通过城市生活垃圾堆肥基质草坪建植体系接种草坪土壤线虫,研究了线虫数量、科属分类、营养类群等线虫多样性变化.结果表明,接种草坪土壤线虫 4 个月后,垃圾堆肥基质中共鉴定出线虫4科7属,包括植物寄生性线虫、食真菌线虫和食细菌线虫3个营养类群;垃圾堆肥基质草坪建植体系中线虫总数明显少于土壤基质.在接种草坪线虫的土壤基质草坪建植体系中,植物寄生线虫为优势营养类群,盘旋线虫属仍为优势属,相对多度达到83.3%,显著高于本底土壤45.1%.在接种草坪土壤线虫的垃圾堆肥基质草坪建植体系中,土壤本底中处于优势属的植物寄生类线虫如盘旋线虫属和螺旋线虫属基本消失了,表明垃圾堆肥基质对植物寄生类群的生长与繁殖表现出明显的抑制作用,优势属也发生了很大变化,食细菌类群的头叶属和丽突属成为优势属,相对多度分别为67.0%和14.0%.因此,从草坪土壤线虫危害角度来说,以垃圾堆肥作为草坪基质将会为草坪植物生长创造良好的基质环境.  相似文献

This work focuses on investigating plant-parasitic nematodes that affect greenhouse vegetables. The study took place in the Rostov region (Russian Federation) between May 2019 and May 2020 and involved 180 samples of soil and roots of 30 different vegetables in the families Cucurbitaceae (6), Solanaceae (8), Umbelliferae (8), Lamiaceae (4) and Allioideae (4) from 20 intensive farming locations. In this study, 11 nematode genera were detected. The most common genus was Meloidogyne, followed by Helicotylenchus, Pratylenchus, and Scutellonema. The highest Meloidogyne densities were detected in cucumbers, green peppers, carrots, eggplants, basil, and celery. Onions were not infected with Meloidogyne at all. Plant diseases caused by Pratylenchus, Scutellonema and Helicotylenchus were present in 29.7%, 51.5% and 81.6% of all crops examined, respectively. Xiphinema were found exclusively in carrots and celery, while Ditylenchus were only present in tomatoes and carrots (for each, the prevalence was 2.1%). The relative abundance of Meloidogyne, Helicotylenchus, and Pratylenchus was 58.3%, 10.4%, and 2.1%, respectively. As regards other genera, the relative abundance was less than 1%. The results show that soil properties are as important for the abundance, distribution and structure of the plant-parasitic nematode communities as the host plant. Findings may be helpful in improving the vegetable pest controls.  相似文献

对24个栽培葡萄品种及12个中国野生葡萄株系的根际线虫种群研究结果表明:寄生类线虫占线虫总量的10.5%,腐生类占88.4%,捕食类占0.3%,矛线类占0.8%。寄生线虫共鉴定出10个属。其中螺旋线虫属的数量及分布寄主最多,短体线虫次之。不同种和品种的根际寄生线虫种类及虫口密度差异较大。大多数栽培品种根际的寄生线虫种类及数量明显高于野生种,野生种受线虫危害较轻。  相似文献

Few data is available on the nematodes found in Brassicaceae, except for the most important plant parasite. However, studying the structure of nematofauna could be an important database for the soil quality and in order to assess the effects of future disturbance. This is particularly important considering that the diffusion of the canola crop in the world is increasing because of its use as a bio-diesel. Very diffused is also the Bt variety of oil seed rape, and, in this case, the study of the impact on the soil health and on bio-diversity is essential. In this research we have analyzed the nematode community, used as a bio-indicator of the soil condition. The nematofauna found in canola (Brassica napus var. oleifera) fields located in Southern Italy (Metaponto - MT) was investigated. The nematode community was studied considering its abundance, genus composition and trophic structure. Maturity and biodiversity indices were also calculated. A total of 5286 nematodes were extracted. They belong to 14 families and 24 genera. Bacterial and fungal feeders, 50.18% and 42.90% of the total respectively, dominated the trophic structure. Aphelencus is the most abundant genus (23.71%) followed by Acrobeloides (20.49%) and Aphelencoides (19.18%). Among plant feeders (6.59%), Pratylenchus is the dominant genus (2.20%) and Tylenchidae the main family (3.54%). No infestation of Meloidogyne, Heterodera or Naboccus, important plant-parasitic nematodes of canola crops, was recorded. Other important phytophagous were Helycotylenchus (0.5%), Trichotylenchus (0.5%) and Filenchus (0.9%). All of them had an abundance level below injury level. The indices of biodiversity are rather low (H'=0.93, J'=0.67), as is typical for agro ecosystems. However, the nematofauna community is quite well structured (N2=6.31, D=0.16) and the maturity index rather high (EMI=1.94). These values demonstrate that oilseed rape has a lower impact on the soil compared to other crop systems and that it could be taken into consideration for crop rotation programs. Canola could follow other more stressful crops, trying to maintain soil equilibrium.  相似文献

A comprehensive survey of the plant parasitic nematodes associated with cowpea (Vigna unguiculata) production fields was carried out in the three primary agro-climatic zones of Burkina Faso in West Africa. Across the three zones, a total of 109 samples were collected from the farms of 32 villages to provide a representative coverage of the cowpea production areas. Samples of rhizosphere soil and samples of roots from actively growing cowpea plants were collected during mid- to late-season. Twelve plant-parasitic nematode genera were identified, of which six appeared to have significant parasitic potential on cowpea based on their frequency and abundance. These included Helicotylenchus, Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus, Scutellonema, Telotylenchus, and Tylenchorhynchus. Criconemella and Rotylenchulus also had significant levels of abundance and frequency, respectively. Of the primary genera, Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus, and Scutellonema contained species which are known or suspected to cause losses of cowpea yield in other parts of the world. According to the prevalence and distribution of these genera in Burkina Faso, their potential for damage to cowpea increased from the dry Sahelian semi-desert zone in the north (annual rainfall < 600 mm/year), through the north-central Soudanian zone (annual rainfall of 600-800 mm/year), to the wet Soudanian zone (annual rainfall ≥ 1000 mm) in the more humid south-western region of the country. This distribution trend was particularly apparent for the endoparasitic nematode Meloidogyne and the migratory endoparasite Pratylenchus.  相似文献

Population densities of Pratylenchus scribneri in a Plainfield loamy sand soil were sampled from 1 October to 1 May for 4 years. From May to October of each year, the site was planted to Russet Burbank potato and Wis 4763 corn. Percentages of change in population densities of nematodes were computed on the basis of number of nematodes present on 1 October. The decline of P. scribneri between growing seasons was nonlinear, with most mortality occurring in the autumn before the soil froze. Winter survival, defined as the percentage of change in population densities from 1 October to 1 May the following year, ranged from 50 to 136% for nematodes in corn plots and from 15 to 86% for nematodes in potato plots. There was no difference in survival of nematodes of different life stages or among root and soil habitats. Winter survival of nematodes was density-dependent in 3 of 4 years in corn plots and in 1 of 4 years in potato plots. Although predators were present, their abundance was not correlated with the winter survival of nematodes. Cumulative and average snow cover was correlated with the survival of nematodes associated with corn but not with potato. No relationships between other climatic factors and survivorship were detected.  相似文献

2003年7和9月对长春市郊区天然次生林、农田、防护林和市区公园绿地等典型土地利用生境进行了土壤线虫调查,共捕获土壤线虫2纲7目20科27属7 273只,优势属为Aphelenchus、Tylenchus和Pratylenchus,占总捕获个体数量的61.58%.用Baermann法提取土壤线虫个体,应用个体密度、属数量、群落多样性、丰富度、均匀度和功能类群结构等指数,研究了土壤线虫的群落结构特征及人类活动对土壤线虫群落结构的影响.结果表明,长春市土地利用差异对线虫群落结构特征影响明显,地表凋落物的移除和耕作活动是影响线虫群落结构特征的主要因素.地表凋落物的移除将显著减少线虫群落的个体密度和群落多样性;耕作活动影响线虫个体密度在土壤剖面的垂直分布特征.生境间地表植物群落类型对土壤线虫群落生态结构特征的影响差异不显著.  相似文献

Sixty-six genera of nematodes representing 37 families were collected over a 13-month period from untreated and treated water from three water treatment plants in southern Ontario. Two plants receive water from the Grand River which drains agricultural, residential and industrial regions, the third from a small stream in an agricultural district. Specimens were isolated by filtration from weekly samples of untreated and treated water, most were identified to genus but a few to species.Estimated mean density in the organic drift of the river ranged from 0.58 individuals per litre in winter, when it was under ice, to 10.57 per litre during the spring thaw. Most of the 66 genera found passed through the treatment plants and over 50% of these were still motile.Eleven genera were abundant at some time of the year, six known only from soil-dwelling forms and five from aquatic or soil/aquatic species. There was no indication that sewage purification works were a major source of any genus. There were a few plant parasites.Aquatic nematodes occurred during most of the year although they were more abundant during the warmer months, high densities of soil nematodes were a feature of the spring thaw and rains and during heavy autumn rains. More than 50% of the specimens were juveniles and some common genera lacked males.  相似文献

土壤是生态系统中物质循环和能量转化的重要场所,转基因作物外源基因对土壤非靶标生物的影响已经引起人们的广泛关注.我国转植酸酶基因玉米(即自交系BVLA430101)于2009年9月27日获得了生物安全证书,该转植酸酶基因玉米可提高饲料利用效率,减少动物粪便造成的环境污染.本文以转植酸酶基因玉米(简称转基因玉米)和常规对照亲本玉米(简称对照玉米)为试验材料,通过大田试验研究了转基因玉米和对照玉米种植对土壤线虫群落组成与生态指标的影响.结果表明: 转基因玉米和对照玉米大田土壤分别分离出29个属和26个属的线虫.与对照玉米相比,转基因玉米种植田食细菌线虫相对多度与数量、捕/杂食线虫数量和土壤线虫总数,以及群落多样性指数等都有升高的趋势,而植食线虫相对多度与线虫总成熟度指数呈降低趋势.重复测量方差分析表明,整个生长季节内转基因玉米与对照玉米田间不同营养类群土壤线虫相对多度与数量及生态指标均无显著差异;而T检验分析表明,玉米乳熟期转基因玉米田食细菌线虫、捕/杂食线虫数量和土壤线虫总数显著高于对照玉米田,这可能与乳熟期转基因玉米田土壤总氮含量显著升高有关.  相似文献

Fifteen economically important plant species were tested for their suitability to commonly occurring plant parasitic nematodes viz, Hoplolaimus indicus, Helicotylenchus indicus, Tylenchus filiformis, Rotylenchulus reniformis, Tylenchorhynchus brassicae, Pratylenchus zeae and Meloidogyne incognita. A field trial was conducted for 2 years in an Arredondo fine sand containing a tillage pan at 15-20 cm deep to determine the influence of subsoiling on the distribution of corn roots and plant-parasitic nematodes. Soil samples were taken at various depths and row positions at 30, 60, and 90 days after planting in field corn subsoiled under the row with two chisels and in non-subsoiled corn. At 30 and 60 days, in-row nematode population densities to 60 cm deep were not affected by subsoiling compared with population densities in nonsubsoiled plots. After 90 days, subsoiling had not affected total root length or root weight at the 20 depth-row position sampling combinations, but population densities of Meloidogyne incognita and Criconemella spp. had increased in subsoiled corn. Numbers of Pratylenchus zeae were not affected. Subsoiling generally resulted in a change in distribution of corn roots and nematodes in the soil profile but caused little total increase in either roots or numbers of nematodes. 作者对潮棕壤不同土地利用方式(旱田、撂荒地和林地)下土壤线虫群落时空分布特征进行了研究, 结果表明, 不同土地利用方式能够影响线虫群落及其优势属的时空分布。线虫优势属对不同土地利用方式的响应不同, 撂荒地和林地处理中板唇属(Chiloplacus)线虫主要分布在5–30 cm土层, 而其他线虫优势属则主要分布在0–20 cm土层; 在旱田处理中, 短体属(Pratylenchus)线虫均匀分布在各个土层。由于土地利用方式的改变而引起的土壤环境因素的变化能够对土壤线虫产生影响, 研究发现土壤孔隙度、土壤有机碳、全氮和碳氮比与土壤线虫优势属的数量具有显著的正相关关系。线虫区系分析结果表明, 撂荒地和林地处理中土壤环境相对稳定, 土壤食物网向较成熟的阶段演替。线虫区系分析方法可用来揭示不同土地利用方式下土壤食物网的变化, 为进一步研究土壤生态过程对土地利用方式的响应提供了有效的工具。  相似文献

Seedlings of longleaf pine (Pinus palustris) were grown in 20-cm pots for 5 to 7 months in the greenhouse following inoculation with a high or low level of one of seven species of plant-parasitic nematodes. Belonolaimus longicaudatus and Helicotylenchus dihystera had no effect on seedling growth. High inoculum densities of Hoplolaimus galeatus and Tylenchorhynchus claytoni caused a significant reduction of fresh weight of seedling roots. Root and top weights of seedlings grown in soil infested with Meloidodera floridensis or Pratylenchus brachyurus were significantly less than those of seedlings in noninfested soil. Root growth of seedlings was stimulated by the higher inoculum density of Scutellonema brachyurum.  相似文献

Four plants, Cyperus ochraceus, Eriocaulon compressum, Lythrum alatum, and Xyris jupicai, growing along the shoreline of an oligotrophic lake in north central Florida were sampled for nematodes. The nematodes recovered were placed in four trophic groups: bacterivores, herbivores, omnivores, and predators. When the nematodes on all plants were considered, 27% were bacterivores, 23% were herbivores, 7% were omnivores, and 43% were predators. Tripyla was the dominant predator and the dominant genus of all nematodes, and Malenchus was the dominant herbivore. Dominance was not clearly pronounced in the other trophic groups.  相似文献

为了解西藏东南部急尖长苞冷杉林林隙土壤线虫群落特征,对林隙、非林隙土壤0~30 cm范围内不同深度土层的线虫群落进行调查,并用线虫个体密度、生物多样性指数和营养类群指数等特征值分析了土壤线虫群落的结构及多样性特点.结果表明: 采用浅盘法分离得到土壤线虫26801 条,隶属于2纲5目40科64属;线虫个体密度平均为3552 条·100 g-1干土,表聚性极强.垫咽属、丝垫刃属为林隙土壤线虫优势属;食细菌性线虫为主要营养类群.土壤有机质的分解兼有真菌分解和细菌分解两种途径.线虫的生物多样性及丰富度与林隙面积有关.土壤线虫群落特征表明,林隙具有异于郁闭林分和林间空地的特性,在环境指示方面具有应用潜力.  相似文献

A quantitative PCR procedure targeting the β-tubulin gene determined the number of Rotylenchulus reniformis Linford & Oliveira 1940 in metagenomic DNA samples isolated from soil. Of note, this outcome was in the presence of other soil-dwelling plant parasitic nematodes including its sister genus Helicotylenchus Steiner, 1945. The methodology provides a framework for molecular diagnostics of nematodes from metagenomic DNA isolated directly from soil.  相似文献

An analysis of the seasonal and vertical distri-bution of soil nematode communities under three con-trasting land uses, i.e., cropland, abandoned cropland and woodland was conducted in an aquic brown soil. The results showed that different land-use types affected the spatiotemporal distribution of soil nematodes and their dominant genera, and different dominant genera showed different responses to land use. In the abandoned cropland and woodland, most dominant genera were pre-sent in the 0-20 cm layers and Chiloplacus was mainly distributed in the 5-30 cm layers, while in the cropland, Pratylenchus exhibited an even distribution from the 0-5 cm to the 40-50 cm depth. Soil environmental para-meters under different land use could influence soil nema-todes; soil porosity, total organic C, total N and the C/N ratio could positively influence the abundance of some dominant genera. Faunal profiles revealed that envir-onmental stability and the homeostasis in the abandoned cropland and woodland lead to higher levels of commun-ity structure, and the soil food web tends to succeed to maturity. Nematode faunal analyses are a useful indicator for interpreting the stress and/or nutrient conditions under different land uses.  相似文献

为了解青藏高原东缘亚高山/高山森林土壤线虫多样性,于2015年7月以该地区岷江冷杉原始林、混交林和次生林为研究对象,采用淘洗-过筛-蔗糖离心的方法分离土壤线虫,研究了3个海拔森林土壤线虫群落的组成与结构特征.结果表明: 共捕获线虫37950条,隶属于20科27属,平均为4217 条·100 g-1干土,原始林以丝尾垫刃属为优势属,混交林和次生林以丝尾垫刃属和拟盘旋属为优势属,且优势属个体数量受林型的影响显著.原始林和次生林的优势营养类群为食真菌线虫,混交林则为食细菌线虫.土壤线虫c-p (colonizer-persister)类群c-p 1、c-p 2、 c-p 3和c-p 4数量分别占总数的6.1%、51.1%、30.0%和12.7%.3个海拔森林土壤线虫的自由生活线虫成熟度指数(MI)、总成熟度指数(∑MI)和植物寄生线虫成熟度指数(PPI)随海拔增加而逐渐降低.土壤线虫通路指数(NCR)在混交林高于0.5,在原始林和次生林低于0.5.林型显著影响了土壤线虫成熟度和NCR指数,但林型、土层及二者的交互作用对多样性指数影响不显著.川西亚高山/高山不同森林土壤线虫的组成、营养结构和能流通道存在明显差异,为深入理解土壤线虫在该区森林土壤生态过程中的作用提供了参考.  相似文献

Transgenic insect-resistant cotton has been released into the environment for more than a decade in China to effectively control the cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) and other Lepidoptera. Because of concerns about undesirable ecological side-effects of transgenic crops, it is important to monitor the potential environmental impact of transgenic insect-resistant cotton after commercial release. Our 2-year study included 1 cotton field where non-transgenic cotton had been planted continuously and 2 other cotton fields where transgenic insect-resistant cotton had been planted for different lengths of time since 1997 and since 2002. In 2 consecutive years (2009 and 2010), we took soil samples from 3 cotton fields at 4 different growth stages (seedling, budding, boll-forming and boll-opening stages), collected soil nematodes from soil with the sugar flotation and centrifugation method and identified the soil nematodes to the genus level. The generic composition, individual densities and diversity indices of the soil nematodes did not differ significantly between the 2 transgenic cotton fields and the non-transgenic cotton field, but significant seasonal variation was found in the individual densities of the principal trophic groups and in the diversity indices of the nematodes in all 3 cotton fields. The study used a comparative perspective to monitor the impact of transgenic insect-resistant cotton grown in typical ‘real world’ conditions. The results of the study suggested that more than 10 years of cultivation of transgenic insect-resistant cotton had no significant effects–adverse or otherwise–on soil nematodes. This study provides a theoretical basis for ongoing environmental impact monitoring of transgenic plants.  相似文献
