细基格孢属一新种和两个中国新记录种

A new species and two new Chinese records in the genus Ulocladium from soil are reported. New species is Ulocladium leve, and the new records are U. alternariae and U. consortiale. Latin diagnosis of the new species is presented. Holotype specimen (dried culture) of the new species and dried cultures of two new records are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).     

Rotifers from West Bengal. IV. Further contributions to the Eurotatoria

This paper deals with 25 eurotatorien species (spread over eleven families) collected from Calcutta and its environs (Lower Bengal). Of these, 18 species represent new records from this state while six of them are new records from India.     

Tripterygiid Fishes of New Caledonia, with Zoogeographical Remarks

The Tripterygiidae of New Caledonia are revised and their zoogeographical relationships discussed. A total of 27 species is recognized from the territory; three species are recorded from New Caledonia for the first time [Enneapterygius howensis Fricke, 1997; Enneapterygius rhabdotus Fricke, 1994; Helcogramma trigloides (Bleeker, 1858)]. From Grande Terre, 26 species are known, with four species recorded for the first time. Seven species occur at the Ile des Pins (all new records); from the Chesterfield Islands, six species of tripterygiid fishes have been recorded; and from the Loyalty Islands, 17 species are known, with three species recorded from the island group for the first time: 15 species from Ouvéa, 11 species from Lifou (eight new records) and five species from Maré (three new records).     

Contributions to the faunistics and bionomics of Staphylinidae (Coleoptera) in northeastern North America: discoveries made through study of the University of Guelph Insect Collection, Ontario, Canada

Staphylinidae (Rove Beetles) from northeastern North America deposited in the University of Guelph Insect Collection (Ontario, Canada) were curated from 2008-2010 by the first author. The identification of this material has resulted in the recognition of thirty-five new provincial or state records, six new Canadian records, one new record for the United States and two new records for eastern Canada. All records are for subfamilies other than Aleocharinae and Pselaphinae, which will be treated in future publications as collaborative projects. Range expansions of ten exotic species to additional provinces and states are reported. The known distributions of each species in northeastern North America are summarized and presented as maps, and those species with a distinctive habitus are illustrated with color photographs. Genitalia and/or secondary sexual characters are illustrated for those species currently only identifiable on the basis of dissected males. The majority of the new records are in groups that have been recently revised, demonstrating the importance of curation and local insect surveys to the understanding of biodiversity, even for taxa and areas considered 'relatively well-known'.     

茎点霉和叶点霉两属的新种及国内新记录种

本文对采自东北地区的115份茎点霉(Phoma)和叶点霉(Phyllosticta)的标本进行分类研究,有新种2个和国内新记录种9个。新种是木瓜生叶点霉(Phyllosticta chaenomelesicola L.Yu et Bai)和草玉铃生叶点霉(Phyllosticta convallaricola L.Yu et Bai)。新种有拉丁文和汉文描述及图。对新记录种作了简要介绍。模式标本保存于沈阳农业大学植保系真菌标本室(HMSAU)。     

New Coleoptera records from New Brunswick, Canada: Stenotrachelidae, Oedemeridae, Meloidae, Myceteridae, Boridae, Pythidae, Pyrochroidae, Anthicidae, and Aderidae

We report 19 new species records for the faunal list of Coleoptera in New Brunswick, Canada, six of which are new records for the Maritime provinces, and one of which is new Canadian record. We also provide the first recent records for five additional species in New Brunswick. One new species of Stenotrachelidae, Cephaloon ungulare LeConte, is added to the New Brunswick faunal list. Additional records are provided for Cephaloon lepturides Newman, as well the first recent record of Nematoplus collaris LeConte. Two species of Oedemeridae, Asclera puncticollis (Say) and Asclera ruficollis (Say), are newly reported for New Brunswick, and additional locality and bionomic data are provided for Calopus angustus LeConte and Ditylus caeruleus (Randall). The records of Ditylus caerulus are the first recent records for the province. Three species of Meloidae, Epicauta pestifera Werner, Lytta sayi LeConte, and Meloe augustcollis Say are reported the first time for New Brunswick; Epicauta pestifera is newly recorded in Canada. Lacconotus punctatus LeConte and the family Mycteridaeis newly recorded for New Brunswick. The first recent records of Borus unicolor Say (Boridae) are reported from the province. One new species of Pythidae, Pytho siedlitzi Blair, and the first recent records of Pytho niger Kirby are added to the faunal list of New Brunswick. Three species of Pyrochroidae are newly reported for the province, including Pedilus canaliculatus (LeConte) and Pedilus elegans (Hentz), which are new for the Maritime provinces. Five species of Anthicidae and the first recent record of Anthicus cervinus LaFerté-Sénectére are newly reported for New Brunswick. Anthicus melancholicus LaFerté-Sénectère, Sapintus pubescens (LaFerté-Sénectère), Notoxus bifasciatus (LeConte), and Stereopalpus rufipes Casey are new to the Maritime provinces faunal list. Ambyderus granularis (LeConte) is removed from the faunal list of the province. Three species of Aderidae, Vanonus huronicus Casey, Zonantes fasciatus (Melsheimer), and Zonantes pallidusWerner, are newly recorded for New Brunswick; Zonantes fasciatus and Vanonus huronicus are new for the Maritime provinces' faunal list. Collection data, bionomic data, and distribution maps are presented for all these species.

本文报道爵床科(Acanthaceae)上的尖药草白锈新种(Albugo aechmantherae Zhang etY.X.Wang sp.nov.)和十字花科(Cruciferae)上已知种白锈菌[A.candida(Pers.)O.Kuntze]及大孢白锈[A.macrospora(Togashi)S.Ito]的寄主新记录和寄主植物国内新记录。新种有汉文和拉丁文描述及形态图。     

A note on some Eurotatoria from Panjab State,India

Among 35 eurotatorian species presently reported from Panjab State, India, ten species are new records to this region while eight are new records from N. W. India. A new synonym is proposed and biogeographical remarks are made.     

甘肃河西走廊土壤中的暗色丝孢菌

从甘肃河西走廊的25份土样中分离出39个暗色丝孢菌分离物,经鉴定分别属于16个属的27个种。其中厚垣链格孢Alternaria chlamydospora、黑小枝顶孢Acremoniella atra和疣小枝顶孢Acremoniella verrucosa为中国新记录种:士栖葡萄穗霉Stachybotrys terrestris为新种。研究过的标本(干制培养物)与活菌种均保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。     

Checklist of the ants (Hymenoptera,Formicidae) of the Solomon Islands and a new survey of Makira Island

The intent of this paper is to facilitate future research of the Solomon Islands ant fauna by providing the first comprehensively researched species inventory in over 75 years. The species list presented here includes the names of all ant species recorded from the islands that are available in the literature together with specimen records from several museum collections and new records from our 2008 Makira field expedition. All the names of described species presented are valid in accordance with the most recent Formicidae classification. In total, the checklist is composed of 237 species and subspecies (including 30 morphospecies) in 59 genera representing nine subfamilies. We report that the recent field expedition added 67 new species records to Makira and 28 new species records to the Solomon Islands. Our research recovered species occurrence records for 32 individual islands and five island groups. The five islands with the highest number of recorded species are: Makira (142 spp.), Guadalcanal (107 spp.), Malaita (70 spp.), Santa Isabel (68 spp.), and Rennell (66 spp.). Based on our results, we discuss the taxonomic composition of the archipelago’s ant fauna, which islands are most in need of additional sampling, and the importance of establishing biodiversity baselines before environmental threats such as the invasive ant Wasmannia auropunctata cause irrevocable harm to the native biodiversity.     

秦岭鸡皮衣科地衣的初步研究

对采自陕西秦岭地区的鸡皮衣科Pertusariaceae地衣进行了形态学、解剖学、化学研究,鉴定出该科地衣3属23种,其中肉疣衣属Ochrolechia8种,鸡皮衣属Pertusaria14种,果疣衣属varicellaria1种。拟苍白肉疣衣Ochrolechiapseudopallescens和类斑点鸡皮衣Pertusariamultipunctoides为中国新记录种。     

Newly arrived or previously overlooked: is there evidence for climate-driven changes in the distribution of molluscs in the Barents Sea?

In recent years, there have been frequent reports of invertebrate species newly recorded from particular areas of the Northeastern Atlantic, and it has often been suggested that these are the result of changes in species ranges due to recent warming. These suggestions make three assumptions: (1) that we have a good knowledge of the fauna of these areas; (2) that new records of “southern” species are more frequent than new records of “northern” species; (3) that climate change is the only factor affecting species range. I tested these assumptions on published records of 30 benthic molluscan species which have been found alive for the first time in the Russian part of the Barents Sea since 2006. Some of the discussed species are warm-water species and may have extended their ranges northward in response to climate change. However, our baseline knowledge of the molluscan fauna of this area before 2006 is limited by the frequent lack of molluscan specialists to study the available material, by the frequent lack of detailed publication and by changes in sampling and processing methods. New records of “southern” species are in fact not significantly commoner than new records of “northern” species. Also reasons other than climate change for observed changes in species distribution should be considered.     

海南省裸伞属新种和中国新记录

本文报道了海南省裸伞属(Gymnopilus Karsten)的1个新种和3个中国新记录种。该新种为海南裸伞(Gymnopilus hainanensis T. H. Li et W. M. Zhang)。新记录种为栎裸伞(Gymnopilus dryophilus Murrill),厄尔裸伞(G. earlei Murrill)和细鳞裸伞(G. parvisquamulosus Hesler)。所有标本保藏于广东省微生物研究所真菌标本室(HMIGD)内。     

祁连山地区苔类植物的初步研究

通过对祁连山所采集苔类植物标本的鉴定和统计整理,共报道祁连山苔类植物8科10属12种,均为祁连山地区的首次报道,包括11种甘肃省苔类植物新记录。其中报道的秃瓣裂叶苔(Lophozia obtusa)和卵叶羽苔(Plagiochila ovalifolia)为青海省苔类植物新记录,这也是青海省苔类植物的首次报道。     

中国地下真菌新种和新记录(一)

本文报道了我国地下真菌3个新种和2个新记录,它们是:太原块菌Tuber taiyuanense Liu sp.nov.,苍岩山层腹菌Hymenogaster cangyan-shanensis Liu sp.nov.,山西须腹菌Rhizopogon shanxiensis Liu sp.nov.,棱孢层腹菌Hymenogaster fusisporus(Massee et Rodway)G.H.Cunningham以及小硬皮腹菌Sclerogaster minor Coker et Coudl。     

Introduction of invertebrates into the High Arctic via imported soils: the case of Barentsburg in the Svalbard

Forty six species of invertebrate were collected from the manure enriched imported soils below the abandoned cow sheds in the Russian mining town of Barentsburg, Svalbard. Of these, 11 (24?%) were new records for Svalbard, including Collembola, gamasid mites, Enchytraeidae and the first identified Lumbricidae. Many of the new records are species not frequently observed in the Arctic. It is hypothesized that these species arrived with the chernozem soils imported to Barentsburg for the greenhouses from central or southern European Russia, or with livestock. The observations presented here are the first records of human invertebrate introductions establishing in Svalbard outside of dwellings. It is not believed that the majority of new species records described present an immediate threat to the ecology of Svalbard but they may, especially Deuteraphorura variabilis, establish in the nutrient enriched floral communities beneath bird cliffs characteristic of Svalbard.
