The purpose of this research was to establish the nature and extent of the influence of microwaves and extrusion on the content of anti-nutritional substances of winter rye grain. There was performed two-factor laboratory experiment with the treatment of winter rye grain by electromagnetic waves of super-high frequency (microwave) on a LG MS-2042G installation and one-factor laboratory experiment with grain treatment using a MKP-30-500 extruder. Depending on the power and duration of the microwave treatment, the content of water-soluble pentosans decreased by 0.04–0.44% and the kinematic viscosity of the aqueous extract—by 2.4 times. As a result of extrusion processing, the content of water-soluble pentosans in the winter rye grain decreased by 1.34 times, the kinematic viscosity of the aqueous extract—by 2.42 times. For all the years of the research, extrusion has led to a certain decrease in starch in winter rye grain. During a 3-year period the original grain of winter rye contained on average 59.9% of starch. After extrusion, the value of this indicator decreased by 2.0% amounting to 57.9%. During the extrusion process, starch is partially hydrolyzed to form intermediate carbohydrates-dextrins and then glucose. Our research has shown an increase in the content of soluble carbohydrates in extruded rye grain. During a 3-year period, the content of soluble carbohydrates in grain increased on average from 31.45 to 51.36%, i.e. by 19.91%. Treatment by microwaves and extrusion are effective ways to reduce the anti-nutritional substances of winter rye grain and significantly increase the proportion of rye grain in the diet of farm animals.

试验选用持绿型冬小麦(Triticum aestivum) ‘豫麦66’ (‘Ym66’)和‘潍麦8号’ (‘Wm8’)为研究材料, 以当地生产上起主导作用的冬小麦品种‘小偃22’ (‘XY22’)和‘小偃6号’ (‘XY6’)为对照。花后用塑料薄膜搭建成增温棚进行高温处理, 测定各品种绿叶数目、叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量及叶片细胞膜透性, 并研究籽粒灌浆成熟期高温对持绿型小麦籽粒淀粉合成相关酶及粒重的影响。结果表明, 高温处理后, 各品种的绿叶数目和叶绿素含量都减少, MDA含量和膜透性都增加, 说明高温加速了小麦叶片衰老。同时, 各品种籽粒中与淀粉合成相关的酶(蔗糖合成酶(SS)和腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(AGPP)、可溶性淀粉合酶(SSS))活性都低于正常生长下的籽粒中的酶活性, 其中高温对籽粒SS和AGPP活性的影响不显著,而对籽粒SSS活性的影响显著(p = 0.015)。品种间比较, 持绿型小麦在两种处理下, 都表现出较多的绿叶数目和较高的叶绿素含量; 且3种与淀粉合成相关的酶活性也都高于非持绿型小麦, 说明持绿型小麦酶活性受高温抑制程度较小。相关性分析表明, 所有品种籽粒SS、AGPP、SSS活性都与籽粒灌浆速率成极显著的正相关(相关系数r分别为0.905、0.419和0.801)。因而, 持绿型小麦不仅具有较好的持绿特性, 而且籽粒中与淀粉合成相关的3种酶活性都较高, 这有利于其籽粒淀粉的合成, 从而增加籽粒产量。  相似文献

The gelatinisation, pasting and retrogradation properties of three rye starches isolated using a proteinase-based procedure were investigated and compared to those of wheat starch isolated in a comparable way. On an average, the rye starch granules were larger than those of wheat starch. The former had very comparable gelatinisation temperatures and enthalpies, but slightly lower gelatinisation temperatures than wheat starch. Under standardised conditions, they retrograded to a lesser extent than wheat starch. The lower gelatinisation temperatures and tendencies of the rye starches to retrograde originated probably from their higher levels of short amylopectin (AP) chains [degree of polymerisation (DP) 6–12] and their lower levels of longer chains (DP 13–24) than observed for wheat starch. The rapid visco analysis differences in peak and end viscosities between the rye starches as well as between rye and wheat starches were at least partly attributable to differences in the levels of AP short chains and in average amylose molecular weight. The AP average chain lengths and exterior chain lengths were slightly lower for rye starches, while the interior chain lengths were slightly higher than those for wheat starch.  相似文献

选用2个品质类型和成熟期不同的新疆主栽小麦品种‘新春11号’和‘新春39号’,分别进行花后灌浆早期高温(花后5~8d,32℃,T_1)和中期高温(花后15~18d,38℃,T_2)处理,分析花后高温对小麦籽粒发育及淀粉晶体的影响。结果显示:(1)T_1处理明显降低了两品种籽粒长度和粒重,而T_2处理显著影响籽粒宽度和厚度;高温处理虽然降低了籽粒灌浆速率,但两品种灌浆最大峰值出现时间均在花后18d。(2)T_1处理对小麦籽粒A型淀粉粒形态的影响较大,中熟品种‘新春11号’的A型淀粉粒表面在花后10d时可观察到微孔,在花后15~20d时其粒径明显小于同期对照,在花后20~25d时淀粉粒表面压痕增多且A、B型淀粉粒表面出现明显缢缩;而早熟品种‘新春39号’淀粉粒形态和粒径大小受花后高温的影响相对较小。(3)两品种在不同高温处理下,其淀粉粒晶体特性衍射峰出现的位置相同,但淀粉粒的尖峰强度不同,表明高温胁迫不影响淀粉粒的晶体类型,但可能改变了淀粉粒内部的层状结构。研究表明,花后早期高温不仅对小麦籽粒外部形态有较大的影响,同时也影响到籽粒内部淀粉粒的形态和晶体的特性。  相似文献

Grain softness protein (GSP) is an important protein for overcoming milling and grain defenses in the innate immunity systems of cereals. The objective of this study was to evaluate and understand GSP sequences in selected wheat, rye and triticale. Using sequences for this gene from a sequence database, we performed clustering analysis to compare the sequences obtained from 3 germplasms with other studied sequences for GSP. The maximum difference between the Hirmand GSP genotype in wheat and the database sequences was 23% in EF109396 and EF109399. Most amino acid variation between the GSP sequences involved the same amino acids. The Nikita rye GSP gene showed 64% identity with DQ269918 and AY667063. The isoelectric point in the GSP of wheat and Lasko triticale was significantly higher than that of rye GSP. In addition, parameters such as optical density, grand average of hydrophobicity, percentage of hydrophobicity and hydrophilic amino acids, and number of alpha helices and beta sheets in GSP were similar in wheat and triticale but not in wheat and rye.  相似文献

Field and greenhouse experiments were carried out to study the response of rye (Secale cereale L. cv. Aslim), triticale (× Triticosecale Wittmark. cv. Presto), two bread wheats (Triticum aestivum L, cvs. Bezostaja-1 and Atay-85) and two durum wheats (Triticum durum L. cvs. Kunduru-1149 and C-1252) to zinc (Zn) deficiency and Zn fertilization in severely Zn-deficient calcareus soils (DTPA-Zn=0.09 mg kg-1 soil). The first visible symptom of Zn deficiency was a reduction in shoot elongation followed by the appearance of whitish-brown necrotic patches on the leaf blades. These symptoms were either absent or only slight in rye and triticale, but occurred more rapidly and severely in wheats, particularly in durum wheats. The same was true for the decrease in shoot dry matter production and grain yield. For example, in field experiments at the milk stage, decreases in shoot dry matter production due to Zn deficiency were absent in rye, and were on average 5% in triticale, 34% in bread wheats and 70%, in durum wheats. Zinc fertilization had no effect on grain yield in rye but enhanced grain yield of the other cereals. Zinc efficiency of cereals, expressed as the ratio of yield (shoot dry matter or grain) produced under Zn deficiency compared to Zn fertilization were, on average, 99% for rye, 74% for triticale, 59% for bread wheats and 25% for durum wheats.These distinct differences among and within the cereal species in susceptibility to Zn deficiency were closely related to the total amount (content) of Zn per shoot, but not with the Zn concentrations in shoot dry matter. For example, the most Zn-efficient rye and the Zn-inefficient durum wheat cultivar C-1252 did not differ in shoot Zn concentration under Zn deficiency, but the total amount of Zn per whole shoot was approximately 6-fold higher in rye than the durum wheat. When Zn was applied, rye and triticale accumulated markedly more Zn both per whole shoot and per unit shoot dry matter in comparison to wheats.The results demonstrate an exceptionally high Zn efficiency of rye and show that among the cereals studied Zn efficiency declines in the order rye>triticale>bread wheat>durum wheat. The differences in expression of Zn efficiency are possibly related to a greater capacity of efficient genotypes to acquire Zn from the soil compared to inefficient genotypes.  相似文献

Thefusarium mycotoxins deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone (ZON) were determined in conventionally and organically grown grain harvested 1998 in Thuringia/Germany. A total of 196 wheat samples and 69 rye samples was analysed.In this year with heavy rainfalls during the summer months, high concentrations offusarium mycotoxins were typical in grain grown in Germany, as the DON concentrations found here. DON concentrations in conventionally grown wheat were found to be significantly higher than in organically grown wheat. 69% of the conventionally grown wheat were tested positive, containing a mean concentration of 1540 µg/kg DM. In 54% of the organically grown wheat samples DON was detected with a mean value of 760 µg/kg DM. DON concentration in rye and ZON concentration in wheat showed similar tendencies.The different cultivars of conventionally grown wheat showed large differences in DON contamination.  相似文献

在相同施钾量的基础上。采用一次性基施,1/2基施、1/2于拔节期追施。研究施钾时期对小麦旗叶光合特性和籽粒淀粉积累的影响.结果表明。分期施钾比一次性施钾提高了小麦开花后旗叶的光合速率、旗叶中磷酸蔗糖合成酶(SPS)和籽粒中腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(ADPGPPase)的活性,提高了籽粒中蔗糖的供应强度和淀粉积累速率。增加了籽粒产量.研究还表明。两个施钾处理均提高了小麦叶片中蔗糖的合成能力和其在籽粒中转化为淀粉的能力,施钾提高产量的主要原因是施钾较好地协调了光合物质合成、运输与转化,即较好地协调了淀粉合成的源库关系.  相似文献

Summary Thirty-five hexaploid and twenty octoploid primary triticales (xTriticosecale Wittmack) derived from homozygous wheat and rye inbred lines were used (1) to investigate the parental wheat, rye, and interaction effects and (2) to estimate quantitative genetic parameters for agronomic traits. The winter triticales were tested in four environments in a three-replicate split-plot design with drilled 1 m2 plots. Superior performance of hexaploid triticales as compared to the octoploids was revealed. Substantial genetic variation and high heritability estimates were found for nearly all of the characters investigated. Estimates of wheat, rye, and wheat×rye interaction variance components disclosed parental main effects to be the most important source of genetic variation in primary triticales. The rye parent was dominant for all characters affecting fertility, and the wheat parent was more important for vegetative development. Character correlations were very similar for triticales of both ploidy levels. The lack of association between grain yield and tillering and the positive correlation between kernels per spike and thousand kernel weight indicated physiological disorders specific for primary triticales.  相似文献

Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers are a valuable tool for many purposes, such as mapping, fingerprinting, and breeding. However, they are only available in some economically important crops because of the high cost and labor intensity involved in their development. Comparative mapping reveals a high degree of colinearity between closely related species, which allows the exchange of markers between them. Our objective was to examine the transferability of SSR markers among wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), rye (Secale cereale L.), and triticale (X Triticosecale Wittmack). One hundred forty-eight wheat and 28 rye SSR markers were used to amplify genomic DNA extracted from five lines each of wheat, rye, and triticale. Transferability of wheat SSR markers to rye was 17%, whereas 25% of rye markers were amplifiable in wheat. In triticale, 58% and 39% transferability was achieved for wheat and rye markers, respectively. Wheat markers gave an average of 2.6, 2.7, and 2.4 polymorphic bands in wheat, rye, and triticale, respectively, while rye markers gave an average of 2.0 in rye and none in wheat and triticale. Changes in the activities of peroxidase and amylase were measured during the development of grain of triticale, wheat and rye. Peroxidase and amylase activities were found to be higher in Triticale-1 which possesses highly shrivelled grains. A direct relationship between the degree to which the grain is shrivelled and the activity of peroxidase and enzymes was observed. During grain development, peroxidase and amylase activity per grain increased in Triticale-1, while it decreased in wheat, rye and well filled triticale grains.  相似文献

中国六倍体普通小麦地方品种有一个比较独特的特征-存在丰富的高亲和性材料。因此,研究中国四倍体小麦的亲和性问题具有特殊的意义。“简阳矮兰麦”是来源于四川省的一个四倍体小麦地方品种,它与黑麦有高的可杂交性,其杂交结实率达60%。遗传分析表明,“简阳矮兰麦”与黑麦的高可杂交性是受2-3对隐性基因所控制,但3对基因的可能性更大。而且,这些隐性基因的作用在合成六倍体小麦后仍能比较完全的表达。通过与六倍体普通小麦相比较,结果表明四倍体小麦的可杂交性系统与六倍体小麦的可杂交性系统的作用方式是类似的。 Abstract:It is a special characteristic that many Chinese common wheat landraces showed a high crossability with rye.Thus,it is important that elucidate the genetic control of the crossability of Chinese tetraploid wheat with rye.Triticum turgidum cv.Jianyangailanmai native to Sichuan,China has high crossability with rye,up to 60%.In this study,it is indicated that the crossability of Jianyangailanmai with rve is controlled by two or more probably three recessive genes,which was almost totally expressed in the hexaploid wheat level.The operation of these recessive genes influencing crossability with rye was similar to that of hexaploid common wheat.  相似文献

 防雨池栽条件下研究了花后干旱和渍水胁迫对两个不同品质类型小麦(Triticum aestivum)品种籽粒产量和品质形成的影响。结果表明,花后渍水和干旱处理明显降低了小麦籽粒产量和蛋白质产量。在整个灌浆期内干旱处理明显提高了籽粒蛋白质和醇溶蛋白含量,而渍水处理降低了籽粒蛋白质及其组分的积累量。籽粒总淀粉和直链淀粉含量以渍水处理最高,而支链淀粉以对照最高。干旱处理提高了籽粒干、湿面筋含量、沉降值和降落值,而渍水处理降低了上述品质指标。试验表明干旱和渍水胁迫对小麦籽粒蛋白质与淀粉的含量和组分及面粉品质等均有不同程度的影响,从而改变了不同品质类型小麦的籽粒品质。  相似文献

Triticale (X Triticosecale Wittm.) is a hybrid derived by crossing wheat (Triticum sp.) and rye (Secale sp.). Till date, only a limited number of simple sequence repeat (SSRs) markers have been used in triticale molecular analyses and there is a need to identify dedicated high-throughput molecular markers to better exploit this crop. The objective of this study was to develop and evaluate diversity arrays technology (DArT) markers in triticale. DArT marker technology offers a high level of multiplexing. Development of new markers from triticale accessions was combined with mining the large collection of previously developed markers in rye and wheat. Three genotyping arrays were used to analyze a collection of 144 triticale accessions. The polymorphism level ranged from 8.6 to 23.8% for wheat and rye DArT markers, respectively. Among the polymorphic markers, rye markers were the most abundant (3,109) followed by wheat (2,214) and triticale (719). The mean polymorphism information content values were 0.34 for rye DArT markers and 0.37 for those from triticale and wheat. High correlation was observed between similarity matrices derived from rye, triticale, wheat and combined marker sets, as well as for the cophenetic values matrices. Cluster analysis revealed genetic relationships among the accessions consistent with the agronomic and pedigree information available. The newly developed triticale DArT markers as well as those originated from rye and wheat provide high quality markers that can be used for diversity analyses and might be exploited in a range of molecular breeding and genomics applications in triticale.  相似文献

Several studies were carried out to investigate the influence of dietary cereals differing in soluble non starch polysaccharides (NSP) content and a xylanase preparation on selected bacterial parameters in the small intestine of broiler chicken. Compared to a maize diet colony forming units (CFU) of mucosa associated bacteria were higher in a wheat/rye diet, most notably for enterobacteria and enterococci. Xylanase supplementation to the wheat/rye diet generally led to lower CFU, especially in the first week of life. However, xylanase supplementation also displayed higher in vitro growth potentials for enterobacteria and enterococci. Bacterial growth of luminal samples in minimal media supplemented with selected NSP showed that the wheat/rye diet enhanced bacterial capacities to utilize NSP only in ileal samples. The xylanase application generally shifted respective maximum growth to the proximal part of the small intestine. The presence of soluble NSP from wheat or rye in the diet per se did not enhance bacterial NSP hydrolyzing enzyme activities in the small intestine, but xylanase supplementation resulted in higher 1,3-1,4- g - glucanase activity. Compared to a maize diet the activity of bacterial bile salt hydrolases in samples of the small intestine was not increased due to inclusion of wheat/rye or triticale to the diet. However, xylanase supplementation led to a reduction with a corresponding increase of lipase activity. It was concluded that dietary cereals producing high intestinal viscosities lead to increased overall bacterial activity in the small intestine. The supplementation of a xylanase to cereal based diets producing high intestinal viscosity, changes composition and metabolic potential of bacterial populations and may specifically influence fat absorption in young animals.  相似文献

Starch and proteins are major components in the wheat endosperm that affect its end product quality. Between the two textural classes of wheat i.e. hard and soft, starch granules are loosely bound with the lipids and proteins in soft wheat due to higher expression of interfering grain softness proteins. It might have impact on starch granules properties. In this work for the first time the physiochemical and structural properties of different sized starch granules (A-, B- and C-granules) were studied to understand the differences in starches with respect to soft and hard wheat. A-, B- and C-type granules were separated with >95% purity. Average number and proportion of A-, B-, and C-type granules was 18%, 56%, 26% and 76%, 19%, 5% respectively. All had symmetrical birefringence pattern with varied intensity. All displayed typical A-type crystallites. A-type granules also showed V-type crystallinity that is indicative of starch complexes with lipids and proteins. Granules differing in gelatinization temperature (ΔH) and transition temperature (ΔT), showed different enthalpy changes during heating. Substitution analysis indicated differences in relative substitution pattern of different starch granules. Birefringence, percentage crystallinity, transmittance, gelatinization enthalpy and substitution decreased in order of A>B>C being higher in hard wheat than soft wheat. Amylose content decreased in order of A>B>C being higher in soft wheat than hard wheat. Reconstitution experiment showed that starch properties could be manipulated by changing the composition of starch granules. Addition of A-granules to total starch significantly affected its thermal properties. Effect of A-granule addition was higher than B- and C-granules. Transmittance of the starch granules paste showed that starch granules of hard wheat formed clear paste. These results suggested that in addition to differences in protein concentration, hard and soft wheat lines have differences in starch composition also.  相似文献

用改良的Giemsa C-带技术以单株为基础分析了八倍体小黑麦×普通小麦的杂种BC_1,F_(?)和F_(?)代植株的核型。在鉴定了C-带核型的1098株杂种后代植株中,发现了78条小麦-黑麦和277条黑麦-黑麦易位染色体。在不同的世代和株系中,小麦-黑麦染色体易位率变化在4.35—14.07%之间,平均7.10%;黑麦-黑麦染色体易位率在0.48—52.78%之间,平均25.23%。鉴定的小麦-黑麦易位染色体涉及了黑麦的14条不同的染色体臂和小麦的A、B和D组染色体。易位的48.57%发生在小麦和黑麦的部分同源染色体之间,51.43%发生在非部分同源染色体之间。不同的黑麦染色体臂参与易位的频率不同。小麦-黑麦染色体易位主要发生在杂种的早期世代,使用适当的选择技术在F_3获得了纯合的易位植株。文中讨论了快速选育易位系的技术和它们在小麦育种中的应用问题。  相似文献
