigrants, its long-term viability is questioned. To study the effects of inbreeding and selection on genomic diversity, we performed a genomic scan with approximately 250 microsatellite markers distributed across all autosomes and the X chromosome. We found linkage disequilibrium (LD) that extended up to distances of 50 Mb, exceeding that of most outbreeding species studied thus far. LD was particularly pronounced on the X chromosome. Overall levels of observed genomic heterozygosity did not deviate significantly from simulations based on known population history, giving no support for a general selection for heterozygotes. However, we found evidence supporting balancing selection at a number of loci and also evidence suggesting directional selection at other loci. For markers on chromosome 23, the signal of selection was particularly strong, indicating that purifying selection against deleterious alleles may have occurred even in this very small population. These data suggest that population genomics allows the exploration of the effects of neutral and non-neutral evolution on a finer scale than what has previously been possible. 相似文献

在美国能源部资助下, 首个多年生木本植物-- 杨树的全基因组测序已经完成且序列信息已对公众开放。杨树全基因组测序的完成标志着林木基因组进入后基因组研究时代。克隆控制重要性状的主效基因是林木后基因组时代的主要研究内容。近年来, 在一些重要作物, 如水稻、蕃茄及玉米中, 先后成功克隆了多个控制重要农艺性状的主效基因, 分子育种在作物中已进入实用阶段。林木相对于这些重要作物而言, 分子遗传学的研究起步较晚, 同时, 由于林木自身的一些生物学特性, 在林木中精确定位与克隆未知基因一度被视为遗传学研究领域的难点。随着技术和研究手段的不断进步, 以及林木基因组资源的快速积累, 有望在这一领域取得突破, 为在林木中开展分子育种创造条件。文章综述了国际上林木基因组与功能基因克隆研究的现状与新发展, 并对后基因组时代的林木功能基因克隆研究的预期成果进行了展望, 以期为从事该领域研究的科研人员提供参考。 相似文献

In population genomics studies, accounting for the neutral covariance structure across population allele frequencies is critical to improve the robustness of genome-wide scan approaches. Elaborating on the BayEnv model, this study investigates several modeling extensions (i) to improve the estimation accuracy of the population covariance matrix and all the related measures, (ii) to identify significantly overly differentiated SNPs based on a calibration procedure of the XtX statistics, and (iii) to consider alternative covariate models for analyses of association with population-specific covariables. In particular, the auxiliary variable model allows one to deal with multiple testing issues and, providing the relative marker positions are available, to capture some linkage disequilibrium information. A comprehensive simulation study was carried out to evaluate the performances of these different models. Also, when compared in terms of power, robustness, and computational efficiency to five other state-of-the-art genome-scan methods (BayEnv2, BayScEnv, BayScan, flk, and lfmm), the proposed approaches proved highly effective. For illustration purposes, genotyping data on 18 French cattle breeds were analyzed, leading to the identification of 13 strong signatures of selection. Among these, four (surrounding the KITLG, KIT, EDN3, and ALB genes) contained SNPs strongly associated with the piebald coloration pattern while a fifth (surrounding PLAG1) could be associated to morphological differences across the populations. Finally, analysis of Pool-Seq data from 12 populations of Littorina saxatilis living in two different ecotypes illustrates how the proposed framework might help in addressing relevant ecological issues in nonmodel species. Overall, the proposed methods define a robust Bayesian framework to characterize adaptive genetic differentiation across populations. While the roles of glutamic acid(Glu), arginine vasopressin(AVP) and their respective receptors in anxiety have been thoroughly investigated, the effects of interactions among Glu, N-methyl-D-aspartic acid(NMDA) receptor, AVP and a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazole-4-propionic acid(AMPA) receptor on anxiety are still unclear. In the present study, the agonist and antagonist of the NMDA receptor and AMPA receptor, as well as the antagonist of AVP V1 receptor(V1aR) were introduced into BALB/cJ mice by intracerebroventricular microinjection, and the anxiety-like behaviors of the mice were evaluated by open field and elevated plus-maze tests. Compared with C57BL/6 mice, BALB/cJ mice displayed higher levels of anxiety-like behavior. Significant anxiolytic effects were found in the NMDA receptor antagonist(MK-801) and the AMPA receptor or V1 aR antagonist(SSRI49415), as well as combinations of AVP/MK-801 and SSRI49415/DNQX. These results indicated that anxiety-like behaviors expressed in BALB/CJ mice may be due to a coordination disorder among glutamate, NMDA receptor, AMPA receptor, AVP and V1 aR, resulting in the up-regulation of the NMDA receptor and V1 aR and down-regulation of the AMPA receptor. However, because the AMPA receptor can execute its anxiolytic function by suppressing AVP and V1 aR, we cannot exclude the possibility of the NMDA receptor being activated by AVP acting on V1 aR. 相似文献

We tested aggressive behavior in male albino mice by placing two individuals in one cage. Three successive tests with one-day-long intervals were performed; pairs were formed in a randomized order. Three animal groups, I-III, were classified according to the test results. These were absolute dominants, an intermediate group (animals were sometimes winners in conflicts, sometimes were defeated, or demonstrated no aggressive behavior), and submissive individuals (defeated in all cases). One day before testing and 1 h after each test, the intensity of motor activity (duration and velocity of running in a locomotion wheel ) was measured in all animals. Three days after testing, we measured the levels of noradrenaline (NA)and serotonin (ST) in the hypothalamus and those of NA and adrenaline (A) in the blood. Mice of groups I and II demonstrated high background indices of locomotor activity, while in group III these indices were comparatively low. In the course of testing, these indices in group I were in general preserved, while in groups II and III they dropped significantly. In mice of group I, the highest levels of NA in the hypothalamus and blood, high NA/ST ratio in the hypothalamus, and high NA/A ratio in the blood were observed. Animals of group II were characterized by intermediate levels of NA and ST in the hypothalamus together with rather high concentrations of A and the lowest NA/A ratio in the blood. In mice of group III, the highest level of ST and the lowest NA/ST ratio in the hypothalamus, as well as an intermediate NA/A ratio in the blood, were observed. We conclude that, generally, the response of an animal to emotional stress related to an antagonistic conflict can be classified into three types. These are an NA-ergic type in dominants, an intermediate A-ergic type, and an ST-ergic (vagotonic) type in submissive individuals. Two acorn barnacles, Tetraclita japonica japonica and Tetraclita japonica formosana, have been recently reclassified as two subspecies, because they are morphologically similar and genetically indistinguishable in mitochondrial DNA sequences. The two barnacles are distinguishable by parietes colour and exhibit parapatric distributions, coexisting in Japan, where T. j. formosana is very low in abundance. Here we investigated the genetic differentiation between the subspecies using 209 polymorphic amplified fragment length polymorphism markers and 341 individuals from 12 locations. The subspecies are genetically highly differentiated (ΦCT = 0.267). Bayesian analysis and principal component analysis indicate the presence of hybrids in T. j. formosana samples from Japan. Strong differentiation between the northern and southern populations of T. j. japonica was revealed, and a break between Taiwan and Okinawa was also found in T. j. formosana. The differentiation between the two taxa at individual loci does not deviate from neutral expectation, suggesting that the oceanographic pattern which restricts larval dispersal is a more important factor than divergent selection in maintaining genetic and phenotypic differentiation. The T. j. formosana in Japan are probably recent migrants from Okinawa, and their presence in Japan may represent a poleward range shift driven by global warming. This promotes hybridization and might lead to a breakdown of the boundary between the subspecies. However, both local adaptation and larval dispersal are crucial in determining the population structure within each subspecies. Our study provides new insights into the interplay of local adaptation and dispersal in determining the distribution and genetic structure of intertidal biota and the biogeography of the northwestern Pacific. 相似文献

High yield and wide adaptation are principal targets of wheat breeding but are hindered by limited knowledge on genetic basis of agronomic traits and abiotic stress tolerances. In this study, 277 wheat accessions were phenotyped across 30 environments with non‐stress, drought‐stressed, heat‐stressed, and drought‐heat‐stressed treatments and were subjected to genome‐wide association study using 395 681 single nucleotide polymorphisms. We detected 295 associated loci including consistent loci for agronomic traits across different treatments and eurytopic loci for multiple abiotic stress tolerances. A total of 22 loci overlapped with quantitative trait loci identified by biparental quantitative trait loci mapping. Six loci were simultaneously associated with agronomic traits and abiotic stress tolerance, four of which fell within selective sweep regions. Selection in Chinese wheat has increased the frequency of superior marker alleles controlling yield‐related traits in the four loci during past decades, which conversely diminished favourable genetic variation controlling abiotic stress tolerance in the same loci; two promising candidate paralogous genes colocalized with such loci, thereby providing potential targets for studying the molecular mechanism of stress tolerance–productivity trade‐off. These results uncovering promising alleles controlling agronomic traits and/or multiple abiotic stress tolerances, providing insights into heritable covariation between yield and abiotic stress tolerance, will accelerate future efforts for wheat improvement. 相似文献

Estrogen produced by aromatization of gonadal androgen has an important facilitative role in male-typical aggressive behavior that is mediated through its interaction with estrogen receptors (ER) in the brain. Isoflavones found in soybeans and soy-based dietary supplements bind ER and have dose- and tissue-dependent effects on estrogen-mediated responses. Yet, effects of isoflavone-rich diets on social and aggressive behavior have not been studied. We studied the effects of long-term (15 months) consumption of diets rich in soy isoflavones on spontaneous social behavior among adult male cynomolgus macaques (Macaca fascicularis) (n = 44) living in nine stable social groups. There were three experimental conditions which differed only by the source of dietary protein: casein and lactalbumin (no isoflavones), soy protein isolate containing 0.94 mg isoflavones/g protein, and soy protein isolate containing 1.88 mg isoflavones/g protein. In the monkeys fed the higher amount of isoflavones, frequencies of intense aggressive (67% higher) and submissive (203% higher) behavior were elevated relative to monkeys fed the control diet (P's < 0.05). In addition, the proportion of time spent by these monkeys in physical contact with other monkeys was reduced by 68%, time spent in proximity to other monkeys was reduced 50%, and time spent alone was increased 30% (P's < 0.02). There were no effects of treatment on serum testosterone or estradiol concentrations or the response of plasma testosterone to exogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). The results indicate that long-term consumption of a diet rich in soy isoflavones can have marked influences on patterns of aggressive and social behavior. 相似文献

Acute tryptophan depletion (ATD) is a method of lowering brain serotonin (5-HT). Administration of large neutral amino acids (LNAA) limits the transport of endogenous tryptophan (TRP) across the blood brain barrier by competition with other LNAAs and subsequently decreases serotonergic neurotransmission. A recent discussion on the specificity and efficacy of the ATD paradigm for inhibition of central nervous 5-HT has arisen. Moreover, side effects such as vomiting and nausea after intake of amino acids (AA) still limit its use. ATD Moja-De is a revised mixture of AAs which is less nauseating than conventional protocols. It has been used in preliminary clinical studies but its effects on central 5-HT mechanisms and other neurotransmitter systems have not been validated in an animal model. We tested ATD Moja-De (TRP-) in two strains of mice: C57BL/6J, and BALB/cJ, which are reported to have impaired 5-HT synthesis and a more anxious phenotype relative to other strains of mice. ATD Moja-De lowered brain TRP, significantly decreased 5-HT synthesis as indexed by 5-HTP levels after decarboxlyase inhibition, and lowered 5-HT and 5-HIAA in both strains of mice, however more so in C57BL/6J than in BALB/cJ. Dopamine and its metabolites as well as norepinephrine were not affected. A balanced (TRP+) control mixture did not raise 5-HT or 5-HIAA. The present findings suggest that ATD Moja-De effectively and specifically suppresses central serotonergic function. These results also demonstrate a strain-specific effect of ATD Moja-De on anxiety-like behavior. 相似文献

This paper presents results from a mapping experiment to detect quantitative trait loci (QTL) for resistance to Haemonchus contortus infestation in merino sheep. The primary trait analysed was faecal worm egg count in response to artificial challenge at 6 months of age. In the first stage of the experiment, whole genome linkage analysis was used for broad-scale mapping. The animal resource used was a designed flock comprising 571 individuals from four half-sib families. The average marker spacing was about 20 cM. For the primary trait, 11 QTL (as chromosomal/family combinations) were significant at the 5% chromosome-wide level, with allelic substitution effects of between 0.19 and 0.38 phenotypic standard deviation units. In general, these QTL did not have a significant effect on faecal worm egg count recorded at 13 months of age. In the second stage of the experiment, three promising regions (located on chromosomes 1, 3 and 4) were fine-mapped. This involved typing more closely spaced markers on individuals from the designed flock as well as an additional 495 individuals selected from a related population with a deeper pedigree. Analysis was performed using a linkage disequilibrium–linkage approach, under additive, dominant and multiple QTL models. Of these, the multiple QTL model resulted in the most refined QTL positions, with resolutions of <10 cM achieved for two regions. Because of the moderate size of effect of the QTL, and the apparent age and/or immune status specificity of the QTL, it is suggested that a panel of QTL will be required for significant genetic gains to be achieved within industry via marker-assisted selection. 相似文献

Aggression is an aspect of social behavior that can be elevated in some individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and a concern for peers and caregivers. Mutations in Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN), one of several ASD risk factors encoding negative regulators of the PI3K–Akt–mTOR pathway, have been reported in individuals with ASD and comorbid macrocephaly. We previously showed that a mouse model of Pten germline haploinsufficiency (Pten+/?) has selective deficits, primarily in social behavior, along with broad overgrowth of the brain. Here, we further examine the social behavior of Pten+/? male mice in the resident–intruder test of aggression, using a comprehensive behavioral analysis to obtain an overall picture of the agonistic, non‐agonistic and non‐social behavior patterns of Pten+/? mice during a free interaction with a novel conspecific. Pten+/? male mice were involved in less aggression than their wild‐type littermates. Pten+/? mice also performed less social investigation, including anogenital investigation and approaching and/or attending to the intruder, which is consistent with our previous finding of decreased sociability in the social approach test. In contrast to these decreases in social behaviors, Pten+/? mice showed increased digging. In summary, we report decreased aggression and increased repetitive behavior in Pten+/? mice, thus extending our characterization of this model of an ASD risk factor that features brain overgrowth and social deficits. 相似文献

Each abdominal fat depot, such as mesenteric or epididymal, differently contributes to the development of insulin resistance. The aim of this study was to identify the genetic regions that contribute to fat accumulation in epididymal/mesenteric fat and to examine whether or not the genetic regions that affect glucose metabolism and body fat distribution are coincident. We previously mapped a major quantitative trait locus (QTL) (T2dm2sa) for impaired glucose tolerance on chromosome 2 and revealed that SM.A-T2dm2sa congenic mice showed not only glucose tolerance but also fat accumulation. In the present study, to identify the loci/genes that control the accumulation of abdominal fat, we perfomed QTL analyses of epididymal/mesenteric fat weight by using (A/J×SM.A-T2dm2sa)F2 mice in which the effect of T2dm2sa was excluded. As a result, two highly significant QTLs for mesenteric fat, as well as three significant QTLs for epididymal/mesenteric fat, were mapped on the different chromosomal regions. This suggests that the fat accumulations in individual fat depots are controlled by distinct genomic regions. Our comparison of these QTLs for abdominal fat distribution with those for glucose metabolism revealed that the major genetic factors affecting body fat distribution do not coincide with genetic factors affecting glucose metabolism in (A/J×SM.A-T2dm2sa)F2. 相似文献
