目的评估大蒜多糖的益生元功能。方法以不同剂量的大蒜多糖灌胃健康雌性昆明小鼠,并以菊糖为阳性对照,采用微生物选择性培养分析和T-RFLP技术分析大蒜多糖对小鼠肠道微生态的影响,同时利用全自动血细胞分析仪来分析小鼠血脂代谢指标。结果连续灌胃21 d后,大蒜多糖和菊糖能够改善小鼠肠道微生态菌群,其中双歧杆菌数量显著增加(P〈0.01),肠杆菌数量显著下降(P〈0.05),而类杆菌的数量变化差异无统计学意义,T-RFLP结果也表现出同样的变化趋势。不同实验组小鼠血清中胆固醇及甘油三酯的含量和鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量与体重的比值差异无统计学意义,说明大蒜多糖对小鼠的免疫系统无副作用。结论本实验初步证实了大蒜多糖具有益生元功效。 相似文献

Buccal epithelium cytogenetic disturbances were studied in schoolchildren from Moscow schools, a country school (Novgorod region) and a Moscow boarding school for chindren with musculoskeletal diseases (scoliosis and kyphosis). The minimal mean frequency of cells with karyorrhexis were revealed in children from an ecologically pure Novgorod region. Moscow schoolchildren demonstrated more than 13-fold higher level of this parameter. Children with spinal deformities had an intermediate frequency. Cells with karyolysis minimal mean frequency were observed in Moscow pupils. Children from Novgorod demonstrated a statistically valid higher level of this parameter, and the maximum was reached in Moscow boarding school. No difference between these groups was revealed in a study of the mean frequency of binucleated cells, cells with pyknosis, cells with micronuclei, or "broken eggs" incidence. Laser correlation spectrometry (LCS) method was used for parallel studies. It was shown that the distribution of spectra in Moscow pupils and in children with spinal deformities differs from that in children living in ecologically pure region. Normal spectra prevailed in pupils of country school, who demonstrated, in addition, high levels of anabolic and low levels of catabolic type metabolism. The examined Moscow schoolchildren demonstrated almost the same incidence of normal spectra. They differed from the country children by statistically valid reduction of anabolic type spectra, and by increased levels of catabolic type spectra. Young patients with spinal deformities demonstrated the maximum incidence of catabolic type spectra. The authors suggest the availability of a qualitative correlation between both the monitoring methods used in this study. It was shown that children living in unfavorable conditions and patients with musculoskeletal diseases manifested an enhanced incidence of buccal epithelium cells with karyorrhexis and karyolysis, as well as higher levels of catabolic type spectra accompanied by reduction of normal and anabolic type spectra. 相似文献

White laboratory rats, weighted 100-160 g, with acute pneumonia, inhale (from 4-th to 8-th days of developing the disease) liposomes. It was shown, that introduction of liposomes promoted normalization of external breath, acid-base state of blood, increased diffusion ability of lung for O2 and decreased arterial hypoxia. It was noted, that liposomes are an effective antihypoxant, inhibited the process of lipid peroxidation and, evidently, the destruction of cell membranes. 相似文献

Passive absorption of D-Galactose (in the presence of 0.5 mM phlorizin), 2-deoxy-D-glucose and D-Mannitol by rat jejunum has been measured in vivo by perfusion of an intestinal segment with recirculation, along successive absorption periods of 5 or 10 min duration. In the range of 1 to 40 mM concentrations, the three solutes were absorbed at a very similar rate that varied as a lineal function of the concentrations in the perfusion solution. Absorption of 1 mM solute was not modified by the presence of 40 mM glucose or galactose. Passive absorption kinetics suggests processes of simple diffusion or solvent drag. The use of paracellular way for the passive absorption is supported by the fact that triaminopyrimidine (TAP) and protamine, which decrease the permeability through the tight junctions, also inhibit the absorption, with similar characteristics for both actions: TAP inhibition (53%) is very rapid and can be easily reversed, while that of protamine (30%) requires some time of previous exposure, lasts longer and can be reversed by heparin. The same analogy is shown by two actions that enhance the paracellular permeability: theophylline increases (30%) the passive absorption with lasting effect, while luminal hypertony enhances absorption transitorily. The passive absorption of the assayed solutes could be estimated to take place by the paracellular way in at least 50% and probably 70% or even more. The measure of net fluid fluxes reveals that solute fluxes must be prevailingly explained by simple diffusion, as the solvent drag can only play a very minor role. 相似文献

The ability of hepatocytes cultured on Biosilon microcarriers to secrete albumin and to conjugate bilirubin were examined for the purpose of developing an artificial liver support system. Cultured hepatocytes were able to synthesize 100-120 micrograms albumin per 10(5) cells in 24 hours and to conjugate about 20 micrograms/hr of bilirubin for at least 5 days. Rats with liver failure caused by i.p. injection of CCL4 or D-galactosamine were subjected to hemosorption via minicolumns containing 2 ml of Biosilon microcarriers with 40 X 10(6) cultured hepatocytes. The procedure was performed 20-24 h after hepatotoxins injection and lasted for 3 h at a flow rate of 60 ml/h. This reduced mortality from 100% to 20% after 48% and to 40% after 7 days in case of CCl4 and from 100% to 40% after 48 h and 7 days in case of D-galactosamine. Our results suggest that hepatocytes cultured on microcarriers may be efficiently applied to correction of fulminant hepatic failure caused by different hepatotoxins. 相似文献

Alternative way to utilize the feedback signals through automatic modulation of stimulation parameters by patient's endogenous rhythms is analyzed. Involvement of platelet-activating factor (PAF) in endotoxin-induced intestinal motor disturbances in rats 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Intestinal myoelectrical activity was investigated in conscious fasted rats chronically implanted with Nichrome electrodes in the duodeno-jejunum. Motility of the small intestine was characterized by the presence of migrating myoelectric complex (MMC) occurring regularly at 16.2 +/- 5.8 minute intervals. Intravenous administration of endotoxin (E. coli S.0111:B4) at a dose of 50 micrograms/kg increased the interval between MMC to 112.6 +/- 26.8 min, the duration of these effects being dose-related between 10 to 100 micrograms/kg. Such a typical myoelectrical alteration, corresponding to rapidly propagated groups of spike bursts, was mimicked by the IP administration of PAF at doses of 10 to 50 micrograms/kg. Previous administration of BN 52021, a specific PAF antagonist at a dose of 50 mg/kg abolished the motor alterations induced by IP injection of PAF (25 micrograms/kg) and significantly (p less than 0.01) reduced by 61.2% those induced by IV endotoxin (50 micrograms/kg). Indomethacin (10 mg/kg IP) as well as SC 19220 (5 mg/kg IV), a PGE2 antagonist, injected prior to endotoxin (50 micrograms/kg IV) or PAF (25 micrograms/kg IP) also reduced significantly (p less than 0.01) the duration of MMC inhibition. It is concluded that endogenous release of PAF is partly responsible for the intestinal motor alterations induced by endotoxin; these effects, strongly reduced after treatment with BN 52021, are also mediated through the release of prostaglandins. 相似文献

目的探讨采用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将50例绝经妇女诊断为老年性阴道炎患者随机分成两组,研究组26例每晚清洁外阴后,阴道深部放置乳杆菌活菌胶囊500mg,连续10d。对照组24例每晚阴道内置人甲硝唑500mg,连续10d。两组均在停药后第3-7天复查比较其治愈率、总有效率。两组治愈者均于停药后90d复查,比较其复发率。结果研究组治愈率为73.07%,总有效率为96.14%。对照组治愈率为62.50%,总有效率为91.66%,两组差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。研究组复发率为0,对照组复发率为20.83%,两组差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论乳杆菌活菌阴道胶囊恢复阴道微生态平衡,增加阴道黏膜抵抗力。与抗生素药物比较复发率低,又无毒副作用,是治疗老年性阴道炎首进药物。 相似文献
