Inbreeding species of hermaphroditic animals practising copulation have been characterized by few copulations, no waiting time (the time that an isolated individual waits for a partner before initiating reproduction compared with paired individuals) and limited inbreeding (self-fertilization) depression. This syndrome, which has never been fully studied before in any species, is analysed here in the highly selfing freshwater snail Biomphalaria pfeifferi. We conducted an experiment under laboratory conditions over two generations (G1 and G2) using snails sampled from two populations (100 individuals per population). G1 individuals were either isolated or paired once a week (potentially allowing for crosses), and monitored during 29 weeks for growth, fecundity and survival. Very few copulations were observed in paired snails, and there was a positive correlation in copulatory activity (e.g. number of copulations) between the male and female sexual roles. The waiting time was either null or negative, meaning that isolated individuals initiated reproduction before paired ones. G2 offspring did not differ in hatching rate and survival (to 28 days) between treatments, but offspring from paired individuals grew faster than those from isolated individuals. On the whole, the self-fertilization depression was extremely low in both populations. Another important result is that paired G1 individuals began laying (selfed) eggs several weeks prior to initiating copulation: this is the first characterization of prior selfing (selfing initiated prior to any outcrossing) in a hermaphroditic animal. A significant population effect was observed on most traits studied. Our results are discussed with regard to the maintenance of low outcrossing rates in highly inbreeding species.  相似文献

Gene genealogy in two partially isolated populations which diverged at a given time t in the past and have since been exchanging individuals at a constant rate m is studied based upon an analytic method for large t and a simulation method for any t. Particular attention is paid to the conditions under which neutral genes sampled from populations are mono-, para-, and polyphyletic in terms of coalescence (divergence) times of genes. It is shown tha the probability of monophyly is high if M = 2Nm less than 0.5 and T = t/(2N) greater than 1, where N is the size of ancestral and descendant haploid populations, in which case most gene genealogies are likely to be concordant with the population relatedness. This probbility decreases as the sample size of genes increases. On the other hand, the case where the probability of monophyly is low will be either that of M greater than 1 and any T or that of M less than 1 and T less than 1, but the clear distinction between these conditions appears very difficult to make. These results are also examined if the gene genealogy is reconstructed from nucleotide differences. It is then shown that the results based upon coalescence times remain valid if the number of nucleotide differences between any pair of genes is not much smaller than 10. To observe such large nucleotide differences in small populations and therefore infer a reliable gene genealogy, we must examine a fairly long stretch of DNA sequences.  相似文献

Sex ratios of flowering individuals in dioecious plant populations are often close to unity, or are male biased owing to gender-specific differences in flowering or mortality. Female-biased sex ratios, although infrequent, are often reported in species with heteromorphic sex chromosomes. Two main hypotheses have been proposed to account for female bias: (1) selective fertilization resulting from differential pollen-tube growth of female- versus male-determining microgametophytes (certation); (2) differences in the performance and viability of the sexes after parental investment. Here we investigate these hypotheses in Rumex nivalis (Polygonaceae), a European alpine herb with female-biased sex ratios in which females possess XX, and males XY1Y2, sex chromosomes. Using field surveys and a glasshouse experiment we investigated the relation between sex ratios and life-history stage in 18 populations from contrasting elevations and snowbed microsites and used a male-specific SCAR-marker to determine the sex of nonflowering individuals. Female bias among flowering individuals was one of the highest reported for populations of a dioecious species (mean female frequency = 0.87), but males increased in frequency at higher elevations and in the center of snowbeds. Female bias was also evident in nonflowering individuals (mean 0.78) and in seeds from open-pollinated flowers (mean 0.59). The female bias in seeds was weakly associated with the frequency of male flowering individuals in populations in the direction predicted when certation occurs. Under glasshouse conditions, females outperformed males at several life-history stages, although male seeds were heavier than female seeds. Poor performance of Y1Y2 gametophytes and male sporophytes in R. nivalis may be a consequence of the accumulation of deleterious mutations on Y-sex chromosomes.  相似文献

We applied a capture–mark–resight (CMR) method to estimate the population size of the Galápagos Penguin Spheniscus mendiculus . In 1999, we estimated 1198 individuals, with lower and upper 95% confidence limits of 1054 and 1403 individuals, respectively, and estimated that approximately 57% of the total population was counted in an annual census. Applying this estimate to the 2003 census, we estimated that the population size for the whole archipelago was 1351 individuals. We also applied the correction factor derived from the 1999 CMR data to other censuses carried out between 1970 and 2003 and estimated a maximum population of about 4000 individuals in 1971 when the highest numbers of Penguins were counted. Although the Penguin population size has fluctuated in the last 33 years, the overall trend shows larger populations in 1970–80 followed by relatively smaller populations and a slow recovery rate in 1983–2003. The data set also shows two major population declines (in 1983 and 1998), which are coincident with El Niño episodes.  相似文献

Summary In segregating populations, large numbers of individuals are needed to detect linkage between markers, such as restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs), and quantitative trait loci (QTL), limiting the potential use of such markers for detecting linkage. Fewer individuals from inbred lines are needed to detect linkage. Simulation data were used to test the utility of two methods to detect linkage: maximum likelihood and comparison of marker genotype means. When there is tight linkage, the two methods have similar power, but when there is loose linkage, maximum likelihood is much more powerful. Once inbred lines have been established, they can be screened rapidly to detect QTL for several traits simultaneously. If there is sufficient coverage of the genome with RFLPs, several QTL for each trait may be detected.  相似文献

Some stochastic theory is developed for monoecious populations of size N in which there are probabilities beta and 1 - beta of reproduction by selfing and by random mating. It is assumed that beta much greater than N-1. Expressions are derived for the inbreeding coefficient of one random individual and the coefficient of kinship of two random separate individuals at time t. The mean and between-lines variance of the fraction of copies of a locus that are identical in two random separate individuals in an equilibrium population are obtained under the assumption that there is an infinite number of possible alleles. It is found that the theory for random mating populations holds if the effective population number is Ne = N'/(1 + FIS), where FIS is the inbreeding coefficient at equilibrium when N is infinite and N' is the reciprocal of the probability that two gametes contributing to random separate adults come from the same parent. When there is a binomial distribution of successful gametes emanating from each adult, N' = N. An approximation to the probability that an allele A survives if it is originally present in one AA heterozygote is found to be 2(N'/N)(FISS1 + (1 - FIS)S2), where S1 and S2 are the selective advantages of AA and AA in comparison with AA. In the last section it is shown that if there is partial full sib mating and binomial offspring distributions Ne = N/(1 + 3FIS).  相似文献

Recombinant plasmids containing the Rous sarcoma virus long-terminal repeat (RSVLTR) promoter linked to either rainbow trout (Oncorhyncus mykiss) growth hormone 1 (rtGH1) or growth hormone 2 (rtGH2) cDNA were linearized and introduced into the fertilized eggs of zebrafish (Brachydanio rerio), channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus), and common carp (Cyprinus carpio) by both electroporation and microinjection. The latter two species had these rainbow trout constructs (RSVLTR-rtGH1cDNA or RSVLTR-rtGH2) electroporated into both gametes (i.e., sperm and unfertilized eggs) prior to fertilization, into eggs shortly after fertilization, and at the first cell division stage. Survival was determined just after hatching and again between 3 and 5 months after hatching. Polymerase chain reactions and Southern blot analyses were used to detect those individuals carrying the introduced foreign genes 3 to 5 months after hatching, respectively. Individuals analyzed by both methods yielded identical results in a double-blind study. The electroporation results were compared with groups that were microinjected. Although survival was similar, electroporation tended to produce a greater number of transgenic individuals than the microinjection procedure, and many more eggs could be treated per unit time by electroporation than microinjection. Survival was better for common carp when electroporation was performed shortly after fertilization, whereas channel catfish fared better at the first cell division stage. Electroporation prior to and shortly after fertilization, and at the first cell stage appeared to generate a large fraction of transgenic fish. We cautiously conclude that electroporation is an efficient method for introducing foreign DNA into fish gametes and embryos and may be an ideal method for treating large numbers of gametes in a modest period.  相似文献

Two populations are subdivided into two categories of individuals (hawks and doves). Individuals fight to have access to a resource which is necessary for their survival. Conflicts occur between individuals belonging to the same population and to different populations. We investigate the long term effects of the conflicts on the stability of the community. The modelis a set of ODE's with four variables corresponding to hawk and dove individuals of the two populations. Two time scales are considered. A fast time scale is used to describe frequent encounters and fightings between individuals trying to monopolize the resource. A slow time scale is used for the demography and the long term effects of encounters. We use aggregation methods in order to reduce this model into a system of two ODE's only for the total densities of the two populations which is found to be a classical Lotka-Volterra competition model. We study different cases of proportions of hawks and doves in both populations on the global coexistence and the mutal exclusion of the two populations. Pure dove tactics in both populations are unstable. In cases of mixed hawk and dove in both populations, there is coexistence. Pure dove or mixed hawk-dove tactics in one population can coexist with pure hawks in the other one when the costs of fightings between hawks are large enough. Accurate detection of offspring resulting from hybridization between individuals of distinct populations has a range of applications in conservation and population genetics. We assessed the hybrid identification efficiency of two methods (implemented in the STRUCTURE and NEWHYBRIDS programs) which are tailored to identifying hybrid individuals but use different approaches. Simulated first- and second-generation hybrids were used to assess the performance of these two methods in detecting recent hybridization under scenarios with different levels of genetic divergence and varying numbers of loci. Despite the different approaches of the methods, the hybrid detection efficiency was generally similar and neither of the two methods outperformed the other in all scenarios assessed. Interestingly, hybrid detection efficiency was only minimally affected by whether reference population allele frequency information was included or not. In terms of genotyping effort, efficient detection of F1 hybrid individuals requires the use of 12 or 24 loci with pairwise F(ST) between hybridizing parental populations of 0.21 or 0.12, respectively. While achievable, these locus numbers are nevertheless higher than the number of loci currently commonly applied in population genetic studies. The method of STRUCTURE seemed to be less sensitive to the proportion of hybrids included in the sample, while NEWHYBRIDS seemed to perform slightly better when individuals from both backcross and F1 hybrid classes were present in the sample. However, separating backcrosses from purebred parental individuals requires a considerable genotyping effort (at least 48 loci), even when divergence between parental populations is high.  相似文献

Proximate factors of the intraspecific variation in molluscan shell morphology have long received attention in biology. The intertidal gastropod Monetaria annulus (Mollusca; Gastropoda; Cypraeidae) is particularly suitable for the study of variation in body size, because this species is a determinate grower in the sense that soft-body size shows no further increase after the juvenile stage. Cross-sectional field surveys on post-juvenile individuals have indicated that the mean body size varies widely among populations and is larger in females than in males within populations. To examine whether these patterns are due to genetic differences, we conducted a common-garden rearing experiment with juvenile individuals collected from two populations on Okinawa Island. After adjusting for among-individual differences in initial degree of development, statistical analyses revealed that this species exhibits female-biased sexual size dimorphism mediated by a longer development time rather than by faster growth rates in females. Although wild individuals show a remarkable size difference between populations, no size difference was found between the populations in the individuals reared in a common-garden condition. This result suggests that the among-population size difference does not have a genetic basis and is caused by phenotypic plasticity based on environmental heterogeneity among habitats.  相似文献

心叶凹唇姜 (Boesenbergia longiflora) 是分布于亚洲热带的一种姜科植物, 在我国滇南地区成片生长于石灰山贫瘠的岩石缝隙和路边林下的冲积土壤上。心叶凹唇姜的花寿命为两天, 第1天为严格的雄性阶段, 第2天为严格的雌性阶段, 是典型的花内雄性先熟, 一朵花的雌、雄性阶段没有重叠, 因而完全避免了自花授粉的发生。对这两种生境 (石灰山贫瘠的岩石缝隙和路边林下) 下的心叶凹唇姜的4个野外种群 (在云南省普洱市的翠云乡彩虹洞、南岛河、澜沧县惠民乡和西双版纳州绿石林森林公园) 和栽培植株的开花格局进行调查后发现, 大多数个体在同一时间内只有一个花序开花, 并且每隔一天才开一朵花, 只有10%左右的植株同时具有雄性阶段和雌性阶段的花, 这样的开花格局有效地降低了同株异花授粉发生的可能。心叶凹唇姜的平均花粉-胚珠比 (Pollen-ovuleratio) 为291, 应该是以异交为主的混合交配系统。其自然种群存在着花粉限制, 彩虹洞、南岛河和绿石林3个不同种群的平均结籽率都不到60%, 这可能与其较小的花展示有关。心叶凹唇姜为泛化传粉植物, 不同种群的有效传粉昆虫种类各不相同。在两种不同的生境条件下, 心叶凹唇姜花的大小和开花格局都没有显著的差异, 大多数个体同时只具有一种性阶段的花, 说明心叶凹唇姜这种独特的开花格局是长期进化的结果。心叶凹唇姜通过隔一天开一朵花的开花格局, 配合雄性先熟机制, 有效地降低了自交的发生。  相似文献

The diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella (L.) is considered as the most destructive pest of Brassicaceae crops world-wide. Its migratory capacities and development of insecticide resistance in many populations leads to more difficulties for population management. To control movement of populations and apparitions of resistance carried by resistant migrant individuals, populations must be identified using genetic markers. Here, seven different ISSR markers have been tested as a tool for population discrimination and genetic variations among 19 DBM populations from Canada, USA, Brazil, Martinique Island, France, Romania, Austria, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Benin, South Africa, Réunion Island, Hong Kong, Laos, Japan and four localities in Australia were assessed. Two classification methods were tested and compared: a common method of genetic distance analyses and a novel method based on an advanced statistical method of the Artificial Neural Networks' family, the Self-Organizing Map (SOM). The 188 loci selected revealed a very high variability between populations with a total polymorphism of 100% and a global coefficient of gene differentiation estimated by the Nei's index (Gst) of 0.238. Nevertheless, the largest part of variability was expressed among individuals within populations (AMOVA: 73.71% and mean polymorphism of 94% within populations). Genetic differentiation among the DBM populations did not reflect geographical distances between them. The two classification methods have given excellent results with less than 1.3% of misclassified individuals. The origin of the high genetic differentiation and efficiency of the two classification methods are discussed.  相似文献

There are many instances in genetics in which we wish to determine whether two candidate populations are distinguishable on the basis of their genetic structure. Examples include populations which are geographically separated, case-control studies and quality control (when participants in a study have been genotyped at different laboratories). This latter application is of particular importance in the era of large scale genome wide association studies, when collections of individuals genotyped at different locations are being merged to provide increased power. The traditional method for detecting structure within a population is some form of exploratory technique such as principal components analysis. Such methods, which do not utilise our prior knowledge of the membership of the candidate populations. are termed unsupervised. Supervised methods, on the other hand are able to utilise this prior knowledge when it is available.In this paper we demonstrate that in such cases modern supervised approaches are a more appropriate tool for detecting genetic differences between populations. We apply two such methods, (neural networks and support vector machines) to the classification of three populations (two from Scotland and one from Bulgaria). The sensitivity exhibited by both these methods is considerably higher than that attained by principal components analysis and in fact comfortably exceeds a recently conjectured theoretical limit on the sensitivity of unsupervised methods. In particular, our methods can distinguish between the two Scottish populations, where principal components analysis cannot. We suggest, on the basis of our results that a supervised learning approach should be the method of choice when classifying individuals into pre-defined populations, particularly in quality control for large scale genome wide association studies.  相似文献

Fine-scale genetic structure (FSGS) in plant populations is expected to be influenced by variation in demographic processes across space and over time. I chose Hemerocallis taeanensis (Liliaceae), a perennial herb with a rapid population turnover, to quantify how demographic structure and FSGS change with a population’s history (i.e., density). Nonaccumulative O-ring statistic and spatial autocorrelation analysis (kinship coefficient, F ij ) were used to quantify spatial patterns of individuals and FSGS in four populations belonging to two population stages (expansion and maturation) in west-central Korea. The O-ring function revealed that significant aggregation of individuals occurs at short spatial scales during the earlier stage of population expansion, which reflects restricted seed dispersal around maternal individuals. However, this pattern disappears as the population density increases during population maturation, probably due to a high population density. Significant evidence of FSGS was found in two populations at the stage of population expansion (Sp, a statistic which describes the rate of decrease of pairwise kinship with distance, was 0.018 and 0.029). The results show that most seeds fall around maternal plants when initially established colonists proliferate at suitable microhabitats. In contrast to this, much lower Sp values (−0.003 and 0.004) were estimated for two populations at the stage of population maturation, which may result from the overlapping of seed shadows due to high adult density. All of these results demonstrate considerable variation in within-population demographic and genetic structures of H. taeanensis with respect to population temporal stage across the landscape.  相似文献

Survival is a key life-history trait in animals. However, most methods of survival estimation require substantial human and economic investment in the long term, particularly in species occurring in low densities, the case of most endangered species. An alternative to traditional recapture (CR) methods is estimation of adult survival based indirectly on either age ratios (AGR) or turnover rates (TOR) in territorial species. These 2 methods are applicable to bird species in which recruited individuals enter into the breeding population whilst still exhibiting the external traits that distinguish those animals from experienced adults. The main advantages of these methods are that survival can be easily estimated for all monitored individuals after just 1 or 2 breeding seasons and that disturbance to the species is minimized. The main constraints of indirect methods are that the assumptions are more restrictive than in CR methods, and survival estimates, although comparable between sites and years, may be biased. We used data from a long-term monitoring survey of 2 populations of the endangered Bonelli's eagle (Aquila fasciata), one in Catalonia (NE Spain) and the other in Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon (SE France). We evaluated survival estimates using the AGR and TOR methods and compared them with CR methods and provide suitable corrections for refining survival estimates based on indirect methods. In Catalonia (2002–2008), survival was estimated at 0.84 by CR methods (SE = 0.047; n = 25 radio tagged eagles), at 0.86 by the corrected AGR method (SE = 0.011; n = 558 bird * year), and at 0.86 by the corrected TOR method (SE = 0.022; n = 547 bird * year). In France (1999–2008), survival was estimated at 0.88 by CR methods (SE = 0.040; n = 45 darvic banded eagles), at 0.87 by the corrected AGR method (SE = 0.015; n = 443 bird * year), and at 0.87 by the corrected TOR method (SE = 0.015; n = 438 bird * year). All analyses suggest that females survive better than males and that individuals from the French population survive better than individuals from the Catalan population. We conclude that indirect methods, which should not be regarded as a substitute of CR methods, will allow wildlife managers and researchers to estimate accurately adult survival in a territorial species over a short period of time and to monitor survival across populations over large geographic ranges and over time. © 2011 The Wildlife Society.  相似文献

1. We used both genetic and ecological methods to evaluate the role of history and the scale of colonisation in structuring populations of the caddisfly Plectrocnemia conspersa. There was no genetic differentiation between sites up to 20 km apart, despite population sizes suggesting that genetic drift could create substantial variation at this scale. 2. Genetic differentiation between populations separated by more than 20 km was greater than expected given the contrasting short‐range trend, and implied a neighbourhood population size that is implausibly small. Therefore, the evolutionary processes that affect the short‐range trend do not explain differentiation over greater distances. 3. At small scales (<20 km), relatively short flights by winged adults spread over a number of generations could account for the spread of genes. For instance, dispersing individuals could found small (often temporary) populations, which may then grow and exchange genes with larger and more permanent local populations, amplifying the effects of the initial gene flow. 4. Over larger scales (20–500 km), substantial gaps between regions containing suitable habitat patches could reduce the number of colonisation events. Genetic patterns at this scale may date from the time they were last colonised. Previous ecological studies have rarely examined the dynamics of aquatic insect populations over these larger geographical scales, yet these processes may be central to their persistence and spread.  相似文献

1. Urbanisation represents a significant threat to semi‐aquatic amphibian populations, especially stream‐dwelling salamanders. Although studies of urbanisation effects on amphibians have been conducted, there is an urgent need to follow populations over longer time periods, account for imperfect detection and determine the response time to urbanisation. Consequently, we used a before‐after control‐impact (BACI) study design to estimate changes in abundances of larval and adult salamanders in streams affected by urbanisation. 2. From 2005 to 2009, we used standard sampling techniques to obtain a count of salamanders in 13 first‐order streams that underwent urbanisation of their catchments after the first year of sampling. Simultaneously, we counted salamanders in 17 streams that experienced no disturbance within stream catchments. Additionally, we measured environmental variables at each stream. 3. We used Royle’s binomial mixture model to estimate annual mean abundances and individual detection probabilities, and Bayesian inference was used to estimate population parameters for each stage and species. 4. Although mean abundance estimates varied among years in control and urbanised streams, we found that urbanisation had a negative effect on larval and adult salamander abundances. Larval salamander abundances at sites 1 year after urbanisation were significantly lower than abundances from control sites. Abundances of adult two‐lined salamanders (Eurycea cirrigera) at urbanised sites were lower than abundances at control sites 2 years post‐urbanisation, and adult dusky salamander (Desmognathus fuscus) abundances at urbanised sites were lower than abundances at control sites 3 years post‐urbanisation. Maximum conductivity, sedimentation level and maximum stream channel width differed between urban and non‐urban streams. 5. Our results suggest that stream‐dwelling salamanders exhibit little resistance to urbanisation. Our study also highlights the use of the BACI design to study how urbanisation affects populations in semi‐aquatic habitats. We emphasise that inferences regarding urbanisation effects on population response may be compromised unless urban populations are compared to populations in control sites, especially for species in which populations fluctuate.  相似文献

Introduced mammalian predators threaten populations of endemic New Zealand lizards but their effects on lizard populations have not been quantified on the mainland. We trialled the use of artificial cover objects (ACOs) for sampling small terrestrial lizards (the skinks Oligosoma maccanni, O. nigriplantare polychroma and O. inconspicuum, and gecko Hoplodactylus maculatus) in three experimental mammal-management treatments: a mammal-proof fence, two sites in an intensive mammal-removal area, and an experimental control site with no mammal removal. These predator control regimes were established in 2005-2006 to protect endangered grand skinks (O. grande) and Otago skinks (O. otagense) at Macraes Flat, North Otago. We (1) counted skinks and geckos found under ACOs on a single day and compared these counts between treatments, and (2) estimated lizard population sizes (N) based on capture-mark-recapture (CMR) of lizards under ACOs in daily and weekly sampling sessions. Our results provide baseline data of the abundance of the small lizard species shortly after implementation of predator management. Single-day counts of skinks were significantly higher inside the mammal fence compared with the experimental control. No consistent differences were found between the other treatments. Significantly more skinks were counted in gully habitats than in ridge habitats. N?, counts of skinks from the first day of CMR, and the total number of individuals caught were correlated, but these relationships must be validated with independent data. Few geckos were caught unless ACOs were placed near rock outcrops. Only two skinks but 25% of geckos moved between adjacent ACOs (5-m spacing). The recapture rate of skinks was low; captures declined when ACOs were checked daily but not when they were checked weekly. Because of potential biases of these methods, we propose to compare counts in ACOs and N? based on CMR in ACOs with N? based on CMR in pitfall traps with 3-m spacing.  相似文献

目的:探讨不同剂量罗哌卡因复合地佐辛硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)应用于无痛分娩的临床价值。方法:选择2019年1月~12月于北京协和医院拟行自然分娩的初产妇180例,按随机数余数法分为A、B、C三组,每组60例,分别采用0.75%罗哌卡因0.33 m L(2.50 mg)、0.50 m L(3.75 mg)、0.67 m L(5.0 mg)复合地佐辛PCEA分娩镇痛,宫口开至2~3 cm时进行无痛分娩,L2~L3间隙穿刺,头侧置管行PCEA,宫口开全时停止PCEA。比较三组镇痛前(T0)、镇痛15 min(T1)、宫口全开(T2)、胎儿娩出(T3)、胎盘娩出(T4)及缝合会阴(T5)视觉模拟评分(VAS),采用改良Bromage评分评估下肢运动神经阻滞效果,统计各组镇痛起效时间、镇痛开始至宫口全开时间、第一产程、第二产程和第三产程时间,统计各组达目标麻醉平面时镇痛药物用量及产妇镇痛泵按压次数,记录各组产后出血量及最终分娩方式,采用新生儿阿氏评分法(Apgar)评定新生儿窒息情况,并行脐血血气分析,统计各组分娩期间不良反应发生情况。结果:T1~T5时点三组VAS评分均较T0时点降低(P<0.05),B、C组T1~T5时点VAS评分均低于A组(P<0.05);三组改良Bromage分级分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C组镇痛起效时间较A组更快,第二产程时间、第三产程时间较A组缩短,达目标麻醉平面镇痛药物用量、镇痛泵按压次数、有效按压次数均较A组减少(P<0.05),B、C组以上指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组产后出血量、最终分娩方式、新生儿出生1 min、5 min Apgar评分、pH值、血氧分压(PO2)、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)和不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:0.75%罗哌卡因0.50 m L(3.75 mg)复合地佐辛PCEA分娩镇痛在无痛分娩中镇痛效果满意,对产程、宫缩、母婴影响小,具有运动神经阻滞、感觉神经阻滞分离优势,不良反应少,安全性高。  相似文献
